Chapter 4: the first class of Kaijudo
[Kaiju realm]
When the group walked through the portal the people who haven't been to the Kaiju realm were amazed by the sight of the Nature realm.
"Welcome to the Kaiju realm, but more specifically the Nature civilization." Says Naruto taking in the sweetness of the nature civilization.
"It, feels like we just gonna keep being surprised by Naruto today." Says Kiba with Akamaru barking in agreement.
"I wonder what kind of food is here?" Says Chōji Akimichi, a chubby boy munching on his chips.
"Why is you mind always on food Chōji? Besides why exactly are we here for Naruto?" Says Ino Yamanaka a girl with blond hair.
"Well you're about to do something that very few have done in this past few days, an ancient fighting style that was almost lost to your world for generations ever since the great wipeout." Says Kimora with a long full look on his face remembering the students and the friends he lost.
As the group walk through the temple they begin to hear a scream from down the hallway.
"That's Miss Okamoto!" Says Naruto as Kimora picks him up and puts him on his shoulder as the group follow Kimora to the infirmary as Kimora sets Naruto down Kimora puts out his hand.
"Sorry but this is something that is medical and Naruto has trained for this."
Hours pass as the group keep hearing Miss Okamoto scream then a baby's cry as Kimora walks out happily.
"Raiden, he's here." Says Kimora looking to the man that was now seen waiting with the group as he walks in Naruto walks out exhausted from the event.
"Naruto you alright!?" Says Hinata rushing to Naruto, making sure he can get to the chair carefully.
"I'm fine, just using my Chakra to keep Miss Okamoto awake was something I don't want to do again without someone swapping out with me." As Naruto says this he shakes his hand getting the numbness out of his hand.
"I have to say Naruto, you impressed every day sometimes." Says Inoichi, Ino's father, with a proud expression on his face.
We now see the teens with Master Kimora in front of them as Naruto quote on quote looks at them with pride for his friends.
"Now Itachi and Hinata have already found their civilizations, but now it's time to find yours, thanks to Master Nobody we're able to find out your civilization without having to do the old trial and error." Says Naruto as he taps the bottom of his staff to the ground as the symbols for each civilization appears.
'You never seem to unimpress me Naruto.' Kimora thinks to himself as he sees this.
"So how do we know which civilization is right for us?" Says Shikamaru with a quizzical look on his face.
"Well why don't you step up kid." Says Master Chavez wanting to know what his civilization the boy would get.
As Shikamaru steps up both the darkness and water civilization symbols grew in size as the other ones shrank in size. "I'm guessing that the bigger ones are my affinities?"
"Indeed, it seems that you're a Water and Darkness affiliate, unfortunately Master Allison is unable to be here due the birth of her newborn, but I'd be happy so teach you about the water civilization." Says Master Nadia.
Shikamaru turns to master Nadia and bows. "Thank you for taking me as your student Master-uh."
"Nadia, Nadia Chavez, Hector my husband is the master of fire." Says Nadia with a bow
As Shikamaru walks out and Kiba walks to the symbols the Nature civilization stays the seam and the Darkness civilization grow in size. "Wait I get darkness too, why?" Says a confused Kiba.
"Sometimes some duel civilization duelists overlap." Says master Wallace with his fingers overlapping.
As Kiba steps back Ino walks in and the water civilization begins to grow in size. "Okay so why do they get to civilizations and I get one?"
"You're information gathering is most aligned with the water civilization, hence why you got only one." Says Kimora with a laugh of joy seeing the new Kaijudo users getting their civilizations.
Next up was Shino who also was a mono-civilization user of nature. "How many bug Kaiju are there?" Says Shino with a straight face at Kimora. "Try how many aren't there."
The next one up was Chōchi who got both fire and nature civilizations. "What kind of food do they have?" Says a hungry Chōchi. "Try not to eat some of them, there's some living vegetables here." Says Master Chavez with a chuckle.
[Konoha the next day at school]
The group are getting introduced to their teacher in their world and Naruto is taken a liking to him in terms of him actually doing his job correctly and not belittling Naruto for everything both right and wrong.
We see during combat class Hinata is helping Naruto outside to play up Naruto being weaker than the other students as the first match is announced. "Naruto Uzumaki vs Sasuke Uchiha."
"You're going down, there's no chance of a blind punk beating me!" Says Sasuke with determination in his voice, saying that it's fact, when in reality, a blind swordsman is dangerous but a.
"Begin!" As the proctor for the match says this Sasuke dashes at Naruto who just sidesteps him and trips him with his staff as the other kids, minus the Kaijudo squad, are shocked by this and as Sasuke goes in for another attack Naruto leans back to avoid the kick that was sent at him. As Sasuke turns around he sees the end of the staff Naruto has at his neck.
"Winner Naruto Uzumaki." Says the proctor with no emotion in his voice to make it seem that he had no idea who was going to win the fight.
When this was said Sasuke became furious with this outcome and began to yell at Naruto. "How the hell did you beat me!!? You're blind, you're weak, you can't have possibly beaten me in a thousand years!!! How!!?"
"I don't let my name carry me forward, it's my merit that does, you're too arrogant for your own good, continue on this path, and it'll lead you to misery." Says Naruto with wisdom beyond his years.
As the next matches were called up was Ino and Sakura, which was a total wash for Ino due to her incorporating the Water Summoning Kata into her fighting style
[An hour after school with the Kaijudo group]
"So Naruto, if and only if, Sasuke was to get his head out of his ass, besides fire what elements would he use?" Says Kiba drinking from his soda.
"He'd be a darkness user, but primarily fire. But considering that we have an entire village to keep this secret from, if any of us get on a team with either of them, don't use it until the exams, or in emergency to make sure that your team is safe, you got that?" Says Naruto with his usual seriousness when talking about Kaijudo's secret.
"We swear on our oaths." The group says in unison.
"Good, now Kiba have you found any more canine kaiju?" Say's Shikamaru with his same old expression on his face.
"Well besides the Snarling Craghorn, yeah but there's the Moonhowler Hunter, Moonhowler Tribe, and the Terror Hound, but I plan to main the Fear Fang, I mean they're a perfect blend of man and canine!" Says an excited Kiba.
"Shh he's coming." Says Chōchi seeing Sasuke coming towards them.
As he passes by the group he stops in front of Hinata. "You Hyūga girl, you'd do your clan a favor by befriending me, and leaving these losers to what ever game they're playing." Says Sasuke in an almost demanding tone.
"No I this I'd rather stay with people who look out for their friends, and not just themselves or their clan." Says Hinata looking to her friends, especially Naruto.
"Tch fine, be that way and become weaker, it's not like you'll be better than me." Says Sasuke as he walks away.
"At first I had a crush on him because of his looks, but when you fought him Naruto, that's when I realized that is all he had in him, except for his potential to become stronger, which is great, just a pain to deal with." Says Ino with a sigh.
"Hey I heard that Itachi has to do something, he asked if we could do something tonight." Says Shino with Humonculon the Blaster crawling out from his jacket and a note in Shino's hand that clearly states it's from Itachi.
[Konoha, night time, Hyūga manner, courtyard]
We see all the Kaiju group with their parents and Master Kimora, watching them as they see Itachi jump down fr the roof with another person wearing a full black leather cloak.
"Ah Mr.Nobody you're here!" Says Kimora happily.
"No I'm not the boss, the boss is somewhere else getting trained." Says the cloaked figure removing his hood to show his charred face with stitches from the tips of his mouth to near his ears and charred bags held up by metal stitchings and more charred skin on his forearms. "I'm Toya Todoroki, but my friends and the boss call me, Dabi."
As the group see his charred physique the kids, except Naruto because he can't see but Kurama describes the man for him, try to hold in their puke while the grownups try to conceal their anger on who would do such a thing except Kimora.
"Looks like you had a nasty run in with a fire civilization Kaiju, Dabi." Says Kimora knowing how ruthless the fire civilization can be.
"Actually this is more of a meta-ability mishap than anything." Says Dabi not caring for old wounds.
"Meta-ability?" Say Naruto quizzically.
"Let's just say that where me and the boss come from, abilities that are like your kekkei genkais are more common place in society, and being without powers, it's more of a weakness there than here." Says Dabi with a bit of a sad look.
"Let me guess, they're treated poorly like I was due to my duty." Says Naruto with the same somber look.
"I see you have faced one of humanity's true faces, I sure hope that you may find the other faces of light, Naruto Uzumaki." Says Dabi bowing to Naruto.
We now see Naruto within his mindscape with the fox where it's a grand temple adorned with fox motifs and a grand forest beyond its walls.
"Say Kurama, my mom was the previous Jinchuriki of you right, can you describe her to me?" Says a curious Naruto.
"Hehehe well there is actually something that is better, since you can see in this mindscape."Says Kurama as he stands up and walks out the temple as he's wrapped in chains
"Kurama!?" Shouts Naruto.
"Don't shout this is how you're going to meet them, or at least a part of them brat." Says Kurama calmly as two figures appear.
"Nice try in escaping Nine tails." Says the blond figure with the fourth Hokage cloak.
"Hahahaha HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA you honestly thought I was escaping? Hahahaha and here I thought you were smart Minato." Says Kurama as he begins to walk back into the temple.
"Wait he wasn't escaping?" Says the red headed figure.
"He said he had to show me something." Says Naruto now confused on who was now in his mindscape. "But aren't you the fourth Hokage?"
As the now known to Naruto as Minato turns around and looks at him, all he could feel was pride, pride for him and his strength. "Yes and I'm sorry that you had to learn it this way but I'm-"
As he begins to try and explain who he is, Naruto pulls both him and the woman into a tight hug. "You're them aren't you?" Says Naruto crying.
Kushina now cresses her child in loving embrace. "Yes Naruto, it's good to finally see you again after all these years."
"Oi! Brat and family!" Says Kurama while looking at them. "You may not know this, but since I've been helping the brat with his Chakra and Mana manipulation, along with absorbing the Chakra and Mana from his surroundings, and placing it with in the seal." Says Kurama with a knowing pause.
"You-You extended their Chakra fragments, didn't you Kurama?" Says Naruto knowing why he paused.
"Hehehehehe he's definitely got your quick thinking and smarts Minato." Says Kurama as he lays down putting his head on his front legs.
"Wait you gave him a name?" Says Kushina in shock.
"No that's his name that was given to him by his father, uh." Says Naruto trailing off due to forgetting Kurama's father's name.
As Kurama sighs he opens one eye towards them."Hagoromo Ōtsustuki the sage of six paths." As he says this the group can hear the jingling of rings as they look to their left or right respectively and see a man in white clothing with purple eyes and a black staff.
"Father." Says Kurama a bit scared but more happy to see him.
"Why have you forsaken my teachings up until know Kurama?" Says Hagoromo with the face only a father scolding their child would give.
"You can't blame him, humans are only scared of your children because of their unknown potential and locked them away for their villages to be safe, and he was forced to do things that he didn't want to do, so can you really blame him?" Says Naruto with wisdom in his voice.
"Hmm you're wise for your age young one, and the spiritual haze over your eyes tell me that you're blind." Says Hagoromo with a slight nod to Naruto.
"WHAT!!?" Yells both parents as they go to look through Naruto's memories up till he got blinded and then rush back to him hugging him hardly.
"My baby, my poor baby, damn those civilian council members, if I get my hands on them they're gonna wish that they didn't cross me!!"
"That's not all they did Kushina Uzumaki." Says Hagoromo showing the group that whirlpool was ratted out by a younger civilian council.
As Minato clenches his fist he stares at the figure of a young Hanzo with bloodlust. "I should have disbanded ROOT when I discovered it, and banished him, but now, he'll have no mercy."
"He has good intentions in strengthening our village, but in the wrong way, he'll get his just desserts." Says Naruto with the same face as Minato.
As Naruto begins to fade he looks at Hagoromo and shakes his head signaling that now isn't the right time, as Naruto wakes up he makes a shadow clone to help him get ready for the day for it was the day that he and his friends will continue their Kaijudo training.
We now see the Kaiju squad now without Itachi in the Hokage in his office as they just got the news that Itachi had to kill his clan, but left Sasuke and someone else but the Hokage doesn't know who.
"His most prized treasure that exists in the village." Says Naruto knowing who Itachi was referring to.
"I know that this is a bit rushed, but I'm sending you kids on a safer one of a S rank mission, retrieve Itachi's prized treasure and make sure that it is secured with the other Kaijudo masters." Says Hiruzen with a face that demands strictness.
"Roger!!" Says the group as they walk out the office with master Kimora following them.
When they get out of the office they all do a group huddle. "So how are we going to find this treasure?" Says Shikamaru knowing Naruto already has a plan.
"First, we got to somewhere that only Itachi knows in the village's most secure location." Say Naruto with the same seriousness he has when he's talking about Kaijudo.
"So...where do we start?" Says Kiba with a smirk.
"The deepest parts of the forest of death." Says Naruto with a bit of nervousness in his voice.
Time skip and we see the Kaiju group with their respective Kaiju with them being on their own specific beast, Naruto with Chōchi riding Legionnaire Lizard Hissy, Ino on Rapids Lurker Wwhhshrll, Kiba on a terror hound, Hinata on a Frostburn Quartz, Shino on a Three eyed dragonfly, and Shikamaru on a masked gravewing.
When the team goes deeper into the forest Naruto guides Hissy in a direction that no one knew as they come upon a shack and hear crying from the shack. As the group approach the shack a Blade seer jumps down from the trees. "I will not let you harm the child of my duelist!" Say's Blade seer.
"Blade seer, we were sent by Itachi to collect his greatest treasure, please let us pass." Says Naruto making himself seen.
"Naruto...fine make sure she's safe." Says Blade Seer as he steps aside and Naruto walks in with Kimora and comes out with a baby in Kimora's hands.
"Wait his greatest treasure is a baby?" Says Kiba in a quizzical manner.
"Treasure can be both inanimate or animate Kiba, this little girl is his, and she's so adorable." Says Kimora with a sad smile on his face.
Ps I'm making the age gap between the two Uchiha brothers ten years apart so Itachi is 17 while Sasuke is 7
We now see the group with all the Kaijudo masters discussing on who would care for the child.
"I believe that Master Kimora would be a great father figure to her, besides he would be better than an Uchiha raising her, considering what Kimora has told us about the boy, who probably wants to kill Itachi now." Says Master Chavez with honesty in his voice about Kimora and seriousness about Sasuke.
"That's why he nor anyone that wishes to harm this realm can find out about this place, and we swore on our oaths that we'd only use it in emergency if he's around us, and to add to that rule, no one is to use it in front of the civilian council, master Nadia if you would bring a water civilization creature that can project the memories I need to show." Says Naruto in his serious voice.
We now see Naruto in his mindscape learning all about his parent's clans and looking at the seal holding Kurama and had an idea. "Hey, if it were possible, could changing the seal while Kurama is still in me be available?" Says Naruto with a curious grin.
As Kushina and Minato were about to say no Kurama raises his head. "It's possible, and with two Uzumaki and Minato, it can be done, but we're also gonna need that frogs help." Says Kurama with a worried look. "But be warned we need to do this in secret and where no one can find us from the village."
"Then I know the perfect place, how long will it take?" Says Naruto with a determined smile on his face.
"The sealing won't take long, but you will pass out from your seal being changed, for how long you'll be out, that's the unknown." Says Kurama, not liking that this was happening.
"You seem upset Kurama." Says Naruto looking at his friend that has been by his side the longest.
"The specifics of the seal were never perfected, hell it is only in the hypothetical stages still...but if we use Senjutsu we might be able to make it, but the success of this happening, the fact that I could be removed from you, is high." Says Kurama looking at Naruto in fear for the boy's life.
As Kurama says this the parents of Naruto get worried for him but when they look at him they only see his determined smirk. "I like those odds, but let's wait until we get the ground work for the seal to work."
When Kurama looks at Naruto he begins to smirk. "There might be someone else that maybe able to help us, but to their location or incarnation, that's something we'll have to find out."
