This is Chapter 2 of Tales of the Decade Second Season. Please enjoy it like a fan for Kamen Rider. Please enjoy!
Chapter 2: The King of Time
For Natsumi, this is just one of those days but honestly much weirder. They were fighting Dai-Shocker of another world and not only that but another Tsukasa, much eviler and crueler as he becomes an evil Decade, Dark Decade. Tsukasa went Decade Complete and even with that, he lost to him. But before they would get roasted, well Dragonic was going to fight him, until a stranger appeared calling himself Kamen Rider Zi-O. Honestly… Natsumi finds today to be one of those weird days.
Daiki watches from his dark corner, startled to see a rider he is not aware of.
''Another Kamen Rider?'' He questions mentally, actually surprised.
Tsukasa and group watch as Dark Decade turns to eye the new rider approaching him.
''Absol!'' Layla barks, questioning if Tsukasa knows him. Tsukasa eyes her and responds unsure. ''I don't know this one either.''
He then eyes the purple dragon and orders him. ''Dragonic, explain.''
''Not right now.'' Dragonic just replies, focused on the matter at hand.
The group watches as Dark Decade groans seriously. He holds up the dark Ride Booker at Zi-O until Apollogeist steps in the way.
''My apologies, Great Leader, but allow me to kill this fool.'' Apollogeist proclaims, wishing to kill this man here and now. Shadow Moon stands beside him, going to assist. Dark Decade just scoffs and backs away, letting his servants deal with him.
Apollogeist now turns towards the rider and calls him out, irritated by his presence. ''You dare appear before his greatness and challenge him again, rider.''
He comes charging, swinging his sword and the rider Zi-O just blocks it with his right forearm, blocking and even snapping the blade in half. This startles the group and Apollogeist heavily.
''Oh wait. I was supposed to explain why I'm here?'' The mysterious rider begins to utter out, sounding surprised before he chuckles and corrects him. ''Well simple, I'm the King of Time.''
Zi-O then lifts up his right leg and delivers a powerful striking kick across Apollogeist's stomach so hard it pushes him off the ground and thrusts into a wall.
Shadow Moon staggers as he comes at Zi-O with a swing but he twirls around, evading it and then comes dashing in, delivering a striking punch across Shadow Moon's chest. It pushes him back though Shadow Moon has his feet grinding on the ground.
Natsumi gasps amazed by his two attacks while Tsukasa scoffs, not at all impressed. The two monsters stand up and come at him. Zi-O moves around their sword swings, evading them quickly as he then kicks both aside.
The strange belt glows as a Zi-O holds up his right and manifesting into the palm of his hand through a pink energy lining resembling a clock is a sword with a black and gray color scheme similar to ZI-O with a large Katakana symbol that means ''Sword'' on it with a similar insert attachment by the front of the blade resembling the belt.
"ZIKAN GIRADE!" The strange belt announces while Zi-O twirls his sword. He then charges at the two, swinging his sword with multiple strikes at both monsters. They brush off most of the hits as they come swinging but Zi-O parries their swings and stops them each swiftly. He then swings them and they are pushed away.
Zi-O then changes his sword into a gun weapon.
"ZYU! SURE SURE UCHI!" The weapon announces, fully changed form as a small blaster gun with the Katakana on it spelling out ''Gun'' now. Zi-O takes aim and presses the button on the top and then the trigger.
''TIME CHARGE GO!'' The weapon shouts, firing multiple energy shots that freeze up at first to both villains' surprise until Zi-O presses the top button and the shots resume, blasting them both as sparks fly out.
Zi-O pulls out his strange device from his belt and plugs it to the gun weapon, perfectly fitting in the spot that attaches the device to it.
''FINISH TIME!'' The gun announces as Zi-O takes aim and presses the trigger. ''ZI-O! SURE SURE SHOOTING!''
Zi-O fires a powerful blast from his gun, hitting both monsters hard. They still try to get up but Zi-O changes mode on the Zikan Girade.
"KEN! GIRI GIRI GIRI!" The weapon announces, fully changed as the sword forms back to its sword mode. He then plugs the device on his sword in its plug.
''FINISH TIME!'' The Zikan Girade announces as Zi-O presses the trigger.
''ZI-O! GIRI GIRI SLASH!'' The weapon announces as Zi-O swings the sword and unleashes a powerful energy slash. It strikes both Apollogeist and Shadow Moon with enough force to knock them out of their transformed states, and the two crash on the ground hard.
Scoffing at this, Dark Decade walks up to Zi-O. He calls him out, mocking him. ''Now you wish to get in my way, king?''
Zi-O turns to face him and responds rather kind yet rudely. ''Sorry, did you forget why I'm here for.''
Grunting, Dark Decade pulls out a Rider Card and dunks it into his belt.
''KAMEN RIDE…'' The Dark Decadriver proclaims as he pushes both handles and transforms into a new Dark Rider. ''GENM DANGEROUS ZOMBIE!''
Natsumi panics as Dark Decade starts posing like a zombie before charges at Zi-O who evades a fast punch from Dark Decade and swings his sword as Dark Decade parries with his dark Ride Booker sword form. Both weapons clash; sparks flying out as the two Riders swing and parries the other sword strikes but Zi-O slashes him faster. Sparks fly out from Dark Decade but Dangerous Zombie's regenerate effect kicks in, recovering all damage taken before slashing Zi-O back but the rider tanks it well before slamming a punch across the Dark Rider's chest.
Dark Decade is thrusted backwards but stands his ground. He then holds up a Rider Card and slides it into his belt.
''KAMEN RIDE…'' The Dark Decadriver announces as Dark Decade pushes its levers and transforms. ''G4!''
He becomes G4 with his massive rocket launchers, firing them right away. Zi-O switches his sword into a gun and fires a barrage of homing energy shots, exploding the rockets. He then fires more shots, damaging Dark Decade as he discards the launchers and thrusts a card into his belt.
''KAMEN RIDE…'' The Dark Decadriver begins to announce until suddenly dark sparks of electricity fly out from the Dark Decadriver, causing great pain to Dark Decade. This surprised the group as the evil Decade grunts in pain, paralyzed.
''Guess you haven't gotten used to those powers yet.'' Zi-O proclaims as he discards his weapon and presses the button of the device attached to his belt and then the belt's button too.
''FINISH TIME!'' The driver announces as Zi-O twirls it clockwise and then he leaps upward. Dark Decade watches as a series of magenta-colored "Kick" Katakana characters appear and circle around Dark Decade. As Zi-O is up high, the "Kick" characters merge into one and imprint on Zi-O's right foot as Zi-O performs a Rider Kick.
''ZI-O! TIME BREAK!'' The driver announces as Zi-O dives downward right towards Dark Decade. Grunting due to the sparks of electricity, he forces his arms and pushes the handles of his belt, completing the transformation. ''CRONUS!''
''Nani?'' Zi-O utters out as Dark Decade transforms into Kamen Rider Cronus before he forcefully thrusts a Rider Card into his belt.
''ATTACK RIDE…'' The Dark Decadriver proclaims as time suddenly freezes up. ''PAUSE!''
Zi-O is frozen as is nearly everyone and everything.
''Hahaha…'' Dark Decade starts laughing as he holds up his dark Ride Booker gun form, about to destroy this-
''DRAGONAUN CLAW!'' Dark Decade staggers as Dragonic suddenly appears and slams his right claw across his chest, glowing and releasing a powerful claw slash explosion. The blast sends Dark Decade-Cronus backwards as frozen time is undone.
Zi-O suddenly lands, stopping his Rider kick as he looks at Dragonic.
''Nice try but time pauses are useless against me.'' Dragonic proclaims with a smug smirk. Dark Decade rubs his burned chest and just starts laughing.
''Hahaha… You almost got me with that.'' Dark Decade admits, gazing at not just Zi-O but also Dragonic who adjusts his hat.
''Then we'll finish this here.'' The purple dragon declares, going to put his claw right through him. Dark Decade would like to test his upper limits against the dragon but the Dark Decadriver is still releasing sparks of electricity.
''Hate to disappoint you but we will finish this another time.'' Dark Decade proclaims as he turns to his minions who are already up on their feet and orders them. ''We're leaving for now.''
''Yes, Great Leader!'' Apollogeist proclaims, bowing down. Shadow Moon simply grunts, turning towards Tsukasa and can't help but want him dead so badly but he has no choice.
Dark Decade snickers calmly, reverting back to human form, before he turns towards Tsukasa and tells him with a hand finger point. ''It's been fun, other me.''
Tsukasa just glares at him firmly. The evil Tsukasa turns his back and waves his right hand, manifesting an Aurora Curtain. He prepares to walk in but pauses, almost forgetting something.
''Oh…'' He begins to utter out as he tells the group, mainly Tsukasa. ''Do tell Kaito I'll be seeing him soon.''
Daiki overhears that and sweats terrified, his hand clenching tightly though trembling. With that said, the evil Great Leader walks inside the portal followed by his generals with Shadow Moon looking towards Tsukasa before he walks inside. The Aurora Curtain soon vanishes away.
The group is left alone as the Dai-Shocker Troopers vanish as well, leaving the partly damaged city alone.
''Absol…'' Layla mutters out with Tsukasa agreeing with her. ''Yea, you and I both.''
Dragonic agrees, adjusting his hat again. Natsumi sweat drops, wishing she understood what Layla says but it's likely that she's relieved that they all survive. She turns around to look at the transformed rider and approaches him.
''Um excuse me.'' Zi-O turns to Natsumi standing before him, blushing as she thanks him. ''Thank you for helping us, Zi-O sir. I don't know if Tsukasa would do well… I'm just happy you came to help us!''
Layla smirks at Tsukasa who scoffs, his arms crossed while looking at the mysterious rider.
''…'' Zi-O remains silent until he pulls out the watch-like device and then removes the belt. His transformation is undone to reveal a young man with brown hair and eyes, wearing a pink shirt but an open up, black open jacket with golden lining and trimming. He also wears black, golden trimming cargo pants.
''You can call me Sougo, Sougo Tokiwa.'' The young man Sougo finally responds to the young lady before him, smiling. Natsumi smiles back, able to tell he's a nice person.
Sougo then turns to Tsukasa, the two staring at the other before he says with a smile. ''Wish we met under better conditions but I am glad we got to meet at last, Tsukasa-san.''
Tsukasa stares suspiciously. How does he know who he is? He knows the other riders learn of him due to Narutaki but…
''Could we talk somewhere more private?'' Sougo asks him, wishing to talk somewhere less open. Tsukasa still only looks at him but nods.
Natsumi smiles as she leads Sougo to her café as the others follow.
Daiki watches from afar, his arm still shaking till he grabs onto it with his other arm. He breathes heavily, actually sweating. That monster, Dark Decade, he's still a monster. What the hell is he supposed to do against him? He can't fight him like this.
''Get it together!'' Kaito yells to himself, recomposing and breathing. He adjusts his coat as he starts walking, deciding he'll follow Tsukasa just to steal what he and Dai-Shocker have. That way he'll flip the bird to both Dark Decade… and his brother. Speaking off…
''I might need a partner.'' He proclaims, smirking as he'll have to return.. to that place. He frowns but it's only for short, quick visit.
Returning back to the Hikari Studio, Tsukasa sips on his cup of coffee. Layla chews food in her dog bowl while Dragonic is chewing on rice and meat.
Natsumi serves a cup of coffee to Sougo who thanks her politely. ''Thank you.''
He blows a few times on the hot coffee before drinking on it, smiling by the warm taste. Tsukasa still stares at him firmly, being cautious who he is and what he is. He's a rider he is unfamiliar with and power that rivals if not surpasses Decade's.
''So what are you? A Rider of a parallel world?'' Setting his cup down on the table, Tsukasa begins questioning the stranger with a firm gaze.
Blinking, Sougo turns to the purple dragon who is now drinking a mug of coffee, and he asks him. ''You haven't told him about the other worlds after his, Dragonic?''
The purple scaled dragon staggers a bit, choking up the coffee he's drinking. He looks at Sougo before he slowly responds with a calm voice. ''We just dealt with Narutaki and I didn't want to overwhelm Tsukasa with too much information.'' He begins to tell them the existence of more Rider worlds, ones after Decade.
This surprises the entire group with Natsumi asking in surprise. ''There are more Rider Worlds?!''
Even Tsukasa is partly surprised. Something in him told him there were other worlds out there but for Dragonic to hide that truth from him; he is curious why.
''There are worlds past the World of Decade, 10 worlds-'' Dragonic begins to explain the other worlds after this world only to correct himself. ''Scratch that, 10+ as far as I should put it.''
''So there are worlds than just the Showa ones or like the World of G?'' Natsumi asks him with Dragonic replying with a nod. ''Exactly.''
''So when were you going to tell us of this?'' Tsukasa asks him with a narrow gaze. Dragonic just smirks as he answers him. ''Eventually. I was in no rush, till now.''
Tsukasa just hums with Natsumi then asks, more curious. ''So there are other Riders then too?''
Dragonic nods with a small smirk. Layla sweat drops, wondering if there are a million riders.
''Still doesn't answer why you're here?'' Tsukasa then questions Sougo who just finished drinking the coffee with a satisfied face… until he frowns and tells his fellow rider. ''Dark Decade had taken my powers.''
This staggers Dragonic, stopping from eating his meal. Even Tsukasa is alarmed by this; surprised his evil self can absorb rider powers. Could he do that too? No… maybe? He hums on that idea.
''Not all of them but mainly the powers of the Ridewatches.'' Sougo corrects him as Natsumi asks, blinking. ''Ridewatches?''
Sougo pulls out the same strange watch-like device he used to transform, explaining it. ''It's like the Rider Cards but as pocket watches.''
Natsumi nods amazed, now thinking if these Ridewatches that evil Decade stole were the powers of the past riders too.
''Dark Decade took the other Ridewatches I had, taking away almost all of my powers.'' Sougo expresses with a sadden voice, turning towards Tsukasa. He scoffs as he asks, unimpressed. ''So he's stronger then?''
''This isn't time to gloat.'' Tsukasa narrows his eyes towards Dragonic who proclaims firmly. ''Only Zi-O can fully wield the power of the Ridewatches as much as you can wield the Rider Cards, Tsukasa-kun.''
Dragonic adjusts his fedora hat downward, further explaining. ''If Dark Decade has the Ridewatches then his power is grander than regular Decade if not surpasses you and Zi-O together.''
Tsukasa sighs, now getting the gist of the situation. He eyes Sougo and says, almost suspicious. ''Then you screwed up and now this evil me is trying to kill me.''
Sougo just smiles with a small chuckle, trying to find some humor to all of this. Tsukasa sighs again, uttering with annoyance and sarcastic. ''Joy.''
Natsumi sweat drops but at least this isn't Tsukasa's fault. Though, now she's confused how this is all possible after what they went through against Narutaki.
''Dragonic-kun, how is there another Tsukasa-kun?'' Natsumi asks the purple dragon, looking really puzzled. ''Narutaki is the A.R. version of Tsukasa-kun unless this Great Leader is another?''
Dragonic had pondered on that but he's certain what this Dark Tsukasa is.
''I don't think so Natsumi-chan.'' The dragon begins proclaiming, getting off from his chair as he walks to the corner. ''See, here's something else I never told you all.''
''Here it comes.'' Tsukasa mutters with Layla barking, both certain it's something Dragonic kept hidden.
Reaching to the corner wall, Dragonic drags out a large white board with a marker as he begins drawing something on the board. The group watches as the dragon, flying across every side of the board and then shows the image he drew. It is a simple drawing of the 10 main Rider worlds, each one having the symbol of the main rider and underneath them are their A.R. Worlds.
''So as you know, this universe has main worlds, Original or True Worlds, and underneath them are alternative worlds with the main one referred as Alternative Reality aka A.R. Worlds. These worlds are the ''pilots'' of the original worlds thus they are what build upon the worlds above them and maintain the stabilization of the multiverse, well one of the many stabilization. If disturbed, the multiverse begins to flush like a toilet and they all slowly get erased or slammed themselves to create horrific destruction.'' Dragonic explains once more of what the original and A.R. Worlds are from their first adventure and why they must coexist.
He then further says. ''See each universe are just branches to another alternative version to themselves, like a fanfiction of let's say Captain Kirk never becoming the captain of the Enterprise OR if Monkey D. Luffy never ate the Gomu Gomu Fruit.''
Tsukasa, Natsumi and Layla are aware of it while Sougo hums, nodding as he seems to understand it.
''Just get to the point.'' Tsukasa then demands, wanting to know the point to all of this. Dragonic nods, drawing something on the board as he says. ''In the case with this other Tsukasa, let's dubbed him Great Leader Tsukasa or Dark Tsukasa; he is from the World of Negative.''
''World of Negative?'' Tsukasa and Natsumi both question puzzled, not aware of this world. Dragonic pulls back and reveals on the board a black mist between each world and they all connect to darker colored versions of the worlds. He then turns to Natsumi and asks her. ''Natsumi-chan, what is the opposite of matter.''
Natsumi hums, recalling it from Science class and she remembers, responding. ''Anti-matter?''
Dragonic grins as he proclaims. ''Correct! This is what the World of Negative is, a world in reverse and dark. So if the World of Kuuga is about Kuuga opposing the darkness by using that power to protect humanity; the Negative version of Kuuga would be a Grongi but worse, conquering or destroying all in the darkness.''
Natsumi gulps to hear that while Tsukasa finds that rather interesting: Rider Worlds where the main riders became the villains. He's heard of something similar like that but not sure where.
''You can even refer to this world like… the Dark Multiverse: A multiverse much like our own but everything in reverse and darker with no happy endings.'' Dragonic then reveals which causes Tsukasa to snap his fingers, now recalling it.
Natsumi sweat drops as she asks the dragon. ''So this other Tsukasa-kun is actually evil?''
''Those of the World of Negative aren't always evil but the world itself is the reverse of our own or events playing differently. Whatever was the Negative version of the World of Decade must be what caused Tsukasa to turn. Could come down to anything like Shocker likely having ruled that world or well…'' Dragonic begins to explain it to her but pauses, staring at Natsumi and actually relieved that Tsukasa is the ''hero'' he is right now because of her.
''Now any other questions?'' Coughing, Dragonic then asks, pushing the board back into the corner as it seemingly vanishes on the other end.
''… How you pull out that white board from nowhere?'' Tsukasa questions the dragon who grins and just tells him. ''A magician's secret.''
''Okay, then how is this other evil me here?'' Tsukasa then asks him as Dragonic answers him. ''He is you so he has your powers too. So he can travel between worlds and reality with the Aurora Curtain.''
Tsukasa rolls his eyes, already aware of that but not the point as he corrects his question. ''I mean why is he here? Just trying to get rid of me?''
''I think we both know why.'' Sougo then speaks up to him, aware of why Dark Decade is here: Kill the only other being who can oppose him, Decade.
Tsukasa isn't against the idea that there is more than one Decade… but he is against the idea that there is another one who will risk all of reality and the multiverse, like Narutaki. So his evil counterpart must view that but in reverse, viewing any other version but himself as a threat to his conquest. So it makes sense why he's coming at him.
''How do we stop him? Decade Complete wasn't strong enough.'' Natsumi then asks worried, realizing how badly outmatched Tsukasa was even with his Final Form and that form defeated Narutaki at his strongest. Even Tsukasa is upset about this, aware that Decade Complete is stronger and it can't handle those unknown rider forms. Where the hell did he get those?
Dragonic hums, thinking about it for a moment before he answers them. ''That just means that Decade can become stronger.''
This alarms Tsukasa, facing the purple dragon as he looks back and Sougo then reveals to him with a small, strong smile. ''Tsukasa-san, there are 10 worlds, 10 more Rider powers; 10 forms you can obtain and evolve your powers.''
This also shocks Natsumi greatly, questioning out loud. ''So Tsukasa-kun can become even more completed?!''
Dragonic chuckles, thinking of a name for that even more completed Decade. Beyond Complete? Nay. Further Beyond Complete? No. Complete Version 2? Too meh.
''Working title but yes.'' Dragonic says with a small grin. Tsukasa does like the idea to get more powers in case another threat comes up but it doesn't help his case to go through 9 or 10 more worlds when his evil counterpart is likely conquering worlds.
Even Layla barks that they can't explore other worlds or else Dark Decade will conquer this world. Tsukasa agrees as he tells the dragon. ''Do we even have time to do this whole fortune wheel ride again?''
''We do.'' Sougo suddenly speaks up before Dragonic can answer, informing Tsukasa. ''Dark Decade hasn't truly mastered the powers he's taken. If he fights like he did, he will overload and likely lose his life. Until he does have full control of my powers, he won't get in our way.''
Layla actually sighs of relief, meaning they have time. Tsukasa, however, protests on the last bit as he gazes towards Sougo. ''Our?''
Sougo nods with a small frown, admitting his weakened state. ''I can't beat Dark Decade in my current condition. If you can gain the powers of the other Heisei Riders, then maybe a miracle will happen.''
''A miracle…'' Natsumi utters out, finding it amazing to see.
''I get the gist of it…'' Tsukasa simply says, starting to understand what he must do: Defeat Dark Decade.
Natsumi frowns, wishing that Tsukasa doesn't risk his life again but she knows only Decade can fight the evil Decade.
Tsukasa notices her expression and sighs, proclaiming to ease her worries. ''I'll handle this evil me. But I'm doing it for Natsumi…''
He then pauses, touching his camera dangling on his chest. He's reminded of his sister and all the worlds and Riders he's met. Tsukasa then says determinedly. ''And all of the worlds we've captured their image into our memories and their people.''
Dragonic smirks while Natsumi blushes happily, surprised he said it in plural, meaning all of us.
''That and it wouldn't hurt to become the strongest Kamen Rider either.'' Tsukasa then says with a small smirk, liking the ring to that title. Destroyer of Worlds but Strongest Kamen Rider; Tsukasa smirks taunting Soji Tendo with that but also rubbing it across Daiki's face.
Sougo begins chuckling, rather playfully to Tsukasa's annoyance.
''What's so funny?'' Tsukasa questions him firmly. Sougo calms down as he tells him honestly, still smiling. ''No, I like your attitude Tsukasa-san.''
Tsukasa raises an eyebrow while Natsumi is literally surprised. Does he like Tsukasa's attitude? That surprises her.
''You speak the truth whenever you get the chance and wish to become more than sitting around.'' Sougo says, sounding somewhat stern near the end.
''I wouldn't say that.'' Tsukasa calls him off as he corrects him with his signature finger point and smirk. ''I am always speaking the truth and always getting stronger.''
Natsumi sweat drops heavily as does Layla. Dragonic also sweat drops but he can't deny he's not wrong either.
''Maybe but I can see that in you.'' Sougo still says, honestly seeing the potential he has within him. ''That's why I need to help you to reach the power to defeat Dark Decade.''
Tsukasa isn't at all convinced by that but Natsumi does point out in agreement. ''Well we would need the help, Tsukasa-kun.''
''I can always call Yusuke to help us. Heck, any Yusuke would work.'' Tsukasa protests, still having no idea who this Sougo is and unlike that friendly idiot: this one hasn't tried to kill him so it says much.
''I know but Yusuke-kun has his world to protect and Sougo-kun needs our help and wishes to assist.'' Natsumi tells him, thinking they will need Sougo's help. ''Plus he's familiar with Dark Decade and Dai-Shocker. That's really helpful!''
''Absol!'' Layla, however, barks in protest as she's siding with Tsukasa's point of view. Tsukasa smirks, petting her as he says. ''Good Layla. That's two votes against yours.''
Layla barks, blushing red. Dragonic sweat drops, kinda missing how she always used to bite him.
''Well Natsumi-chan does speak the truth. After all, she's the owner of the shop no~?'' Kivala suddenly proclaims, siding with Natsumi as she giggles. Natsumi giggles back as she tells Tsukasa off, her hands on her hips. ''Guess we're even.''
''… The bat doesn't count.'' Tsukasa immediately protests, gazing at Kivala who's more a guest than someone who lives here.
''Jiggly-'' Jigglypuff speaks up, floating beside Tsukasa who glares at it and proclaims, slapping him away. ''No you puffball.''
''JIGGLY!'' Jigglypuff screams, hitting around the ceiling, walls and floor like a pinball. Tsukasa sighs as he says while Natsumi tries catching the pinball pink mon. ''How did this thing even show up?''
''You created too many Aurora Curtains, Tsukasa-kun.'' Dragonic reminds him, attempting to bring out Arceus. He chuckles at that; Arceus would never appear before someone like Decade.
''Just lovely…'' Tsukasa mutters, watching as Jigglypuff hovers gently towards Natsumi who cuddles it.
''Well I love him very much!'' Natsumi expresses with happiness. Jigglypuff sweat drops as it cries out. ''Jiggly-Jiggly!''
''She, apparently but she thanks you.'' Dragonic corrects Natsumi that this Jigglypuff is a she. Natsumi just giggles, still hugging her.
''Dragonic.'' Groaning at this waste of time, Tsukasa speaks up to Dragonic as he gives him the real last vote. ''You settle the vote.''
''HMM…'' The purple dragon hums, thinking as he rubs his under chin. The others watch as after leaving a long pause, Dragonic turns to them and declares as his tail points to Sougo. ''I'm with Tokiwa-kun.''
Natsumi giggles while Tsukasa complains with his arms crossed and his face is just as annoyed. ''Seriously?''
Dragonic nods as he points out what Natsumi said already. ''Like Natsumi-chan said: Sougo has fought and knows Dark Decade and his forces more than any of us.''
Tsukasa still isn't sure but Dragonic parts are words of wisdom. ''Like I learned through my many journey through understanding the universe and seeing it all: Trust in those who wish to help.''
''… Fine.'' Tsukasa just says, not given a choice but to accept. Dragonic smirks as he declares excitedly, flying upward and twirls around in the sky. ''Then what are we waiting for?!''
He flies towards the backdrop of the café as the dragon announces excitedly. ''We have the whole multiverse counting on us!''
''Absol!'' Layla barks, smiling as Natsumi nods, smiling brightly, expressing with determination. ''Everyone is depending on us so we can't let them down!''
Dragonic nods determinedly as he turns to the backdrop, having been working on improving it since last time and with the updates, they should be able to travel to the other worlds they need to go and it should give him time to work on reaching the World of Negative.
He pulls on the rope of the backdrop as the café begins to shake and outside of them; the Hikari Studio begins fading away, teleporting to a new world.
''The first world we'll go…'' Sougo begins to inform the group as the backdrop magically pulls down a drawing of a nighttime city with a large windmill-like fan tower and the white moon in the horizon. ''Is the World of W.''
Tsukasa gazes firmly, tightening his hands not for how serious this situation is but how exciting he feels. He's once more going to a new world and new photos to capture. He smirks a bit, actually looking forward to this.
Dragonic narrows his eyes towards Sougo talking to Natsumi, just getting to know each other as she giggles. He frowns slightly, speaking mentally with a worrying mental tone. ''Though I can be wrong too.''
Returning to the Dai-Shocker palace in the World of Negative, Shadow Moon punches his fist through the wall. He's pissed that they retreated after he was this close to achieving his revenge upon his former master.
''I HAD HIM!'' He expresses furiously, turning upward to the Great Leader sitting on his throne chair. He begins complaining towards him. ''Great Leader, you should have let me finish him off! I have every right to-''
Suddenly his words are silent by the unmeasurable pressure of the Great Leader as he gains a black outline across his body. It is undescribed, like a torrent of unspeakable power. It's… frightening.
Calming down with a small breath in, the black outline vanishes as Dark Tsukasa speaks up, acknowledging his minions' desires. ''Yes, you do Shadow Moon but right now I care little about your petty revenge.''
Narrowing his stare towards him without looking at him, he reminds him coldly. ''You are Dai-Shocker now. Disobey and be erased.''
Shadow Moon groans, actually terrified to disobey him… but secretly, he wants to kill him badly. He is just as bad as his former master and will not let him.
''Unless, you care more about Decade over the princess.'' Dark Tsukasa then taunts him with a smug smirk. This staggers Shadow Moon, his fist shaking before he declares, bowing down to him. ''OF COURSE NOT!''
''Good...'' Dark Tsukasa says with an evil smirk, expecting that response. ''You will get your chance for revenge. For now, obey.''
''Yes, Great Leader.'' Shadow Moon simply proclaims, standing up and walking away. Apollogeist watches him leave until it's the two of them alone. As strong as he is, Apollogeist has such distrust for Shadow Moon and what he'll do to his master. And the princess may be helping him perform the coup.
''He might plan to overthrow you with the princess.'' Apollogeist admits to his master only for him to be fully aware of such a plan in a sarcastic tone. ''Like I wasn't aware.''
The evil Tsukasa knows all about it. It's almost cute that his sister found the right pawn to use against his empire, well the only one willingly to.
''What now, Great Leader?'' The loyal general asks him. The Great Leader simply taps his fingers on the arm of his throne before curling his lip into a smirk, telling him. ''Let him. I need time anyway. The powers I had taken from the demon have not adapted to my body.''
Apollogeist nods, agreeing with him. He feared that challenging Decade was too soon nonetheless facing him, that king.
Dark Tsukasa looks at his hand, glowing in dark energy. He can feel the power of the Ridewatches within his body, trying to overload him but he'll take full control of their power for his conquest. He's so close that he can't afford to let anything take this power away from him… especially him.
''Once the doctor makes the adjustments so I can use these powers, none will oppose me.'' The Great Leader proclaims, snickering at the idea to wield the power's rule over all. He squeezes his hand, declaring proudly. ''And then the multiverse will belong to Dai-Shocker, in the palm of my hand.''
Apollogeist bows to his greatness. He will not fail him.
''For now, proceed in conquering the other worlds. Begin with the A.R. Worlds.'' Dark Tsukasa commands his general to proceed with his plans of conquest… However, he has to deal with Decade and his allies. So he orders him too. ''But Apollogeist, our plans will change a bit. Make sure you are involved in the A.R. Worlds that Decade will travel and take them over and stop him. If you get the chance to kill him, do so.''
''So you think he plans to gain new powers from those worlds?'' Apollogeist questions him if Decade's plan is to gain more power. Dark Tsukasa smirks and tells him firmly. ''... I would.''
He looks down at the monster and tells him firmly. ''You're one of the few I trust, Apollogeist.''
The Great Leader narrows his eyes seriously, warning him kindly. ''Never make me regret my choice.''
Apollogeist kneels down, changing into human form and vows to him. ''I will not fail you, Great Leader. Ever.''
Dark Tsukasa just smirks and lets him leave. His general obeys, standing up and bows before walking out of the throne room. Apollogeist must not fail him so it's best to check up on the doctor on the progress of the items.
Walking to the left of the long hallway, Apollogeist arrives at a messy yet malicious-like laboratory with a lot of different devices across the madman's room and a lot of glasses of beer across the room.
''Doctor, how is progress?'' He questions as he spots a small bat-like creature on the ceiling. It flies down, becoming light as it twirls around before becoming a humanoid. It is a Fangire, vampire-like theme with long white hair. The rest of its body is gray-like with black almost skeleton-like armor but also wearing a white lab coat and a pair of glasses.
''SMOOTHLY~!'' The Fangire proclaims eagerly, showing its sharp closed fangs that seem to be smiling. He points his long lab coat right sleeve towards two stasis tubes: One of them contains a strange rectangle item wrapped in darkness and the other resembles a sword of sorts.
Apollogeist hums, chuckling that his leader will be pleased that the project is nearly done.
''Good, our Great Leader expects you to finish this quickly.'' He proclaims as he's about to leave but the Doctor then asks him curious. ''Oh, and our spy?''
Apollogeist turns to the monster and tells him. ''So far she is in their group but hasn't made any attempts to contact us. I just don't understand why her?''
''For she's a good girl.'' The Doctor says with quick chuckles. Apollogeist hums as he orders him. ''I won't even ask. Finish the work.''
''AT ONCE~!'' The Fangire proclaims eagerly, twirling around rapidly. Apollogeist scoffs as he turns around and walks away. Now alone, the doctor pulls out a photo and strokes it.
''Soon…'' He begins to say, gazing deeply at the photo of two people: An older man and a little girl. ''We will meet, my dear.''
Author's Note: Time to clarify things:
1) This is now full on Fanfic territory, using elements from the Decade series from the TV Series, Movies and even Novels (which I already used so yea).
2) ZI-O! AND KICKING BUTT! YEA! KING OF TIME MORE LIKE IT! I'm glad that in the latest SuperHero movie, Senki, Grand Zi-O was just a boss. OH MAN THAT WAS SO COOL!
3) And dud it would be Sougo… like yea… haha, of course this is Sougo… hmm yes.
4) I've made the concept of the World of Negative to be the dark version of the main worlds. Think of it like the Dark Multiverse from DC or the concept of a good and evil world since there are hundreds of possible worlds. The World of Negative deserved more and I'm doing it somewhat.
5) Yea, calling this evil Tsukasa as Dark Tsukasa or Great Leader is better.
6) Seems Dark Decade found a way to rob Zi-O's powers but not all of them. How? HMM... you'll have to keep reading.
7) So I went and searched and yes, apparently Jigglypuffy from the Anime has a mixed gender of what it is. Some say female but others say male. I don't care but for Tales of the Decade: I will say
8) Like how A.R. Yusuke was the third wheel to the adventure, Sougo takes his place for this story. And yes, Kaito will be involved much earlier.
9) Hmm that Fangire doctor hmm… I've left hints but won't spoil who till we get there. And wonder who the spy is, hmm!
So yea, we've returned back to formula as Tsukasa needs the power of the Neo Heisei riders to defeat Dark Decade.
HERE was my little problem… I had to figure out each of the A.R. Worlds of W to Build which is why I asked you guys last time for ideas and no one gave me any. I had ideas at the least for some worlds and I managed with just that. So don't get mad how the chapters turn out. Most are home runs... others eh *eyes the A.R. World of Ghost* are decent, just not crazy good. You'll see.
Also, like last time and the TV series; two parts in each World with a few twists unlike the original. And these worlds will be in order this time.
So, what about the A.R. World of Zi-O? Simple… wait and find out hehe.
Anyway, hopefully in 2-3 weeks from now… We'll count those sins with the first world, the A.R. World of W. See you there!
