Hey ladies and gentlemen, I have returned with a new chapter for you all.
So how many of you were surprised to at&t Atlanta: The Lost Empire? Surprised? Thank you, lol.
It was very difficult to choose because I thought I would have trouble writing an original for a second visit, but after some time, I think I got a general idea of how to do it.
Again sorry that I had to cut the anime worlds, too much else going on in the story right at that moment.
FACT: If I was going to do Atlantis, here's what everybody would've been. Ruby would have most definitely been a mermaid, with her wearing a red shell bra, with a starfish in her hair and having a red fishtail, Jaune would have been a merman with a yellow fishtail, Sun would have been a merman too (I tried looking up and I won't see anything on fish that had monkey traits, so just bear with me) Ortensia would've been a mermaid too and wore a pink shell bra with a pink fishtail, Max possibly would have been a turtle-like Goofy. Oswald and Stitch are the only ones I didn't plan that far into…sorry.

To RonaldM40196867: Yes it will, mmhmm, yes he certainly will be, someone stop it! Which goofballs? Yeppers, not really, well they are already doing Volume 9…so…well aside from this one and the Nicktoons, I want to, but I am already stressed out enough, I'll possibly do a new story once Nicktoons is done because RWBY Hearts is going to be a long-term project. I don't know, as many of them are pretty generic monsters, but I do like some of the more powerful ones, such as the Defender of the Behemoths. I would love to meet Mickey, maybe. Possibly Ruby as their friendship is very genuine in the series, I know they also pair him with Weiss but aside from his constant flirting in Volumes 1-2, there hasn't been much interactivity between the two of them, and he doesn't have much interactivity with Blake or Yang. so if it were up to me, he would be paired up with Ruby.

Underground Caverns
And so the journey to find the lost city had begun, but of course, there were a few hiccups then and there, one of them being that Milo pointed them in the wrong direction and one point and they almost nearly got eaten by a large caterpillar thing.
And throughout the journey, some of the crewmen were giving Milo a bit of a hard time, like at one point, Vinny teased Milo about drinking from a canteen and told him that he was actually drinking Nitroglycerin, much to Mole's enjoyment but Sora and his company were not very amused by it.
And there was one point where they all had to climb up large rocks, Sweet helped put everybody up, but when it was Milo's turn Sweet simply turned his back and walked off, leaving Milo behind and a tad bit upset. But luckily, Jaune helped the young linguist up.
It was many days to explore and at one point they came across a pillar of some kind. And Milo was excited. "This thing must be at least half a mile high!" As Milo was going on and on about it, he failed to notice Vinny placing some dynamites under it, and hooking them all together. "This must've taken at least hundred-no thousands of years to carve!" But before he can go on anymore, Vinny pulls him back and detonates the charges, knowing the pillar is down for them all to get across.
"Hey look I made a bridge, and it took me what, 5-10 seconds?" Vinny asked, making Milo uneasy and for some of Sora's party to not be happy by the destruction of such architecture.
After that, they traveled more and more under the caverns, especially an area that was all cold. Which made some of the others cold a bit, Milo and Sora especially.
"I should've worn something else." Sun excluded as his teeth were chattering, Ruby was cold and held onto Jaune for warmth, when he did that, the two of them warmed up a bit…most likely from blushing a bit.
Afterward, it was more traveling underground, but they then came across a big problem, as they were blocked by a large obstacle in their way. "Well ladies and gentlemen, we hit a bit of a roadblock," Rourke said as he then turned to Vinny and asked him if he had anything he could about it.
"Well," Viny said as he got out a stick of dynamite. "I could unblock the road, but I would need about 200 of these things…the only issue is that I got only 10 of them." as he then reached into a bag and out some other explosive items, ones that could cause only some minimal damage such as a Molotov Cocktail. "Along with my won, along with some cherry bombs and a road flare."
"Hey, too bad we ain't got no Nitroglycerin, eh, Milo?" Vinny asked the young linguist with a smirk, making Milo glared at him.
As Mole laughed maniacally, Rourke turned to him and smirked. "Mole, looks like we're gonna have to dig!"
That very sentence made the dirty man look as excited as a kid onChtitmas morning. "It would be my pleasure!" He said with a grin as he then started the drill and attempted to drill right through the wall, but there was a major hiccup because the drill was able to get it, but it seems as if the drill couldn't take it as the thing started to short circuit as sparks began to fly and the truck starts to heat up and then immediately dies, making Mole freak out.
Audrey then got out of her truck and went over to the drill to check it out, when she opened up the back, some pieces came out and sprung right out of the backside a bit. "What's wrong with this thing? I just got it tuned up this morning!" She exclaimed with annoyance as she then got up and sighed. "Looks like a roader shot!" She said, then Milo took a look inside as she walked away.
"Uh, yea, you see." but he was stopped by Audrey who told him not to touch anything as she would be right back. But Milo didn't listen and looked inside, with Sora going up to him.
"Uh, Milo?" Sora asked as Milo was turning some of the knobs. "What're you doing?" He asked.
"Fixing the truck," Milo said as he turned some more knobs. But then made the truck make some noise, and in a brief moment of thinking, Milo grabbed a wrench and gave the pipe a good hit, and just in a flash, the truck was starting back right up again.
"Huh, well that's one way to get it working," Jaune said with a smile. "How did you do that, Milo?" And he wants the only one, Audrey wanted to know as well.
"Well you see-" And Milo then began to talk a bit fast, and unfortunately Jaune and the others couldn't understand him that well. "And he's pulling an Oobleck." Jaune and Ruby thought.
"Yea, yea, yea, thanks alot," Audrey said as she then closed the back and the theme raised her fist, but Milo flic hed. "Ha, too for flinching." She then punched his arms two times, making him pretend he didn't get hurt as she walked back to her truck, and when he was out of sight, he was rubbing his sore arm fast.
"Girls got a good punch," Milo said as they all then continued to make their way.
Along the way, as Sora and co. were in a truck, Sora told them something. "Hey guys, did you notice that we haven't encountered any Heartless yet?" That was true, they didn't encounter any Heartless, nor did they encounter any Nobodies for a while.
"No matter, don't let guards down," Jaune said. "We're bound to run into them sooner or later." the others nodded their heads in agreement, they might not see the Heartless now, but they would pop up at some point.
20 minutes later….
They all came across a large green glowing light that hung from the ceiling, Milo looked in his journal and nodded. "Ok, that must be it, that has to be."
"Alright then," Rourke said. "Let's set up camp here tonight, we'll do more in the morning." He said as everyone began to unload the truck to set up camp.
"I swear, that thing is going to keep me up all night," Vinny said, making some roll their eyes.
30 minutes later…
"Come and get it!" Cookie said as dinner was now being served, the crew sat with each other while Milo sat with Sora and his company. Are giving the crew their food. Cookie went on over to Milos' group. "There you go Milo, you and these other kids need to build up their bones on you's." He said as he then scooped up some…whatever it was on their trays, the stuff making them all look a bit gross and sick.
"Oh, uh, thank you Cookie," Milo said.
"Yea it, definitely looks…greasier than ever," Ortensia said, trying not to be so critical about the….greatness of the food.
"Oh?" Cookie said as he then got the pot. "Well then you can all have some more'' he said as he dumped even more on everyone's trays, and he then whistled and walked off, making everyone (sans Oswald) give a short glare at Ortenisa.
"Sorry…" the cat-girl said with dismay.
"Seriously though," Sun asked as he took a spoonful and inspected it closely. "Is this even considered food?" He asked, with the others wondering the same thing.
Meanwhile, Sweet was watching Milo's group eating and notified his group. "Hey guys, I think we've been a little too hard on the kid and his company." The others looked over at Milo and they had to agree, they had been a bit hard on him.
"Yea, you're right," Audrey said as she then looked over her shoulder. "Hey, Milo!" She called, getting the linguist's attention. "Why don't you and your little crew come over and join us?"
Upon hearing That, Milo then had a big smile. "R-really?" He asked, with Audrey nodding. "Wow, thanks, guys!" He said as he and the rest all went over. "I mean seriously this is too-"
*FART*
Milo's eyes widened as he immediately stood up to see that he was sitting on a whoopee cushion, courtesy of Mole, who was laughing, and Stitch was laughing along with him. As they were laughing they were then silenced by the silent glares of the others and they all turned back to their food….if that's what it was…
"Hey, Milo," Ruby said to the young linguist. "Not trying to pray, but why don't you put that book down for a while." She said to him,
"The kids right," Sweet said, making the reaper put a bit on being called a kid. "You must've read that thing about a hundred times now.
Milo nodded, understanding. "I know that, but there's just something…weird though."
"What about?" Sora asked.
"You see here," Milos said, making Soras' company lean over so see what he was pointing at. "In this passage, it said that the shepherd is leading the group to something known as the Heart of Atlantis," he then turns the page. "But then on the next page it just…cuts off." Milo then looked a bit suspiciously at the book. "Almost as if theirs a missing page or something." He said.
Sora and his company looked at the page and then at Milo, a missing page? It was a bit odd, but they simply shrugged their shoulders, with Donald saying that even if there was a page, he was sure that it would turn up at some point, with Milo simply shrugging his shoulders.
"I know, I know, I mean, I guess I do get carried away, but this is what it's all about right?" He asked with excitement. "Discovery, teamwork, adventure?" He asked why excitement as he looked around, but then he got a bit sheepish. "Unless…well, you're all in it for the money of course."
That answer was answered by the crew who simply agreed with the money, but not Sora, who happily said that he and his company were in for the adventure. In which Milo smiled at his answer.
Jaune then rubbed the back of his neck, feeling a bit cramped, doing nothing but sitting in a truck for a few days will do that to you.
"Something wrong with your neck?" Sweet asked as he went over.
"Well, I guess it's just cramped from sleeping-
*CRACK CRACK*
Sweet grabbed Jaune's head and turned to left and right, making his neck give audible snaps. It hurt for a minute but then it felt…good, the neck, not the cracks. "Wow…that felt…really good!" He said with a smile. "How did you learn to do that?"
Sweet smiled and sat down. "Learned it from an Arapaho medicine man." He said with his arms crossed.
"No way," Milo said, not seeming to believe him.
"Born and raised with them." Sweet then took out a picture showing his father, who was dressed in a military uniform staining with a native woman. "My father was an army medic, he later settled down in Kansas soil, where he met my mom later on."
"No kidding," Milo said, impressed.
"I got a sheepskin from Howard U," Sweet then got out a whole bunch of talismans and showed them off to everybody. "Also got me a bearskin from old Iron Cloud. I was halfway through my first year of medical school, but then I got drafted." He sighed. "It's so crazy, one day, I'm studying gross anatomy in the classroom, next day, I'm stitching up injured soldiers on San Juan Hill."
Ruby and Jaune sorta felt the same things that Sweet described. It seems like only yesterday, they were in Professor Port's class, trying hard to pay attention and not go to sleep at one of his many tales, the next day, they are traveling to Haven Academy to stop Cinder and her associates from attacking the school, and the day after that, they are going to many worlds, trying to find their friends that got captured by a mysterious organization.
That thought brought dread to the three Remnant teens. They were very cornered about what kind of torture was going on with their loved ones, the ones worried the most were Jaune and Ruby. For a while now, Ruby couldn't help but feel like something bad was happening to Yang, and it was making her very nervous.
But Jaune….Jaune was the most nervous, after what happened to Pyrrha, he was the most worried about what was going on with Nora and Ren.
"Alright!" Their thoughts were interrupted by the arrival of Cookie with his pot. "Time For the main course!" He said, but everyone immediately turned it down, saying and making lies that they were all full and stuff. Cookie seemed to believe it and he walked off.
"All I can say is, thank god I lost my sense of taste years ago." Packard said, putting her cigarette in the food.
"I think after eating this, I might lose my sense of taste." Sun grimaced as they all dumped their trays of food in the fire, making it explode a bit and go out in a flash.
30 minutes later…
Everybody was now beginning to settle down for the night. With everybody pitching up tents, unfortunately, Sora and his company did not have any. But Milo packed two extra tents with him just in case and he gave them to the others
"Two tents and ten people….this is going to be hard," Sun said as they pitched up their tenets, with Jaune's help of course.
"Hmm," Jaune said as he was then looking at the tents with a finger on his chin in deep thought. "Ok, what about if Donald, Goofy, Oswald, Ortensia, Stitch, and Max stay in one, while Sora, Ruby, Sun, and I take the other?" He asked.
"Well," Goofy said as he pointed and everyone turned to see Stitch curled up by the fire. "I think Stitch already has his little spot, so that will mean more room for the rest of us." He said as he and the others started to get a bit comfortable.
"So…if you don't mind me asking, just what is that?" Milo asked as he pointed at Stitch.
The others then got a bit nervous, they weren't supposed to reveal the secrets of other worlds, what were they going to say?
"Uh, that's my pet dog!" Ruby said with a smile. "Yea, he is my wonderful dog who wanted to come along with me. I tried to get him to stay home but he is just so stubborn." She said with a smile.
Meanwhile, a certain corgi on a small island back in Remnant was sleeping, and he couldn't help but feel a tad jealous and growled a bit in his sleep.
Milo and the rest of the crew seem to acknowledge it, only for them to make some comments on him not looking like any other dog they have seen before.
"Man, I haven't been camping since I was young," Jaune said as he then helped Milo put his tent up. "Brings back memories."
"Same here," Milo said. "I haven't come since I was younger, with my grandfather." He said as he laid down inside.
"Hey Milo," Audrey said. "I never got to meet your grandfather, what was he like?"
Milo chuckled."Oh man, where do I even begin? Well, he practically raised me after my parents died when I was a little kid." Milo said, making some of them look with sympathy, and then he started to laugh a bit. "Ok, so here's a funny story, one time, me and home we're going for a hike along the stream. And as we were walking, I noticed something shining in the water. I thought it was an arrowhead, and with grandpa carrying it on and on about it, you think I found some sort of lost civilization, right? But unfortunately, it turns out that the arrowhead was nothing more but for some compressed shale, mixed with zinc pyrite that had fractured into an isosceles triangle."
Sora and his company were a bit confused by what he meant, not to be rude but they aren't as familiar with this type of stuff that he was familiar with.
"Did any of you get that?" Jaune asked the others, and they shook their heads no.
"So, hey, Sora, just wondering, what are you all doing here?" Milo asked.
Sora knew he was going to have to lie, so he did just that. "Well you see, I and my company are looking for some of our friends, they went missing about a while ago, and since we are looking for some lost civilization, maybe we might be able to find them there. Hopefully.." He said, with the others nodding their heads in agreement.
"How did they disappear?" Sweet asked them, but he could see that some of them felt bitter about the whole thing, Ruby, Jaune, and Sun especially. "Sorry kids, well, hopefully, if we do find Atlantis, I'm sure your friends will be there." He said.
"Yea…I hope…" Jaune muttered.
"Hey Audrey," Milo said. "Don't get this the wrong way, but how did someone like you become the chief mechanic of this expedition?"
Audrey smiled as she got ready for bed. "Well, I took over after my Papi retired, but here's the funny thing, he always wanted to have sons. One that could run the shop with him, and another one to become a boxer…but he got me and my sister instead."
"Really?" Donald asked with Audrey nodding. "So what about your sister?" He asked.
"She's 24 and 0, with a shot of the title next month. And whatever money we make from this, is going to go to a new shop I plan to open up with my Papi." She said as he then got down and got comfy.
"Cool," Sora said as he and everyone else saw Mrs. Packard, wearing a jacket and hat on a face mask. "Forgot your sleep attire, Mrs. Packard?" He asked.
"I sleep in the nude, kid." She said This made the others look shocked.
"Your kids might want to put these on," Sweet said as he tossed Milo, Sora, and the others some eye masks. "She's serious." This made Jaune and Sun look at eachother and gulped nervously.
"Well, there's nothing special about me," Vinny said as he laid down. "I just like to blow things up.'' But everybody knew that he wasn't telling the whole story, and so Sweet had him tell everybody what he was doing here. "Well ok, so my family and I owned this flower shop, we would sell hundreds of those things, from roses to carnations…well one day, I'm making about a dozen corsages."
"You mean the ones they put on for dances?" Ruby asked.
"Those are the ones, So I'm making them and I am getting hassled and hassled by people asking 'does this match my dress?' and all of those and it's just a total nightmare." He sighed. "Well, eventually there was a gas leakage or something next door. And next thing you know, BOOM! No more Chinese laundry, I got blown right out the front door.
"Oh my gosh, were you alright?" Ortensia asked with concern."
"Yea, but when I was blown out, something in me struck, it was like a sign from God himself." Vinny then lit a match. "In that boom, that particular boom, I found myself." He said.
This and everyone looks at him with awe a bit. "But what about the flower shop?" Max asked.
"It's closed down, we didn't have enough money for the repairs, hopefully with whatever I get from this expedition, I might reopen it," Vinny said as he then placed his eye mask over his face.
Milo smiled and looked over at Mole, who simply dug into the ground with a nautical girl on his face. "Ok..so uh…what's Mole's story?" He asked.
"I don't think I want to know that…" Oswald said as he was weird out by the man.
"Wise choice, rabbit man," Sweet said. "You don't want to know, and Audrey better not tell you either, she told me, but she shouldn't have, and now I'm warning you all, you don't want to know Moles' story." He said everyone was a bit confused, but they decided not to press it any further.

Beacon Academy
Ruby was panting heavily, her clothes tattered and her cape looking torn and she was leaning against Crescent Rose, she looked up to see her sister, Yang, whose entire body was enclosed with black mist. "Yang…please!" She exclaimed.
But Yang was not listening as she then used her gauntlets to try to punch Ruby, and due to the girl being so exhausted she didn't dodge or block, and the blow landed and she went skidding right back.
As Ruby was breathing heavily she looked up to see her sister leaning over her, and she was accompanied by a man in a black coat. "W-why are you doing this? She asked as the man leaned down to face her.
"To snuff out your light." He said as he turned and let Yang, along with Blake and Weiss, all of whom had dark mists radiating off of their bodies, approached their leader with their weapons and raise them, attempting to finish her off.
"NOOOO!"
Campsite
Ruby immediately woke up panting, sweat going down her head. She had her hand over her heart as she looked around, everyone in the tent was sound asleep. She sighed in relief, it was just a nightmare, just a nightmare….
But then something caught her eye, Jaune was nowhere to be found, and she got a bit worried, being as careful as possible, she crawled right out of the tent and grabbed a nearby lamp to look around, she looked around the suite to go see where she might be able to find Jaune.
After a few minutes, she heard a familiar voice. "
"I will always be here for you Jaune," Pyrrha's voice….the training video. Ruby's eyes widen in shock as she then sees Jaune, panting a bit as he then slunk to his knees, sword in one hand. Ruby wanted to leave him alone and go back to her tent….but something in her told her to go over to him.
And Ruby did just that, she carefully walked on over to him, and when she got a bit closer to him, she gulped a bit nervously. "Jaune?" She said,
Jaune then quickly turned his head and saw Ruby, prompting him to stand up. "Ruby!" He exclaimed. "I didn't know you were awake….I didn't wake you, did I?" He asked.
"N-no, I had a nightmare," Ruby said to him, making Jaune look at her with sympathy. "I…well...I saw you were sleeping and so I figured to go look for you, but then I…well I…"
"You heard the video didn't you?" Jaune asked her, making Ruby look down in shame.
"I didn't mean to peak in, I was just-"
"No, you're fine Ruby," Jaune said as he then found a rock to sit on, Ruby then shuffled a bit before going over to sit with him. "I'm sorry you had to hear it." He said.
Ruby looked to see Jaune face having a sign of drowsiness, seems like he didn't get that much sleep, but how did he get out without waking the others? Well, it didn't matter as Ruby was looking at him.
"Jaune," Ruby said to him. "Please talk to me?" She said to him, When Jaune ignored her, she then got a bit annoyed. "Jaune, you have been like this for a while now, even when on the ship, you are always in thought and never interact that much, please talk to me. Let me help!" She said, now a bit loudly, but not loud enough to wake the others.
Jaune sighed. "Five worlds, Ruby," He said as he held out five fingers. "Five worlds we've been in Ruby, and not once have we been able to find friends." He said as he rubbed his hand through his hair. "And every time we run into one of those bastards in black, we never get told anything."
Ruby nodded her head, she knew what he was talking about, she was worried for them all as well, especially after the nightmare. "I know, but I feel they are alright, I just know it." Ruby wanted to lie, but it was hard. After the nightmare, she too began to have some doubts, but she didn't want to believe in the nightmare, she wanted to believe that her team, Nora, Ren, Uncle Qrow, and Oscar were alright.
"But how though?" Jaune asked, now raising his voice a bit. "I mean how do we know? Sure they got scrolls, but how are we to know that the auras we are seeing are real? How do we know that those aren't fake?" Jaune then sighed a bit as he got up and walked a bit forward as he looked into the distance. "I lost Pyrrha that night….she pushed me into a locker….why did she do it?"
….
"WHY DID SHE DO IT!" Jaune screamed, his voice echoing loudly into the cave. "Why wasn't I there? I should have been there? DAMN IT!" He then got on his knees and pounded the ground with anger. "I was her partner, her team leader, why did she push me into the locker? Why didn't she take me with her?" He asked again, with Ruby looking on. "Her, me, and you Ruby, we all could have taken her together, three on one, we could have beaten her together!" He then slunk to his knees again and began to tremble. "Pyrrha…she was the only one who believed in me, I mean, I know Nora and Ren believed in me as well…but Pyrrha, she seemed to believe in me the most."
He then looked at a piece of stone. "And when we were all at Haven that night….when I saw her use her power to hurt Weiss…."
SLICE
With a mighty angry cry, Jaune used his bigger sword to slide off a piece of the stone, splitting it in half. And Ruby wouldn't be lying if she was a bit scared.
"I don't know what happened to Cinder after her and Yang's mom went down to that vault….but I swear if I ever see that fall bitch again." He then looked into his sword, his eyes burning with determination. "I'm going to personally see to it that I give her a slow, painful, agonizing death." He said she then began to breathe a bit heavily.
Ruby then noticed something and it made her silver eyes widen in shock, black mist was radiating off of Jaune. Darkness! Ruby then went right over and she then hugged Jaune from behind, not only was she hoping that this would calm him down, but would also give him some hope.
"Jaune, you were the first friend I had when I arrived at Beacon, even with my quirkiness, you still saw me as a friend, and you, Nora, and Ren traveled with me to Haven." Her grip on Jaune was still a bit tight. "You didn't just lose a special friend at Beacon, I lost a special friend too." She said to him, "I know…we can't change the past….but that's why we need to keep moving and keep hope, I doubt Pyrrha nor Penny would want us both to be like this."
Jaune was still looking at his sword, but he was listening to Ruby's voice, and he was beginning to calm down a bit, so much that the dark mist was disappearing from him.
"And besides," Ruby said to him. "Sora and the others have offered to help us get them back." Ruby could see that Jaune was still not saying anything. "Jaune, please, I am just as worried as you are, I had a nightmare that had just woke me up. About my team." Ruby didn't want to go into details, not wanting to worry him any more than he already was. And Ruby thought it was just a simple nightmare, it couldn't possibly become real…could it?
"Jaune, you are my best friend, ever since you helped me at Beacon, I already lost Penny, and you lost Pyrrha, I don't want to lose you as well." She said to him, Jaune was listening to her and taking it all with a grain of salt.
But before he had a chance to say something to her,
"FIRE!"
The two teens turned their heads to hear Milo screaming. That prompted them to get out their weapons and run for where he was yelling from. As they were running, the two felt a bit bad that their time together had to be cut short, but they had to focus on their friends right now, and that included Milo.
When they ran back to the site, they wanted their eyes to see that the entire area was all lit up into flames, when they looked around, they spotted a crewmember and asked what was going on. Those little fireflies they saw earlier had come down and were now setting the camp on fire and they all had to move out.
"JAUNE, RUBY!" They turned to see Sora in one of the trucks along with the rest of the group. "Time to go!" He said as they both dashed it as the entire situation was now going into absolute chaos.
When the two of them were able to climb on the truck, they got laid out a bit by Ortensia, who had a look of worry. "Where were you two?" She asked. "When the fire started we couldn't find you, we got worried!"
"We'll explain after we get out of here!" Jaune said as they wanted to see what was going on behind them, as they all watched, they saw some other trucks and crew members getting caught by the flies, and unfortunately, all of them were getting killed by explosions.
"Oh my god…" Max said with winded eyes. Never in his life has he ever seen anything like that happen before, and the whole sight made him a bit upset, with Goofy rubbing his son's shoulder.
BOOM
Part of the top of the ceiling came crashing down at the middle of the bridge, and it made the whole thing break and the trucks that survived were now going backward. They all tried to press on the pedals as hard as they could, but the crew couldn't get it and they all went down, skidding backward and all of them crashing into each other
20 minutes later….
Ruby groaned a bit as she got her head pounding away like there were drums, and her vision was a tad bit blurry. As her vision became a bit more clear, she took notice of the others all knocked out a bit. She was a bit worried, but then could see that they were all breathing a bit.
Luckily, her Aura prevented her from having a major concussion, but it didn't seem to help with the throbbing headache she had as well. But she then noticed a few figures approaching them all, her vision was still a tad blurry so she did not get a good view of them, but all she could make out was that they had on some weird-looking clothing and also had something around their necks that was glowing blue.
"W-what?" Ruby said, groaning a bit as her head was beginning to stir a bit, but then they heard a big booming noise that instantly got her ad the others up, when hey did they noticed that the large drill was coming back for them, and when they turned to Milo they saw that he was surrounded by a group of people wearing tribal clothing and large masks.
Well, they were, but they immediately took off, with Milo running after them. "Hey wait up!" He said.
After Sora and the rest of the company had regained some of their balance and weren't as dizzy, they looked to where Milo took off. "Guys, full-woah-follow him!" Sora said, still feeling a bit dizzy, and they all took off after Milo and the people as well.
"Wait, come back!" Milos said as he and the others were now following the other group to the end of the cave, they all had to jump over stuff, but as they all made it they made it out through some hole in the wall, that led them to someplace else.
As the group all skidded down a small little hill, they all looked up to see where they landed too. Did it appear to be a large area, one surrounded by water…and right at the very middle of it? A city? Yes! A city that was surrounded by a large waterfall.
The other members of the crew all made it to join up and they all got out of their trucks to see the stunning sight as well.
"Oh my god…!" Jaune said with widened eyes.
"It's so…so-"
"Beautiful," Audrey said, finishing Ruby's opinion. But then before they could bask in the scenery further, they soon heard something behind them and they all turned to see the people from before, only this time, Sora and his company got a good look at them, they looked to be wearing tribal clothing of blue, and had on large masks and carried spread.
"Woah!" Sun said as he got out his bo staff. "Who are they?" He said, getting ready for a fight, and he wasn't the only one either as Rourke had his hand on his gun at the ready.
Milo then got a good look at them and told everyone to stand down. "I think…they might be Atlantians!" He exclaimed, making the others shocked.
"Wait, what?" Helga asked dumbfounded. "But that's impossible!" She said, but then one of the Atlanteans started to speak, and from the voice, it was a female speaking.
Milo eyes her and then tried to speak in the same language she was speaking in, as he did, the woman took off the tribal mask to reveal that she had brown skin, her hair was white and long, reaching down to her back, she also had blue tear-shaped tattoos on her arms, and had blue eyes. She wore a blue bikini, blue sarong skirt, an earring on her right ear, a band on her left arm, and an anklet on her right ankle. Her appearance along made Jaune and Sun blush a bit
Milo then began to speak in a different language that made some of the others confused, Sora and hsi company especially, then he and the woman did it a few more times as well. "Hey," Sora whispered to his team. "Are you guys getting any of this?" He asked, but the others shook their heads no, making Sora sigh a bit, but then Milo began to speak another language and it made the woman smile a bit.
And Mole seems the most excited. "She speaks my language!" He said as he then had the woman come down to his level, he whispered something to her ear, and no one heard, but it didn't make the woman happy as she then delivered a blow right to his face.
"Oh, I like her already!" Sweet said with a grin, and Audrey smirked, but then it tun4d to a small frown.
"How can they speak all of these languages?"
Milo then explained that their speech must be some form of root dialect, like the tower of babel. "Well then," Rorke said as he gently shoved Mil out of the way. "English must be in there somewhere. Excuse me!" He said to the Atlanteans. "We come from the surface world, we come in peace." He said with a smile.
The woman smiled back as the rest of the Atlanteans took their masks off, revealing more white hair. "Welcome to the city of Atlantis!" She exclaimed, with everybody now looking at the city with awe and wonder in their eyes.
But Ruby was still looking a bit hesitant from her nightmare, and she took a look at Jaune when he wasn't looking. She was now even more worried, after the nightmare she had of her team, she now had to worry about Jaune, and her dream was most likely to come true….what was she going to do?
