Opening File: Dimensional Scissors

Dimensional scissors are magical scissors that can cut open portals to other dimensions. Hekapoo of the Magic High Commission forges them for other people's use, but only when they rightfully earn them. Dimensional scissors are used for traveling between dimensions. By cutting anywhere in the air with the desired dimension to travel to in mind, the scissors create a portal. The portal itself usually reflects the designated dimension, like the portal to the Amethyst Arcade being pixelated and the portal to the Scum Bucket looking like blue waves.

After someone passes through the portal, the portal either closes by itself or it can manually be closed by someone. St. Olga's Reform School for Wayward Princesses has a 'Tramorfidian Crystal' tower that prevents the use of dimensional scissors.

Opening File: Plutark

Plutark was a small, heavily industrialised and polluted planet, where the dominant species were humanoid fish. With their homeworld's resources used up, they set out to conquer other planets and steal their resources using a process known as strip-mining. They effectively gained control of Mars by bribing the Martian government and succeeded in strip-mining most of the planet. However, there was an uprising, first by Freedom Fighters led by General Stoker and then the Martian Army.

The ensuing conflict was devastating, with most of the Cave Mouse population wiped out. Key events included the Battle of Brimstone and the destruction of the Tug Transformer – a device intended to transport Mars into orbit around Plutark.

"A wise man once said 'Knowledge is Power.' The trick is making sure it gets passed to the next generation as an old friend once said. When a master takes on someone who is ready to learn, amazing things happen. Teaching techniques vary, but if everybody works hard, it pays off." TOM watched the file close. "There's nothing like the day when a teacher sees their student succeed. A mind is a terrible thing to waste."

After the Glorft were defeated Ana had Coop take the group back to Reach, though after agreeing to let him buy several philly cheese steaks, in order to rejoin the Rasputin fragment with the main A.I. and to repair Megas by using the wrecked Glorft mechs on Reach.

After all, Megas needed a new arm.

The personnel left on Reach managed to get the base and the Frames up and running again and were assisting the in the repairs of Megas. Ana was currently contacting Sebben from the base.

"I assume that little fight between Megas and the Glorft has spread across the Earth already?" Ana asked, speaking with Phil Ken Sebben over her office computer.

"I'm afraid so but it's best that mankind doesn't realize how close it was to being obliterated, especially after we just defeated an evil god that was about to bring about an eternal night." Sebben said. "I'm only letting a few people I trust with this information. I'm saddened to say it proves the fears I've had since the Golden Castle Crisis. We've become a little too lax in the defense of the world."

"I wouldn't exactly go that far but after this adventure I'll be bringing Ms. Andru and her friends to meet Elsie."

"Let's hope that you can restore some level of clarity to your sister even for the briefest moments otherwise Ms. Andru will be stuck in our time." Sebben said.

"Oh and one more thing Sebben. I've had Rasputin analyze that vortex the Glorft were sucked into. He believes that there's a good chance that they survived and are stuck in another dimension." Ana said. "If that's true and they get out we'll need to be on guard."

"Thank you for the heads up Ana and I wish you the best of luck." Sebben replied before the call was ended.

Elsewhere in the base the repair team had finished the new arm for Megas and it was just placed on the mech while Coop was currently painting it to match with the old one.

"You know I never thought I would ever replace an arm on Megas before." Coop said as he finished his work. "Hey Jamie, you think they got any of that astronaut ice cream here?"

Jamie was currently sitting nearby and reading a magazine. "Wouldn't they call it cosmonaut ice cream instead?"

"Good point. Hey Kiva we're going to see if they have any freeze dried ice cream you want some?" Coop asked, turning to their red headed friend.

Kiva was currently fulfilling her end of the deal she made with Ana. She was going through Clovis Bray's records to see if the hacker had left a backdoor into their system and had downloaded any files on Rasputin. "No, I'm currently fulfilling my end of the deal with Ms. Bray."

"More ice cream for us." Coop said with a shrug.

"We don't have any freeze dried ice cream."

The group turned around to see Ana approaching them.

"So how's everything going on here?" Ana asked stopping next to Kiva.

"Well the repairs on Megas are complete and I've checked the Clovis Bray database a hundred times now and whoever hacked you didn't leave a backdoor." Kiva said. "I also checked to see what files were accessed during the Crom crisis and only the ones pertaining to Project YoRHa were downloaded during the whole thing."

Ana breathed a sigh of relief. "I guess they were expecting the company to be shut down once the YoRHa files went public. You've fulfilled your end of the bargain so I'll take you to see Elsie. I'll just have to grab one of the spare jumpships to take me to Earth so I'll have a way to get back to Reach."

"Finally, I thought this trip would never end." Jamie said as he got off from his seat. "Hey Ana you wouldn't happen to have a boyfriend by any chance would you?"

Ana smirked at Jamie's attempt at flirting. "No, I have a girlfriend."

"Oh…You play for the same team as me." Jamie said in surprise while Coop and Kiva were laughing at him.

"Believe it or not this is the first time he's ever been shot down by a lesbian." Coop whispered to Kiva who laughed a bit more.

"With these modifications the Karajor will be able to take us through the Null Void to my home planet." Vilgax said, bringing up the design schematics for the Glorft engineers to see.

One reason why it was impossible for Vilgax to be contained in the Null Void was because his home planet and the planets near it were part of a system called the Shadow Realm and in it was a cosmic rift into the Null Void. Vilgax had long since memorized the specifications for creating Null Void portals and the modifications made to the Null Space drive would take them through the rift.

It also helped that then Glorft had come upon a field of ships stranded in Null Space and were gathering parts and technology to rebuild the Karajor.

"Commander, how long do you estimate repairing the ship?" Gorrath asked once he was finished looking at the schematics.

"Possibly half a solar rotation, sir." The Commander said but flinched from the angry look Gorrath was giving. "But if we continue finding more parts and technology like the derelict ships we have found we can cut the time in half, maybe even bring it down to a quarter."

"If you can re-establish communications I might know of a few friends that can help." Vilgax suggested.

Gorrath looked at the Commander who looked at the reports. "Communications were made a low priority compared to the rest of the ship."

"Then make it a high priority." Gorrath snarled. "If I know that monkey he'll be repair and upgrading the prototype so we have to finish modifications to the ships and all our weapons before we leave Null Space."

"Yes sir." The Commander quickly nodded.

Gorrath looked the blueprints for a brand new Karajor and grinned.

Between the new warship, the new army and the new power he would be much, much stronger.

Finally revenge would be his.

Speaking of revenge…

"Commander, that list of friends we should contact. I know of a few other 'friends' who can help as well."

"So beautiful. So grand. And it's all mine."

Lawrence Limburger had to pinch himself several times to make sure it was not dream but it was real. The throne of Plutark, left for him to steal before anyone else had a chance. The throne room for lord chairman was as grand as ever and even though Limburger had been here before there was something different that made it even grander. Perhaps it was because the room along with the throne now belonged to him.

With former lord high chairman Camembert out of the way, likely having perished in the botched attempt to invade the Gem Homeworld the road was paved for Limburger to take command and he wasted no time at all, leaving Earth while even destroying his own headquarters Limburger Tower on Earth to make sure no trail was left behind for the Biker Mice to follow.

"With me now acting as high chairman of the Confederation I will bring about a new age for Plutark as we take our rightful place as the top contender in the galaxy." Limburger rubbed his hands together as he walked up to what used to be lord Camembert's throne. "With the ever growing powers of the Gems, the Stellar Alliance and other competitors we too have to learn, adapt and grow with the changes in the galaxy. And it all starts right here with me as the new lord chairman. Lord Limburger."

He marched up, tearing his human mask away and sat down on the throne, his lips forming a big smile on his face.

"So comfy."

"It suits you, your grand overlordness." Karbunkle said, kneeling to the throne.

"It does, doesn't it?" Limburger chuckled. "Who knew that by being stationed on Earth I would find the opportunity I've waited for since strip-mining Mars?"

"Congratulations are in order then, Lawrence."

Both Limburger and Karbunkle jumped to their feet when they heard a very familiar voice.

Oh no.

They looked to a dark corner of the room and saw two red eyes staring at them and from the shadows came none other than Sammael, strolling casually forward towards the throne.

"Sa-Sa-Sammael?!" Limburger stuttered through chattering teeth. "Wha-How-Whe-"

"I thought I would stop in and congratulate you on the day of your coronation. After all you did just admit none of this would be possible if not for the fact you were stationed on Earth to begin with. "Sammael strolled past Karbunkle who quickly crawled away and stopped in front of the throne to address the new high lord chairman. "I must admit, I am impressed by what you accomplished in such short time, Lawrence."

Limburger gulped.

"Though it wasn't part of the plan to extract the Elementals you single handedly tricked your leader into launching an assault on the Gem Homeworld just as they wrestled control back from Swayzak, leaving them destroyed with no way of implicating you as the one who suggested the attack in the first place. Bravo, Lawrence, bravo." Sammael clapped his hands a few times. "With Camembert's presumed demise it left behind a power vacuum you were quick to fill before anyone noticed and could do anything to stop you or seize power themselves. And now the galaxy looks upon a new lord chairman of the Plutarkian Confederation." Sammael finished, surprising Limburger and Karbunkle with a bow. "I have only one question."

Limburger tugged his collar when Sammael stood up straight and looked him in the eye.

"Is what this possibly could mean for our own alliance?"

"W-Why-Why of course our alliance is still valid, Sammael. My overthrowing of Camembert only makes me that much more useful to you in our future endeavors. So far the Stellar Alliance has no reason to act against us for the treaty between them and the Confederation is still valid. I am in a better position now than when I was on Earth." Limburger quickly explained. "Best of all, even if the Biker Mice find out there is nothing they can do. Their ship is destroyed and they have no way to contact what's left of their pitiful band on Mars for help. If anything I can finish what I started on Mars and there would be nothing they can do stop me."

"So you wish for our alliance to continue?" Sammael asked with a small smile. "To unleash the Grimm on other worlds marked for conquest by the Confederation?"

"Why yes, of course!" Limburger quickly nodded. "It would be a marvelous bonus to me on this fine day!"

"Good." Sammael's grin grew. "Then perhaps you will be happy to know that Earth was nearly destroyed by the Glorft just now. If not for a little luck on the side of humans it would have been destroyed. Only now the Glorft have been sent into another dimension so unfortunately that removes them along with Vilgax off the board for the time being."

"V-Vil-Vilgax?!" Limburger shockingly exclaimed. "He survived?!"

"And was onboard the Glorft mothership when it was pulled into Null Space. My agents crippled his operations on Earth by destroying his base so the Glorft will be his only way of re-establishing his empire if and when they return. That of course leaves time for you, Lawrence to begin building with what you have." Sammael snapped his fingers and an Earth computer known as a tablet appeared and landed in Limburger's hands. "This tablet contains the schematics and designs on the Glorft's weaponry, including their mechs. See what you can make from this and keep the Confederation's activities hidden from the alliance. I sense that balance of galactic power will be changing soon."

Sammael turned away, heading back for the dark corner of the room. "And good luck with ruling Plutark, Lawrence. I'd hate to have find a new business associate so soon."

He walked back into the shadows, seemingly vanishing. Karbunkle pulled out a flash light and pointed it in the corner.

There was no one there.

It was as if he was never there to begin with.

Lawrence wiped some sweat from his forehead as he leaned back on his new throne and looked at the tablet.

"Should I look over the designs, your grand cheesiness?" Karbunkle asked.

Limburger tossed the tablet at Karbunkle who yelped but managed to catch it and walked out onto the balcony, remaining silent as he stared out across the landscape of planet Plutark.

I must admit I am impressed by your creativity, Eddward. Though I believe I am possibly annoyed at how you have used me as a transportation unit.

"It was the only way to make sure Dipper was safe, thank you very much."

The car formerly belonging to Stan Pines had been modified heavily, sitting on the back of Armatae in armor form and allowing the AI to spread its nano-machines into the car and modified for the safety of flight. Dipper was sitting in the driver's seat while Double D was propelling them through the sky with Armatae's rocket boots. Dipper had to admit if not for the mission to find and rescue Mabel he would be looking out the window in awe and excitement. While machines for flight had long since been invented it's not every day your Grunkle's car could be made to fly or at least made to handle flying while the armor underneath does all the work.

"Dipper, can you hear me?" Double D spoke over the radio.

"Oh…Huh…Yeah?" Dipper answered, not sure if he had to press a button to talk back or something.

"I've hooked Armatae into the car's radio so we can talk during the trip. Listen, we'll be arriving at Los Angeles in a few hours or so. We would be going faster but the car can only handle so much, even with the modifications. I suggest you try and get some sleep so we can meet this Mewni princess, well rested and with plenty of energy."

"I can't sleep. My sister's been kidnapped and I got to find her." Dipper argued.

"I just said we won't be there for a few hours and there's nothing to do until then. Armatae has agreed to pilot for me so I can rest a bit myself since this mission is going to be dangerous."

"Dangerous or not, sleep is the last thing on my mind right now." Dipper shook his head. "I don't even know if I trust you and that Armatae thing to afford even closing my eyes."

"I am going through the trouble of trying to save your sister and bringing you along. Does that not afford me even the benefit of doubt to any dubious intentions I might have?" Double D sighed.

"Look, I live by a rule that I've come to know in Gravity Falls: Trust no one." Dipper pointed at the radio. "And you admitted that Bill brought you to there for something so tell me what it is and I might trust you."

"A logical suggestion…Only if you are willing to meet me half way." Double D retorted.

"What?"

"You say I should earn your trust but have you earned mine? The armor I wear could easily be used as a dangerous weapon if the wrong people find out about it and revealing it to you wasn't my intent when I tried to intervene and save your sister. Outside of that I barely know anything about you aside from you tracking down and studying the stranger aspects of Gravity Falls. So let me ask you, why should I trust you when I barely know you?" Double D calmly rebutted.

"I…" Dipper wanted to argue back but unfortunately Double D's logic actually stumped him. "Well…Maybe because my sister was abducted that I am the one whose trust needs to be earned."

"I am the one with the advanced armor and tracking the one who might lead us to your sister. Besides if you say 'trust no one' does that mean you don't even trust your sister, your grand uncle or your friends? I know one of them was Hoagie Gilligan, a fellow competitor who was brought to Gravity Falls like I was. Did you consider him a friend or has that changed?"

Dipper was silent again for a moment as Double D's logic again trounced him. "Well, he hung out with us for a bit and then he…disappeared." Dipper's eyes widened. "Was he taken to some other dimension like Mabel was?"

"I honestly don't know. He was seen in the Northwest mansion before that grand party but he never appeared along with Jack Spicer." Double D admitted. "Perhaps like you and me he stumbled upon something Bill Cipher did not want to be found. At the very least if he was taken to another dimension there is a chance of rescuing him much like there is a chance of rescuing your sister."

"Pacifica!" Dipper exclaimed. "She might know what happened to him!"

"The daughter of the Northwests? I can understand there being a possible connection but I fail to see how she would know. She's about our age and I doubt Cipher would recruit a child. He'd prefer competence so he would likely recruit older acolytes." Double D pointed out.

"Pacifica is different." Dipper shuddered. "She thinks Bill Cipher is…her father."

"Her father? That's impossible."

"Not when Bill has been in her head before she was even born. I don't know the full story but the Northwests are working with Bill and when Pacifica was born they did something to her. Some sort blood ritual and they even sacrificed her mother. Pacifica does just think Bill her dad or has him in her head, I think he literally made her half him or something like that." Dipper explained, remembering what Pacifica told her that night in the Northwest mansion. "Bill took away any humanity she might have had at the beginning."

"That's…That's disturbing." Double D replied after a few seconds of silence.

"Tell me about it." Dipper sat back in the driver's seat. "Bill's planning something but I don't know what. That's why I have to find and save Mabel before it happens because Pacifica might be the only person who can keep Bill from harming her or Grunkle Stan."

"You really believe that?"

"I don't have a choice, Double D. It's either that or leave them to whatever horrible fate Bill has planned." Dipper spread his arms out. "I just hope Mabel can hold out until we find her."

"I can't take it anymore!"

For poor Mabel the torture just never ended.

The pain.

The torment.

The…

"They are pinching my toes!"

Finally the glass slippers were removed, freeing her red aching feet.

"Oh finally!" Mabel sighed in relief. "Seriously, do you have any idea how delicate my feet are? Who even makes glass slippers anymore? You sure you guys know how to make a princess?"

Her handlers were robots so they didn't have much to say.

Mabel looked at herself in the mirror, seeing what she had imagined herself as being when she grew up listening to all the children's tales of knights rescuing princesses from towers and dragons. She wore a pink puffy gown with elbow length gloves with matching color, a pink neck collar with a golden necklace a blue jewel embedded in it, matching gold earrings and a light pink bow tied around the waist. The bow along with the puffy shoulders and gloves all glittered; making them appear brighter and make up had been applied to Mabel's face giving her a permanent blushing look that matched the dress. To top it all off she wore a crown on her head, resting in her neatly combed hair with pink jewels embedded in it.

All in all, Mabel Pines looked like an actual princess from the old stories.

"Yo, Earth girl." Princess Pony Head said, sitting next to Mabel while dealing with the robots giving her make-up. "Ease up on the complaints or they'll send you to…" She shuddered. "Solitary conformant."

"Solitary what?" Mabel asked as another pair of slippers was placed on her feet and this time they actually fit and were not made of glass.

"Solitary conformant." Pony Head whispered, so the robot guards would not hear. "What they use for princesses who don't get with the program here. You know, the kinds that have better things to do than drink tea, sing with animals, sewing and all that junk?"

"Sewing? I love sewing! I make all my own sweaters! Will I be allowed to make some clothes for myself here?" Mabel gushed.

"Okay…" Pony Head rolled her eyes once the guards were done with her make-up and turned away. "I thought the Earth turd with Star was the red light for Earthlings being lame but you just confirmed it. Besides, what do I need to learn sewing for anyways? I don't have any hands in case you haven't noticed."

"So you wouldn't like anything I might make you?" Mabel asked sadly.

Pony Head sighed. "Look, that's not the point here, girl. The point is princesses who come here are the kind that don't like being the spoiled, bratty and helpless kind. So, you got to keep your head down until I can find a way to get out of here. If my friend Star knew about this place she'd try and bust me out in a second."

"Well, I know my brother will come for me." Mabel gestured to herself. "We have each other's backs in everything."

"Sure. Does he have any way to get here and by here I mean in another dimension?" Pony Head rolled her eyes.

"Well…Maybe not but he'll find a way." Mabel said confidently, crossing her arms. "He always finds a way."

"Well, you sound sure and honestly in a place like this you got to believe you'll get out of here somehow." Pony Head grunted, flickering the braid her hair was now in to her back. "Just keep your head down and try not to cause trouble. And don't express your individuality in a way that shows emotion."

"Huh?" Mabel barely understood what Pony Head just said.

"Just go along with the tea classes, the dancing, the etiquette, the sewing and the singing until I can find a way to bust out." Pony Head instructed and groaned. "Tea classes are the worst for me. I don't even have hands, let alone pinkies."

"Singing?" Mabel's eyes went with excitement. "Do they offer prizes and are we allowed to come up with our own songs?"

"…I don't know what's worse. Being here or the fact that you're not actually princess and you seem to actually want to be here." Pony Head drawled.

"Oh I don't want to be here. I am just looking on the bright side." Mabel shook her head. "I always look on the bright side, no matter how bad things get."

"Yeah, well good luck finding a bright side here." Pony Head turned away as all the princesses in the room were lined up before leaving in exact order.

Granted Mabel was perhaps being naive but she had faith in her brother and believed he would rescue her.

Believing in that was all she needed.
