A/N: A new chapter. Inspired by stories from Whitetigerwolf and Kaleb-yamato, and the challenge from timbarney110, challenge not followed. This story starts near the end of CoS 2nd year. My muse has been scatterbrained since finishing studying and testing for work this past winter. Muse and 'The Bond and The Ritual' has been at loggerhead since, so have been jumping from short writing on the story here or on possible stories or story outlines. Even here in Lycans, I have had to reread sections when I catch errors, from the flighty Muse. Ch 1-5 have been reposted with grammatical corrections, do not need to be reread. So on with the story

I only play in the sandbox created by JKR.

Ch 6

Bell residence

Whitchurch

Elvina, Katie and Harry arrived back home and while Elvina was getting the pizza ready in the kitchen the two teens were unpacking their bags. Harry called Dobby to collect his trunk and clothes from the tent. Dobby left with a quiet pop and returned shortly with the school trunk and clothing inside.

"Harry why did you have Dobby get your trunk and clothes?" asked Katie.

"I thought you and your parents would help me celebrate in burning of the hand me downs that I have as part of leaving the Dursley's," answered Harry. Harry picked out a pair of black jeans and a tee shirt and went to the loo and changed out of the baggy clothes he had been wearing. He also put on the new boots he had pick up earlier.

Coming out of the loo, both Katie and Elvina were impressed at the change in his appearance with the new clothes.

"Now you look like a respectable young man," commented Elvina, seeing Harry.

Katie could not agree more and went over to her mate and gave him a hug and kiss. [Harry you look great in your new clothes. Next time we are in Diagon Alley, I'm stopping by the Quidditch shop for a beater bat,] stated Katie.

[Thank you. I enjoy the feel of clothes that fit,] replied Harry. He returned the kiss, before stepping back from the embrace. [What's the bat for?]

[To beat off the offending witches,], replied Katie. Harry's smile changed into a full blush hearing this.

"So would you all like to help me celebrate my leaving of my relatives with a burning of the oversized rags later tonight?" asked Harry.

"That sounds like a fine idea to close that chapter of your life," accepted Elvina. "We should get some pictures of you in your old clothes before we burn them for evidence in how you were treated by your relatives. It will help with the custody case." Harry nodded his understanding for the need to have the photos taken, as he knew that he would have to open up and tell the story of his living with the Dursley's at some point. Thinking of this caused his body language to change, slumping his shoulders, looking down.

Katie saw the changes in Harry, she also felt the negative emotions across their bond.

[What's wrong?] inquired Katie.

[Just thinking about what the Dursley's did to me and knowing that I will have to tell people about it,] answered Harry.

[We will not force you to talk about it, but you are right in that you will need to,] replied Katie. [Remember I will be there with you when you do.]

Harry pulled Katie into a tight hug, burying his face in her hair at the base of her neck, inhaling her scent and smell, calming as he did.

The next two day Harry and Katie worked on their summer assignments and completed much of the work. They also used their Lord and Lady rings to visit Potter Manor. As soon as they arrived in the foyer they were met with a pop as the head elf arrived.

"Master Harry is returned," stated the excited elf, with ears flapping.

"Thank you, and who may you be?" asked Harry.

"I is Tobkey, and I is head elf," replied the happy elf.

"Tobkey thank you and allow me to introduce Lady Potter," stated Harry, as he introduced Katie to the elf. Hearing the voices and excitement of Tobkey there were several more pops as the rest of the house-elves arrived to great the Lord and Lady.

"Hello, and who all my you be?" inquired Harry seeing the other elves.

"These be: Heesy, Teely, Twinkle, Fadby, Jalpey, and Dalkey," introduced Tobkey. "Heesy is Lady elf, Teely is cook, Twinkle is nanny elf, Dalkey is garden elf, and Jalpey and Fadby are helpers." Seeing Master Harry Twinkle wrapped herself around his legs crying and wailing about being a bad elf and not taking care of Master Harry.

"Twinkle, please stop. You did nothing wrong. You were prevented from caring for me," stated Harry as he attempted to remove Twinkle from his leg so he could talk with her.

Slowly Twinkle separated from Harry and listened to what he and Katie had to say and understood that they were not angry or upset with her. Harry and Katie both expressed their pleasure that she showed such concern for Harry and worry over his missing, stating she will continue to be a nanny for the children. Twinkle's eye brighten up at hearing there will be more children, not realising it would be a few years.

"Tobkey, can you show us the manor and the grounds? Also how large are the grounds here?" inquired Harry.

"Yes. The total grounds cover 4 sq miles, while the manor proper is 60 acres," responded Tobkey. "All property is warded with manor double warded."

"So the whole property is warded against muggles and location, and the manor has its own protective wards?" inquired/ stated Harry. Tobkey nodded he head to Harry's inquire. "What level are the manor wards at and how many levels are there?"

"Manor wards are high," responded Tobkey. "There be five levels with hostile and battle above. Past heads never go below high."

"Then we will stay with high and if need be go to hostile if a certain wizards try to remove me," replied Harry. "Who currently can visit without permission?"

"Bad wizard long whiskers only besides Master and Mistress," answered Tobkey.

"Were and how do I change who has access?" asked Harry.

"In Lord study is control stone and book. Tobkey show how to use," the elf replied leading Harry and Katie into the lords study. Behind a hidden panel left of the fireplace was an access switch which only responded to the Lord or Lady rings. Once that was activated another panel to the right of the fire place opened revealing the control stone and the access book tied to the wards. Tobkey then showed the two teens how to add and remove people from the book and what the different sections were for including the section for permanent restriction from the grounds. Here Harry wrote in the name of Albus Dumbledore and removed his name from any other section. In the family section he saw the names Sirius Black and Remus Lupin lined out and asked about them. Tobkey revealed that they were very close friends with late Lord and Lady Potter. Harry knew that Sirius was his god-father, from Gringotts. He added their names back to family and included Elvina and Philip Bell. To the friends he added Hermione, Luna, Susan and Daphne. [We need to talk about anyone else to the friends list,] stated Harry.

[Yes, the wrong person could cause trouble for us,] replied Katie.

Along with the family, friends and restriction sections the book also has visitor and one time visit access. Currently there were no one listed in the last two sections.

"Katie, how about after the meeting with Madam Bones and Lord Lovegood, we move here for the rest of the summer and bring your parents as well. The elves can take them back to their house so they can get to and from work," suggested Harry.

"I love that plan. With these old wards we should be able to practice magic without interference from the Ministry. I do not trust them to disable the trace," answered Katie.

"We will not have to worry about the trace once we get our new wands," replied Harry. Katie had forgotten that their new wands would not have the trace.

"Dobby," called Harry.

Dobby arrived with a quiet pop in front of Harry. "How can Dobby be of service to Great Master Harry Potter, Sir?"

"Dobby we need to work on your titles and names for people," stated Harry. "Just call me Master Harry and do not use the rest, it is to long and sounds egotistical." Dobby nodded, creating a slight breeze with his ears.

"Dobby I would like you to meet Tobkey the head elf here at Potter Manor," introduced Harry. "Tobkey, this is Dobby. I freed him from a bad family and master several weeks ago and we recently bonded as friend, family and elf."

"Then Dobby be Masters Elf. We will work with him to calm him and learn family," replied Tobkey. "It make my job better not having extra duties. Also we will get him proper Potter uniform, not tea towel."

"Tobkey, can we get started on the tour before we get side tracked again?" inquired Katie.

"Yes Mistress," replied Tobkey, leading the group back to the foyer. From here the tour of the manor began.

Potter Manor had three stories plus an attic. The front of the house faced east with most of the private and family rooms on the west side of the manor. The more public spaces occupied the east side. To the left of the foyer was the ball room and formal dining spaces and several guest rest rooms for when hosting special events. Directly behind the foyer was the central stair case leading to the upper floors and also to the family dining room and the kitchen. To the right of the foyer was the sitting parlour and visitors study and the Library. The Library was was two stories and cover the space above the study on the second floor. The area above the parlour was the Lords Study. Also on the second floor were the 6 guest rooms with en suites, the playroom, Ladies office and two class rooms. On the third or family floor were the Master suite with access to a privet office, which had access to the Lords Study. There was the nursery and 7 family suites and the private family room and the muggle room (shielded for modern muggle electronics). The cellar had a level and a half with two training rooms, potions lab with ingredient storage, laundry space, wine cellar and a double level larder with an internal water well. Potter Manor was over an intersection of two Ley lines running through that part of Wales, and the ancient wards and ward stone tapped into the lines. Out side of the manor were two green houses and several gardens, which contain regular vegetables and herbs and others had potion ingredients. Further out were the stables and corals along with the family Quidditch pitch. All of this was surrounded by the Manor perimeter wall and outer gates.

The alert wards extended beyond the perimeter by a rod and the actual defence wards and battle wards two rods in from the perimeter wall. The alert wards were so subtle and tied into the environment around the manor that only a few powerful witches or wizards could noticed their presence. This allowed the head of House to know when someone was approaching the property and if some one was attacking they would be well inside the property line when the offensive wards went active, and to trigger the offensive wards the intruder was clearly trespassing.

"Tobkey, what are the extents of the wards and ability to find the manor?" asked Harry after they had finished the tour and were sitting on the veranda.

"The manor and property are unplottable and invisible to scrying," answered Tobkey. "Very ancient elemental, druid and wild magic was used to build the wards around the manor and property."

Harry and Katie nodded in understanding that the wards very safe and protected. 'Why did mum and dad leave here for the cottage if we were being threaten by Voldemort. He would not have been able to get pass or through the wards,' thought Harry. 'Some thing is not right or they were encouraged to leave. Mum did say she did not trust Dumbledore to have the family safety in his best interest. Could this be part of what she was hinting at?'

Katie and Harry spent the rest of the afternoon at the manor meeting with the elves and getting to know them. They also learned that the elves had been maintaining the gardens and selling the extra produce and potion ingredients since his mum and dad left, earning the manor a small profit. Harry decided to give the money back to the elves for their own future and planning. Then an idea came to his head of how they could use the money they had worked so hard for.

"Dobby, are their more house-elves like you were?" inquired Harry. "Abused, homeless, thrown aside, unbonded or unwanted?"

"Master Harry, there are many elves like that," replied Dobby.

"Do you think they would like a new home and master?" asked Harry. "A home where they can do their chores and not be threaten with a beating or punishment for it. Then have the ability to pursue activities that they would like?"

"Master Harry, yes there would be elves like that. Should Dobby find and bring here if they choose?" inquired the excited elf.

"Yes Dobby, but bring them only if they want. I will not force any elf to come here, and you should not either. Your Actions in this are a reflection on the House of Potter. The House of Potter will welcome these forgotten and abused House-elves, but they must come freely and we will never force an elf to come," instructed Harry. "You can start after taking Katie and me back to her house, and you have spent some time with the elves here at the manor."

They all visited for a while longer before having Dobby take them back to Whitchurch so Katie and Harry could spend the rest of the day with her parents. Once they arrived at Katie's house the two teens started helping Elvina making dinner. Through out the meal the family had a lively discussion of their events and happenings of the day. Philip and Elvina were intrigued to hear about the visit to the manor and were surprised by the request of Harry for them to stay at the Manor and have the house-elves bring them back to their house for getting to and from work. The elder Bells said that they would discuss the issue and would get back to the teens. Elvina informed them that she had the day off to accompany them for the meeting with Madam Bones and Lord Lovegood, and the solicitor. Both of the older Bells would be able to join them on their trip for the public reading of the wills on Saturday.

After dinner Katie and Harry broached the guardianship topic with Elvina and Philip. Both of the adults felt that once the issue came out it would be best for them to petition for guardianship as Harry had established a relation with them. Elvina brought up the idea to mention it with the solicitor in the morning and with Director Bones when they meet.

"Madam Bones, is a tough woman, but fair and will not take lightly the manipulation that has been going on in your life Harry," stated Elvina. "She was a couple of years ahead of me at Hogwarts and she has made the fastest climb to the Director position ever." Seeing the questioning look from her husband, daughter and Harry," and no she did it the right and hard way, by being tough, fair, thorough, and one hell of a duellist."

"Okay," answered Harry, while looking down. He really did not want to talk about his time with the Dursley's but would if it could keep him away from them. "I do not like talking about them and what happened, but if Madam Bones and Solicitor Tonks thinks this would help protect me from further manipulation then I will."

It was getting late so Katie and Harry headed up to Katie's room and got ready for bed. Philip was still uncomfortable with a boy in his daughter's room, but Harry has shown to be a gentleman. Up in the bedroom the two teens got ready for bed. They spent some time talking and kissing but more snuggling into each other while they talked. When Elvina went up to bed she checked in on the kids and found them spooning with Katie holding her husband. The two teens found this position to be the most comforting for both of them so far.

9 July

Gringotts Bank, London

Rockclaw's Office

At 0855 Harry, Katie and Elvina arrived in his office by the provided port-key. Waiting for them were Rockclaw and Solicitors Tonks.

"Manager Rockclaw may your accounts double," greeted Harry, after orientating himself from the port-key.

"Lord Potter, may your gold every grow and your enemies whither," replied Rockclaw. "Lord Potter let me introduce Solicitor Edward (Ted) Tonks and his wife/partner Andromeda Tonks."

"Lord Potter, nice to meet you. I hear you have a busy day ahead of you," greeted Solicitor Tonks.

"Lord Potter, nice to meet you," greeted Andromeda. "I am also your cousin of some degree, as your grandmother Dorea Potter nee Black was my great aunt." Now Harry looked at Andromeda, black faced at what she had told him.

"Solicitors Tonks, nice to meet you both," answered Harry. "Allow me to introduce Lady Katie Potter nee Bell, my bond mate and her mother Mrs. Elvina Bell." every one quickly completed introductions and all settled around the Manager Rockclaw's desk.

"Lord Potter, I have here the audit report of your accounts and a list of all transactions," stated Rockclaw. "The list of transactions also includes items removed from the family vaults," as he passed Harry his copy of the audit and report.

Harry and Katie quickly looked over the reports and noted the numerous withdraws of Galleons and that several items were removed. What they noticed the most was that most of the transactions were made by the same person, Dumbledore. One large transaction was made after school started last year and was attributed to him. "Manager Rockclaw, how is it Dumbledore was able to make so many withdraws? Second how could he remove items from the family vault. Third, who made this large withdraw last September, I was already at Hogwarts and would not need anything?" inquired Harry.

"Lord Potter, I agree the withdraws were excessive and I was not informed of these withdraws when they occurred," answered Rockclaw. "I started another internal audit to see who escorted and assisted Dumbledore in these transactions, and that inquire is still ongoing. As for the large transaction from last year, it was recorded that you arrived and requested the withdraw."

"I do not remember coming here and making that kind of withdraw, and secondly I was not allowed to leave the castle during the school year," replied Harry.

"Manager Rockclaw, has anyone checked to see if Lord Potter was charmed in any way to gain access to his vaults?" asked Solicitor Tonks. "Would the desk verify identity if some one came in using polyjuice as Lord Potter and had his key?"

"No the clerks would not verify the person identity if the key presented matched the account of the person presenting the key," replied Rockclaw.

"That there is grand larceny and will result in time in Azkaban," responded Solicitor Tonks.

"Only if you get the offender before the people," replied Rockclaw.

"Can an account check be performed to see if an equal or near equal amount of Galleons was deposited into an account the same day or shortly after?" inquired Andromeda. "It may help in identifying parties involved."

"We will begin an audit of vaults of known people," answer Rockclaw. He would start with known supporters of Dumbledore.

"Lord Potter any other questions on the audit?" inquired Rockclaw.

"If all of these withdraws by Dumbledore was for my care, as listed, it never made it to my relatives, or they were lying about my living there costing them money," stated Harry. "For if they received financial support for me living there it was never spent on me or for my care. Until I started school at Hogwarts I lived in the cupboard under the stairs and I was treated like a slave, having to cook all their meals, clean the house and take care of the garden." As Harry was explaining this his magic started to build up around him.

Sensing his turmoil and rising emotions Katie quickly got out of her seat and went to Harry to calm him back down, by sitting in his lap, as destroying Rockclaw's office would not be a good thing.

"Manager Rockclaw, I take this is only part of the reason we are involved?" inquired Solicitor Tonks. Andromeda was eyeing Harry and Katie and how the two were interacting.

"Yes. Lord Potter needs paperwork to transfer his non magical guardianship to Mr. and Mrs. Bell as he has a soul-bond to Lady Potter. Also we have questions about how Dumbledore got made his magical guardian back in 1981 and why Lord Potter was not monitored by Wizarding Child Services (WCS)," answered Rockclaw. Solicitor Tonks slowly closed his mouth hearing that the young Lord in front of him had a soul-bond. Soul-bonds were of myths and legends they were so rare, but to see one in a pair of young teens.

Hearing of the soul-bond allowed Andromeda to understand the interaction of the two teens in front of her. It would explain the quick movement of Lady Potter from her seat to Harry's. She could sense the increasing stress through their bond, from the change in ambient magic around them.

"Solicitors Tonks, before we go any further or discuss anything else, I would like to know what all is covered by your standard oath?" inquired Harry.

"Lord Potter, anything we talk about is covered by the standard client privileged oath, short of plotting murder, theft or open insurrection," replied Solicitor Tonks. Harry and Katie nodded to his statement.

[Do we go with the standard oath or do we modify it to protect ourselves from future discriminating laws?] asked Harry.

[We can start here, but I think we will need a separate oath to tell all. I agree that we may have to openly rebel if the Wizengamot starts to pass laws that will harm us and our pack.] answered Katie.

[Okay, we will start with the standard oath, and with hold more sensitive information until we get a separate oath.] acknowledge Harry. The two teens felt like someone was staring at them and looked at Elvina, knowing she had caught them again.

"Will you two stop holding private conversations," stated Elvina, to their look.

"Did I miss something? I did not hear any conversation," stated Solicitor Tonks. Andromeda, gave her husband an eye roll for missing to understand what a soul-bond entails.

"Mr. Tonks, these two have yet to learn proper etiquette on holding conversations," replied Elvina.

"Ted, one of the gifts of a true soul-bond is a type of mental communication between the bonded," added Andromeda. "We will need to work with them to hold their conversations in a less obvious manner."

"Solicitor Tonks we will accept your standard client oath for now on today's and general business, but we will require a more comprehensive oath before we will reveal more personal information." stated Harry.

Now Ted and Andromeda looked concern at hearing the standard oath was not inclusive enough. 'What personal information would they have that would require a stronger oath?' thought Ted. 'It must deal with the bond and how it formed,' reflected Andromeda.

Solicitors Tonks provided Their Solicitor-Client oath, and glowed white at magic acceptance of the oath.

"Solicitors Tonks, I would like paperwork submitted in the Queens Court for change of guardianship from my relatives the Dursleys to Mr. and Mrs. Bell," started Harry. "The request is based on the grounds of abuse, neglect, endangerment and abandonment."

"Have any of this abuse been evaluated by a healer?" asked Solicitor Tonks.

"The only healer I have seen is Madam Pomfrey at Hogwarts," replied Harry. "My relatives never took me to a doctor and only to the emergency room once for a severely broken arm."

"Have you ever received any vaccines, shots or check-ups?" asked Andromeda.

"I have not had any of those," answered Harry

"Lord Potter, you could not have gone to muggle school with out proof of vaccination," stated Solicitor Tonks.

"I did attend school with my cousin, but I never had any shots or vaccines," replied Harry. "I do not know how my relatives got around that."

"Manager Rockclaw, I would like Lord Potter to see two healers for a complete medical history and exam. One being a goblin healer and the second from St. Mungo's," stated Solicitor Tonks. "I will need all the medical information on Lord Potters health and I know your healers have different skills in retrieving his injuries safely."

"I will arrange a meeting after the Will reading of Lord and Lady Potter tomorrow," answered Rockclaw. "Will you or should I contact St. Mungo's?"

"I will contact the Healers at St. Mungo's today to escort a healer here tomorrow," replied Solicitor Tonks.

"Lord Potter I will need a formal statement of all that occurred to you while living with your relatives," stated Solicitor Tonks. "The statement along with the supporting medical documentation will be the base for the request of transfer. Having them arrested by child protective services will make the case stronger. As they will take pictures of the home to include where you were kept."

Harry started to withdraw at hearing he would have to tell what happened to him and how he was beaten, starved and treated as a house-elf by his relatives. He knew inside that Dumbledore would work to keep his relatives free and send him back to them. Sensing his fear and self loathing Katie gave her husband a supportive hug and pushed her love into him through the bond, and the hug.

"Solicitor Tonks, another item we need your input on is this illegal marriage contract written by Albus Dumbledore and Molly Weasley," stated Katie, as Harry was still distracted. "According to Manager Rockclaw, family magic has already invalidated the contract. We are seeking compensation for the threat posed by this illegal action."

"Yes. The contract was made illegal and invalidated on two counts of family magic," supported Rockclaw. "First was that it was not signed by two Heads of House, and second it was invalidated by the will of Lady Potter."

"How could a will invalidate a marriage contract?" asked Solicitor Tonks.

"Lady Potter's will stated that any marriage contract not signed by them or one of the selected guardians was to be null and void," answer Rockclaw, as he passed a copy of the will to Solicitor Tonks and a copy of he marriage contract.

Ted and Andromeda quickly read over the will and saw the clause on marriage contracts. Both knew the other rule was most likely in the family Grimoire. They then read the voided marriage contract, Andromeda did not miss the section about Sirius being Harry's oath god-father. Both were stunned when they read the verbiage in the contract, the silent Black family magic transiently made it self present within Andromeda as she read the contract, making House Potter a vassal and that the wealth was to be split between Molly, Dumbledore and a smaller percentage to Ron and Ginny. This contract was a blatant attempt at line of theft and elimination of the Potter line.

"Did those two really believe that this contract would work or survive Family magic?" asked Ted, still at awl of the attempt.

"We do not know, what they were thinking," replied Katie. "We have chosen not to destroy the contract yet, until legal matters on it have been resolved, as it is now or soon will be evidence of the crime."

Everyone nodded in understanding that this was not the end of the contract issues before them.

"It is time to move to the conference room to meet with Lord Lovegood and Madam Bones," stated Rockclaw.

"Solicitor Tonks you should join us in this meeting," stated Harry. "It seems some ancient marriage contracts have come to light."

"How old?" inquired Solicitor Tonks.

"About 300yrs old." answered Harry, Ted let out a soft whistle, while Andromeda roller her eyes at her husband. With that statement everyone stood up and followed Rockclaw out of his office over to a near by conference room. Upon entering Harry noted the presence of four people, two adults and two fellow class mates.

Harry and his party moved around to the far side of the conference table while Rockclaw took his position at the head of the table, and the others along the near side of the table.

"Everyone thank you for attending today's meeting," stated Rockclaw. "Lord Lovegood and Madam Bones let me introduce Lord Potter and Lady Potter and her mother Mrs. Bell," indicating the Harry, Katie, and Elvina. "With them is their Solicitors Mr. & Mrs. Tonks." Greetings were exchanged between the parties.

"Manager Rockclaw, we were not informed that our solicitors were required," stated Madam Bones.

"Madam Bones, your solicitor is not required. We had to break from a meeting with Solicitors Tonks to come to this meeting and brought them to help answer any legal questions," stated Rockclaw. Madam Bones and Lord Lovegood nodded understanding and acceptance of the explanation.

"Madam Bones and Lord Lovegood, do to recent events and the recent marriage of Lord Potter, two ancient line of continuation marriage contracts became active," stated Rockclaw.

"I am unaware of any marriage contracts between House Lovegood and House Potter," replied Lord Lovegood.

"Same with House Bones," added Madam Bones.

"May we stop with all of the formal titles, while we discuss this issues?" inquired Harry. Everyone nodded in agreement to the request, noting that the frequent use of titles got old.

"Thank you," replied Harry.

"The contracts in question originated over 250years ago with the founding of the Potter Alliance," stated Rockclaw. "Houses included in this alliance were: Potter, Bones, Lovegood, Abbott, Greengrass, Davis, Fawcett, Mina, Podmore, Fleamont, and Shafiq. This alliance is older than the more recent Grand Alliance established by Charlus and Henry Potter along with the Longbottom family."

"How did these contracts become active if they are so old?" inquired Amelia.

"Amelia, the original members of the Potter Alliance wrote the marriage contracts to be renewing for whenever a member house is threaten with extinction," answered Rockclaw. "You and Lord Lovegood currently do not have a spouse, and each house only has a single heir left and both of them are witches. Despite the standings of the Houses attempting to find a suitable offer to allow the Bones and Lovegood family to continue will be hard."

"I see how the renewing alliance marriage contract could protect House Bones and Lovegood in this instance but If either Susan or Luna marries Lord Potter then the house will still be lost," stated Amelia.

"True Amelia, if one condition had not been met," replied Rockclaw. "One of the conditions in the alliance contract is the male must be of similar age and must already be married for the contracts to become active. Lord Potter and Lady Potter were married on 4 July."

"How were they married?" inquired Amelia. "I saw no announcements of a pending marriage."

"Amelia, what I'm about to say must never leave this room without Katie's or my permission," stated Harry. Receiving nods of understanding and agreement, Harry continued. "Katie and I are soul-bonded. We plan to announce it as a marriage contract with the announcement of your two contracts and will have our wedding over Yule. We are still trying to suppress the information from the Ministry until we are ready to announce it."

"Harry when we are done I will escort you to the correct office and help you to invoke Head of House privilege on the information," responded Amelia.

"Thank you," replied Harry.

"I told you," said Luna, in a dreamy voice to Harry. She reflected over their discussion on the Express before leaving the train.

"Yes Luna, you were right in that I would find my life mate this summer. But you missed the part that we were to grow together over the next two years, instead our bond was forced to mature," replied Harry. Katie gave Harry a quizzical look. [Before she left the Express at the end of last year, Luna told me that I would find my mate over the summer,] stated Harry. Katie had a big grin on her face hearing Harry's response. Now Luna had a look of surprise in hearing what happened, and what she missed seeing.

"Now that we have dealt with your two contracts. I have a third contract that I need to present to Director Bones and discuss with Solicitors Tonks. Lord Potter knows of the contract and requests your input," stated Rockclaw. "While the four of us discuss this contract. Lord Potter and Lord Lovegood and the rest can sit at the far end of the table and get acquainted." The group nodded and moved to the far end of the conference table/room and set the chairs up in a odd circle to be come more familiar with each other. Director Bones and Solicitors Tonks move next to Rockclaw who erected privacy wards and handed a copy of the invalid Potter-Weasley contract to Director Bones.

"Director Bones, this is a copy of another marriage contract written up by Albus Dumbledore and Molly Weasley, for the marriage of Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley, just before the end of last school term," stated Rockclaw. "The contract has been invalidated by Potter family magic as no Head of House or Authorised Guardian signed the contract, and it went against the will of Lily Potter." Amelia quickly read over the contract and slowly became angered over what she was reading in the contract. Ted and Andi were better at controlling their facial expressions, but they too was angered by what they were reading, for the second time.

"Rockclaw, this contract is a blatant line of theft attempt by House Dumbledore and Prewett/Weasley against House Potter," exclaimed Amelia.

"Amelia, you are correct and Lord Potter is aware of the contents of the contract and we will be seeking damages for this contract," answered Ted.

"It is good that Dumbledore did not know of the Potter family magic involved with marriage contracts," stated Amelia, Rockclaw nods to the statement. "I would not be surprised if a new marriage contract is arranged between these two, once they learn this one has failed. Another concern, is if the head of house rings will protect Harry and Katie from love potions?"

"Who would attempt to use love potions on the Lord of an Ancient and Noble House?" asked Ted. "Also the two could not make another contract for Harry, as Dumbledore is no longer his magical guardian."

"One, I want status and what it gives, Molly Weasley nee Prewett," answered Amelia. "She was known to be very proficient at brewing love potions and other similar potions while at Hogwarts and using them. How do you think she snagged Arthur?"

"Amelia to answer your question, yes the rings will detect the presence of potion and alert Lord and Lady Potter of its presence," answered Rockclaw. "They are also protected by their soul-bond. It will prevent any effect from a love potion from affecting them, and it will tell who it was attuned to."

"Rockclaw when was the last Soul-bond recorded?" questions Ted.

"Gringotts has not recorded an actual soul-bond in 300yrs," replied Rockclaw. "The last completely formed Soul-bond was the Flamels." Amelia and Ted nodded.

"Rockclaw, Amelia, where should we go with this contract?" inquired Ted. He had his ideas of what to do with the illegal contract, but wanted to hear other options. "Do we wait and see what happens or do we act on what we have, knowing that family magic voided the contract?"

"Since the contract has been void by family magic and cannot be enforced, no matter how much the signing parties try, legally we are unable to take any action," answered Amelia. "Now if any attempts are made to enforce this contract then all responses are valid."

"Amelia is correct in her assessment, even as disgusting as this contract is," added Rockclaw. Ted nodded his understanding and agreement.

"Amelia, do you know why the Potter wills were not read?" inquired Rockclaw. "Lord Potter opened the wills three days ago and the public reading is tomorrow at 1200. Invites to involved parties have been sent, and you are an involved party."

"No. I will have an answer for you tomorrow," answered Amelia.

The discussion went on for several more minutes between the three. While down at the other end of the table Harry was getting acquainted with Luna and Susan, and with Xeno, as Xenophilius asked to be called. Harry enjoyed the whimsical view of the world that Luna brought to his changing family, as he started to see the growing collection of ladies and their guardians. Harry learned that Xeno was the chief editor and publisher of the news magazine The Quibbler.

"Amelia, Xeno has either of your Heiress had a lineage test performed since starting Hogwarts?" asked Harry.

"Harry, most pure-blood families do not check on the lineage of their heirs as normally it is straight forward in the small families we have," responded Amelia.

"Rockclaw, I would like for an lineage test on Luna and Susan before we depart," Harry stated. "House Potter will pay for the tests." 'It would be best to know all available houses for ladies joining the pack,' thought Harry, loudly.

[I agree,] commented Katie on hearing Harry's thoughts.

Rockclaw called for two test kits to be brought to the conference room. Once the test basins and potions had arrived Rockclaw instructed the two Heiress on what needed to be done to perform the test. Both Luna and Susan understood the directions.

Luna looked at Harry and then her dad and cut her hand. Susan quickly followed through with her test. Once the required blood was in the basins and the potions added the quills started writing. Once the quills had finished writing, Rockclaw made a copy of the tests and passed it to each Heiress, and her guardian. He made a second copy and passed them to Harry.
