I'm not entirely satisfied with this chapter, but I wrote to the best of my abilities and I hope you all enjoy!
BANG! BANG! BANG!
He'd prepared for this moment for almost a year now, eight months to get the new steroid right, and another three to detox and get used to his Venom.
BANG! BANG! BANG!
Now was the time, his mind was on the mend, his creation was perfect, and his rage was focusing him.
BANG! BANG! BANG!
He had two minutes before the full armed response came, even now he could see the two night guards just outside his door, peering in awe and fear through the cracks he'd created in his door.
BANG! BANG! BANG!
The other inmates, whether they knew what he was truly doing or not, began slamming their fists and feet into their doors, adding to the cacophony of noise as they began to chant, "Bane! Bane! Bane!"
BANG! BANG! BANG!
"We have a problem in A block!" one of the guards shouted into his radio, "Send back up! Send-"
"BANG! BANG! BOOM!
The guards screamed as the solid steel door buckled and flew off it's hinges, crushing them against the rail of the catwalk before sending them plummeting three stories down to the unforgiving concrete.
"BANE! BANE! BANE!" the chanting was feral now, some reached through the bars towards the hulking figure standing over them.
"COMPADRE'S!" He snarled as he strode to the cell next to him, with a grunt he yanked the door off the frame, throwing it over the side as more guards began flooding into the pod, only to fall back as flames spewed forth. El Diablo gave Bane a firm nod as hejumped down to the bottom floor. Blasting the guards and turning them to ash.
"LIBERTAD PARA TODOS!" he shouted, and a cheer went up.
Other doors began to bend and buckle as Bane and El Diablo ran down the catwalks, melting locks and tearing doors open. By the time the heavy guards were able to get to them, they were met by a veritable army of doped berserkers.
"LIBERTAD PARA TODOS!" one screamed as he tackled an officer, fists driving repeatedly into his body as others took his lead, dragging them down and pummeling them to death.
"We need live munitions!" the head of the guards shouted as his men struggled to keep together and hold them at the doors, "everyone to the armory! To the-" he was cut off as Bane suddenly burst through the line, grabbing him by the neck and throwing him back into the throng of Rioting inmates, he screamed as they practically tore him apart, "Tear them apart! We are the heads of this jail now! WE ARE THEIR BANE!"

Izuku glared down at the results of his tests, each one positive. Each one more damning than the last.
Nova Spice was back.
"It's not possible." Santana whispered from where he was sitting on the floor, back to the wall, arms wrapped around his legs, "I torched it all, I swear boss-"
"-we were foolish to think the entire supply was in the jail." Izuku muttered, cutting him off, his hands were gripping the metal table tightly, he could already feel the metal giving way under his fists, "I need you to go suss out the Rat, find out if he knows anything."
Santana nodded mutely and stood up, walking towards the door.
Izuku stopped him with a hand on the shoulder, "be careful," he warned, "if this has anything to do with Los Muertes…"
"Then I'll torch em like I did back then." he grumbled, heading up the stairs as Uravity started heading down.
"What's happened?" she tried to ask him, but Santana just brushed past her, "what's his problem?" Uravity asked as she looked around the corner at Bane, who had returned to glare at his test results, "okay, what's your problem?"
"Nova Spice is my problem." he grunted, looking up at her, "Tailman tell you anything?"
"Only that you were testing for an additive? What's Nova Spice?" she asked, concerned.
"It's an old additive you'd cut your drugs with, make em ten times stronger, extremely addictive, extremely toxic, if you put too much in you were liable to kill someone in one hit." he handed over the papers, letting Uraraka look them over, "what's in this? Three times the 'recommended' dose, vatos didn't stand a chance."
"But-you can make a cure now, right?" she asked hopefully, her shoulders slumping when Izuku shook his head mutely.
"The only way to cure spice is to stop using it." he explained, "I've looked into it for years, stopped when I realized it was hopeless, no one other than the science guru's in Los Muertes knew the recipe, and we hung them with the rest of their leaders."
"You-hung them?" Uraraka asked, looking a little green.
"For all of their crimes to humanity." Izuku sneered, then sighed, sitting down on his stool, running a frustrated hand through his tangled hair, "the only way to combat this,is to destroy the suppliers, otherwise bodies will drop."
"Is it really that bad?" she asked softly.
Izuku laughed, a mirthless, cold laugh, one that had Uraraka shivering a bit in fear, "they used to cut this stuff with everything, Weed, Coke, Meth, LSD, it made each and every single one of them far more deadly and addictive, enhanced the high, turning whoever you wanted into a highly suggestible zombie who'll do anything for you just to get another hit, they had politicians on their payroll with this stuff, Policia, locals in el campo for informants. It's. Dangerous…and I can't cure it." He stood up, his pacing slightly agitated as his hands shook, "that's why we torched it all, why we killed the scientists, we wanted it wiped out for good; it shouldn't be back but some Puta decided he needed to fuck it all up!" He snarled. Punching the wall and shaking the entire house, cracking the steel reinforced concrete.
"Calm down," Uravity urged him, putting a calming hand on his shoulder, which he roughly shrugged off, "getting angry isn't solving anything, what can we do right now to combat this?"
Izuku slowly let the tension bleed out of his shoulders, "other than destroying the supplier you mean?...if I had the right facility I may be able to synthesize something to combat Spice…but it's a million to one odds that I'll be able too even with something more advanced than what I got now."
"You don't have everything you need here?" She asked in surprise.
"I'm a convicted Felon, I'm lucky they let me have the chemicals I got now." he reminded her. "And there's certain machines and analyzers that I've never had access to, they may be able to figure out what goes into Nova."
"Let me contact Nezu, we may be able to get you and your daughter relocated to UA." she said, pulling her phone out and dialing the number.
Izuku slowly sat down on a nearby stool, wringing his hands as he forced himself to calm down, everything would be fine. Nezu would get them the tools they needed, and Santana would find out who it was peddling the junk.
Then he'd pay them a visit.
The building trembled, the fluorescent lights above them flickering a bit, "what the-" Izuku started, only for the house to shake violently.
"Stay here!" Uravity commanded, charging up the stairs.
"Fuck that." Izuku retorted, vaulting over the table and following her up and out of the house.
Where his street had been consumed in chaos. Several homes had been destroyed or partially destroyed; his neighbors were running for cover and dragging others out of the way as two golem-like creatures with dark gray skin and bloody red gashes in their arms and back, they were Slowed only by a flaming Santana.
"Diablo!" Izuku shouted as he took off towards his friend.
"Quedate Atras Bane!" he shouted as he sent a jet of fire at one, its gray skin glowing at the temperature, "Estan en jugo!"
A large fist shot out of the flames, slamming into Santana's chest, sending him flying back into Izuku's arms.
"Santana!" Izuku cried out, his friend was coughing up blood, his right arm twisted at an odd angle.
"Fuckin' shit." he gasped out, clutching at his chest.
"Release!"
Two cars crashed into the giants, prompting Izuku to pick up his friend and run into the house, setting him down in the secure basement, "where's Eri and Toshi?"
"School." Santana rasped. "Left before they got here-these ones took it willingly…it's not the same strain."
Izuku clenched his fist and stood up, "they attack my home…" he growled, charging back up the stairs. The front door had been destroyed in the skirmish between Uravity and the Golems, giving him a full view of Uravity dodging their powerful punches, slinging weightless boulders and cars at them. Her costume was slightly torn on the sleeves but was otherwise unharmed.
"Fall back! Heroes are inbound!" Uravity shouted at him, but Izuku didn't listen, he took off at a dead sprint, muscle's flexing as he lunged at the nearest golem, a powerful uppercut sending it flying back down the street.
"These sons of bitches want Bane." Izuku growled, dodging the second ones attempted strike and getting behind it, wrapping his arms around it's waist he brought it up and over, "I'll fuckin' show them Bane!"
With a BOOM! Izuku slammed the golem head first into the Street, lodging it into a manhole as he jumped back, barely dodging the firsts attempt at catching him off guard.
"Don't forget about me!" Uravity snapped as she grabbed one of the monsters arms.
What followed next had both Izuku and the golem's partner pause and watch as Uravity slammed the brute about the street before she spun about and launched him at his friend, sending both crashing into the middle of the street.
"Santa mierda…" Izuku muttered as he stalked towards the two things, he scowled when he found both unconscious "they're not dead." he muttered as Uravity walked over. "Whatever they got injected with is a hell of a lot more stable."
"How's Santana?" she asked worriedly.
"Unconscious in the house, we'll need-" he stopped as several heroes came running onto the scene.
"Freeze Bane!" the nearest one shouted, making Izuku tense.
"He's not the target, secure these two!" Uravity ordered as she stepped in their way.
"Uravity?" Kamui Woods questioned, surprised to see her so far from Ryukyu's agency.
"We have civilians injured and trapped in their houses," uravity continued firmly. "Help them."
The heroes hesitated for a moment before moving, Izuku sat down heavily, coughing a bit into the crook of his arm.
"Are you alright?" Uravity asked worriedly.
"Fine." He rasped, wincing as he worked his shoulder, "pulled a muscle or two, been a while since I've been in a fight."
"Take it easy for now, we'll get you and Santana to UA, Recovery Girl can heal you right up."
"I don't need healing." Izuku snapped through coughs, forcing himself to his feet, "but we need to get Santana there now."

Bakugo glared at the golem-like man that they currently had locked up, several High Tension bindings on them to stop them to keep them restrained, "what the fuck did these guy's pump into their bodies?" he muttered.
"Nothing good," Aizawa said from behind him, Red Riot, Ryukyu and Ingenium were standing slightly behind him, "whatever it is, it's more potent than Venom…and permanent."
"It's like those guy's at the Detrenat building," Red Riot pointed out, "only they burned out after thirty minutes, this guy's still trucking."
"his buddy isn't," Bakugo said.
"They're also less mutated to the point where they can still function to a degree." Ingenium added, "this is a different compound."
"A deadly one." Ryukyu agreed, "strong enough to put even the former villain El Diablo out of commission."
"What was he even doing there?" Ingenium asked, his arm moving robotically as he spoke, "he is a villain! Why are we allowing him to be around accomplices such as Bane!"
"I'd like to see you keep them away from each other." Bakugo sneered, "besides, neither have given any indication they're plotting something, Diablo was reportedly protecting civilians when those things attacked."
"Without him the casualties may have been higher." Best Jeanist said, walking in, "as it is, we have three concussions and few scrapes and bruises. Infinitely better than what we would've had if he hadn't been there." He looked at the golem, "have they spoken?"
"One grunted out 'Blockbuster' when we were initially restraining them," Red said, "past that, not very chatty."
"Blockbuster." Jeanist muttered, "I'll confer with Bane when we're done here, see if the term means anything to him."
"Where is he?" Ingenium asked.
"He's in a lab Nezu set up for him." Aizawa said, "he's analyzing some samples we took from these two,"
"I'd of thought he'd be in the infirmary with his friend." Ryukyu hummed.
"Diablo has a broken arm, a few bust ribs, and a concussion." Bakugo said, "he'll be fine when he wakes up and the old lady heals him."
"And the parole board has already drawn blood and done their CT scans on Bane." Jeanist added. "A condition of his parole anytime he gets into altercations so they can have proof he's not using Venom."
"They're testing him even when he's attacked like that?" Red asked with a frown, "not very manly."
"It's necessary." Aizawa growled, "he's dangerous."
"How dangerous can he be as a parolee?" Ingenium scoffed.
"Why don't you ask the giant golem he sent flying with a punch." Bakugo grunted, "or the brand new crater he put the other one in."
"He was strong enough in his hayday to go toe to toe with All-Might." Ryukyu said, "and many would argue that he is still in his prime."
"And we don't have All-Might anymore," Aizawa continued, "Diablo only turned himself in because Bane did. If Bane decided he wanted to reclaim his former title of Kingpin then DIablo would be the first to follow him."
"Then why were they granted parole in the first place?" Ingenium asked, his voice scandalized.
"They've been model prisoners since they turned themselves in," Jeanist explained, "and despite their-many-crimes, none were enough to deny them parole."
"Even their kills were deemed in self-defense." Aizawa scoffed, "like they weren't even Murderers."
Bakugo shifted at that.
"Am I making you uncomfortable, Dynamight?" Aizawa questioned.
"No." Bakugo barked out shortly. "What's all this got to do with now? We've already ruled Bane out as a culprit. He's trying to help."
"He is," Ryukyu agreed slowly, sharing a look with Jeanist, "but there's no denying that he is somehow linked to it all…we need to tread lightly."
"Agreed," Aizawa said, turning back to the golem, "but for now, we find out who these two were before they got their makeover."
