Author's Note:

I would like to respectfully ask that there please be NO flame wars in the reviews, I know this subject is a bit touchy for people but regardless, this is a fic for the sake of entertainment... or in this case laughter. I'll explain more in the addendum why this version of the story is up. Otherwise, keep reading.

(Frisco, Texas)

"Alright, this stops here, I'm only going to ask you one more time, give up this game Goku, billions of people aren't worth the trouble of finding out who's stronger." The red and blue clad warrior said with clear irritation in his voice as he lowered to the ground, his cape and hair flowing aimlessly in the wind as he stared down at a blue spiky haired warrior clad in orange whom all have come to know as the heroic Son Goku and the man in front of them was nothing to scoff at either for he was the Man of Steel, the super-powered god among men known as Kal-El among his people and Clark Kent by his earth-born friends but to many across the globe, he was more widely known as the Superman, one who fights for truth, justice, and freedom. Both of these men had fought and defeated several different opponents over the years, each of them testing their strength further and further to a point that no mortal man could comprehend until one fateful day where all hell broke loose from its confines and spread out onto the streets, a clash that was heard from 'round the world.

January 10, 2013 was the day that Superman and Goku did battle. Citizens from Metropolis could barely believe it when they looked up and saw an orange clad stranger riding on a yellow cloud towards the Man of Steel and how in just mere seconds, he attacked with no regard for his surroundings, almost as if he let his ambition to fight take full control of him. The fight lasted for what felt like hours, civilians fell by the hundreds as various structures that were once called homes were smashed into millions of tiny indistinguishable pieces of rubble with what seemed like every passing moment. The once proud business man Lex Luthor could only watch in utter horror from his home as the warrior fired a blue energy beam from his hands which completely wiped out Lexcorp and presumably every single one of his coworkers. Finally the fight came to a close when Superman, having used up almost all of his remaining power reserves, flew up towards the sun in an attempt to rejuvenate himself for he realized that the only way to get the battle hungry Saiyan to stop was to make the ultimate sacrifice.

He would have to put an end to one of history's greatest heroes... but he would not come to this conclusion under his own will for after he knocked one of Goku's powerful ki attacks away, he was forced to watch as the Earth, along with everything on it, was completely obliterated. Lois, Olsen, Perry, Bruce, Barry... everything and everyone that he fought long and hard to protect was just wiped out in the blink of an eye.

"No, oh god no!" Was one of the many things that flew through Superman's mind, at speeds that even he couldn't comprehend and then... something snapped. No deity who watched the battle could tell you what exactly happened except that something inside of the Kryptonian went off and replaced every single one of his emotions with nothing but pure burning hatred.

Knowing full well what was coming next, King Kai tried desperately to reach out to Goku as tears began to well up in his eyes, begging for his student to just turn tail and run to save himself but unfortunately it was all ignored and the blue skinned Kai watched as one of his greatest students and friends met his end with that one punch that embedded itself deep into his chest. Friends and family from Other World, King Yemma and even Beerus and Whis watched as the once mighty Super Saiyan God's flesh began to rapidly fade away until there was nothing left but a single, torn and bloodied boot.

"GOKU!" Was all anyone could call out as tears spilled down their faces, staining their clothes and the ground beneath them, his son Gohan trying desperately to hold back Chi Chi and get her to realize the sad truth of the warrior's passing, Krillin collapsing to the ground with his daughter Maron just barely being able to hold him up. The sadness was so widespread that even the belligerent prince of all Saiyans himself, Vegeta could not help but let his guard down and grasp Bulma tightly, the two beginning to weep together. Far across the various realms, Beerus said no words as he knelt his head down and began to ponder over various decisions while his master and friend, Whis, looked on.

"Well Lord Beerus..." The robed deity began with staff firmly grasped in his hand, "what do you suppose we do now?" The God of Destruction kept his silence, his expression showing a mixture of grief and anger. Finally after a couple of seconds, he made his decision as he stood up and proceeded to speak in one of the most depressed sounding tones imaginable.

"Well Whis... I've gotta be honest with you. In all my years of destroying planets and overlooking this galaxy, I honestly do not know what we should do for our next course of action because usually at this point, I would destroy the planet of the fool who dared to do this but if memory serves me right, this man already is without a home and while I would also suggest coming to fight this man in question, I fear that his powers far exceed my own by the billions, possibly even the trillions." Whis looked at his compatriot with a concerned look, for all the time that he spent traveling around the galaxy, wiping out planets at every corner, not once did Beerus ever take this tone at any point. Pondering for a brief moment, Whis' eyes widened with both shock and excitement at a thought that he had hoped would rekindle any hope lying in the purple cat.

"Lord Beerus, you know how the planet Earth has what are called Dragon Balls correct?" Without even looking at his mentor, Beerus slowly nodded his head. "And you know how they grant wishes much like the wish granting orbs of Namek right?" Confused and slightly annoyed, Beerus cocked his head towards the deity, finally voicing something after what felt like hours of silence.

"Whis what in the world are you getting at?" Keeping his cool as usual, Whis voiced his answer.

"Well, I propose that we go to this Superman and tell him of the Dragon Balls and see if we can use them to bring Goku, the planet and all of its inhabitants back." Beerus did nothing except shake his head, shrugging off the idea like it was madness.

"Don't you see Whis, the planet Earth is destroyed, the guardian of Earth, the Namekian they called Dende was wiped out, there is no way we can bring the planet back in any way unless he was... off... planet." After a few seconds of silence, Beerus' expression changed into that of a hopeful smile as he jumped up to the skies and began to fly off into the distance. "Forgive my sudden reaction Whis, it's just that I am going on a little Namekian hunt, I have a hunch that the young one, Dende may be still alive somewhere." Before the God of Destruction could take off on his quest, his master quickly stopped him with one simple question.

"But Lord Beerus, doesn't this go against your status as a destro-"

"Well I don't know Whis, with the Earth destroyed, doesn't that mean they cannot produce any of the good confections we love so much?" Whis remained silent as his expression suddenly changed into that of shock. With a small chuckle at his master's reaction, he took off in search of the young guardian in the hopes of reversing this mess. Fast forward to several months later and the work had finally paid off. Thanks to the help of Beerus, Whis and the surviving Dende, Kal-El was able to acquire the Dragon Balls which had been launched all across the galaxy and used them to make his wish.

"Please, let the legends be true..." Superman pleaded with himself as he closed his eyes and began the incantation.

"Eternal Dragon," He began, his voice being low and somber. "by your name," He watched as a faint glow began to envelop each of the balls as his voice grew stronger and stronger. "I summon you forth: Shenron!" At first, there was nothing but just when Superman was ready to accept his planet's fate, he watched as one large, vaguely dragon shaped beam of light shot from the orbs and began to curl in many different directions and after a minute, it stopped in one position and the Kryptonian couldn't believe his eyes when the legendary eternal dragon, Shenron, finally came into view.

"He who has gathered the seven Dragon Balls, I ask of you, what are your two wishes?" The dragon spoke, his voice loud, booming and commanding of respect. At first, Superman couldn't even comprehend what he was seeing, in all his years of protecting the planet, he was shocked and disappointed at himself to be so blind to the existence of a being as legendary as Shenron but then again, even the feats of Goku never really turned up to him. His nerves completely relaxed, he took a deep breath and after a few seconds of silence, he finally completed the task he gave himself.

"My first wish is for the Earth and all of its inhabitants to be restored to the living, breathing world." Shenron's eyes flashed a vibrant red right as he began to voice his reply.

"Very well, now what is your second wish?" Superman remained silent and searched deep within his thoughts for the topic of his second wish. Finally after a couple more minutes, he came to a clear conclusion.

"My second wish... is for the citizens of Metropolis to have no memory of my encounter with Goku. This is hard for me to ask as usually, mind wiping is far from my core interests but in this case, knowing how distraught and disturbed people were during the encounter, I feel that it is for the best." Shenron looked at the Kryptonian for a few more seconds with his single unchanging expression and let out a voice of understanding.

"You wish for those you care about to not remember a dark time in their life so that they may live much more comfortably, a valiant selfless cause, that is a wish I will grant, but don't you fear those who may come to challenge you?" Superman held up one hand to his face and lightly grasped his cheek, beginning to ponder over his decision for a few seconds before coming to a conclusion.

"No, I don't fear them, if anything, they have every right to be angry at me," Superman slowly knelt his head down as he spoke and looked at his left open palm. "I let my rage take full control of me and it led to me destroying a fellow hero and outsider and thanks to my failure to end the battle before it began, I let billions of people die, now I want to atone for that mistake and trust me, it will be one that I will not make again." The Eternal Dragon just stared at the man of steel with surprise emanating from his eyes.

"Such a noble cause, very well, I will grant your wishes. Now..." A low hum began to emit from the Dragon Balls and in just a few moments, Superman looked behind him to see the Earth, standing strong and looking exactly as it had always looked. After a couple of seconds, Superman turned his head towards the dragon right as he began to change into pure energy and with a respectful nod of his head, Shenron gave his last word. "farewell." With that final word, Superman watched as Shenron completely disappeared and soon after the Dragon Balls slowly raised up into the air and in just a few seconds, spread out in one straight line all across the vastness of space, never to be seen again until the inevitable day where one would find them again. With his work completed, Superman looked towards the Earth and for the first time since what felt like forever, he let a small smile develop on his face as he moved towards his home.

"Before I return to Metropolis, I just have to see this planet's beauty in full once again just to make sure this isn't a dream." And with that thought, Superman began to fly all across the Earth, taking in its forests, wildlife and friendly civilians who looked up to the sky and applauded the sight of his cape flapping in the wind though usually not before they mistook him for a bird or a plane, a mistake that, while annoying to most, gave the Kryptonian a very good chuckle as he traveled through the world. Deciding to make one last stop, he halted himself when he came across a snowy land that very much reminded him of his old Fortress of Solitude. He paused for a moment and looked around at his surroundings but somehow, he couldn't enjoy the sight as a nagging feeling began to pester him, he didn't know what it was and yet he still felt on edge.

"Maybe it's just my mind playing tricks on m-... oh no." Superman said right as his senses picked up a low rumble that was emanating from under the ground, soon the rumble had become increasingly louder and louder and it was at this point that Superman snapped his gaze towards his front and watched as rocks and snow began to shift and fly in a perfectly straight path until a few seconds later when he saw a familiar spiky haired warrior leap out from under the ground.

"Hey there Superman." The Kryptonian tried his best to muster up some form of bravado in the vain hope that maybe the Saiyan would just run off.

"Son Goku, I've been expecting you." He said with the best tough guy voice he could manage and just seconds later he watched as the warrior held his arms out ever so slightly as a blue flame-like aura began to develop around him and in just a few seconds, a flash of light enveloped him and when it dissipated, Goku looked almost exactly as he always had looked with the exception of a couple minor differences and those were the warrior's new lean frame along with the bright pinkish red color that replaced his usual black hair, he also had crimson irises and he had retained the flame aura, this time in a bright orange.

"Ready for a rematch?" Superman could not believe what he was hearing, despite what had happened to the Earth with their first battle, despite all the pain and suffering that was felt by several innocent bystanders, the Saiyan still wanted to brawl with him, like it was nothing but a small friendly game of chess. Superman wasn't going to have it that time and instead tried to reason with the warrior.

"Please you have no idea what you're doing here Goku, if we fight now, the powers we possess will endanger the lives of everyone we know and love so I'm asking you as a resident of this planet, drop this game right now, this is not worth risking the lives of anyone." Superman pleaded with concern in his voice. Goku looked over at the Man of Steel and looked back at the ground below them and let out a frustrated sigh.

"I know what happened to the planet and I understand how you feel..." Suddenly Goku's face shifted into something more akin to a playful smile. "but I will not give this up, after our first encounter, I was amazed to find someone more powerful than me, Vegeta and possibly even Beerus." As he continued on, Goku began to look at his hands, almost as if he was examining the aura he was generating. "But I just used that to push myself further, I wanted to push myself to the limit and it was all in the hopes that I could finally beat you, I worked towards this goal and mastered my god form as a result, I put everything I had into training up my base form because no longer do I want to just leave myself open if I run out of my Super Saiyan energy. I understand exactly why you're asking this of me, I really do but that is simply an offer I can not accept, I want to beat you, and there is nothing that will talk me out of this." Superman was completely dumbfounded, while had indeed fought some reckless opponents beforehand over the years, never in his life would he have imagined that he would meet a warrior like Goku who is so hellbent on looking for a good fight that he may possibly not care about the consequences but regardless of what Goku may have said, there was no way that the Man of Steel was going to give up on this so easily.

"So even though I work to protect every person, every SINGLE object on this planet, you still want to kill me like I'm some average villain to you?" Goku just shook his head in response.

"No Superman," He began. "I don't want to kill you, I have no intention of doing s-"

"Then why do you want to fight me? Why do you find it so necessary to seek me out just so we can clash, I have no malice towards you at all, why can't you drop this and maybe help me make the world a better place, is that so much to ask?" Goku lightly grasped his chin and began to ponder over his decision, the Kryptonian watched as the Saiyan tapped his face, his brow scrunched up, like he was having so much trouble putting his reasoning into words, then, after what felt like hours, the warrior continued.

"Superman... I know you're not here to destroy the Earth, I realize this now thanks to King Kai along with a few friends of yours that were in Other World telling me. No longer is this a fight to send you off of my planet, rather, it's now just a battle to see who's stronger." Goku said with a serious tone.

"Then why here, why fight on Earth where there are innocent civilians around, why fight here when you could use that teleportation ability of yours to take me off world, to some place safer? Knowing a little bit about your past battles, is this honestly what you want?" Superman asked as he lightly rested his fists down by his hips. Once again, Goku said nothing and proceeded to look down at the snow-covered ground below him and with a small sigh, he looked the Kryptonian dead in the eyes, his serious expression not changing one bit.

"Superman, you know this as much as I do, your power comes from the Sun, if I take you away to another world, to a world without a sun, the fight won't be fun anymore, it will be incredibly one-sided and unfortunately, I can't just make it fair by holding back because eventually, your power will drain to the point to where my fist could leave you broken and suffering." During his little speech, the Saiyan slowly shifted his gaze to the Sun above, making sure only to have it at least in his peripheral vision to make sure that he didn't harm his eyes by accident. "Then there is the matter of if I ended up taking you to a world with a red star which from what I heard, will cause you to have the abilities of a normal human which again, will make the fight incredibly unfair and if there's one thing to know about me Superman, I only fight when an opponent is at their best. Don't you remember the time I destroyed that green rock in our first battle after I saw that it was harming you?" Superman paused for a moment as the memory of the Saiyan destroying the lump of Kryptonite came rushing to him with speeds that neither him nor Flash could comprehend.

"Yes, I remember that... I-I was quite grateful you did that, it was something I never would've expected because at first, I thought you were just a crazed maniac looking to pick fights like the ones I deal with on a regular basis but... it was that moment that made me see that you were just as human as everyone else despite your alien origin." Goku nodded his head as a small smile came to his face.

"Yes, so you understand that unlike your previous opponents, I have at least some degree of honor when I fight which is why I would not take you off-world because also as you should know Superman, I can't breathe in space." At that moment, the Kryptonian's eyes had widened, was he mistaken, he could've sworn that Goku was able to speak and sustain himself in the emptiness of space in their last battle but before he could voice this, Goku immediately continued almost as if he had read his mind.

"I can survive only when I am near a planet's orbit, my Ki can only keep me alive for so long without the help of any equipment to give me oxygen. Me taking you into space just to be close to a yellow Sun to continue our fight without harming the planet would be a death sentence for me. All I want is a good fight, a good battle to test my skills and with your strength, I think that you're the perfect one to help with this. I'm not fighting you out of any malicious intent, I'm fighting you because I'm impressed to find someone so strong after all my years of battling. I want to try and beat you... because this is the one limit that I want to overcome. It's a level of strength that I want to try my hardest to reach on my own, I'm sorry Superman but once my blood starts pumping, like I said before, there is no way of talking me out of this." Superman stared at Goku with an expression that was filled with concern with his voice sharing the same tone.

"Are you serious Goku, why don't you ge-" Superman stopped himself mid-way through his sentence once the realization hit him. No matter what he said, no matter what he did at this moment, the Saiyan wasn't going to budge and there was no way of getting out of this battle. After coming to this conclusion, with a sigh, the Kryptonian got into his battle stance.

"So be it... I hope you're ready to deal with the consequences." And it was right afterward that their fight began, the increase in strength provided by the god form proving to be very capable of lasting against Superman's attacks. The two exchanged punishing blow after punishing blow until Superman gained the upper hand and knocked Goku back with so much force that he was launched right through the icy mountains and ended up flying over the ocean below and with every punch that Superman landed which knocked Goku back further and further with every blow, Superman began to list off the various types of damage he could cause to the Earth in the hopes that it would dissuade Goku from continuing the battle.

"If I don't watch my STEP! An earthquake! If I don't watch every breath, I could create a hurricane!" With the last word that he said, Superman knocked Goku right into the rocky mountains below and once he lowered to the ground, he continued on, this time with his voice taking a much more somber tone.

"This is my burden, be thankful it isn't yours for I have to live with these powers, I have to live with the fact that if I don't keep my powers in check, I could end innocent lives in a matter of seconds. Please Goku, just stop, value life more than your pride for if you don't millions of people will possibly die here with our battle, just listen to me." Goku looked at the warrior in the eyes, his expression being one of determination.

"Don't get ahead of yourself, you're not the only one..." Goku straightened his wristband right as he finished the sentence. "...with that kind of power." With a few movements, Superman watched as Goku began to charge up, a bright blue aura not unlike his Kamehameha enveloping his body. With a mighty yell, a beam of light shot into the air before quickly dissipating soon after. Revealing Goku in what appeared to be an ascended God state with his appearance looking no different from his Super Saiyan form with the only difference being the bright cyan colored hair and pupils along with the slightly larger musculature. Superman could only look on as irritation began to spill into his system.

"How many transformations is it going to take until you realize that what you're doing IS dangerous?! Please Goku, stop while you're ahe-" Goku took his chance and with a mighty dash, he landed one mighty punch to Superman's face and the two resumed their battle and with every passing moment, Superman started to become more and more frustrated with Goku's supposed lack of care for what they were doing. And it was during the moment that he once again knocked Goku across the ocean that he began to ponder this.

"Why won't he listen, doesn't he get it, if we continue to battle, no matter where we are, we risk destroying the planet if any one of us uses their full power. Why can't he see that?!" Superman thought to himself. As Superman continued to pummel Goku, he began to hit at every possible pressure point in the hopes of at the very least stunning the Saiyan like he did early in their first encounter, his attempts only increasing in speed once he noticed that they were heading straight for Frisco, Texas, thus leaving Superman with no choice but to continue the fight into the city.

"I just hope I can at the very least spare a couple thousand lives." Fast forward all the way towards the final moment of the battle, Superman stared the Saiyan down with one of his most intense glares. Now he was serious, if Goku did not stop his actions, he would have no choice but to end the Saiyan's life for the safety of all mankind. Goku looked up at the Kryptonian and Superman could see that while on the outside the Saiyan looked normal minus a couple of cuts, bruises and spots of dirt on his clothes but on the inside, he could tell that Goku would most likely collapse if they went on for any longer. His bones were beginning to crack under pressure and his vitals, while not severely damaged, appeared to be at the very least shaken up. It was at that moment that he knew that if Goku continued to fight, the pain he'd be in would be far more grueling and he was certain that at this point, the Saiyan would finally stop. Unfortunately to both his surprise and horror, Goku straightened himself out and continued to stare the Kryptonian down, his serious expression still remaining.

"No, I will never back down from a fight..." As soon as he finished, a wave of awkward silence flooded the air and after a couple of minutes, it was so quiet that you could possibly hear Beerus from millions of miles away destroying a planet. Suspicion began to bubble up in the Kryptonian for he didn't know what Goku had planned then, almost as if the universe had heard him, Goku finally spoke once more.

"...but I will not harm this planet." It was right at that moment that Goku, with a serious look of determination on his face, charged straight towards the Man of Steel and launched a devastating knee straight into his stomach amidst the confusion. Then he clasped his hands together and with a mighty yell, he slammed his balled up fists into the Man of Steel's chin which sent a long stream of blood straight from his face as he flew up into the sky. Of course, the hit wasn't exactly the most powerful when compared to other villains so Superman was quickly able to regain his composure and once he did, he then looked down at the blue-haired Saiyan as he wiped the blood from the edge of his mouth.

"What are you planning Goku?" Superman questioned with a stern tone, in response, Goku said nothing and instead let a small smirk develop right as he spotted a small blue dot in his peripheral vision.

"You're looking at it right now Superman..." Goku watched as the blue dot was charging towards Superman at faster and faster speeds and as soon as the face came into view, he let out a small chuckle right before finishing his sentence.

"...we're just having a chat." Suddenly, in a moment that seemed just as choreographed as a stage play, Superman felt as one strong fist crashed into his face and sent him flying straight towards the building behind him. Using his knowledge of battle, the Man of Steel quickly caught himself and managed to stop right before he collided with a bystander. Once he straightened his jaw, Kal-El couldn't believe what he saw. He saw another blue-haired warrior with spiked hair very similar to Goku's though his features were more aggressive and he wore a blue jumpsuit along with what looked like alien armor and when he spoke, it was with a gruff, angry voice that was filled with hate.

"So, this is the one who killed Kakarot eh?" Suddenly, the man's voice became low and sinister, his vocals running dangerously close to being that of a serial killer's.

"It's good that I finally found you, considering the pain that you caused me with your battle, I'm going to enjoy pulverizing you until there is nothing but brain matter ON MY FISTS!" The Man of Steel watched as the Saiyan's aura began to pulse much more violently, lightning began to crackle around the warrior as the blue flames began to increase in size.

"I don't know who the hell you think you are boy scout if you think you can just MURDER my family in the blink of an eye like that! So unless you want to die to my ever-growing rage, turn and leave now while the prince of all Saiyans is still allowing you to breathe!" Without even taking his eyes off of the Kryptonian, the warrior quickly flicked his hand towards Goku in a backhanded motion which sent out a small green dot towards the injured warrior, a green dot that Superman immediately recognized as a Senzu Bean.

"Eat up Kakarot, we got a long fight ahead and whatever you do just stay out of my way, you have way less of a reason to fight him then I do." The Kryptonian looked at the two in front of him with disbelief.

"Are you two insane! Don't you realize what you're do-" Suddenly, Superman's vision was filled up with a blueish-white color and he soon found himself grasping his wounded face as a light groan of pain was released from his lips.

"Shut up, just SHUT UP! After what you did, who even gives a damn about your thoughts?! Don't try and stop me fool for you will only be prolonging the inevitable when I rip that spine straight from your body! After what you caused me by destroying the Earth, I will not rest until you are destroyed!" Superman watched as the two got into their fighting stances with determination filling their faces and all he could do in response was give off one frustrated sigh as he got into his own stance.

"I can only hope that this battle will be quick." And with that said and done, Superman flew towards the two Saiyans with all his might and held his fist outward. Suddenly, in what felt like a matter of seconds, Goku grabbed Superman and Vegeta and with the two in his hands, he disappeared without a trace, leaving the shaken civilians on the street to converse about what just happened and to clean up the damages.

Meanwhile... on King Kai's planet...

Despite how small his world was, the short pudgy North Kai always knew in his heart that his world was only a tiny piece to a much larger puzzle but nothing had prepared him for what happened that January.

"GOKU! GET OUT OF THERE! PLEASE DON'T TRY IT! STOP!" Those words replayed for hours and hours on end every day in his brain like a broken record and yet no matter how many times he heard it, the meaning behind them never truthfully left him. The blue-skinned teacher just sat in his car, making no noise except for the small noises his seat made from time to time when he readjusted himself.

"Ook?" The Kai jumped for a split second and quickly turned his head to his right only to find his pet monkey Bubbles, with his head cocked to the side with a face full of concern. Once he realized it was no threat, the Kai let out a loud sigh and stretched out his hand, beginning to pet the monkey as he began to speak.

"I just don't know Bubbles," he began with a small hint of sorrow in his voice. "I mean, I know Goku can come back, he has done just that so many times in the past..." The Kai paused for a brief moment to readjust his glasses with his free hand and right as he did, he lightly brushed his finger against a moist tearduct and as soon as he touched it, a single fresh tear dropped from his face. "but to see my student... just disintegrate like that as the Earth blew up... I... I." Almost as if it was instinct, Bubbles immediately wrapped his arms around his master right as he began to weep like he had been for the past several days. Suddenly, the blue Kai silenced himself when he had heard a loud battle cry of some kind. Cautious, King Kai slowly looked up through his windshield and in the blink of an eye, he watched as a familiar orange clad Saiyan came crashing right into the front of his vehicle.

"WHAT THE HELL GOKU?!" The Kai screamed right as he began to wriggle and struggle his way through the tiny crushed side of the car, before he or Goku could answer and right as he was at the halfway point of his waist, King Kai's eyes widened at the sight of a familiar red and blue warrior locked in battle with what appeared to be Vegeta, only this time in a form that he couldn't quite recognize even after giving it some thought. The Kai took in a mouthful of air, his face red with frustration and surprise, his teeth gritting as if he was ready to scream when Goku, for lack of a better term, just took off towards the ongoing struggle and with one mighty yell, the Saiyan kicked the Man of Steel square in the face and sent him flying over the yellow clouds. The prince, as usual, was not pleased.

"Stay out of my way Kakarot." Vegeta said with a growl. With a serious expression on his face, Goku got into his fighting stance and took off after his target while simultaneously ignoring Vegeta and leaving him in the dust. With a low grunt, the prince quickly followed suit. Up ahead and after a few more seconds of flying, Superman finally managed to stop himself just in time to block an incoming punch from his Saiyan opponent. The shockwave caused by the collision flew out with such intensity that all the surrounding clouds beneath them were knocked straight back, revealing the realm of Hell. His drive not letting down, Goku immediately followed up his punch with a kick as fast as a speeding bullet that was quickly blocked by Superman's own. Without any hesitation, the two kept following up their strikes one after the other with each counter coming faster and faster with every second until soon, the two were matching blow for blow.

"How is this possible?" Goku thought to himself. "He has gone through all of my forms and yet he still is able to keep up, how exactly does he get this much power from the sun?" Unbeknownst to the Saiyan, the Kryptonian was pondering almost the exact same subject as he was.

"I will admit, after all my years of doing this, I never thought I would meet people this strong or skilled in my life, he's almost like a supercharged Karate Kid." In his peripheral vision, Superman could just barely make out the rapidly approaching blue blip. With quick thinking, he immediately drew in a quick breath of air and proceeded to blow, the force of the winds catching Goku off guard which sent him careening into the Saiyan Prince. With a look of disgust, the prince eased himself to the left and flew past his rival without a care and made a charge towards the Kryptonian and in the blink of an eye, Superman felt as the prince's knee rammed itself straight into his stomach which knocked the air straight out of his lungs. Smirking, Vegeta brought his hands upward and slammed them straight into the Kryptonian's back with an overhead strike.

"What's the matter boy scout," Vegeta began as he proceeded to thrash Superman with a rapid series of furious punches. "did you waste all that fight in you on Kakarot or did you drain your energy from murdering my WIFE?!" It took him a minute but finally, the Man of Steel caught both of Vegeta's fists and sent his head crashing into the Saiyan's own. Vegeta howled in pain as he drew back, his hands barely concealing the unsightly gash. Superman looked at his opponent for a few more seconds before quickly speeding away from the two.

"At least Goku took us to a safe location away from Earth so hopefully I have a chance to get out of..." Superman's thoughts halted themselves immediately when he felt a sudden stinging pain his back which sent him careening into the clouds below.

"Oh no you don't." Goku said right before rushing towards his target with Vegeta following right alongside him. Before he could catch himself, the Man of Steel felt as the Saiyan Prince's fist made contact with his skull, a rippling pain following soon after as he was sent flying through the air. Immediately afterward, Goku followed up on Vegeta's punch with a charging kick to Superman's side along with a Ki-charged punch which sent the latter on a collision course with the ground below. The two ogres who guarded the realm were watching with confusion as a hero in tights landed on the ground with a violent "KRAKOOM!" with the resulting shockwave and crater sending several tons of trees, foliage and water across long distances. Much to the pair's surprise, the hero got up and proceeded to rub all around his body, it almost was humorous you could say, like the man had suffered the worst hangover of his life.

"Damn..." Superman muttered to himself as he watched the two Saiyans charge for him. Letting his reflexes take full control, the man of steel quickly sidestepped out of the way of Goku's punch and countered with a lightning fast backhand to the warrior's face. He was then caught off guard by a lunging kick to his face from Vegeta only to recover seconds later with a quick heat vision shot to the chest which sent the prince flying into the side of the large crater. Catching him quickly in his peripheral vision, the Man of Steel quickly turned towards the approaching Goku and with a rising uppercut to the gut, he stunned the Saiyan and immediately afterward, he countered the enraged Vegeta with a straight kick to the face. Shaking himself free of his state, Goku quickly avoided another blow with a well-timed afterimage, followed up with a quick strike that aimed straight for Superman's jaw though much to his surprise, the Man of Steel gripped his arm and with a mighty heave, he slammed him into the ground below and without skipping the metaphorical beat, he immediately turned his attention towards the charging prince and attempted to counter him with a hard punch to the face, only to find that the prince immediately disappeared and before he could react, the Kryptonian was struck by one hard chop to the neck, followed by a kick to the spine that sent him flying into the air. Not wasting any time, the prince brought his arms back.

"Say your prayers fool." With that last word, Vegeta laughed in an almost maniacal manner as a purple energy ball appeared in his hands. Superman then caught himself and looked down at the prince as he let out a couple of breaths.

"Wait, he can use Ki too?! This isn't good, this one looks about as powerful as the Kamehameha, there has gotta be something I can use." With that last word, Superman began to examine his surroundings in the hopes of finding some kind of opening when his eyes rested upon a tightly wound small sack that Vegeta had around his waist and it was right then and there that an idea presented itself to the Kryptonian.

"Of course, the Senzu Beans," He thought to himself. "there has got to be at least one more in that bag that I coul- no wait, that's a terrible idea, I need to stun him for just long enough." In the blink of an eye and with a serious look on his face, the Kryptonian began to fly in circles around the Saiyan Prince at rapid speeds, the resulting effect of it being a small twister that carried the prince upward and caused him to lose his concentration.

"What the hell, I... can't breathe." Vegeta called out as he frantically searched for an exit point. In just a few seconds, the Man of Steel flew by the prince's side and immediately without hesitation, he thrust his hand out in a karate chop motion in an attempt to knock out the prince but unfortunately for him, Vegeta immediately regained his composure and gripped his arm and in just a few seconds afterward, Superman found himself at the receiving end of a devastating elbow by the prince which sent him careening into the ground below.

"I will not be fooled so easily boy scout!" Vegeta called out as he slowly descended to the ground in a spot right next to Goku who currently had his gaze locked on the Kryptonian in a look of determination with maybe just a slight hint of fear. Vegeta, on the other hand, had a face that was filled with disbelief and a slight hint of fear, a fear that he had not felt ever since the days of old where Frieza had braved the full-force of his final attack without suffering even a scratch. It was at this moment that Vegeta began to question if they could even beat this new foe, then all of a sudden, his mind quickly skimmed across a particular memory, a memory that may just be his ticket to getting his revenge... that is of course, if Goku was willing to let him use this method.

"Kakarot," Vegeta began with a whisper. "I think I know how to beat him." Goku turned toward his rival with a face full of frustration.

"Don't you think it's a little LATE for that Vegeta?" Goku asked with a raised eyebrow, Vegeta just stood there rolling his eyes.

"Shut up and listen Kakarot, before coming to your aid, I stopped by this one man's house, his name was Luthor and I asked him if there was any way to beat him." Goku's eyes blinked with disbelief.

"Do you honestly think that a normal man would have info on this guy?" Vegeta said nothing and instead continued on.

"He said that our best chance is to use this green substance called Kryptonite or to take him to a red sun which would weaken him considerably and allow us enough time to go in for the ki-"

"No." Goku said with a shake of his head, cutting off the prince. "You said there was a WAY to beat him, not that we would have to resort to cheating." Vegeta looked at Goku with disbelief in his eyes.

"Don't you see Kakarot we've got no choice, without those weaknesses, we're going to d-" Vegeta suddenly cut himself off right as a deadly rage began to seep into his system and in just a few seconds without warning, the Saiyan prince gripped Goku by the collar of his shirt and began to scream in his face

"WHY ARE YOU BEING SUCH AN IDIOT?!" He screamed right as tears threatened to come pouring down his face, Goku said nothing and instead continued to watch as Vegeta vented his anger.

"Why do you not get it?! If we don't use this, we will lose! I will lose! That fight you had with him wiped out my ENTIRE family Kakarot! DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO WATCH YOUR WIFE AND EVERYONE YOU CARE ABOUT DISINTEGRATE BEFORE YOUR VERY EYES?! NO OF COURSE YOU DON'T BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS TO THIS WORLD, YOU DON'T GIVE A SINGLE DAMN ABOUT IT WHEN IT COMES TO SOMEONE THIS STRONG! YOU NEVER HAVE GIVEN A CRAP IN YOUR LIFE WHEN IT CAME TO THREATS SUCH AS BEERUS OR ANYONE ELSE IN THIS UNIVERSE! YOU COULD'VE STOPPED THAT SO WHY ARE YOU EVEN BOTHERING TO DENY ME THIS ONE CHANCE?!" Goku said nothing and watched as the Saiyan prince slowly lowered his hands from his shirt and even though he wasn't an expert at emotions, Goku still could at least understand when people needed some space. Goku examined his friend's features carefully, they were still filled with anger but there was something... off about him and he wasn't sure what it could be at first until he caught a glimpse of two clear streams of fluid trickling down his face and once he saw that, for the first time in years, Goku was shocked, he had never seen Vegeta cry before nor has he seemed like the type of person to cry but here he was right now, so filled with anger about his loss that he couldn't help but let it out.

"Wow Vegeta, I... I never knew." Goku thought to himself as he watched Vegeta slumped over on his knees with his fists firmly planted into the ground. The silence... made the scene all the more heartwrenching for the Man of Steel himself was soon starting to feel his emotion shifting despite having no connection with either of these two. Finally, after what felt like hours Goku, with a caring and understanding face, carefully and gently grasped Vegeta by the shoulders and stood him up.

"While your plan definitely would work well there are just two problems that I cannot overlook Vegeta. The first being that it conflicts with my personal rule of never fighting an opponent under a handicap and that I only fight them at their best while the second and most important one is this... if we try that plan, we risk bringing the battle to Earth and you know what Vegeta... I realize that Superman is right about at least one thing, I let both battles get far too out of hand and in the case of this time, I put millions of people in danger, I broke my one rule just to fight someone as strong as him and it is because of me that I ended up causing the deaths of people that I cared about and fought for all my life and I'll tell you... I am not proud of that one bit and if it was possible, I would definitely rewind time to stop myself from making those same mistakes. Sure I may be weaker than him in a lot more ways than one and the battle on Earth certainly didn't go in my favor but look at it this way, what would you rather have me do? Would you rather I risk millions of lives just to bring over a green rock or that I at least die without anymore casualties? Either way, I'm deeply sorry that I forced you to go through that, I knew this affected you judging by your tone during the fight but never would I have guessed that you were this torn up about it. I understand now why you would decide on a plan like that but I'm sad to say that I'm sorry but I simply just can't do that." Goku said with a tone full of regret, Vegeta remained silent and it was in that moment of silence that Goku lightly wrapped his arms around the prince in a friendly warm hug as a means of comforting him which brought him back to how he in his final moments with Goten before going back to Other World, watched as the boy let his tears all come pouring out and how much sadness he showed in that moment and despite what Goku may have appeared to act like at the time, deep down he was incredibly touched by Goten's feelings and here, that feeling was very apparent. During the whole exchange, Superman just stood there in awe, clearly shocked by the Saiyan's statement.

"There are no words that can describe this situation as perfectly as he did just now... now all I can do is just hope that he will give this up because I really don't want to resort to killing anyone." Finally after what felt like hours of dead silence, Goku finally spoke as he broke away from Vegeta.

"Look Vegeta, here is my plan, we try to attack him together with all that we got and if all else fails, we use the fusion technique as a last resort. Now I know you don't like the technique but it was the only idea I could think of at the moment so what do you say Vegeta?" Goku looked at his partner with curious eyes, waiting to hear his response. Then after a couple more seconds, Vegeta took his thumb and wiped the remaining tears from his face, his expression soon changing into that of determination.

"Whatever you say Kakarot, just as long as we get that bastard." With that last word and without warning, the pair charged for the Man of Steel once again with fists drawn back. With grit teeth, Superman braced himself for the strike, only to find that the two had vanished seconds later, only to reappear up above with an overhead axe-kick that Superman just barely managed to block one of while Vegeta was successful with his kick crashing down hard into his collarbone and immediately afterward, the two began to throw out flurries of rapid-fire punches and kicks that the Kryptonian was just barely managing to match with his own.

After about a minute of clashes, the Man of Steel managed to grab both Vegeta's and Goku's arms and with a strong clapping motion, he attempted to slam the two Saiyan's faces into one another but as his luck would have it, they managed to avoid it right at the last second with another well-timed afterimage. Not wanting to drag the fight out any longer the man of steel flew upwards toward Snake Way, only to find Goku with both hands on his face and his fingers spread out.

"Solar Fl-" Superman quickly countered the Saiyan's action with a quick heat vision burst to the chest which sent him flying onto the snake shaped road below. His senses still on edge, he turned around just as Vegeta was ready to strike and with no time to waste, he slammed his elbow into the prince's stomach, stunning him for a moment but before he could follow it up, he heard a call that he hadn't heard since the very early stages of his original battle.

"Kaioken times THREE!" With that one cry, Goku charged out furiously onto the battlefront, his flaming Kaioken aura looking slightly brighter, possibly a side-effect from being fused with the divine Ki his body was using. Without warning, Goku caught Superman off guard with a punch that sent him straight into the yellow clouds and made a dash toward him soon after. Before he could regain his composure, Goku landed a punishing kick into the Kryptonian's ribcage, followed by a spinning kick that looked extremely similar to a move he saw on a very popular arcade game. Smirking, the Saiyan then finished off his little combo with one devastating dropkick from down below which sent the Kryptonian high above the clouds and into the pink skies.

"That's enough..." Superman began right as he regained his composure. Soon after, the Kryptonian flew straight towards Goku at breakneck speeds and with a single punch, he knocked the warrior out of his power-up. "I can't take this anymore... this stops here." It was right when that last word was spoken that Vegeta took his opportunity to strike though his face quickly changed from anger to pain in a matter of seconds when Superman launched a powerful uppercut straight into his chest. With the opening that he had, Superman immediately slammed Goku straight through Snake Way with a powerful overhead strike and watched as the once mighty looking structure broke into gigantic chunks of rubble like it was a tower of Legos. Without hesitation, the Kryptonian then turned his attention towards the stunned prince and with one upwards thrust of his knee, he sent him even higher into the skies and chased him down just moments later. Luckily for him, the prince was able to straighten himself out enough to be able to block the incoming punch by the Kryptonian and counter with a brutal headbutt which soon became yet another case of them matching blow for blow.

"Tell me my friend, how does it feel knowing that you're the one who killed Kakarot?" Vegeta began as he launched a vicious punch that was countered by Superman's own. "How does it feel knowing that you destroyed the Earth?!" With every blow, Vegeta was feeling more and more enraged while his aura became more and more violent. "HOW DOES IT FEEL KNOWING THAT YOU..." Superman continued to block more and more strikes with each one seeming to be faster than the last. "...ARE..." As he continued to deflect each of the Saiyan's blows, he examined the prince's body very closely, presumably in the hopes of finding an opening for him to strike. "THE ONE WHO MURDERED MY FAMILY?! TELL ME HOW DOES IT FEEL?!" With that last punch thrown, the Man of Steel grabbed his fist and proceeded to twist his arm and followed it up with an open palm strike that knocked the air out of Vegeta's lungs. Without hesitation, he immediately let go of the arm and in under a millisecond, he gripped Vegeta by the collar of his jumpsuit and pulled him close so that his face was close to the Kryptonian's own.

"I tried to prevent the destruction of Earth both then and now..." Superman began with a voice full of sorrow. The prince still eyed the hero intensely as a single stream of blood began to pour from the right side of his mouth. "...and the first time, I did fail and I thought I committed an atrocity..." It was right at this moment that Goku finally shook himself awake and tried to make his way back towards the battle. "so I revived your friend knowing how inspiring he was to those who knew him, I revived him because I respected what he did for the world." Superman's voice suddenly shifted in tone until the point where it wasn't long until it got stronger with every spoken word. "But then... he came back for a rematch and despite my CONSTANT pleading for him to turn away, he still continued to fight and with little to no regard for his surroundings and it was clear that no matter how many times I possibly will revive him, he STILL would not have listened to reason and continued this dangerous game of his, I realized that my words meant nothing to him and I felt that in order to ensure that Earth and possibly the universe remained safe, I feel..." Seeing Superman's pause as a chance, the prince spat in the Kryptonian's face, watching as the small bit of blood stained his face in crimson. After about thirty seconds, Goku finally made it to the battle only to stop dead in his tracks at the sight he saw and it was in that same length of time, that Vegeta watched as the blood staining Superman's face began to boil as his eyes lit up with red.

"...you left me no choice." In the blink of an eye, Goku watched as Superman fired a single controlled heat vision ray straight through the prince's eyes and skull. Up above, Superman watched as Vegeta's pupils faded to white while his hair slowly reverted to its signature pitch black color, it was right at that moment where Superman loosened his grip and instead laid Vegeta out on both of his arms and with a sorrowful face, he carried the fallen Saiyan down to the ground and laid him out nice and gently like he was putting a longtime pet to rest... and it was at that moment, that Goku snapped. The warrior charged for the Man of Steel as fury filled his eyes, his aura becoming more violent and unstable along with the shift in emotion. Without any second thought, Superman immediately flew towards the Saiyan at his max speed and the two began to briefly trade blows but it was just that, brief because just seconds after they had begun, the Man of Steel had thrust his knee upward into Goku's stomach and immediately managed to get him in a tight constrictive headlock.

"Forgive me..." It was with that final word that Superman quickly jerked Goku's head to the side with a loud sickening "CRACK!" that was soon being heard from all around Other World. With tears in his eyes, Superman gently released his grip and laid the Saiyan God to rest on the soft tender soil beneath him... and soon after, he let himself drop to the ground and he began to cry and this time, he did not hold it back for this was the hardest thing that he ever had to do throughout his entire career. As the red and blue hero continued to weep, he was so wrapped up in his emotion that he didn't notice that Whis, Beerus' master, had touched down right beside him, his face being filled with surprise.

"Wha.. what happened?" The deity questioned, the red and blue hero didn't move an inch from his spot when he continued.

"Goku... challenged me again, I told him to stop, I tried my hardest... and then his friend joined in... I-I was... left with no other choice." Right as he was finishing up, Whis lightly tapped his staff down on the ground and in a manner of seconds, the two lifeless Saiyan bodies were lifted up into the air with Whis preparing to take off, his gaze not at all leaving Superman.

"I'll take these two to my realm, I'll see to it that they have a proper burial because in my honest opinion, they at least deserve that and as for you..." The forlorn Kryptonian shifted his gaze towards Whis, the blood on his face slowly fading due to the tears and it was right at this point Whis gave off a very small smile. "...I would recommend doing something to honor these two on your world if it isn't much trouble." With those last words, Whis flew off in a beam of light with the two bodies trailing closely behind him. A couple seconds later, Superman took off into the skies and followed the beam of light until he could see the Earth and then, he made a mad dash towards Metropolis with an exact idea in his mind on what he would do to honor the late Saiyan's memory.

Five Months Later in Metropolis...

"And it is with great pleasure that I, the mayor of Metropolis with the help of Superman and the residents of Kame House and the Turtle School, proudly declare the Saiyan Memorial open to the public!" A particularly old man said to thunderous applause as he pulled the tarp off, revealing a large statue of a Saiyan pod and alongside it was a massive figure of a baby Goku being held by Grandpa Gohan in a loving hug while a plaque at the bottom read the following:

"This statue was created to celebrate the life of Son Goku, an alien warrior raised on Earth as a living example that there is no hurdle in life that cannot be overcome."

The Man of Steel looked up at the statue and stared at it with joy filling his once trembling heart, feeling that he now had done something good for once since the original battle. After a couple more seconds, Superman prepared to take off when he felt a caring, wrinkly hand rub his back which brought nothing but a smile to his face as he turned his head and was greeted with the misty eyed sunglasses wearing face of one of Goku's teachers and the one who helped make the memorial possible, Muten Roshi, who then wrapped the Kryptonian up in a loving hug of his own.

"I just wanted to say... thank you for honoring my best friend Mr. Superman... it means a lot to know that there are people like you in the world who will help it grow as pure as you are, I think Goku would be most pleased with this." Superman couldn't help but let the elderly man's words get to him as a single tear dropped down his face and with a smile, he returned the hug and gave his response.

"And I'm glad there was someone like you to be around for Goku, I thank you Roshi for helping to make all this possible." And with that last word, Superman broke the hug and stood up but right before he took off, he turned to Roshi once again.

"You think I can count on you to set up the memorial for Vegeta?" Roshi simply nodded his head.

"Of course, just know if you need us at anytime, you know where to find us." With a grin on his face, Kal-El took off into the skies above and flew through the air. With the smile still present, the man of steel shut his eyes and mentally thanked the universe and his father.

"Thank you Jor-El, for giving me this amazing life and I thank you Smallville for those values you applied onto me because without either of you, I don't think I would've been able to atone for any mistake such as this so I do thank you all for believing in me."

Author's Addendum:

2015 was an interesting period for me. I had just gotten into writing fanfiction, starting with a very edgelord take on Transformers I am not really proud of, a harem story with Vegeta that I felt like removing because at the time its connections to another author I had a falling out with led to me having an icky feeling and this. Regretful Battle of Legends was an interesting attempt by me since it's the first... I guess what you'd call a fix-fic by me even though I hate using that term since I am just a dingus who writes occasionally and not an actual good writer. Basically, I love Goku and Superman and like many at the time, I was swept up in the hype of their two (soon to be three) big appearances in Death Battle and just like many at the time? The second loss upset me greatly...

Until it didn't and then I noted the many issues with the characterization in the fight which inspired me to write this story which due to consistent fan backlash I constantly reworked and tweaked until I wound up with the version you see on my account today and it would've stayed that way if it wasn't for the fact that miraculously? My old version got archived in the Wayback Machine. Now it's not a complete archival since it's missing the second chapter which was labelled as a what if and featured Goku winning against Superman and him subsequently breaking down since he never intended to kill him which... weirdly predates how Death Battle has skewed more towards fights being mini-stories thanks to the rotating writing team in terms of what this tale's purpose is though much like Goku vs. Superman itself? Its faults really show up in the continuation which in turn reveals the faults behind this version's writing.

And dear lord, this version's baaad. There are individual parts I like about it, points where as the writer I can see where I was coming from but also so many mistakes. In particular, I'm just gonna say it, I get now why some people in the review section said this was Super-wankery. From just the paragraphs dedicated to pointing out how awesome Superman is and how reckless Goku is being to the fact the memorial is set in his own goddamn city instead of being a private affair with family since Goku was never one to really crave attention to the original addendum including massive paragraphs talking about Superman to the fact I made an alternate outcome and labelled it as a what if, implying that this more emotional look at the fight had a canon outcome? I wanted to punch my 2015 self in the face since holy crap. Couple that with how Superman is written like it was a duo writing team where one guy loved Superman and the other didn't with the latter constantly changing things behind the dude's back and because there's a stupidly tight deadline, the former can't fix it and it especially is cringe-inducing to go back through.

Now, to be fair, I know why it turned out this way, at the time I was really frustrated as a fan of both with the constant hate being thrown Death Battle's way, with people dismissing Superman for mistakes made in basically a fan video and Goku stans poisoning the discussion because they can't handle that someone suggested our favorite monkey man would lose a fight against a tights-wearing comic book superhero but that's no excuse for the poor writing, it just explains it. It also doesn't excuse my various breakdowns with this story which I had deleted, edited and reuploaded so many times thanks to being influenced by fan backlash and... that's just plain stupid. While I will say my feelings at the time were valid (especially with the toxicity present in some of these comments. Seriously people, Goku vs. Superman brings out the worst in both fandoms for some reason.), I also feel I should take some responsibility for the fact that I knew with how down to the wire I was with how close this was uploaded to the release of the Death Battle that this would be when emotions were running wild and thus I should've taken time off after the story to just let the reactions come which for me is hard since I'm both a windbag and someone who likes reading comments. Hell, I'm that weirdo who if someone uploads a new comment on something really old of mine that I don't expect to get reactions will take the time to respond. But that also means I'm susceptible to the self-destructive process of reading multiple hate comments and let me tell you, it really does a take a toll on you after awhile and there's no shame in just not reading those. With that in mind, I was really thinking of keeping this buried. I mean, I've got the modern version out there and even did a few more tweaks to it with the announcement of the do-over, I was ready to just move on from this.

But... it's a piece of my history much like how Goku vs. Superman is a piece of internet history and sometimes? I think it's good for us to be able to look back on old work of ours, see where our mindsets were at the time and kind of have it be a symbol of how far we've come and I admit that although I believed that back then? I also engaged way too much in deleting when I wasn't satisfied with something which as valid as it is especially given some of what I've deleted really doesn't represent me anymore and frankly was painful for me to look at? It is a disservice to you people. So going forward if I upload on here? I'm not gonna delete anything. Hell, if you liked this reupload and looking under this crusty old rock with me? Feel free to comment and suggest other stories of mine that I should reupload. Now bear in mind I'm limited because I only have the Wayback Machine and some old accounts of mine to look through but this could be a fun project and hey, maybe I'll do it like this where I have in the addendum notes about its creation.

But until then guys, remember to stay gold.
