Opening File: Brunnhilde

Chosen by Odin to be the Chief of the Valkyries, to take the souls of the warriors perished in battle with honor and bring them to Valhalla. She led the Valkyrior, the Choosers of the Slain, a group of warrior goddesses who would appear over the battlefields of mortal worshippers of the Asgardian gods and choose which of the fallen were worthy to be taken to Valhalla, the land of the honored dead in the dimension of Asgard. Brunnhilde served Asgard capably in this capacity for centuries. When the Gems came to Earth and began colonizing the planet Brunnhilde would gather the mortal heroes for Valhalla until the Gems and the Grimm invaded Asgard.

The wars lead to the deaths of many of her sisters in arms and even ended with the death of Thor when his step brother Loki had been corrupted by the Pit of Hate. When the wars ended Odin ceased all contact with Earth. From then onward, the Valkyries could only choose slain heroes from among fallen Asgardian warriors. It is unknown what Brunnhilde has done during this time, only that once it was confirmed that Thor's successors had been found she was sent to retrieve him.

Opening File: Hekapoo

Hekapoo is the forger and enforcer of all dimensional scissors. Glossaryck created her to provide Mewmans with the means of interdimensional travel. If necessary, she can also close off all interdimensional travel. Hekapoo is deeply prejudiced monsters, as not only did she join Solaria as part of the team on massacring monster armies, but she also taught Festivia Butterfly to continue the cycle of hatred between Mewmans and monsters, so obstinate to the degree that she refused to accept Omnitraxus Prime's way of teaching kindness to Festivia.

Hekapoo has visited Earth in the past, worshiped as the Greek goddess Hecate and has perhaps encountered the Grimm in her time. She has also investigated dimensional disturbances; especially one that happened in a small town called Gravity Falls over thirty years ago but could never find the source but she later discovered the man responsible was a man named Ford Pines when she met him at an unknown time and place. Fearing he could cause damage if he created another portal she put out a bounty on him, demanding he be brought in for crystallization but so far he has avoided anyone sent to capture him. Hekapoo is wary of Earth, fearing that the longer Princess Star Butterfly stays on that planet it will drag Mewni into considerable danger.

"As children we are taught the importance of law and order, to be good and not be bad." TOM lectured as the file closed. "But as we grow older there can be times when we choose to questions the laws we are taught and possibly decide that some laws are unjust themselves, choosing are we act ourselves for good or bad. That's the problem when you try to enforce law when everyone shares the gift of free will."

"Unbelievable. Dexter, I suggest you look at this."

Dexter would have refused but in his short time of working with the other contestant named Edward but curiously called himself Double D he could not help but have a small respect for the other boy's intellect. "What is it?"

"It seems that the power source and material that made this extradimensional transport machine is unlike anything I have ever seen before." Double D explained, looking excited. "In fact it resembles absolutely nothing that can be found on Earth."

"Hm…" Dexter looked over the notes that had appeared to have been torn from a book or two on the material and found that Double D was correct.

The strange power source of the machine were unlike anything found on Earth and the ore used in creating the gateway matched no known material on Earth. They looked over the science notes, looking for the reason why.

"It appears that the author of these notes theorized that long ago a comet impact near here. Upon closer inspection the comet emitted a strange type of energy that seemed to cause a small tear in the fabric of reality." Double D started.

"Hm…Yes, it appears that way. The author then took parts of it and then refined it into making this gate." Dexter continued. "He then discovered a way to harness an infinite power source by using the energy in the ore to lock onto a form of space in between…realities." Dexter's eyes widened as he looked over the notes. "The energy coming from the location was enough to power the machine for perhaps an eternity."

"However when he first activated the machine the main computer was damaged and thus with no coordinates set the portal machine was damaged." Double D finished.

"So we must simply follow what we know from only three quarters of the schematics to find and repair the damage." Dexter surmised.

"And then we will have a fully working extradimensional transporter unit!" Double D's smile widened. "Can you imagine? Using it to find new life forms on planets far away and discovering other universes!"

"Yes." Dexter grew a smile as well. "The possibilities are endless."

"So where do we begin?" Double D asked.

"First we focus on what we see in these schematics and then we will focus at unmentioned." Dexter suggested. "Then we will test it."

"It's happening again?!"

Far across the multi-verse, in a dimension simply called X-103 an angry Hekapoo anxiously paced back and forth in her forge.

"I can't believe it!" Hekapoo threw her arms up in frustration. "I thought that Ford Pines guy had no way of getting back to his portal! Unless…someone is trying to fix it back on his world! What is it with these mortals and causing interdimensional disasters?!"

This was not good.

"I need to cut this problem off at the source before it causes anymore damage." Hekapoo said, pulling out a pair of scissors. "That machine will create rifts through the multi-verse if I don't plug it up right now."

And this time she would find it.

Yellow Diamond was sitting in her chair in her control room, looking over several messages regarding the progress of Pink's colony on Earth and they didn't sound good. The Grimm kept on attacking, destroying vital installations such as kindergartens and shattering many Gems. It was bad enough that when the Grimm did attack it actually forced the rebels and Homeworld's armies to make a temporary truce to deal with the monsters. Yellow herself was forced to accept this as she had seen firsthand how deadly the Grimm can be when they attacked Blue in the Sky Arena.

Still the Grimm were a threat and Yellow vowed she would not rest until every single one of them were gone.

"Hi Yellow!"

Yellow resisted the urge to snap as Pink climbed onto the armrest of her chair. "Pink, I am really not in the mood for this."

"You never really are in the mood for this." Pink pointed out with an annoying smile. "So why'd you stop training Dragon and its friends? I thought we were making progress."

"It tried to bite me." Yellow sniffed. "It's obviously unable to be trained to be useful. I think we should just dump and the other dragons in the zone back on Earth where they can hopefully destroy some Grimm."

"Yellow…" Pink said slowly. "Are you giving up? I thought Diamonds never give up."

"I am not." Yellow said sharply. "I am just…Reevaluating my method of approach."

"Uh-huh." Pink nodded, the look on her face saying she knew Yellow was lying. "So what will you do when you try again?"

"I…" Yellow looked away and mumbled. "I will have something ready when I try…again."

"Yellow, look at me." Pink said in a sudden and surprising commanding voice that actually made Yellow look back her. "A Diamond does not mumble, always looks everyone in the eye when they are talking and never makes excuses."

Yellow was rendered speechless as Pink threw her own words back in her face, unable to say anything even as Pink giggled at the shocked look on her face. "Now you know how it feels! Come on, Yellow! Are you really going to stop? What would White say if she saw this?"

Yellow stiffened at the mention of White. "I'll…"

"Come on! You are Yellow Diamond! You lead Homeworld's armies! Training a bunch of dragons, even a one as big as you should be easy." Pink laughed.

"Well it's not!" Yellow suddenly yelled before becoming very somber as she sat back on her chair, sighing as she rubbed her temples. "These dragons are unruly beasts so they cannot be ruled."

"So don't rule them." Pink pointed out.

"And I have no idea how I am supposed to train them because I don't know the first thing about training!" Yellow continued. "Every Gem ever created, even a Diamond knows what they are at the moment of creation and knows what they are supposed to be. There's no need for training or needing to learn what to do because they already know it. I lead Homeworld's armies, I do not train them so how am I supposed to train any of these winged creatures like White has told me to do when I do have even the slightest clue of how to-"

Yellow suddenly stopped when she felt something on her face and saw it was Pink hugging her, wrapping her arms around Yellow's neck and placed her cheek against the large Diamond's. "Yellow, I know you are upset and maybe a little worried but you can't let this stop you."

"But I…" Yellow sniffed, closed her eyes. "I don't know what to do."

"I will help you." Pink said comfortably. "I know a few things about dragons so let me show you."

"You?"

"Earth is my colony, remember?" Pink pulled away, giving Yellow a kind smile. "I've seen humans able to ride dragons. Obviously you can only ride our big Dragon but we can still make it work."

"Pink…" Yellow sighed and actually brought a hand up, returning Pink's hug with her own. "Well, I don't see how things can get any worse."

"Well, we could die for starters."

Abby rolled her eyes at Nigel's concern as they were led into the arena. After Yellow Diamond's suggestion the Elementals were immediately moved by the Pearls, after putting on some proper training attire and were now at the doors leading to the very training room of Yellow Diamond herself. Abby actually felt a little better as she glanced at a nearby reflective surface.

She and the other two Elementals were now wearing purple fighting outfits with red sashes tied around their waists and dark slipper like shoes. Abby's hair was even braided again which made her feel even better about the situation. The Pearls had explained if they needed a weapon one would be provided by their crystals which remained with them even in their new outfits.

"If you need a weapon then simply project the image in your mind and it will appear." Candy Pearl instructed.

Abby went as far to test this by summoning a weapon with her mind and to her shock a sword, specifically a cutlass had appeared in her hand.

"Wow!" Ed's grin went wide with glee. "Oh-oh! I want a battle axe!"

His crystal projected a giant axe in his hand which he swung a few times. Nigel and Abby wisely stepped a few feet away.

Nigel was next, summoning a rapier which he looked over. "Amazing."

"Due to the seriousness of this training session, Yellow Diamond has allowed for limited access to your Aura and Semblances." Ice Pearl informed them. "If the crystals detect the limit being reached they will immediately reset to their pre-programmed restriction mode."

With that the doors opened and the three stepped out into the training room where five Gems called Rubies were waiting for them. Up in the main control room, Yellow and Blue Diamond both watched as the two opposing groups faced each other.

"Yellow, just what are you trying to prove with this?" Blue asked, frowning at her fellow Diamond.

"If there is one thing I know about these organics is that they think better on their feet." Yellow responded.

"This is too soon! They are young!" Blue protested. "They barely have any fighting experience, even if it's just against Rubies. Do you know what will happen if they are too badly damaged?"

"They will simply be replaced. This is what always happens with Elemental organics. One dies and another takes its place." Yellow said simply. "Don't be clouded by your emotions. You fought them during the war, remember?"

"Killing these organics for the crimes of their older and deceased counterparts will bring me no joy just as I know it won't bring you any either." Blue stated. "Yes, I fought the Elementals but those are now gone. These ones have nothing to do with them or even the rebels."

"But they are from the same wretched planet. " Yellow scoffed.

"Her planet." Blue stated icily.

Yellow gritted teeth and turned away. "My decision remains."

Blue narrowed her as she looked back at the training arena. "If I suspect any of them to suffer serious damage I will end the match."

Yellow said nothing, telling Blue she would not fight that decision.

Down below the five Rubies stared down the three Elementals, all of them looking ready to fight. Each Ruby had bright scarlet skin, burgundy irises, and dark burgundy, square-shaped hair. They were all slightly shorter than the Elementals but had thick builds, looking exactly the same except for the placement of their gemstones. They all wore Homeworld uniforms with Yellow Diamond's insignia on their chests.

The first had her gemstone on her right cheek.

The second had her gemstone on her right shoulder.

The third had her gemstone on the back of her right knee.

The fourth had her gemstone on her left forearm.

The last one had her gemstone on the back of her right hand.

"I have a bad feeling about this." Nigel remarked, wary of the looks those Rubies were giving him and his friends.

"I don't have any feeling at all." Ed said simply.

"No surprise there." Abby rolled her eyes.

The lead Ruby with the gemstone on her cheek stepped forward. "All right, Rubies! Yellow has gathered us to spar with these organics!" The other Rubies instantly cheered. "The rules are simple: we can use our weapons and powers but no dirty fighting. If we are too brutal the match is over. Are we clear?"

"Yeah!" The Rubies nodded.

"All right. Let's get them!" The Rubies cheered and charged.

"Ed, you want a piece?" Nigel asked as they prepared to fight.

"Okay!" Ed nodded and ran at the Rubies. "Take me to your leader!"

However just as he got close he started running around the Rubies instead of fighting them.

"Uh, what's he doing?" The Ruby with the gem on her right cheek and henceforth would be called Cheeky asked.

"Maybe he's trying to outflank us?" The Ruby with the gem on her right hand and would be called Handy suggested.

"Gather up, Rubies!" The one with a gem on shoulder and henceforth would be known as Shoulders suggested. "Don't let him catch us off guard."

The five Rubies immediately gathered together, forming into a circle so Ed wouldn't slip out of their sight as he continued running.

"What is he doing?" Abby asked, thoroughly confused by this.

"Um, Ed? What are you doing? You know you are supposed to be fighting, right?" Nigel asked.

"I can't, Nigel! My mom said I'm not allowed to fight girls!" Ed called back.

Abby face palmed at the answer. "Oh come on!"

"What does he mean?" Cheeky asked.

"What is a girl?" Shoulders asked.

"Don't be fooled, Rubies! It could be a battle tactic." Handy replied.

"He's not getting me!" The Ruby with the gemstone on the forearm and henceforth would be called Forearm replied.

"Um, Ed?" Nigel decided to try a different approach. "They've given you permission to hit them!"

Ed stopped running. "They have?"

"We have?" The Rubies asked.

"Yeah, they have challenged us to a fight so that means they want you to hit them." Nigel explained slowly.

"Do we?" Cheeky asked.

"It is a spar." The Ruby with the gemstone on her right knee and would be known as Knee pointed out.

"Yeah. We can't spar with someone who is not fighting back." Cheeky reasoned.

"So we did give him permission to hit us!" Shoulders exclaimed.

"You hear that?" Handy pointed at Ed. "We give you permission to hit us!"

"…Okay!" Ed then rushed at the Rubies. "Tag!"

He lashed out with an open palm that hit Handy right in the face and sent her flying back. She hit the ground hard but got back up a second later, actually shaking a bit. "Get him, Rubies!"

The Rubies all rushed Ed and for the next few minutes there was nothing but non-stop punching and kicking. Ed was very powerful, swatting the Rubies away so easily. Compared to the smaller Gems he was like a living mountain that shrugged off any attacks and kept on fighting. The Rubies were smaller and weaker but made up for it by being agile and more experienced.

"Should we help?" Nigel asked.

"I really don't know." Abby admitted. As much as she would have liked to fight it was hard to tell if she and Nigel were even needed.

"The Slime Elemental seems more than a match for a squad of Rubies." Blue Diamond commented, as she and Yellow watched. "Ice and Candy have not even interfered yet."

"It is not over yet." Yellow said dismissively.

After a moment of fighting the fighters seemingly decided for a break and regroup. The Rubies quickly gathered together, all of them looking injured but they were still able to fight. Ed in the meantime was covered in bruises but was still standing and smiling.

"He's good." Cheeky said, panting slightly.

"Yeah but we haven't been fighting at our full strength." Handy said confidently. "So let's do it Rubies!"

The Rubies all came together and in a flash of light where there was once five Rubies there was only one giant Ruby.

"Now we finish this!" The giant Ruby declared.

"Okay, now we help!" Abby said, rushing to help Ed.

Before they could anything the Ruby fusion attacked Ed, pummeling him without mercy. Despite Ed's durability and his Aura he still felt each blow.

"Ouch! Owie! Pain and hurt!"

The Ruby then followed up with a massive uppercut that sent Ed flying into the air.

"Not done yet!" Fire exploded underneath the Ruby fusion's feet and propelled up after Ed, flying above him and then brought her hands together to deliver a smashing blow that sent Ed shooting back down to the floor.

Ed hit the floor so hard a crater was formed from the impact.

"Ed!" Nigel and Abby shouted in concern.

Blue Diamond's eyes widened from the brutality of the fight before glaring at Yellow. "This has gone too far!"

"He will live." Yellow said simply. "You know how durable Earth's warriors are."

The Ruby fusion landed on the ground, staring at the downed Elemental with satisfaction. "Yeah! We win!"

"Not yet!" Nigel replied, channeling his Frost Fire into his rapier.

"Now you deal with us!" Abby challenged.

"Oh right! There are three of you!" The Ruby faced the other two Elementals. "Let's get them Rubies!" Just before the Ruby could attack something grabbed it from behind. "What?!"

It was giant monstrous creature glowing ethereal green and appeared to be a spirit of some kind but that wasn't the surprise. It had horns, a wide mouth, greenish skin and sharp teeth.

"Ed!" Nigel and Abby gasped, seeing Ed standing behind the projection.

Yellow and Blue Diamond were surprised as well, seeing the projection made by the Slime Elemental.

"Hi guys! How do you like my Semblance?" Ed asked, pointing at the demon like projection. "I call this one Baron O' Beefdip!"

The spectral like projection called Baron O' Beefdip immediately slammed the Ruby fusion into the ground.

The Ruby got back up, gritting her teeth. "All right! No mercy!"

Baron O' Beefdip and the Ruby fusion immediately started pummeling each other and each time their fists collided they created shockwaves so powerful they shook the entire training room. It even shattered the glass of the control room, forcing Yellow and Blue Diamond to cover their faces in reaction.

"Incredible…" Blue Diamond whispered.

Yellow on the other hand lowered her arms and glared back down at the fight, watching as the floor began to crack from the ferocity of the fighting. Nigel and Abby were forced to run as far as they can to avoid being hurt, rushing over to the far wall and looking back at the fight in sheer awe. Fusion Ruby was roaring as the ground underneath her started to melt and she channeled her heat into her fists, creating instant fire as she punched Baron O' Beefdip.

"Oh! Look what I can do!" Ed said as he ran over to Nigel and Abby and picked Abby up. "Pardon me, miss."

"What are you-" Abby stopped as Ed held up rubbed her back and forth on top of his buzz cut at high speed in under a moment. "…You have three seconds before my skin crawls and ten seconds of consciousness left."

Nigel shuddered as Ed put her back down and ran back to the fight. The Ice Elemental could see sparks being generated from Ed's hair and even charging up his monobrow as he hugged Baron O' Beefdip.

"He was generating static electricity at an insane rate and is channeling it into that projection he's made!"

During Nigel's explanation Baron O' Beefdip started glowing even bright, having absorbed an insane amount of electricity. So much that when the Ruby Fusion attacked with a flaming fist and it raised its own fist…

"RRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!"

"Zappity Zap Zap!"

"Take cover!" Nigel quickly channeled his Semblance into his sword as he plunged it into the floor.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

The entire training room and even the control was engulfed in a giant explosion caused by two fighters. When it was finally over the Gems in the control room pulled themselves out of the debris while Yellow and Blue stood up, looking down at the training room they could see the walls and even the roof had been torn off by the training room.

"Amazing…" Blue Diamond whispered before remembering what had happened. "Call in the healers from the Special Zone now." She then glared at Yellow. "I hope you are satisfied, Yellow."

Yellow Diamond was silent as she stared at the remains of her training room. Down in the corner was an ice dome made by Nigel's Semblance to protect him and Abby from the explosion. It barely held up and collapsed a few seconds later, revealing the other two Elementals slightly dirty but otherwise in perfect health.

"There is something seriously wrong with that boy." Abby grunted as she stood up, rubbing her head.

"That will not be necessary!" A voice boomed from above.

Everyone looked up and watched as a woman with long blond hair in braid and was dressed in Valkyrie armor rode down from the sky on a white horse with wings. The armor she wore consisted of a white breastplate with gold and pale blue accents and matching, fingerless gauntlets, boots and hip guards. She also wore a black leotard underneath her breastplate, black thigh-high stockings, and a pale blue cloth wrapped underneath her hip guards.

"Oooh, myth-icy" Johnny said with a dumb smile.

Erika's eyes widened in disbelief, recognizing the woman from the legends of her people. "Brunnhilde, the strongest Valkyrie in Asgard."

The Pegasus landed in front of Johnny as the Valkyrie addressed him. "Tremble not, mortal. I am Brunnhilde of the Valkyries. I would speak with he who wields the power of Thor."

Johnny seemed to return to normal upon seeing Brunnhilde. "And I would play the lip fiddle with the chick in the bison horns."

Erika had to make sure she was still breathing after she heard Johnny say that to the chief of the Valkyries while Amethyst simply laughed, Major Glory just stared and Pops sighed. 'Is he begging for a horrible death?'

Luckily Brunnhilde didn't appear too offended as she swatted Johnny's arm with her shield. "Just not with me, bulky one. I have been sent by Odin to-"

"I know, I know." Johnny interrupted. "You've been sent by the gods to be my wife. So listen up, I like my eggs over easy, don't bother me while I am watching wrestling and most of all give me my space baby."

"And don't forget his favorite shampoo." Amethyst cut in with a laugh.

Erika closed her eyes and counted to ten. 'He's really not making this easy.'

Major Glory cleared his throat to speak but Brunnhilde seemingly had enough as she whacked Johnny on the head with the hilt of her sword, shutting him up. "I swear, I feel like I'm right back at square one with the first Thor." She sighed.

"Um…Miss Brunnhilde?" Major Glory cleared his throat. "What exactly do you want with Johnny?"

"It is not my desire, but that of Odin All-Father that has led me here today." Brunnhilde answered. "He summons the new wielder of his son's power to stand before the Aesir in Odin's own mead hall."

"Ooh, will there be the long list of things that Thor liked that I can't even pronounce?" Johnny asked eagerly.

"…yes." Brunnhilde said after a few seconds' consideration.

"Count me in!" Johnny declared. "When do we leave?"

"In about…four."

"Four?" Erika blinked.

"Three." Brunnhilde continued.

"Um…guys, I think we may want to step back!" Carl squeaked.

"Two."

"Aw don't be a dweeb Carl, what's the worst that could-" Johnny started.

"One."

A pillar of light slammed down and engulfed them both, retreating while leaving Asgardian sigils carved into the floor of the God of Rock's bedroom only for it to fade away moments later, leaving Carl, Glory, Pops and Erika alone.

"…that was dramatic." Erika said after several moments of silence.

"Oh man, Johnny got beamed up to Asgard!" Carl gushed. "This is so cool, I can't wait to tell Mrs Bravo and-"

"Carl, sorry to step on your moment, but…does this room feel even emptier than it should be right now?" Erika inquired, holding up one hand to the young man's mouth to silence him.

"Rmmmm…" Carl looked around before it hit him and everyone else.

Amethyst was gone.
