Chapter 27: City Haven
Rachel and Elza strip off their clothing to only be in their underwear. Elza is marveling at Rachel's body seeing how curvy and tall she has become. "Wow, look how lean your stomach is," Elza pokes her belly which is very tight.

"Yeah, I feel so strong. There are peaks to this Valkyrie stuff," Rachel said as the room felt very warm.

"Yep, Peter set up this safe room within this apartment complex. Lucky us this place is deeply secured. The city is a mess out there, the constant war between the Undertakers and the rouge bioweapons roaming this doomed city," Elza said.
"Good for us, I need something to eat," Rachel said.
"Well Peter fully stocked this place," Elza said as she walked over to the kitchen to open the fridge to see a bunch of food inside. "I managed to steal food from the food mart, crawling with Oozes there," she said.
"I can cook some meat stew I can make," Rachel said as she quickly cooked the pot with the warm brew of meat stew. Within 10 minutes, she has finished several bowls of meat stew to pat her stomach. "Oh boy, that hit the point," she said.
"Goodness, you blew through several bowls," Elza said looking very surprised with her mouth hanging out.
"I was out for a while. I was so hungry," Rachel said as she let out a cute burp.
"Gee, where do you put it?" Elza asked as Rachel playfully pokes her tits making them jiggle in her sports bra.
"My boobs," Rachel said lightly.
"Such a big goof," Elza said as Rachel laughed at this with Elza going along with it by laughing with her. "I am happy you are back," she said.
"Me too E," Rachel said as she headed over to her room with Jack looking at a manga book. "Hey there baby, miss me?" she teased him.
"Of course, I did, I was so worried they would turn you into a monster," Jack said as Rachel reached out to touch his face to put his mind at ease.

"Well, I got some more info from Peter about Valkyries and I have a good healing factor but not as good as Sherry Birken. It's part of my crazy metabolism now," she said.
"No wonder I hear Elza groaning in despair to see you eating all those meat stew bowls like it was nothing," Jack said.
"Yeah, due to this metabolism, I have immunity to any virus and my age has been greatly slowed down. I will look like a 22-year-old for a very long time," she said.
"Well at least when I die I can see you as beautiful as the day I meet you," Jack said.
"Oh Jack, let's not think about that. Stay in the present and cherish it," Rachel said.
"You are my better half," Jack said as she smiled at them.
"I know, the feeling is mutual. I got some meat stew left if you are hungry," she said.
"Yeah I do, we were running all day to get to this safe house," Jack said as they got into the kitchen.
"I bet, I was encountering tons of Oozes right and left," Rachel said as she grabbed the pot to pour meat stew into the bowl to head it over to her boyfriend. She grabs a juice carton to pour some fruit juice into cups for both of them.
"Due to that crazy mayor Ren who spread the T-Abyss virus in the air. What a sick man," Jack feeling disgusted with him.
"Indeed, I saw all the madness that has taken over the city. We need to find where the entrance to the main lab is within Redford," she said.
"Yeah, Peter said he escaped from an older entrance which was destroyed. The only one left in the university but he doesn't know where it is for sure," Jack said.
"That is a good place to sure," Rachel said as she drank her fruit juice. "Hmm this tastes pretty good," she thought. "Hey what were you reading before?" she asked as Jack was enjoying her cooking.
"Star of the Outlaws, I found some issues in here. I was enjoying it," Jack said.
"Oh yeah, that is a long Space Adventure Manga. It's been around since 1998, how is it?" she asked.
"It's pretty cool. It's about a guy in space who wants to make it big and goes on an adventure along with his crew to make a living in the big old universe," he said.
"I did hear it has great reviews and people seem to like it. I might check it out soon," Rachel said.
"These are the first volumes, you can read it when you have the time," he said.
"I will, I was reading a Manga called Magical Mecha Girl. It's about a scientist who creates a powerful robot girl who is like his daughter and they go on cool adventures together. I like it," she said.
"Sounds interesting, I need to catch up on Manga when we get back," he said.
"Hey, did you get any weapons when you came here? I lost a bunch on my way here?" she asked.
"Oh yeah, Peter told me about the testing chambers. You tore shit up, I will hook you up," he said as they go into the armory room.
"Yeah, I was on fire. It was one hell of a power trip, feels very good," Rachel said.
"I bet those thick thighs of yours were snapping necks out there,"
"I bet you want to stick your head between my thighs right?" she teased as Jack patted her curvy thighs to see it shake a bit.
"Death between your thighs would be the best way to go besides being checked out by your huge cleavage," Jack joked.
"You would do something like that," Rachel said as they went into the armory room to see Rachel's XDM 10mm pistol on the table. Jack hands over a familiar weapon to Rachel which is the M8A2 assault rifle which is a modern variant of the XM8 rifle being the main service rifle of the US military since 2007 replacing the M16 family of weapons.
Rachel checks the rifle over to see the adjustable folding stock, rails on all four corners of the barrel and top part along with a see-through magazine fitted with 25 + 1 rounds of 6.8x41mm. "Gee, thing looks like it came out of a sci-fi movie," she said.
"I think the department wanted something out of Starship Troopers," Jack said as Rachel laughed at this.
"Real life is so weird sometimes," Rachel said as she placed the rifle on the table to make her weapon.
"I got this MAG-7. This pocket shotgun will be very handy," Jack said as he handed over the compact Shotgun to Rachel making it her second sidearm.
"Perfect, I need to put some things on the M8A2 and it will be good to go," she said.
"Do you want a tour of the place just to know where everything is?" he asked.
"Yes please," she said with a bright smile making her look so adorable despite looking killer in her undies.
"Right this way," he said as he showed her the main living room area. "You have been here already," he said to see how cozy this place is.
"Gee, Peter has a knack for making cozy places to hide away in," Rachel said.
"Seems like a talent for the guy. We have the kitchen over here and we got the bathroom here. Thankfully it all still works," he said.
"I am going to need a bath soon. There is a washing machine right?" she asked.
"Yep, in the living room," he said pointing to the washing machine and dryer in the corner.
"Good, can't keep dirty undies all week," Rachel said.
"You already saw the armory room where we store our guns and that is about it. Our nice little hideaway from the nightmare of this city," Jack said.
"Yep, I always feel safe when I am with you," Rachel said.
"Yes it feels so comforting with you by my side," Jack said.
"Let's take a bath together," Rachel said.
"Cool, I can see your new curvier body," Jack said as she pressed her fingers onto his lips.

They take off their clothing to drop them onto the floor to be naked in front of each other. She takes a towel to dry herself off to put on a new pair of underwear. "Thank goodness, these are stretchy," she said as she was within a new pink sports bra and matching colored boyshorts with a cute little pink bow in front of the panties.
"Damn, so good on the eyes," he said as his blue boxers is holding in a big bugle he had within her presence.
"Thanks, darling, come on. Let's get to bed, I am getting sleepy," Rachel said as they went into their room to get into the warm bed to be under blankets. They hold each other's arms to fall asleep together peacefully.
Elsewhere Mayor Ren is talking with Linda via a screen in his safe room. "Seems like you lost the prime subject," Ren mocked her.
"I have gotten some good data on her and gotten more DNA from her transformed body. This will be important to improving the Valkyries and making them better," Linda said as she looked at a camera to see the Valkyrie Ooze who was chasing Rachel in the testing chambers is still looking for her. "To prevent freaks like these from happening," Linda said as the Rachel Ooze moaned about wanting to see big sister again to rush into the city trying to find Rachel.
