The early morning sun shone through the somewhat open curtains in the bedroom of Tristan and MichaelAnne Llewellyn at the famed ThunderStar Mansion and Ranch. It was more than famous. It was universally known. It was set up more like a huge palace as opposed to a regular mansion. The mansion itself, the land it sat on and all around the two thousand acre spread sat on top of and carved out of what ended up being named ThunderStar Mountain. But deep beneath and inside the mountain that circled and surrounded the two thousand acreage sat very special secrets known only to MichaelAnne, her family, and friends. MichaelAnne, the man wrapped around her, their siblings and friends were known as the Universal Galactic Knights, like their Knight counterparts, they were a secret band of warriors and defenders against the evils of those who attempted to operate above the law. The beeping of her communications link woke her and Tristan up. Looking at the clock on the nightstand Tristan groaned. MichaelAnne activated her communications link that connected her to her ride and partner known as T.A.R.I.C. or ThunderStar Automated Remote Interactive Computer.
"There had better have been a major emergency for you to wake us all up at the crack of dawn Taric." MichaelAnne said. "You know how much of a bear Tristan and I are before we have our coffee."
"You know I would not have done this if it was not a full A.K.E.A.." Taric replied. "But according to Devon, King Thunderis is calling video communication from Thunderia and is ordering all Knights to report to the command center for a new mission."
"That is not funny Taric." Tristan groaned. "We just got back from an undercover mission with TsueiaSafari which took us three months to complete. What is this new mission, and why is it suddenly an Akea mission?"
"Hey I am only the messenger." Taric retorted. "According to Devon, King Thunderis said that he would only lay out the details of the mission once everyone is present and accounted for."
Tristan suddenly sat straight up. MichaelAnne tightened her lips closed so he would not see her trying like crazy to keep from laughing. He looked adorable with his bedhead long golden brown almost wheat colored hair strung out all over the place. They had grown up together with their siblings and friends eventually gaining the powers of their respective Knights,learning they were able to harness the powers and elements of their various guardian kingdom planets. They got up, each got a change of clothes, and headed for the shower. "By showering together we will get done faster."
"A very wonderful concept, my love." MichaelAnne giggled. She knew he had more than just waking up and getting cleaned up in mind when they were together. "However, we do not want to anger the parental units by showing up shriveled and late. We will be able to make time later on just for us."
"You are right, we cannot keep them waiting." Tristan growled, grabbing her and pulling her close to himself. "Besides, the trio still have yet to meet the rest of your side of the family." MichaelAnne sighed contently. The trio Tristan was referring to was none other than their children; Ethan Michael, Rhiannon Lucinda, and Devon Gabriel. They had just celebrated turning thirteen in two thousand and eight. Shortly after MichaelAnne and her siblings graduation from highschool and the final battle with the interstellar forces of evil, MichaelAnne and Tristan decided that since their royal forms of Karyson Wolfe and Reimeiko Thunderis were married before the last battle centuries ago, it was time for them to complete the circle and connect their human forms. Sadly MichaelAnne's parents Robert and Veronica McKagan had not been able to be there because of first Veronica's passing thereby returning to her royal form of Kyiandra Kinsworthy Thunderis; then Robert a few years later returning to his form of Thor Thunderis. But her brother Randall stepped in for their dad to give her away to Tristan. Then later, while battling it out with Jeffery Braxton for complete control of TsueiaSafari, MichaelAnne discovered she was pregnant, then later during a lull in the continuous battles against Braxton, a new trio was born like their father, twin sons with a daughter in between. Their Animagus or Priderian guardians and companions sat in chairs bearing the symbols of their respective Knights and their own handles when MichaelAnne and the others finally showed up.
"We received an urgent video call from King Thunderis asking for all of the Knights to meet here in the command center for new assignments." Macc announced. "Now that everyone is here, King Thunderis, all of the Knights are here and accounted for."
"Thank you Macc." Thunderis replied. "Now for the main reason I called for all of the Knights. The time has come for you to begin another great quest. You will be going through different times and dimensions but it is important to gear all of you up for what will be the ultimate universal war to end all wars."
"Somehow I do not like the sound of that." Pepper D'Angelo said. "It sounds pretty serious and dangerous."
"Indeed it is but I and the Council believe in all of you and the talents Jehovah gave you." Thunderis acknowledged. "Now, you are all heading out through the Corridor of Time and Dimension to the first place of the Crystal Quest. It will begin with all of the Elemental powered Knights first starting with the Ice and Water Knights Orion, Storm, Pisces, Cancer, Scorpio, Neptune, Mercury and Aquarius. While they are questing for their Ice and Water crystals, the rest of you will be taking up a series of cases in the other areas. The fleet will meet you at the various locations to help with the cases until all of the Knights have gained their full Universal Power. T.S.1 as the main mobile command center of the fleet you will be in overall command. Khronos has already gained his Universal Crystal and powers, as well as the other Region Knights so Saturn will be joining all of you in the quest and on the case. I have arranged everything in advance, especially your quarters in these various places. Khronos and the Corridor are linked to your communicators. You will receive further instructions once you reach your first destination."
"Alright, you heard him Knights." MichaelAnne said. "It is time to get up and ready to go."
"So much for planning their birthday celebration." Regan replied. "We do not know how long these quests will take and we were planning a huge celebration in their honor."
"Do not worry Regan." Kyiandra said. "You guys will be ready in time and it will be a birthday that Randall and the twins will never forget."
MichaelAnne and the Knights gathered in the center of the Knights main base of operations and called for the Corridor of Dimension and Time. Once there, Knight Khronos set the coordinates for their first destination after the Ice and Water Knights went to start their quests.
"Okay, be careful in the Corridors." Knight Khronos cautioned. "They have a tendency to hit some serious storms at times. Keep a hold of each other at all times just as the Water and Ice Knights have done. You will land in the ThunderStar One command center on arrival of your first case."
"Do you have any idea as to what these cases are and who all are involved?" Knight Thunder asked.
"As the guardian of Dimensions, I know what all of you know as far as this goes." Knight Khronos replied. Using his power, he opened the door to what would be their first case. As the Knights approached the open door he spoke again. "No matter what, stay together and may the power protect you."
ThunderStar1 the flagship of the Thunderian royal family and the Knights flying command center also referred to as Tessa sat out of the way of the runways of L.A.X. waiting for the arrival of the Knights. This would be the first place on their journey and quests and according to King Thunderis, Tessa and the rest of the Knight Fleet had to be ready for their arrival. MichaelAnne, Randall, and Shannon were the only ones of the Knights that had vehicles that had technical acronyms like Macc, Karic, and Taric the rest of them carried the names of their respective Knights but like the leaders of the Knight crew, all their vehicles could transform into various transportation for land, air, or sea with no problem. A signal in the main database alerted her to the change and she reported it to the rest of the crew.
"Get ready you guys." she ordered. "MichaelAnne and all of the Knights should be landing close to you in five, four, three, two, one." All at once a portal to the D.S.T.C. opened and the Knights appeared all together. "Welcome to Los Angeles, California. The video conference with King Thunderis will be in the Command Center. He will have your assignments from there."
"Thank you Tessa." MichaelAnne said. "I am glad Dad decided to have you guys along for this quest. Come on, it is time to find out what our assignment is here and where we go from here."
"You do realize that we will not all be able to fit in that conference room, there are too many of us." Regan announced.
"Actually like the rest of the fleet, Tessa is able to expand and change to whatever shape we need." Amanda replied. "Tessa, please show Mr. Doubtful just how adjustable you are."
Just to show what Amanda meant, Tessa created enough conference rooms to accommodate all of the Knights that were present and accounted for.
"Well roll me in batter and call me a fritter." Rory declared. "Now that is one smart and beautiful computer guidance system thanks to her programmers as well."
"I am glad that you think these are so amazing, Keiran." King Thunderis said, his face appearing on the large video screen.
"Okay, I am confused, if our assignments were supposed to start here in Los Angeles, why did you have us use the D.S.T.C?" MichaelAnne asked.
"For the same reason these quests are to remain a secret because the Primerian Federation has eyes and ears everywhere," he replied. "Some of the other places you all will be going on this quest, will be in different time lines and dimensions. Others will be here in the present and other places on Eartheria."
"You still have not told us what this quest is all about, Your Majesty." Pepper D'Angelo declared. "I can say I am a mix of excited and scared about what these missions entail."
"Then I will tell you all." Thunderis said. "Centuries ago before Jehovah decreed the creation of the Universal Knights and their various counterparts, he created a series of crystals. Each of these crystals, just like their particular Knights, would harness the ultimate powers of the respective element. The time would come when, once the Universal circle of Knights was complete, the ThunderStar Knights of that timeline would make the quest missions to search for and connect with their respective, what we call, Universal Ultimate Crystal Power. Like your Knight powers, these crystals cannot be harnessed by anyone evil, these are for the Universal Knights and the future generations alone. Here in Los Angeles, Orion, Storm, Mercury, Neptune,Pisces, Aquaria, Capricorn, Cancer and your Anamegian companions will go in search of your water and ice crystals. There are supposed to be five, but since Knight Icer is not with you, that search will have to come later. MichaelAnne, while the Ice and Water Knights quest for their crystals, Jade and the Enforcers and the rest of the Knights are going to take the lead on a couple of cases we have here.
