With her friend's best wishes, Julianna stepped out of the locker room onto the battlefield.
Iono came onto the field her Rotom-Phone flying around her.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, are you readyyyyy for this totally kawaii battle?" Iono squealed.
"Your Eyeballs are mine caught in my Electroweb! Whosawhatsit? Iono!"
"Ello, ello, hola! Ciao and bonjour!"
"Everybody it's time for the Iono Zone!" Iono bounced with excitement adjusting her Magnemite hair clips.
"Today's challenger is flying high like a Wattrel Iiit's Julianna Yayyy!" Julianna knew she was on the live stream but it was weird to have herself acknowledged for thousands of viewers to see felt weird.
"How do you feel about this battle Julianna?"
"You know hoping to win obviously"
"Oh ho hooo somebody is a go-getter I love it!" Iono gushed.
"Alright, who's ready for me to kick some butt?" Iono waited presumably for the chat to answer.
"Alright let's get started then Magnemite light them up!" Iono squealed sending out the Magnet Pokémon.
"Toedscool Vamos!" she decided to use Toedscool first and save her more experienced ground type for later.
"Mud Shot!"
"Dodge and then Magnet Rise!" Magnemite swirled around the Mud Shot yellow sparks discharging from its body causing it to float.
So she couldn't hit the Magnemite with Ground moves she'd have to Improvise.
"Now use Flash Cannon!" Magnemite fired a beam of gray light at Toedscool.
"Dodge it!" Toedscool used her arms to backflip landing safely out of reach of the Flash Cannon.
"Use Flash Cannon again!"
"Toedscool take it!" Toedscool took the Flash Cannon to the face stumbling around to face Magnemite.
"Now use Supersonic!" Toedscool launched rings of supersonic waves confusing the Magnemite.
"No, no, no Magnemite snap out of it!" Iono squealed.
Magnemite floated around with Flash Cannon but was off its target by a meter.
"Now jump on Magnemite!" Toedscool propelled herself forward with her arms leaping on top of the Magnemite.
"Mega Drain!" Toedscool unleashed a wave of green energy sucking Magnemites energy.
"Use Flash Cannon!" Magnemite aimed upwards hitting Toedscool with the Flash Cannon as Toedscool hit it with another Mega Drain.
When the dust cleared Toedscool was standing on top of the fainted Magnemite.
"Magnemite is unable to battle Toedscool is the winner"
"Alright, then Bellibolt now it's your turn to light them up!"
"Mud Shot!"
"Counter with Water Pulse!" The blasting pulse of water overpowered the Mud Shot.
"Dodge it!" Toedscool leaped out of the way of the Water Pulse.
"Now Supersonic!"
"Dodge it Bellibolt!" Bellibolt rolled out of the way of the supersonic waves.
"Now use Acid Spray!" Bellibolt fired a ball of poisonous liquid trenching Toedscool and lowering her special defense.
"Alright now use Water Pulse again!"
"Counter with Mega Drain!" Toedscool's Mega Drain was able to cancel out the Water Pulse.
"Now jump onto Bellibolt!" Toedscool swung forward and landed on Bellibolt's head.
"Mega Drain!"
"Counter with Water Pulse!" the Water Pulse and Mega Drain meet in a burst of green and blue. When the energy cleared Toedscool went flying to the ground and fainted Bellibolt standing over it triumphantly.
"Toedscool is unable to battle Bellibolt is the winner!"
"Quaxwell Vamos!"
"Aqua Cutter!"
"Bellibolt take it!" Bellibolt braced for the blade of water coming it's a yellow aura appearing around its body.
"Now use Spark!" yellow electricity surrounded Bellibolt as it tackled Quaxwell doing extra damage from its Electromorphosis ability.
"Alright now use Thunder Shock!"
"Dodge it with Aqua Jet!" Quaxwell danced around the shock of electricity with Aqua Jet.
"Now Low Sweep!" Quaxwell slammed its leg into Bellibolt slowing the Frog down.
"Use Spark!"
"Dodge it" Quaxwell was able to dance around Bellibolts Spark thanks to the low sweep.
"Aqua Cutter!"
"Bellibolt use Water Pulse!" Water Pulse and Aqua Cutter cut through each other in a blast of water hitting both their targets.
"Now use Spark!" Bellibolt shot forward preparing another Spark.
"Dodge it with Aqua Jet!" Quaxwell spun backward with Aqua Jet.
"Now Aqua Cutter!"
"Take it then Spark!" still in the air Quaxwell struck Bellibolt with an Aqua Cutter dealing massive damage. Unfortunately, Bellibolt didn't fall launching forward with an Electromorphosis boosted Spark as Quaxwell landed on the ground knocking Tulio out.
Bellibolt was defiantly strong but Ayuda and Tulio's efforts had clearly done a number on it.
"Charcadet Vamos!" Charcadet landed on the ground ready to face Bellibolt.
"Use Water Pulse!"
"Clear Smog!" Water Pulse cut through Clear Smog giving Charcadet enough time to backflip out of the way of the Water Pulse.
Charcadet couldn't break through the Bellibolt's attacks.
Not unless she would Terastallize she wouldn't with Clodsire since it would remove its Ground Type.
"Rebelde tiempo para Terastallize!" Julianna pulled out her Tera Orb as it began to glow.
"Char! Char!" Rebelde put up his fist in agreement.
Julianna threw the Tera Orb at Charcadet who bumped it with his hand creating a bright burst of red light particles and a crystal chandelier to form on his head.
"Lava Plume!"
"Use Water Pulse" With a burst of light particles the plumes of lava burst onto the ground overpowering the Water Pulse and striking Bellibolt.
When the crystals and smoke cleared Bellibolt lay on the ground knocked out.
"Bellibolt is unable to battle Charcadet is the winner"
"Alrighty then Kilowattrel light them up!"
Ash sat in the stands in anticipation of Iris's battle.
Pikachu could sense his excitement moving his tail back and forth.
Ash let the rest of His Paldea team watch the battle as well. Wattrel sat quietly waiting for the battle to start Primeape looked like he'd rather be fighting himself and Finizen was keeping one eye on the battlefield and one on Capsakid.
Ash's impromptu Team Member sat on the bench glancing over at Chloe's Gimmighoul who was also known for being sneaky.
"Fin! Fin!" Finizen slapped Capsakid to stay focused as the combatants took the field.
The battles would be four vs four Double battles against two elite four members.
Ash would be taking on Rika ad Poppy well Iris took on Larry and Hassel.
"Goodra, Excadrill go!" Iris announced sending out her Pokémon.
"Noivern give them a good show!"
"Go Staraptor" Larry and Hassel sent out their two Pokémon.
"Use Air Slash!"
"Close Combat"
"Keep them with back with Focus Blast and Muddy Water!" Muddy Watter and Focus Blast created a burst of energy that countered Noiverns Air Slash and kept Staraptor at bay.
"Use Flamethrower!"
"Brave Bird"
"Excadrill use Dig!"
"A smart move," Rinto remarked.
"How Staraptor and Noivern are both immune to Dig?" Chloe asked.
"Going for Dig means it avoids the super effective Flamethrower from Noivern" Rinto explained.
Goodra took the Flamethrower and Brave Bird with a grimace sending Staraptor back with a Dragon Claw well Excadrill landed safely on the other end of the field with Dig.
"Now use Iron Head!" Excadrill flew forward with a glowing metal head.
"Noivern block it with Super Fang!"
"Close Combat"
Iron Head and Super Fang meet well Staraptor circled around and knocked Excadrill down with Close Combat.
"Goodra use Blizzard!" Goodra fired a Blizzard connecting with Noivern and Staraptor knocking the former out.
Staraptor flew above the white mist not noticing Excadrill behind him.
"Excadrill finish it off with Focus Blast!" Excadrill fired a Focus Blast hitting Staraptor Well its back was turned knocking it out.
"Baxcalibur give them a good show!"
"Go Flamigo"
"Larry you mind if I show off Terastallization?" Hassel asked.
"Ya sure"
"Alright then" Hassel threw his Tera Orb at Baxcalibur creating a burst of purple energy and a dragon head and wings to appear on Baxcalibur.
"A smart move Baxcalibur will appreciate the loss of the Ice-Types many weaknesses," Rinto remarked.
"Alright now use Glaive Rush!"
"Liquidation"
"Excadrill use Dig! Goodra us Blizzard!" Excadrill went for a dig avoiding Flamigo's Liquidation letting both Goodra hit them with Blizzard.
Unfortunately, Baxcalibur's tera-boosted Glaive Rush was able to overpower Goodra's Blizzard slamming into Goodra in a burst of dark purple light particles.
Excadrill popped out of the ground with Dig doing a lot of damage to Baxcalibur.
"Oh, man how come that Dig did so much damage?" Goh asked somewhat stunned.
"It's because of the drae back of Glaive Rush well it's extremely powerful it causes the user to take more damage from enemy attacks" Rinto explained.
"Wow Rinto how do you know so much about this Rinto?" Chloe asked in awe.
"I learned a lot about Pokémon battles it's one of my hobbies"
"You say that and yet you just got into taking on the gym challenge" Rika joked.
"Well I just got my fourth badge from Kofu" Rinto boosted holding out his wallet with his four gym badges.
"And I'm going to guess you beat all four of his Pokémon with Gallade?" Rika smirked.
Rinto scoffed as if offended "No my Lapras did defeat his Wugtrio and Veluza"
"Guys be quiet" Goh hushed as Iris Terrestalized her Haxorus.
"Use Icicle Crash!"
"Brave Bird"
"Excadrill get in front of it with Focus Blast!" Excadrill's Focus Blast collided with Icicle Crash canceling each other out and protecting Haxorus.
"Haxorus use Breaking Swipe!" Haxorus easily overpowered Flamigo's Brave Bird sending it back with a burst of light.
"Use Ice Shard!" Baxcalibur went for Ice Shard and hit Haxorus causing him to stumble backward.
"Close Combat!" Flamigo flew towards Haxorus legs outstretched.
"Excadrill use Iron Head!" Excadrill flew forward with an Iron Head colliding with Flamigo's Close Combat.
When the dust cleared Excadrill landed on the ground well Flamigo landed on the ground and fainted.
"Haxorus use Outrage!" Haxorus shout forward eyes glowing bright red.
"Baxcallibur use Glaive Rush!"
Glaive Rush and Outrage meet in a burst of purple light particles.
With a fierce roar, Haxorus overpowered Baxcallibur knocking out the Dragon.
"Iris is the winner!" the referee announced Ash could see Clavell and Geeta were watching with an unreadable expression.
Now it was Ash's turn.
Charcadet got into a fighting stance getting ready to face Kilowattrel.
"Use Duel Wingbeat!" Killowattrel flew forward wings glowing white"
"Get ready!" Kilowattrel struck Charcadet with it's wings.
"Now Lava Plume!" Charcadet fired the Lava Plume, sending it flying backward with flames around its body.
Nice Lava Plume had snagged a burn.
"Use Electro Ball!" Killowattrel fired a ball of electricity at Charcadet hitting him before he could dodge it.
"Awesome now use Charge Beam!" Killowattrel fired a beam of electric energy at Charcadet.
"Fire Spin!" Charcadet created a ring of fire around him blocking the Charge Beam Kilowattrel taking damage from its burn.
"Now Lava Plume!" Charcadet fired another Lava Plume hitting clipping Kilowattrel as it flew above the fire.
"Use Charge Beam again!" Killowattrel fired another Charge Beam hitting Charcadet.
"Now flight in and use Duel Wingbeat!"
"Clear Smog on the ground!" Charcadet fired a ball of clear mud at the ground creating a haze that let him dodge Kilowattrels Duel Wingbeat well it took more damage from its burn.
"Jump then Lava Plume!" Charcadet jumped into the air ready to strike with another Lava Plume.
"Use Electro Ball!" Electro Ball and Lava Plume connected with their targets.
Killowattrel fell to the ground in a burst of smoke and red light particles knocked out.
Charcadet also fell to the ground struggling to his feet but still able to battle.
"Killowattrel is unable to battle Charcadet is the winner" Julianna felt a bit of pride it felt much better to have Charcadet actually listen to her.
"Oh, no chat it looks like I'm down to my last Pokémon!" Iono sighed.
"Well, then Mismagius light um up!"
"Chat I bet you're going to looooove this!" Iono squealed "Mismagius it's time to Terastallize!" Iono blew a kiss then threw her Tera Orb at Mismagius creating a burst of bright yellow light and a light bulb to appear on the Magical Pokémon's head.
"Lava Plume!"
"Use Confuse Ray!"
The multiple balls of purple energy cut through the Lava Plume. Well, the Lave Plume hit its target the Confuse Ray left Charcadet stumbling around.
"Now finish it off with Charge Beam!" Mismagius fired the Charge Beam Charcadet too confused to dodge the attack knocking him out in a burst of yellow light particles.
"Clodsire Vamos!" Clodsire landed with a thud staring down Mismagius with a determined expression.
"Use Mystical Fire!" Mismagius fired a blast of hot blue and orange fire at Clodsire.
"Run forward then Poison Tail!" Clodsire flopped forward taking the Mystical Fire with her good special bulk smacking into Mismagius with Poison Tail.
"Now that there close use Confuse Ray!" Mismagius fired a point-blank Confuse Ray hitting confusing Clodsire.
"Now use Hex!" Mismagius's eyes turned red sending multiple purple-blue waves at Clodsire dealing extra damage from the Confuse Ray.
"Salvador focus you've got this!" Julianna yelled.
"Use Hex again!" as another wave of purple-blue rings hit Salvador she snapped back into focus thick spines jutted out of her body glowing bright purple with Poison sticking Mismagius and poisoning her.
"Wow looks like our challenger Clodsire just learned Poison Jab isn't that cool" Iono squealed.
"But alright then use Mystical Fire!"
"Poison Tail!" Clodsire swung her tail around with poison clearing the Mystical Fire.
Now Julianna had an idea.
"Use Mystical Fire again!"
"Spin it with Poison Tail!" when the Mystical Fire hit Clodsire she spun it around with Poison Tail spinning the fire back around at Mismagius.
"Poison Jab!"
"Use Hex!" Clodsire endured the blasts of blue-purple energy striking Mismagius with Poison Jab knocking Mismagius out.
"Mismagius is unable to battle Clodsire is the winner the victory goes to Julianna!"
Once Julianna was out of the battlefield she checked on how her friends were doing.

"Pika! Pika!" Pikachu replied excitedly as Rika and Poppy took the field.
"Think fast! Dugtrio go!"
"Go Copperajah smush um!"
"Melmetal, Gliscor I choose you!" Gliscor gave Ash a cheeky grin well Melmetal flexed his muscles at the audience.
"Begin!"
"Dugtrio use Sandstorm!" Dugtrio whipped up sand cloaking itself and Copperajah in the sand Ash could make out the form of Copperajah getting closer to Gliscor.
"Go Iron Head!"
"Gliscor dodge it!" Gliscor jumped into the air avoiding the Iron Head.
"Alright, Melmetal use Super Power!" with an orange aura around it Melmetal slammed into Copperajah sending it tumbling backward.
"Use Stomping Tantrum!" Dugtrio hopped up and down creating ground vibrations that rattled Melmetal.
"Gliscor use Acrobatics!" Gliscor became surrounded by a light blue aura zipping down and tackling Dugtrio.
"Go Power Whip!" Copperajah's trunk glowed green slamming Gliscor to the ground.
"Use Night Slash!" Dugtrio dug forward ready to strike with a glowing blade of dark energy.
"Melmetal use Flash Cannon!" Melmetal fired the Flash Cannon between Dugtrio and Gliscor holding Dugtrio back.
"Power Whip!"
Ash braced as Copperajah charged forward with another Power Whip.
"Gliscor counter that Power Whip with Fire Fang!"
"Gli!" Gliscor nodded bitting down on Copperajah's glowing trunk with Fire Fang causing it to ignite.
Copperajah and Dugtrio were both caught off guard letting Ash form a plan.
"Use Stomping Tantrum"
"Go Brick Break!"
"Gliscor get behind Melmetal" Ash wanted to wait until Copperajah was closer to execute his plan.
"Use Double Iron Bash!" Melmetal spun around and slammed his fist's into Copperajah sending it tumbling into Dugtrio before it could get off a Stomping Tantrum.
"Now Gliscor use Giga Impact!" Gliscore flew high into the air descending down into Copperajah and Dugtrio before they could dodge.
"Copperajah and Dugtrio are unable to battle Gliscor and Melmetal are the winners"
"Great job you two!" Ash yelled. Gliscor and Melmetal gave Ash a happy face to show that they thought they did well.
"Think fast Clodsire!"
"Go Tinkaton"
"Gliscor, Melmetal return!"
"Lucario, Pikachu I choose you!" Pikachu happily jumped from Ash's shoulder and onto the battlefield.
"Clodsire Terastallize!" Rika ordered sending out her Tera Orb.
"Well then will do the same Pikachu Terastallize!" Ash spun his hat around and tossed his Tera Orb at Pikachu creating a bright burst of gray energy and an axe to form on his head.
"So Pikachu's Tera Type is Steel awesome," Ash remarked to himself.
"Use Stomping Tantrum!"
"Go, Gigaton Hammer!"
"Pikachu use Iron Tail on the ground!" Pikachu slammed his tail onto the ground catapulting him into the air above the Tera-boosted Stomping Tantrum.
"Lucario use Aura Sphere!" Lucario's Aura Sphere collided with Gigaton Hammer canceling each other out.
"Now Pikachu land on Lucario" Pikachu nodded landing on Lucario's back.
"Now use Double Team!" Lucario created multiple copies of himself and Pikachu.
"Use Stomping Tantrum!"
"Play Rouge!"
"Dodge it"
The Double Team clones gave the real Pikachu and Lucario enough time to jump behind Clodsire and Tinkaton.
"Iron Tail! and Aura Sphere" Iron Tail and Aura Sphere connected with Clodsire and Tinkaton.
"Use Megahorn!"
"Go Brick Break!" with Pikachu and Lucario so close both attacks connected with their opponents.
That gave Ash an idea of how to beat them"
"Use Stomping Tantrum!"
"Gigaton Hammer!"
"Pikachu use Electro Web around Lucario!" Pikachu created an electric net around Lucario protecting him from the worst of the Gigaton Hammer and Tera-Ground Stomping Tantrum although it still did good damage.
"Now Lucario use Reversal! A light orange Aura appeared around Lucario and then his fist as he punched Tinkaton back into Clodsire the Reversal doing good damage from the damage Lucario had sustained.
"Now Pikachu finish it off with Iron Tail!" Pikachu jumped down from above slamming into Clodsire and Tinkaton with a Tera-Boosted Iron Tail a burst of gray light particles radiated around them.
When the dust cleared both Clodsire and Tinkaton were knocked out.
"Clodsire and Tinkaton are unable to battle Pikachu and Lucario are the winners the victory goes to Ash Ketchum!"

Very action-filled chapter and the chapter that officially ends the Levincia arc now we're moving onto the Galarian Birds Arc.
Also, I can't believe it took me over 80,000 words and over 20 chapters to get to the third gym battle I defiantly didn't expect this fic to get so big when I started writing although that could be because I didn't have much of a plan when I started writing.
