Akashic Order
Also referred to as the Instinct of the Universe, the core principle which the Universe operates to maintain the equilibrium between Time and Space. It is the drive to "evolve and record all events throughout Time and Space until the end." Universes where evolution has stopped or advanced to quickly are reset where they develop and evolve into something more promising. Should a parallel universe be compromised or corrupted beyond repair, they are seen as a sickness and are erased.
Manifestation of the Will
Frank is the manifestation of the Root, serving as its only Counter Guardian in order to stop the "degradation of Time at the center of eternity." While he can feel emotions and understand logic like normal humans, he is ultimately indifferent towards humanity itself as they are "embers blown by the wind."
Affection of the Root
The mark of all existence. It boosts all parameters to the point that no one can truly grasp the extend of his power. Anyone that attempts to analyze his stats will result in a backlash as a way to warm them not to continue as the brain cannot process the impossible amounts of information.
Archive of Eternity
As the Recorder for the Universe, Frank possesses an infinite knowledge of the inner workings of reality. It's history, its future, and its extinction. He merely needs to glance at an object or a lifeform to learn its complete history.
Omnipresence
As the Swirl of the Root exists simultaneously across all of reality, Frank's presence is spread across the universe's space/time axis, allowing him to be present in virtually every dimension without consequences.
Omnipotence
Because he draws power from the origin of all existence, Frank has limitless amounts of energy.
Eternity
Frank cannot die as he exists outside the concept of death. Should his body be injured, he will immediately regenerate. This is true immortality. Should his body be completely destroyed, he can still exert his will in the physical worn by creating an astral projection of himself. He can also possess people and give them god-like abilities for a limited time.

Aspect of Akasha: One who Reigns Over Concept
The right granted to the one who merged with the Root. With this Authority, Frank can dictate whether something should have a "meaning" and, by extension, exist. It can be compared to the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception as both follow the same structure; though one "kills the concept" of a being while the other removes the "meaning of the concept." Originally sealed because degraded state as a Servant, Frank is able to consciously use it without any drawbacks.
Origin: From Nothingness I was born
The "Mind" of the Root, some would call it God. It is the result of Frank merging with the ethereal phenomenon and gaining sentience and a personality. It is self aware, granting Frank the power to perceive and interact with targets far beyond what a normal living being can understand as well as appraising a target; it functions as a secondary brain that works in conjunction with his own. Should Frank's mind be unavailable, Origin will temporarily take over the body to ensure their mutual survival.
Mystery: The Self-Completion of the World
The result of coming into contact with the Root, gaining access to all Five Magics:
Denial of Nothingness - Allows Frank to create anything with a mere though so long as he has an idea of what he wishes.
Operation of Parallel Worlds - It allows Frank to observe and interact with Parallel Worlds by rewriting the world itself. Simply put, Frank is able to "redecorate" history so that different outcomes can occur without permanently altering the original timeline.
Heaven's Feel - Allows for the materialization of the soul which stops the inevitable dispersion of the soul once it no longer has an anchor to the world, and essentially makes it transcend to a higher form of existence. Olga Marie Animusphere was resurrected using an incomplete version of the Third Magic, allowing her to keep her humanity but required a puppet body to properly interact with the world.
Exclusive to Frank, however, is his ability to command the souls of Heroic Spirits and turning them into extensions of himself. Due to the Throne of Heroes being part of the Root itself, it gives Frank absolute dominion over every Heroic Spirit and use them as puppets.
Magic Blue - Grants the ability of time travel similar to the Second Magic allowing him to move backwards and forwards as well as rewinding and accelerating time. However, as this is not Second Magic it can't rewrite the world meaning that any alterations done during its activation will be rectified and returned to normal once its over. Another trait is its ability to "exchange" time allowing for Frank to take minutes to years off of someone's time and adds them to himself or others should he wished.
Origin locked this ability without Frank's knowledge when he was summoned to the Fifth Holy Grail War out of danger of exposing his true nature to his Master as well as other magi. The Command Seals unknowingly served as limiters for the purpose of restraining the absolute phenomena of Mystery inside his body; it also served as camouflage make him appear as a regular Servant. With every Command Seal used, it unlocked a portion of Mystery. If every Command Seal is used, Frank loses his Servant form and becomes a Mystery and as such, cannot exist in the human world as his very presence distorts the natural law of the world.
The Red Line: The Border between Mortality and Eternity
Also known as the Aozaki Doctrine. It is a special doll body capable of housing Mystery without any difficultly. Kischur Zelretch Schweinorg found Frank's Mystery on the verge of vanishing and was able to bind it in a doll body he just happened to have at the time. When Rin brought Frank to the Clocktower, the Wizard Marshall presented him with new body that he uses to this day. It is able to channel the Mystery inside him and manipulate it without any consequence. According to Zeldretch, he had to cash in every favor imaginable to gather the materials required to create it, then he had to persuade (i.e. harass) a puppet maker to use the materials to create "the ultimate puppet for the ultimate Mystery". Because of the materials used and the absurd network of seals inside it, it is considered "the most useless puppet in the world" as any human soul will burn the moment it comes into contact with the super-heated energy circulating in the body. Also it is impossibly heavy, making it nigh impossible to lift let alone anyone to move. The doll also allows him to perceive more human emotions, allowing to sound more "human" than normal. Only two of these puppets were ever made and thus are considered a Mystery in and of itself.
Olga Marie Animusphere uses a spare body that Frank had stored in a pocket dimension in case something happened to the one he is currently using. He had enchanted it to make easier for her to move, however, there is a risk that her soul will be affected by the Mystery used create it, resulting in her slowly losing her humanity.

I decided to update the stat sheet from the original, deleting a couple of things as well as adding new ones to show the extent of Frank's godly status. If you guys think I should add more or don't like, write it down in the comments.
