(AN) Hello and welcome to the next chapter of Incel; hope you all enjoy.
In the last chapter, Gibbs and the team discovered that Michael Hines would be going after Breena as the two used to date, and Breena soon finds herself in danger. Will the team get to her and Victoria in time.

Chapter Three
Breena watched on in horror as Hines advanced on her precious daughter with the kitchen knife. "Please, please, don't kill her!" she begged.
Michael simply ignored Breena as he raised the knife above Victoria's head.
"NCIS!" yelled Gibbs as he charged through the living room door, followed by Tony, McGee and Bishop; all with their guns drawn.
"Gibbs, thank God!" cried Breena in relief
"Put the knife down, Hines!" barked Tony.
"Oh of course, get another man to save you!" spat Michael.
"Drop it!" ordered McGee.
Hines slowly placed the knife on the floor before slowly raising his hands in surrender. Gibbs ran over and placed Michael in handcuffs. "Michael Hines, I'm arresting you for the murder of Lorraine Clarkson and the attempted murders of Breena Slater and Victoria Palmer."
Gibbs continued to read Hines his rights as he led him away. Breena got to her feet, rushed over and grabbed a sobbing Victoria in a hug. Jimmy rushed in and hugged his wife.
"Are you and Victoria okay?" asked Jimmy in concern.
"We'll be fine." assured a slightly shaken Breena.
A bit later at NCIS HQ, Hines was sitting in interrogation with his arms folded. Gibbs entered the room, closed the door and sat down on the opposite side from the man. Gibbs then threw an Autopsy photo of Lorraine down on the table.
"Admiring my handywork?" smirked Hines.
"So you're admitting to killing Clarkson?" asked a surprised Gibbs.
"Yeah, and I'm not only admitting it, I'm proud of it!" sneered Hines, "That bitch had it coming!"
"She had a family that loved her!" snarled Gibbs furiously, "Doesn't that mean anything to you!"
"Oh yeah, well what about us men!" argued Hines, "Women are trying to take over: they're always seen as victims while us men are ignored! Women need to know their place and respect us men!"
"Male victims are heard just as much as female victims," pointed out Gibbs, "But the fact is that attacks on women are at a higher rate than attacks on men."
"And here we go, another mindless slave just worshiping women like they're God's gift!" spat Michael, "Before you say it, I don't want a lawyer: me going to jail will inspire the resistance to rise up against these Stacys! And very soon, my friends will show these women that they need to shut up and stay in their place, and it's all thanks to me!"
"What are your friends planning?" questioned the silver haired agent.
"You'll see soon." promised Hines, grinning evily.
Gibbs got up and walked out of the room.
"Update for you all," announced Gibbs as he strolled into the bullpen, "Michael Hines confirmed that the group he's involved with are definitely planning some sort of attack, but he won't say where or when it's happening."
"No luck on the website either," informed McGee, "Just them talking and saying how this attack will help their cause."
"NSA, DOD and the FBI are on high alert," informed Bishop, "The FBI are working on trying to have the site taken down."
"Keep digging!" ordered Gibbs impatiently, "There's gotta be something on what this attack will be."
McGee scratched his chin thoughtfully before thinking of something. "Thought of something that could work," he began, "It's just a hunch and I could be completely wrong, but what if Michael got an idea for an attack from Commander Clarkson."
"Go on." drawled Gibbs.
"We could have a look at Captain Clarkson's social media to see if there's any upcoming events that would be a perfect target for this group." explained McGee.
"Nice thinking, McGeek." complimented Tony.
"Would that even work though?" asked Bishop curiously.
"Only one way to find out." said Gibbs.
And so, McGee went on to his computer, logged on to Twitter and quickly found Captain Clarkson's Twitter account. The others gathered around the computer and watched as Tim began to scroll through her Twitter feed. After a minute, he stopped on a Tweet that caught his eye. "Hey, look at this," he said curiously, "This is a tweet promoting a rally that celebrates women in the Navy and is meant to be happening tomorrow in Rock Creek Park. It seems that the captain was meant to be one of the main speakers: talking about how women in the Navy have every right to feel safe and how they should be allowed to defend themselves if they feel threatened."
"Respect." remarked Tony.
"Yeah, well it seems that not everyone was on the same page," muttered McGee gravely, "Look."
McGee had gone into the replies section and was pointing at a comment from none other than Michael Hines that read: 'You think you're all so high and mighty, but you'll soon know the truth: YOU'RE PATHETIC!'
"The group must be planning to attack that rally." said a horrified McGee.
"So that's why Hines chose Rock Creek Park as the place to murder Captain Clarkson," said Bishop in realisation, "He wanted to try and make a statement."
"McGee, try to contact the organizers of this rally and warn them." said Gibbs.
"Sure boss." replied McGee as he logged out of his account before picking up his phone.
An hour later, Gibbs and Tony were in the conference room, talking to Lieutenant Brian Langford, one of the organizers of the rally. He was a middle-aged man with short black hair. Gibbs had just finished telling him about everything they knew.
"I still can't believe it about Lorraine," lamented Brian, "So this Michael Hines is part of one of those incel groups I've heard about?"
"Yes," replied Gibbs, "It seems that Michael Hines gave Fight Back Against the Chads and Stacys the idea for this attack."
"Well, I know you're going to suggest that we postpone this rally, but me and the other organizers have decided that we won't," said Brian defiantly, "This rally is far too important to all of us and if we were to back down now, then that would show this group that we're scared, but we'll show them that we're not scared."
"I don't like it, but I certainly admire your determination," said Gibbs, grinning with pride, "However, I hope you and the others don't mind if me and my guys attend the rally so that we can hopefully prevent whatever this attack is."
"No, we'd all appreciate the back up." said the Navy lieutenant.
Gibbs gave a small salute. "Ohh rah." he said.
"Ohh rah." replied the lieutenant.
The silver haired agent and Tony then stood up and exited the room.
"Do you think we'll be able to stop them, boss?" asked Tony in concern.
"I hope so, Dinozzo," muttered the silver haired agent, "Because we've still got no clue as to what this attack is, so we're walking in blind."
(AN) And that was chapter three of Incel; hope you all enjoyed.
Yes, I changed my name back to TimeLordMaster108.
Next time: Gibbs and the team attend the rally and try to prevent any casualties that may be caused by this group's oncoming attack.
Until then, this is TimeLordMaster108 signing out.
