Look I have been up here for a while and was single for a long time before that a man can look. Either way All-Might has just been stockpiling more power into this thing for like 40 years it is so much more powerful than when he took it over. You would seriously hurt yourself if you used like he said.
So what do I do?
Well with instruction from Nana I am going to help you get this under control.
"Izuku what is he saying?" Ochaco asked.
"He saying that every previous holder of One for All has like a ghost in the quirk. Now they are all in my head. They can't talk to me yet but Nana is talking to me through Mr. Tracy. He said that if I had used One for All like All-Might said it would have been seriously hurt. All-Might has been adding power to One for All for 40 years so it's a lot stronger than when he first inherited it."
All-Might looked a little sheepish. "In my defense I was able to handle it at full power as soon as I inherited it. But if that is what Nana is saying then we should probably listen. Has Mr. Tracy said anything else."
Izuku sighed and looked down. "Yes sadly yes. Nana is hot."
All-Might chuckled, "Yes she was very beautiful."
"Really, hey son don't worry I got a hot chick to talk to. That is what he comes out with. I am so going to smack him around one day." Ochaco said.
Ok so lets get this started. Probably the best way to imagine this is huge energy reactor. There is a control valve so you can control how much energy you release. Like 5% etc. Imagine turning on the plant and open the valve slowly so you don't bust the conduits.
Ok, One for All is a power plant and I am the vessel. Open it just a crack let it in slowly.

Ochaco sat holding his had as he stood there, at first nothing was happening then she saw red lines start to fad in on his arms and legs, then green electricity arced down his arms. She almost yanked away but when it danced onto her hand, it was warm, comforting.
That's good kid, 7% and it looks like the pipes are holding. Lets move it up one more.

Yea I never stopped holding your hand and as you were powering up Izu the green lightening came off you and hit my hand. It was so warm and comforting then I could hear him. That means I am one step closer to getting my hands on you Mr. Tracy.

Izuku started to laugh as the lightening went away. Ochaco laughed as let go Izuku's hand and stepped back. "One step closer" she said with an evil grin spreading on her face.
"Did something happen?" All-Might asked.
"Apparently as I was powering up when that green lightening appeared Ochaco could hear Mr. Tracy."
"That is interesting. So what was it like."
"Amazing, I could feel it flooding my entire body, at first I was just going to release it all like you said. But Mr. Tracy told me to imagine it like One for All is this giant energy reactor and I could turn a dial to release it. But if I did it to fast the pipes would burst. Namely me."
"How far did you get before you lost concentration. 7% but I felt good I think I can go higher."
"Well then young Midoriya begin again."
Izuku began again before he came to a stop "13% seems about it right now."
"Excellent now lets see what you can do with it." All-Might smirked.
Izuku was lying flat on his back looking up at the ceiling. All-Might waked over and helped him up. "Young Midoriya I'm very excited and about this, you did amazing. I will draft up a plan for training. I want you to continue your sparing with your sensei without One for All of course. Young Uraraka if you would like to join us? And the other your mentioned young Midoriya?"
"I think I will talk to them this weekend the sooner the better. I don't want to hide anything from Mina and Eijiro, they were my first real friends and they believed in me. I want to put my faith in them."
With that Izuku and Ochaco went home, their fingers interlocked. Thankfully for Mr. Tracy it didn't seem like she could hear him atm.
He walked her to her door, before she pulled away he pulled her back into a deep kiss.
"Thankyou for everything Ochaco, I mean it. After I thought I lost him, and everything till he came back. You were my rock."
"That's what partners do right. We lean on each other. You lean on me and I lean on you. Now get home I am sure Mama Inko is waiting for you. Love you."
"I love you too."
Izuku barely survived when he got home. Even when he activated One for All at 2% he couldn't break free. After she decided to let him breath again, it took him tapping on her shoulder to cry for breath. He told her about his whole day. The loss, the return, the other vestiages that were now apparently renting space in his head. Inko took it all in rather graciously, she even sat and listened to the song that Mr. Tracy had played him.
"Mom are you happy?"
"You know Izuku in some ways so much more than I can express. I am still scared for you, Mina, Eijiro, and Ochaco going into hero work like their parents are. It's a dangerous field, but it does make me feel better that you will be on more equal footing with those villains out there. But I want don't want you to let that go to your head. Look at how strong All-Might is and what still happened to him. He is a good man but let's be honest he is not always the brightest bulb in the room. "Clinch your butt cheeks and yell smash." Seriously. Anyway, you use the brilliant mind you have, all those tactics and plans your and your Sensei developed. If you approach every battle like you are still with out a quirk then I am sure you will be great."
"Alex?"
"He does make me happy Izuku, he does. He cares and doesn't take me for granted. He cares for you also. I know that well your biological dad abandoned us. Mr. Tracy is more your dad than any other. But I want you to rely on Alex also. He cares."
"I like him too Mom. He doesn't push you know. He does just the right amount."
"Well I am glad you like him….because he kind of asked to," Inko blushed. "Marry Me."
"Oh my god Mom what did you say?"
"I told him I wanted to talk to you about it, and he wants to talk to you about it as well. So I was thinking maybe all of us could go to dinner Friday night, you can invite Ochaco if you like."
"Ok that sounds great. Now lets eat I am starving. I will talk to Ochaco about it tomorrow. Do you mind if Mina and Eijiro come over this weekend I want to talk to them also."
"I think that will be ok."
-Saturday-
"Dude your mom is getting remarried and Alex asked for your blessing. How manly."
"It was kind of cool, but he makes her so happy and he seems to really love her."
"How romantic. I would want my future husband to come ask my parents and then my dad would say no and I would yell 'I don't care old man I love him anyway' and we could run off and elope. But then at the wedding my dad busts in and we have tearful reunion where he give me his blessing." Mina said as she flopped on the couch.
"That sounds so dramatic… wait wasn't what happened on the show we watched when I spent the night last." Ochaco said handing Izuku a bottle of water.
"Yup it was so dramatic and cool."
Eijiro and Izuku just rolled their eyes.
Izuku stood up to stand in front of his friends.
"Hey guys can I talk to you for a bit?"
"Omg, Ochaco is pregnant!" Mina shouted.
"DUDE WHAT?" Eijiro added.
"Please don't judge him Mina, he is just a wild animal I couldn't resist him." Ochaco said collapsing into Mina's arms.
"WHAT, WAIT, I MEAN WE HAVEN'T HAD SEX!"
"Oh I see how it is, your ravish a girl 10-15 times and you just forget. You see what I have to bear with Mina. Who will take care of me and my triplets?"
"Don't worry girl, I got you. Me and Eijiro will make sure your taken care of, after all I'm pregnant with Eijiro's baby as well."
"You know I'm gay right."
Izuku blushed and stammered as the girls burst out into laughter. "Sorry Izuku please continue," Ochaco said as her and Mina settled down. "I couldn't help myself."
"Ok all joking aside is everything ok Midori-bro"
"Actually yes Eijiro but…" he paused.
Mina sat up as she could tell that Izuku was serious. "What ever it is Izuku you know you can tell us right?"
"Yea dude."
Just talk from the heart son. That is all you need.
"Look I love you guys. Eijiro you are the brother I never had but I always needed. Mina you are the sister that I always dreamed of. What I am about to tell you can't leave this room ever. My mom and Ochaco already know. If after this you don't want to be friends anymore or if it is to weird just let me know."
"Izu," Mina said. "I love you too, I would help you dispose of a body ok so don't worry about it."
"Same bro, I got a shovel at home."
Izuku smiled. "So you know how I meet All-Might after that house fire. Well he made me an offer I said yes. He offered me his quirk."
"WHAT?!"
"You know how All-Might's never answered questions about his quirk is because I can be transferred to another person. I just stockpiles energy getting stronger. All-Might got injured a few years ago pretty bad in a fight and he has been looking for a successor. And he chose me."
"Dude, what."
"Um, Izuku are you ok?"

Izuku summoned up One for All. Mina and Eijiro sat there in shock as the green ligtening formed around his body. "Eijiro harden you hand for me."
Eijiro stood and did so, Izuku simply extended his hand and shook it. "Ow holy shit, what is going on."
"He isn't joking is he?" Mina asked Ochaco.
"No he isn't. I was there when I happened I saw the whole thing. He even told All-Might that he was going to tell you guys before he accepted."
Tears formed in the corner of Mina's eyes and she leapt off the couch spring boarded off the coffee table into Izuku's arms. "Oh god thank you, thank you so much. I would pray for you to get a quirk. I just wanted you to be safer being a hero. I was always afraid, I'm sorr" Mina just sobbed against his shoulder.
Eijiro walked over wiping some manly tears "Dude thank you for trusting us."
"I told you guys I love you. Oh and if your down All-Might has agreed to train all of us for U.A"
"Dude are you serious?"
"Yea that mean you and Mina need to hit the books for the written test while All-Might trains us for the practical."
"I am so there."
Mina just looked up at him, "Of course stupid head."
Ochaco came and joined in the group hug.
All us are going to U.A

"Um anyone else hear a voice or am I going crazy now?" Mina asked.
