The United States of America, what was once a proud standing nation, now had fallen under the control of The Hacker and his ever-expanding army, with many other countries around the world soon falling to the same fate as they continue to become bigger, stronger, and more powerful than before.

In New York, on the other side of the country, standing on a dock overlooking the Statue of Liberty, with the help of some of Zach's robots and a megaphone in hand, he was ordering a bunch of former citizens to tear down the famous statue and replace it with a giant one of himself. A similar project involving Mount Rushmore was also in the works, but the details weren't quite yet agreed on.

"YOU!!! Work faster! YOU!!! Move that piece more to the right! YOU... Hey! My chin is not THAT big! Fix it immediately!"

While he was in the middle of giving orders, the tablet he brought with him started vibrating as a video request from Max appeared on the screen. Hacker sighed annoyingly as he pulled it out of his back pocket and tapped the accept icon.

"What is it, Max? Can't you see I'm busy?" Hacker replied harshly. "If this is about The Energy Monster again, I've already told her..."

"Uhhhh, actually, it's Buzz, Delete, as well as the others. They wish to speak with you im-mmediately." Max said quietly.

Hacker was silent for a moment, before letting out another annoyed sigh. "Alright, but they better make this quick! I'm very busy, you know!" He proclaimed.

The screen was then replaced with that of Buzz and Delete, with Zach and Mr. Big standing in the background next to two Alicorns, some smaller unicorns, a pegasi, and a small dragon; all which had blackish-gray vests and helmets, with the Varmitech Industries logo printed on them.

"Hey Boss! We got the Princesses and half of the Mane 6, just like you wanted!" Buzz exclaimed.

"Yeah! And we've got the second power crystal too!" Delete said happily."

"Splendid! I... Wait a second, what do you mean you only have half of the Mane 6?" Hacker said, suddenly sounding furious.

"We're afraid that they and the Cybersquad have escaped." Zusk explained as he came into view. "They used some sort of remote to create a portal and jumped into it."

"Yeah, but don't worry! We'll find them eventually! After all, we only have two more crystals left to find!" Wicked exclaimed.

"Well, you better! The Elements of Harmony only work if all six of them are together. How am I going to extract their powers without them all here?" Hacker shouted.

"Don't worry, we will!" Mr. Big replied. "Speaking of which, didn't you say earlier that you wanted to meet back at the Multiversal Networking System or something?"

"Yeah! I wanted to discuss our progress so far, and see if anyone else had come up with any new ideas." Hacker said. "Go inform the others, and I'll meet you there shortly."

"Great! See you then, Hacky-Poo!" Wicked exclaimed happily. Hacker groaned as the chat screen disappeared, being replaced again by Max.

"Well, you heard them; I need a portal! Now!" He ordered Max.

"O-of course! One p-p-portal coming up!" Max declared. But before Max began to create the portal, he suddenly stopped and gasped as he saw something coming from the air, slowly approaching behind him.

"Max? What is it?" Hacker asked confusedly.

"There's s-s-something behind you!" Max slowly replied.

"What? What are you talking about?" Hacker asked, starting to get angrier.

Hacker turned his head towards the sky as he began to hear a loud commotion happening in the sky behind him. He became shocked when he saw a strange-looking spacecraft descend from the atmosphere. Many of the workers whom Hacker hired to work on the statue also stopped working and stared. After the spaceship had landed on the ground a few feet from Hacker, a figure stepped out from the ship's cockpit.

The figure levitated into the air and moved closer towards Hacker, who was silent. The figure carefully observed him as it approached. As it got closer, he was able to get a better look at the figure. It appeared to be a woman with long blonde hair that covered one of her eyes. She was wearing a white and blue suit, and had matching blue lips and goggles, and on her shoulder was some sort of animal with big eyes and ears. She was also wearing a uniform that consisted of a small blue hat and matching belt.

"Are you, by any chance, Hacker?" The woman asked.

"Uhhh... Yeah?" Hacker slowly replied. "Who are you?" He asked once he had regained his composure.

"I'm happy you asked." She replied. "The name's Ms. Power! And this is my noble sidekick, Corneil GiggleCheeks!" She said.

"Okay, well, it's nice to meet you, I suppose." Hacker replied. "Now why are you here?"

"Why, we're here to help you of course!" She exclaimed. "I would've been here sooner, but well, you know..."

Hacker seemed perplexed. "Why do YOU want to help ME?" He asked.

"Well, I must say, I like your style! After all, you managed to defeat that pesky WordGirl for good!" She replied.

"WordGirl? How do you know about her?" Hacker asked confusedly.

"Well, you see, I came here to Earth to get WordGirl to team up with me so we could take over the planet together. I even taught her everything I knew!" Ms. Power explained. "But as you can tell, that didn't work out. So I was forced to flee Earth. But since then, I've been secretly watching over Earth, waiting for my chance at revenge. And one day, I saw that you managed to team up with those low-lifes and successfully get rid of her."

"Well, what can I say?" Hacker said boastfully.

"Now, I figured since you're working with all those other fools, I figured you could use someone of actual value on your team!" She replied.

"Well... I guess I see what you mean." Hacker slowly replied. I mean, we could always use some new help."

"Trust me! You're going to need it!" She suggestively replied. Now. What's next on the agenda?"

Shortly after successfully annexing Equestria, the villains came across the stone remains of Cozy Glow, Tirek, and Chrysalis. After learning about who they were, Wicked used her magic to unfreeze them from their stone prison. After hearing about how they managed to defeat the Mane 6 and their plan to find the remaining crystals and take over the multiverse, they agreed to join them.

"What's taking him so long?" An impatient Cozy Glow angrily shouted.

They, along with the rest of the villains, were seated around the round table in the Multiversal Networking System while Max looked over them on the giant screen in front of them.

"Relax; He'll be here shortly!" Ledge calmly replied, turning to face her.

"He should have BEEN here by now!" Tirek impatiently replied.

"Yeah, what's taking him so long?" Dr. Two-Brains questioned.

Soon, a portal appeared by the front entrance of the M.N.S. Hacker quickly stepped out of the portal frame and took his seat in his large recharging chair on the other end of the table.

"About time!" Dr. Two-Brains said with relief. "What took you so long?"

"Indeed! We were supposed to start 15 minutes ago! You know how much I hate delays!" Paisley Paver replied, with the others voicing their complaints.

"Sorry, I was just recruiting our newest member!" Hacker explained.

"Newest member?" Buzz pondered.

"You mean Cozy Glow, Tirek, and Chrysalis?" Dabio asked.

"Huh? Oh them?" Hacker then noticed the three sitting not far from him, all staring confusingly at him. "Oh, uhh, Hi... But no, I'm talking about someone else!" He explained.

"Who?" Tobey asked, pondering to himself.

"I'm glad you asked! She's the most intelligent and powerful person in the whole universe! With her on our side, nothing will stop us!" Hacker exclaimed.

"Are you implying that there's someone who's better than me?" Victoria Best hissed.

"As for being the most intelligent person in the universe, I'd have to disagree!" Tobey replied.

"You can definitely say that!" Dr. Two-Brains mumbled.

"So this person is the most powerful being in the entire universe, you say. I'd like to meet her!" Tirek said, grinning evilly.

"I'd be happy for you all to meet her!" Hacker said thrillingly. "Everyone, I'd like you all to meet Ms. Power! The most powerful person who ever existed." Hacker exclaimed loudly as Ms. Power, and her sidekick Corneil GiggleCheeks, who was sitting over her shoulder, entered from the portal that shortly appeared again.

To say that they weren't happy to see her, would be an understatement.

"WHAT?! WHAT'S SHE DOING HERE?!" Dr. Two-Brains shouted furiously, with the rest all shouting in disbelief.

"Of all people, why did it have to be HER!?" Tobey shouted.

"You know her?" Zusk asked confusedly, once the noise had died down a little.

"Unfortunately, we do!" The Butcher groaned.

"Why are YOU here?" Seymour Smooth shouted.

"What does it look like? Since Hacker's working with all you CLOWNS, I figured he could use someone he could actually RELY on." Ms. Power replied, which caused her and the other villains to go off on each other.

"ALRIGHT, THAT'S ENOUGH!" Hacker shouted, trying to break up the two groups.

"Do you really expect us to work with her?" Granny May asked. Which was once again followed by Ms. Power and the villains going back to shouting at each other. But it didn't take long for it to become physical, as each of the villains used their many powers against Ms. Power, who was doing the same thing.

The only villains besides Hacker who weren't involved with their seemingly endless bickering were his henchmen Buzz and Delete, Zach, Donita, Gourmand, Paisley, Ledge, Zusk, Wicked, Cozy Glow, Tirek, and Chrysalis. Who were all quietly staring at them dumbfoundingly as they continued shouting.

Hacker sighed once again before marching over towards them and attempting to separate them for the second time. Once he was finally able to get them to stop fighting with

each other, he went over to the giant monitor where Max was displayed and began to speak. "Alright, now that that's out of the way..."
