After spending months in the hospital, Goku and Bulma finally get back together and go to Master Roshi's island. There Goku sees his old friend Krillin again, but what's more surprising is that Launch is there too. "L-Launch!? But you died... or was that a dream?" Goku asked.

Launch smiled sweetly at him, she was in her normal blue haired form at the moment. "Your friend Krillin and Bulma wished me back to life a few days ago. I'm sorry I abused you so much before, you see the mary jane made me go crazy a long time ago." Launch said. "I have a double personality because of it."

Goku looked confused. "Who's Mary Jane?"

Krillin chuckled. "She means the weed, Goku. That shit makes some people go crazy."

Bulma nodded. "Yeah... while you were in the hospital, I told Krillin all about the dragon balls and send him to find them so we could use them to wish for you to come out of the coma, but then the doctor told me you would recover soon, so we used them to bring back Launch and my sister Tights back to life. We were also thinking about wishing Chi-Chi back to life, but we all agreed that it was too risky."

Goku sighed. "D-Did I really kill Chi-Chi..."

"Don't feel bad about it, Goku. She was insane." Bulma said.

Goku sighed. "B-But still... she had a baby inside her... my child..."

Bulma hugged Goku. "It's ok to cry, let it all out." Bulma softly said as she tucked Goku's head below her breasts.

"I just... I killed someone... I took her life! How can I live with myself like this!" Goku cried out.

Bulma sighed. "We'll wish her back to life in a year."

Goku smiled. "Well, I guess that makes it okay then, ha ha, yeah."

Krillin chuckled. "The tournament starts tomorrow. I bet we'll kick ass in it."

Goku nodded. "I sense your a lot stronger now, Krillin. Your lucky I was in the hospital."

Krillin nodded. "Yeah, but I can also sense your still stronger than me by a little. So let's go eat and tomorrow we'll go straight to the tournament."

Goku nodded. "I'm sure we'll meet lots of cool people there."

Finally the tournament began the next day. After the preliminaries were over, Goku, Krillin, Bulma, Jackie Chun, Yamcha, Nam, Ranfan and a mysterious hooded man with a black coat named Shin were the last ones who made it to the finals. The first match began between Goku and Jackie Chun.

"Master Roshi, is that you?" Goku asked.

Roshi chuckled. "I see that you didn't fall for my disguise my boy. Let me see how strong you are!" Roshi said as he kicked at Goku.

Goku easily blocked the kick. "Sorry Roshi, but I'm winning this tournament!" Goku shouted as he beated Roshi up. "It's over, Roshi! I win."

Roshi smiled. "I see that your training with your future son really made you much stronger. Good luck, Goku." Roshi said as he left the arena.

The next match began between Bulma and Yamcha.

"N-Not you again!" Yamcha backed away in fear.

Bulma chuckled. "I've been training hard for a whole year! I can beat you!" Bulma shouted as she kicked Yamcha in the face.

Yamcha tried to run away, but was dragged back by Bulma. "Wait! I give up! Please stop..."

Bulma kept kicking him on the ground.

"The match is over! Bulma wins! Uh, miss Bulma, you can stop attacking your opponent now. Uh, the match is over... uh, is she listening to me?" The tournament announcer asked.

Bulma just kept on beating Yamcha down. "I'm not done with him yet!"

"Please Ms. Bulma, he's out of the match! You've got to stop... please?"

Bulma kept on kicking him.

"Alright, I'm afraid Bulma is disqualified for abuse." the tournament announcer said.

The next match began between Krillin and Ranfan. "Woah, she's so hot." Krillin said.

"A kid? This should be easy then." Ranfan said as she struck Krillin in the face.

Krillin backed away in fear. "Wait a minute! I give up, I just can't hit a girl..."

"Well thanks darling." Ranfan said as she left the arena.

The next match began between the mysterious Shin and Nam. "Why do you disguise yourself?" Nam asked.

Shin chuckled. "So the others don't find out who I am."

"Your voice... it feminine..." Nam said.

"Yes, I am a women, but I will not yet reveal my identity. Now come at me, Nam!" She said.

Nam tried to attack, but she easily kicked him into the air, and then she flew up to the sky and kicked him back down.

"She has a tail like me!" Goku shouted as he noticed the tail appear from behind her.

Bulma chuckled. "It's probably my daughter."

"Shin wins!" The tournament announcer declared.

The final matches began. Goku now faced Bulma. "I can't actually believe I'm facing you, Bulma!"

Bulma chuckled. "I guess fate has a sense of humor."

The mysterious Shin chuckled. "Indeed it does."

Goku easily defeated Bulma. Then Ranfan and Shin's match began.

"Dang it, she's a woman! My trick won't work on her, better go all out." Ranfan said as she attempted to hit Shin.

Shin chuckled. "To think... if I wasn't in this tournament today, you and Goku would had faced off against each other in the final match. Too bad for you, it's important that I win this tournament today." Shin said as she struck Ranfan and knocked her unconscious.

"This Shin is really full of herself! Kick her ass, Goku!" Bulma cheered out as Goku and Shin now faced each other in the final match.

Shin smiled under her hood. "Oh, Goku... how I've dreamed of this day..."

"You sound familiar... are you Bra?" Goku asked.

Shin chuckled. "No, I'm not... let's fight, Goku!" Shin shouted as she flew and kicked Goku out of the arena, but he quickly flew back in before almost falling out.

"Your so strong... who are you? Please show us! Clearly your from the future, aren't you?" Goku asked.

Shin chuckled. "Oh, Goku... my love..."

"What did she just say!" Bulma shouted.

"W-What! Who are you!?" Goku asked in shock.

Shin chuckled. "I suppose I'll reveal myself now..."
