She walked with Manny while Diego went up ahead. He then went back to the duo and said, "Hey, great news, I found a shortcut." Starglow glared at him and asked, "Really?" Manny then asked while he got the baby back on his head after it slide off, "What do you mean shortcut?" Diego then said, "I mean faster than the long way around." Manny and Starglow then said together, "I know what a shortcut is!" The mammoth was in pain when the baby was climbing on him.
Diego then said, "Look, either we slip through there and beat the humans to Glacier Pass, or we take the long way and miss them." Both the mammoth and cave girl were getting suspicious. She then asked, "What do you have in mind?" Diego smirked at the two. Manny asked him, "Through there? What do you take me for?" He then said to the mammoth and cave girl, "This time tomorrow, you can be a free cave girl and you could be a free mammoth. Or a nanny. I never get tired of peekaboo."
Starglow got sarcastic and said, "Oh really? I would like to be a free girl." Then Sid came up to the others with two icicles. He told them to check it out before putting them in between his head and made weird noises.
That made her giggle a bit. She thinks it's funny. Very funny to her. It is. Manny then said, "Sid, the tiger found a shortcut." Starglow nodded her head saying, "Sid he really did." Sid looked up. He then said that he choose life. Diego stopped him. He said that Sid should take the shortcut.
Sid then asked him, "Are you threatening me?" Then Diego shouted out at him, "MOVE SLOTH!" This caused something that would be about to fall. Starglow got her eyes wide in shock. She then glared at the tiger. She then said, "Nice going tough tiger." Manny then shouted, "Quick inside!" Then they all ran inside.
They then saw icicles dangling. This made Starglow worry. They tried to go back, but the entrance is blocked off. They then looked back on the icicles. Manny then said, "Ok, I vote shortcut." Starglow glared at Diego and she said, "Nice going Diego." This caused him to look at her in shock and surprise and asked, "What did I do that's wrong?" Starglow then said, "What did you do that's wrong? You shouted out loud that caused an avalanche. We could've gone a different way, but thanks to your no good shouting, we're stuck in this ice cave!"
Diego then said, "Calm down Starglow." Starglow then said while she pointed at him, "Don't you dare tell me to calm down. This is all your fault! You're not even my parents because you can't tell me what to do." Diego got his eyes wide when she mentioned her parents. Starglow them humphed and ignored him.
She didn't ignore the part when Diego said, "Come on guys, stick together, it's easy to get lost in here." She knew that he has a point. A very good point. Indeed. She didn't get lost, but she had a feeling that someone is missing. She then had a good feeling that it's Sid that's missing.
She hopes that he'll catch up. Then she saw Sid. She knew that he would catch up, it's her inner feeling. That's right. Then she took notice of the baby. She saw the baby sliding away.
This caused her to gasp and have her eyes wide. She hurried to the ice slide. The boys followed her. She knew that the only way to catch the baby is to slide. She then got on her stomach and started to slide down. She had to get to the child. And fast. Before something terrible would happen.
The others followed her. This is fun for the baby and cave girl, but not the three animals. They weren't having fun. Not one bit. They were more like scared. They were all panicked.
Then she and the male animals went in separate slides. Starglow was on the one slide next to Manfred. This is one crazy ride for her. It is for her. She hopes there is an end to it. She has to know. Somehow she does.
She then saw something that seem like a shock to her. She saw the baby flying! She saw Manny turning around and got his truck out. Starglow turned around to see if she can catch the baby if Manny didn't.
She saw the baby about to land. She sighed of relief when the baby land onto Manfred. She and Manfred crashed into a wall, but they didn't get hurt. They had snow on their heads though. The baby giggled. Then Diego came out of the snow and he felt like he had fun. He shouted before nudging gently at Manny, "Whoa! Whoo!"
He then said, "Yeah! Who's up for round two?!" That made Starglow snap. She shouted, "Round two?! Round Two?! You think it's fun? We could've been hurt or worse!" That caused Diego to snap out of his fun side and it was also due that Manny gave him an annoyed look on his face.
This made Diego snap out of it and he cleared his throat. He then said to Manny to tell the kid to be more careful. Starglow smirked and said, "That's better." Then she got up, dusted the snow off of her and said, "Come on guys, we have to go."
The quadruplet group with the baby then continued onward.
