If any of had checked my profile you would know that I put this story on hiatus. but I got bored of studying and decided to type up and post a chapter.

Aizen kept on running till he was out of the twelfth division premise. Once out of the gates he scouted for a safe place to hide. Taking shelter in an abandoned box in an alleyway he took stock of his current condition in order to plan.

'Hmm…' he mused as he inspected his rodent features. 'Looks like something caused me to turn into a rodent. But what was it? While this form is good forhiding and traveling it is also very vulnerable. I have to find a way to turn back into a soul reaper and regain my powers.'

He then decided to continue on to the first division where his sealed sword had been kept under lock and key. 'Maybe…' he thought 'Maybe Kyoka Suigetsu can help me.'

In an random box in an alleyway

Aizen contemplated his options. To reach the first division he could take only one route and that was to go through the thirteenth division. However being reduced in size was comprising his navigational skills and sense of direction. Releasing an annoyed huff he started on his journey.

'Ahh… yes down this street and I should pass by the last building i.e. the captain's quarters.' Aizen mused making his way through. As a mouse shunpo was a lot slower but there wasn't any other choice. He released a breath when he found himself scurrying across the wooden floor while trying to remember the shortcuts.

Suddenly out of nowhere a giant paw came down upon him. Aizen ran as fast as he could and slid under a cupboard, pressing himself to a corner in order to avoid the paw.

Ikkaku and Yumichika who were looking for their giant captain and miniature superior had found their way to the Thirteenth division hoping to find them.

They quickly hid themselves when they heard voices approaching. It was Kioyne's and Sentarou's. They were arguing about something. Something about Captain Ukitake having disappeared. They peeked from their hiding place only to see nothing but a ginger tabby cat and a porcupine. It took them a few moments to realize that the animals were in fact Kioyne and Sentarou, the two loyal third seats of Captain Ukitake.

Kiyone and Sentarou after meeting the third and fifth seat of the eleventh division informed them unhappily about their beloved captain's disappearance.

"… and we can't find him anywhere." sobbed Kiyone almost yowling while trying to wipe her face with a paw.

"We can't find the captain and the lieutenant either." replied the oddly colored peacock who was in fact a perplexed Yumichika.

The quartet continued to discuss why or how of mysterious disappearance of their captains and lieutenants along with their puzzling transformation. However their conversation was cut short when Kiyone leapt into the air and started running after a mouse. The other three ran behind them to stop Kiyone from eating the mouse.

Mizuki Ren one of the seated officer of first who had gotten the job of informing all the divisions of the improptue captain's meeting to the senior seats. When he entered the captain's quarters he was treated to the sight of a rat chased by cat chased by a porcupine followed by a howling gibbon and an oddly black feathered peacock. As a response to such a sight he fainted.

As Kiyone tried to reach under the cupboard, instincts having long taken over she was pulled away by Ikkaku snarling. "Calm down Kotetsu!" yelled Sentarou jabbing her with his thorns. The ginger cat yowled and settled as her mind cleared.

"Wha..what…what's going on?" she asked blinking her grey kitty eyes at the three males.

"You were trying to eat a rat." informed Ikkaku.

"WHAT!" yelled Kiyone, feeling disgusted at the idea.

"I think we should go to the first division and inform the Soutaichou." said Yumichika seriously.

The others agreed and they set off towards the first division not knowing that a hitch hiker had jumped on Yumichka's polished black plume unnoticed.

Aizen settled down between the mass of feathers holding on and hoping that they didn't take note him.

I know I added another OC but the readers can rest assured that my OCs are merely for comic relief and to urge on the plot. Also watch out for the next chapter which will be crucial and extra large to make up for my broken promises of swift updates.
