"We got some new faces coming in but that doesn't mean we've forgotten the classic faces." TOM chuckled as he pointed at the audience. "In fact, to all the authors out there working on their own little spin offs of the main GrimmFall story we have a little challenge for you after the little surprise appearance by a certain great man."
He tapped a switch on his chair and on the screen appeared said man. "Excelsior!"
"That's right. To the minds behind such spin offs as GrimmFall: Dragon Rising, Tales of Many, Black Mesa, Sonic Boom, Ragnarok and Acceleracers we challenge you guys to come up with a quick little cameo of our great Stan the Man. The reason being…" TOM said as another recording of Stan Lee appeared from the movie of the series that must not be named(Titan Titans Go).
"I love cameos!"
"You heard the man. He loves cameos and we love seeing said cameos. So we're putting forth the little challenge of all the great minds working on stories alongside the main GrimmFall story to come up with a quick and funny little cameo scene of the great Stan himself. Just because someone is no longer with us doesn't mean they actually stop being with us and what better way to keep a great man with us by doing what he loved doing?" TOM asked, leaning back in his chair. "Making a quick but funny appearance to spread some humor and joy to the people who love his work so much. It's not something you have to do but we think you'd have a little fun just coming up with a quick appearance by the creator of the Marvel verse and we are sure he'd love it as well."

With recent change of plans over sudden awareness of what was going in both Black Mesa and the Irons Heaven, Ross had taken the spare time do some small training by sparring with Conner. Superboy and Artemis would probably stick to help cripple the Red Caps so both would need to watch out for any gang members that might be strong and not repeat the last time on Berk.
The two exchanged a few throws of fists and kicks with each other, observing one another's movement to heighten their alertness. Doyle and Erika watch from the side and noticed Ross had been acting odd lately since his sudden collapse and that was new to them if it was serious.
"Something's definitely up with Ross, wonder what it is?" Erika pondered, however she was still trying to think of how Doyle knows about this Carmen character, not sure why but unless she was just one of those who swindled him then it would make some sense.
Doyle noticed and agreed when leaning against the wall behind him. "Heard that redhead in the green suit was in the infirmary earlier, must be worried something is up."
Ross took a high jump and used his right foot to thrust towards Conner's face but the young hero caught his foot and spun him in mid-air. The Lion Faunus made a gracefully landing on his feet and hands by his traits and instincts, sweeps his other leg across to catch his opponent off guard. Conner saw it common and jumped over it, making an attempt to make a distance but had his ankle caught by the foot and pulled forward. The Kryptonian didn't see it coming and fell to the mat.
Slowly getting up and panted through the hard work out and reached his hand out towards Conner. "Not bad, but might need a work on your awareness and be a head of your opponent."
Taken Ross' advice and accepted his hand to pull him up on his feet. "Yeah, either you used your semblance or not almost thought I had it solved."
"Well, I had to improvise and develop it further to be a step ahead." Ross said.
"And you mind sharing something that's got you a little worked up for this?" Erika walked up to them and tossed both a towel before turning to Ross. "You've been miles away for a little and that's not like you at all."
"Yeah, and did you really faint? Man, I would have loved to see-"Doyle almost grinned until he was given the look from Erika. "Uh, but… yeah, we're just concerned."
Ross sighed and might as well share something when suddenly he spotted Scotty enter the room.
"So this where you lot at? I was wondering something was up and noticed the lad quiet." Scotty approached them. "Watched you two at a match and heard Erika say something was up."
"Alright, was trying to make a moment to share this news with the others before or after." Ross new he was gonna get scolded for spoiling the surprise but the moment they didn't even planned it out. "Well, Sam was just in the infirmary for a check up to confirm our theory and obviously you heard the girls excited. Sam's pregnant."
Hearing this news was a surprise to the rest and gave their congrats to him.
"Wow, congrats to you two." Conner didn't know about it but even to hear about him fainting would have been worth it to know.
Erika smiled and patted him on the shoulder. "I can't believe it. This is something to celebrate."
"Aw, congrats to you and the Mrs., laddy!" Scotty reached out and wrapped his arm around him. "This should be a time to celebrate to welcome the wee little one and to the future mom and dad!"
Ross almost lost his breath from the strong grip and managed to get his bearings over the news. "Thanks, I mean, this is great news, I mean, sure I'm excited but… I-"
"You're scared and worried, aren't ya?" Scotty confirmed. "Not to worry, its perfectly normal for first time parents. Take it from me, I have a dozen children with me wife." He made a dreamy love struck look on his face and clasped his hands together. "Oh, she is the most beautiful bunny lass that ever bless the ground with her footstep."
"She must be quite the lucky person to have you." Ross complimented, but strangely caught the sight of Doyle quivering.
"Aye, I always kept a photo of her just to remind me of her beauty during me adventures." Reached into his pocket and shown them the photo of his wife. They were completely taken by shock of a large woman that even towered over him. "Ah, Betty, so delicate as flower and the voice of an angel."
Ross and Conner shared a mutual shock, not wanting to say anything to offend him in anywhere. "Oh, wow… I mean, I know of warriors from Scotland so she must be quite the catch."
"She is and we have dozen of our own, quite the large family." Scotty commented.
"So any advice you can give for the future dad here?" Erika asked him.
"Look its not that I'm scared, with this news of having a baby I might be afraid something might happen and could screw it up. Or-" Ross stopped to not dare think of the part if something could happen to him and leave Sam alone to raise this child, that was something he never wanted to happen but also he to think of his family's future would be like with them to face the sort of challenges both he and Sam faced.
"Laddie, there be nothing to be ashamed of being afraid." Scotty assured him and continued. "Won't be easy but as long as you love and cherish your family with your heard then you be fine. I'm certain with how highly your team spoke of you, you'd make a great dad for sure."
Not expecting this sort of compliment but so far he was right, Ross just needed to face this new challenge. He never forget how the two met in Malibu University and gotten along, true he started to have a crush on her the moment they met but kept it simple of being friends. And then having their own moments to study without her friends around and… dating which to his surprise she asked first.
Then the moment both found out about each other's secrets when one time he went to a trip to help dig out ancient ruins when Sam, Clover and Alex happened to be at the area and found out about them being spies when one of the professors was really trying to unlock the secrets of the Connected Era.
It was the reason he became a Huntsman and also studying ancient histories in hopes to unlock some of the lost secrets of the Connected Era, hoping that whatever had happened that caused the near destruction of civilization can never happen again in their time. He helped the girls stop the insane professor and caught the interest of Global Justice and WHOOP, which he never expected to happen in his life.
Ever since then, both grew closer and started to become a couple, he remembered the day he proposed to her and being nervous of meeting her parents for the first time, fortunately they didn't seem bothered with him being a Faunus and approved of their relationship.
Thinking of the times they went through and will be at each other's side to make certain to care and love this child when he or she is born. It be a tough responsibility, but be worth it.
"Thanks. Guess, just needing some encouragement to help look on some bright side." Ross said to them and smiled.
"Nothing to it. I think we should call a celebration for this. If you ever pop round Scotland or the Archipelagos, your family be welcomed." The Scotsman laughed softly.
Ross nodded his head to approve of his invitation. "Thanks, I'll get changed and check up on Sam. Just be ready for when we leave."
"I'll get the Stormfly prepped and Doyle don't take too long, need something to talk about." Erika told him and followed Ross out of the room.
Doyle not sure why but was nervous since she was suddenly quiet after the meeting with the Mayor. Turns to the guys for some advice. "Uh, just between us, you think she could be mad at me for something?"
"Well, I did notice how she was curious about this Carmen fella, something you have a history with?" Conner did understood about the relationship thing between him and M'gann. If one thing he learned about from studying social studies, she could sound a little jealous or curious about it.
"Yeah, sort of just when I was working with Van Rook but that I think she had something else when she was talking to them WHOOP agents?" Doyle brought up.
"Now you mention it, she did talk to them and seem startled by something. Maybe you should talk this out before gets out of hand." Conner told him.
"Aye, lad, its nice to see you two together but Viking women are a lot scarier than men." Scotty shared with his knowledge of their customs.
Doyle didn't need to be twice and nodded. "Yeah, I always see Lodin so nervous of bringing some bad news to Leda. Erika could maybe picked up some of her traits. You ever see her dislocated a guy's rips with her feet after we got captured."
The young hero shuddered when he heard about that back on Berk. "Well, not much we can say and hope you two don't try starting any fights."
"Gee, thanks for your vote of confidence." Doyle responded with a sarcastic tone and may find out what she was looking into. But… if she was angry over something, not even a horde of Grimm would stop her.

"Since Team REYN and a few other members of the Justice Friends have been called away we are altering the plan slightly. Mr. Doyle has agreed to remain with us in our mission against the Red Caps." Major Glory started once everyone was assembled. "White Tiger,"
The feline hero perked up at the mention of his name.
"Tonight around 5:30 you and Doyle will take Miss Artemis and Mr. Connor to one of the locations where we know where thugs working for the Red Caps hang out. Since we don't know the exact location of where the shipment will be we need to find out. Once you have the information you will relay the location to Team SEKR where they and Miss Raven along with Capital G will immediately go to find their base." Major Glory started. "In the meantime I will take the information to Chief Fizz so we can have a search warrant ready instantly. Your jobs will be to confirm the shipment and the cargo being present so the rest of us can immediately move in to rescue the hostages and arrest the Red Caps. Supposedly this will be a quick and smooth operation."
"Yet they never are." Keanu whispered to his team and got smacked on the head by Scotty. "OW!"
"Regardless of how smooth or not it goes the people on that shipment are depending on us to rescue them." Major Glory stated sternly. "We cannot afford any screw-ups."

Doyle, Artemis, Superboy and White Tiger were hopping from roof top to roof top through the concrete jungle of GrimmFall, heading to the area where White Tiger knew where they could find some information on where the important shipment was taking place. As the four kept hopping from building to building they eventually made their way to a series of abandoned buildings and still functional factories. As they walked over to a roof, they made it to the edge of one building and looked down into the alleyway. The alleyway was desolate, but as the four looked down and scanned the area, White Tiger using his enhanced Faunus vision saw a metal door on a building that looked recently used.
"I think a group of them are operating from that building right there from behind that door." White Tiger said, pointing at the door.
"What makes you believe that?" Whispered back Doyle, but before White Tiger could answer, the door creaked open to reveal a man stepping out of it and looking around as the four ducked in order to not be seen.
The guy looked pretty big, as he was wearing regular looking street clothes except for his head which had a red hat, sunglasses, and a red bandana around his mouth. Not to mention he had a bloody skull symbol on his left shoulder, and was holding a Mossberg 500 Persuader shotgun in his right hand. As the man scanned around he saw nothing, as he turned around and slammed the door on his way back inside.
"Never mind." Doyle whispered. "This might not be as easy as we hoped."
"We're going to be fine, don't worry." Said White Tiger as he looked back down at the metal door. "All we have to do is wait, observe and see when their vulnerable. And then we surprise attack them."
Artemis had an arrow ready and Superboy prepared himself for a fight as the four waited silently. That was until a black car pulled up next to the building and parked next to the door. The four crouched down as they saw two men get out of the car, wearing red hats, red bandanas, and sunglasses like the doorman. The two thugs made their way to the door and gave it a unique series of knocks. They waited for another moment, as the door opened up to let the two men inside, then closed.
"Looks like we just found our way inside." Doyle said, smiling.

Inside the building, there was an assembly line of people who were putting weapons together, packing them up in wooden crates, and bringing them over to another side of the building we're they're planning to ship them to buyers and their own men. However there were around twenty five guards either walking around on the cat walks or hurtled around a table playing go fish, eating, or just talking.
"Seriously? I still can't believe were stuck playing baby-sitter to these guys. When can we go out and see some REAL action? I mean, when can we move higher up and actually have a little luxury and get paid a little more mullah?" Asked one thug who was playing a card game with another thug sitting at the table.
"Beats me. This isn't like the military or something like that, it's all based on how much the boss trusts you. You got any sevens?" Asked the other thug.
"Go fish." Said the first thug.
"Look, with the Satyra seemingly out of commission, we got more power and territory then before! In a few more days if everything goes according to the bosses plan we're gonna run this city and ALL of us are gonna be swimmin' in some serious Technos!" Said the other thug who was sitting at the table next to the two card players with mouthful's of his meatball sub.
"Yeah... But still, I wanna see some action! With those Super Criminals getting all the attention of the authorities ALONG with the authorities still looking for those Satyra freaks, we see NO action." Said one of the thugs playing cards.
"Buddy, ya should be careful what cha wish for. Once I wished for action, BIG MISTAKE. The Satyra attacked one of our bases and I was sent to the hospital with some SERIOUS scaring." Said the thug still eating his meatball sub.
"At this point, I don't care. I just want SOMETHING to happen already." Said the first thug as he placed down a few cards.
"Whatever. Ya got any Jacks?" Asked the other thug.
Back with the doorman, he was sitting on the side on a chair just playing a game on his tablet until there was a series of knocks on the door. All at the same rate as any other member of the Red Caps would know. The doorman became suspicious as he put his scroll away and got up. He opened the viewer at the top of the door as he looked through it to see nobody.
He grunted in confusion as he opened the door and walked outside to look around. But just as he did something hard hit him in the back of the head, knocking him out cold.
Doyle, Artemis, Superboy and White Tiger then quietly sneaked into the building, sticking to the shadows, seeing that the coast was clear. They made their way around the building still hiding behind walls and steel beams. They looked on as they tried to keep their ears open and see what info they could get.
Nothing really important.
"Looks like we'll have to get closer." Whispered White Tiger as he sneaked closer to the thugs that were hanging out.
"Wait!" Whispered Doyle. But before any of them knew it they were spotted.
BANG!
A bullet just whizzed by the four, almost hitting them and catching everybody's attention.
"What the hell?!" Yelled the thug that was eating the sub.
The four looked up to see that one of the thugs on the catwalk was holding a smoking gun in his hand. They continued to looked around to see that the thugs on the lower level and the upper level were all readying their guns as they were walking closer to the intruders.
"So much for stealth." Commented Doyle as the thugs started to aim their weapons.
They then started to fire. The people at the weapons assembly line screamed as they ran out of the building. Doyle, Artemis and White Tiger were lucky enough to be fast and agile enough to jump out of the line of gunfire of the thugs while Superboy's Kryptonian heritage allowed him to shrug off the bullets. White Tiger rushed up to the catwalk and quickly knocked out any thugs on the upper level with his speed and agility.
Doyle on the lower level did his best to dodge as many bullets as he could, but unfortunately for him he wasn't as fast or agile as White Tiger. Pulling out several arrows, with some having Ice Dust for freeze her enemies in place, others using Lightning Dust to blow her enemies away with blasts of lightning, Artemis quickly aimed and let loose the handful of arrows in her hand.
"Whoo-Hoo! I can't believe I'm actually seeing some ac- AHH!" Screamed the thug as he was blasted with one of Artemis' Ice Dust blasts and frozen solid.
While Doyle, White Tiger and Artemis continued jumping around and using their weapons, Superboy rushed forward to beat the heck out of the Red Caps until... There were none left. The four looked over the wreckage as all the thugs were either knocked out or frozen solid.
"Darn it! We already knocked all of them out before we could get any answers!" White Tiger realized.
"Oh... Well, I'm sure we can find SOMETHING among the rub-" Doyle was interrupted by a sudden voice.
"Come in! Red Caps from sector 43 come in! Are the bloody weapons ready for shipping? You blokes better pick up or you'll end up in pieces all GrimmFall!" Yelled a voice in a Irish accent as the four looked around to find where the voice was coming from.
They walked over to a knocked out Red Cap as they found that the voice was coming from a communication radio attached to the Red Caps vest. Doyle slowly bent down as he picked the radio from the knocked out Red Cap as he and the others started to listen to the man on the other side.
"Pick up! What happened this time you idiots!? Did the cops bust ya? Someone answer!" Yelled the man once again through the radio Doyle was holding.
That was until White Tiger took it from Doyle and spoke into it. "Where is the shipment going to take place?"
"Who the hell is this?!"
"That doesn't matter, we just took down all your men and now were going to give an anonymous tip to the police. We can make this easier and send less of your men to the hospital if you tell us WE'RE the shipment is going to take place!" White Tiger stated.
"Ah... Alright then... your gonna suffer for what you've done! This city doesn't belong to those bloody Satyra animals and it doesn't belong to those Super Criminals! This city belongs to the Red Caps! You just shot yourself in the foot, boy! Me and my old dear old dad are gonna rule this city! And you are gonna know our wrath first hand." Said the man from the other side.
"Let's please make this simple, just tell us so we don't have to do another song and dance were we beat up your men and beat you as well." Doyle interrupted.
"HAHAHAHAHA! Are you serious?! You buggers really stepped in it now! There's a reason why we're called the 'Red Caps', and I promise, when we find out who you buggers are, your gonna pay for everything you've done... I will make sure you never mess with our plans... EVER again..." Said the man before he hung up.
"Wonderful! Now we have no idea where they're going to make the shipment." Said White Tiger frustrated.
"I wouldn't say that just yet." Said Doyle as he opened up the back of the communication device and pulled out a chip.
As he threw the radio away he took out his tablet and put the chip in his scroll.
"What are you doing?" Asked Artemis looking over Doyle's shoulder.
"I'm using the chip in the communication device to triangulate where that radio signal came from." Said Doyle as he started adjusting the settings on his tablet to find out where the original signal came from.
"Really? You modified your own tablet to have the ability of tracking down radio signals? Wow, that's actually pretty brilliant." Complimented White Tiger.
"Thank you." Said Doyle as he just then adjusted the signal on his table to just the right settings. "Bingo. The building they're operating from is on the north-west side of the city, in an abandoned Steel mill factory."
"Good work Doyle, now let's get moving before they leave." Said White Tiger as he walked away.
"Right behind you."
"What about them?" Artemis asked, gesturing at the mess of thugs and illegal weapons in crates still around.
"Better give an anonymous tip." Doyle said as he used his tablet to send a notice to the police.

"How could you be so careless?" Sebben narrowed his eye at the monitor on his wall. "Do you even understand the ramifications of this?"
"Don't take that tone with me, Seb-"
"If anyone is harmed it'll be on your head, Feral." Sebben said in a threatening tone.
"I do not know how Mars got into high security and I don't-"
"That doesn't matter now. If Mars is truly coming here of all places you must stop him before he reaches here." Sebben stated.
"It's not that easy. He stole the Black Knight drone army. They were meant as a last resort of defense. Mars took the command suit codenamed 'Scorched Earth' and he has hold of the Gem of Sidorak."
Sebben's fists clenched. "When were you going to tell me its existence was confirmed?"
"I'm not about to reveal classified information outside of my country, Sebben."
"We both are high ranking members of the Hunter community, Feral. You had an obligation to inform us." Sebben retorted. "And now it's in the hands of someone who is coming to wreck my city. I don't have time to be cleaning up your messes."
"I have deployed my forces to track him down and capture him."
"Not if you plan in breaking International Law. The President won't allow you to send Russia's army onto American soil if you fail to capture Mars in time." Sebben retorted.
"And what do you suggest we do then?"
"I've called in two specialists to handle it."
"Two-No! Not them! I will not allow them to capture MY subordinate." Feral vehemently protested.
"Former subordinate. Something they have in common." Sebben stated. "I am well aware of your history with them, especially since you drove them out of Russia to cover your mistake."
"They disobeyed orders-"
"Orders that were out of bounds. They had Dark Kat in their sights, if you hadn't interfered one of Satyra's leaders would have been captured." Sebben cut him off harshly. "I will not accept your excuses much like the rest of your army did and I will not debate with you on the competence of the SWAT Kats. Just pray we don't suffer heavily but if we do I guarantee you will be fully blamed for this mess."
He turned away and ended the call before Feral could get in another word.
