Trunks continues telling the story of how Frieza killed King Vegeta and what happened afterwords.

"I can't believe this... how will Vegeta be born now?" Trunks wondered.

Frieza wickedly laughed. "I've always wanted to kill him. Well now... I suppose you Saiyan's do have some value to me, so I won't kill you all today, but expect for harder treatment."

Trunks got out his sword. "You'll pay for this, Frieza!" Trunks shouted as he turned into a Super Saiyan.

Nappa couldn't believe his eyes as he looked at Trunks in awe. "Unbelievable! He's a Super Saiyan!"

Frieza took a few steps back in fear. "I knew you Saiyan's would become too much trouble for me... but I won't fight you today, at least not until I get much stronger. If you try to attack me here, I'll blow up this whole planet!" Frieza threatened as he created a death ball.

Trunks returned back to his base form. "Fine then, leave Frieza! And never come back to this planet or else I'll destroy you!" Trunks said as he thought about how Goku needs to fight Frieza in order to turn into a Super Saiyan in the future.

Nappa smiled. "You will be our new king! All hail King Trunks."

Trunks looked shocked. "Me? King... wow, what an honor, but I'm afraid I'll have to decline."

Nappa looked shocked. "B-But who will be our king then!?" Nappa asked.

Bardock smiled. "My dad will! He's very smart and strong!"

Targon nodded. "I will lead the Saiyan race!"

And thus a ceremony was held to make Targon the king. Bardock was now the prince of the Saiyan race.

And so years passed now that Planet Vegeta was at peace. Bardock got married to Gine and had two kids named Kakarot and Raditz. Trunks met a beautiful Saiyan woman named Sakura. Ironically, she was in fact the biological mother of Vegeta. She had beautiful long pink hair and Trunks couldn't help notice how much she looked like a certain anime character that he remembered from his childhood.

"Sakura... I know it's almost time for our son to be born. What will we call his name?" Trunks asked his wife.

Sakura smiled. "You choose it, Trunks."

Trunks smiled. "I will name him after my step dad Vegeta. In fact... I guess this will be Vegeta in this new timeline now. Wow! I'm my step father's father now... that's pretty cool, huh." Trunks said as he sensed a huge power level coming to Planet Vegeta.

Sakura chuckled. "Your so lucky you have eternal life, you've probably had so many wife's by now."

Trunks chuckled. "But your the first Saiyan woman I've been with."

Sakura kissed Trunks. "Let's have many kids."

"I sense Frieza is coming." Trunks said.

Sakura looked scared. "Should we let king Targon know?" Sakura asked.

"No... I'll go talk with Bardock. For now, get us three space pods ready. We may have to leave." Trunks said as he quickly flew away.

Meanwhile, at Bardock's house. Gine was putting Goku a diaper, when Trunks came knocking at the door. "Bardock! Gine! It's time we send Goku, uh, Kakarot away to Earth." Trunks said.

Gine looked surprised. "Is Frieza coming?" she asked as she let Trunks into the kitchen.

Trunks nodded. "Yes, he's coming to destroy Planet Vegeta. He'll be here in one hour."

Then Bardock came into the kitchen. "Then let's prepare an army and kill him!"

Trunks looked saddened. "No! It's much riskier if all the Saiyan's stay alive! Who knows what kind of evil acts the Saiyan race will do! I've decided, this whole planet must burn."

Bardock then struck Trunks in the face. "You'd let innocent people die!"

Trunks looked up angry as he regained his balance. "We both know there is no such thing as an innocent Saiyan!"

Bardock grunted. "Fine, you coward! I'll go with Gine and kill Frieza myself!" Bardock yelled as he flew away.

Gine then went outside and placed Goku into her Saiyan space pod.

Trunks smiled at seeing the love his grandma Gine had for her son.

Kid Raditz then appeared coming out the house. "Mom! Why are you sending my little brother away?" Raditz asked.

Gine began to cry. "Because in the future, he becomes a Super Saiyan and saves the universe from Frieza!"

"W-What!? Really... and, uh, what happens to me?" Raditz asked.

"You die trying to kill your own brother..." Gine said.

Raditz couldn't believe his ears. "But, how... I would never kill my own brother like that!"

Meanwhile in the sky above, Bardock looked at Frieza approaching. "I will change the future! Or die trying." Bardock said as he flew and attacked all of Frieza's army.

Gine looked very nervous. "So... were all gonna die today, then... will you take care of my son, Kakarot?" Gine asked Trunks.

Trunks nodded. "He will be fine. Someday I'll visit him on Earth and help him become the Super Saiyan he's destined to be."

Gine smiled. "Then I can die peacefully. Tell Kakarot I love him."

Frieza then had arrived and witnesses Bardock defeat his whole army. "You filthy Saiyan! This time you all die!" Frieza yelled as he unleashes his death ball on Planet Vegeta.

As Bardock attempted to counter attack, Gine came flying to see him.

Gine smiled. "This is goodbye, my love."

Bardock looked worried. "Did you send the kids away?" Bardock asked.

Gine nodded. "I send Raditz away with our old teacher Nappa. Kakarot is heading for the Earth."

Bardock smiled. "Goodbye, Gine..." Bardock said as he was engulfed by the death ball.

Gine smiled. "Someday, we'll all be together again."

Meanwhile, on another planet.

Sakura looked so very angry at Trunks. "You could've save everyone! Why didn't you!?"

Trunks sighed. "Because it's important that Goku faces Frieza in order to become a Super Saiyan!"

"W-What... You let millions of people die just so one man could get stronger!? Why can't you just train him yourself instead!" She yelled.

"Your so annoying, Sakura!" Trunks yelled.

"I'm sorry..." Sakura said.

"It's okay... most Saiyans were evil anyway. At least I saved you... Now let me take you to another planet." Trunks said grabbing her hand.

"B-But... what about our son, Vegeta?" Sakura asked while crying.

Trunks sighed. "Were gonna leave him with Frieza... trust me it's for the best. He'll suffer a lot, but someday it will all pay off. All his suffering will turn him into a fine man."

"A-Are you serious! He's our son for crying out loud! We can't just leave him like this!"

Trunks sighs. "Just trust me, it's for the best."

"Well... so long as we have more kids... then I'm fine with that." Sakura said, although she was gonna miss her son very much.

Trunks smiled. "I'm gonna give you a lot of babies!"

Back in the present time. Trunks paused the story to see everyone's shocked looking expression.

"How preposterous! You expect me to believe any of that really happened! If it's true, then your the reason my parents are dead! You could had saved them!" Raditz yelled in anger.

Trunks sighed. "I-I just... I didn't want to ruin Goku's future..."

Raditz looked so angry. "Now what do we do then?"
