Chapter 6: Konoha's Special Forces part 2: Guardsmen and Tactical Police
Naruto is finalizing the organizational structure of the Special Operations Force. Naruto has 3 troops of Long Range Shinobi, 2 Shinobi Commando Troops, 3 Shinobi Recon Patrols, Two Rocket Artillery platoons, 8 Archer and Crossbowmen teams and lastly 3 Amphibious Assault Raider sections.
Naruto at the moment is having trouble finding an insignia for the Special Operation Force along with it's name. He can't decide whether he thinks about the name and suddenly he remembers his time in the US Army Rangers while learning the force's history and how it evolved from the Continental Rangers to America's Army Rangers. Naruto gets inspired to name the force after it's spiritual father from another world.
Naruto, about to think about the insignia, looks around to see Tora cutting a leaf in half. Naruto soon finds what he needs from the site. He goes towards the insignia area of the R&D department.
Elsewhere in Konoha
Inside of the Uchiha police station Itachi is having a migraine. After he had killed his father he discovered that most of the police forces selection had been relegated to many of the prodigies rather than some of the more seasoned clansmen. Itachi also sees that many of the more experienced teams have a high fatality rate due to having said prodigy in charge.
Other problems that adds on is the police force lacking in not only detective work but also a tactical response team both of which has caused massive casualties in the outer and inner perimeter of the towns near Konoha. Itachi thinks the police force needs a major overhaul immediately and soon before there are calls for the police forces disbandment due it's inabilities.
Itachi thinks to himself and thinks about looking to one person who could help him with his dilemma.
Back with Naruto.
Naruto reveals the symbol of the newly minted Konoha Rangers Force to Minato in his office. Greatly impressing him.
"Hmm Rangers, that's a fitting name especially coming from a spiritual descendant of the original fighting force." said Minato as he looks his son in question.
"Thank you father, that means a lot"said Naruto as he is sitting in a chair across from his father playing shogi.
Before anything else could be said an Anbu shunshins into the room.
"Yes" asked Minato as he looks at the Anbu who's wearing an owl mask
"Lord Hokage, a council meeting has been called" said Owl as he looks at the two in question.
"20 ryo it's about the assault the Rangers carried out" said Naruto as he looks at his father.
"30 " "You're on" said Naruto, agreeing to the bet from his father as they walks towards the council room.
"So Naruto I must ask you about your military experience in the Rangers. How were your missions done" asked Minato as he walks side by side with son.
"Well father I can tell you they were full of strife and danger. As I was either the team's point man or scout. I can honestly remember many of my earlier missions. I had either prevented enemy sappers from destroying several objectives, taken out several dictators and corrupt generals or, rescued many POWs, destroyed a base or two. But during the time I had to help other rangers with their new roles after some of the missions didn't go as planned and I had to help bury some of them. When I became a Captain I learned the importance of tactical and team combat. My missions were either done under low visibility or during assault conditions and situations. Where some of them either involved helicopter support or support from a gunship. " explained Naruto as he and his father walk into the chambers where chattering is going on among the civilian councilors.
The Clan Heads had stand up in greetings to the Hokage. "Alright this meeting is in order. So what is this about, might I ask" asked Minato, curious of the meeting's purpose.
"Hokage sama we have come to know of a special operations force headed by one Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze that had destroyed a fortress off the coast line of Earth Country. we need to ask why was it attacked" said Danzo as he was wondering why an important source of information was attacked without his knowledge.
"It was due to IWA sending the Rock Crusher team after my son here and to die by his hands. That and it was in response to IWA's many attacks on my family and it's constant breaches of the treaty. I think it was time for Onoki to remember Konoha isn't a village full of pacifists that can be pushed around." said Minato as Koharu speaks up.
"Hokage sama what of this commando force your son is leading." asked Koharu as she is curious of this force.
"Yes we have a right to know " said one idiotic civilian in a demanding tone.
Minato releases some killing intent.
"This village isn't a democracy, it's a stratocracy as in a military ruled government. I don't recall the civilians being skilled in military tactics. Besides I wanted to introduce the force anyway but it will be on the terms of my son. Naruto would you please tell them of your force." said Minato as he cools down slightly more.
"Thank you Hokage. Well ladies and gentlemen I would like to let everyone know that Konoha has a new special operations force code named Konoha's Rangers. It is a tactical light infantry strike force that is designed as multifunctional combat force it's purpose is to do what the Anbu can do with more of a guerilla combative focus. That Fortress is only just it's first test run and so far it passed" said Naruto as each of the council members look at Naruto in question.
"How does one get into this force." asked Danzo as he thinks he could get an operative inside of the rangers.
"You can only get inside based on a large screening process that involves a psych evaluation and passing physical tests while under the effects of chakra damping seals. Once this is done I will decide through a test of my choosing." explained Naruto as Danzo had to frown the Ranger force has multiple ways of neutralizing many of his operatives of being inside of the force.
"Hokage sama what's to stop this force from getting out of hand and going rogue." asked Homura as he is worried of the force being beyond their control.
"These men and women are patriots that are willing to die than betray their village I know because I trained them to die well," said Naruto as he looks at the advisor with a eagle like glare.
"Obviously they are trying to earn good favor with your" the civilian never got to finish as Naruto picks up the man by his throat and looks him dead in his eyes.
"Listen to me well worm. These Shinobi where sent to the reserves because of little shits who abuse their positions for power and glory. I gave them a job of a lifetime that gives them a purpose unlike the snobs in this village that would take the easy way out in life and get low c rank missions instead of A rank missions. I have destroyed them only to rebuild them so you could sit in this chair and be a big wig." said Naruto as he looks at the man who's shaking with fear.
"Alright Captain that's enough" said Minato as Naruto throws the man down in his chair.
"Now then on to an important note I have received a letter pertaining to said attack that's calling for a meeting in Iron Country with Naruto here is joining me so I am leaving Tsunade in charge with Naruto choosing his second in command to lead the Rangers during our trip to Iron Country." said Minato as Tsunade is a little surprised at Minato's choice.
"Without a further adieu I call this meeting over." said Minato as he and Naruto head home to to pack for the trip. Minato gives Naruto 30 ryo from the bet. Naruto counts it as he smiles.
As Naruto walks out of the chambers following behind Minato Itachi stops him.
"Yes, Itachi, is there something you need" asked Naruto, curious of the Uchiha clan head in question.
"We need to talk about village security" said Itachi as he and Naruto walk out of the building they enter the police station walking into the commander's office.
"What do you need help with" asked Naruto as he looks at the Uchiha in question.
"I need your help with reformations in the police force" answered Itachi getting a surprise from Naruto at the request.
"Explain." asked Naruto as their has to be a story behind the request.
"I have discovered that several of my clansmen have been taking bribes from enemy agents about our defenses and perimeter. Along with several casualties brought on by inexperienced squad commanders. All of which was covered up by my dumbass of a father. The Police force has been getting backed up with cases of multiple kidnappings of orphans some of which have been centered in public places. My clansmen are becoming reckless in their work. I need your help to reform the police department" explained Itachi as Naruto looks at him with quizzical eyes.
"Itachi I am unfamiliar with police tactics. I would be unsuccessful in fulfilling your request" said Naruto as Itachi sighs at the answer as Naruto brings up a alternative "What you need is someone with training and vast experience in police work and tactics as the best person for this task would be someone with this particular skill set and stratagem for what's needed in reforming the police force in it's tactics, methods and efficiency. Hmm maybe I could find someone in Iron Country afterall the Samurai know the value of law and order" explained Naruto as Itachi thinks hard on this suggestion as Naruto continues with one last suggestion that really makes Itach look at him curiously.
"Another suggestion you need to make the police force into an inter clan police force." said Narut/o as Itachi looks at him with an even more questioning look.
"Why" asked Itachi. "Your police force lacks variety. Yes your clan has one of the most powerful dojutsu's on the planet but that doesn't make you the best tracker, the strongest heavy hitter, the most brilliant strategist, the best fighter, or even the best psychologist it makes your clan jacks of all trade but masters of none. What I am saying is your clan is lacking in specialty fields needed for police work as your clan is ill equipped for important roles when it comes to tactics, detective work and criminal analysis. While you can dip in one skill your clan isn't a master of that single skill" explained Naruto as Itachi looks at his logic and looks back to the number of cold cases in the department archive as well as the number of Uchiha that are essential inside of the department that are left unchecked
"Thank you Naruto you gave me something to look into for the next couple of months." said Itachi as he nods his head in thanks for his insight.
"It was no trouble Itachi. I know of the importance of the police force in importance in this village. Rest assured you need to trust your allies when in need. I will speak with the Hokage about bringing an instructor here to advise your forces but you may want to brush up on police ranking to help sort out the chain of command to help the process. " said Naruto as proceeds to leave the police station for his trip to Iron country.
'I have a feeling that this is only the beginning of a new era for the leaf' thought Itachi as he looks to see the stratagem inside and out.
Kurenai and Asoka
Both are training in the Zumba workout Naruto had given them the last couple of weeks. The results have them looking more athletic and toned than before meeting Naruto.
Asoka and Kurenai take a break with a helping of blended banana and cherry smooth. "Nice moves Asoka, this Zumba exercise is remarkable and really energizing" said Kurenai as she wipes off the sweat with a towel.
"Yeah that was fun lets hit the showers" said Asoka as she and Kurenai walks towards the shower room in the house.
'I wonder what Naruto is doing.' thought Kurenai as she and Asoka share a shower.
Back with Naruto
Naruto and Minato along with Kakashi and Guy are traveling towards the Iron Country.
"Father, I need to talk to you about something, it's about the police force," said Naruto as Minato listens to what his son has learned from Itachi.
"Sure Naruto what's going on" asked Minato, curious about the blonde Unishi's insight.
"Well Itachi needs an advisor for the reformation of the police force in Konoha" revealed Naruto surprising Minato and Kakashi
"Into what" asked a curious Minato "Into an inter village police force that involves all of the clans. He just needs an instructor to properly train the police force into a tactical police force." explained Naruto as Minato thinks about this as this prospect would make the police force more efficient and more inclusive with what it needs as far as policing and patrolling could go.
"So he's wanting an advisor to help with the reformations he has plans for the police force. Naruto you may have triggered a big change in the leaf's forces in a big way." said Minato in a ecstatic tone.
Naruto smiles at his father's excitement. They arrive in a boat to take them to Iron Country. The Konoha group soon arrived in Iron Countryside in marvel of seeing beautiful mountain scenery and nature.
As they come upon the city of the capital where the meeting is to happen. Naruto looks in awe at the cities being a high-tech fortress with samurai training in practice yards on several corners apart from another.
They soon are guided by a samurai towards the Hotel they will be staying at. Naruto after getting settled in his hotel room leaves out to find an advisor on military police in Iron Country seeing as Samurai have the best in terms of police work in the country of Iron.
Back in Konoha
Danzo is internally seething he doesn't have eyes in the new fighting force and would most likely spotted due in part to his condition of his operatives.
What makes it even worst is he can't get into the blonde Unishi's house due to some form of energy killing any intruder caught near it some kind of way.
'Damm I have a new threat I can't comprehend. Made all the more dangerous with knowledge that I myself wouldn't be able to counter.' thought Danzo as he thinks to himself about what to do about the new threat to his plans of gaining the Hokage hat.
Elsewhere in the Elemental Nation
Inside of a Secret base members of the well known group of S ranked nins known as the Akatsuki are seated listening to new developments in Konoha especially with a new combat force and a warrior like no other.
"What the hell is a Universal Soldier" said A shark skinned man as he is wondering what it is.
"From what the Yondaime's returned son said he is an undead soldier who was brought back to life through medical science and augmented to be a superior warrior." said a man with a venus fly trap appearance.
"No matter for even this Universal Soldier will feel pain" said the man with orange red hair and ring patterned eyes as he looks at the rest of the group of S ranked ninjas.
"What is to be done about the other Jinchuriki. Boss Pain" asked a man with blonde hair.
"We continue studying especially the Kyuubi's Jinchuriki." said Pain as he and the other figures disappear to do their assignments.
Back with Naruto.
Naruto has been traveling through the streets of Iron Country's capital looking for an instructor on police tactics. He comes across a police academy. He walks inside of the academy to see an demonstration of Taiho jutsu in great display. Showcasing skills in disabling opponents with efficient takedowns and strikes. Naruto as he walks into the room after taking off his boots sits next to a man of great build and height similar to his own. His appearance gets the attention of Samurai in the room. "Huh a ninja is here among us." said one Samurai as the other says." Yes but he seems different; he doesn't have the eyes of a ninja. He has the eyes of a soldier and a samurai." said the older man looking into Naruto's eyes with a sense of intuitive wisdom.
"So what brings you to this academy?" asked a man with a younger appearance.
"Well it's to find an advisor for my villages police force. As it is in need of reformation that requires the utmost care" explained Naruto as the Samurai looked at him with question.
"What village do you hail from" asked an aged Samurai who looked to be the head master
"Konoha" said Naruto as a man is thrown on the mat by the Taiho Jutsu practitioner. As the Samurai look at Naruto with interest.
"I believe this conversation should be private as the headmaster listens to Konoha's need of a tactical police unit inside of it's forces.
"Hmm I seen from what your police force needs is a veteran's touch from a veteran advisor. I would suggest Tenzen Tenno he's a hardcase of an instructor who had trained the tough and fierce Braves unit" explained the headmaster as he directed Naruto towards a more private and secluded area apart of the academy.
Naruto soon comes upon a site of training genius( Think every martial arts training ground in ninja and kung fu movie combined with the Danger Room of the X MEN). He sees an area in which samurai of what he can conclude are recruits in the Braves unit. Seeing recruits performing high tier police work and military tactics. At that moment Naruto knew he found the right man for the job.
A man in light samurai armor observing recruits who can be seen practicing what Naruto knows as CQB techniques. 'Hmm quick and efficient reminds me of the time when I went to that Israel Commando school. Those Commandos had moves that even those poor terrorists didn't see coming. Looks like the honcho around here knows his stuff as a warrior' thought Naruto as he sees the hand-to-hand training pit seeing its recruits put through the ringer.
"Ah headmaster Takihiro, how are things" asked Tenzen as he looks at Naruto with interest.
"Tenzen this is Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze. He seeks an advisor for an important matter that he will explain" said the Headmaster as Naruto bows in greeting.
" I would rather talk about this in private. For village security reasons" said Naruto as Tenzen agrees to hear him out on his request.
Timeskip day of the Kage meeting.
The representatives of IWA, Kumo, Suna, and Kiri are waiting for the Konoha delegates to arrive.
In walked Kakashi, Minato and Naruto in his military uniform. Several Kunoichi in the room seem to be attracted while several men look at him with a deep respect except for Onoki.
"Greetings Mifune san I hope we aren't late for this meeting," said Minato as he bows in respect for the samurai leader.
"No worries before we begin I must ask why your son dresses the way he does" asked Mifune as he looks at Naruto in question as he sees the eyes of a kindred warrior.
"Well it's due to keeping his military tradition of formal unit dress the force of where he was teleported to" explained briefly Minato as the female Kage Kiri in the room looks at Naruto with interest along with a blonde woman next to her Kage from Kumo.
"Ba get on with this meeting of Kage." said Onoki as he looks at Minato and Naruto with hated intent.
"Okay let's" said Naruto as he, Kakashi and Minato sit down.
"Let us begin then" said Mifune as he sits in the outer table akin to a judges disk.
"Yes lets because I have a dispute over the raid on a IWA resupply fortress that was on the border Fire Earth Boundaries." said Onoki, trying to sound innocent and outraged. However it failed when Minato leaked out a killing intent that made him shiver as it dies down.
"You no good self centered son of a bitch. You know why" said Minato as he threw a file on the table.
"This file pertains to deployment operations of strike teams of your village Onoki. With a file and picture of the targets in Konoha one is of recently the last target they would ever attack" said Minato as Naruto throws the Tsuchikage a scroll.
"What's this?" asked a curious Tsuchikage as he opens it to see the heads of said assassins team.
"The next time you send assassins you better have the best. Because if that's what your giving me then this is an insult" said Naruto as he looks at the old man with slight anger.
"Maybe you had better chances picking on a girl who's still a greenhorn genin" said Minato as he looks at Onoki who scowls.
" If it's a seed of your's Yondaime she deserves to die" said Onoki as he looks at the Minato with a heated glare as Naruto sniffs the air. "Ugh whats that smell" said Naruto as Kakashi and everyone else smells the room for what he's talking about.
"I smell (Naruto sniffs) I smell( Sniffs again slightly deeper than before) a Bitch in here who needs a wake up call"said Naruto as he scowls at the Tsuchikage who looks back at him. "Watch your tone boy " said Onoki as scowls at him.
" I'll watch my tone towards these beautiful ladies. Your a bitch old bitch because you like stabbing people in the back and whine why they hits you back harder. I see you as a bitch a little bitch who got too big for his pants. I see an old bitch instead of a warrior in front of me bitching to me" said Naruto as Minato, Kakashi, The 5th Kazekage and Lady Mizukage along with their escorts look at Naruto talk down to Tsuchikage like he was nothing.
"Insolent whelp I am the Tsuchikage leader of one of the strongest ninja villages in the elementals." said Onoki trying to remind Naruto of that as Naruto looks at him with a bored look.
"Your no leader your an egotistical bitch who leads his ninja. Like a bloodthirsty dog who fights like a bully and whines like a bitch" said Naruto as everyone except the IWA group look at Naruto with one thought 'Where did he get his balls' as they look at Naruto who looks at Onoki with disrespect.
"I have been fighting wars before you knew how to walk" said an angry Onoki."Yeah well at least I fought and killed warriors not their families." said Naruto as he looks at him with disinterest. "Who do you think you are ?" asked a woman with short black hair with pink eyes.
"I am the Universal Shinobi, an Army Ranger turned Super Ninja. I have fought for my country died came back to life, killed for freedom and my fellow man. Returned to this dimension with a strength you nor IWA can comprehend because I'm something you will never be rid of. I am the guy you will have nightmares of when ever you see me in this garb" said Naruto as he transforms his armor into his fighting gear.
" I am only going to say this once Onoki if you make another attempt on my and my families lives I won't just destroy a staging point fortress. I am going to send my son Naruto hear to kill you all you and burn IWA to the ground" said Minato as he leaked some killing intent.
"This is madness" said Onoki as he looks at the two.
"Madness. You sent assassin's to their deaths because of your fear, your pride and your ignorance. You made it personal which got your people killed" said Naruto as Onoki looks at him with a heated glare. "What about my forces in the Third Shinobi war shouldn't I have some revenge." said Onoki as he looks at the Konoha Trio.
"Revenge is an emotional response. Those ninja made their choices and did their duties. They knew the risks when the but that headband on. You forget ninja are mercenaries. Soldiers of Fortune. We don't get personal at all you made it personal when you attacked me and my sister. " said Naruto as he leaks out killing intent that makes Onoki feel deep fear as does his granddaughter.
"Excuse me but How are you the Yondaime's son if your older." asked the Lady Mizukage as Naruto turns to her with utmost politeness.
"Well Lady Mizukage I was teleported to another dimension when I was young due to the Kyuubi's resisting the seal which tore a hole in the fabric of space and time. In that dimension I grew up under the effects of the dimension's difference in time and aging" explained Naruto as in a polite manner to the Mizukage.
"Please call me Mei" said Mei as Naruto smiles under his mask as he turns towards Onoki who grits his teeth at being seen as weak.
"So send an Assassin team again Konoha will retaliate with extreme force." said Minato as he looks at Onoki.
"This concludes the submit" said Mifune as he walks over to Naruto.
"Yes Lord Mifune" asked Naruto as he looks at the old samurai in question.
"You are a ninja but you have the eyes of a Samurai." said Mifune as Naruto is about to explain until he sense Onoki doing something stupid Naruto acting fast pushes Mifune and Kakashi out of the way as Onoki hits Naruto with his particle dust jutsu. Onoki smirks at his success, lowering his guard to see a skeleton standing in front of him. Onoki, about to walk away, is suddenly grabbed by the skeleton of Naruto. Onoki and his granddaughter looks on with shock as Naruto's muscular structure and organs reform in front of everyone. Minato and Kakashi is equally shocked as Naruto's skin starts to reform. Soon Naruto's form is restored with the minor inconvenience of his clothes being dust now.
"You just declared war" said Naruto as he crushes Onoki's hands and head butts him hard knocking him out. Naruto then throws him over to his bodyguards.
"Take him home and tell your village it's in for a hard lesson."said Naruto as the trio leaves like whipped dogs.
Everyone looks at Naruto with awe at his feat of not only surviving the dust release technique of the Tsuchikage. But also regenerating his entire bodily structure.
The Kunoichi in the room looks at Naruto with a blush at not only how physically fit he is but also what he has on display for his manhood.
"Thank you Naruto dono for saving my life" said Mifune as a group of guards come and hand Naruto some old ninja garbs they had repaired from the second shinobi world war.
"Thank you" said Naruto as he puts on this suit in gratitude. Soon The Raikage, a man of similar height and build walks up to him.
"So what makes a Universal Soldier so special?" asked Raikage as he looks Naruto in the eye.
"I don't need to fear death or permanent mutilation." said Naruto as the blond haired woman looks at Naruto with interest.
"How did you do that Kyuubi doesn't have that type of healing?" said the woman as she looks at Naruto in question.
"I was enhanced by bio nanotechnology when I was revived. It does wonders especially being amputated." said Naruto as he gets his pants on which makes the blonde and Mei pout as he slips on a black T-shirt.
"Pardon me but I didn't get your name mrs"said Naruto
"Oh my name is Yugito Nii" said Yugito as she bows in greeting as she also shake his hand.
Naruto senses her impressive strength as she squeezes hard but not hard enough to really do any damage. "You have a firm handshake, Mrs Nii. I see in your eyes that Kumo doesn't produce weak Kunoichi much like Kiri and Suna. I hope for the best." said Naruto as he looks Yugito, Mei and Suna Kunoichi Temari and salutes them then walks away.
"Well Lord Hokage Looks like it's war" said Naruto as he looks at his father.
"Yes I believe that it to be unless the Earth Daimyo says otherwise" said Minato as Naruto nods in agreement.
"So your who Nerumi speaks about in her letters to me" said the Kazekage as he walks over.
"You must be Gaara Subaku I must say I thought you would be bigger" said Naruto with a smile as Gaara does one thing that his siblings never saw him do, chuckle and smile at the comment as he shakes his hand.
"I am surprised that you survived that no Jinchuriki has ever survived an attack from the dust release" said the man with face paint. As Naruto shrugged" I guess I got lucky" said Naruto with a coolness in his tone.
With the Tsuchikage.
The Tsuchikage is in immense pain due in part to his hands being crushed. Most of all his anger for the Yondaime's bloodline has increased. 'I don't know how he did that but he will die' thought Onoki as his hands are being wrapped up.
Back with the Konoha Group
Naruto and Party are traveling back to Konoha at Shinobi pace. They are thankful that the Iron Country has Shinobi training in Samurai curriculum. As Tenzen is with them traveling towards Konoha at high speed. Naruto himself is surprised as he sees that Tenzen is almost as fast as him.
"So tell Naruto how would the Uchiha take have the police force reformed in a more village orientated one." asked Tenzen curious of the situation of the clan in question.
"They'll have to take it with grain of salt as long as Itachi is leader. I don't think they want to challenge their new leader."said Naruto reassuring Tenzen as they travel towards Konoha.
Timeskip 7 months.
Tenzen, Itachi and Naruto have all worked on a unique stratagem to train and effectively transforming the Uchiha police force into the Konoha tactical police force. While the Uchiha elders protested this saying spouting Uchiha supremacy only for Itachi to throw out clear facts of the forces in ability to find missing children and solve crimes. Showing the Uchiha police force as only being combat enforcers of the leaf instead of all around and well rounded defenders of the leaf.
The training of the officers involved screening of fighting abilities, intelligence, financial stability and compatibility all with the other clan head's approval.
Tenzen taught the police force in police tactics and what to look for in crimes scenes. He also taught with Naruto's help effective hand to hand and battle tactics surrounding the criminal element.
During this time the Earth Daimyo sends Minato a message saying IWA will not declare war due to being the instigator of Naruto's attack and near death.
Kushina, Kurama, Kurenai, Asuka and Garuda is surprised at Naruto's regeneration, restoring him from an otherwise devastating attack to another Uzumaki or human.
At the moment Naruto is looking through the paperwork to see a group of Jonin walking towards the Hokage's office all wrapped in bandages. "What happen to you guys" asked Naruto, concerned with the Jonin in question.
"We got ambushed by rogue IWA nins they attacked us when we began our patrol." answered one Jonin who's missing an eye. Naruto looks angry and disappointed at how IWA missing nins attacked the Jonin. Naruto goes towards the archives to research something else that is needed after finishing his paperwork. 'Thank Kami for Shadow clones.' thought Naruto as he goes towards Konoha's military archive.
Naruto soon discovered great disgust as not only is the archive underhanded but the military border guard has been disbanded due to funding constraints. Naruto is mad as he goes to check out the village coffers. To discover that the numbers are the same signifying to Naruto someone's going to pay.
Naruto takes this information to his father.
"Lord Hokage we have an issue it's about village founding and the border guard being disbanded," said Naruto as he hands him what he discovered. For Minato's part he is pissed.
"Naruto thank you for bringing this up I'm going to get to the bottom of this" said Minato as he snaps his fingers and an Anbu named Neko shows up. "Neko I need you to gather the council a council meeting is being called." said Minato as Neko nods and goes toward the councilors in question.
Naruto and Minato goes towards the council chambers.
As everyone arrives Minato looks at the Civilian and Elder council with a pissed look.'Ah shit he's pissed' thought Danzo as he looks at the two.
"Can someone tell me why our most important unit our border guard, is disbanded" asked Minato in a pissed mood as he also throws a file down hard. "Naruto here has revealed how our archive's important military library of mission files, and history of our forces is underhanded and nearly out of order when he was searching for the missions reports of the border guard only to discover the border guard unit is disbanded and no one told me this. He also showed me how the money for said unit is going towards an unknown user of those funds." said Minato as he snaps his fingers. Soon Anbu surround 5 people one of which happens to be Homura the other happens to be civilian councilors.
"As of this moment you five will have your assets ceased and you will be sent to blood prison." said Minato as he looks at the men and women in question.
"This is a mistake Hokage sama I would never" "You would and did, I had crossed checked the accounts and found that you five had an increase in income from an unknown source. " said Naruto interrupting the Five Konoha traitors who are then taken away. "Naruto, I need you to rebuild the border guard unit." asked Minato as he looks at Naruto who's up for the task as he salutes him." Yes Hokage sama. It will be done" said Naruto as he shunshin's away.
'God I love that man's strength' thought Tsume as she was deciding to make her move.
Naruto goes towards the training ground of the Konoha Rangers. Naruto the ranger's training grounds are hidden for security purposes only he, Minato and Ryu knows of it's location.
He walks inside of the school to see it up and functional seeing Ranger recruits practicing and training in skills he had drilled the original troops in.
The rangers then stand at attention when he walks into the offices. "At easy Rangers I have an announcement to make so listen up" said Naruto in a commanding tone.
"I several Konoha councilors have been arrested and sentenced to prison for high treason due to financial fraud and pilfering the village coffer after disbanding the Border unit. That brings me to what I am about to ask. I need 56 Rangers who have experience in patrolling the Borders. They will be backed up by Konoha nin's assigned to border security and watching out for any bandit or missing nin wanting to start trouble. But most of all they along with the ninjas are to be reassigned as the border guard group codename grizzly." said Naruto as the officers of the Rangers nods in understanding as they move to find the needed Shinobis.
'Well time to go back to work' thought Naruto as he walks back to Konoha.
Timeskip 5 months later.
A group of rogue IWA nin can be seen stalking the border side for Konoha nins as they get ready to attack, are ambushed by ninja of Konoha. They manage to fight back hard but are unable to handle the Konoha nin when it came to close quarters combat. Some of the group tried to use jutsu but was caught off guard when they decided to masterful use kunai that prevented them.
They are soon overpowered by the Konoha nins.
"That's one group out of commission" said one of the Konoha Jonin.
In Konoha at the same time
A man with a shack is running from Konoha nins in new uniforms akin to old shinobi armor. The man makes a left in an alley way running into a bicep which knocks him to the ground.
The nins restrain him and open the shack to see children from prominent clans.
"Where are the other dirt bag" said the officer in question
"Go to hell" said the man who just said the wrong thing.
"You first when you drop the soap dirt bag" said the man as he is tied up and dragged towards the police station.
Things are only just beginning for Konoha.
