He sighed, relieved, but not quite relaxed. He didn't know whether to fully trust her, so he could only trust that what she was saying was true. He was most likely still vulnerable around her and she took advantage of it, what's to say she won't do it again?

Though, he may never be fully relaxed. After he saw Trixie and Maze and everyone else, he didn't want to die, to lose everything that he's made. He wanted to be alive for the people who've been his friend, and for their sake as well. If he died they would've had to go through the whole 'I'm-mourning-because-Lucifer-is-dead' type thing. He didn't want them to go through that pain. The pain he felt the second he had killed Uriel.

Chloe went forward to hug Lucifer, making him flinch noticeably. Chloe was about to step back, but he hugged her to show her that he was fine.

He could lie with actions but would never lie with words. Lying was a wretched thing that wasn't what he was ever going to consider doing.

He was going to have to get used to being close to the Detective. She was a part of his hell loop, and he did end up yelling at her when she went to Hell.

"Your time with him is up, he needs some rest. He'll see you on Earth in a couple of days." Said one of his siblings guarding them, voice empty.

Chloe went to the door, and turned to look at him before leaving.

It is so hard to keep my wall up with her. He thought, and it was true. He totally forgot about his wall. The only thing on his mind was the Detective. He had forgot how hypnotizing she was with her golden hair, detective-like clothes, and beautiful blue ocean eyes.

Every good time he had with her, came back to him when he saw her, hitting him like a brick. Every kiss, every decent case, every conversation, even every eye roll she would make at his jokes.

He looked down at the tiles again. Was this good or bad? Should he have trusted her, even though she sounded very sincere?

Clank!

Not again! He thought. Someone else was coming to visit him, but who?

He looked back up to see his mum.

"Son, I am so sorry that Michael did that to you. It was horrible to watch, and I wish I could've helped but I was protecting Chloe's child and there were no weapons that I could have given you."

"I'm fine, I promise. Like I've said, just a tad bit of family drama." The devil said, but he really didn't know how to feel. Perhaps he was okay, or maybe he felt the opposite.

Chloe had to have accepted though, and that was really all that mattered. That had been what he had been longing for. For her to just accept him.

"I've decided to stay in Heaven. My universe can get lonely."

"You could see your future grandchild and be with the family. Just like you've wanted." Lucifer said, but he wasn't much focused on her. He was focused on Chloe and what he felt about her. Looking at something, and zoning out, thinking of his and her feelings.

Amenadiel was looking at Lucifer as he talked to Mom. There was something completely off and it was on the tip of the angel's tongue, but he couldn't figure it out. Amenadiel began to miss the old Lucifer with all his frustrating humor.

The angel just wished he could do something to help. His brother was in a bad place, and he didn't know what to do.

He would have to wait though, because his brother needed to heal. His wounds were fresh. They would've healed fast, but since it was the blade that caused damage, it would take a couple days, most likely more.

Amenadiel had never seen the Devil look so tortured, not even during his fall. Who knew such a tiny, mortal human could do such damage to him, and he thought Lucifer's fall was bad.

Linda! The angel thought. He could ask Linda to help him as both a friend and therapist with what he's going through. So there Amenadiel went, to find Linda.

Amenadiel had a little bit of hope that Lucifer would be back to normal, hoping that he would forget about such events happening to him.

So there Amenadiel flew, soaring and gliding. The angel would've stopped and looked upon the sight. Clouds would've floated at their own pace, Silver City slowly vanishing, birds flying by.

It hardly took long before he was at the front of Linda's building, knocking on her door, waiting patiently.

The door finally creaked open, with Linda peeking out. When she saw who it was, she opened the door fully.

"Amenadiel, come in!" Linda said delightfully.

So he went inside her little office area and sat on the couch.

"So why are you here? Is Lucifer okay? I felt so bad after overwhelming him."

"I actually came to talk to you about him. He asked if I could get Chloe out of jail, and I did after asking Father and Trixie. They had met up but something was off about him. Something HAS been going on since Chloe poisoned him. Linda, you've got to talk to him soon. He opens up a lot when it comes to you." Amenadiel was rushing to get the words out of his mouth. He really wanted to tell her that when the thought had come to mind.

"Wait, Chloe's out of jail?!" Linda asked, obviously stuck on that specific subject of the whole thing. "That won't be much good for Lucifer, especially after everything." She said, resting her face in her hands, shaking her head.

Whatever Lucifer was doing was not even close to being good for him or his health. After what Chloe did, she wasn't going to be fully okay with him, and she could pull another stunt like before.

How was anyone supposed to leave the two of them alone without worrying if Lucifer is okay?

Lucifer was acting without thinking about what it means for him, a lot more than he usually did.

Dan was confused. Everyone had left, and now they were just randomly showing up. Dan really wanted to know what happened and why half the people involved with or in his life, just completely disappeared, and were now coming back. Chloe looked like literal Hell, and Trixie hadn't seemed like her normal self when she was at his house a couple of days ago.

"Where have you gone?" Dan asked Chloe. He wanted answers.

Though they split up, he wanted to know because it was making his daughter seem down.

"I just went on a tiny trip with Trixie, and then brought her home." Chloe said fidgeting, barely paying attention to him. She was tired, and her encounter with the angels hadn't gone very great, but was very expected.

She was crying for Trix at first, then for Lucifer. He was the one who got her out. Her mind felt like it was going to implode.

It was a lot different to believe in something then to actually see and experience it.

She had lots of time to think about Lucifer ACTUALLY being the devil, her partner she thought was delusional. He had been too honest and saved her life multiple times, when he could've just left her to die. Lucifer had been telling her the truth, and all she did was lie to him, planning something sickening with an evil priest.

She realized how unfair it had been for him when she saw him in the weird white room he had been rushed to.

He had devil wings which was confusing because there had been white feathers at the Cain place, and he also had white wings at the auction years ago. Was it normal for him to have rough red devil wings?

Dan snapped her back into reality when he spoke. "Are you okay?" He asked, making her chuckle then laughed hysterically, finally sighing.

She sounded crazy, making her realize just one thing.

"I….I need space." She turned to walk to the door, and didn't stop to see his reaction. Walking to her car, grabbing her keys and turning on the ignition.

She backed out of the driveway, and started driving. She didn't have a place in mind, just drove, rolling down her window for some air.

She found herself parked in front of Lux, which strangely made sense after what happened.

She got out of her car and walked until she was in his penthouse. She remembered every annoying memory here, starting with the night her ex dumped her on text, the two of them playing 'heart and soul' on the piano, to the time of the date.

Chloe leaned against the wall, falling down until she hit the ground and began to cry. It was all overwhelming. She said 'yes' to marry Cain from the bible, Lucifer wasn't going through a phase, Father K lied to her, angels put her in a clear prison cell, and now everybody who knew about Lucifer was mad at her for what she did.

I have loved writing this, and would like to thank all of you for reading it. This has been my first successful fanfiction and it has been QUITE an adventure. I love the reviews I get, even if it is a few. I have hit a tiny wall, but bet that in a couple days will end up thinking of how to fully word it. I may also need to watch some of Lucifer to help me.

I can sometimes miss tiny errors, but I don't have an editor nor can I afford one, so feel free to tell me if there's any and I will fix as quickly as possible.

I would also like to give a SHOUTOUT to SPCLjmm! He/she has been a great reader and left me reviews on what he/she thinks. It helped me quite a bit. I was close to giving up because I had hit a wall I couldn't seem to pass, but with SPCLjmm gave me motivation.

As I saw the views go up, I became more and more motivated to write this fanfiction.
