The woman sits down and sighs in front of the therapist.
She has brown hair with rainbow streaks.
Her eyes are a brilliant blue, and her skin is as white as the sun.
She wears dark gray jeans with a black tie and a light gray shirt.
Finally, she has small black boots on her feet.
"All right, Vanessa," the therapist says, reaching for a tape recorder.
"Please call me Vanny," Vanessa says, glancing at the therapist.
"Alright, Vanny. You say you're ready to share your story?" The therapist asks in the hopes that Vanessa or Vanny will speak up.
"Yes, but I'm ready for more," Vanessa responds, her eyes turning purple for a moment.
"What else are you prepared for?" the therapist inquires a bit curious.
"I'm ready to make him proud," Vanessa replies, chuckling slightly.
"What do you mean by that?" the therapist asks, wondering what it means.
"Where do I even begin?" Vanessa responds, unsure where to begin.
"I suppose it all started when I met my mentor," Vanessa says as she tells her story.
A flashback appears, showing Vanessa playing a virtual reality game.
Vanessa's day appears to be going well until a bunny appears.
The bunny extends his hand to Vanessa as if inviting her to follow him.
Vanessa takes the bunny's hand after being hesitant at first.
The bunny brings her to a room that is set up for a birthday party.
As it leaves to get something, the bunny forces Vanessa to sit at the table.
The bunny returns with a gift in his hands, which he places on the table.
The bunny motions for Vanessa to open the present.
Vanessa opens the present to find materials for what appears to be a mask inside.
Vanessa looks up at the bunny, who points to his face and then back to the mask as if he's trying to communicate with her.
"Would you like me to make a bunny mask?" Vanessa asks, clearly understanding.
Vanessa gathers the materials for a mask in response to the bunny's nod.
After making the mask, Vanessa shows the bunny.
Red eyes and a big smile adorn the white bunny mask.
"I made it myself. Do you like it?" Vanessa asks, staring at the bunny.
The bunny nods and gestures for Vanessa to put the mask on.
Vanessa puts on the mask, and the bunny begins to speak to her once she puts it on.
"Hello, dear. Can you hear me?" the bunny asks Vanessa as she puts on the mask.
"I hear you, but who are you?" Vanessa asks, wondering who this bunny is.
"I'm Glitchtrap, and what's your name?" Glitchtrap asks in response to her question.
"I'm Vanessa, and it is nice to meet you," Vanessa replies.
"Well then, Vanessa, I feel like this is the beginning of our partnership,'' Glitchtrap says with a grin.
"Oh, I don't understand, we just met," Vanessa says, noting this to Glitchtrap.
"Don't worry, you don't have to understand, you just need to listen," Glitchtrap says as he approaches Vanessa.
"And what if I don't want to listen?" Vanessa asks as she tries to flee, but Glitchtrap grabs her arm.
"I never said you had a choice, Vanessa. Now, look into my eyes," Glitchtrap responds, his eyes glowing fully purple.
Vanessa's flashback ends as she looks into his eyes and feels something take over her.
Vanessa smirks at the therapist who has been listening to her story the entire time after the flashback ends.
"So, based on what you've told me, your boss is a video game bunny," The therapist says writing this down on their notepad.
"Yes, and now I'm afraid I'll have to get rid of you," Vanessa says as she pulls out a knife.
The therapist gets up from their chair, backing up as they try to reason with Vanessa, but she doesn't listen.
"The problem is that you know too much about me, and I can't have that now, can I?" Vanessa asks, smirking.
"Vanessa, please don't do this!" The therapist shouts, trying to plead with her.
Vanessa ignores the therapist's pleas as she prepares to raise her knife.
Vanessa raises her knife and uses it to stab the therapist.
Vanessa repeatedly stabs the therapist, who cries out in pain.
Vanessa finally stops and laughs maniacally as red liquid stains all over her clothes.
Vanessa drops the knife as she clutches her head, and her eyes return to blue.
Vanessa's eyes widen when she realizes what she did.
"Oh my gosh. What have I done?" Vanessa asks, covering her mouth in horror.
"You did what you needed to do, my dear," a voice in Vanessa's head replies, chuckling.
"It was not my decision to do this, you made me do it!" Vanessa shouts furiously as she clutches her head.
"It was necessary, Vanessa, they knew too much," a voice says to her.
"I don't care; I don't want to do this anymore!" Vanessa screams angrily.
"Vanessa, you've come too far. You can't go back now," the voice says, pointing this out.
Vanessa is about to argue with the voice again, but the voice tells her that arguing with it is pointless.
"So, what am I supposed to do now?" Vanessa inquires, sighing in frustration.
"You must dispose of the body, my dear," The voice responds and tells Vanessa what she should do.
Vanessa sighs as she grabs a garbage bag and places the body inside.
Vanessa drags the garbage bag outside to the dumpster in the alleyway.
She places the garbage bag in the dumpster and then hears what sounds like rustling nearby.
She follows the sound and discovers a small boy attempting to sleep in a box.
Vanessa feels bad for the boy and decides to find out why he's sleeping in a box.
Vanessa approaches the boy, but the boy backs up in his box when he sees her approaching.
She extends her arms toward the boy, hugging him and assuring him that she will not hurt him.
When the boy realizes Vanessa will not hurt him, he returns Vanessa's hug.
"What are you doing in a box, boy, and where are your parents?" Vanessa inquires, her gaze drawn to the youngster.
"I don't have any parents and I live here," he says as he looks at Vanessa, replying sadly.
Vanessa's feelings for the boy worsen until she has an idea.
"What's your name, kid?" Vanessa asks, curious about the boy's name.
"My name is Gregory," the boy replies nervously.
"Well, Gregory, how about a place to stay for the night?" Vanessa inquires, hoping Gregory accepts her offer.
"I'm not sure, I'm used to staying here," Gregory replies, unsure of her offer.
"Come on, I assure you that everything will be fine. Now, stick with me," Vanessa says, motioning for Gregory to follow her.
Gregory hesitates for a moment before following her, and she leads him to the mega pizzaplex.
"What exactly is this place?" Gregory inquires after viewing the structure.
"This is the mega pizzaplex. You should be safe here for the night," Vanessa responds as she explains the location to Gregory.
"You won't be able to get in without a ticket, but don't worry, I'll just sneak you in," Vanessa says as she pulls out her security guard id.
"What if we get into trouble?" Gregory inquires, pointing this out to Vanessa.
"It will be fine. Come on, don't you trust me?" Vanessa asks in response as her eyes turn purple, and she reaches out to grab Gregory.
Gregory takes a step back when he notices Vanessa is acting strangely.
Vanessa shakes her head and her eyes return to blue as she apologizes to Gregory for scaring him.
Gregory accepts her apology, and Vanessa is able to sneak Gregory into the pizzaplex as a result.
"Remember to stay safe, kid," Vanessa tells Gregory as she assists him in sneaking into the pizzaplex.
"I will, and thank you, lady," Gregory says as he thanks Vanessa, and then he dashes off to explore the pizzaplex.
Vanessa smiles happily as she watches Gregory runoff, and with that, she heads home.
Vanessa goes into the bathroom after she gets home and takes a shower to clean herself up.
She feels something trying to take over her after she gets out of the shower and changes into new clothes.
"No, not now," Vanessa says, trying to fight it, but it's futile, and her eyes turn purple.
A short time later, she transforms into Vanny by donning a white bunny outfit.
"Stay the course," a voice says in her head.
"I will," Vanny says as she listens to the voice.
"Focus on my voice," the voice commands, demanding that Vanny pay attention to it.
"I will," Vanny says, agreeing to do so.
"Don't let anyone lead you astray," the voice instructs Vanny not to allow anyone to lead her astray.
"I won't," Vanny promises the voice.
"Have you selected one?" the voice inquires, wondering if she has chosen a child to murder.
"I have," Vanny says, remembering Gregory as she prepares to make her master proud.
