??? Pov

I watched the screens before me, such power being wasted on silly heroics. "Sir, should we dispatch more drones?" one of my generals asked. "No, I will do this myself," I said that was the best way to do something.

Jen pov

"AHH!!" I shot up from my bed, I was breathing heavily and sweating. "Jen, are you ok?" Albedo turned on the light and approached my bunk. "Ugh, just another nightmare about that alien," I said pushing my hair out of my eyes. I had started having nightmares about an alien, he was tall, green, and had tentacles on his face. In my nightmares he would come to earth and take me, he would carry me and put me in some kind of cell. However, despite the fact he was kidnapping me he was protective and gentle with me in a way. It made me wonder why I was so scared, I knew I could escape from him easily whenever I wanted.

"It was just a nightmare, Jen," Max said from his bed. "If I had a dime for every time someone told me that, I'd be sitting on a yacht," I said leaning back against the wall. Albedo chuckled and I heard Max sigh, "I'm telling you, it was just a dream." he said. "But it was so real just like any other dream or nightmare I've had. He said he was coming for me." I said pulling my knees to my chest. There was a sudden shuffling from beneath me.

"Grandpa, I just thought of the perfect way to beat traffic, we should leave now," Gwen said I swear that was probably the dumbest thing she has ever said. "That's a great idea, Gwen," Max said and got behind the wheel. We were on the road in a matter of minutes. I sighed and laid back down and looked at Albedo, he just shrugged and got back in his bed.

Albedo pov

I sat across from Gwen, she hadn't said anything since we started driving. I looked over my shoulder at Max, he had been rather quiet as well. The only ones who had really been talking were Bleep and Megawatt. Jen would normally start a conversation but she slept till noon and was now in the shower.

I sighed and looked out the window, Max's foot must have been made of LED. I turned my attention back to Max, "Max, you are speeding at this point, What is the rush?" I asked I could see he was nervous. "Well, it's best to try and get to Mount Rushmore before dark." Gwen suddenly chimed in, wow, they are terrible at lying. I was about to say something else but Jen stepped in, "What are you guys talking about?" Jen asked while wrapping a town around her hair.

"Oh nothing, where is your T-shirt?" Gwen asked the panic was clear in her voice. Jen raised a brow, "I haven't had time to do my laundry, why do you sound so panicked?" Jen asked Gwen looked even more panicked and Max decided to step in. " She is just being a worry wart Jen, but you should put on a shirt, Gwen-" "You can borrow one of mine," I said cutting Max off. Jen smiled and nodded then went digging through my part of the closet.

I could see Max and Gwen were both even more panicked if that was even possible. Jen came back in one of my black T-shirts and took the seat beside me. Jen pulled up her screen and materialized a pair of headphones then started working on one something involving the Omnitrix. I didn't snoop, I'm sure Jen knew what she was doing.

A few moments later Jen stood up from her seat, "Finished," she said. "Finished with what?" Max asked, Jen smiled and pressed the Omnitrix symbol on her screen. Jen transformed into Ghostfreak her Ectonurite form but something was different. Ghost freak now dawned a Jacket, it extended a little ways passed what would be her waist, it was black with a green zipper and Green hem on the sleeves and at the bottom of the jacket. Around the sleeves of the jacket on Ghostfreks biceps were green straps with silver buckles. "I programmed my nude aliens to have clothes," Jen said and began passing through things in the RV.

"Wow, you programmed that into the Omnitrix?" I asked and Jen began to float around me, "Yup," she said. "Jen, you shouldn't be transforming just to show off a stupid jacket." Gwen suddenly snapped.Jen crossed her arms, "What are you freaking out for?" Jen asked and Max chimed in. "Jen, Gwen is right, now change back," Max ordered and Jen gripped her hands into tight fists. "No," Jen said and Max looked at her in the rearview mirror, "Jen-". "No!" Jen snapped silencing Max, "In fact, I think I need some air," Jen said and flew through the RV wall and toward the nearby city.

Jen pov

I growled I was so angry. They honestly think they can lie to me, then order me around like that. Maybe if they stopped lying to me I'd be more willing to listen. I growled again and landed in an empty ally where I changed back. I walked out with my hands in my pockets and saw I was across from an arcade. I smiled, walking across the street I entered the arcade and got some tokens.

I started playing a game and let the entire world fade out. I hadn't had a lot of me time recently, I was either fighting bad guys, running errands, or working on my build. Ok, that last one actually could count as me time. Anyway, it was nice to enjoy myself for a bit.

"AHHHHHH!!!"

And just like that I jinxed myself. I dropped the plastic gun I was using and ran outside. "Drones?" I asked seeing the red and black drone flying around. They were like the one that attacked me a while back, but bigger. I didn't have time to ponder I needed to stop these guys. I pulled up my screen and transformed into Heatblast. I looked at my reflection in a window, Heatblast was now wearing a black, sleeveless, fireproof bodysuit and a long jacket made of lava and rock. "Oh, I like it," I said then launched myself at one of the drones.

I landed on the drone and blasted fire through it making it crash to the ground. "You guys should pick on someone with real powers," I said and took notice of all the drones surrounding me. "hmm, forty against one, that really isn't a fair fight, for you." I jumped up and shot fire from my hands taking out five drones at once. The other drones started closing in and I did the same to them.

I was blasting the drones and one of them snuck up behind me. I jumped up and my jacket slipped off and landed on the drone. The lava expanded and the drone turned into a pile of melted metal. "Wow, now that is awesome," I said and landed, putting my hand in the lava it reformed into my jacket and I put it back on.

I looked around and saw all the drones destroyed. I was about to change back when I was suddenly pinned to a wall by some kind of net. "Finally, I have you." I looked up and my eyes landed on the alien from my nightmares. Why was I not surprised?

"Who are you?" I asked the alien didn't answer he just kept moving closer. I decided he wasn't in the mood for talking and increased my heat destroying the net holding me. I launched myself at the alien but he dodged my attack and hit me to the ground. I pushed myself off the ground, I felt dazed and my vision was kinda blurry.

I was suddenly picked up and thrown over the alien's shoulder. My body ached, I couldn't bring myself to struggle. "It is time to full fill your purpose," he said and started walking. I was confused, what did he mean by that? I didn't think about it for long because I saw the RV speeding toward us. I placed my hands on the alien's shoulder and blasted him with fire making him drop me.

When I landed I sprinted toward the RV and jumped inside when Gwen threw the door open. I timed out as Max started speeding away leaving the alien in a cloud of dust. I say up and rubbed my head, "Jen, you should not have tried to go up against Vilgax!" Gwen snapped. I stared at Gwen with a look of confusion. "How do you know his name?" I asked, Gwen covered her mouth and stepped back. I was about to demand an answer but the RV was suddenly hit by something.

Gwen rushed and looked out the window, "Drones coming in fast!" Gwen said. Max hit the gas and I slide and hit a cabinet. I rubbed the back of my head then something dawned on me, it was just us three in the RV. "Where are Albedo, Bleep, and Megawatt?" I asked Gwen looked back at me, "They said they didn't want to fight, we dropped them off somewhere." she said. I stood up and clenched my fist, I was sick of the lies. "Hey Gwen, your pupils pulse when you like." I then jumped out of the RV and materialized my hoverboard. I raced off and pulled up a map with a flashing red dot. "Good thing I put a tracking chip in Bleep," I said following the map.

"Got you!" I was snatched off my hoverboard and gripped tightly. I opened my eyes and saw Vilgax, "I grow tired of chasing you." he said loosening his grip. A ship rolled up behind him and he tossed me inside, this was not gonna be good.

Albedo pov

"Danmit, Danmit, Danmit," I cursed as I ran down the side of the road. I had finally put all the pieces together, everything finally made sense. I needed to find Jen and get her as far away as possible. "Bleep, what is Jen's location?" I asked still running despite my aching feet and burning lungs.

"Huh? It says she is coming this way." Bleep said and that made me stop. The ground started to shake I looked to my side and my eyes widened. "Move!" I grabbed Bleep and jumped out of the way as a ship rolled past. I pushed myself off the ground, "Alvedo, Jen is on that ship." Bleep said. I nodded, I was about to start running again but my shirt was suddenly pulled over my head followed by laughter. "What the heck?" I asked all I got for an answer was laughter.

I pulled my shirt back down and was met with Megawatt. I looked to my side and saw his jar on the ground, shattered. Megawatt laughed and then followed in the direction the ship went. "Not good!" I cried and started chasing after him.

Vigax pov

I stared at the screen before me, "Hmm, you seem to be perfectly healthy." I said turning my attention to Jen. "Let me go you creep!" she snapped, still struggling like she had been doing for the last fifteen minutes. I sighed, this was the eighth time she has said that. "No, I will not let go of what is rightfully mine. I won you fair and square, Jen." I said getting eye level with her. I could see something in Jen's eyes and she growled through gritted teeth.

"RIGHTFULLY YOURS, YOU WON ME!!!" I stepped back as Jen screamed. "You beat me in a fight and suddenly you own me, that's not how it works on earth!!" she cried, I stared at the girl for a moment. "Hmph, of course, he would do something like that." I walked closer and narrowed my eyes at Jen. "Here, let me help you remember, everything." I pressed the tip of my claw to her forehead and it glowed red. Jen gasped, her eyes rolled into the back of her head and her body tensed. Tears soon began flowing down Jen's face and I removed my claw

Jen eased up and hung her head low. Tears began falling to the floor like a river. I turned off the device restraining Jen and held her in my hand. I used my other hand to lift her head and wipe her tears away. I may be an evil overlord but I had a soft spot for Jen, I have since the day I first met her. I set Jen on my shoulder, "Let us leave this miserable planet." I said and she nodded faintly.

I was about to walk out the door when the Tennyson's crashed through the wall. I threw Jen to the side before they crashed into me. I picked myself up off the ground, "You'll stay down if you know what's good for you." the girl said. I raised my head, the girl was in her anodite form and Maxwell had that stupid gun. "Keep your claws off Jen," Maxwell growled aiming the gun at my head. I growled back more viciously, I wasn't gonna lose her again.

Albedo pov

"AHHHH!!" Megawatt gripped the back of my shirt tightly and carried me through the air. "Megawatt, this is not a good ideAAAAA!" Megawatt threw me through the hole Max and Gwen created in the ship. I landed on my stomach and groaned in pain.

"Albedo, how did you get here?" I heard Gwen ask. I pointed up and Megawatt appeared above my head, Bleep following close behind. "Jen!" Bleep yelled and I turned my head to the side. Jen was embracing Bleep and it looked like she was crying.

'Jen!" I started running toward her but something stopped me. "No, you'll tell her!" Gwen said and used her mana to throw me out of the ship. "Albedo!" I heard Jen yell as I started falling. Tears started flowing down my face this was gonna be the end of me. I closed my eyes to wait for impact but then something hit my face.I opened my eyes and they widened as a bright smile spread across my face, I was gonna be ok.

Jen pov

Tears started rolling down my face, Gwen just threw Albedo to his death. I was really mad at Albedo right now but I didn't want anything bad to happen to him. I hung my head and clenched my hands into tight fists. I grit my teeth, anger was starting to overtake my sadness.

I lifted my head, Max and Gwen were standing off against Vilgax. I stood up, green energy covered my fists, I was about to attack but something happened. The device behind me started to short-circuit. "Whoa!" I stepped away and backed up closer to the hole in the wall. The device completely shut down and Megawatt emerged from it and then went into one of the control panels.

No one moved, "Megawatt, what are you doing?" I asked and a laugh echoed throughout the room. "YOUR WHAT?" I cried, the entire ship inside and out began to spark and things started to explode. The ship started to crash and I flew out of the hole in the wall. "AHH!" I started falling and quickly pulled up my screen. I materialized my hoverboard and landed safely on top of Mount Rushmore. The ship soared above my head and then crashed to the ground but not before the RV made its escape.

"Jen, Jen!" I turned my head and a smile crossed my face. "Bleep!" I held my arms open for my robotic friend to fly into them. I embrace Bleep and started crying, "Bleep, I'm so happy you're ok." I said and hugged him tighter. When we pulled apart Bleep hovered in front of me, "Jen, Max, and Gwen have been-" "I know, Vilgax showed me everything." I said cutting Bleep off. I looked at the ground and rubbed my arm, I pulled up my screen and looked at the various combinations beside the Omnitrix symbol.

"Jen, what have they been hiding?" Bleep asked. I followed one of the turn combinations and the straps of the Omnitrix disappeared leaving nothing but the Omnitrix, the connector, and some wires laying around me. "Jen, what are you doing?" Bleep asked, "You can't go alien without that." he added and I just shook my head. "I can," I said and held up the Omnitrix, "This was designed to help me control the alien DNA, it doesn't actually have any," I said Bleep was smart and everything clicked instantly. "You have all the DNA already," Bleep said, I nodded and put the Omnitrix in my inventory. "I'm just some kind of freaky science experiment." I said.

"C'mon Bleep, we need to find someone to help us," I said and materialized my hoverboard. "What about Albedo?" Bleep asked, I shook my head, "He hasn't been entirely truthful either." I said and was about to fly away when I heard laughter. I turned my attention and saw Negawatt standing behind us. I smiled, "Let's go you little goblin." I said and Megawatt Jumped on my back. "At least I have you two." I said and headed to the next town.
