Previously on GrimmFall…

Dipper hung up the phone wearing a look up of utter shock and horror, "Oh my Gob!" He whispered before whirling around grabbing Mabel by her sweater, "Tell Grunkle Stan not to start the car!"

BOOM!

Outside the Stanmobile exploded in a fiery inferno!

Chief Fizz glared at the Satyra agent sitting across from him in interrogation, "You want my badge number?!" He snapped reaching into his coat pocket taking out his badge holding it up to the Satyra agents face, "Here!" He snapped, "Here's my freaking badge number!" Then punched him in the face with the badge.

Harvey Birdman stood up from the table declaring with determination, "I can't lose this case!" Only for Bill Ken Sebben to stand up beside him and retort, "Harvey the case is already lost!"

Johnny Bravo stood crying over Carl's blood soaked body, "Who did this to you!" He hollered into the air with grief!

Doctor Princess removed her face from the medical telescope with a look horror, "In all my years of research I've never seen a virus reproduce this quickly."

Kurt and Carlos driving an out of control speedboat that crashes into the pier forcing them to jump from the resulting explosion.

Sterling Archer snapping into the phone as he walks over to a dead body, "Everyone i've told about the file is dead!"

Keanu snaps into the radio headset as he nervously hovered over a bomb, "What do you mean cut the blue wire?!" He questioned incredulously than snapped, "They're all blue wires!"

Stan and Ford in suits running down a city side walk firing guns.

Scene of Pearl and Amethyst standing in a hospital room by a medical bed with a comatose Steven Universe Amethyst turns her head snapping at Pearl with tears down her face, "Face it he's never coming out of that coma!"

SMACK!

Only for Pearl to smack her in the face.

Major Glory let one final battle cry as his Aura exploded again…

BOOM!

"Sorry. Wrong flashback." TOM chuckled to the audience. "New Year's joke and all that."

And then he shot forward with such speed the ground split open.

Sammael's eyes widened, sensing extreme danger as Major Glory appeared in front of him with his fist reared back. Gritting his teeth, Sammael dodged to the side just in time and the punch released shockwave that collided with over a dozen Grimm that had been behind Sammael. The shockwave blasted through them and caused the front lines of the Grimm army to be sent flying in all directions. Sammael's eyes glowed as he prepared to blast the major at close range…

Only to feel a great amount of pain in his abdomen.

Major Glory had moved with such speed he had reappeared in front of Sammael and delivered a heavy blow that took the Fallen King by complete surprise.

And then came the shockwave that sent him flying up into the air like a rocket.

And with that, Major Glory shot up towards his enemy, flaring with power.

The battle between the Fallen and the Justice Friends had begun.

Sammael opened his eyes in time to see the Major Glory flying right at him, disappearing and reappearing behind him and delivering a spinning kick to Sammael's back. The King of the Fallen felt his Aura shimmer but even then his eyes bulged out and his mouth went wide open from the actual pain he was feeling as he sent flying in the other direction.

Down below, General Skarr stood before a line of Volcano Toads as he aimed his sword up at the major. "Prepare to fire-"

'No!'

Skarr's eyes widened as he heard his master's voice in his head. "Master?"

Sammael flipped through the air as he almost crashed into the ground. His hands and feet skidded across the ground as tendrils of darkness emerged from his back and dug into the ground to halt himself.

'Don't focus on the major or myself, General. The priority is securing the mountains and delivering a blow to the heroes and the Huntsmen while they are still tired.' Sammael looked up at the Major as he prepared to attack again. 'Focus on leading our forces to take down what is left of them and Van Kleiss' pack. I and my Invisible Hand will deal with the major and his friends ourselves.'

Just as Major Glory shot at him again, Sammael conjured a black glowing glyph in the shape of a flaming eye that the major collided with. The glyph held him in mid-air while a flash of purple light erupted from Sammael's hand. The light formed into a dark hilt with a blade made of some form of crystal that was colored black and purple.

"Oblivion." Sammael simply said, speaking the name of his weapon as he swung it down on Major Glory, aiming to slice him in two.

A flash of golden light surrounded Major Glory, forming into his Hero Armor that blocked the slash aimed at his head. The glyph holding him shattered and blades sprouted from his gauntlets, clashing with Sammael's sword. Despite Major Glory's considerable speed and strength, Sammael was able to block, parry or dodge any strike aimed at him. Smiling slightly now, Sammael raised one hand and Major Glory found himself lifted off the ground as a dark purple aura surrounded him.

Before Major Glory could even blink he was sent flying back and crashed into the ground. Sammael's eyes glowed and a pair of red beams lashed out, engulfing the major in a blast of red light.

BOOM!

The resulting explosion shook the surrounding land, even making the Grimm halt on their advanced for the heroes standing between them and their prize.

"Flag-Man!" Krunk called out, fearing for Major Glory's life.

"Easy, Krunk. You know the major won't be taken down that easily." Valhallen said, patting Krunk on the back. "Besides, we've got our own problems at the moment."

Like the army of Grimm, Fallen and their followers approaching them.

General Skarr raised his sword up into the air before bringing it down and pointing right at the Justice Friends. "Attack!"

"So what do we do now?"

Keanu and the others who had been rescued from Van Kleiss' tower before it exploded could seemingly only watch as the battle between the Justice Friends and the Grimm army begun with explosions being seen and heard while the ground beneath them literally shook.

"We're not seriously going leave them to take those monsters on by themselves, are we?" Keanu looked back at the rest of the group.

"No, we're not." Scotty remarked as he pulled out his sword. "Sebby, you have annoying habit of being almost always right."

Sebben nodded in agreement. "I know…And there are many times when I wish I had been wrong."

Nearby, the Digimon known as Omnimon glanced at Sebben. "You knew this would happen?"

"It was one of many possibilities I witnessed." Sebben touched his eye patch. "Sammael…He spent a long time planning for this. He knew as soon as the Gem of Heart was found, he would meet a united resistance from us, determined to do whatever it took to stop him. So he waited and used Van Kleiss to draw our attention and drag us into a fight while he waited and gathered his forces. He counted on Van Kleiss becoming too great of a threat for us to ignore and knew a fight between us and him would weaken us enough for Sammael to make his move."

"So everything that has happened to us, especially to the people who were brought here against our will…" Omnimon narrowed his eyes. "We were pawns from the very start without realizing it."

"Yes. As a Fallen, Sammael is driven by the Grimm instinct to kill and destroy…But to be honest, it's clear that even whatever might be left of his human self is even more heartless than the Grimm side." Sebben remarked.

"Aye, he's one heartless monster." Scotty remarked as his sword began to glow. "So how are we doing this?"

Sebben looked at the group, noting many of them were very tired from the battle that had just taken place. "I can't ask any of you to stand with me. If you wish to leave, that is your choice and that is the difference between us and the Fallen. With them, the only the choice is to fight and die now or surrender and die a little later. No one here is forcing you to stay but those that do decide to stay, remember that we have a job to do here."

There were murmurs amongst the group before Genki Sanban stepped forward. "My husband already made the decision to stay and fight. I would never forsake him."

"I cannot leave either. Not when the fighting is not done and the world is not yet safe." Omnimon agreed.

"We're here because we know this was bigger than Van Kleiss." Dracon stepped forward. "Besides, I have a score to settle with Sammael as well Major Glory and everyone else."

One by one, everyone agreed to stay and fight which made Scotty smile in respect. "You're all real heroes, you know that?"

In the meantime, Sammael had just approached the spot where he had seemingly incinerated Major Glory. He stopped to watch as the smoke cleared, revealing a large scorch mark on the ground.

"Is this how you intend to fight me?" Sammael narrowed his eyes. "With mere parlor tricks?"

He spun around, seemingly slashing his sword at empty air but there was a grunting sound as Major Glory appeared and flew back, avoiding the sword that was mere inches from his face.

"Your uncle used the exact same trick in our battle." Sammael remarked, watching as the American themed hero landed a few feet away. "Did you think you would do better against me using the exact same trick?"

Major Glory said nothing, merely glaring at the King of the Fallen.

"I will give you credit though…" Sammael smiled as he held up his sword. "It's been a long time since anyone had forced me to draw my sword. Not even you or the Dragon of Denver in our more recent battles forced me to summon Oblivion to my hand…In fact, the last time I used my own personal weapon was against your uncle."

Major Glory's glare intensified.

"Now don't give me that look, Major. I merely speak the truth." Sammael scolded, but his smile now had a mocking look to it. "By now you are aware of the special abilities of my Oblivion."

"I know all too well, villain." Major Glory retorted. "A mere touch with your blade and you inflict a curse upon your enemies, a special form of fast acting poison that is the essence of Grimm itself. It enters the body of anyone the blade touches and in just a few minutes it kills the victim."

"Exactly." Sammael looked pleased now. "A magical poison that rapidly attacks the vital organs, bringing them a quick death. A bit soft on my end but I am not one to employ torture unless it serves a purpose…"

"Serves a purpose…" Major Glory clenched a fist. "Is that how you see it?"

"Yes, I do." Sammael answered as he held his sword by the side. "I suggest you remember to reign in those negative emotions I feel from you now, Major Glory. They will only serve to hinder you."

Sammael swung his sword again, releasing red glowing crescent shaped wave at Major Glory who casually side-stepped the first one and then several more before shooting at Sammael, preparing a drop-kick. Sammael brought his sword down to block the major's foot but golden armor covered his foot as it made contact. The force of the kick actually made him stagger and Major Glory jumped back before Sammael could swing his sword again.

Golden light surrounded Major Glory's arms as he charged at Sammael again, his golden blade gauntlets meeting Sammael's Oblivion…

CLASH!

BOOM!

SLASH!

SLASH!

CLASH!

BOOM!

SLASH!

The resulting clash created a sonic boom and shockwave that shoot the entire land. They took off, clashing and slashing across the land, moving too fast to be seen by the human eye. It was almost as if they were teleporting all over the place but Major Glory made it a point to make sure they did not come too close to the Grimm army and thus give Sammael reinforcements. At certain points of their duel, Major Glory would take the lead, seemingly forcing Sammael to strain himself as they clashed.

Other times, Sammael would actually put Major Glory on the defense, his strength easily matching the major's. Major Glory's Aura and armor protected him from any cuts while Sammael easily healed from any cuts he took.

For a moment it seemed both were equal.

Then just as they were about to break off from their latest clash, Sammael noticed Major Glory shooting at him, taking advantage of his riposte. The hero's golden gauntlets ready to slash open his chest but Sammael was prepared. He threw his arm out and a concussive blast exploded from his palm, hitting Major Glory and sending him flying back. However Major Glory was undeterred as he summoned the golden shoulder cannons of his armor, firing twin beams of red light that slammed into Sammael.

This time, the King of the Fallen crashed into the ground and was engulfed in an explosion from the Major's sneak attack.

BOOM!

Major Glory landed on the ground, staring carefully at the explosion, knowing it would take more than that to take his enemy down.

Dark vein like patterns traveled along the ground from out of the smoke as it cleared, revealing a semi-spherical dark misty barrier surrounding Sammael.

"Shadow Embrace." Sammael spoke from inside the barrier, his red eyes barely seen in the darkness.

The vein like patterns shot towards Major Glory who took off into the air. Turned out it was just in time as black spikes shot out from the ground in an attempt to impale him.

"Do you like this, Major Glory? Shadow Embrace, the ability to manifest the Grimm essence in my body and project outward in the form of a barrier that both protects me and attacks the enemy." Sammael explained from inside the barrier. "By all means, you can try and break it."

Major Glory narrowed his eyes as he summoned his full golden armor to protect himself from the Grimm essence as he fell towards the barrier and slashed his gauntlets through it like tissue paper. The Black Maw seemingly froze and broke as he landed in front of Sammael who merely grinned.

"Fool." He said triumphantly.

Before Major Glory could impale him, the dark veins from the Black Maw erupted from the ground and jolted him into the air, crawling along his armor.

"What?!" Major Glory grunted, finding that it was getting rapidly hard to move.

"Shadow Embrace sustains itself by devouring everything in the immediate area, including the enemy." Sammael explained. "Your powers, your Aura, everything! You insist on believing the only way to defeat me is get up and close to me, using brute strength. Only I wasn't the one you should have been watching. Now be devoured in darkness!"

Major Glory grunted as the veins pulled down into the ground they had sprouted from, dragging down under and out of sight.

"A shame, really." Sammael admitted. "Your uncle lasted longer."

Suddenly there was a flash of light and Major Glory's Aura flared from the dark hole he had been dragged into.

"Hm?"

"It is not over yet!" Major Glory shouted before a literal tornado blasted out of the ground. "Have you forgotten already? My Semblance is Unlimited Energy! And I have conditioned my body to handle all of it!"

Major Glory spun at such speed, his Semblance powering his power and Aura that it literally tore through the dark veins of the Shadow Embrace, forcing Sammael to jump back. The Fallen King remained composed, even as Major Glory stopped spinning and shot from his tornado, now free of the Black Maw and shot straight at him again. Major Glory sent a punch forward which Sammael blocked using both hands but the force of the punch still sent him flying back.

Sammael blinked…and a concussive blast sent Major Glory flying back but the hero recovered in mid-air. His X-Ray vision allowed him to see invisible blasts of magical energy flying at him and he immediately weaved in and out between the blasts as he flew at Sammael's position, rearing back his fist for another punch.

ZAP!

"AAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!" Major Glory cried out in pain as something underneath him shot electricity through his body.

Looking down, Major Glory could see it was another glyph, this one glowing bright yellow this time that had been a trap Sammael had set up for the major. Despite his pain, Major Glory looked up to see multiple orbs of multi-colored light appear around Sammael before he launched them at the hero. Major Glory's eyes glowed just as the orbs were mere inches from him.

BOOM!

BOOM!

BOOM!

BOOM!

BOOM!

BOOM!

BOOM!

Sammael simply watched as the energy orbs collided with Major Glory, obscuring him in dome of fire and smoke. He waited for the smoke to clear and raised an eyebrow as the major emerged from the smoke completely unscathed.

"Excellent work, Major Glory." Sammael allowed himself to smile. "I have to admit, you are actually proving to be a more entertaining opponent this time around. I don't remember you pushing me this far the last time we fought. Or was it because you were still inexperienced with both the power of the Spirit and your Semblance?"

Major Glory said nothing as he simply landed on the ground and stared down the Fallen King.

"I have to ask, what is your plan here? Do you actually plan to continue fighting until you somehow slay me? Or are you buying time for your friends to fight off my army?" Sammael questioned. "Neither of which are very feasible where I am standing."

"I'd say my plan is working perfectly." Major Glory retorted.

"Oh? And why is that? You can't simply expect you can easily slay me? That kind of mindset was what caused your uncle's downfall." Sammael replied, noting that the major was keeping himself calm now when it came to the matter of his deceased uncle. "And even if your fellow Justice Friends are fighting my forces now, I know that General Skarr and my associates will be enough to deal with them."

"Are you sure about that?"

Sammael frowned, noting the smile slowly growing on Major Glory's face. A roar from above caught his attention and he looked up to see his Hydra emerge from the clouds. It spread its wings out and its eight necks were glowing with electricity as it prepared to fire its Gravity Beams at the Justice Friends and anyone else in its sight…

"LIVING LARGE!"

Then Capital G appeared, now as big as the Grimm Ghidorah and slammed right into the monster.

CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

The Grimm Kaiju crashed into the ground, far behind the Grimm army and all of Nowhere shook from the impact, kicking up clouds of sand and dust in every direction for miles. Sammael conjured a black glyph to repel the dust and sand and he looked up to see Major Glory hovering in the air.

"Is that it?" The Fallen King asked.

Grimm Ghidorah slowly rose up, snarling at Capital G who landed several feet away and was looking ready to fight. The middle head of the Grimm let out a shriek before the giant monster spread out its wings as lightning began to strike from the clouds above and its eight necks glowed again, likely as a form intimidation. However, Capital G remain composed and looked ready to answer the challenge. Winged Grimm circled around, ready to attack when a pair of missiles slammed into a Gargoyle Grimm.

BOOM!

Sammael looked up and spied a red and black jet shooting through the air. "…The SWAT Kats. Nothing suggested that they were here."

BOOM!

BOOM!

Sammael looked to the mountains and saw cannon fire pushing back airborne Grimm. His eyes widened when he sensed a magical signature in the center of the mountains…

"Scotty Blake." His eyes narrowed as he looked up to Major Glory. "So this was your contingency. You summoned an army to meet ours in battle."

"I actually have you to thank for that, Sammael." Major Glory admitted. "When you destroyed Van Kleiss' fortress, you destroyed the field that prevented any portal outside of his own from being used. Now we can bring our full force against you! This battle is only beginning…Sammael!"
