Birthday
Bandit was driving Bingo to school, but it was quiet. He would occasionally try to say something to Bingo. "Hey mate, how are you feeling?" He said. Bingo in the back of the car had a piece of medical tape on the left side of her neck. She scratched it a bit and looked up at her father. "I'm doing okay, Dad." She said as she sighed. The event from last night had frightened the little heeler. She still couldn't get over it. Bandit was too scared of Bingo going through the same situation again, so he didn't give her the medication. He might get in trouble for it. But he didn't care, what he did care about was the safety of his daughter.
Bandit arrived early at Honey Cake's school, alongside the other parents. He got out and opened the back seat door where Bingo sat. As Bingo stepped out and grabbed her father's hand, they both started walking towards the school. Some parents scowled at them when they both passed by the adults. Bandit ignored it. He got to the front of the school and kneeled to hug Bingo. The Blue Heeler then took out two envelopes and gave them to Bingo. "I doubt Lila would wanna come, but maybe that new friend you made might wanna come to your birthday on Saturday!" He said, smiling at his daughter. He gave her a hug and a pat on the back.
While Bandit walked up to his car, He waved to one of the parents. She just scoffed at him and looked away. Bingo sighed and walked inside the school. She passed by Honey Cake and waved at her. The Mastiff waved at her and smiled, which made Bingo feel a little bit better. She walked outside and looked downhill at the tree she always went to. Under that tree were Dougie and Lila. They were both writing on the board, drawing things that they liked. Bingo was a bit nervous walking up to them. But she took in a deep breath and walked down the hill.
"Wow, that drawing looks just like the slide!" She pointed to the playground. Dougie wagged his tail. Lila started to hang out with him today. She felt bad that he was lonely. It made her remember how she felt on her first day at school.
"Hey Lila…!" Bingo said, walking up to the duo. Lila's eyes got wider. She got up and quickly ran away from the red Heeler, leaving Dougie alone with Bingo. The Cavapoo looked at Bingo and scooted a bit away from her. Bingo sat down and placed her back on the tree. They were both looking away from each other and were quiet for a moment. Bingo brought her knees to her chin and started to tap her foot. Dougie then grabbed the board and began to write on it. When he was done he put the board on the ground, where Bingo was able to read it.
"Are you feeling better Bingo?"
The Cavapoo gently threw the pencil on the ground near Bingo. She sighed knowing that he was still scared from the way she acted yesterday. She began to write on the board.
"I'm sorry for the way I acted yesterday, The pills my dad gave me, made me all sleepy. But I'm not taking them anymore. I hope we can still be friends."
She placed the pen on the board. Dougie took a moment to read it and shook it after he was done. He began to write on it before pausing for a second. He then finished writing on it and gave it back to Bingo.
"They told me about what you did, and I'm a little scared of you. But did you do it on purpose? Did you bite a dog? And did you have a taste for blood?"
Dougie slid the board back to Bingo. She read it and looked back at him with a heavy sigh before writing her reply.
"I do, but I can't control it. When I see blood or smell it, I get hungry for it. And I didn't want to bite another dog, but I couldn't control myself."
Dougie looked back at Bingo. He didn't know what to feel. One side was frightened by her because of what she might do to him if he was not careful. But the other side was telling him to give her a chance. After all, Bingo was his first friend. Soon enough, he wrote his reply and sent it back to Bingo.
"When we first met, and you saw me bleed from my finger, you were hungry, right? I saw your mouth open, and your eyes looked different."
Bingo grabbed and shook the board hastily, writing her reply but it appeared she was getting anxious.
"I was, but I did my best to control myself. I didn't want you to be scared of me. I didn't want to lose another friend. Please forgive me."
She gave him back the board and used her non-broken arm to hug her knees. Dougie read the board, But this time he stayed there thinking about the right words to say. He then felt something touch his shoulder. He looked to the left to see Bingo poking him with a small envelope. Dougie put the board on the ground and grabbed the envelope. He opened it and took a piece of paper that had birthday stickers all over the sides. He read it in his head.
"Hello, friend! You are invited to Bingo Heeler's 9th birthday party this Saturday! We plan on having a birthday cake, a small cookout, and fun games for the kids! You don't have to bring a birthday present. The address is on the back of the paper. See you there!"
Dougie looked back at the Red Heeler, She grabbed the board and began to write on it.
"I Hope you can come to my birthday party, If you don't I understand".
She gave the board back to Dougie, She looked away waiting for a response. But it didn't take long for him to give her an answer.
"I want to come to your Birthday party, But I don't think my mum will allow it. But I promise I will try and convince her".
That made Bingo smile, she began to wag her tail. At least she knew he would try to come to her birthday party. Dougie saw how happy the red Heeler became, He smiled back. Bingo shooked the board again and wrote something on it
"You wanna go play tag?"
Dougie grabbed it and quickly wrote something
"Just don't jump on me"
He then tapped on Bingo's shoulder and ran away, Bingo got up running trying to catch up to Dougie. The Red Heeler dropped the other envelope on the grass, A Maltese grabbed it from the grass.
HELLER HOUSE: SATURDAY
"Ding Dong"
In the Heeler House, Bandit went to open the door. It was Mackenzie's mum. She was in a suit vest And looked a little tired. She came home a week early. Her boss was not able to make the partnership, So she and the rest of the workers came back home. "Hey Bandit, Thanks for taking care of Mackenzie for me, Richard is still in the hospital and I plan on seeing him this afternoon". She said, Bandit nodded and turned around to call the border collie, "Mackenzie your mums here!". In an instant he ran to the front door and jumped on top of his mum, Wagging his tail, As She almost fell on her back. "MUM, I'VE MISSED YOU SO MUCH", He yelled almost wanting to cry, Mackenzies mum returned the hug. "I've missed you too, Sweetheart, Thanks for taking care of him Bandit, I owe you one". She said, placing her son on the floor, Bandit then got an idea.
"Well if you want, You could stay for Bingo's birthday party, She's turning 9 today". He smiled at her, That was when her smile fell from her face. She had heard about what had happened with Stripe's kids. She couldn't sleep for some nights knowing that the red Heeler could have gone crazy and somehow taken her mask off, And tried to bite her kid. "Um…..No that's ok, You see I'm very tired right now, And well…... .You know…..the whole situation with your kid". She said holding Mackenzie closer to her, "Y-Yeah…I understand, You should get back home and sleep, and rest", He said looking a bit upset, "Mackenzie!" Bluey yelled running up towards the border collie, With her baby egg in her hands.
"Why are you leaving, YOU, still have to take care of Samantha!" She yelled at him, Mckenzie's mum then looked up at Bandit with a confused look, "It's a school project assignment, They have to treat the eggs as if they were their children". He explained to her, "And my husband is going to leave me all alone with the baby!" She yelled again, Bandit just smacked his face out of embarrassment, "Bluey I promise to video call you every night, And when we go back to school, I promise to take the ... .egg home with me. So we can take turns on taking care of the egg".
He said, Bluey's ears dropped, she didn't want Mackenzie to leave her house. "C'mon kid, say bye to Mackenzie". Bandit said, Bluey looked down at the egg, She offered it to Mackenzie, And he took it. "Take good care of her". She said, Mackenzie looked down at the egg, for some reason he now felt attached to it. His mother grabbed her by his hand, and they both began to walk toward the car. Mackenzie turned around And waved at Bluey, He looked up at Bandit, and He smiled at him showing his teeth. Mackenzie just turned around and began to run toward the car.
"Bye Mackenzie", She said walking back inside the house, With her head down, Bandit closed the door. "Man, I really need to work on myself". He began to walk upstairs, bingo, and walked downstairs to her father, "Did Mackenzie and his mum leave, Because of me?" She said looking down, Bandit patted her back. "Mackenzie's mum wanted to go to sleep, She said, she was tired from the long trip". He added, Bingo sighed, She was hoping that she would at least have someone else besides her family members on her birthday. "Come on Bingo Cheer up here, put on this party hat". Bluey said, putting on a cone hat that said Birthday boy, The red Heeler looked at her sister with confusion. "Sorry, They didn't have any birthday girl hats at the store".
Bandit was in the kitchen getting the cake ready for his Birthday Girl. Bingo walked into the kitchen with her party hat, She sat down near the kitchen counter and said nothing. Bandit noticed this. He finished the cake and placed it in the oven. He walked up to his daughter and leaned down to her eye level. "You alright kid?" He asked as he hugged his daughter, Bingo learned to hug her father. "Dad, when will they take my muzzle off?". She asked, Bandit sighed and made eye contact with her. "Shaun said it's gonna be a while until they take your mask off. Most likely in 2 years''. Bandit said, Bingo looked at her father with disbelief
"T-Two years, But Dad that's forever". She complained, Bandit sighed and patted his daughter's back. "I know kid, But That's the law, And it would have been longer if you were older. Just be glad it's not as long". Bingo scratched her muzzle, It was starting to get uncomfortable. "Is Aunt Brandy gonna visit me today, Or does she also hate me". Bingo said, She shifted her muzzle to try and stop an itch "Of Course she's gonna visit you, She said she's on her way right no-"
"DING DONG"
The doorbell rang, Bandit got up and washed his hands, to clean off all the cake that was on his hands. He began to walk up towards the door, "Must be Brandy". He said to himself, As he opened the door. But to his surprise, it wasn't Brandy, It was two cavapoos. "Oh," Bandit said, surprised that someone wanted to visit his daughter. The mother looked a bit upset, While the kid was wagging his tail, Holding a board and pen. "Good evening me Heeler my name is Miranda Cavapoo".
(A/N: No I'm not using Shaun's dead daughter's name on purpose, when a bluey character doesn't have a name in the show I usually use their voice actor's first name. And we'll Dougies mum happened to be Miranda)
"Well it's nice to meet you Mrs. Cavapoo, I'm Bandit Heeler. I assume your son is my daughter's friend?" He said kneeling to his level. "How's it going mate", Dougie waved at the Heeler and began to write on his board.
"Hello sir, my name is Dougie, I'm deaf so I can't hear you".
"Oh yeah, Bingo told me about that," Bandit said, looking up at the mother, "Cmon I have some food inside if y'all want", He moved out of the way to let them walk inside, Miranda put on the fakest smile she could make, As she walked inside the Heeler house. When she did, Bandit closed the door, And it made a loud sound. She shuddered as she looked around the house, It was pretty normal. Pictures were hanging around the walls showing the Heeler family. "So where's your kid, Mr Heeler?" She asked, grabbing his shoulders, And bringing him a bit closer to her.
"She's upstairs, And don't worry she's wearing a muzzle, And she has been behaving herself these past days". He said walking them upstairs to the kitchen, Miranda kept her son close to him. She remembered how he kept on begging her to bring him to his friend's party. She tried to explain that it wasn't a good idea, That he could get bitten. But even then he didn't stop, He explained to her that his friend's mum had died of cancer. And that somehow caused Bingo to become addicted to blood. And now she has no friends because of how she is.
Miranda then gave up arguing with her son, No one deserves to be alone on their birthday. And as much as she didn't want to be here, She did want to see her son happy. Even if dougies was a biter. "Hey Bingo, look who came to your party!". He said as they all got to the second floor. Bingo Had small tears flowing down her eyes. She looked up and saw The brown cavapoo, "DOUGIE" She yelled running up to the Cavapoo, Happy to see at least one friend showed up. She hugged him, And Dougie hugged her back. She giggled, And smiled, But Miranda wasn't smiling she instead was panicking, Bandit saw it. "Alright Bingo, C'mon how about you bring one of your board games". He said, Bingo stopped hugging Dougie and nodded with a smile, She ran to another room. "I'm sorry about that, She's been lonely for a few days". He said to the cavapoo, as he walked to the fridge and grabbed a gallon of iced tea.
"Want some?" He said putting two glass cups on the table. She looked down at Dougie who was waiting eagerly for the red heeler. She sat down on the table and Bandit poured a glass for the worried mother. "I know you're scared of her, But she's been behaving herself for a week". He poured himself a cup of iced tea, Miranda grabbed the glass and took a sip of the tea. "Oh my, This is good, Where did you buy this?" She asked, the stress leaving her body. "You like it, It's my mum's recipe, She adds a certain amount of sugar to make the tea stand out". He said sipping from his glass cup, The female cavapoo had finished her drink. "Could I have a little more?" She said, looking a bit embarrassed from drinking it quickly, Bandit smiled, And poured her another glass of iced tea.
While Bandit and Miranda were having small talk, Bingo ran into the room holding a board game called Connect 4. She sat down on the ground and opened the game up, While she was getting the game ready. Dougie grabbed the box and began to read how to play the game. Bluey came into the room wanting to see what was going on. She was surprised to see two other dogs in the room. She looked up at the larger brown dog still talking to her father. She then looked down at the young cavapoo playing with her sister. Bluey Walked up to the two younger dogs, "Hello there you must be Bingo's friend, My Name is Bluey". She said, But the cavapoo didn't look up to the blue Heeler, Which bothered Bluey. "He can't hear you Bluey, He's deaf", Bingo said.
"Why can't He hear me?" She asked her sister, Miranda looked down at the blue heeler. She was about to say something until Bingo started to talk. "He told me he was born like this, And that he can't talk because he never heard anyone's voice before. But he uses a sign language called Auslan, To communicate, And he uses the board to talk to us". She said pointing at Dougie's purple board, Dougie looked up and just noticed the Blue Heeler. He waved at her, Bluey waved back And Sat down on the floor watching her sister play with the cavapoo.
Miranda was surprised that the little heeler knew so much about her son. But regardless she was still scared of the red heeler. "I'm glad to see her happy". Bandit said looking at his daughter, As she lost to Dougie, in the first game. "She's been down lately, Ever since she attacked her cousin". He explained pouring himself one last glass of cold iced tea. "Oh…well Dougie has been telling me all about her. She cares about her, He's never had any friends. He would try to communicate with his board, But the other kids he met would get bored and leave". She said, remembering how her son would sometimes cry alone Because the kids would complain about him not being able to hear. Even though Dougie couldn't hear he could still read their lips, All it did was just hurt him more.
"I'm sorry to hear that," Bandit said looking sympathetic towards the mother. "It must be worse for your daughter, Dougie had told me how she said….". The cavapoo stopped not knowing whether to go on or not." Go on?". He said not taking his eyes off her, Miranda moved closer to the heeler making sure bandit's kids couldn't hear her. "He told that she said she developed a taste for blood when she was young, And as you said she attacked her cousin". Bandit sighed, he was still disappointed at what Bingo had done. But he didn't want to emotionally hurt his daughter anymore.
"The doctor said that she must have developed it when she was younger. He found small bite marks around her arms. It's what happens to kids when they start to taste dog's blood. It can be avoided. But bingo has been keeping it a secret from me". He started to tap his foot, getting a bit angry, He then took in a deep breath. He let all his stress out. "Sorry….. I've been going through somethings". Bandit said, avoiding eye contact with her. "Oh I'm sorry to hear that, I'm sure your wife is supporting everything you're going through".

"Yeah……about that"
"DING"
"Oh the cake is ready, I have to get that". The Blue heeler got up and walked towards the oven. Dougie walked up to her mother and tapped on her knee, She looked down at her deaf son. He started to communicate with her using his hands. "Oh yeah, We left her gift in the car, I'll go get it". She whispered while letting her son know. She got up from the chair and walked near the Blue Heeler. "I have to get something from my car, Is it ok if I ask you to keep a close eye on Dougie". She said pointing at her son, Bandit took the cake out and nodded. "Of course, I will, Take your Time Miranda". He said placing the cake on the table and getting the icing out from one of the cabinets. She looked back at Bingo, The red Heeler looked back at her. She waved at the cavapoo with a smile, and Miranda smiled back. She walked down the stairs, towards the car.
"I wonder where his wife might be?" She said out loud as she opened the front door, But to her surprise, a red heeler stood in front of her. She seemed to be surprised as well. She was holding a green bag covered with lemons. Miranda would have assumed the red heeler was Bandit's wife. Because of the uncanny resemblance, she shared with the younger heeler. But she looked nothing at all from the pictures inside the house. They both stood there in awkward silence, "Hi there, how's it going, I'm Miranda, you must be here for the party'', She said moving around Brandy to get to her car. Brandy turned around keeping her eyes on the brown cavapoo.
Miranda walked up the porch holding her purse and a small green box wrapped around with a ribbon. "Hi, I'm Brandy, And I'm here for my niece's 9th birthday, And well I've never seen you here before. Are you a friend of a bandit?". She said giving the cavapoo a fake smile, Her jealousy was starting to take over. "No, actually this is the first time I've met him. My son is friends with his daughter, I came here because he was invited to the party". She then began to walk up the stairs, Brandy stayed near the door looking at how the cavapoo walked. She then looked down at her bum, And gently smacked it. "Am I losing it", She said out loud, particularly to no one.
Upstairs Bandit was on the phone, While finishing up frosting the cake. He was talking to his mum, Who had promised to show up at Bingo's birthday party. "You don't have to lie, Mum, I understand that you're still scared of Bingo, Because of the whole incident………..I'm not trying to make you look like the bad guy, I'm just saying that you could have at least been honest………Yup…….Now you didn't have to say that…….Wait who told you about that…..Stripe……No, I'm not dating her, We're just friends..….. Fine, I'll talk to you later, Tell Dad I said Hi, I have to go now Bye". He hung up the phone and let out a tired sigh, Stripe had told his mum about brandy, Bandit hated all the drama that Stripe had caused him.
"Hey Bandit, I have a birthday present for your daughter, Dougie personally picked it out for her……Are you ok?". Miranda said, Bandit just placed the icing down and scratched his facial cheek. "It's nothing just family issues….You know….With Bingo". Miranda placed the present on the table And walked beside him. "Wanna know something do, to cheer me up when I'm done?" She asked him, Bandit Just looked at her with dull eyes, "Could I use this". She asked pointing to a newspaper, Bandit nodded not really paying attention, The female cavapoo turned it around to where a poodle was posted on the newspaper as the first of her breed to win in a swimming tournament. Miranda folded the paper and made the poodle's mouth disappear, Making the poodle look like she didn't have a snout.
Miranda started to giggle, At just how weird the poodle looked, She then started to hiccup a bit. Bluey And Bingo looked at the grown adult giggling, Bingo tapped Dougie's shoulder with his unbroken arm. They all looked up curious about why she was giggling out of nowhere. The three kids walked up to the cavapoo, Bingo and Dougie used chairs to see what she was laughing at, and Dougie helped Bingo get up. And Bluey just walked beside the cavapoo, When they all got a good look at what she was laughing at, The kids couldn't help but giggle with her. "She looks so funny," Bluey said, Bingo continued to giggle, and Dougie looked at her mum and communicated with her in sign language. Causing her to begin to laugh out loud. Bandit at first was annoyed by their giggles, It wasn't even funny, But then he realized that was the point, It was stupid, Which made it funny. He smiled at first, But after a few seconds, he couldn't help but laugh out loud.
Downstairs Brandy could hear them all laughing and giggling, SHe could hear Bandit laughing upstairs. She bit her lip, her jealousy starting to get the better of her. She walked upstairs, to see them all still laughing at something the cavapoo was holding. "Hello", She said, waving at all of the dogs, "AUNT BRANDY", Bluey and Bingo yelled, They ran up to her and hugged her. She crouched down hugging the younger heelers, She then hugged Bingo and picked her up. How's my little birthday girl doing? You're turning nine today, aren't you". She bumped her nose through her muzzle, Which made her giggle. "Aunt Brandy you're the best", Bingo said hugging her, For a second Brandy stood still, She wanted the hug to last forever. But she ended it and placed Bingo on the ground.
"Hey Brandy, It's good to see you, He went up to her and gave her a fist bump, She bumped his fist. "It's good to see you too Bandit, Sorry if I came a bit late, I just had to finish Bingo's gift, She said, taking out a small red box from the bag. She placed it on the counter next to the other one. Dougie then walked up to the red heeler holding his board, "Hey there you must be Bingo's friend, It's nice to meet you". She said waving to the brown cavapoo, He then raised the board in front of the red Heeler.
"Hello, Ma'am, My name is Dougie, And I can't hear you".
Brandy looked up at Bandit, with a confused look, He then pointed to his ears and shook his head, letting her know he couldn't hear. "Oh", She said, He offered her the board, She took it and looked at it funny. "You have to shake it aunt brandy", Bluey said. The red heeler did as she was told and the words disappeared, She was surprised. Dougie offered her the pen, She took it and began to write on it.
"It's nice meeting you Dougie, My name is Brandy"
When she showed it, Dougie smiled and offered her a handshake, Brandy took it and shook his hand. "Wow your kid is very well-mannered", She complimented the female Cavapoo, The cavapoo walked behind her son holding his shoulders. "Thank you, He gets his manners from his father, He would have come, But he was tired from working all night". The Cavapoo said, Causing Brandy's ears to perk up, She had a husband, Which made her jealousy go away. "Hey now that brandys here, We can finally have the cake. He placed it on the kitchen table. It was shaped like a cartoon duck. Bingo had wanted it to be a duck cake again, But Bandit didn't want to bother with making a complex one. So he made a simple cake from a drawing he found online. "Duck Cake", Bingo said, As she got on the chair, the others surrounded the table.
Bandit brought out a candle that said 9 years and placed it on the cake. He lit the candle, And moved the cake in front of his daughter, "Make a wish kid" he said, Bingo thought for a second about what was the thing she wanted the most in her life. When she figured it out, She blew out the candle. They all clapped their hands, Bandit walked to the kitchen and grabbed a knife to cut the cake. He sliced it evenly for all of them. It Wasn't a big cake so it was enough to go around. They all enjoyed the freshly baked cake while having a decent conversation. Band and Miranda found out they have a lot more in common than they thought. The kids were communicating with Dougie while using the board.
After they were all filled up from eating the cake. Brandy and Miranda grabbed their presents from the kitchen counter and walked up to Bingo. After that the adults sat back down on the chair waiting for her to open her presents. The red heeler grabbed Dougies present first, interested to know. "He picked it out just for you", Miranda said, As Bingo opened it up, She stopped and looked inside the box. She then picked it up, Allowing the others to see what it was. "Turtleboy?" She said out loud, it was a green turtle that had a cartoon smile, but it had stitches on its left arm. Bandit then took a closer look at the toy. "Wait hold on……I've seen that turtle before, Wasn't it at the park down the street?" He said looking at the female cavapoo.
"Oh my, Was it your daughters?" She said, worrying that they might have taken her toy. "No, We found it in the park, And we always left it in the open, So his owner could find it". He said, getting up and walking towards Bingo, grabbing the smiling turtle's arm. "What happened to his arm?" Bandit asked her, Dougie couldn't hear what they were saying. But seeing Bingo hugging the turtle with her non-broken arm. It made him remember when he first picked the toy up from the park.
FLASHBACK
2 years ago Dougie and his mum were walking towards the park. He was eager to play with turtle boy, But he stopped when he saw three dogs fighting over the plushie. "WE WANT IT COOKIE," The two brothers said as they pulled on the turtle's body. "NO I WANT IT", The sister yelled as she pulled harder on the toy's arm. However the toy couldn't handle the opposing forces from the 3 dogs, The female dog ripped its arm off from the plushie. Causing the siblings to fall on the ground, stuffing was all over the ground. They started to panic knowing that it wasn't their toy, And if their parents were to find out they would get in trouble. So they picked up the toy, And ran to the trash can, throwing it in. They looked around making sure no one saw anything, But they then noticed the two cavapoos watching them from a distance. The siblings then ran away from the scene.
"Oh no", Miranda said looking down at her son, He quickly ran up to the trash can and threw it on the ground. He opened the trashcan and took out the ripped plushie. Miranda walked up to her son, He had a tear going down his face. She picked up the toy And looked at it with sad eyes. "It's ok honey, We can fix him, Come on let's go". She said, while using sign language, Dougie wiped the tear from his eye. The two cavapoos walked out of the park, Back to Miranda's car. When they were gone, Bingo and Bandit walked to the park. The red heeler walked up to where she left the turtle boy, Her ears dropped.
END OF FLASHBACK
Back to the present, Bingo got down from her chair holding the plushie. Sheran up to the Cavapoo, And hugged him. "THANK YOU, THANK YOU THANK YOU". She yelled saying it over and over again. "Dougie was surprised and confused, how could one of his toys make his friend this happy?" Bandit watched as his daughter continued to thank the cavapoo. He looked towards Miranda, She Wasn't giving his daughter a scared or worried look. No, She was smiling at her, happy for her son. Brandy was also looking at her niece, She then looked at her gift for her niece. She picked it up and offered it to the younger red heeler. "I hope you like this one too", Bingo stopped hugging Dougie, She placed the turtle on the table and grabbed her aunt's present. She opened it up, And let out a surprised gasp.
She took out a plushie that was heavily stitched with string, "Mum", Bingo said, It was the plushie she had won 3 years ago. It wasn't perfectly fixed but it was the best Brandy could do. "You fixed it?" Bandit said, Smiling at Brandy, She blushed a little embarrassed, "Yeah, I asked Wendy if she could do me a favor and get the doll parts from stripes house". She said wagging her tail, Bingo ran up and hugged Brandy. "Thank you, Aunt Brandy, You're the best!" The little heeler said, Brandy returned the hug, Even though most of her family members didn't make it to her birthday party, Bingo was happy to at least have her aunt, and new friend at her party. She knew no one would ever look at her the same for what she was now, But at least she had a few that cared about her.
Bingo got down and pointed at the turtle plushie, letting him know that she wanted to play with him. Dougie nodded, And they bingo pointed downstairs to the playroom. Dougie followed Bingo downstairs, Miranda got up from her chair and followed them, "I'm just gonna keep an eye on them". She said, giving the two adults a thumbs-up. "Oh, I'm gonna go talk to Mackenzie on my tablet". Bluey said running to her room, The only two dogs that were left in the kitchen were Bandit and Brandy.

"When do you think we should tell her about the big surprise?" She said to the Blue Heeler, Bandit grabbed a piece of paper from his back pocket, and looked at it with a smile, "Tonight", He said, having his gaze on brandy, She nodded.
"Ding dong"
The front door rang, Bandit got up from the chair walking downstairs to the door, He opened it to see Sheila, The mother of Lila. "Oh hey Sheila, Are you here for the birthday party". He said hoping she brung her kid to play with bingo, She just gave him a piece of paper, and left his front porch to her car, Not bothering to talk to the Blue Heeler. Bandit opened the piece of paper, It was a letter from lila to Bingo. It wasn't written perfectly but it was still readable.
"Hey Bingo, It's me lila, I'm sorry for running away from you today. I saw you drop the invintation to your birthday party. I don't know why you attacked your cousins, Buti hope you get the help you need. I hope you have a happy birthday, Maybein time we can be friends again".

Bandit walked back inside the house to his daughter, She and dougie were playing with the legos. Making a large castle and playing with the plushies. Miranda was sitting on the couch, she waved at the heeler, Bandit waved back and continued to walk up to his daughter. "Hey kid you have some mail, from a friend". He said to his daughter, Bingo stopped playing with dougie and grabbed the letter. She read it in her mind, She then looked up to her father with a confused look. "Looks like she's want to be friends with you again". He said, Bingo smiled, she was had to be given a second chance to be friends with lila. She gave the letter to Dougie, He read over it and smiled at the red heeler. He gave her a thumbs up.
BRISBANE HOSPITAL
The sun was starting to set, and inside one of the many rooms in the hospital, Shaun and Luci were looking at Chilli's dried-up tumors through a microscope. He had a skill pincer holding a smaller cup of coca powder, He was trying to get the tumor to move again. But nothing happened, all it did was stay still. "I swear to god, It was moving when I put a piece of chocolate near it". He said stubbornly, He even tried to use a piece of chocolate he bought from the grocery store today, But nothing happened, The Dried up tumor stood still. "Maybe it was just your imagination Mr shepherd?" Luci said grabbing a small bag of sugar, for her decaf coffee.
The case of chilli heeler had been closed for two years, They couldn't find anything wrong with her. All they suspected was that she had developed a new cancer that could somehow turn off her pain receptors, And cause her to go into a feral-like state. The weirdest part was that the tumors in her brain didn't stop moving for a few days until they shriveled up into hard dark objects. They tried to figure out why the tumors were acting like this. But they found nothing, but what they did find out about chilli was that her hormones were above normal for a female dog. Which they used as the reason for her ability to be able to take down the larger police dogs.
Shaun put the coca powder on the table away from the tumor, He was trying to use the main ingredients found in chocolate to try and make the tumor move by itself. But none of the main ingredients worked, So he was thinking deep in his brain trying to figure out why it moved. The shepherd then looked back at the Shiba Inu who was pouring the sugar into her coffee. Shaun then out of nowhere grabbed it out from her hands. "Hey!" She said angrily to the German shepherd. But Shaun ignored her and poured the remaining sugar into the last cup he had. He then slowly moved it in front of the dried-up brain tumor.
However nothing happened, The Shiba Inu punched him in the shoulder. "Next time get your own damn suga-"
"Look!" Shaun said out loud, Luci then moved around And looked at the side of the microscope. The tumor was moving again, small black tentacles began to move around the cup of sugar, from the microscope Shaun could see the tentacles absorbing the sugar. But what distracted the German shepherd was when the tentacles began to glow red, And the rest of the tumor's body began to glow red. More tentacles grew from its body. It was pumping up like a beating heart it began to grow larger, And larger. until it began to duplicate itself. Shaun ran to the side and grabbed a container he placed the duplicating tumors inside the glass container.
Shaun and Luci watch as the one tumor became two, They were duplicates. Their tentacles, we're moving like crazy, Trying to find sugar. It began, To shoot out a bluish-green color from its tentacles all over the flask. How could this happen, It didn't make sense. How could a tumor that was shriveled up become red again and shoot out abnormally colored fluids from its body?
"Headquarters has to know about this", He said, placing the cup on the table, He took his phone out and started to take pictures of the tumors. Luci covered her eyes not wanting to see any more of this abnormality.
HEELER HOUSE
it was dark now, Miranda and her son walked up to the car. They both waved at the Wheeler as they went down the hill. Bingo was still smiling as they left, Happy that they came to her party. "Alright, kids come to the kitchen we have one more gift for you bingo". The 4 heelers walked upstairs to the kitchen, Bandit and Brandy were facing the kids with a big smile on their faces. "Bingo, Brandy and I have been talking for a bit, And well since everything that has happened right now has put a lot of stress on all of us. So we decide on what to do, but you are gonna have to read it out loud to all of us". He explained with a big smile, As he grabbed the piece of paper from his back pocket. Bingo looked it and opened the letter as best as she could with one arm.
She manage to open it and read it out loud to others. "Dear bingo next month you and your sister are invited to an all paid trip, with your dad and aunt, to……". She flipped the page and read the words in bold. She waged her tail in excitement, And look at her father with wide eyes. "FOR REAL LIFE", Bingo shouted, Bluey then grabbed the paper from her sister. Reading the back of the paper. The blue heelers tail began to wag in excitement.
"That's right kids, WERE GOING TO AMERICA!"
