Chapter 35.
Right on our front door!
Everyone listened as Stan told them everything he had seen from his encounter with Viros.
"(So the Real Geralds trapped in the Ad world?)" Asked Kenny.
"And one of Kyle's exes is alive?" Asked Cartman.
"Yes." Said Stan. "I saw everything! Apparently, Viros has banned watching our whole town since the time Cartman had that probe inserted into his ass by the visitors."
"That never happened." Said Cartman defensively.
"So what is this "Viros" planning now?" Asked Gregory.
"I don't know." Said Stan. "But it has something to do with Washington D.C. They're probably after something there."
"What makes you say that?" Asked Heidi.
"Think about it." Said Stan. "All the recent signs point to it, The way the Truth Machine was acting, there has to be something there."
"Viros said that the Ads were reaching a new point of evolution." Deduced Patty. "Could that evolution be taking place in D.C.?
"I don't know about that." Said, Mark. "If they were going to make references to Washington, Why did they evan bother targeting us and others?
"And how exactly were we close to the truth?" Asked Rebecca.
"This just leaves us with more questions than answers." Said, Gregory. "What is Viros endgame, what could he gain from South Park?"
"I told you everything already." Said Stan, as he got up. "Right now we have to get rid of that Imposter over there and find out what Viros plans for Washington!"
Everyone looked to Skankhunt, Who laid dormant on the examination table where they left him. He hadn't moved at all during the discussion.
"(What are e supposed to do with him?)" Asked Kenny.
"He can't stay here that's for sure." Said Gary.
"So we get rid of him now?" Asked Patty.
"Well yeah." Said Bridon. "We can't have him linking our location to Viros.
"But he already knows!" Said Stan. "We have to get out of here now!"
"Oh, I think it's too late for that." Said a voice.
Everyone turned to see Leslie standing there with a sinister smile. "Hello there."
"Leslie!" Cried, Stan.
"(How did you get here?)" Demanded Kenny.
"Oh, I have my ways." Said, Leslie. "But perhaps you should owe it to yourselves for not beefing up security enough."
"What do you want from us?!" Asked Heidi.
"Wouldn't you like to know, But I think you're about to right now." Said Leslie as she snickered to herself and then called out." Seize them all!"
At her command, Several Scout Drones burst into the room and surrounded the kids.
"TERMINATE! TERMINATE!"
"TERMINATE! TERMINATE!"
"TERMINATE! TERMINATE!"
The kids all looked around in panic.
"We've been exposed!" Cried, Gregory. "Scatter!"
The Kids all ran off in different directions, all while trying to avoid the Scout Drones as they attempted to stab them with their blades, Stan ran over to Cartman and Kenny, The Latter of whom had managed to pick up Ike in the confusion.
"C'mon you guys we have to get out of here!" He cried.
"(Wait! Where's Heidi?)" Asked Kenny.
They all looked over and saw Heidi, ducking and weaving through the strike of one of the drones, She then ducked forward and slid through its legs, before running up a wall and kicking its head off.
"Well looks like she doesn't need our help." Said Cartman as he edged away.
"Dude!" Said Stan. "We're not leaving her!"
Then a Scout drone descended on them, forcing from to run around like the other Irrelevents.
Gregory and Mole made a stand and faced one drone, Gregory parried the blades with his Sword, While Mole struck its legs with his shovel, together the two foreign boys brought it down.
"Stand fast Comrades!" Called out Gregory. "We can take them!"
But as he said this, Several Ad Bats suddenly burst in too, They suddenly grabbed at Gregory and whisked him away as he screamed!
Leslie smiled and turned to the others. "Claim the rest of them." She Ordered.
The Ad Bats then made beelines for the other kids as they initiated their abduction! Briden, Gary, Patty! Kelly! And Mole Quickly found themselves entangled in their Talons as they were pulled away like Gregory.
Tammy quickly jumped out of the way of an Ad Drone, But landed to where Skankhunt was, Who instantly came out of his dormant state and Grabbed her!
"AGH!" She cried.
"Tammy!" Cried Kenny.
"TARGET CAPTURED." Said Skankhunt in a monotone voice. "PREPARE FOR EXTRACTION!"
Kenny then ran up to Skankhunt and kicked him in the balls, forcing him to release Tammy, who then kicked him in the face, knocking him out.
Leslie almost went over to them, when Heidi then suddenly appeared right before Leslie. "Hey, Bitch! You think your tough shit! Standing to the side while your pets do the work? Huh?
"I don't need to unless forced to," Leslie said with disdain on her face.
"Then how about this?" Asked Heid as she threw a punch at her face, Which Leslie then caught with her left hand.
"Impressive." She smirked, before spinning around and kicking Heidi in the stomach, sending her tumbling to the ground, As she got back up, she took a stance and faced Leslie, who stood in a fighting stance of her own, which to Heidi's shock, matched her own.
"Wait, what?" She asked. "But how…"
"Copy banks." Said, Leslie. "One single punch already told me all your moves."
Leslie then charged forward and throw various punches and kicks that Heidi scrambled to block and avoid, She quickly caught up with her and tried to push back against the Ad girl, But just swept her off her feet and almost Ax kicked Heidi while she was down! But Heidi rolled out of the way just in time! Just as Leslie's foot landed, leaving a gaping crater on the floor.
"Not as good as you think you are? Are you-AGH!" Leslie taunted before a large crate with thrown at her! Almost crushing her beneath it, Heidi turned and saw Mark standing there.
"Thanks." Said Heid with a slight blush.
"Don't mention it." Mark breathed. "Now come on, We have to get out of here!"
He grabbed her by the hand and they joined Stan, Kenny, Ike, Cartman, Tammy and Rebecca as they all escaped the forsaken base!
Meanwhile,
Butters and Nelly slowly came up to Butters House, So far they had been careful to avoid the Patrols as they weaved their way through the streets, ducking and avoiding guards as they made their way.
"Oh, Hamburgers." Said, Butters. "Things sure have beefed up around here."
"I told you this was a Bad Idea." Muttered Nelly.
"Well, we haven't been caught yet have we?" Asked Butters. "Now come on!"
They quickly made their way into the house, Just as a patrol walked past.
Once inside, Both kids made their way up to Butters's Room.
"Okay, Now my weekly allowance should be right in my drawer." Said Butters as he went over to pull it out. "Should be enough to get us a plane to Los Angeles."
Nelly looked around the room, before taking notice of the picture of a Canadian girl, on Butters's desk.
"Hey." She asked. "Who's this?"
Butters stopped rummaging through his drawer and looked up at the picture Nelly referred to.
"Oh, that…" Butters asked. "Nothing important." He rummaged through his drawer again and pulled out three $20 bills. "This should do."
"$60 for a flight?" Asked Nelly. "You sure that's enough?"
"I guess." Shrugged Butters. "This is all my Parents allow me to have."
"Yeah, I think I'm gonna need more than just $60 to get a flight." Said Nelly.
"But this is all I got." Said, Butters.
"Okay, Okay." Said Nelly. "We'll take what we can get, now c'mon, let's just get our things and find the nearest airport!"
"You mean like in Denver?" Asked Butters as he started to get his things together.
"Yeah, Yeah, Like Denver." Said Nelly as she checked to make sure the coast was clear. "Like Denver, Now hurry up."
Once Butters got his things together, they went to Nelly's house and snuck into her room there.
"So uh, this is a nice room you got here." Said Butters as he looked around.
"Yeah, thanks." Said Nelly as she got out her allowance and stuff together. "Now come on! We have to go now!"
Butters was surprised. "So soon? But nothing happened next."
"DON'T!" Said Nelly sharply. "Jinx it!"
"Oh, sorry." Said Butters in a quieter tone. "Let's just, Transition to the airport alright?"
"Yeah sure-Wait, What?" Asked Nelly.
Then with a spin of the background, Butters and Nelly were suddenly at the airport in Denver.
"What the?!" Nelly was completely baffled. "How did we-?"
"There's nothing like a good scene transaction wouldn't you say?" Butters asked cheerfully. "Now come on! We don't wanna miss our flight!"
As Butters trundled off, Nelly stared after him in complete silence.
And a slight blush.
