Yesterday was what the news is now dubbing "the Sludge Villain Incident." She was terrified for her Izuku. He was so reckless to run in like that. Her alarm was about to ring to wake her. Then Izuku started yelling.

She bolted up. She ran into her son's all-might shrine-like room and saw Izuku rolling in pain.

Any emotions you get will be Subdued. (you can still feel emotions)
"ok, great sage is good, but I don't know what Subdued emotions will do."
perk: Quirk evolution
Any Quirk you acquire will evolve once.
flaw: Sin of greed
The Greedy will do just about anything to get more than enough be it money, power, or other things.
"Quirk evolution is useless unless the body already has an op Quirk."

I open my eyes to a green-haired and-eyed woman. Who is this?
"Izuku are you ok? Are you hurt? why were you screaming? Are you hungry? What's going on? Why are your eyes yellow?" she yells

A waterfall of calm fluids me, so I'm Deku, then this is probably his mother. I can work with this, his super strength is going to be so useful!
I'm fine Mom," I say calmly. she looked at me like she didn't believe me "Just a bad dream"
"why are your eyes gold then?" she says with tears
"My eyes are gold?" I respond, I try and get up but everything starts hurting again less than last time, and I fall back down. "what time is it"
"it's 6 am and you are not going to school today and that is final," Inko said sternly
"ok Mom, but can I have help getting up?" I asked
"Sure honey." she stated then she helped me get up a bit to get on my bed so I could lay down "Just ask if you need any help, love you," she said as she left
"love you too" I responded, ok now let's start 'menu' a screen shows itself in front of me with a bonch of tabs

Skill steals the power to steal skill/Quirks from a target from skin-to-skin contact, which can be given to other people and taken back from anywhere.
