Chapter 52: A Hero's Reflection

Back at Alfea, this have been really rough for the past week since they rescued the pixies when all of a sudden a stone monolith appeared mysteriously out of nowhere outside the school. The headmistress told them its presence is causing a disturbance to the magic and were tasked to destroy it at all cost. But despite their efforts, the battle lasted so long the girls retreated to recover their strength after a rest after they hit a limit.

The Winx could have used their Titans to help them, but they thought if they couldn't leave a scratch then the spirits could not. But had to think of a new strategy to destroy the monolith, while curious to wonder what their friends were doing after Mirta had to leave.

The only one who was not present was Bloom.

Flora took a shower and wincing herself after spending hours using her energy to the brink of exhaustion. She sighed in relief of feeling the cool water, yet no sigh of her roommate, which could mean Bloom was still outside. Becoming a little worried for her to still be out in the rain.

"Bloom's not back yet?"

"Nah, she's as stubborn as a jammed PC." Tecna responded outside the bathroom.

This time she hears Stella's voice and almost tired out. "I'm sure she's fine, Flora."

Flora sighs and knew it be getting late with the storm outside, stepping out with a towel clung to her body and another to keep her hair wrapped up. She could have just gone out to find her, unable to contact Taren or the others until a respond from his parents telling her about some new mission he was on.

Dressed in her bathrobe and laid on her bed when her phone was receiving a call. It was to her surprise to see the name of her boyfriend and immediately answered it. "Taren? Is that you?"

Some how she was getting a bad connection, but strong enough to hear his voice through the static . "…Flor…an…hear you… trying to…then… signal…" Whatever was going on she had no idea until the signal from the other end was now stable to see his face.

"There… how's that?"

"It's better, what was that about? Your mother told me you and Ben were away on a mission?" Flora wanted to know what was going on over there.

"We were at Auradon seeing some old faces when one of our friends was attacked and we helped out. Turns out they were sent by the same guy who released a very dangerous villain. We had to help out and on Earth."

"Is that Taren?" Musa came in to find out along with the others. "Hey, how have you guys been? We've been trying to call but been busy and did you say Earth?"

"Yeah, the signal is weak do to some… complications. Where's Bloom?"

"She's outside, we've also got things complicated over here." Musa told him.

"Not sure, but our new friends may need our help more than ever with the Trix helped out, and also our new enemy is part of it." Taren told them and sounded concerned. "Things are causing panic and I'll call her parents to find out if they're alright. I just hope we can stop whatever they're doing in time.

"The Trix? Oh great, and now they're on Earth?" Stella let out a soft groan. "Bloom's not gonna like this."

"What about Mirta? Didn't she say she was with you?" Flora asked him.

"She's doing fine, but if it gets serious we gotta need all the help to stop them." Her boyfriend explained which was a relief to hear but also worry for her to deal with the tormentors when Mirta used to attend to Cloud Tower.

"If you can send us the data to know what's going on maybe we can find away to help." Tecna offered her help even when they were occupied with the Monolith. "I wish we could do more to help."

Taren didn't minded and shook his head. "It's fine, Tec, but also just make sure Bloom doesn't do anything reckless if its that serious."

"Yeah! We'll kick their butts!" A younger voice shouted out from the screen, only to see a yellow claw.

"Agumon! Hold up! Uh, gotta go, signal's growing weak over here."

"Just be careful Taren, both Bloom and I send you our loves." Flora told with a loving smile.

Stella leaned over to Flora with a teasing grin. "And maybe they'll give you something more than a kiss as she's in only a bathrobe." Through the growing static she could picture his face suddenly turned red while Flora's shared the same color in embarrassment for her mentioning of that.

"Stellar!"

"Gotta go! Bye!"

Decided to cut off while Flora narrowed her eyes at the nervous blonde who decided to make her leave now. "Uh, oh, look at the time! Getting late, see you in the morning!"

Within the halls of the Magic Archives, Faragonda in secret was accompanied by four pixies, each had a color code of their magic: Blue, red, green, and purple. The headmistress gathered them together for something of great importance to share with them. Another grave concern she received from Yen Sid of a situation of the mysterious attacker, now named Kefka may pose a serious threat after he had released prisoners of a prison, wrecking havoc on Bloom's adopted homeworld.

"As you probably know by now, the situation is extremely critical." She explained to the pixies and trusted them for an important assignment. "These must remain secret."

In her hands were four artefacts and put them on the table. The first was gold with a red gem in the middle, it has a somewhat bug like shape. The second had a shape of a gold flower with a pale blue gem in the middle. For the third, it's silver with a longer shape, with a longer thin purple gem in the middle. And finally for the fourth, like the third it was silver but with a tear drop shaped orange gem in the middle. While the part that is around, the gem is in somewhat of a pumpkin shape.

Unable to risk falling into the wrong hands she could only hope no one knows the true nature of these artefacts, or at least buy some time for the young heroes to become strong enough to stand a chance.

Ever since the asteroid was destroyed by the laser and formed rings across the Earth, radio and satellite transmissions were being scrambled and unable to pass through them. People have been confused and puzzled by how this happened and whether to panic, little do they know this was the work of the former king of the Titans with the help kefka and the Trix.

Taren looked up at the sky, unable to believe something so amazing can be a sign of danger to the world, whatever it is they be causing than just cause a global panic. And the Trix helped the escaped Titan and Kefka, no doubt to get back at them, mainly Bloom for ruining their dreams of domination. He can easily imagine Bloom will be concerned for her world, especially for her parents who would probably be worried with the rising panic spreading.

"Can't believe something like this is causing a lot of problems." Mal came outside to find him alongside Palmon. "Any luck with contacting anyone?"

Taren sighs and shook his head. "No, not yet. But gonna try our phones if they can break. I send a message to the Winx and Cid."

"Guess we can thank the brains of both teams to make them advance. Come on, I think Odie has found something he wants us to see." Mal told him, making their way into the room with everyone gathered around the computer.

Odie switched on the news channels to hear the news report that was going on about them, but barely coming through with static interference.

"Our top story tonight, those stunning rings around our planet."

"Still no… explanation why the … aster…oid… exploded."

"It's beautiful. Just beautiful!"

"It's bad luck! An evil omen! We're all doomed!"

"Any luck with your friends?" Jay asked them, having to discover the existence of other worlds and magic, which by then hardly surprised the teen heroes now after what they went through.

Much as Taren tried some luck, it was no use. "I only called my girlfriend's parents, making sure they were okay and try to call Bloom. But this ring is causing interference."

"That sucks, but no doubt Bloom will be totally mad when she finds out." Mirta could imagine a very angry and mad redhead waiting to go full supernova when she hears about it.

"We did send a message to our old teacher in New York, but lost contact when the rings started disurpting the connection." Ben mentioned about Macbeth and thought to find out any source of information he might have but lost contact. "So that means for now we're on our own."

Odie turned off the radio and shared his update with the heroes after collecting data on the rings. "The rings are causing interference with the radio and satellite signals all over the world."

"Yeah, having a hard time getting a call from anyone." Taren confirmed it with them.

"Uh, pain in the planet's butt, Odie, but not exactly doomsday." Theresa was doubtful if the rings were causing problems with just the radio and network.

"Could have been worse, the wi-fi would have been switched off." Mal remarked but also agreed with Theresa. "Jokes aside, she's got a point as I don't see how much of a threat it could be."

Odie typed away on the keyboard when he responded. "But here's a kicker, according to the atomic clock, sunrise was 1.35 seconds late this morning.

"What?!" Jay exclaimed in disbelief. "The rings are affecting time?"

"Is that possible?" Ben asked him.

"Not just that, watch." Decided to show them a simulation of what could happen if the rings are not stopped, displaying a simulation with Earth's rotation slowing down by the rings. "The rings are spinning counter to the Earth, slowing the planet's rotation." As he continues, the clouds started to form into large spirals across the entire planet. "The atmospheric disturbance will cause earthquakes, hurricanes, global disasters!"

Everyone was able to get a look and each had a bad feeling of what their answer would be until Archie decided to ask a question. "Okay, so what's the bad news?"

"I was just getting to that part anyway" Odie responded to them and showed another image of a city by the coast. "If the Earth's rotation suddenly stops, everything will shear from the surface of the Earth due to the conservation of the momentum!" Watching as the city was swept away by a huge tsunami, everyone but Odie gasped and paled by the sight of a potential apocalypse upon their world.

Archie now regretted ever asking his question. "I'm sorry I asked."

As the populous continued to panic, screaming and causing so much chaos in the streets, while high up on a building with a rented suite was Kefka lying on a chair, smiling and humming as he listened to the chaos below. "Nothing like a tone of culture to make you feel relaxed." Takes a glass and sips his drink. "Gotta hand to you, Cronus. That plan of yours turned out better than I thought."

Cronus stood by the edge and looking down at the mortals in fear and panic, little do they realise of the potential doom upon them. "This is just the beginning, but now we have to find the seventh and last hero before the others do."

"Enjoying yourselves?" The Trix returned alongside one of Cronus' minions when they were sent out to find the last hero.

"Ah, finally!" Cronus sounded please of their return. "I've been waiting all night." But as he turned around and suddenly his smile dropped with a stern look of disappointment. "And it appears I'm waiting. You haven't found him!"

While the minion quivered in fear for disappointing him, the Trix were annoyed when Darcy spoke. "Well, if you've seen how chaotic it is down there, finding someone through the crowd is a lot harder then we thought."

"Besides, what's the big deal? Your plan worked, the world will be destroyed as both of us got what we wanted." Icy did not see why he seemed concerned for the mysterious seventh hero when she only saw them as only teens without powers.

Cronus reminded them of the reason as he marched towards them. "The Oracle said seven heroes would unite to stop me!" The mad Titan raised his voice, startling them. "I must find the last one before the prophecy is realized!" Calming himself down and walked back to the edge to lean against. Decided to try a new plan to find the last hero.

"So, exactly what does this guy look like?" Kefka was curious to know as Cronus pointed his finger to the direction he was facing. The mad clown sat up and lifted his shades, blinking his eyes. "Your serious? Not exactly what I was… expecting."

"We'll keep a look out for those keybladers, this time to make sure they don't get in the way if this guy is so important." Icy stold him before making their leave.

Cronus accepted the proposal to keep the other heroes out of the way even if they were not mentioned in the prophecy and could still pose a threat. "As long as they don't interfere, you may do as you please." Turns his attention to the minion. "Get your brothers, I'll be joining the hunt this time!"

With the dreaded news Hera had received of the effects the rings could do to the world, she never thought it was possible but realised he had done it. Her husband is yet to return and can only rely on the new heroes as the prophecy had foretold. But news of growing allies by his side, this may become a concerning matter to require the keybalders' assistance.

"Cronus has caught us by surprise, but I am aware of the danger." She said while petting a peacock on her desk with Jay, Atlanta Theresa, and Ben present before her. "And remember what the Oracle said 'Seven young heroes will stand in his way.'"

"But there are still six of us." Jay brought up with one somewhere to find. "Cronus is about to tear the world apart at the seams, and I don't think he's gonna wait for all of us to show up for school."

"Neither will we." She told him and aware of the situation. Decided to stand up and reveal much about the seventh to them. "Since Neil hasn't arrived on his own, you'll have to go and find him."

"Will one more make that much difference?" Theresa pondered and curious about this suppose hero who could be the key to stopping Cronus' plan. "Is he some kind of invincible warrior?"

"Or maybe someone unexpected with unique abilities?" Ben added and also pondered to know.

"Hmm, not exactly." Hera told them. "But Neil does have qualities that are indeed… unique as Ben stated. And he will make you seven, but as you said Jay, you don't have much time to find him. Start with his mentor, Miss Aphrodite."

This brought a surprise to some who knew the goddess well.

"The Goddess of love and beauty?" Atlanta asked and wondered why her.

"What kind of warrior are we looking for?" Archie was starting to wonder about that. Whatever answer they will find may be answered from the goddess herself.

"Let's go a teeny weenie be easier on the gloss this time, I want to glow, not glare." Lounging on a Clam-shaped dais was the goddess of Love and Beauty herself, Aphrodite, for in her human appearance she kept the long blonde hair and wore a red dress. Attended by her personal maids to do her manicure when a knock came from her door.

"Oh! Visitors! I love visitors!" Squealed with excitement and curious to know who it was. Getting up on her feet and to make a pose to appear professional. "Come in, come in! Feel the love!"

Opening the doors to reveal Jay, Archie, Ben, Mal, Atlanta, and Theresa, even their Digimon partners entering her room. Immediately giving the affect as the goddess of love, along with one of her nymphs winking to the boys who suddenly became smitten upon seeing them, much to the annoyance and jealousy of the girls. Theresa nudged Jay on the shoulder to snap him back to reality.

"Uh, ye-yeah." Jay rubbed his shoulder and instantly came to his senses to speak with her. "Miss Aphrodite, can you tell us where to find Neil?

She was running her hands through her hair until she stopped by the mention of the name. "Neil?"

Theresa rolled her eyes. "Yes, Neil? You're responsible for brining him here to Olympus High?"

The goddess immediately knew who it was upon remembering the name of the final hero. "Oh THAT Neil! Such a good looking boy!"

Both girls seem annoyed, while Archie still under the influence of their affections waved to them. Mal saw Ben staring with a smile at them, in a fit of her jealously to the nymphs she stomped her foot on his, causing the prince to respond in pain and bit his lip from crying out, oblivious to reasons for her actions.

"He's having fun in the city somewhere." She told them in a casual tone, which surprised the group to find out.

"He's right here in the city? Where" Theresa asked her to know anything else.

"And you didn't think of bringing him here like the others?" Mal thought it would have made things easier for them than to search for the last hero in their time of crisis.

"Really, you act as if a goddess didn't have more important things to do than answer silly questions all day." Aphrodite sighed and decided to give them a clue to help on their search, knowing she can't directly interfere with mortal affairs even if she wanted to or not. "If you really need to know where Neil is, you should ask the Oracle."

"The Oracle! Oh great idea, miss Aphrodite!" Archie exclaimed, still in a love daze.

"You're truly amazing." Ben complimented.

"Yeah, thanks for all your help." Jay agreed.

This now infuriated the girls who suddenly noticed how the boys, excluding Gabumon were transfixed on the nymphs and Aphrodite.

"Jay?" Theresa tried waving her hand to get a reaction, but no use and sighed. "Let's go." She reached for his ear and grabbed it, much to Jay's

Gabumon never seen his partner like this before and did the same, tries jumping to his height. "Hey, is something to matter with him?"

"Think their brains have fallen asleep." Atlanta muttered.

Mal agreed and decided to do something to snap them out of their state. "Come on, love boys." Used her magic to create vines to snag them and drag away to bring the startled boys away.

Palmon and Gabumon followed her with Atlanta beside them. "Are all humans like this on Earth?" Palmon curiously asked.

Atlanta answered the small plant Digimon's question. "Nope, but I sometimes think maybe some boys came from another planet." With some information they would at least know where to find them. She reached her phone to call the others. She hears the phone ring and picks it up to get a call. "Yeah? Mirta, yeah we got some info and now looking for someone called the Oracle." She received a response that surprised her. "Wait, you know him? Okay, tell the others to meet us at the car." She hung up and raced to the others to share the info.

The five heroes decided to use Theresa's new car, unable to bring the keybladers with them with limited space but given the dirctions and the description of the Oracle thanks to Taren and Mirta to make their search a lot easier.

Atlanta was squashed between Herry and Archie, being annoyed that she could not move at all in the car when they could have taken the truck. "Next time your daddy buys you a new car, Theresa, ask for a little roomier?"

Herry had an annoyed look on his face. "We could have used my truck, but someone stole it. I'm not sure how I'm gonna explain this to my parents when they hear about it."

Jay was on a look out for the Oracle and spotted the old man by the description he was given. "There he is!" Alerted the others to see the Oracle by the store. "That's the Oracle."

The car parked over, catching the immortal's attention to be greeted by the five teens. "Ah, I knew sooner or later you would come to see me."

"That's an encouraging sign for an Oracle. Jay did not know how to take that response, a little strange to be told by someone who could see the future. However, they did not come to ask about their futures. "Listen, can you tell us to find Neil?"

Instead of telling, he tilted his head to the passing bus with a poster of a young man with tanned skin and short blonde hair, wearing only a pair of jeans and posing like a supermodel. The teens suddenly had an uneasy feeling that their suppose hero was nothing more than a model.

"That's Neil?" Herry could not believe it. "He's a model?"

"Hey, maybe he's a supermodel!" Archie gave a sarcastic joke, causing Herry to chuckle.

Atlanta grins and joins them. "Whose superpowers like stunning good looks or killer smile." The last remark made everyone but the oracle to laugh.

The Oracle decided to interrupt their moment. "So… do you have any difficult questions that you might actually need an Oracle for?"

"Yes." Theresa answered and came forward. "Where's Neil?" Instead of answering her question, the Oracle grabbed her hand, causing the girl to gasp as he stared directly into her eyes.

"You don't need me to find him." Taking off his shades to reveal his true eyes before her. "The ability is within you." Snapped out of her thoughts and pulled away, inadvertently ran backwards into Jay's arms for protectively. "But, if you must know where he is this minute, try the train yard."

With their answer received, the heroes wasted no time to head down to the train yard as he said and called their friends to catch up. Hoping they get there in time.

The seventh and final hero named Neil was posing for the camera with a pair of shades, a white shirt and a black jacket. Performing several poses to take.

"Oh, that's it baby! Yeah, yeah, Neil!" The cameraman took many snapshots, unaware to him and his assistant were the monster minions approaching from behind.

"Yeah, tell me something I don't know." Neil gave a remark when he suddenly noticed the camera crew were clobbered and tide up. Beside the two monsters was Cronus.

"Neil. At last we meet." Cronus proclaimed after searching for Neil.

Not having a clue as to who they were or what was going on, he had a different idea of who they were and smiled. "Big fans, huh? I suppose you want an autographed picture." He pulled out a photo of himself with a pen to write to them.

Cronus was at first confused but decided to make his statement known to the boy. "Very kind of you, dear boy. But I have much bigger plans for you."

"Plans? Are you some kind of agent?" The blonde model asked him and smiled, thinking he was finally going somewhere. "Big time mover and shaker?"

"Oh yes." Cronus nodded and put his hand on the clueless Neil's shoulder "Big time."

"Cronus!"

Jay's voice was heard, much to the titan's annoyance to find the heroes and the keybladers who had found them.

Theresa pointed at Neil when she recognised him. "And there's Neil!"

"I thought this was a closed set." Neil complained, but he did not seem to be concerned in belief they were his fans. Pulls his shades and a mirror to see his face. "Well, I gotta make time for fans that are that dedicated."

Cronus noticed him seeing his reflection, beginning to wonder if he is this seventh hero of the prophecy. But didn't matter and needed to bring him back to the suite. "Oh, let my bodyguards take care of them. We have more important things to do.

Neil had no time to ask when he was pulled away before the monsters charged in to battle them. Jay and Taren confronted the brown skinned monster, Jay made the first move and pulled out his sword to strike, but was grabbed by the arm. Taren ran to the side to use a strong Wind spell, but Jay was flung towards him to send them both hurtling to the tracks.

"Don't even think about it!" Before Taren could get up, he was hit by a psionic wave by Darcy standing before him and Jay. "Can't leave us out of the fun."

"Nova Blast!"

Darcy gasped and flew out of the way of an incoming fireball, Greymon growls at her and stood guard over his partner and Jay.

"Stupid lizard." Darcy growls and conjures herself into four to confuse the Digimon and mocks him while she showers him with psionic spheres. Forcing him to crouch down, while trying to find the real one.

The remaining two joined in to fight them off alongside the Trix, the others took action to face them off. Herry threw a barrel towards them, but the red one caught it and tossed it back at him and Theresa.

Able to dodged it in time and gave him her advice. "I tell you what, let's not play catch with his guy!" Herry gave a sheepish smile and made certain to remember it.

Icy appeared alongside Stormy to see they arrived in time. She spotted the knocked out Taren and Jay on the track, turns to the giant who fought them while Greymon was distracted by Darcy. "Hey, big guy!" Catching his attention upon calling out. "Why don't we have a game of trains." Pointing her finger towards the heroes.

The giant nodded and threw the cart towards them before they could get up.

Atlanta saw it was heading towards them and called out. "Jay! Taren! Look out!"

Taren quickly recovered and gasped to see the cart towards them, before he could get a chance to pull Jay out of the way. A large hand grabbed him and Jay was yanked away by Atlanta's superspeed in time before it could run them over. The redhead looked up to see Greymon and relieved to have been saved. "Thanks, buddy."

"That be the least of your problems."

Taren glared towards Darcy who wore a twisted grin on her face. "One that shouldn't be a problem against a lacky." Earning a scowl from the witch and lashes out.

Archie relieved they were saved and saw one of the witches, but the large grey giant came up from behind him. Pulls out his whip for combat. "Your too big for trains!" The giant roars and attempted to smash him with his fist, but Archie jumps out of the way when a blue stream of fire shot straight towards him. Ben, riding on Garurumon used Quake to throw him off his balance before his partner pounces on the startled giant, wrestling with the giant wolf digimon by the jaws held before getting too close. But suddenly they were forced to separate from each other by the growing spikes of ice coming out of the ground.

"Bad dog." Icy taunts them and chuckles. "Guess you should learn to teach him new tricks."

"Believe me, we got plenty up our sleeve." Ben retorted, brining his keyblade ready for whatever new powers she's gained. "Careful, she could be a lot stronger and need to watch out."

"Right." Garurumon nodded and sprinted forward. "Foxfire!" Going at a surprise attack to force her to create a wall of ice, ready to retaliate but to find them missing.

Jay and Atlanta fought the brown giant while Taren and Greymon up against Darcy, she dodged their attacks, flying and evading as she could. Taren knew she had to reach her limit at some point, what was more annoying was how her mind-based powers can manipulate their senses.

"So why did you come here? Revenge? Or decided to find someone else work with after Tezzeret was taken out?" Taren questioned her of their motives.

"After what we heard of what those rings will do, it should be fitting we make one of you suffer for ruining our conquest." Darcy gave no sign of sympathy for their actions and blasted a beam of energy. "Shame she will lose the planet she grew up." But Taren blocked it with a barrier and retaliated by using a Seeker Mine, too late to evade the mine, which blasted her into the abdomen. This gave Greymon the chance to surprise her by a tackle, ramming his head to struck the unsuspecting Darcy from the side before she could recover.

Seeing her down for the count, they were about to join the others when the storm suddenly came out of nowhere, but he knew exactly the cause of it. The cause of it was by Stormy hovered from above and controlled the hurricane to keep him busy, she glares at him for attacking her sister, unleashing a barrage of lightning bolts.

Meanwhile, Jay, Atlanta, and Theresa had one of the giants surrounded when he threw his hand out at Jay, but received a cut on the palm and cried out in pain. Theresa tried to attack, but the storm caught her by surprise and was tossed aside when the giant had the opportunity. Atlanta threw tossed the Steel Bolas which snagged his ankles together, unable to break free from them and hopped all over the place until he fell towards a cart full of coal, spilling over him.

With one down, two more monsters and three witches to go. "Not bad, if only we had a whole train." Herry said, but gave Theresa an idea.

"One train, coming up!" Theresa stated. "Get the other giants to the middle of the roundhouse."

Not sure what she had in mind, but decided to go along with it. "Right, sure. No problem!"

Archie avoided another attack and jumped onto his head, suddenly started to feel like he was in a rodeo when the monster was trying to get him off. Keeping it distracted for Theresa to change the tracks to the direction she wanted them, decided to use his whip, forcing the monster who cried out by each slash on the rear to move to the tracks. Meanwhile the red minion who was about to fight off Jay, Atlanta, and Herry was suddenly froze by Mal who emerged from the shadows using an attack command "Stop" which gave them time for the two monsters to collide into each other and for her to throw them into the pile of coal using a levitation spell.

The three monsters groaned and thought it couldn't get any worse, only for the train coming towards them with a loud crash.

Realised the cause of the damage turned to Theresa, who did not expect anything like this to happen. But least no one was hurt or major damage to the trains.

"Nice train wreck!" Herry liked the idea she had, even Archie agreed with her.

Back with Taren and Greymon, both had a hard time trying to avoid the lightning with being open targets. Stormy cackled and stood beside Darcy.

"I love this game! Come on, make it more interesting!" Stormy yelled and blasted lightning from her fingers. "I don't see that Mal or that weakling Mirta anywhere."

"They obviously be hiding." Darcy wasn't sure why, however she did not let that get to them until something was off.

Gaurumon sprinted from one train to another with Ben blasting wind and attack spells against Icy, knowing ice based magic won't work on someone like her.

"Stay put, you mutt!" She yelled before blasting another attack and missed, knowing he was too fast for her.

"What? And be turned into ice? No thanks." Ben told her before using a strategy. "Now!"

"Subzero Ice Fang!" Garurmon's fangs turned into ice and launched himself towards her, startling the ice witch who reached out her hand to create a wall, but to her shock the Digimon went right through like a ghost. "What?!"

One of her attacks finally got Greymon, but noticed how he was not affected when it somehow phased through him. "Wait a minute…" Icy realised it was a trick and they were fighting illusions this whole time. "It's a trick!"

Stormy realised it when suddenly a grey lizard latched on to her face. "AH! Get off! You cold blooded, reptile!" She cried out in panic and randomnly shoots all over the place, forcing Darcy and Icy to duck and avoid her attacks.

"Stormy, calm down!" Icy yelled out when suddenly she suddenly stepped on a glowing circle below her foot, triggering the activation of the spell that made her color turned pale. "Oh no."

She was struck from below and hurtled to the ground. Darcy looked to find Icy stunned by the trap, before she could help her and get the lizard off Stormy she suddenly comes face to face with Greymon standing before her. Uncertain if he was real or not, but suddenly a spinning chakram was coming towards her, tried to blast it until it split into five, coated in magic to struck her from all sides and fell to the ground. For Stormy she was finally rid of the lizard, only to started coughing by the terrible smell and unable to see.

"Poison Ivy!" Little did she know of several purple tendrils coiled around her, gave out a cry and flung into the coal, groaning in pain and a humiliating defeat with her legs stuck out.

Taren stood before the now defeated Trix with the illusion ceased and smiled at Mirta who had a bright smile. "Nice trick."

She grins and caught the chakram. "I've wanted to do something like that forever! And I can see why my dad likes theses." Before they could capture the Trix, they were suddenly engulfed in a purple mist and vanished, revealed to have been illusions conjured by Darcy when they were actually able to stand and held Stormy over their shoulders.

"This isn't over, but might want to your princess to rethink of moving to a new home when this place is ruined like Domino."

"Great work, guys." Jay congratulated everyone, despite not able to capture the Trix but showed a lot of teamwork. He realised Cronus was missing and so was Neil. "Where's Neil?"

Mal picked up a mirror and gave an odd look to everyone. "Uh, was it that guy you mentioned? The model?"

"A mirror?" Archie started to have some doubts about him. "Are you sure, Neil is the hero type?"

Jay might share the same opinion, but if he was one of them then they had to find him to help save the world. "He's one of us, Archie, and if we're gonna stop Cronus from destroying the planet? We're gonna need all the help we can get."

"The Meso-what?"

"The mesopehere." Odie answered to the baffled gods who did not seem to understand the name. "It's a layer above the stratosphere, very cold. So the debris fragments from the asteroid have formed a noctilucent clouds to heterogeneous nucleation and are… Are you guys getting any of this?"

Hermes was somewhat lost by Odie's words that were unknown to him, while the smith named Hephaestus was working on something and seemed less interested.

Both try to act like they listened… but barely. "Oh, we got the cool part." Hermes said.

Odie tried to make it simple for them to understand to the gods who had no idea what he was talking about. "The rings are made of ice particles in the sky."

"Oh, oh! The sky!" Hephaestus chuckled and smiled, finding it strange and bizarre to him.

"Right, right. Got it." Hermes said.

"Except that the ice is on the edge of space in orbit by vertically propagating gravity waves." Odie continued to work out how to solve their problem while Hephaestus pulled out a piece of meat from the fire he was cooking, taking a sniff of it and turned to Hermes.

"Does this look done to you?"

Before the grossed out messenger could answer, the doors opened with Herry, Taren, Agumon, and Jay. "Guys!" Both pleased to see the boys back from their mission. Hermes was more relieved to see them that he rushed over and threw his arms around Herry and Jay's shoulders.

"Good to see you! Any exciting developments on your end?"

"We found Neil and then promptly lost him again." Jay told him and then turned to Odie for hopeful results. "What about?"

Odie shrugged his shoulders. "The three of us were just brainstorming."

"But we haven't even drizzled yet." Hermes reluctantly added.

Taren sighs as he wished Timmy and Tecna were here, they'd share their brains with Odie, even Cid could be useful. Not aware of Agumon taking a sniff of the meat and was about to take a quick bite when Hephaestus noticed and swiped it away from the small Digimon, giving the scowl look to say that it was his.

"And to top it off I lost my truck!" Herry was mad to find no sign of it still. "When I find who ever took it.

The God of Smith stopped in the middle of his meal when the mention of Herry's truck. "Oh, that was me." He chuckled and surprised Herry that he was the one who took it.

"You?!"

Hephaestus decided to explain his reasons for taking the truck. "I made a few modifications for you. Enjoy." Pushes a button to open the doors to reveal the newly upgraded truck, causing the boys present to be awed over the sight of it.

"You… customized it?" Herry couldn't believe they did that for him. Now he was excited and wanted to see what it was installed with. "Alright!"

"Yeah, enjoy it while you can, Herry." Jay was happy for Herry to have his truck upgraded but they , were still on a time limit to stop Cronus and save Neil. "We haven't got much time, unless they have Neil behind one of those doors."

"I just hope we got enough time to find him." Taren could only hope so.

Cronus led Neil to his apartment on the top floor of the building while the oblivious teen model took a look around and seems to appreciate the place.

"Nice digs! About time I got noticed by one of the top agents." Neil proclaimed.

"I assure you, you won't find anyone more powerful than I am." Cronus said and turned to face him.

Neil liked what he heard and believed to be his big moment. "Great." Unaware of Kefka manifested behind him walking to the teen.

"Oh, so this must be the one I've heard so much about." Kefka noticed Neil and somewhat… confused.

Neil turns to see him and not certain where he came from but looked at his outfit. "And what are you suppose to be? A clown? Oh, no wait, a comedic act or drama? Who's your designer?"

While Kefka had a bizarre taste in fashion, it was his choice to wear based on his personality. Decided to go along with whatever the boy was talking about. "Uh, more to the uh… chaotic side. But you won't find anyone who is crazier than me."

Before Neil could make a responsive criticism to Kefka, he noticed the rings from the skies and became completely mesmerized by the dazzling. "Wo! Fab view! Oh, I would look great with a background like that. Not that I need a background to look great."

"Um, are you concerned with anything else other than your looks?" Cronus pondered, trying to know anything about him that be a descendant of any known Greek hero.

"I wouldn't call it concerned, I mean, what have I got to be concerned about?" Neil simply said without lack of knowing the danger the rings posed or the situation he was in.

Not the sort of response Cronus had in mind. "Hmm, very odd. You don't strike me as the hero type."

Watching the blonde look at his reflecting with his teeth from the mirror, Kefka seemed more and more doubtful about him and leaned towards him to whisper. "Not What I was expecting. Seems more concerned about his looks."

Cronus nodded to agree with him. "True, I haven't seen anyone this self-absorbed since…" Then it came to him of a person Neil reminded him and changed the subject to ask Neil. "Tell me, do you have any connection to Narcissus?"

Pulls away from gazing at his reflection to answer Cronus' question. "Hmm, nope. I'm not signed with anybody called Narcisse's. Strictly freelance."

Kefka watches and began to wonder what makes this boy so special to pose a threat to Cronus?

"What's special about Neil?" Aphrodite asked as if by surprise while looking at her reflection. Lowers it to answer Jay and Theresa's question with the keybladers present. "Oh, he's a direct descendant of Narcissus!"

"Who's Narcissus?" Theresa asked her for further information about him.

Aprhodite sighs and brought the mirror to her chest. "Oh! A lovely boy, just like Neil and then one day he saw his own reflection in a pool of water and fell in love. And from that moment, he couldn't leave his own side."

This somewhat surprised the teens to hear about this and began to make sense for some.

"Oh, that would explain the mirror and the modelling." Jay confirmed.

"So we pinned our hopes on a hero whose chief virtue is that he's in love with himself?" Theresa could not believe it.

Mal rolled her eyes after it was explained to them with all hope started to look dim for them. "And possibly lack of brains must run in family. But are you serious?"

"Of course! And who could blame him?" Aphrodite confirmed without a doubt. "I kill to have cheekbones as good-looking as his. Oh, wait! I do!"

Theresa stood up to touch the mirror and started to see visions of a building, next came to reveal Neil with Cronus and another who was unknown to her. Realised it was her powers that shown her where to find him. "Guys, I think I know where he is!"

"You do?" Jay realised what the Oracle meant as did Hera about her powers upon first meeting her. "The Oracle said you had the power to find him. Can you lead us there?"

Theresa smiled with confidence. "Absolutely!"

Cronus decided to keep Neil occupied with no trouble now he knew a certain weakness to exploit, passing by a pool. "Come with me, Neil. I have something that I think will interest you."

Neil stood before a pool and gasped. "A pool shoot? Awesome, I always look good in a swimsuit look."

"Look good? You'll be positively mesmerizing." Waving his hand across the water and made it sparkle with dazzling lights. "See for yourself."

The moment Neil laid eyes upon the reflection of himself, smiled so much as if it was love at first sight. This turned out better for Cronus to keep an eye on him. "There, that will keep the fool busy for awhile." Chuckling to himself of the thought of the boy's ancestor a hero as he walked back inside. "Narcissist? A hero? The gods must be crazy." The idea sounded too amusing for him. "

"And he'll be the bait to lure the others in, keep them busy long enough for the real chaos to start." Kefka chuckled with excitement.

"Indeed. But tell me, Kefka. These wielders of the keyblade, how much do you know of them?" Cronus wanted to know about them.

Kefka began to think of what he knew and gave an honest answer. "Hmm, let's see, all I know the redhead might be some leader of the trio, he's got some serious magic that I know and also comes from a long line of heroes. The one in blue is a prince of some kingdom, they even put a limit to magic and locked up a bunch of villains."

"And that girl, Mal correct? Anything about her?" Cronus asked about her since his first encounter with the purple haired witch. "Apart from the keyblade she demonstrated to have strong connections with nature."

"Well, according to the Trix she attended to their school, said something about her dead mother who was once a powerful dark fairy and almost took over many worlds with an army of Heartless back then. But not sure how she died." It was all Kefka knew and surprised to find out about her heritage, also to a fact for someone who was so powerful was defeated when some claimed to have been done by the keybladers or at the end of the Second Keyblade War.

"And her father?"

Kefka was about to answer, then suddenly he realised there was no answer he could think of and not know about it. "Huh, now you think of it I have no idea. Why?"

"Hmm, no reason, possibly she reminded me of someone who was at her age eons ago." Cronus simply dismissed. But somehow sensed something from her that was oddly familiar to him. Perhaps he was just paranoid after being locked up for so many centuries in Tartarus. "Now your back from your trip we can be ready for their arrival."

The city was starting to panic and people running in all directions, except for the ten teen heroes who were on their way to rescue Neil and take on the villains.

"You sure this is the place?" Jay asked Theresa if she was certain after following the directions she gave after using her visions.

Theresa was confident about it. "Yes, they're on the roof." Looking up to the tall tower just like the one she saw which had to be it.

"Well let's go." Taren nodded and made their way to the roof with no trouble in sight. Entering the room and found Neil outside gazing at his own reflection.

"Wow, this guy can't get enough of himself." Theresa said. "And I fail to see the attraction."

"How so, Theresa." The heroes suddenly noticed Cronus behind them with his sickles in each grip. "He attracted all of you, didn't he? With the exception of the keybearers, there are only six of you, Jay. The odds are still in my favour!"

Kefka materialised on the other end, conjuring his scythe and chuckled. "Ah, all present and accounted for. Now which of you like to go first?" He then noticed there were five of them and one missing, the girl who was with the trio hardly mattered and immediately began to attack.

Taren and Mal jumped out of the way, Herry went in for the strike but Kefka ducked and threw a punch to send him skidding across the floor. Cronus was able to keep up with the heroes and classed his sickles with Jay's, knocking Archie aside. Atlanta tried to use her speed to force him out, but Kefka surprised her by creating ice to freeze the floor and made her loose her footing. Mirta snuck up and used her magic.

"Super Vibration!" Using an offensive spell to shoot a purple beam towards Kefka who got hit on the shoulder and groaned.

"Ha, trying to play dirty? Fine then, I always enjoy it." Shot his hand out towards her. "Dark Firaga!" A ball of dark fire shoots out towards her and blasts her to be temporally blinded, she cried out in pain after being hit.

"I can't see!" Mirta cried out, Kefka snuck up to her with his scythe raised up high above her.

Atlanta got up and cried out to her. "Mirta! Look out!"

Before the blade could touch her, he was suddenly struck in the cheek and crashed into the wall. Groans and rubs his head to clear the debris, he looked up to find Taren with his fists coated in orange flaming heat and looked really mad.

"Not so funny when someone else does it, clown?" Taren glared at him and stood before Mirta to protct her. "Mirta, you alright?"

Mirta recovered a little but heard him as her vision cleared up, realised what he did and was amazed of that power he used to save her. "Uh, y-yeah, thanks."

Kefka glares at them and ready for another attack when suddenly the ground was shaking, causing everyone to stutter for a moment while Cronus continued on fighting the others. Neil suddenly fell into the pool, snapping him out of his trance.

"What's going on?" Mal grabbed on to the door to hold on to.

Ben realised what was doing this. "The rings! It's starting!"

Kefka heard him and started to laugh. "And not a moment too soon! This planet is going to go through a complete make over!" As he cackled, Taren could not stand how he found it amusing and ran towards him for the swing of his blade, but Kefka disappeared before he could touch him. This infuriated Taren to miss his chance to stop him.

Cronus continued his fight with Archie, Jay and Theresa, knocking Jay after easily overpowerd him with his elbow, Theresa tried to attack him with Ben but he sent her flying across the roof, passing Neil who was climbing out of the pool and kicked Ben in the stomach. Mal glared at him and shot straight towards him and swung her keyblade from the side, catching him almost by surprise and blocked it, forced back by a foot and locked glaring eyes at each other.

Her keyblade was engulfed in a purple flame and shot out forwards, catching him by surprise before being blasted. The smoke clouded his sight and could not see despite the damage he took. This allowed Archie to use his whip, struck against him to the head and completely severed his right ear as he cried out in pain.

Taking a few steps to the side and started to recover, no sign of bleeding despite his ear missing and glared towards the group. "It seems our little pool party has gotten out of hand." He growls in frustration.

The teens gasped to see his severed ear regenerate as if it was never gone. Neil came up behind him and tapped him on the shoulder. "Hey, man, what the heck is going on?"

The moment Cronus dropped his guard, Atlanta tossed her Stelas Bolas towards him. Completely tied up and unable to break free, the ice that Kefka made was stepped on and lost his balance. Slipping towards the edge and plummeted to his potential death.

Neil rushed over after witnessing what happened while Jay came over to him with the others.

"Nice job, Neil!" Jay commented.

"Yeah, to be honest, we had our doubts you." Herry told him until he started yelling at them.

"ARE YOU GUYS CRAZY?! YOU JUST KILLED MY AGENT!" Neil exclaimed in shock, but not by Cronus' suppose death, possibly what he thought to be his big break of his career.

"Sheesh, so much for gratitude." Mal muttered.

Mirta thought to ask them something that suddenly came up. "Uhh, didnt you say he was some sort of immortal god?"

Realised she had a point with Crinus not exactly human, decided to see if he really was gone, to their surprise and unfortunate luck, he was still alive and climbing back up with his sickles. Not wanting to stick around for him or Kefka to come back for another round, Jay decided it was best to retreat.

"Let's get out of here!" Not wanting to argue and took his advice.

The heroes and the keybladers brought Neil back to the school with them and explain what was happening while leading him to their secret hideout where the gods were currently living. But to no one's surprise he hardly believed what they said despite what he just saw.

"Okay, Neil, this is the secret entrance where the immortal gods of Olympus live now." Jay explains and stood by the janitors' door, much to Neil's disbelief.

"A janitor's closet? Oh, oh, you guys just won't quite." The five decided to show him hey are gold and worn around a chain, pendant with the first initials of their name.

"Hey, cool! I got a pendant just like that." Neil exclaimed.

"We all do!" All of the heroes, except the keybladers and Mirta confirmed.

"It means your one of us." Theresa told him.

"Use it to open the door." Jay said.

Neil decided to go along with it in belief it was some hoax. "Okay, here I am using my secret pendant key." Inserts it into the lock and watch the arm rotates to the top. The door opens and the group led the confused blonde through until they closed the door, a portal opened on the other side.

Neil started to realise they were telling the truth. "Okay, talk to me."

Aphrodite was doing herself some makeover using a mirror when she noticed the mortals returned, and along with Neil which made her smile so bright. "Neil! You look wonderful, darling!"

Never thought he would meet a real goddess, but appreciate the compliment on his looks and greeted her back. "I know, thanks."

Mal made a mental gag and knew they would never hear the end of it. "Somehow they remind me of Stella." Muttering under her breath until they see Hera approach them.

"Ah, you found the last hero." Hera smiles. "All seven together at last. Except for Odie."

"Wait, isn't he back yet?" Ben was surprise to not see him after he went to get his equipment.

"I'll call him." Jay pulled out his phone to check on him.

While Neil and Aphrodite were bonding, Theresa walked up to Neil to give back his mirror he dropped. "Here, I think this is yours."

Neil immediately let go of the goddess, letting her to fall to ground with his attention now on to the mirror. "Hey! I've been looking for that."

Jey was able to get a response from Odie and check on him. "Odie, any progress on your end?"

Odie was in the lab using his computer and gave his report to the others. "Progress, yeah, Jay, I've been running some more calculations unless we do something soon, the world is going to rip apart in less than 24 hours. What about Neil,d id you bring him back?"

"Well… yes…" Jay suddenly sounded uncertain through the phone. "But I'm not sure he's the answer we're hoping for. Have a look for yourself." The camera tilted to see Neil, but suddenly the light bounced from his mirror and directly to the camera, almost causing blindness to Odie's vision.

"Can you tell him that his reflection is… His reflection is brilliant!"" As if by miracle that was the answer he was looking for. "Jay! He is the answer!"

They heard every word and uncertain how it was possible, even the others thought if he could explain more but were on a time limit to save the planet. Gathering the things needed to destroy the rings using the data Odie developed thanks to Neil, they would need to use a set of wheels, but the quakes were getting more and more violent, people running and screaming through the streets with cars jammed and blocking the roads.

"The streets are jammed! I don't think driving on the sidewalk will help us now." Jay couldn't believe their luck when it had to be on this part of the road.

The keybladers knew they had to do something and had an idea. "We could use our own rides, Taren's light jet and Gabumon in his champion level could get us to our destination. But there's too many of us to carry." Ben stated.

Herry had an idea as well. "Don't worry, I got four wheels that I plan on using."

Mirta and Mal conjured illusions to cloak the jet and Garurumon from drawing attention, Mirta rode behind Taren and Mal with Ben on Garurumon's back while the rest were using Herry's truck to follow the direction they needed to go.

Ben tapped on his earphone to communicate with the others. "So where to now, Odie?"

"Golden Valley."

"So what's in Golden Valley?" Herry asked him.

"A solar array, one of the biggest thermal solar concentrator systems in the world." Odie shared the information with the others.

"But what are they gonna do against the rings?" Mal asked him.

Odie then explains to them. "Look, the plan is simple; the rings are made up mostly of ice, to the array collects concentrates the sun's energy. If we can reflect the energy back in space and focus on the rings?"

"It will melt the ice completely?" Taren asked.

"Exactly!" Odie smiles and glad someone easily caught on to his plan.

"Thank goodness we have you to come up with stuff like that." Herry said.

"Thank Neil, he gave me the idea." Odie didn't want to take all the credit when he had the idea inspired by Neil's mirror, much to Archie's surprise.

"Neil?"

Neil took credit and smiled. "I'm an inspiration to all who know me." This made Atlanta groan in annoyance.

"Maybe when this is over we can introduce you to two of our genius friends, no doubt you would get along well." Ben suggested and hoped they succeed and save Bloom's adopted homeworld.

"We'll make it, we can't give up and can do this together." Jay assured everyone and also hopes to save the world, especially for their families and friends' lives at stake.

Back with Cronus, Kefka returned after their first defeat and the earthquakes were becoming more violent than before with little time to spare.

"Ah, panic in the streets." To Cronus it was a moment to enjoy watching the mortals run in terror and fear. But some reason he still feels there was something off and uncertain about it despite his plan a success. "How refreshing. And yet something's not right." Walks over to the pool and using his cane to bring up the image of the mortals in the truck, the wolf-like Digimon and a jet flying in one direction. This raised some questions as to what they were up to. "Hmm, I wonder where they are going? To enjoy one last sunrise?"

He knew it was impossible to stop the rings now and was certain he was close to victory. "They must know there's nothing they can do and no time left to do it."

Kefka studied the image through the water and was curious as well, dismissive of Cronus' first assumption. "Hmm, not so sure. If they're heading to one direction it must be something in this area. Best to make sure, don't you agree?"

It would be better than take any chances by making sure the heroes and keybladers don't succeed, turning towards his minions for something he has in mind. "Now then, which of you want's to make amends for your ignominious defeat at the roundhouse?" Getting no response from the monsters who were too nervous of what he would do to them until he turned his attention to the yellow skinned monster with a hunched back. "How about… you!" Grasping his wrist and tossed him to the floor, before anyone could do anything the giant suddenly began to transform, completely unrecognisable as a six-legged insectoid monster with tendrils sprouting from its tubed-shabed jaws, six red eyes and thick fur all over its body.

Kefka watched and was amazed by the demonstration performed. "Ooh, neat trick! Not to worry I'll be with you in a moment!" Cronus climbs on its back and immediately jumps onto one building to another to go after the heroes, leaving the others behind. But Kefka continued to smile and had some idea of his own. The giants watch him walk about talking to himself. "If they want to use creatures to fight battles with them, then I'll give them one." A devious grin crept up on his face and chuckles before disappearing in the black light.

"Step on it, Herry! We're running out of time!" Odie yelled out to Herry, making the truck pick up some speed to make it as fast as possible. But he noticed something from the rear mirror chasing after them. "Something… weird coming up fast behind us!"

"Guys, its Taren! We see it too. And Cronus!"

Herry pulled the breaks and were able to see it was him as well but able to out run the giant monster. Taren steered the light jet and started shooting towards the monster with Garurumon behind to join them, causing the monster to cry out in pain and distracted for the heroes to make through. But little do they know, it was not alone when a giant monster leapt out of nowhere and tackled the Champion wolf digimon with Ben and Mel on it fell out.

The two teens rolled onto the ground and Garurumon was slammed into the ground, hard. "Garurumon!" Ben cried out to his partner and saw what caused the attack, the giant was completely made of yellow rock, the limbs and joints bound by white strings keeping them together. It has red eyes and arms that were very developed, long enough to rest its hands on the ground while standing. On it's face was a metal mask with a belt that covers the upper half of its face. Smoke came out of the pipe extensions from its back and turned to the two keybearers.

Both their digivices went active and pulled them out to detect its signature and revealed its identity

Golemon

Champion Level

Virus Type

Special Attacks: Sulfur Plume, Rock Punch

Discovering this monster that came out of no where, was in fact a Digimon on Earth gave a shock to the two. "A Digimon?! But how is it here?" Mal was puzzled before she ducked under to avoid a swinging fist.

"Yoohoo!" High up in the air was none other than Kefka, sitting on his scythe and eating popcorn. "I noticed you all had Digimon out here and I thought, why not bring someone to give them company then feeling homesick?" Giving a wicked grin and descended to hover beside Golemon. "Now you kids have fun while as this planet goes into a complete make over! Enjoy the last moment on this planet! Hahahaha!" Kefka vanished before they could stop him once again, leaving them to deal with the Digimon he brought with him.

Garurumon got back up and launched himself at Golemon, but his attacks proved unaffected by the armored rocks for protection. "Foxfire!" Blasting blue fire onto his opponent, but Golemon used his arms to block the attack.

Taren came back and ready for another strike on the monsters when it made a surprise move.

"Sulfur Plume!" Super-heated gases was released from its small stacks, creating clouds of gas all around to cause everyone to choke.

Ben covered his mouth and tried to see. "What's it doing?"

"It's hard to… breath." Mal coughs and tried to find a way out of the gas. "We gotta get out of this now."

Ben had no choice and called out for his partner. "Garurumon, we gotta go!" His partner was able to find them and sprinted onto the road fast. Golemon marched through the road and followed them.

"Herry, stop the truck!" Jay told him when their friends were in troub.e.

"Are you nuts?" Herry questioned if he had a screw loose and continued on driving.

"Some of us that jump out and keep Cronus busy and help the others, you take Odie to the array. Everybody else, including Neil." Jay instructed them while Cronus and his monster bug were gaining on them.

"Neil?" Archie wasn't sure what his plan is. "What do you want Neil for?"

Even Neil was surprise and agreed with him on the subject. "Yeah, what do you want Neil for?"

"Because your lucky and right now we need all the luck we can get!" Jay finished explaining and got out of the truck when it stopped, allowing the others to get out to help out. But as Herry drove on, the monster was still chasing after him.

"HERRY!" The monster caught up and tackled the truck, but was suddenly Archie took the chance to snag one of its legs with the whip and held it as firm as he can.

Jay had an idea to take care of the bug problem. "He's got six legs, but he's unsteady. Let's use that." Drawing out their weapons to fight it when Golemon made a big jump and about to attack them when suddenly Greymon tackled it to the ground and Atlanta threw the steel balls to tie up the other legs. Providing Herry to make his escape.

Greymon held on much as he can with Garurumon able to catch up and attack, but the large Digimon was too strong it grabbed Greymon and used him as a battering ram, slamming both to the wall hard.

"Greymon!" Taren cried out to his partner and glared at the digimon. "Alright rockzilla, you asked for it! Mirta, hang on!"

Mirta held him by the waist and felt the shift of the light jet take a dive, Golemon spotted them and decided to catch them. Mal and Archie tried to catch it by the legs but it was too strong and threw a strong punch in the ground and crush them.

But for Cronus, it was his unfortunate luck the road was narrow as he and the monster fell into the river. They had no idea if he survived but also had to deal with the Digimon still standing.

"Hurry up you guys!" Odie yelled out.

"Go! We'll deal with this one!" Mal shouted and summoned Palmon to assist them.

Golemon charged in towards them, but was grabbed from the side by Greymon and Garurumon tackled to the front while Ben slashed against its head to force it backwards.

The heroes knew they had no time to waste and drove on to the array while the keybladers bought them time. Taren was about to make the attack, but Golemon was proven too powerful and broke free, Ben was thrown to the side with his partner, Greymon tried to used his signature attack but Golemon grabbed him and delivered a punch to the jaws to take him down and threw himself in the air to force Taren to evade but the plumes released from its breath took him by surprise and coughed.

"Crap!" Taren yelled and struggled to breath, losing grip on the gear.

"Taren!" Mirta cried out and felt the jet deactivate without his control, the Digimon propelled towards them and pulled back to throw a strong punch. Feeling the magic pulsing through her body, the urge to prove herself better and not be seen as weak by anyone, not anymore. She came with her new friends to be better and face her fears after taking on the Trix.

Reached out to grab him by the hand. Something never thought would happen. Light coated her form and began to feel herself changing that caught everyone's attention.

Mirta suddenly found herself floating in the air and not falling, confused of what happened until she looked at herself. A pink mini tank top with dark blue straps and a matching skirt, dark blue sparkly gloves, knee-high, light teal boots with pink heels. Around her neck and on her skirt, she wears a grey diamond-shaped pendant. Her wings resemble a butterfly's and are slightly bigger than most of the fairies'. This was in fact her Winx form and never felt anything like it. "Is… is this real?"

"Mirta? Is that you?" Taren looked up and was saved by Mirta, who now looks more of a fairy than a witch.

She realised it was real and kept a grip on his hand. "It is, hang on, let lower us down gently." But easily said than down when Golemon was climbing up for them. Mirta glared at him and blasted her magic at his face, grunted in annoyance but bought her time to land on the top.

Taren wasted no time to summon his keyblade and struck at long range until they can think of another tactic. "Guys, come on! We need some help here!"

Mal looked up and amazed by what she saw that her friend had just achieved a new form. "Wow, I can't believe it."

"Mal!" Palmon came up to her by her side. "Our friends are in trouble, even if Mirta is a fairy they need our help."

Realised she had a point, the others had always somehow backed her up and from most of the times saved her, still felt bad for Ben after he was injured for what happened to her in that battle with Tezzeret and somehow let her hate and fear hold her back. After coming out with her secret, they still accepted her as a friend and ally, no matter what she did they still cared. And now they were supporting each other while also getting hurt. Gripping her fists and felt stupid being on the sidelines when they should be fighting.

"Yeah, your right. We can't let them have all the fun and I'm glad Mirta decided to choose this path. Guess she took some of it from me." Mal agreed with her. "Sorry, must have been thinking of stuff before we met. I was just someone who lied about my past, my beliefs and fear of being treated. But that's not me anymore." Summoning her keyblade to prepare to help the others as they slowly got up. "I'm going to protect my friends and help the others like me back in Auradon to have a future, no matter what people say about me."

Palmon listened and touched by her partner's words and smiled, wanting to support her and be by herself with the others. "Mal…" Mal's digivice started to glow green, she picked it up and wondered what was happening. This drew Golemon's attention to sense a growing power. Sensing a new threat and now began to go after them, ignoring the others.

"MAL!" Ben yelled out to her and tried to save her, but something happened.

Palmon was engulfed in a green light and began to expand. "Palmon digivolve too…" Pebbles blossomed around her, expanding ever so big through the digivilution Golemon was ready to deliver the punch when suddenly intercerpted the digimon after completing it's transformation. "Togemon!" Palmon's champion level form resembled a Haniwa-faced cactus, with a tuft of orange wearing a pair of boxing gloves.

"T-Togemon…?" Mal looked up at her partner, bewildered by the transformation caused by her, now she digivolved, and ready to take him on.

Golemon pulled back and suddenly flames spewed by Greymon and Mirta blasting him with Vibration shots that had more effect on him upon her transformation.

Mal used Strike Raid at the joins and joined her partner. "Let's go!"

Togemon followed and started to throw multiple punches at him. "Lightspeed Jabbing!" Togemon started pounding away, jabbing and clubbing the Digimon in the face with the boxing gloves multiple times without stopping or slowing down. Exchanging. Fists so fast the air swirled around them like a boxing match. Golemon grunted and could not keep up, unaware he was being pushed towards the edge of the cliff. Mal used Confuse to disorientate the Digimon's sense and clashed against his right leg.

"A little help guys, we can't hold him off for long!" Mal yelled out, feeling the tremors growing ever so strong, Golemon glared and tried to squash her with his palm but missed and received a strike to the face. The others joined in to help finish him off, the Garurumon and Greymon blasted him with both their attacks.

"Horn Impulse!"

"Ice Cannon!"

"Ignite!"

Taking the multiple attacks at once, Golemon could not hold his ground any longer and the tremors caused the giant rock Digimon to loose his balance. The final blow caused him to collapse to the ground and grip on the bars.

They had him trapped and needed to end it fast. "We gotta send him back, now!" Taren aimed his keyblade to send the Digimon back to where he came from, all of them used the spell to unsummon him away and vanished.

The keyboarders sighed in relief that it was over. "Whew! That... was too close." Ben sat on his knees and turned to their partners. "You guys okay?" Thinking the Cure helped them recover and saw no damage much.

"We're good, Ben." Garurumon answered before changing back into their rookie forms.

Mal picked up Palmon and smiled at her. "You did a great job! I can't believe you can turn into a boxing champ cactus!"

"I showed him who's the champ!" Palmon proclaimed and hugged her.

Mirta smiled brightly of her first transformation. "I did it! Did you guys see me? I couldn't believe it but did it."

Taren smiles at her and nodded. "Yeah, for your first, you weren't so bad, maybe a few try outs and could be better." Taking a look of her outfit and saw the look on her.

"So what do you think? Not too revealing is it?"

Mal looked at her form and somewhat impress and different a little to the others. "Hmm, not bad. Looks good on you."

Mirta wanted to see her outfit and Winx form, wondering how the Winx club and her friends back home will take the news of this. checking herself out and inadvertently showing her mini skirt to the boys who instantly blush and turned around.

"Oh, uhh, not bad, Mirta." Ben stuttered and not wanting to give the wrong idea.

"Yeah! It... looks really great on you!" Taren didn't want to say anything and had accidentally looked up at her skirt by accident, hoping she didn't noticed or mention this to his girlfriends.

Mirta took it as a compliment and smiled, feeling like a new person. While Mal, rolled at her eyes and shook her head softly to see the boys reaction until the quakes grew so strong, much more violent than before.

Almost fell to the ground, Ben pulled out the phone to contact the others if they made it in time. "Guys, its us, we're okay. what about the rest of you?"

"We made it in the nick of time, and now starting it up before the sun rises. I just hope we're not too late" Jay responded and relieved they made it.

With their brawl with Golemon over, the rest were abel to make it in time to the array for Odie to hack into the system's mainframe, and not a moment too soon when the quakes were more violent than ever.

"It's happening! We've got to get rid of those rings now!" Odie wasted no time typing away on his laptop to alter the solar panels' positions to the direction of the sun before it would appear in the horizon. Feeling the weather beginning to grow ever so chaotic with hurricanes and violent waves across the globe. "Come on, come on!" The panels rotated in time as the sun was in view, its rays reflected upwards and evaporated the rings, destroying them and its effects on the Earth's rotation. Thus, saving the planet in the nick of time to avert a global disaster.

With the weather slowly returning to normal, everyone celebrated their first victory and saved the Earth.

Herry grabbed Odie in a strong hug to show his gratitude. "You did it, Odie! You are a geinus!"

Much as Odie appreciate the hug, but somewhat too strong for him to breath. "Herry, you might wanna close your sunroof."

"Why?" When Herry asked and got his answer when it started to rain.

"That's why." They all returned to the truck, pick up their friends and return to home to rest up.

"My greatest moment of fun in centuries!" Kefka wailed in a dramtic pose on his knees. "RUINED! By a bunch of party poopers!" He couldn't believe it but they somehow saved the planet from total destruction. The rings were gone and all of the planet's weather and rotation were back to normal, everyone was safed. And he hated it. Sat by the river and found the Digimon was also defeated and sent back by them keybladers. Resting his chin on his hand to grumble. "After all that work for nothing, what is wrong with just wanting to add some chaos to the boring order. No doubt that winged furball be laughing somewhere."

"So they succeeded." Kefka heard a familiar voice and found Cronus alive and well, mostly wet. He was not pleased with the news and hoped to wipe out humanity to rule the planet. "No matter, there are still plenty of ways to succeed and avert my fate. Seems we both have enemies strong and perhaps an alliance is an oppurtunity after all."

Peaked with interest and like the idea of working together. "Like the sound of that. But not to worry, I got some in mind, some of my associates will kep those wielders busy while you do your own on this planet. Unless we may need something to help as part of the deal."

Cronus did not decline since he owed Kefka for breaking him out of Tartarus. "I see no reason to not to, our enemies are forming their own alliances and pose a threat to all of our plans. And when I deal with the seven, Zeus will regret ever taking my throne."

Kefka chuckles and opens a portal to his next destination. "I'm off to do some work, see you I have big plans to show those kids a new meaning of danger alongside with some friends." Walks into the portal and vanishes, chuckling to himself as he makes his way to other side with a devious grin on his face and chuckles. "Ooh, it will be something they will never forget."

With the Earth back to normal, but still shakened by what happened as many wondered what stopped it, never realised it was saved by a group of teens with powers who stopped a tyrant god trying to destroy the earth. The olympian gods congratualted them all on a job well done, but with Zeus absent for the time being, Hera is in charge to protect the chosen heroes.

Decided to enjoy the night before making their leave to celebrate. While Neil brags about how he 'saved' the Earth. "So sure, the rest of you are brave and strong, great fighters and everything. But in the endit wasmy reflection and my good luck that saved the planet."

Unable to hear any more of his bragging, Archie in defeat accepted it, even Mal couldn't stand it any longer. "Ugh, okay, fine, you saved the planet! We're so lucky you came along."

Mal rubbed her forehead and felt a headache. "We're never gonna hear the end of this, aren't we." She muttered.

"Nope." Archie reluctantly agreed.

Atlanta and Herry looked at the phoots of the digimons' champion forms after their victory and congratulated them. "Awesome! A cactus with boxing gloves. Like to see that another time."

"Yeah, it was also Mal's help I digivolved and came to their help." Palmon proclaimed with a wide grin.

"And I finally became a Fairy, it's gonna take a lot of getting use to it." Mirta surprised them to find out fairies existed long ago on Earth but also in another dimension.

Ben came over to Herry to see him. "So, you definitely staying here to help them?"

Herry nodded and hate to see his friends leave so soon, but understood they both now have responsibilities as heroes. "Yeah, I'm gonna miss home but my dad said to come by to visit and also Phil might come to make sure I stay in good shape."

"Wait til they see what training he does." Ben chuckles and held his drink up. "But good luck to you, bud." They softly tapped their drinks together and patted the prince on the back.

Jay came up to the roof to join them and also to see the others off. He went to talk to Taren who sat beside Agumon eating his hotdog. "It be a shame to see you guys leave, but I guess we got our own duties to stop others like Cronus and Kefka."

"Yeah, but no worries, if you need some help, you got us." Taren pulled out a device to give it to him. "It's like a phone but able to communicate whereever we are. Maybe bring you guys along to see some new worlds."

"That would be totally awesome." Odie was certainly on that choice while looking at the telescope. "Just think what sort of worlds are out there and not just aliens also."

Theresa smiles at them. "We'll be fine and next time give you guys a tour on Earth next time we're not on missions."

Like the sound of the idea and nodded. "Same here, luckily my girlfriend is from Earth as she's been meaning to do that sometime. And like you said, Jay, we got our duties as heroes and can't back out."

Jay nodded back and shared a mutual feeling that they had to follow. "Yeah, we're both a team now, but our fight with Cronus, Kefka, the Trix, and this Darkar you mentioned. Our fight with them has just begun."

Taren also knew it wasn't over, but had a feeling whatever happens and what challenges they will face. He knew they were not alone and had allies to support them to stand against the threat.

There you go! the last chapter of the Chaos 101 arc ended, and with that would have some ideas Taren might have to help his friends to prepare another attack next time. With new allies and enemies on the rise, things will be serious to stop the forces of evil on the rise. Wont tie much on COTT as they be following the canon while focus on the main story arc but with some adventures and cutting out some episodes.

I was considering having Mirta reveal her winx form and also Palmon's digivolution so decided to put them in the same chapter for the moment and picked Golemon as the first Digimon battle they ever had, was considering a monster or summon from Final Fantasy or Kaijudo, but wanting to expand a little than tied them down. Any you think for a summon to appear in the story let me know! And hope you enjoyed it!
