Chapter 40

The Assembly.

Kyle was dressed in a formal looking suit as he looked out to the assemble in the other room.

"Okay… You can do this Kyle…" He then looked at his notes and tried to remember what Terrance and Phillip told him.

"When you get to Washington, You have to go to Congress itself. Tell them that Cock-A-Doom is preparing to attack the capital directly and that they need to prepare his defense when he does."

Kyle looked to the crowd again, took a deep breath and finally, emerged onto the center floor, just as a news broadcast was shown.

"Tom, It appears that the escaped "War Criminal" Kyle Brovflovski is now in Washington, to address the Assembly in congress today, where he wishes to give a speech from Canada."

Kyle took to the stand, sorted out his notes, and finally cleared his throat to speak.

"Ahem, My… fellow americans…?" He began awkwardly. "I… come before you… today… To give you a warning."

He took a deep breath before speaking again.

"General Cock-A-Doom is coming to conquer the capital!" He let out.

The entire room burst into panic and murmuring, each unsure how to take this news.

Kyle immediately tried to bring order to the room.

"I know, H-Hey! HEY! I know!" He said, raising his voice to get everyone's attention. "I know, you're all scared, You're all directionless, But we have to stay strong! We cannot allow another country to walk all over us just because they're angry! We need to stand up for ourselves, We wouldn't let Denmark change who we are, and we'd be damned if we let Canada and Cock-A-Doom do the same.

"...He's right." Said one delegate.

"We have to rally our military and prepare our defenses." Said Kyle. "I don't know what they're going to throw at us, But we have to stay strong and be ready for anything."

"Yeah."

"I know we started this war…. I started this war." Kyle admitted. "But we have to rise above that, and meet Cock-A-Doom with his own fury. Because It's our responsibility to end this war, once and for all!"

The assembly was silent for a moment, then, one delegate rose to his feet and clapped, then another delegate did the same, and another, and another.

Until the whole room was clapping for Kyle, completely moved by his speech, The Jewish boy looked on in complete surprise, He honestly expected to be shot down somehow.

But instead, he just rose to his feet and held his fist in the air.

Meanwhile,

Randy and Wendy watched the whole thing from a Television in Applebees, along with several other patrons.

"Holy shit is that Kyle?" Asked Wendy.

"Damn." Said Randy. "I thought he was kidnapped or something."

"We can't focus on that right now, Randy." Said Wendy. "Right now we have to get to the white house."

"Right." Said Randy, As he paid the tab and got up from the table, followed by Wendy.

Soon they came up to the White House gates, parked the car they rented at its front gates and got out, Armed to the teeth with heist gear, they set about their task almost immediately.

"Alright." Said Randy. "So we go in there, We find the Member Berries and take them out, We stop them, We stop the Ads, simple right?"

"Shouldn't we try and whip up an Antidote for the Member Berries first?" Asked Wendy. "We don't want to fall under their control."

"Hmm, Good thinking." Said Randy. "That's why I contacted a local Meth lab to help out."

"...What?"

Later, Randy and Wendy stood in a Meth lab, Where Several drug addicts were working on the Antidote for the Member Berry juice.

"You came to the right people Mr. Marsh." Said one of the Meth Heads. "We'll get your Member cure coming right up.

Wendy was baffled. "Wha… Where the hell did you find these guys!?"

"Craigslist, Where else?" Asked Randy.

Wendy's eyes went wide. "Are they even licensed Scientists?"

Randy just shrugged. "Hey, It helps to fill in an already rushed scene."

"Rushed scene?!" Asked Wendy. "We're trying to save the Country!"

"And we need to be more prepared for when we do." Said Randy. "I'm a geologist kid, I know these things."

Wendy just palmed her face.

Meanwhile, Flashback.

He dreamt it all again, he heard the sound, He looked to the sky, And than, He saw it, the dreaded overhead projectile that came, cascading down towards him, and all of Toronto.

The Blast then shook the ground, sending Canadians flying everywhere, dust clouds picking up anyone and sending them hurling into the air! He remembered seeing his wife, as she splattered against the side of a Building, His mind whirling as flying Canadians, His Neighbors, His Friends, Family, Buddies, All flew around with him, He felt something slice into him and discovered his arm was gone somehow, Something cut it off, His screams of pain were enhanced when he found himself, flying headfirst into a Mound!

Flashback End.

General Cock-A-Doom woke up with a start, sweat cascading down his face. He had this dream, time and time again, the loss, the pain, the Confusion… It was all he could feel back then…

The knocking on the door intercepted his thoughts as an Aide entered the room.

"General guy." He said. "The People are assembled, They await your command."

"Tell them I'll be out soon." Said Cock-A-Doom, as the Aide left, he looked to a corner of his room and saw something, cloaked in shadows. As he rose from his bed, He got dressed, grabbed his cloak and walked over to the Shadows.

Once he was nothing… A weak man who had lost everything to the Yanks.

But now, He knew his purpose, his duty, his Mission, America's destruction.
