Ollie babbled on in the back seat, asking questions about where they were going, making comments on different cars that he saw, and otherwise providing his parents a much needed distraction from the emotional turmoil that they were both experiencing. Tommy desperately wanted about ten minutes alone with Jason to just lose his shit. Kimberly wanted a few minutes to herself to just break down. She hadn't known what would happen when these two met, but she hadn't expected to completely lose it. Just seeing them this close to each other highlighted how much her son looked like his father and the little bit she had seen from Tommy highlighted how wrong she was to leave him all those years ago.

"What happened to the dojo?" Ollie asked as Tommy parked and honked the horn. He could see the water damage, but he didn't understand. Uncle Jason hadn't mentioned something bad happening the last time they had talked to him.

"There was a flood late last week. I've brought some spares from my dojo to help Jason get his doors back open. We all know how long it'll be if he just waits on insurance," Tommy said as the other rangers poured out of the dojo and he looked over at Kimberly. She stared ahead at all of them and looked over at Tommy, pleaded that he get what she needed and she saw the knowing look in his eyes. "You need a bit by yourself?"

"Please," Kim said as Tommy just nodded and then motioned for Ollie to follow him. She watched as they greeted the other rangers and she let herself lose it. Tommy would keep Ollie away for long enough for her to have this breakdown and pull herself back together. The driver's door opened and she looked over to see Trini hop into the driver's seat.

"Oh Kim. I'm so sorry," Trini whispered as she just shook her head. She wasn't sure that she could take Trini's sympathy right now, but one look at her let her know that Trini wasn't happy with this either. "Tommy…Ollie…"

"Tommy figured it out, Ollie hasn't…yet," Kim forced out as Trini stared at her. This felt like a horror story of how Tommy could find out that he was a father, but Tommy was all smiles from what she had seen- so he was camouflaging the shock well. She bet that would only last until he could get any of them alone. "Why the fuck did Jason…"

"The adjuster moved back when he could be here to take a look at the dojo and Tommy was the only person that could come to the airport," Trini supplied as Kim let out a sob and she leaned across the console and pulled her into her arms. Kim had held so much together as a single parent, but she couldn't piece herself back together right now. These were the people that she had always been willing and able to lose it with. "I do think that Ollie should hear it from you."

"I know, but Tommy and I need to talk. And I need to figure out how to actually tell him and…" Kim trailed off as sobs took over and Trini just held her. This was harder than she had thought it was going to be and she had somewhat prepared herself that she would see Tommy this time.

"Ollie! Hey buddy," Jason said as the boy barrelled over to him and gave him a hug. Tommy, however, glared at him and he gulped. Ollie seemed to be totally oblivious that he had been in the jeep with both of his parents. Tommy, it seemed, had figured that out and was about to let loose on Jason. Jason was the only person that Tommy knew could take it. "Why don't you go help Zack and Rocky, okay? I need to talk with Tommy for a bit."

"Sure," Ollie said as he sprinted off for the other two men and Tommy nodded towards the office. Jason walked ahead of him, genuinely concerned that Tommy might knock his ass out as soon as they got behind closed doors.

"What the fuck were you thinking?" Tommy growled as he slammed the door and Jason turned around to face him. Tommy might not have been mad at Kimberly, but he was furious with Jason and the others. They had not given her any warning that he would even be here today. "Her phone died and she was basically ambushed at the airport. No warning. No idea that I was showing up. She had a full blown panic attack and I can guess why I would elicit that. And if you lie to me and say that he isn't my son- I'm going to lose it."

Jason let out a sigh as he met Tommy's gaze and saw that he wasn't angry about the secret. He was angry that neither of them had gotten a heads up about what they were walking into. He was furious that Jason had put Kimberly in this position. And under all of that, he could see that what bothered Tommy most was how much this had hurt Kimberly. He still wanted to protect her.

"There was nobody else that could go. I'm sorry that this is how you had to find out and I'll apologize to Kim once she…where is she?" Jason asked as Tommy rolled his eyes and took in a deep breath. "She asked for alone time."

"Yeah and I don't know how we're supposed to talk about any of this when she can barely hold it together around me," Tommy settled between Jason and the door and Jason realized that Tommy wasn't going to let him leave any time soon. Tommy was pissed. The kind of pissed that he had never seen. "Why didn't any of you tell me?"

"She asked me not to. I'm assuming it's the same with everyone else. None of us have liked it, Tommy- but there is only one person you should have ever heard this from and it's not any of us," Jason said as Tommy let out a growl and Jason folded his arms. "Dude, I give zero fucks how mad you are at me right now. I've got other things to handle right now and you're standing between me and them."

"Fine, but just keep in mind- if I'm this mad- how do you think Ollie is going to feel?" Tommy said before he set his face to show no emotions and then exited the office. Jason froze as he let out a sigh- Tommy was right. Ollie was likely to be far more pissed at the deception that all of them had participated in for years.
