Opening File: Gorrath

Gorrath is war master and leader of the Glorft . Gorrath is Coop's arch nemesis. He followed Kiva with his army, back in time, to retrieve Megas. Gorrath often launches attacks of fleets at Coop, in order to obtain Megas.

When Gorrath demanded the prototype returned, Coop responded by beating the snot out of the Glorft using Megas. Gorrath would return time and time again but end up on the receiving end of a beating from Megas. Gorrath has a wide variety of weapons and mechs at his disposal and uses them, sometimes going overboard just to capture the prototype. Gorrath is also quite strong due to years of combat and fighting.

Gorrath is a fierce leader and seems to treat everyone with disdain. Many of his own soldiers appear to dislike him. Gorrath has an extreme hate towards humanity and Coop in particular, usually referring to him as, 'lousy, stinking, monkey, earther.' He seems to grow to hate Coop even more every time he is defeated, which makes him sometimes behave irrationally.

Opening File: Glorft Commander

The Glorft Commander is Gorrath's immediate subordinate. He seems to have an inferiority complex and is often scared of his commanding officer. His most common reaction when approached by Gorrath is to cower in fear and plead 'Not the face!'

"I know I've asked before but it never hurts to ask again: have you ever been experienced? Experience is something you can only learn from time. There are no shortcuts. It means learning lessons and applying them." TOM watched the files close. "It's something a lot of people overlook but shouldn't. In time, always know the tradition: new talents are revealed, new skills learned, and old ones mastered. A true teacher lets time teach the lessons and never forgets what he learned. Those who don't are doomed to failure."

Flashback, the Future, year 3037, planet Reach

A squad of mechs approaches warps within range of the planet. Reach was once a thriving colony but eight years into the war the Glorft laid waste to it. Through the use of plasma bombardment they burned the world of life or 'glass' in reference to the obsidian like material left after the plasma heated areas have cooled down.

"Megszakad a szivem..." (Translation: My heart breaks...) Kiva said seeing the world she was born on reduced to its current state.

"Commander Andru report." replied a voice on her communicator.

"Admiral this is Commander Kiva Andru reporting in." Kiva responded

"Good, our intelligence has shown that the Glorft mech codenamed 'Avatar is located in the Highland Mountains area." The Admiral said.

"It's the only area on the planet they didn't glass if they were building a mech for a coup de grace against mankind it would be there." Kiva narrowed her eyes.

"And your orders are to capture that mech. If it's just as powerful as our Intel shows then it maybe our only hope of winning this war." The Admiral said.

"Understood you can count on us." Kiva said, vowing she would make the Glorft pay for destroying her home…

Or die trying.

"Kiva?"

"KIVA!"

Xxx

Present day

Kiva woke up from her recollection, finding herself back in the backseat where she usually was when inside Megas.

"Yo Red, you alright? You spaced out there." Coop said, actually looking a little concerned. "And I don't think you've ever done that before."

"I'm sorry, I must have been thinking about the last time I was at Reach. What's going on?" Kiva asked.

She saw that Ana had appeared on the dashboard monitor.

"I was telling you that the Glorft sent a landing party to the surface. I eliminated them with a squad of Frames but I have every Frame, soldier, and Hunter on alert now in case they send a larger assault team." Ana informed. "The Warsates show that the Glorft seem to be searching for something in space."

"What the heck are they even doing?" Jamie asked.

"I think they're looking for the Warsates." Kiva said, remembering seeing similar during the war. "When they attacked Epsilon Eridani they made an effort to look for the Warsates and destroy them all in order to weaken Rasputin. They must be trying to do the same tactic but judging from their movements they can't find them."

"They're probably going by the information they have in the 31st century. The Warsates' position would've changed if the military was replacing old degraded ones with more advanced new ones." Ana surmised. "But you need to take out the Glorft now before they find and destroy the Warsates."

"We'll get right to it, Ms. Bray." Kiva said before turning to Coop.

Xxx

Gorrath grinned when he saw the Earthers taking the bait. "Fools. Did they really think I would not anticipate them recognizing the same tactics that I used in my time?"

The Glorft suffered heavily losses fighting against Rasputin in the future but Gorrath learned from each encounter and knew that Kiva would recognize these tactics as soon as she saw them. As Warmaster of the Glorft Gorrath knew the best way to win a battle was to know your enemy and Gorrath knew that Kiva would advise the monkey Earther piloting the prototype to go after the mechs he had deployed around the planet in search of the AI's satellites. Rather than waste resources in what would likely be a drawn out battle Gorrath had modified the original plans that defeated the Earther AI while taking the prototype's presence into account.

"Sir, the EMP cannon has been deployed and charging sequence has been initiated." The Commander reported.

On the bow of the Karajor a massive turret, bigger than any mech, activated and was aimed at the planet.

"All units continue priority search of the planet grid by grid." Gorrath ordered, keeping his forces spread out.

The more spread out they were the longer it would take for the Earthers to destroy them.

Xxx

"Anastasia, I am reading an energy surge from the Glorft mothership." Rasputin reported as Ana entered its chamber.

Ana looked at the holo-screen that showed a tactical view of the Karajor and zoomed in on one of the front cannons. "Could they be planning on firing on the planet? I know they completely burned away all life here in the future."

"Unable to determine the exact nature of the weapon. However I detect another strike force on approach under heavy escort." Rasputin replied.

The screen showed several mechs carrying strange circular devises along with several more shuttles.

"I calculate I can only destroy two shuttles this time because of the mechs but they seem to be moving at a much slower pace."

"Slower pace?" Ana questioned.

"They remain out of range of the Warsates but their trajectory has them on direct approach to the base." Rasputin explained.

"Why would they deploy their forces for another attack but keep them out of range?" Ana brought a hand to her chin. "It's almost like…Re-establish contact with Megas!"

"Ana-"

"Just do it!"

It was too late.

Xxx

The turret on the Karajor fired a huge beam of electrical energy that spread out across the planet.

"Whoa! What's with the light show?" Coop asked, covering his eyes.

"Coop! Get us out of here! You can't let that hit Megas or we're dead!" Kiva shouted.

Coop quickly brought the lever down to 'Getting the heck out of dodge' and Megas spun and shot away from the planet before the shockwave of the blast hit it. "What is that?"

"It's an EMP blast that's covering the entire planet." Kiva answered, alarmed by what was happening. "It's disabling the Warsates even if the Glorft don't know where they are."

"No way….What's an EMP?" Coop asked, his ignorance keeping him calm.

"An electromagnetic pulse." Kiva answered again. "It disables any electronic it comes into contact with. If that hit us Megas would have been disabled…Along with everything else on the planet."

"Not everything." Ana said, appearing back on the screen.

"Miss Bray." Kiva sighed. "I am glad to see you are all right."

"I am and so is Rasputin but everything else is dead. The frames I deployed on the surface are all disabled. The only reason we can talk now is because Rasputin's core chamber and the reactor were all shielded against all known disasters, even an EMP blast." Ana explained. "But the Warsates are down. Looks like the Glorft modified their plans a bit."

"They knew…" Kiva brought a hand over her face. "I should have known. They know I'm here and they'd knew I'd recognize their tactics from the war. They wanted us going after the mechs looking for the Warsates so we wouldn't realize what they were planning. They tricked us."

"And now they're sending their forces down again." Ana said. "Hurry and take them out before they reach the surface. I'll stay down with Rasputin if and when they come for him."

"Right." Coop cracked his knuckles. "Those squids think a little shock can stop me? They're in for a big surprise."

"Tell them that." Jamie pointed ahead at the large number of Glorft mechs heading towards them.

"Okay. Bring it!" Coop grinned, bringing the lever back up to 'He's bringing it!'

Xxx

"Anastasia, without the Warsates and surface sensors disabled I cannot predict the enemy's movements." Rasputin informed Ana. "Internal defenses are still online but with all surface defenses down I cannot prevent the enemy from breaching the complex."

"Then we will have to make our stand." Ana said, readying her weapon.

However she would soon find out the Glorft weren't going to invade the facility.

Xxx

"Sir, the enemy's satellites and surface defenses are down." The Glorft Commander reported.

"Place the markers down and prepare the plasma drill and tractor beam." Gorrath ordered, grinning malevolently. "The Earth's greatest mind is ours!"

He immediately piloted his mech down to the surface, leading the strike force to take the base.

Xxx

The Glorft mechs landed on the surface, placing cylinder devices around the facility Rasputin resided in. Once the markers were placed the Karajor moved into orbit above the facility.

"Engage the plasma drill." The Commander ordered.

Xxx

A bay door opened, allowing a giant cannon to emerge that was aimed down at the planet and fired a beam of blazing red light. The beam collided with the first marker, incinerating it instantly and then moving towards the next one.

Xxx

Ana stumbled as the room began to shake. "What is happening?"

"Exterior sensors are still down so I am unable to accurately answer. However interior sensors are detecting a large buildup of heat moving around the base and are digging down past all the sublevels. The temperature is enough to incinerate anything it touches." Rasputin answered.

"It touches…Digging?!" Ana's eyes widened in realization. "It must be some sort of drill!"

"A logical assumption."

"Evacuate the base now and where's Megas?!" Ana shouted before she was knocked off her feet as the vibrations from before became much worse.

"Warning, enemy troops have entered the base." Rasputin stated. "Anastasia, you must flee."

"No, I am not leaving you." Ana said, holding her rifle in both hands. "They're getting you over my dead body."

Xxx

SMASH!

CRASH!

SLURRRRRRRRRRRRP

Coop enjoyed the sweet and cool taste his Big Glug that he brought along as he piloted Megas along the upper atmosphere of the Reach, destroying mech after mech.

"And not one drop spilled." Coop said as Megas smashed another Glorft mech. "You'd think these squids heads would get sick of the pounding I'm always giving them."

"They'll never stop as long as we have Megas." Kiva replied, looking down at her scanners. "Wait…The Glorft have deployed a plasma drill!"

"A what?" Coop and Jamie asked at the same time.

Kiva pointed forward, her finger aimed directly at the Glorft mothership over the Reach. A plasma drill had been deployed over the Reach base. The drill stopped and a second later a wide yellow beam was deployed, pulling up the entire base.

"What are they doing?" Jamie asked as the base was pulled up through the atmosphere.

"They are pulling the base off of the planet! Coop, hurry and stop them!" Kiva exclaimed, fearful she was about to watch the planet she was born on be destroyed again.

Ana's face appeared on the screen again. "Where are you?! The Glorft have taken the entire base into a tractor beam!"

"We're coming, Miss Bray." Kiva answered. "You should get out of there while you can."

"The entire base was evacuated in time but I am staying with Rasputin. I won't let-" Ana was cut off by as static filled the screen.

"We've lost the transmission." Kiva said, trying re-establish the connection.

The transmission was re-established several minutes later…Only for Gorrath to appear on the screen, grinning as a cuffed Ana stood behind him. "Lose something, Earther?"

"No…" Kiva's eyes were wide with horror.

Not again.

"I have the Earther woman and her AI now." Gorrath gloated. "Now I'll take back my prototype."

"We'll see who's winning when I show you my new modifications." Coop retorted.

Kiva and Jamie shared a look before Kiva looked at Coop. "What new modification?"

"Uh, Coop. You know your modifications have a habit of backfiring." Jamie pointed out.

"Don't worry. I've worked out all the bugs. In a few seconds, the lady we're trying to help will be right here." Coop said, confusing everyone.

"What?" Jamie answered.

"I've found a way to teleport stuff. So I'll just press a button and bingo, she'll be right here." Coop explained.

Ana's eyes widened when she heard Coop's explanation. "You made a teleporter…Does it work?"

"Yep. I made it work the other day."

Xxx

(Flashback)

Coop was working on the engine of his car which served as the control unit for Megas. While running some repairs he discovered a neat little trick when he accidently put one or two wires in the wrong place. Twin emerald beams shot out of the headlights…

And collided with Goat's newly finished custom made car.

It vanished in a flash of light leaving Coop staring as Goat got back from a bathroom trip. "…Dude, you've seen my car?"

Xxx

"Anyways, I got the bugs worked out. I'll just zap the lady and her base back to the planet." Coop said confidently.

Too bad it wasn't shared by anyone who heard him.

"You're bluffing." Gorrath snarled.

"Watch me."

"Uh…Do I get a say in this?" Ana asked, feeling very nervous now.

"Relax. I got this." Coop said, pushing the button.

As soon as he did there was a flash of green light.

Xxx

As soon as Coop hit the button Ana Bray braced herself, closing her eyes and uttered a small prayer. Considering Coop's reckless nature she figured she could end up anywhere thanks to his so-called teleporter and most of them could be places she could die in.

Assuming the transporter didn't do anything to her before she ended up anywhere in the entire universe.

There was a flash and a sound of something presumably getting zapped. She took over thirty seconds to make sure everything felt like they were in the right order before opening her eyes…

And seeing Coop standing next to her.

In the core chamber of Rasputin.

Surrounded by dozens of armed Glorft pointing their weapons at them.

"Well…Maybe there are a few bugs to work out." Coop said with a sheepish smile.

Ana didn't know whether to be relieved she was still in one place or horrified of at how bad things had gotten so quickly.

Xxx

"Uh…Did Coop just zap himself over there…where the evil aliens are?" Jamie asked, staring at the computer screen and watched as Coop was handcuffed and dragged away with Ana Bray.

Could things get any worse?

With Coop at the driver seat, piloting Megas the thrusters gave out, leaving the blue colored mech to begin falling down to the planet before.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Kiva and Jamie both screamed as Megas entered the atmosphere, starting to catch fire from the friction and falling to the planet like a meteorite.

Xxx

"MABEL!" Dipper screamed in pure horror at his sister disappearing before his eyes.

It all happened so fast he barely had a chance to process it.

Mabel.

His sister.

Gone right before his eyes.

He spun around, looking at the guy in the robot suit. "WHERE IS SHE?!"

Double D stepped back, wary of the angry look the younger boy was giving him. "Listen, I might be able to find her-"

"TELL ME WHERE SHE IS!" Dipper leapt up, knocking the armored boy down and pounded on his chest. "BRING HER BACK RIGHT NOW!"

"Listen to me!" Double D said loudly, pushing the boy off of him. "I can find her but not if you keep attacking me!"

"Who are you and why were in the shack?" Dipper pointed at Double D accusingly. "Did Bill send you?"

Double D sighed and deactivated his armor. "No, in fact I can assure you I certainly have no allegiance to Bill Cipher. In fact I suspect he is behind your sister's abduction."

"What?" Dipper gaped with widened eyes.

"For what reason, I cannot say for sure. Perhaps they were meant to take both of you or maybe your sister was the intended target all along as part of a trap." Double D theorized. "At this point it doesn't matter since the priority should be finding her and as quick as possible."

"How?" Dipper asked.

Double D tapped the device on his chest. "Armatae?"

I am capable of many things but opening a dimensional portal is not one of them. At best I would only be able to scan and track for any more Mewnian signatures on the planet.

"Can't you mimic the energy used to make a portal?" Double D asked.

Mimic the energy and then trying to recreate it in the exact same manner without understanding the exact mechanics are two different subjects.

"So there's no way to follow them?" Double D rubbed his head.

"Who are you talking to?" Dipper asked, wondering if the sock-headed guy was crazy.

"Long story short, this device is an AI that can into battle armor. Don't believe? Think back to all the crazy and weird things you have already seen." Double D explained quickly.

Dipper looked ready to argue but then remembered all the weird things he had seen and realized Double D was right. "…Okay you got a point. Can it help us find my sister?"

"Unless there are other people like the ones that just disappeared somewhere on the planet then-"

Actually, there might be other Mewnians.

"WHAT?!" Double D looked down at the device. "How would you know?"

I have been monitoring the SkyWeb and there is talk of a princess from another dimension attending Echo Creek Academy, in the town of Echo Creek which resides in Los Angeles.

"Seriously?!" Double D gaped. "Why would a princess be here?!"

"Wait, what? Can you please translate?" Dipper asked, trying to understand what was happening. "I don't speak…whatever that thing says."

"Apparently there's a Mewnian princess here on Earth." Double D explained.

"Seriously?! Where?! She can help us find Mable!" Dipper urged.

"That's the problem at the moment. She's in a town called Echo Creek in Los Angeles." Double D explained. "I am going to fly there and locate her."

"Hey, you can't leave me behind!" Dipper protested.

"Do you know how fast I would have to go reach Los Angeles to find this princess as quick as possible? Without protection you'd be dead." Double D pointed out. "Armatae is only one armor not two."

And he'd be breaking his promise to Stan to stay away from his nephew and niece and keep them out of their portal business.

"I don't' care. If you want to help me then get me to Los Angeles or get out of my way." Dipper said, not taking no for an answer.

Double D sighed, rubbing his head. 'Mr. Pines is not going to like this. But…We don't have time to argue.'

He looked around before landing his eyes on the Stanmobile. "I got an idea."

I do not believe I will approve.
