Chapter 9: Art Is Explosion!
"Tell me where you're leader is?" Asked Naruto to the two Akatsuki members that was in front of him.
"Huh?" Asked Deidara as he looked into Naruto red slits.
"Tell me, and I'll let you go.
Deidara gritted his teeth as he looked into naruto red eyes. "Kyuubi Jinchuriki huh? You were only able to kill itachi due to you being a jinchuriki. You're nothing but a fool! Blessed with special abilities!" Yell Deidara.
Naruto just dashed over to the two before slashing at Tobi stomach. Deidara deciding to jump on a tree dodging Naruto attack. He watched as tobi slumped to the ground.
"One down. So I'll ask you again tell me about you're leader." Said Naruto.
"What are you doing Tobi?! Don't let your guard down just because he's a kid!" Yelled Deidara as he saw Tobi standing up.
"His teleportation jutsu is just too quick. We're no match for him!" Said Tobi trying to defend him self from Deidara insults.
"That guy!" Thought Naruto as he looked at Tobi who survived his attack as if nothing happened.
Deidara put his hands in his pouch before taking out multiple of many clay bombs.
"Firstt I'll watch his movements with chakra level C1. Tobi stay back!" Yelled Deidara as he threw the clay bombs towards Naruto.
Lightning formed in Naruto hand before he waved his finger shooting out multiple Lightning needles. It pinned some of the clay bombs to a tree before some fell on the ground.
"Senpai! Time out! Don't do it!" Yelled tobi who was on the ground near the bombs.
Using this as a distraction Naruto jumped towards Deidara before he saw Deidara threw a clay bomb at Naruto face.
"Ha!" Yelled Deidara as he blew up the bomb in front of Naruto face.
Deidara landed on a tree as the explosion disperse. Naruto appeared behind deidara landing a kick on the back of his neck. He sent deidara flying into the ground, before deidara started to crawl in the dirt.
Deidara stood up before throwing clay birds at naruto. Naruto jumped off the tree landing on the ground to see clay snakes crawling to him.
"How about this, HA!" Said Deidara as he put a finger in front of his face causing the snakes to explode.
Naruto stood with a emotionless face as a red chakra ball disperse from his body. It was a chakra shield that blocked the attack from Deidara.
Deidara scoff before using more clay. The clay some what human giants rush towards naruto. Taking out his blade he dodge and slashed at the clay giants one by one taking them all out.
Deidara was getting more and more annoyed before he used a clay dragon as the dragon rushed to naruto before slamming into the ground. Flying into the air the clay dragon opened it's mouth before hundred of clay spiders dropped out it's mouth and landed on the ground aiming for Naruto.
Jumping back naruto landed on the dirt, which turned out to be clay causing naruto eyes to widen before it exploded.
Deidara smirked at his work of art as he watch the cloud of dust disperse to see naruto who skin was sickly pale with cracks. Taking his sword out the ground naruto aimed the sword into the air before using lightning chakra which turned into a lightning blade.
It stabbed the clay dragon before splitting it in half causing both halfs of the dragon to descend to the ground. Looking up Deidara eyes widened as he saw two large Windmill shurikens rushing to him, as they peirced his shoulders.
"Senpai!" Yelled Tobi who watched Deidara get attacked.
"I can't move." Thought Deidara as his eyes widened seeing he was about to hit the ground.
"This is bad! Below me are land mines!" Thought Deidara as the clay dragon smashed into the ground. Before setting off multiple land mines. Causing a large explosion in the field.
Naruto jumped onto a tree getting out of the way of the land mines. He turned to see the massive amounts of explosion. His curse mark stage two form slowly moved off his body into his seal.
"You did die by bombing after all!" Yelled Tobi as he saw the Akatsuki cloak fly up in the air.
"I keep telling you to shut up Tobi!" Yelled Deidara as he was sitting on his clay dragon panting.
"Huh? You're still alive?" Asked Tobi.
"You stupid brat! My abilities are flawless! I will not lose to some brat like you!" Yelled Deidara with bloody hands digging into his pouch as he took out a huge part of clay and took a large bite. He took more bites before doing hand signs.
"I save my best for last! I'll kill you with this! Tobi get away!" Yelled Deidara as he spat out a large amount of clay out his mouth.
"Whoa, Yikes! It's the c4 Karura!" Yelled Tobi as he ran away.
Naruto eyes widened in disgust. A large shadow formed over Naruto before the giant clay turned into a Giant Deidara.
"This supposed to be my Trump card to kill itachi, but I will defeat the Nine Tails jinchuuriki." Said Deidara panting.
Naruto eyes actually widen in Slight fare. He had to run, he had to get out of the area. "If it goes off, I'm dead I'm fucking dead!" Though Naruto as he begun to run away.
"What, you're just gonna run away?! You really think you can escape from my c4 karura?" Asked Deidara as he clinched his hands together as the clay deidara grew bigger and bigger before it just disappeared.
Naruto look at the spot confuse as he continued to jump away. "It misfired?" Thought naruto.
"No that's definitely not it!" Thought naruto as he turned to see the birds that was flying started to turn into dust.
Soon naruto arm started to turn into dust as his eyes widened in horror, before completely turning to dust.
"I have to thank itachi. His eyes widened before he stood up his arms im the air. I won! I won!" Chanted Deidara before he felt something peirce his back.
His eyes widened as he turned to see naruto behind him with a sword in his back.
"How did you?" Asked Deidara in complete shock.
"Every time I fight on open land I always place a few clones underground, it's my specialty after all." Said Naruto explaining to Deidara.
"But I saw you die from my c4." Said Deidara.
"That was a clone I replaced that was underground." Said Naruto.
"So that was it, after all." Mumble Deidara.
"I avoided hitting your vital spot. Now tell me where you're leader is." Demanded Naruto.
"Why do you talk like you won?" Asked Deidara as he grabbed Naruto feet.
Naruto eyes widened to see a clay clone replaced with Deidara. "I stay prepare ever since I've lost to itachi." Said Deidara as he spat out another clay clone that grabbed Naruto hand stomping him from moving.
"Another clay clone? No a clay armor bomb?" Thought naruto as he was trapped inside a clay shell.
Naruto incase his body in lightning chakra before breaking out the shell.
"Now what would you do!?" Mocked Deidara as he lifted two fingers just to widened his eyes as the explosion didn't go off. Using his speed in mid air Naruto dash towards Deidara in a lighting cloak.
Naruto simply punched deidara in the face sending him flying into a tree before falling on the ground.
Deidara slowly stood up as he looked for Naruto. "Where are you!" Yelled Deidara before getting punched in the face and sent flying falling back on the ground.
Naruto panted as lighting struck around his body. His cloak was ripped and he was missing both his shoes.
"You! Don't tell me you figured it out!" Yelled Deidara in frustration.
"Yeah, a quite a while back. I can read almost all your movements and that my lightning is way superior to your clay sense you clay is apart of earth."
"So you knew, after all. My explosions wouldn't detonate against your lighting. When did you realize?" Asked Deidara.
After that blow from the land mines. Although I've been analyzing it from the very beginning. So that's why I only fought with lightning and non of my other jutsus. Now tell me where is you're leader?" Asked naruto as he begun to walk over to Deidara.
Deidara try standing up before falling on his but as he was not able to stand.
Naruto soon felled on his knees before he started to cough.
"I win. I still have detonation clay and your exhausted." Said deidara who just stared at Naruto and Naruto stared back at him.
"Under these conditions shouldn't you be panicking a little? This time my art will kill you for sure!" Said deidara as he got no reply from Naruto who only stared back.
"That's what pisses me off about you people! Always thinking you are better than others! And always looking down and belittle someone without a care in the world! Someone like you should not live to see another day!" Yelled Deidara pointing a accusing finger at Naruto.
"Just tell me where your leader is." Said Naruto.
Deidara started to shake in frustration and anger as he ripped off his shirt. He had a slide grin of his face as he removed the stitches off his chest and dug in his pouch. A tounge shot out his chest before it ate the clay.
"Today you will acknowledge me! Today you will acknowledge everyone who gets belittle! Today you will acknowledge my art!" Yelled diedara as his skin became hollow.
"This is my ultimate art! Now I will detonate myself! With death, I will become art. This never ever seen explosion will leave a never before seen scar on this land. And my art will win! Never seen before admiration!" Yelled Deidara.
"I'm sorry Tobi I hope you ran far away from here." Thought deidara.
"In the mindset of my admiration, you will definitely die! An explosion that covers a ten-kilometer radius, you won't be able to get away! Be in awe! Coward in despair and cry your heart out! Because my art, will be an explosion!" Yelled Deidara final words as he turned into a ball and it grew bright.
Using his remaining chakra and a bit of the kyuubi chakra naruto summoned a hawk before climbing onto it as he flew away as fast as possible.
"Ha!" Yelled deidara as he exploded causing the largest and most beautiful explosion known to mankind, completely destroying everything in the radius.
Everyone in the nearby village looked at the large explosion in fright and awe.
-With Kiba-
"What the? What in the world is that?" Thought Kiba looking at the biggest explosion he has ever seen.
-With kakashi-
"This chakra...It's that akatsuki member chakra." Thought Kakashi.
-With sasuke-
Hinata turned to Sasuke as she asked him a question. "What do you think it could be?" Asked Hinata.
"I don't know, let's got check it out!" Said Sasuke before running off to the area.
-village-
"Naruto, it can't be! Thats where Naruto was located at." Thought karin as she tries to sense Naruto chakra and found none.
"I can't sense Naruto's chakra!" Thought Karin in horror before running off.
-Suigetsu-
"That's near our rendezvous point." He took out a scroll out his pouch trying to summon Naruto, but it failed to work.
"Damn! It's just as I feared!" Though Suigetsu.
"Somewhere-
"That Deidara, went and blew himself up." Said the black half of Zetsu. "Where's Tobi?" Asked the White half of Zetsu.
"Probably dead, he was in the blast range." Said black Zetsu. Before vanishing underground.
-Akatsuki hideout-
"Deidara is dead. In the end, he went out with a bang." Said Zetsu.
"Oh dear. Another member has been lost. And I thought he was pretty strong. So which one did him? Sasuke or the Nine Tails jinchuuriki?" Ask Kisame.
"It's was The Nine tails jinchuuriki and he seems to be coming after leader Sama, but however it looks like Naruto is dead too." Said Zetsu.
"Deidara took Him out with him, huh?" Asked Kisame.
"Yeah, and it looks like Tobi is dead too. That Deidara detonated himself without no regard of his surroundings." Said Zetsu .
"Ah yes, Tobi. It must've been quite a jutsu if that chicken was unable to escape." Said Kisame.
"No matter, He can easily be replace. The loss of Deidara however is unfortunate." Said the Akatsuki leader.
"I liked Tobi. When I came to lightening the mood in our gloomy organization. Tobi was quite talented." Said Kisame.
"I'm going. I shall mourn Deidara death in silence." Said the Akatsuki leader.
-Near a river-
Suigetsu stood near a river as he went over the instructions Naruto once told him.
"Then I do this." Said Suigetsu rolling out a scroll onto the ground.
"Add a drop of Naruto's blood on the scroll and It should be done, all right here it goes." Said Suigetsu as he slammed his hand on the scroll.
"Summonig Jutsu!" Yelled Suigetsu as a large puff of smoke surrounded the area. To reveal a damage bird with burned marks.
Naruto slowly walked from the side of the hawk with half his face burn off revealing burned flesh. He collapsed to ground before slowly losing consciousness.
"Whoa! You look a mess." Said Suigetsu who ran towards Naruto. "Naruto I will be going now." Said the bird who was injured but would make a full recovery. He soon disappeared leaving a trace of smoke behind.
"Found you! I figured you'd be here!" Said Karin who ran towards the two with Jugo.
"Your chakra suddenly disappeared so I wonder what had happened. Did you transport yourself?" Ask Karin.
Naruto slowly woke up gaining conscious before slipping back in out into unconscious. He lifted his body up revealing the half burned face to his group causing everyone to jump.
Naruto put a finger to his face feeling the peeled off flesh. "Don't worry my skin will grow back." Coughed out Naruto.
"Who in the world did you fight?" Asked Suigetsu.
"I fought an akatsuki member. He was stronger than I expected.
"Then you need rest. Right Karin?" Asked Suigetsu.
Karin folded her arm before pointing at Naruto.
"You call yourself a man, and defeated orochimaru!" Yelled Karin.
"He was already in a weaken state, that's all there is to it." Explained Naruto. Before he was lifted up by Jugo on his shoulder.
Knowing he was In a safe place he allowed himself to fall asleep on Jugo shoulders as they carried him to a safe place.
-With the konoha group-
"Looks like it caught all our attention." Said Kiba.
"What happened?!" Asked Sasuke who ran to the group with Yamato.
"There are signs that Naruto was just here. It's very faint, but his sent still lingers. I also detect other scents." Said Kiba.
"What does it mean?" Asked Sasuke.
"From the damage to the terrain, I'd say there was a battle here." Said shino.
"I knew it! One of the scents belongs to that girl in town." Said the dog who was sniffing the ground.
"Huh?" Asked Sakura who started to remember the red hair girl with glasses.
"Looks like there are others traveling alongside Naruto."
"So it seems like Naruto has formed his unit. One of the five other scents belong to Deidara from the Akatsuki."
"Who cares how many there are. Let's get moving and trace Naruto's scent!" Yelled Sasuke.
"We can't." Said one of the dogs.
"Why not?" Ask Sasuke.
"The scent stops here." Answer Kakashi.
"What does that mean?" Asked Sasuke.
"It means either Naruto was blasted into bits by the explosion. Or naruto used a transportation technique to escape." Said Yamato.
"Found it! My sense of smell is keener than a dog right now. I've found Naruto!" Said Kiba.
"A nose that's sharper than a ninja hounds? Impressive Kiba. Just what I would expect from a member of the Inuzuka clan." Said Kakashi complimenting Kiba.
"Kiba, lead the way!" Said Sasuke.
-Rain village-
Sitting on a tower was a orange hair man with the Akatsuki cloak.
"Come pain." Said a female voice behind the man name Pain.
"He's here." Said the women. Pain stood up before walking towards the inside of the room.
"What of the Nine Tails? I don't belive he's really dead." Said Pain, talking to a shadowy figure.
"He's fine he's perfectly fine, he's actually coming along greatly." Said the man in a deep voice.
"He was able to take down Deidara by only using one element and was able to escape Deidara explosion. You aren't scared aren't you?" Aske the man causing pain to give him a blank expression.
"I will hunt down the Nine Tails and capture him and bring peace to the world."
"As the leader than you should know failure isn't allow and you will capture the Nine Tails." Said the man.
-At a inn in a village-
Jugo begun to re wrap Naruto bandages as the old ones was covered in blood.
Naruto sat up as Jugo wrapped the bandages around his body look at his group.
"Hah! You talked about killing the akatsuki leader, you won't be able to move around for some time in that condition." Said Karin.
"I hope you know due to my Uzumaki blood and my Tennant with my curse seal I heal incredibly fast." Said Naruto.
"Yeah but let's not forget you almost lost to a Akatsuki Member who isn't even the leader." Said Karin.
"We've been moving non stop lately, it's a good time to get get some rest." Said Suigetsu.
"All you done is rest!" Yelled Karin pointing a finger at Suigetsu.
"There, all finished" said Jugo. Who finish wrapping Naruto bandages.
Naruto put on his sleeping rhobe before putting a blanket around his body.
"Enough already! Suigetsu, Karin have you gathered any information on the Akatsuki leader?"
"You're in no shape to be so bossy!" Yelled Karin.
"I've picked up some tips about it. But nothing really specific about the Akatsuki leader. Seems like they target people like you Naruto." Suigetsu was about to continue talking until he heard Jugo talking about some Kill, Kill, Kill.
"Hey! What the hell!" Yelled Karin as she watch Jugo stand up with the curse mark.
"Calm down jugo!" Said Naruto staring into Jugo eyes calming Jugo down with his chakra.
The curse mark receded as he drop to the ground panting.
"S-Sorry." Apologized Jugo as he walked over to Naruto laying him down and laying the blanket over him so he can go back to sleep.
"It's your fault karin. Screaming and making such a fuss." Said Suigetsu getting a glare from karin.
-with the konoha group-
"I'm sure it's this way!" Said Kiba leading the way.
"From his scent, I can tell he's stopped moving. It seems he's resting." Said Kiba.
"It's our chance." Said Kakashi.
"Naruto our paths have finally crossed." Thought Sasuke.
-rain village-
"Naruto Uzumaki is no longer a kid. He now master multiple formidable jutsus. It won't be easy. He killed orochimaru and defeated Deidara. Said the shadow figure.
"To speak of the targets as a threat has no meaning before pain. He has never lost a battle." Said the blue hair girl.
"Well, that's true. But we're done talking for now." Said the shadow figure who walked pass Pain.
"Tell the other members to hurry with the remaining jinchuuriki. At last, we are so close to the moment of achieving our goal. Then everything shall be restored to its rightful place." Said the man as he slowly turned around revealing his face more like the orange spiral mask his sharigan glowing in the dark.
"I will show them the true power of the sharingan. The true power of I, Uchiha Madara!" Said the now reveal Madara uchiha he disappeared in a vortex.
Author notes: sorry guys I didn't post in a while and this chapter isn't very long or good. But I been dealing with stuff and I just got the ps5 and I was addicted to it. Sorry and hopefully I upload soon before school starts next week on August 28.
