Welcome readers to my new Digimon story. I know I've already done a LOT of stories regarding Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth, but this one while I doubt will be as long of the Cyber Rangers series is going to be a big project for me. Mainly because this one won't be a crossover with another franchise. Also, this is something I had big plans for while I was writing Cyber Ranger but decided not to start on until I finished that project. A few things I want to get out of the way before we start.

1: Like Cyber Ranger this story will feature both Takumi and Ami. But unlike Cyber Ranger they will each have three Digimon. I already decided which ones they'll get, and they will not be getting more. I know they can each technically have eleven with them and more in the DigiFarm but that is a lot of Digimon to keep track of for this story and there are going to be a LOT of them as it is.

2: Hacker's Memory did give characters like Arata and Yuuko multiple Digimon, but I decided to give them just the ones we see them with in the original Cyber Sleuth for two reasons. Reason 1 being like I said this story will already have a lot of Digimon to keep track of. Reason 2 being that they gave Yuuko a Rosemon and I already decided to give Ami a Rosemon since that's one of the starters, and I can easily see that being confusing for everyone.

3: I know for Cyber Rangers, at least until the fourth arc I was set on just including Digimon from Cyber Sleuth, but this time NO restrictions. So, expect to see a LOT of different Digimon from outside of the game.

4: A lot of Digimon had their names and their attack names changed in translation. Here I am going to be faithful to the names used in English translation. The only exception to this is going to be Omnimon who is known as Omegamon in Japan and will be referred to as Omegamon in this story. There is a reason for this, but I won't go into that until much later down the road.

That's all for now, I'll talk more about what I plan to do as we move along... So let's get started!

Deep within a jungle, trees rustled as a group of Digimon hurried through the greenery. "Seeing all this…" a regal looking Digimon in white armor said. "It takes me back."

"Now's not the time for a nostalgia trip Omegamon!" an eerie blue and green Digimon scolded.

"Diaboromon's right." A Digimon with samurai armor and two blades replied. "If they see us, this entire plan can backfire immensely. And this is our only hope to turn the tide of this war."

A rabbit Digimon with golden armor was taking point. "Rapidmon, how much further to our location?" a black, armored Digimon with a shield on his back asked.

"About ten minutes roughly."

A female Digimon with a white rose on her head sighed. "Maybe you were right BlackWarGreymon. If we darted straight there instead of hiding in the trees we'd be there by now."

Another humanoid Digimon with green and gold armor with a lance, and shield shook her head. "No. It's just as Kuzuhamon said." She gestured to a Digimon in a black bodysuit with blue armor. "They'll notice our energy output and find us on the spot. And as Samudramon here just brought up, if they catch onto our plan and try to take advantage of it, innocent humans can get caught up in our conflict."

"Not to mention we'll lose the element of surprise." A grey and purple draconic Digimon added.

The golden Rapidmon stopped. "What is it?" Kazuhamon asked.

"Someone's here, hide!" All nine Digimon hid behind trees as they heard footsteps. A Black and White Knight Chessmon led by a Knightmon traveled through the forest in front of them.

The black knight looked around. "I see no sign of them sir."

The Knightmon looked around. "Well keep looking! Our scouts spotted that traitor Omegamon and his companions in this area!"

The draconic Digimon glared at them. "Should we take them out?"

"Dorugoramon, no." the lance-wielding Digimon whispered. "If they go MIA it will raise more questions."

"Ophanimon has a point." Rapidmon Armor said. "Just let them pass and we'll be on our way."

Omegamon sighed. "They're looking for me. I knew I should have stayed behind."

"Hey, don't say that." The flower Digimon said. "It's not like they wouldn't send a search party if it was just us anyway."

"Rosemon is right." Kuzuhamon replied. "Besides, you're one of us, who fought with them. You have every right we do to see them again."

Rapidmon Armor watched the scouts leave. "All clear. Let's move out."

"If they know we're here, I say we book it." Diaboromon said. "Every second we stay here puts the operation at risk."

Omegamon nodded. "Agreed. We're almost there. Let's go!" They dashed through the trees as fast as they could. Soon they came into a forest clearing.

"This is it." Rosemon Burst Mode said as they came to a halt. "Wow. Even after everything that has happened, this place still hasn't changed."

BlackWarGreymon turned to Kazuhamon. "Are you sure you can open a hole in the barrier between our worlds without causing catastrophic damage? I'd hate to repeat the Paradise Lost Plan for our reunion."

"The walls dividing the Digital World and the Human World have always been weak in this exact location ever since that fateful day." Kazuhamon spun her staff around and slammed it into the ground. "And with the Digital World growing more unstable as this war rages on, I should be able to make a small gap, just like the one Omegamon slipped through last time."

"But we'll have to revert to our Rookie forms to fit through it." Omegamon replied.

"Well, I just hope we don't go losing our memories like you did." Diaboromon sighed.

Samudramon shook his head. "That didn't happen to Crusadermon or Alphamon when they did the same thing. I believe that was an unfortunate event with a low chance of occurrence. Besides, as long as one of us keeps our memories intact, we can fill our partners in on the situation."

Kazuhamon's staff glowed as a magic circle formed around her feet. A white light flew straight up. All the other Digimon looked up at it until Rapidmon Armor turned back to the trees. "What is it?" Dorugoramon asked.

"I thought I heard something."

All the Digimon aside from Kazuhamon looked in the direction of the trees. "Are you certain?" Ophanimon asked. "I didn't hear anything."

"Well, if it was the enemy, they would have attacked us." BlackWarGreymon said. "We're out in the open now."

"Unless they went back to tell their friends." Rosemon Burst Mode said. "Damn it, if they find out what we're up to…"

"I'm afraid it's a little too late to turn back now!" Kazuhamon grunted as she glowed. After a burst of light, a white crack appeared in front of them. "There, it's done!"

"Anyone in the forest could have heard your magic." Omegamon said. "Let's go quickly!"

One by one the nine of them glowed. Omegamon split into Agumon and Gabumon. Samudramon became Guilmon. Diaboromon became Keramon. Rapidmon Armor became Terriermon. BlackWarGreymon became BlackAgumon. Dorugoramon became Dorumon. Rosemon Burst Mode became Palmon. Ophanimon became Salamon. Finally, Kazuhamon became Hawkmon. "Okay." Gabumon said. "We're going to jump in."

"Let's hope this plan works." Palmon said. "It's still far earlier then we planned to do this, we haven't run through enough tests."

"Well, we don't have time to confirm the theory through simulations." Terriermon said. "Our partners are our only hope it we're going to shift this war in our favor." They all turned to the crack. "Okay…Here goes!" Terriermon jumped in and squeezed his way inside before he disappeared into the white void. The others followed him.

Once they were all through, a giant purple beetle Digimon, a metal serpent Digimon and a Digimon with a dark body, a scarf and a volcano on his back approached from the trees. "That must be it." The bug said.

"That gap is way too small for any of us to slip through." The volcanic Digimon said. "That must be why they De-Digivolved."

"I guess we'll have to do the same." The serpent said.

The three of them reverted to Tentomon, Betamon, and Gotsumon ran over to the crack. "Okay…if what she said was right, we should go straight to our partner…" Tentomon said.

"Assuming he got the app." Gotsumon replied. "I just hope we don't get stuck with bad people like last time."

"We gotta take the chance." Betamon said. "Here goes!" They all jumped inside.

Not far off, someone dressed in red and black stepped out. They walked towards the crack.

In Nanako Broadway, in a certain detective agency, one could smell coffee…among over things. Kyoko Kuremi was just putting away coffee cups. "That blend turned out rather nicely. What a pleasant way to conclude a day with a solved case."

At the sofas nearby, two redheaded twins were sitting together. Takumi Aiba, and his sister Ami Aiba. "You said it." The boy smiled.

"I'm just glad we stopped that guy and got those accounts back." Ami said. "It's sad to think of EDEN being used as a tool for cybercrime."

"EDEN has a lot of potential." Kyoko said. "But that potential is dangerous in the wrong hands. But that's good for business."

Takumi sighed. "Kyoko…when you say it like that, you make it sound like it's a good thing that people are doing bad stuff."

Kyoko laughed. "I'm only kidding…mostly. Still, you two have only been working for me for a month now, but you're quite adapt to this kind of work. I'm glad I hired you as my assistants."

"Thanks Kyoko." Ami smiled.

"We're happy to help." Takumi added. "By the way…about that other case…"

"I'm afraid I still have no info." Kyoko said solemnly. "But I have Matayoshi working on this as well. Be patient Takumi. We'll find a lead sooner or later and when we do I promise I'll let you know immediately. Let Yuuko know we're doing our best."

"Right."

"Well, that's all for today. You two are off duty. Meet up here same time tomorrow."

The two stood up. "Got it. See ya." Takumi waved.

"Take care Kyoko." Ami said as she followed her brother out the door.

Kyoko smiled as they left. "Those kids really are something. Most would need time to adjust to the life of a detective, but they're surprisingly good at this…almost like they've done it before."

Just as Takumi closed the door behind him, his Digivice started ringing. He put his goggles on. "Hello?"

Through the lenses a screen opened up and he was greeted by a familiar shout. "Hey! Takumi, you and Ami done with work yet?"

"We just finished."

"Awesome! I'm gathering everyone at the café, so hurry up here! Don't be late this time!"

Ami looked at her brother. "Nokia, right? As usual I could hear her voice over the Digivice."

Takumi faintly chuckled as he lifted his goggles off his eyes. "Yeah, right? Anyway, she's waiting for us at the café."

Ami smiled. "Welp, I'm game if you are. Shall we?"

On the fourth floor, Nokia Shimramine was at a table in the café with Arata Sanada, Yuuko Kamishiro, and her brother, Yuugo Kamishiro. The bell rang as Takumi and Ami walked in the door. "Finally!" Nokia groaned. "Why are you two so slow?!"

"Indoor voice please." Ami cringed. "Seriously Nokia, maybe instead of us being slow, it's just you who's impatient."

"So now that we're all here, wanna tell us what's so important you called us out of the blue?" Arata asked.

"Why else? I need to make sure everyone's raising their Digimon right!"

"The Digital Monster app." Takumi looked at his Digivice. "I'm still trying to wrap my head around how this exists…or what it means."

"I just finally got MetalGreymon and WereGarurumon up to WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon."

"You already, got to Mega level?" Yuuko asked. "You're quite far ahead of us. I'm still raising GeoGreymon."

"I'll say." Yuugo nodded. "I just Digivolved my Hagurumon into Guardromon. What about you Arata?"

"Me? My Keramon's a Infermon now." Arata said before looking at the Aiba twins as they seated themselves. "What about you two?"

"I just Digivolved Rapidmon to MegaGargomon." Takumi said. "I'm still working on Digivolving BlackGreymon, and I also have Dorugamon. Ami, you Digivolved Lillymon yesterday, right?"

"Yup! She's a Rosemon now. I also finally got Hawkmon, to Aquilamon. I just Digivolved little Salamon into Gatomon too."

"Well at least you two are on the ball." Nokia said before turning to Arata, Yuuko and Yuugo. "But sheesh you three, you're each only raising one Digimon, how's it taking you so long to Digivolve them?"

"Well, excuse me." Arata squinted. "Not all of us have all the time in the world to slack off."

"First of all, Takumi and Ami are working part-time for Kyoko while going to school, and they're doing just fine. Second, this isn't slacking off! Raising our Digimon is important! Think of all they've done for us!"

Yuuko sighed. "Nokia…we're not even sure if what we're raising are indeed our Digimon."

Nokia's face saddened. "B-but…"

"I know you miss Agumon and Gabumon, and I understand your desperate for a connection, but-

"It's not that I'm desperate!" Everyone was startled by the sudden outburst from Nokia. She only felt bad when everyone was looking at her uneasily. "S-sorry…"

"No, it's fine." Yuuko replied. "I admit I was a bit tactless…"

"Yuuko…" Takumi looked at her. "I don't think this app is a mere coincidence. I mean think about it: It came into existence when reality was altered from our actions, all the Digimon in the game are Digimon that we know existed in EDEN and the Digital World, and according to what we found out about it, its release date was the same as the Digimon Capture Program. Can we really be sure that it isn't connected to the Digimon we know and worked with?"

"I suppose you're right."

Ami looked at Nokia. "Nokia…Even if the app is just a coincidence, we'll find a way to meet our Digimon again. I miss Palmon Alphamon and the others too."

"That's right." Takumi clenched his hand. "We have to. The six of us are the only ones who remember what happened. It's our responsibility to use that knowledge to make a future where humans and Digimon can coexist."

"Man, ever since you and Ami got out of that coma, you've both been set on that, haven't you?" Arata asked.

Takumi nodded. "If we can do this, maybe we can make up for the wrongs we wrought when we brought the Eaters into the Digital World and EDEN."

Yuugo sighed. "Takumi…"

Arata folded his arms. "This again? For the last time you two, let it go. We were also involved."

"But I was the one who opened the gate that day to the Digital World." Takumi said.

Ami looked down. "And it was my selfish thoughts that summoned the first Eater. I know it. That plague that haunted the Digital World for eight years was because of us. We have to make up for that."

"You two are being too hard on yourselves." Yuugo said.

"Brother is right." Yuuko said. "You two risked your lives in the end and undid the damage the Eaters caused. Shouldn't that be enough?"

Takumi shook his head. "Thanks guys. I know you're trying to cheer us up. But what happened was our doing. And we've already decided we'll face the responsibility of our actions."

"Just don't do any more reckless stunts." Nokia scolded. "You've had us worried sick on more than one occasion."

"Heh, heh…" Ami scratched the back of her head. "Sorry. It's just part of our nature, there's no changing that."

Nokia sighed and took out her Digivice and pressed some buttons. "Anyway, now that I got WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon, I'm wondering if they can fuse like before into Omnimon. Maybe I- Nokia looked at the screen oddly. "Huh?"

Everyone looked at her. "What's wrong?" Yuugo asked.

"Nothing's happening." Nokia pressed buttons repeatedly. "Come on! Did the app freeze?"

Takumi looked at it. "Huh. That's odd." He put on his goggles. "I don't think anything like that's happened since I got the- He then stopped. "…Wait, what?"

"What is it?" Ami asked.

"Something weird is going on. My app won't do anything either."

Ami put on her goggles and Arata, Yuuko, and Yuugo took out their Digivices. "What the…" Arata. Looked at the screen in annoyance. "What is this, some kind of glitch?"

"It doesn't make sense for it to be affecting all of us at once." Ami said. "Maybe it's an update?"

"Mine's working just fine." Yuugo replied.

Suddenly the images of Takumi, Ami, Nokia, Arata and Yuuko's Digimon all started glitching out. Then all of them reverted to their Rookie forms. "What?" Yuuko gasped.

"What just happened?!" Arata asked.

"You gotta be kidding me!" Nokia yelled. "After all that time it took to finally get my buddies back to Mega level they just went back to Rookies?! Come ooooooon!"

"Hold on a minute." Takumi checked his Terriermon, Dorumon, and BlackAgumons stats. "That's weird. Terriermon and BlackAgumons stats are way higher than they were when I had them in Rookie form before."

"Same here…" Arata said. "Keramon's stats are even higher then when I had him as Chrysalimon."

"What's happening?" Yuugo asked. "This is far beyond a simple glitch if it did that to all five of you."

All their Digivices started beeping. "What now?" Ami opened his DigiLine and got an anonymous message. She opened it. "What in the world…?"

Everyone stared blankly at their messages. "Sooo, I take it you guys all just got mail too?" Nokia asked.

"Yeah…" Arata replied in bewilderment.

"Aaaaand would it by any chance be saying the same thing as mine?"

"Log in to EDEN and go to Junk Park in Kawloon immediately"…?" Reading the message aloud only made Yuuko even more uneasy. "What is the meaning of this? Is it connected to what just happened with our Digital Monster apps?"

"Think it's some kind of hacker's prank?" Arata asked.

"Well…what do you guys think?" Takumi asked.

Nokia looked at him strangely. "About what?"

"Logging into EDEN, what else?"

"Takumi, this could be some kind of trap." Yuuko said.

"But we're not going to find out just standing here, there's still too little we know about the app. And it's not like we know anyone who understands it better than we do."

"He's got a point…" Yuugo admitted.

"There are six of us." Ami said. "Don't worry, if something happens, we'll either take it head on or bail if it seems like too much."

"Well…I'm going in!" Nokia said. "If this is connected to Digimon, I have to learn more as the leader of the Rebels!"

"I thought your Hacker Team doesn't exist anymore." Arata said.

Nokia stood up from her seat. "Ho, ho! Once I get Agumon and Gabumon my first order of business is reestablishing the team! Now let's go!" She smiled at Takumi and Ami. "You two are going too, right?"

Ami nodded and got up with her brother. "Of course."

"Good grief." Arata sighed. "So careless." He stood up and grinned. "Fine, guess I'm in too. The curiosity's killing me after all."

Ami grinned teasingly. "Aw, you're just shy to admit you're worried about us!"

Nokia rolled her eyes. "The self-proclaimed geek loves to act cooler than he really is."

"So? I think it's kinda sweet!"

Arata looked away from Ami uncomfortably. "Why do you gotta say things like that…"

Takumi looked at them. "Hey, this'll be just like that time we went to Kawloon last time. When we last meet after the EDEN Demo."

"Yeah." Nokia grinned. "It'll be fun!"

"Just don't get scared the moment you come in like last time." Arata sighed. "We don't need to drag around a scaredy cat again."

"Hey!"

Yuugo stood up. "I'll go too. If something is happening in EDEN I need to know."

"Then I'm going with you." Yuuko added rising from her seat. "You, Takumi and Ami just got out of rehab a month ago, someone should keep an eye on you."

"Alright, its' decided!" Nokia grinned. "To the EDEN Terminals! There's one right on this floor, so let's get going!"

As everyone made their way out of the café, Yuuko watched as Takumi was about to follow the others out. "Um, by the way Takumi…"

The boy turned around. "What is it?"

"About that case I asked of you…"

Takumi looked down. "Ah…I'm afraid we have no new leads."

"I see…"

"I'm sorry Yuuko."

The girl shook her head. "No, I'm sure you all did your best…"

"Hey, we're not giving up." Takumi said. "Kyoko said she'll get Matayoshi to help too. Don't worry, we'll get to the bottom of this one way or another."

Yuuko smiled. "Takumi…thank you. You're always going such lengths to help me."

Takumi smiled back. "Don't worry about it. Like I said, we're friends and friends help each other out."

"Yes…friends…"

"Yuuko, Takumi!" Nokia stuck her head back in the café. "Hurry up already!"

"We're coming, keep your shirt on." Takumi replied before walking out.

Yuuko watched him leave. "Over eight years since then…It feels so weird." She hurried out.

Just outside a café in Ikebukuro, a boy with black hair wearing a blue hoodie came out having just finished work for the day. "Not much is happening these days. What should I do now?" The visor around his neck made a strange sound. "Hmm?" He put it over his eyes. "Hey! What just happened?! How come my Digimon just- He then noticed something else on his DigiLine. A Message. He opened it up and read it. "What the… What is this?"

Takumi, Ami, Nokia, Arata, Yuuko, and Yuugo wasted no time logging in. "I'm surprised Kawloon is still around, I didn't think EDEN would have it if the incident during the demo never happened." Nokia said.

"It's still a part of EDEN that was outdated." Yuuko replied as they flew into a dark area. "Here we are…"

One by one they landed in Kawloon Level 1. "Junk Park is just ahead." Takumi said.

"Junk Park…" Ami muttered. "That's where it started that day…and that's where our journey began eight years later meeting Nokia, Arata and Yuuko again."

Yuuko faintly smiled. "That's right. I suppose technically, this is where I first meet you guys again. Granted I wasn't entirely…myself."

"This is where we first saw you as well." Takumi said looking at Yuugo.

"Yes, that's right." Yuugo said. "For it to all happen in the same place. What an interesting turn of events."

They all started walking. "This is where Takumi, Ami, Arata and I meet our Digimon too." Nokia said.

"So, what do you think that message was about?" Arata asked. "The fact that it happened right after the Digital Monster app glitched out…and that we were summoned here of all places…that's a lot to brush off as a coincidence."

"When we were called in here that day, it was by Mr. Navit." Ami said. "Who according to you turned out to be Suedou."

"But Suedou doesn't exist in this reality anymore." Yuuko said. "I checked and double checked to be sure but…"

"We'll find out for sure if this is a coincidence or not soon enough." Yuugo said. "Look, there it is up ahead."

They stepped into what looked like an abandoned playground. "Junk Park." Takumi said. "It's been a while."

"So, what now?" Arata asked. "We're here and everything."

They all looked around. "I don't see anyone else here." Ami said.

"Don't tell me this was just a prank." Nokia groaned.

Takumi turned to his friends. "Hold on, let's check the app. Maybe it has something to do with this."

"Worth a shot I guess." Arata replied. He, Takumi, Ami, Nokia and Yuuko took out their Digivices.

"The game froze on me again." Yuuko said.

"That's weird." Ami muttered. "What do you think- The images of her Digimon started glowing. "Huh?"

All of their screens turned pure white. "What's happening?!" Yuuko panicked. They all yelled as a bright flash blinded them.

"…Hi partner." Takumi gasped as he heard a familiar voice. The light slowly died down and he was able to see in front of him. Three Digimon stood there smiling at him. Terriermon. And to his left Dorumon, and to his left, and BlackAgumon on his right. "We're back buddy." Terriermon smiled.

"Terriermon…Dorumon…BlackAgumon…?" Takumi was at a loss for words.

And it wasn't just them. In front of Ami was Palmon, Salamon and Hawkmon. In front of Nokia, Agumon and Gabumon. In front of Arata, Keramon, and in front of Yuuko, Guilmon. "Hey everyone." Palmon smiled casualty.

Tears were in Ami's eyes as she smiled. "Palmon…Salamon…Hawkmon…"

"Agumon…? Gabumon…?" Nokia smiled and sprung to life as she hugged her Digimon.

"Nokia!" The two cheered as she squeezed them.

"Is…is this real?" Yuuko asked kneeling to her Digimon. Guilmon nodded.

"I- Arata gawked and chuckled as he looked at Keramon. "I don't even have the words!"

Keramon grinned. "You ain't getting rid of me that easy!"

Takumi picked up Terriemron. "Is it really you pal!?"

"Yup! We told you guys we'd meet again someday!"

Nokia was already in tears. "I don't think I've ever felt so happy in my entire life! Oh, I missed you two so much!"

"We missed you too!" Agumon said.

Salamon nudged her head against Ami's leg happily. "Surprised?"

"I don't even…" Ami struggled to form whole words, so she just hugged her Digimon.

They spent a minute or two laughing and cheering before they all composed themselves. "I'm so glad to see you again!" Yuuko said petting her Digimon' head. "But how?"

"It's all thanks to a certain app going around in the human world." Guilmon grinned.

"The Digital Monster app?" Nokia looked at her Digivice. "The Agumon and Gabumon I had on it are gone now."

Yuuko, Arata, Ami and Takumi looked at their Digivices. "So are my Digimon…" Ami said. "Wait…were those app Digimon in the game actually you guys the whole time?!"

"Well, yes and no." Hawkmon replied. "What happened is fragments of our data were taken and sent to your Digivices in this world by entering the app. As Kuzuhamon, I opened a small crack in the wall dividing our worlds and we slipped through by reverting to Rookie stage."

"Just like what Omegamon had to do before." Takumi said.

"That's right." BlackAgumon nodded. "Then once we were out of the Digital World, we were able to zone in on those fragments in your Digivices and merge with them."

"I get it. Because they were parts of you to begin with." Ami said.

"That's all there is to it." Dorumon said.

"Is every Digimon with every human who owns the game also a fragment of a Digimon in the Digital World?" Yuugo asked.

"Yes, of course." Gabumon replied.

"So, the app must have been made by Digimon. We could never find the source in the human world. Was it made so you could return someday?"

"Actually, no." Keramon replied. "Truth is, we're as baffled about where the app came from as you. Alphamon just figured out some of us somehow had data fragments in an app game in the human world and theorized this crazy way of using it to get back to you. Without it, there's no guarantee we'd end up back in the human world if we tried breaking through the boundaries of the Digital World."

Nokia folded her arms and nodded. "Uh huh, yup totally got it, I understand it completely."

"You lie right through your teeth." Ami squinted at her. "Your head's spinning right now."

Nokia cringed. "Uncontrollably. But who cares! We get to see our adorable little buddies again! And that's all I need!"

"Thanks Nokia." Agumon said before dropping his smile. "But I'm afraid we don't have time for pleasantries…"

"Did something happen in the Digital World again?" Arata asked.

Terriermon had a serious expression as Takumi put it down. "Yeah. And it's on a whole other level from the Eaters."

"Seriously?" Takumi asked. "What's going on?"

"Before we say…" Guilmon said. "Would you mind telling us about the situation here in the human world? What happened here after we parted ways?"

"Well…"

In an area known as Under Kawloon Level 1, the teenager with black hair landed and put on his visor. "This is the place. So, who- He took a few steps but stopped when his Visor glowed blue. "What the…? Whoa!" He was blinded and dazed by a bright flash. Next thing he knew he was on the ground with something heavy on his back.

On him was a Tentomon, a Gotsumon and a Betamon. "Wow, this takes me back." the Tentomon said.

"Guess we're in the right place." The Gotsumon said. "So where is he?"

"Um…guys?" Betamon muttered. They all looked down at the person they were standing on.

"Whoops!" They all got off the boy. "Hey, you alright there?" Tentomon asked.

The black-haired youth groaned and pushed himself up. He looked at the Digimon and gasped. "You're…!"
