Whoosh! Chloe had heard something, and when she looked in the rearview mirror, that is when she saw it.

There was an angel with black hair, following her car. It was really far away, but it didn't take long before he was able to catch up to her.

"Trixie! Do you have your seatbelt on?"

"Yes, Mommy. Mommy, what's happening!" Trixie yelled over the wind, and flaps of the wings.

But Chloe ignored her. Focusing on her task to get away from the angel. She brought her fastest car for her journey, going as fast as her car would go. The only thing other than her task on her mind, was Trixie's safety.

She pulled the car lever up to reverse. She reversed her car, backing up into the angel that was following her. It didn't injure him, but it did slow him down. He fell into the rocks that were settled atop the dirt road.

Chloe hurriedly put her hand on the lever with the other hand on her steering wheel. She pulled the lever downwards to drive.

"Trixie, honey. I will explain everything once we are somewhere safe." She said whilst driving. She had luckily lost the angel, but it didn't stop her from driving. Chloe didn't plan to stop driving just yet.

Finally after driving for a couple hours, she began to talk.

"Trixie, I got into some bad business. I promise I won't lie to you, but it might not make sense. I found out that Lucifer was telling the truth, and that is why we went on our trip. I got advice from a bad person who was there on our trip. Since it was a priest, I had believed him, and followed his plan he had told me. Lu-Lucifer is the actual devil, and one of his siblings was after us, because-." But she stopped talking. What would Trixie think of her then.

"Mum? What was the plan?" Beatrice asked. She was confused as to… well everything. Nothing made sense to her.

My mom is a detective. She never takes bad advice, does she? Where are we going? At least Lucifer being the devil is cool. Kind of expected though She thought. Smiling to herself, as she imagined Lucifer with devil horns and angel wings. She still wanted an answer though.

"I… I killed Lucifer." She said, tears were streaming down her face.

The more she talked about it, the more she regretted her decision that she made with Father Kinley. Lucifer had been her partner, and he always told the truth. He said he wasn't how they pictured him, and what if he was right. What if he was as he seemed, what if he really was who he promised to be. The person he had been for years.

Trixie was silent. Not finding the right words to say. She never once thought of her mother as a killer. Trixie then found out she would NEVER find the right words to say. Zlucifer may have been her Mother's partner, but he was also Trixie's friend. It hurt to know he was dead, and if he was dead, that means he is in Hell.

And Hell sounds torturous for anyone, and now, one of her friends was there, because of her Mother.

For Trix, she wasn't even close to being scared of Lucifer being the actual devil. She knew he wasn't lying when he said he was the devil, because she knew Lucifer, he never lied. Trixie and Ella had been talking a while back, and they were talking about their opinions on the devil.

I think the devil is misunderstood, you know. I mean, yes he was cast out of Heaven, but Hell has got to be horrible, and lonely. Trixie remembered Ella saying, and decided that Ella was right. The devil DOES get a bad wrap. So Trix decided that what her mom did was just horrible, she wasn't going to accept what her mom did because she is her mom.

Chloe didn't talk either. This was a lot for her offspring to digest, and in just about 25 minutes.

The detective looked in her rearview mirror, and she saw her monkey looking out the window with tears rolling down her freckled cheeks.

Seeing her like that, just broke her heart.

That is when she noticed something behind her car. Her eyes followed to what it was.

It was Lucifer but with black wings, his hair wasn't how it usually was, and the right wing seemed broken. But earlier, she had seen his WHITE wings get cut off.

Which, now that she thought about it, was very painful to watch, or hear. She didn't dare look at him. She had been lying to herself when she told herself that she was doing what was right, and it wasn't until now that she realized just how painful it was. Seeing her partner die, and her just standing there.

She was exhausted, and honestly REALLY sad. She stopped her car. She didn't care what punishment she got, she just hoped that Lucifer was okay.

Eeerch! The car was now fully stopped, and that is when whoever-it-was approached her car. She rolled down her window, but noticed how calm he looked. He noticed her confusion.

"Uh right.. Sorry I haven't quite introduced myself," He said in an American accent. "Michael, and I am here to help you. You don't want to get taken away from her." He said, glancing towards the girl with black hair in the back of the car.

"You need me, and it goes along with my plan. I know where you should hide, where my siblings are, ``he said disgustedly. " won't find you."

Chloe was confused. This was ACTUALLY Michael the archangel.

"Yes, yes I get it. I am Michael, Lucifer's twin, but DO you want to get away or not. Unless you want to get punished, or worse, your child gets punished."

Ring, ring, ring. Maze's phone was going off, and that is when Maze went to pick up her phone.

Beep.

"Hey Linda what's up." Maze said, expecting Linda's normal behavior.

"Maze, something you'll want to see. Meet you at the penthouse." Linda replied before ending the call with another beep.

Mazikeen finally arrived at the penthouse, when she noticed Linda and Ella standing next to a very dead Lucifer Morningstar.

"What the hell happened here, and why is he as dead as ever." She said as she noticed a smell that she hadn't come across in centuries.

She knew exactly what it was. It had been something she considered to do long ago. It involved a ceremony, and an angel.

The angel would drink the liquid, and die, then go to Hell, and be stuck there.

"Linda, Lucifer is stuck in Hell. There was a ceremony that I considered to do some time ago, that would make Lucifer stuck in Hell. He is very much dead, which means that someone has already cast that ceremony upon him." She said, taking one small glance at Lucifer before walking away and towards the elevator.

She was going to find Lucifer. Yeah, he can be so self-absorbed and annoying, but she still vowed to protect him.

If I had just been there when the ceremony began, I could've stopped it, he wouldn't be in Hell, or even dead. She thought to herself. She blamed herself for what happened to Lucifer.

She ran into one of Lucifer's siblings on her way to find Amenadiel. It had been Gabriel.

"Gabriel, this is kind of urgent. I know where Lucifer is. He is in Hell, and I know how."

And without any questions asked, Gabriel brought Mazikeen back to her home. She embraced, when Gabriel left. She somewhat missed Hell. The screams of the damned souls was comforting, what could she say.

Then she finally went on her journey to find him, but couldn't. He was the only one who knew the patterns of Hell, knew where everyone had settled their doors.

That is when she came across an elevator door, which oddly looked like Lucifer's.

She opened the door, to find Lucifer at his weakest, very near to crying. His hair was in a disarray. She took a second trying to figure out what his hell loop was.

It started off with a date with the… detective, and then music, and lastly his death.

If all of this was true, then Chloe had killed him, and in reality, this should've been Chloe's hell loop, not Lucifer's.

That is when Lucifer noticed her.

"Maze, glad you came to my aid." He had said, somewhat surprised.

"You look like Hell." She replied back at him, but she decided to get him out of there, before his loop started all over again. She had found that it doesn't help getting people out if their loop had already restarted.

They were both walking into the elevator, and then finally out of the door into Hell, which made him chuckle dryly. He hadn't seen this place since- well that didn't matter.

He was unable to get out without his wings, so he was stuck there.

"Hey Maze, uh.. Thank you for finding me." He said.

"No problem." She said, plainly, as if it were just some other day.

"H-How did you find me anyway?"

"I memorized the poison Chloe had used." She said, before walking off to do her job, flipping her knives in her hands, since she knew it would be a while until they walked Earth. Or for him at least.

Gabriel gave the details to the angels. The details that she obtained after her chat with Mazikeen on the way to Hell.

"So, we have to find some way to undo that ceremony?" Said Ibriel.

"Seems to be, yes." Gabriel replied.

The angels were all on the meeting table that they had, sitting very close to God's office. God was on the head of the table, and his children were on the sides, then on the other head was supposed to be God's wife.

Then God chimed in. "I made that ceremony eons ago, and forgot the cure. Though I think I might have the cure in one of my books in my library. So in the meantime, you look for Lucifer. He is most likely in Hell, unless something got ruined, and they messed up the ceremony somehow. If they didn't go in order for the things they need to do, then…" God stopped talking. He didn't want that even as a suggestion. He knew what would happen if things didn't go in order. There was one of two things that would happen, he would either be stuck in Hell and the cure wouldn't work, or he would be dead. There were both possibilities, and knowing that one of those could've happened sent shivers down his spine.

God was hardly scared of things, but when it came to his children, it scared him. His son, Uriel, was already gone, and he didn't want that to any of his other children. Lucifer has hated him from almost the beginning of time.

They were waiting for him to finish, until he excused them from the table.

Gabriel went to Hell, and when she got there, she saw her brother on the throne.

His hands were in his already messed up hair, his suit was ripped a little, and all in all he didn't look good at all. He looked scared, angry, and sad. Gabriel didn't visit him much, but she hadn't seen Lucifer like this in a really, really long time.

She decided to approach him, just to make sure he was okay. She knew what the answer would be, but she just wanted to make sure.

"Hey Luci, a-are you okay?" She asked. He slightly got startled, when she asked. He must've not seen me coming. Thought Gabriel.

Lucifer chuckled quietly before answering. "I-I….. Honestly, I'm not quite sure." He said, dryly, without looking up at her.

"Well… would you like me to take you back to Earth after we cure you. They performed a little ritual type thing on you, and Dad is finding the cure. He is sure he has the cure wroten in one of his books in his library."

He thought about it for half a second before saying. "I….. I have had my ti-time on Earth. M-my vacation is officially over."

"Are you sure? Haven't you grown attached to Earth?"

"I don't lie, Gabriel." He said, annoyed, and not just with her. With everything. He was breaking, how was he supposed to know what to say? His most trusted person killed him because of who he was.

A tear fell down his cheek, but he quickly wiped it away. Trying not to draw his sister's attention, which he luckily didn't.

"O-okay." She began, hesitant. "If you ever want me to bring you back up I-"

"I DON'T, OKAY?!" He finally said, looking at her, his devil face had shown for a spilt second. He felt guilty. He knew that she was just trying to help, but decided to say nothing more. Just looking back down at his lap.

Finally, when Gabriel flew away, he just cried quietly.

The devil was telling the truth when he said he wasn't going back. Chloe made his perspective of the world different. If the person that he trusted most, killed him, what would others do, especially if they found out. Linda accepted him after a while, and he hoped Chloe would do the same.

He didn't want to sound selfish, asking her to accept him for who he truly was and had always been. He was giving her a little space, because he thought it was what she needed.

And to think I loved her. Why couldn't she just accept me? I never lied to her about who I was. He put his head in his hands.

He then saw Maze and Gabriel leave from afar, flying upward to Earth. Maze went because she had grown attached to Earth like he did, she made friends and family. She had a job she had to do. He didn't blame her. If he was in her position, he would've gone back as well.

The devil had put rules down, controlling the demons, and calming them down, but he worked at a slow pace. He didn't have Linda to help him so he decided to not try to think about it, but everytime he closed his eyes, that was all he could see.

And then, after almost a week down there, he found something far into the distance. At first he didn't recognize it, but once it got close enough.

"Amenadiel!" He tried to sound cheerful, but ended up sounding raspy just a little bit.

"What are you doing here?" The devil said.

"First of all, you were poisoned and stuck in Hell. Then when we were hours from finding the cure, you just turned away the offer. Lucifer… are you really going to stay in Hell?"

"Yes brother. I don't lie, and you know this. I always tell the truth. I'm staying in Hell, so I will now be its current ruler. I don't plan to go back, right now though, I am sticking with my word."

"You need to at least talk to Linda. What happened to you was probably traumatizing."

"YES, OKAY IT WAS! It was, but RIGHT NOW I am getting my mind off things. I WILL TALK TO HER WHEN I FEEL I AM READY!" Lucifer's eyes were glowing red, but then he quickly turned his head away.

His siblings were trying to help him, and he was lashing out at them. First Gabriel, now Amenadiel.

Amenadiel didn't know how to react, and what to say. He knew it was horrible for him, Maze gave him the details on what she saw. He knew it had been Chloe.

Maze was willing to show her memory using something that had been made in Heaven. Helping them understand. Plus it helped them find out if she was lying or not. I mean, she was a 'scum-sucking demon' after all.

So she showed her memory, by planting the memory into the machine and projecting it. It didn't take long for the angels to have full sympathy for their devil of a brother, well except Michael, of course.

So after that, Amenadiel knew what he went through, but he probably didn't understand fully. He wasn't Lucifer at the time, he just knew what he went through. It was probably worse than he thought it had been for Lucifer.

Lucifer doesn't usually yell at his brother, like at all, and from what he heard, Lucifer also yelled at Gabriel.

Amenadiel wasn't sure if he would ever be okay. There would still lie some glimpses of what happened to him.

The angel remembered his hell loop started with him looking in the mirror, the detective walks from the elevator, they go to the table, then the music gets turned on, and then he gets poisoned.

For him, it was painful to watch, as Lucifer was trying to talk some sense into the demon. His hair had been a mess, and he noticed his suit getting ripped as he fell to the ground. He was breaking, and Amenadiel hadn't been there to help.
