Abhijeet was sitting on the sea shore immersed in his thoughts. He came out of his world of thoughts hearing his phone's ringtone, which was in his lap. He looked at caller id and picked it up slowly.
Abhijeet - Ji papa
Acp sir - kha ho Abhijeet, itni raat ho gai hai...khabri se milne gae ho ya us k sath ghar basane.
Abhijeet - Nahi bs voh case ki lead mil gai thi usi mein busy hogaya tha.
Acp sir - Aab Ghar aao jldi.
Abhijeet - hnji...papa
Acp sir - Haan beta?
Abhijeet - nahi kuch nahi bs aa rha hoon thodi der mein.
Acp sir (sighed) - Vir phoch gaya hai sham ko, puch raha tha tumhara.
Abhijeet - hmm, mein aa k baat krta hoon.
He disconnected the call.
Abhijeet - Itne salon mein nahi pucha aab kyu yaad aai hai meri, sahi hai jb maan kiya aa gae, jb maan kiya uth kar chal diye...khilona hoon na, jb jis k maan mein aata hai rakh leta hai jb maan aaya phenk diya.
He threw stone in the sea.
Flashback
One morning
Abhijeet - Bhai...Vir bhaiya... bhaiya kha ho?
He came to his room, but it was empty. He came to hall... finding his brother but couldn't find him there also. He saw his mother
Abhijeet ( tensed) - Maa, voh...voh Bhaiya kha hai apko pata hai? mein kb se dudh raha hoon unko...mil nahi rahe hai... batao na maa apko pata hai, bhaiya kha hai?
Nandini - Abhi...aao mere sath
Abhijeet - Lekin maa , bhai?
Nandini - Yaha betho mere pass...aab meri baat dhayan se suno, hmm.
Abhijeet nodded.
Nandini - Humara Abhi toh bhot samjhdaar hai...haina. Bacha aap chahte ho na ki bhaiya bhot bade or papa jese ache insan bane.
Abhijeet - Haan maa.
Nandini - Bs toh usi k liye unhe or padhai krni hogi na, isi liye voh kuch time k liye, apne is angel ko mumma k pass chod k padne gae hai...taki voh khub bade or ache insan ban sake.
Abhijeet stood up from his seat.
Abhijeet - Bhaiya... bhaiya chale gae? lekin unhone mujh ko nahi bataya... mujhse mile bhi nahi...nahi...aap juth bol rahe ho... Bhaiya mujhe chod k kbhi nahi jate kahi nahi jate...aap jhut bol rahi hai.
Nandini - Abhi bacha asa nahi krte hai na...bhaiya ko padhna...
Abhijeet - Nahi...nahi..nahi... bhaiya mere pass rhe kar bhi toh padh skte hai...aaj tak bhi toh mere sath rhe k hi padhai ki. Voh nahi jae ge...voh nahi jaa sakte unhone promise Kiya tha.
He ran to Vir's room again.
Nandini - Abhi ruko beta baat suno.
He was finding him everywhere in the room...he opened his wardrobe which was empty almost.
Tears slipped from his eyes. He ran out from the house... inorder to find him
Abhijeet ( crying) - bhaiya...v..vir bhaiya kha ho... bhaiya.
Nandini too ran behind him and caught him.
Nandini - Abhi , bhaiya aa jae ge jldi aa jae ge...Abhi listen bacha.
He struggled to get out of her grip.
Flashback end
His eyes were moist . He took a deep breath and calmed himself.
Abhijeet - kbhi maf nahi Karu ga mein apko kbhi nahi.
He left towards his car and drove to house.
At Home
He entered house and tip toed to his room. He didn't know someone was watching him from the hiding.
Someone kept hand on the shoulder of the person.
Viren (in tears) - Kitna bada hogaya hai Bade papa ye.
Acp sir - hmm, or apne bade bhai ki tarha Handsome bhi.
Viren smiled small.
Viren - Yhe kbhi mujhe maaf kre ga bhi Bade papa?
Acp sir - Maidan mein utarne se phele hi har maan rahe ho jawan? yhe ladai lambi chale gi abhi se har maan jao ge toh jito ge kse apne is Jeet ko...hmm...Gussa, or narazgi hai...aab ladla tumhara hai, bigada bhi tumne tha
Viren - Bade papa please koi bigada nahi mene use.
Acp sir - Areh or nahi to kya, tumne hi bigada tha, aab aae ho toh smbhalo Bhai apne ladle ko...mein chala sone..tum dono bhai apna-apna dekh lo.
Acp sir left from there. Viren moved towards Abhi's room. He stood infront of the door, and was going to knock but his hand stopped in the mid and he took a back.
Flashback
Abhijeet came into Vir room, like a rocket and laid down on his bed with thud. Vir remain stand still who was sitting his wardrobe.
Viren - Jeet kitni baar kha hai tujhe kisi k room mein knock kiya bina nahi jate hai.
Abhijeet - Haa toh...voh toh dusre k room mein Jane k liye hai na bhaiya.
Viren - Toh yeh kis ka room hai?
Abhijeet - Apkaaa.
Viren (raised his eyebrows) - So?
Abhijeet - Areh , aap hi toh khete ho na bhaiya , ki jeet mera sb kuch Tera hi hai...toh jb aap ka sb kuch mera hai toh yhe room bhi mera hi hai...or jb room mera hi hai toh mein knock kr k kyu aau?
Viren - Acha ji, bade tez ho rahe ho Choti Sarkar...abhi batata hoon tujhe mein.
Abhi ran to the other side of the bed. And there Tom and Jerry run got started.
Flashback end
Viren came out of his thoughts...he creased the door, he sighed heavily and went back to his room.
Inside Abhi's room
He is sitting on his bed with a frame having two young boys. One around 16 and another one around 6. Elder one cuddling younger one.
The night went through like this.
Next morning
Vir woke up early , he saw the two younger kids of this house sleeping peacefully beside him. He adjusted blanket over the two. And kissed there temples.
He got freshened and came outside. Where he found Nandini and Acp sir sitting in the garden having their tea spending some quality time.
Viren (smiled) - Thank you God , mujhe meri family vapis krne k liye.
He didn't want to disturb the couple as this is the only time they get for themselves with eachother. He came inside the house. He looked at the Room opposite to his room.
Viren (looking up) - Bs aab ek help or kr do please.
He headed towards the room. He opened the door and luckily it was not locked. He tip toed into the room. He smiled lovingly, his eyes got moist.
Abhijeet was sleeping in uncomfortable position in same outfits.
Viren came and sat beside him. He thought the made him lie comfortably
Vir - nahi uth na jae kahi, or uth gaya toh phir tufan ki taraha bhagna shuru hojae ga... raat se ase hi so Raha hai... kya hoga gussa hi kre ga...ya na bhi kre.
He made him lie properly. And creased his head, Abhi smiled in his sleep and hold his hand.
Vir - Sahi kha tha Babe papa ne, abhi intezar kar raha hai na tu apne bhai ka, I am sorry mera bacha really sorry tujhe ase chod kar gaya, but aab promise kahi nahi jau ga.
He kissed his forehead...some tears fall on Abhi's face. Vir cleaned them and wiped his tears.
He saw the frame, beside him...he looked at it and creased the pic and kept it back.
He looked at his room. Which was having White walls and white interior.
"Bhai, mere room mein bule color peasee...aap bol dena papa ko ok...ol voh Baker ball wale trikers dhell salee"
" Bhaiyaaa , meri basketball nahi mill rahi dekho na"
But now there was not even b of basketball. He looked at the Bookshelf full of books.
" Bhai , mujhe bilkul nahi pasand yhe books, kitni boring hoti hai ye...euuuuu"
His eyes fell on the side table, that was having a specs. He picked it and looked at Abhi and smiled.
Vir - Chashmish, abhi suna na tere is Bhai ne naak chida kar beth jae ga...(he sighed) bhot badal gae hai chote sarkar hmm.
Abhijeet moved a bit, Vir got alert.
Vir - Chalta hoon uth na jae.
But, his heart didn't want to leave. He creased his head and left from there.
After sometime
All were sitting on the dinning table for breakfast. Except Abhijeet.
Tasha - Bade papa, aab Dada aae hai to kyu na ek family picnic hojae please bade papa.
Daya - Haan papa please, kitna time baad sb sath hai , Salunkhe uncle ki family ko bhi bula le ge.
Viren - Acha , lekin baat to sirf family picnic ki ho rahi hai na chote Miya.
Tasha hide her, laugh.
Daya - aa...toh...Dada Salunkhe uncle or unki family...bhi toh humari family jesi hai na.
Viren - Haa beta...khub smjh raha hoon main kya chal raha hai.
Daya - kya chal raha hai mtlb? aap bhi Dada kuch bhi.
He gave his all focus on his plate.
Tasha - haan Dada...Daya Bhai ekkkk duuuuumm sahi bol rahe , (nodding in yes) asa kuch nahi hai.
Daya (whispered to her) - jyada mat uchal Tashu...varna batau vi...
Tasha - Nahi...nahi
Viren looked at both raising his eyes.
Tasha - kuch nahi Dada kuch nahi...kuch bhi nahi hai.
Nandini - Vir tum breakfast karo, in dono ka roj ka hai.
Daya opened the lid of bowl having poha, and then paneer parantha.
Daya - waah Dada aaj aap k bhane hume bhi acha khane ko mil raha hai.
Nandini - haa beta ji ase toh roz tumhe mein sukhi roti deti hoon na khane ko.
Viren - Haww badi maa...tabhi mein sochu mera golu sa bhai itna patla kese hogaya...vese acha hai isi bhane iska weight Kam hua.
Daya looked at him with open mouth.
Acp sir closed his mouth.
Acp sir - Makhi ghus jae gi beta.
Everyone broke into laugh.
Daya - jaa raha hoon main...nahi khana kuch bhi.
Viren pulled him back to his seat.
Viren - beth yaha
And he gave him a bite and than to Tasha too.
Inside Abhi's room
He woke up streching his body when his eyes fall on clock.
Abhijeet (shocked) - 8:30 shit, alarm bhi nahi Baja or uthaya kyu nahi kisi ne. Maa bhi nahi aai, ohh haa voh kyu aai gi aaj unka beta joh ghar aya hai huuh.
He stood up in hurry and took out his clothes and went to bathroom to get ready.
At dinning table
Acp sir - yhe Abhijeet kha hai?
Vir - So raha hoga shayad.
Nandini - Hmm... raat ko bhi kafi late aaya tha isi liye meine bhi nahi uthaya.
Abhijeet's room
He was setting his hairs. He looked at himself and bite his lip.
Abhijeet (pov) - Mein kyu tense ho raha hoon, bhai...nahi I mean insan hi hai...or mujhe kon sa baat krni hai... ignore Abhi ignore.
Abhijeet came down in hurry, wearing black shirt and black formals while his black leather jacket in his hand.
Nandini - Lo aa gaya.
Viren looked at him coming down.
Abhijeet - Maa , uthaya kyu...
He stopped seeing Viren who was already looking at him. A lot of emotions and thoughts , a lot more was thier. Abhi looked away.
Viren stood up and came towards him
Viren (lovingly)- Jeet , kaisa
Abhijeet (cut him) - Mein late horha hoon.
And he started going
Nandini - Abhi breakfast toh karlo.
Acp sir - Abhijeet betho or breakfast karo sath jae ge.
Abhi sighed the only voice he can't ignore. He turned and came and sat on dining. Vir took a deep breath and he too sat back.
There was silence on the table.
Daya (cleared his throat) - Abhi , aaj sham ko tum jaldi aa jao ge kya?
Abhijeet looked at him with questioning eyes.
Daya - nahi voh hum soch rahe, the sham ko hum Charon bhar ghum k aae kyu na kitna time baad Dada aae hai toh.
Abhijeet - Tumhare finals hai next month... better hoga, fizul ki chezo ko chod kar exam pe dhayan do.
Daya - But boss
Abhijeet looked at him with his fiery eyes which are enough to shut him. Viren again tried to talk to him.
Vir - Jeet , mujhse baat...
Abhijeet - Mujhe Jeet bulna ka hak sirf mere bhaiya ka tha, or voh mujhe chod k saalon phele Jaa chuke hai...maa , mera hogaya...Papa mein bhar wait kar raha hoon.
He left from there. Vir kept on looking the way he left. Other four looked at eachother. Acp sir patted his shoulder and he too left from there.
Tasha - Dada aaj toh aap ghar pe hai na?
Vir - Haa , is week mein kahi nahi jaa raha ghar pe hi hu, next week se office join Karu ga.
Tasha - Good, humar college mein ek function hai is week or mujhe us k liye shopping krni hai, aap chale ge na mere sath? please Dada.
Vir - ok , kb chalna hai.
Tasha - kb kya? abhi chlana hai... chaliye aap jldi ready ho k aaiye.
Daya - Mein bhi chal Raha hoon aap dono. k sath.
Tasha - kyu exam ki tyari nahi krni bhaiya.
Daya - tu chup rhe, Abhi ki chamchi. Dada please na.
Vir - Areh Haan Bhai, jaao tyar ho tum. Badi maa aap bhi chaliye na.
Nandini - Areh mein kya karu gi tum bacho k bich mein.
Vir - Areh yhe kya baat hui, chaliye chaliye tyar hojae hum Charon jaa rahe hai... chaliye jldi.
