Chapter 5

"Oh crap." Luffy just speaks above a whisper. As he looks to the others behind him. "The King of the Mountain knows we are here." He tells them as he trembles with a little fear.

"So, who's this King of the Mountain?" Zoro looks at Luffy and at the two boys with them as the adults haven't said anything. For they haven't come face to face with the monsters of the island just yet…well they have met one. But Garp isn't human no matter how much he pretends to be an old man who eats rice crackers and pisses off the higher ups in the Marines.

Taking a deep breath knowing no one is going to answer the girl. Ace tries his best to steal himself to answer her question. "He is a massive tiger. I would save he is about the size of the bar, that brat there spends time together at." He tells her as his voice is still a little shaky.

Zoro's eyes widen at hearing this. As Makino's bar isn't something to sneeze at. For it is a good-sized building. If there is a tiger up on this mountain that is that big. There is something wrong with this place. For animal's shouldn't be growing to be that big.

"Well boy's." Shanks speaks up gathering everyone to look towards him. "Let's drop off this fuzzy lord his dinner and head back to the village. As I would like to have some more fun before we go on a little trip." He tells them.

His men don't say a word as they drop the dead men next to a tree and they tied the ones still alive to the same tree.

The ones still alive cried excepting their fates. As they knew once they had gone up against a Yanko. This will never end well for them. As now they will be the dinner of the tiger they had spent the several months they had been on the island keeping away from.

Makino's bar 3 hours later

Having taken care of the trash. It has been a long trip there and back. As Luffy had fallen asleep in Shanks arms as Benn carried Zoro back to the village.

Once arriving Makino looked at them with worry and fear. "Are they okay?" She questions as she moves towards the three boys and single girl.

"They are fine Makino. Nothing happens to them. They had just fallen asleep, and we carried them back. As it has been an eventful day for all four of them." Shanks told her grinning from ear to ear.

She arches a brow looking at Shanks as she looked over to a raven hair boy who was being carried by Yasopp as the blonde hair boy hung over Rockstar's shoulder. "Well bring them in and rest them upon the couch in the corner. I am sure they will be hungry once they awaken." She tells them as she sighs looking at Luffy and Zoro. Still worried that children had seen death and other things they shouldn't have at just a young age. But in this world of Pirates and Marines. This wasn't unexpected.

Listening to her orders the four men walk into the bar and take the children to the couch in the far-right corner of the bar. So, the children can sleep some more. Even the others that hadn't gone with their Captain had quieted down once seeing them enter with the sleeping children.

Several hours have passed since arriving back to the bar that Luffy slowly stirs as Makino had just finished making the boy's and Zoro's dinner.

Hearing the boy's yawn. Makino turns to see Luffy sitting up and rubbing sleep out of his eyes as the midday sun is shining into the window up above the couch into the bar. She smiles softly at seeing Luffy wake up and the others slowly following behind him. As she knew the boy had smelt the food she had made just for them.

Noticing Makino looking away from the bar top. Shanks follows her sight as he grins seeing the children slowly waking and Luffy being the first of them all awaken. "It appears he wakes up when his stomach rumbles like a beast." He tells her with a chuckle.

"Only if you truly knew." Makino tells him as she turns back around and beings plating up the food for the kids as Luffy takes the now awake Zoro's hand and leads her told the bar. To take his spot on his favorite bat stool.

Ace and Sabo watch the two younger kids as they head to the bar counter where white plates with food on them are being placed before four empty barstools. They look towards each other and have a silent argument between each other. Before Ace is rolling his eyes and following the blonde-hair boy to the bar where Luffy and Zoro now sat, looking at the green hair woman standing before them.

"I made some food for the four of you. As I do believe you all must be hungry." Makino tells them as this is what Ace and Sabo hear as they are now climbing onto the empty barstools.

"Thank you." Zoro softly tells the woman before her as she dings into her meal.

The boys tell her thank you as well as they begin to eat like wild animals.

Several weeks later

"So, the man you call your Grandfather who believes it is alright with leaving a four-year-old to live alone, is finally coming to visit you?" Zoro questions as she looks towards Luffy. Who is grinning brightly at her.

"Yup! As well I think Shanks and his guys should be returning today as well. So, it is going to be a fun day. If you ask me." Luffy tells her with a toothy smile.

Zoro rolls her eyes at Luffy as he is growing annoyed with how Luffy keeps smiling no matter what happens around him. But she bits her lip as she knows she is just a guest in his house.

Dock

A large Marine battleship is seen docking. This isn't any normal ship. As the bow of the ship is a dog face. Meaning this battleship belongs to one man and one man alone. Vice Admiral Monkey D. Garp.

At the bow of the ship a man dress in a white Marine suit stands wearing a Dog Mask upon his face. As a bag of some kind is held in his right hand. He stands there as his eyes glid across the villagers who have come to see who has arrived upon their sleepy little home.

Luffy takes Zoro's hand as he guides her through the villagers blocking their way towards the Marine Battleship. Once breaking through the crowd of villagers. "GRANDPA!" Luffy screams catching the older Monkey's attention towards himself and Zoro.

With a massive grin Garp crouches down slightly and pushes himself off the Dog head of his ship and airwalks today's his grandson. "LUFFY!" Garp's booming voice calls out towards his only grandson.

Zoro pales at seeming this massive man coming towards her and Luffy. As she is ready to run for it. To get away from the danger coming towards them.

Landing before the two children Garp grins down upon them as his midnight blue eyes study the girl who is holding the hand of his grandson. "Hello Luffy. How have you been?" He questions as he keeps his grin as his left hand moves up to remove the Dogface mask he wears.

"I've been okay Grandpas. But I need an increase in my allowance for the year. As it isn't enough to keep me stocked." Luffy tells him as he loses his dopy grin upon his face.

Garp arches a black graying brow at his grandson. "Didn't I give you enough last year?" He questions studying his grandson's face.

Shaking his head Luffy narrows his eyes. "No. You didn't. I had to learn how to hunt on my own as well as steal and take anything from the trash heap called Grey terminal." He tells the aging man now crouch before him.

"I see. I had thought I left you enough." Garp told him as he skips over the part where Luffy told him he had been stealing to make ends meet. "Well, we shall go over your expense while I am here. As well Luffy. Who's this pretty girl?" He questions grinning brightly at Zoro.

Zoro looks at him with narrowed silver eyes. "I am Zoro." She tells him never to reveal her last name to him.

"Well young lady it is a pleasure to meet you Zoro. I am Monkey D. Garp." Garp interduce himself with a grin upon his face.

"Zoro is living with me now. As she has nowhere to go. As something bad happen to her mommy and she was brought here, and I offered her to stay with me." Luffy tells Garp as his caught the old man off guard. This girl before him has something shady going on within her family. To the point she will not even give the man before her, her last name.

"Well, it is a pleasure to meet you Miss Zoro." Garp tells her with his grin never to leave his face. "I am glad my trouble making grandson has someone to keep him in line." He adds laughing like the old fool he is.

"Yeah….umm…sure." Zoro tells him as she takes another step away from the man before her. "He isn't like a normal kid." She tells him as she looks down at the grinning boy standing next to her.

"Well, we Monkey men are not for the faint of heart. We keep our loved ones on their toes." Garp tells her chuckling.

Arching a green brow at the man before her she asked a question she doesn't think anyone has ever asked him. "How in the hell do you have a wife?" She questions him.

Garp blinks with shock written across his face. As no one had ever questioned him about being married. But snapped out of his stupor with a booming laugh. "Well, I did marry me a strong Marine woman." He tells her. "As only a strong woman can handle my crazy old ass. Also, it doesn't help she is also an Amazon. So, she is one tough cookie." He tells her and Luffy smile grinning ear to ear.

"Amazon?" Luffy questions as he tilts his head to the right looking at his grandfather with slight confusion upon his face.

Zoro looks at Luffy slightly confused. "They are a race of women warriors that live on an island that is on something called the silent belt." She told him but wasn't sure of the name of the sea though.

Garp grins watching them. 'She will be good for the boy. Maybe be able to get him to learn something.' He thought to himself as he noticed the wooden swords on the girl's left of him. Looking down at them slightly confused as she has three of them upon her hip.

"Well brat's lets have some lunch, and we will go through Luffy and now yours expensive for the year." Garp tells him as he places his hand upon Luffy's head as he knows from the past and his wife. Don't touch a woman's hair.

Now Garp is here. Let's find out what to happen.
