"Aye!" Spot cried out, pulling his hand back suddenly.

The leader swore. They had lost the element of surprise. Now things were going to get a little more difficult.

"Alright, change of plans. Titanium Man, keep an eye out for anyone trying to escape. Especially the speedster or the invisible girl. They'll be the ones to go for help."

"Da."

"Electro, keep the power off. You two," he pointed to the two figures at the back. "Stay here, await my signal. You're on reserve duty."

One of them growled. "You're wasting my talents."

"No, I'm saving them for when we'll need them most. The rest of you, get in there and take them out. And remember the readings."

"What about the powerful ones?" Spot asked.

The leader grimaced. They were going to be a problem. "Stay on that Todoroki kid. Find a way past his defenses. Black Ant," he said into his comm.

"Yeah, I'm here."

"Did the kid see you?"

"That would be a negatory."

"Good. Stay low, out of sight. We'll hold you in reserve for now as well."

"Copy that."

The leader sighed then pulled out his shield and activated his weapon, the sword now crackling with golden energy. It would be down to him to take down the other two kids. Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo. From what he had seen, they were going to be a real challenge.

"I'll take Bakugo for now. Creel, get on Midoriya and see if you can take him out."

"Roger that," the Absorbing Man grinned and yanked up his favored weapon, a steel ball and chain.

Carl Creel aka Absorbing Man. He can absorb and duplicate the physical properties of anything he touches either animate or inanimate and even some forms of energy. As he does, his body becomes composed of the matter or energy he is absorbing.

"Now the rest of you. Here are your assignments."

Iida threw open his bedroom door, looking around wildly for any sign of attackers but the hallways were too dark to see. He flicked the light switch and then frowned when nothing happened. He flicked it again and again but still the hall remained dark. The power was out.

"Damn," he muttered.

"Iida, that you?"

Iida turned to see Kaminari and Ojiro exiting their rooms, both blinking sleep from their eyes.

"Was that Midoriya yelling?" Kaminari asked. "Something about…under attack?"

"Are we?"

"The lights are out," Iida told them. "And Midoriya wouldn't yell out such things for no reason. I think it's safe to presume that we might be under attack." He then frowned, realizing that the other door in their hallway remained closed. "Where's Koda? Surely he heard the noise."

The door suddenly burst open and a rush of air came hurtling out, blowing over them.

"Oh, you mean the weird rock-face kid? Yeah, I already took care of him."

They whirled around to see a man standing behind them in a full body suit that had a lightning insignias as well as goggles. The smile he gave them sent chills down Iida's spine.

"Name's Speed Demon," he said as he cracked his knuckles. "Don't worry, this'll only take a second."

James Sanders aka Speed Demon. He can move at superhuman speeds, faster than the speed of sound and almost the speed of light, making him appear as only a blur to his opponents.

Deku had thoroughly searched his room for any signs of the attacker but there was nothing other than a strange buzzing that had quickly passed. He had gone out onto the balcony but saw nothing there either. How had the intruder even gotten in? If it weren't for the dart in his hand, he might have thought he imagine the whole thing.

He quickly grabbed his gauntlets and boots, pulling them on. If the attacker was still here, he wanted to be armed and ready for him, able to use his full power if need be.

He opened his door into the hallway, seeing some of the others already there.

"Midoriya, what the hell?" Mineta said angrily. "Some of us are trying to sleep you know."

"Calm yourself Mineta," Tokoyami told him before turning to Deku. "Midoriya, what do you mean we're under attack?"

"This," he replied, holding up the dart. "Someone shot this at me. If I hadn't woken up in time…well, I don't know what it would have done but I assume nothing good."

Mineta went silent at seeing the dart while Tokoyami's expression darkened (more than normal) and Aoyama muttered 'mon dieu!'

"Let's check with the others, see if they're alright," Deku said, instinctively flicking the switch. He had gone two steps before he realized nothing had changed. "The lights are out."

"Not just that." They all turned to Mineta who held up his phone. "Signals are out too. I'm not getting any service."

"So we can't call for help," Tokoyami surmised. "Yes, I believe this is indeed an attack."

"So much for U.A. being safe," Aoyama muttered.

"Alright, let's stick together and unite with the others. Then we…" he stopped, seeing something in the background. The others all followed his gaze and gasped as they saw the shadows thickening into a large black circle.

"A void of darkness," Tokoyami whispered. Dark Shadow formed above him, talons at the ready.

Out of the void, a man appeared hefting a ball and chain. He stepped into the hallway with a loud thump and Deku realized his skin had a metallic tinge to it.

"Well, hello there children," the man grinned. "Would you like to play a game?"

Uraraka yawned as she opened her door, confused. Was that Deku? She was positive that he had yelled out something, but she had been asleep so didn't quite know what it was. But it had been something bad.

"Uraraka? That you?" She turned to see Ashido walking up, stretching. "Did Midoriya's yell wake you up too?"

"Yeah. Do you know what it was?"

"I think so. He said something about…an attack?"

Instantly, Uraraka was wide awake. "An attack? Like he's under attack or we're under attack?"

"I don't know. But why would either be true? Who would attack U.A.? Like Iida said, this is one of the safest places in the country. You would have to be pretty stupid to attack here."

"My, my, you do think highly of yourselves don't you?"

Both girls whirled at the voice and saw a woman exiting a dark hole that seemed to be made of darkness. She was wearing a leather suit and her nails were stretched out so they looked like large talons, capable of tearing through metal.

"I would advise surrendering," she told them.

Yuriko Oyama aka Lady Deathstrike. Cybernetically enhanced so that her speed, strength, agility, and stamina are at superhuman levels. She also has superhuman healing, able to repair damage to both organic and cybernetic parts within a brief time period. Her main attribute is her nails, able to extend to 12 inches and further under certain conditions and are composed of adamantium, making them indestructible.

Todoroki burst from his room, hands at the ready for any attackers, but all he saw were Sero and Sato emerging from their own rooms, looking confused.

"Whoa, Todoroki, what's going on?" Sero asked.

"I was just attacked," he replied, looking around carefully. "Someone with some sort of teleporting quirk."

"Whoa, really? So was Midoriya."

"Midoriya?"

"Yeah, didn't you hear his yell?"

Todoroki blinked as he realized that had been what had woken him up to see the hand in front of him. So Midoriya was also under attack. That meant they all were. "We have to go to the others. Follow me."

"Right."

He made it two steps when a black hole opened in front of him and he suddenly appeared at the other end of the hallway. He blinked and turned in confusion. Then, another hole opened up and a figure walked out, someone dressed in white suit covered in black spots, the biggest being over his face.

"Hello there," the villain said. "Let's make this quick shall we, we are on a bit of a time crunch."

Yaoyorozu threw open her door, a staff already in hand. She wasn't totally sure if she'd actually heard Midoriya yell out or if it had been a dream but she couldn't take the chance. She had to check and make sure.

She stepped out carefully before flicking on the light switch. When nothing happened, she knew something was wrong. Of course, it could be just a power shortage or something but that was one coincidence too many for her liking.

She walked towards Tsu's room which had remained closed. She probably hadn't heard Midoriya. The only reason Yaoyorozu had was because she had woken up fitfully and had been trying to get back to sleep.

However, as she walked, she noticed something out of the corner of her eye. She turned, gasped, and activated her quirk, creating a metal shield just as the woman burst through the window, shattering the glass. Her fist slammed into Yaoyorozu's shield, denting it badly and nearly going through. Yaoyorozu was hurled back from the impact, crashing into the wall. She slumped down with a soft groan.

"What's going on?" Tsu asked, stepping out of her room, blinking.

"Tsu…look out," Yaoyorozu groaned.

"Wha…ribbit!" she yelped and leapt up, sticking to the ceiling right before the woman's fist could come down on her.

"Whoa, a tricky one," the woman laughed. "Well that should make this a little more interesting, shouldn't it?"

"What do you want?" Yaoyorozu asked, getting back on her feet.

"Isn't it obvious?" the woman replied. "We want you. You can call me Titania by the way. And please," she cracked her knuckles, "give me a good fight if you can."

Mary MacPherran aka Titania. Genetically altered to have superhuman strength, stamina, and endurance. As such, she is now one of the strongest individuals in the world and has gone toe-to-toe with many heroes, most notably She-Hulk.

"What the hell is going on here?" Bakugo cried out angrily, stomping out of his room. "I was trying to sleep!"

"I don't know," Kirishima told him, yawning. "I heard someone yell out we're under attack but I don't see anything."

"Who yelled it? I'll blast them apart for waking me up!"

"It sounded like Midoriya, I think."

"Deku? Argh! That damn nerd! I'll blast him straight to-" Bakugo stopped, seeing the shadows in front of them thicken. "Damn, maybe he was onto something," he muttered, crouching into an attack position as the figure emerged from the portal, a figure dressed in silvery armor with a hood and skull mask. A shield and glowing sword rested in his hands.

"I don't know who you are, but you just made the biggest mistake of your life attacking me. Now DIE!" Bakugo blasted his hands, propelling himself through the air at the villain. He then whipped his arm around, ready to blast again when the villain suddenly moved, getting in close and grabbing hold of Bakugo's arm, hurtling him into the wall. Bakugo groaned as he slumped down but when he tried to get up, the villain's boot slammed into his face, knocking him down.

"So predictable," the villain muttered. "And as for who I am, you can call me…Taskmaster."

Anthony Masters aka Taskmaster. Expert martial artist and tactician with photographic memory and reflexes. Once seen, he can duplicate anyone's physical movements without practice or training, no matter how complex.

Hagakure stepped out of her room carefully. Had that been Midoriya? What had he been yelling? Something about an attack? But that couldn't be possible…could it?

She went to check on Jiro. With her earphone jack, she would be able to tell what was going on instantly.

"Jiro?" Hagakure asked, knocking on her door. "Jiro, you there?"

She waited a few seconds but there was no answer. She frowned. Jiro was one of their top scouts in training because of her quirk. She should be able to hear Hagakure knocking, even when asleep. So why wasn't she answering?"

"Jiro, it's me," she said, knocking a little louder this time. "I think something bad might be going on and your earphone jack might be able to help. Please open the door."

Again, there was no answer.

Hagakure took a deep breath. There was the chance that there was nothing going on, but she couldn't take that chance. "Sorry Jiro, but I'm coming in." She turned the handle and entered the room. The first thing she saw was the open window. The second thing was Jiro's empty bed.

That was when the panic started to set in.

Hagakure ran to the window, trying to see anything in the darkness but there was nothing there to see. So why was the window open? Had Jiro snuck out? But why would she do that?

No, the only possible reason would be that they were under attack. If that was the case, she needed to be invisible. Instantly, Hagakure began taking off her shirt. But before she could pull it off, she heard a soft humming coming from outside the window. She looked out again but still didn't see anything.

Then she looked up and gasped, diving back into the room just as a dart struck the floor where she'd been standing. She practically tore off her clothes, pressing herself in the corner. The humming grew louder as the figure she had seen flew down. When it appeared in the window, she had to stifle another gasp. It was an armored figure, not unlike Iida in his Ingenium outfit except much, much bigger and green. This person looked like a flying tank. The good thing was, they didn't seem like they could fit through the window.

The bad thing was, it didn't look like they cared too much.

"Come out, little girl," he said. "Do not make this worse for yourself."

Hagakure crouched back even further. Her skills would be useless against this guy. All she could do was stay still and wait for him to go.

"Do you know what this suit is capable of?" he asked her, turning slowly. "Many, many wonderful things. One of them is called thermal vision."

Hagakure frowned and then her eyes widened in shock. She started to move but it was too late, the dart striking her neck. She took one more step before the serum set in and she groaned, falling to the floor, her mind shutting down.

With careful maneuvering, Titanium Man barely managed to squeeze through the window. He stared down at the fallen girl, his thermal vision revealing her to him. He then picked up her clothes, grimacing. "You made it difficult for me, girl," he grunted. He would be able to see her, but the others wouldn't. He quickly, and roughly, stuffed her shirt and pants back on before throwing her over his shoulder and exiting the room.

"What do you want from us, villain?" Iida asked, inwardly heating up his engines.

"Some very high up individuals are interested in you and are willing to part with large amounts of money if you're delivered to them, so…" Speed Demon held up his hands. "You get it."

"If you think you can take us, you clearly are not well-versed in class 1-A."

Speed Demon snorted. "Kid, I've taken on so many superheroes over the years. A bunch of kids aren't going to be that much of a hassle."

"Well let's test that," Iida crouched, feeling his engines revving up. "Recipro…TURBO!" he cried out, zooming forward towards the villain. He was sure he had him but at the last second, Speed Demon zipped aside and Iida flew right past him. He threw his legs out, skidding to a stop before zooming back the way he came. He did his best to accelerate even further but again, Speed Demon dodged easily, leaving Iida flailing.

"Is that really your top speed?" the villain questioned. "And here Taskmaster was thinking you'd actually be a threat."

He ducked as Ojiro's tail came around, taking hold of it and using it to hurl him aside. "Too slow, jungle boy."

Ojiro landed on his feet and instantly went on the attack again, Iida right behind him. Both swung their fists and legs and tail in Ojiro's case at breathtaking speeds, but Speed Demon dodged each strike with ease, leaning only a few inches out of the way.

Iida grimaced and tried a different approach. "Ojiro, go high," he whispered softly. His comrade nodded slightly to show he understood.

"That all you got? Come on, I've gotten a better workout from Captain America."

Iida frowned at the name, not recognizing it. He quickly readied himself as Ojiro launched himself in the air, whipping his tail around as he shot his legs out in another attack. Again, Speed Demon dodged it by ducking a little. But Iida was ready for him this, having moved a split second after Ojiro, sliding across the floor and throwing his leg out. Speed Demon saw it but moved too late this time, Iida knocking his feet out from under him and laying him out flat.

Ojiro twisted in midair, changing his attack so his feet struck Speed Demon's stomach, knocking the air out of him. The villain groaned and wheezed as Ojiro held him down. Iida also took hold of his legs, preventing him from using them.

"Oh, good. You guys got him." Iida turned to see Kaminari come out of his room with his special gauntlets attached. "Sorry I wasn't more help," he said, scratching his head. "It's just…"

"We understand, Kaminari. You made the smart move there," Iida assured him. With Kaminari's ability, he would have been a more danger to Iida and Ojiro than the Speed Demon. Going for his gauntlets, which allowed range attacks, would have given them the edge should they have needed it.

"Alright, let's get this villain tied up and then go check on the others," Ojiro said. "We should also check on Koda, see if this guy was actually…"

He stopped and before Iida could ask what was wrong, he fell to his knees and slumped over.

"Ojiro!" Iida let go of Speed Demon's legs, rushing to his comrade. "What is it…" he stopped as he saw the dart sticking from his classmate's neck. He turned suddenly and saw another figure standing behind them, a gun in hand. A woman with a golden mask over her face.

"You should have taken them out quickly, Speed Demon," she said. "You shouldn't play with your food this way."

"Yeah, whatever," came the reply.

Giuletta Nefaria aka Madame Masque. While not having any known superpowers, Masque is highly trained in hand-to-hand combat and martial arts and is proficient in the use of firearms. Her masque is also equipped with a range of abilities such as thermal imaging, x-ray scanner, etc.

They all dodged as the metal ball came down, smashing into the floor and splintering it. Deku instantly powered up, feeling the rush of his quirk flow through him. One For All, he thought. Full cowling. Eight percent!

He leapt into the air and brought his leg around and down onto the villain's head, sending him flying back down the hallway and crashing into the wall. Deku landed smoothly, planting his feet for the next round.

"Nice one, you got him!" Mineta cheered.

"I don't think so," Tokoyami told them and they watched as the villain laughed as he emerged from the rubble of the wall.

"You know, they said you were powerful," he said, standing back up and Deku blinked for a second. Was he…growing? "But hot damn! You got some real power in their kid." The villain flexed his fist and Deku was shocked to see the flashes of green electricity that was One For All crackle across the man's skin.

"Midoriya…isn't that…?"

"He…copied my power?" Deku felt a sinking feeling in his gut. But not just for him and his friends. Whoever this guy was, he had no idea what he had just done. When Monoma had tried to copy his quirk during the training battle with Class 1B, Deku had been relieved that he hadn't actually done it. All Might's words came back to him: 'An unprepared body can't fully inherit it. Your arms and legs would shoot off if you tried to.'

If this guy actually managed to copy his power, the blowback might kill him.

"Let's test this out shall we!" the man cried and then threw his arms back before bringing them back together.

"No, wait!" Deku tried but it was too late. The man's hands clapped and it was like an explosion of sound and wind. Deku tried to brace himself but had nothing to hold onto and so was sent flying back with the others, landing in the kitchen. He groaned and blinked before looking up and seeing the man still at the far end of the hallway.

"Now that's what I'm talking about," he grinned, coming towards them.

"I'd say he officially has your power, Midoriya," Tokoyami grunted.

"Oh, we're so dead," Mineta moaned.

Deku frowned. The man had used One For All, but not at full power. In the beginning, Deku hadn't been able to regulate how much power to use at once. It was always one-hundred percent or zero. It had taken time before he managed to only use five percent and then eight and so on. But whoever this was, he had done it right off the bat, used only enough to send them flying but nothing more. He knew how to control it.

Which was far worse than not being able to.

"You look surprised," the man said, twirling his ball and chain around. "You don't know what my power is, do you?" He clenched his other fist tightly as he talked. "They call me the Absorbing Man. I absorb the power and properties of anything I touch. Like this," he held up the ball and chain and suddenly his skin was the same metallic shade. "One touch, and I'm as strong as steel. But my power also works on energy. Like the one flowing through you. You know, they said you were powerful but I didn't realize just how powerful you were. All of that energy inside of you, it's a wonder you haven't exploded yet."

Deku got back on his feet, channeling One For All again. "How did you control it so fast?" he asked.

The Absorbing Man laughed. "Kid, I've taken on the energy of heroes like Thor and the Hulk, the strongest there are. I once even absorbed the power of the mighty Odin himself. I've learned over the years how to control what I absorb. Yours is nothing new there. Now, enough chit-chat. Let's-"

A sparkly blue beam suddenly shot out and struck him the face, forcing him to step back a step as he grunted. Deku glanced to his side and Aoyama standing there, aiming his belly button laser at the villain.

"Navel laser!" he cried out.

"Stop that! It's annoying!" Absorbing Man grunted. He tried to take a step forward but jolted to a stop. He looked down and saw a purple ball holding his foot in place. "What is this?"

"Ha!" Mineta cheered. "Didn't expect my sticky ball there, now did you?"

Absorbing Man grimaced. "Now that just sounds wrong, kid."

"Good work, we've got him," Tokoyami said.

"Oh do you?" Absorbing Man suddenly threw the ball and chain up high and Deku saw the familiar green energy flowing through it as well.

"No," he gasped. "LOOK OUT!"

"Dark Shadow!" Tokoyama cried out and the shadowy bird flew up, trying to catch the ball but it was too powerful, blowing right past him to crash down into the floor. For a split second, there was a silence and then it was almost as if the world erupted around them.

"You messed with the wrong girls, lady," Ashido said, holding out her hands to use her quirk. Uraraka stood beside her. "I'll melt those gross metal nails of yours right off!"

The woman grinned fiercely. "By all means, go ahead." She held out her own hands invitingly.

"Well, if you insist," Ashido clapped her hands together and sent out a stream of acid right at the woman. Uraraka kept expecting the woman to move but she stayed where she was, letting the acid land right on top of her nails. For a second there, Uraraka thought they might have managed to win with barely a fight. But that hope died an instant later as she saw the acid drip right off the nails, landing on the floor and burning holes through that instead.

"Wha-" Ashido stammered. "That's…how…"

"Adamantium, sweetheart," the woman told her. "One of the strongest metals on Earth. Unbreakable. Now, about that surrender."

"No way, lady. You're still messing with heroes in training." Uraraka charged forward.

"How cute. But I've gone up against the best of the best. Top notch heroes. I don't think ones in training will hold out long." Her nails suddenly whipped out, extending themselves to stab Uraraka.

But she was expecting that. She had learned a thing or two from Deku's notetaking and had guessed that that was probably this woman's quirk or something like it. So, as the nails shot towards her, she brought her hands together and activated her own quirk, becoming weightless and flying right over the nails.

"What?" the woman gasped and then growled. "The gravity hero, of course. Should have realized."

Uraraka's eyes widened at that. The woman knew who they were.

"Let's see you dodge this!" Ashido cried, throwing another stream of acid. This time, she aimed it at the woman's feet, melting through it.

"Ok." The woman easily dodged out of the way. "If those are your only abilities than this will be a short fight."

Uraraka grimaced as the woman's nails shot towards her again, forcing her to dodge in midair. She hit the wall and pushed off it, launching herself back towards the villain. She was good, that was clear. But, Uraraka could almost sense her holding back. Like she wasn't giving it her all.

Before she could think on this, there was a loud explosion coming from below them. She gasped and it was that brief moment of weakness that was her undoing. The woman's nails struck out, two piercing both of Uraraka's arms and pinning her to the wall. Uraraka almost cried out before she realized that the nails hadn't pierced skin, only her shirt sleeves. But she did gasp when a third nail extended straight for her throat, hovering an inch in front of it.

"Now, I am getting tired of this," the woman said. "So why don't you just make it easy and surrender, hmm?"

Todoroki made a wave of ice at the villain but another portal appeared, the ice shooting through it and appearing at the other end of the hallway, now forming to block their escape. Todoroki grimaced, having unwillingly aided their enemy.

"Come on, you can do better than that, can't you?" he asked. "Nope!" he suddenly said, another portal appearing behind him just in time to catch Sero's tape that had been sent to him. "Nice try though."

The tape reappeared right in front of Todoroki and he only had time to gasp before it wrapped around him.

"Oh no, I'm sorry Todoroki!" Sero called to him.

"Don't worry about it," he replied, already creating another blast of ice that freed him. This villain was just like that other teleporting villain from the U.S.J. attack. Kurogiri. Except, fortunately, this villain wasn't a mass of shadows and didn't seem like he could extend his body outwardly, so he couldn't take them out with his portals. Unfortunately, he was able to produce portals outside his body, making him difficult to attack.

"Come on, I was told you guys would be hard to catch," the villain said. "Right now I'd say you're only mediocre."

"How about this?" Todoroki asked and sent another burst of ice out. This time, though, he sent it across the floor around him, completely covering the area, intending to freeze the villain's feet to the ground. But he was still too slow. Another portal appeared behind the villain and he just stepped back through it, vanishing before the ice could reach him.

"A good plan," his voice said. Todoroki whipped around and saw his head appearing through another portal behind him. "But I'm faster than that."

Todoroki moved to attack but he was already gone. He kept turning, waiting for when the villain would appear again. "Keep a sharp lookout," he told the others. "He tried to dart me with something earlier. He could appear anywhere."

"Copy that," Sero replied. He and Sato now stood back to back, moving in a circle. As they did, Sato munched down on a candy bar.

"Stop hiding, you coward!" he yelled out.

"Coward?" the voice came again. This time they all looked up to see the villain's head on the ceiling. "I'm not the one who's trembling in their PJs right now, kid." He vanished again before reappearing fully in the middle of the hallway. "But if you want to prove yourself, by all means. Take a shot."

Todoroki started to move but was a second too slow as Sero and Sato charged.

"You got it! SUGAR RUSH!" Sato yelled, jumping at the villain and throwing a fist at him.

"No," Todoroki gasped, knowing what would happen. Sato's fist flew right at the villain's head and then through the black spot in the middle. Todoroki was still moving when another hole appeared right in front of him, Sato's fist coming through it and punching him right in the face.

He fell to the ground, his nose and skull rippling in pain.

"Oh no," Sato gasped, horrified at what'd he inadvertently done.

"You'll pay for that!" Sero cried, throwing his elbows out to launch a tape attack.

The villain sighed. "You never learn, do you?" he asked rhetorically, the tape disappearing through portals and reappearing both in front of both Sato and Sero, wrapping them up tightly.

"I'll break out of this in a second!" Sato yelled, already stretching his muscles.

"That's plenty of time," the villain replied, taking two darts out. He moved quickly, his hands traveling through the portals to the two heroes' necks, stabbing them their as the struggled against the tape. They stiffened up before their bodies collapsed, falling to the floor.

"And all wrapped up too," the villain said. "How thoughtful. Now for the third one…"

He turned and was suddenly encased in ice, frozen solid.

"As you said," Todoroki told him, "plenty of time. I noticed you moved slightly when making your portals. Try moving now."

All that came out was a soft groan.

Todoroki moved to help his classmates when he felt a rumbling in the floor before a loud explosion went off somewhere below him. He also heard several other explosive sounds coming from the floor directly beneath him. Bakugo.

"Oh no," he muttered, realizing the others were also in danger. He looked at the tied up Sero and Sato, both unconscious. They were safe for now…right? He sure hoped they were. But just in case, he dragged them into his bedroom, leaving them there. Better than out in the hallway.

"I'll be back," he promised before running for the stairs.

Yaoyorozu barely managed to dodge the blow, Titania's fist going through the wall. Yaoyorozu rolled aside and then came up swinging her staff as hard as she could.

When it struck the villain's face, she didn't even flinch.

"Is that really all you got?" she asked, taking a threatening step forward. "How disappointing."

Yaoyorozu took a step back, thinking desperately. She was out of her element here. She wasn't the best person to go toe-to-toe with a villain this strong. She needed time to really make an impact.

"Tsu!" she yelled.

"On it!" came the reply as Tsu's tongue whipped out wrapping around Titania's arm and moved to hurl her aside.

Only to come up short.

"Really? This is your plan?" the villain asked incredulously. "Trying to move me like-"

She was interrupted when Tsu jumped down and kicked her in the face. Titania cried out and stumbled backwards in surprise. Tsu didn't give her a chance to recover, recoiling her tongue before whipping it out again and wrapping it around the villain's legs this time, causing her to trip up and fall on her back.

"You little…!" Titania made a grab but Tsu leapt out of the way, recoiling her tongue again before Titania could flex her legs apart.

As they fought, Yaoyorozu concentrated. In this kind of situation, there was only one thing she could think of that would give them an edge. Something she'd created several times before in similar situations. She could only hope Tsu could give her enough time to create it.

"Stay still, froggy!" Titania yelled, trying to catch her.

"The name's Froppy!" Tsu replied, leaping out of the way and jumping to the wall.

"That's even dumber!" Titania growled before shoving her arms into the walls and ripping out large chunks of wood, plaster, and stone. "Dodge this!"

She hurled them and Tsu moved, dodging the first one but not the second, the ball debris hitting her in the leg and throwing her off balance. She fell to the ground but managed to turn it into a roll, coming up on her hands and feet.

"Come on, Yaoyorozu," she muttered under her breath.

"You can't keep this up forever, little girl," Titania smirked. "You're not that strong."

"She doesn't need to be."

Titania turned and stopped in surprise. "Is…is that a cannon?" she asked almost to herself.

The boom that followed was answer enough as Yaoyorozu activated it, the cannonball shooting out and striking Titania, hurling her away.

Yaoyorozu let out a small smile. But it quickly died as she saw Titania come to a stop at the end of the hallway, the cannonball in her hands. The villain was cursing and wincing but still standing. Yaoyorozu could only gape for a second.

"You want to play like that?" Titania yelled and hurled the cannonball back with all her might.

Yaoyorozu barely managed to create a shield in front of her before the ball struck. She flew back, falling on the ground hard, her shield badly dented. Her head hit the floor and she felt a sharp lance of pain before it all went dark.

"Yaoyorozu!" Tsu leapt for her friend but had barely made two hops before Titania was on her, trying to grab her again. Tsu hopped out of the way and shot her tongue out again. This time, however, Titania let it wrap around her arm, using as leverage to grab hold of it as well. Tsu's eyes widened just as Titania tightened her grip and threw Tsu into the wall. She barely had time to brace herself before she hit it, cracking the plaster badly. She moaned as she fell to the ground, trying to move.

"You gave a as good a fight as you could," she heard Titania say right before she felt something strike her in the neck. "But you could never measure up to me." Then it all went dark.

Titania quickly tranquilized the other girl as well just to be safe before nodding. That was another two down. But judging from the sounds coming, this wasn't over. Not by a long shot.

"Taskmaster, huh?" Kirishima said as he hardened his body. "Gotta admit, that's a pretty cool name. But it won't matter much once we take you down."

Taskmaster turned to him. "I've studied all your abilities, all your moves. There is nothing you can do that will beat me."

"Oh yeah? Well let's see then!" Kirishima charged him, intending to wrap his arms around the guy, but Taskmaster ducked low and let Kirishima crash over him. Then, using his momentum, Taskmaster lifted him up and hurled him to the side.

Kirishima grunted and then was back on his feet. "Come on!" he yelled and charged again, throwing a punch. Taskmaster took his shield and held it up, bracing himself for the blow. Then, as Kirishima's punch landed, he moved his shield's angle to the side, letting the hardened fist slide off, forcing Kirishima to stumble, off balance and exposed. Taskmaster then brought his sword down, the energy blade striking three times across Kirishima's face and chest before he brought his arms up.

Taskmaster stepped back, watching carefully.

Kirishima looked down and saw the sword had left red gashes across his body though they were fading. Whoever this guy was, he was good. So he would have to take it further. "Ok, so you can withstand that. How about this?" He hardened his quirk even further. "Red Riot UNBREAKABLE!" he shouted, his skin now harder than steel. He charged again, bringing his fist up for a Red Gauntlet.

Taskmaster brought his shield up again and Kirishima had to stop himself from smiling. This was too easy. That shield would break under his punch. But, as fist was about to connect, Taskmaster moved. His shield went to the side and he let Kirishima step past, grabbing hold of his fist with one hand and the back of his head with the other, swinging him around. Kirishima went weightless for a second before landing on the ground and rolling across the floor. He spluttered before getting back to his feet. The villain had dodged his best attack with ease. Hadn't even tried to connect.

His stomach started to sink. He could only hold this form for about thirty to forty seconds, longer if he really pushed himself. So he had to give it his all. But this guy was good. He obviously knew all about Kirishima's quirk and how it worked. He wasn't even trying to fight back this time. He clearly wanted to wait it out until Kirishima was back to normal.

He had to find an opening, something to exploit.

"DIE!"

They both turned to see Bakugo blasting his way for them, a look of pure rage on his face.

"Oh, you again," Taskmaster said.

Kirishima grinned, having found his opening. As Bakugo charged, so did he, both coming at the villain from opposite directions. Kirishima threw a fist and Bakugo warmed up his hand for a powerful blast, both aiming right for the villain.

Only for him to suddenly move. As Kirishima's punch went through, Taskmaster's arm went up, grabbing hold of his wrist and twisting him around. At the same time, his leg came up, striking Bakugo's blasting arm and turning it to the side. Kirishima's eyes widened as he suddenly started moving towards Bakugo, unable to stop.

His fist connected just as Bakugo let loose. He tried to redirect it but Taskmaster held both of them firm. Kirishima punched Bakugo across the face right as he got a whole blast of Bakugo's power.

Bakugo fell to the ground, grunting. He held his face for a second and then moved to get back up, rising unsteadily. Kirishima stumbled back, dazed from the attack. And that was when his power faded, his skin returning to normal.

"No," he muttered and tried to reactivate his quirk. But he was a second too late.

He felt the prick on his neck before he even noticed Taskmaster move. Then, his mind faded and his body crumpled, everything going black.

"One down," Taskmaster commented before turning back to Bakugo. "One to go."

"You'll pay for that, skull-faced bastard," Bakugo told him, glaring dangerously.

"Then come over and make me."

"AARRRGGGHHH!" Bakugo launched himself into the air, setting off explosions to propel himself forward. Then, as he made to fire a blast at Taskmaster who raised his shield in defense, he twisted his hands around, firing up and then propelling himself around.

"Didn't see that one coming, did ya?" he taunted, preparing to fire at Taskmaster's unprotected back. "Now, DIE!"

Taskmaster turned so suddenly that Bakugo never saw it coming, the shield striking him in the face and launching him into the wall. He crashed down hard but was already moving to get back up.

"You think that'll stop me," he muttered. "You don't know-"

He blasted down, propelling himself upward before Taskmaster could strike again.

"Too slow that time," he said, landing a little ways down the hall. "Now let's see how you handle this." He clenched one fist in front of the other. "AP-Shot: Auto-Cannon!"

A hailstorm of explosive shots fired out of his hands. Taskmaster held up his shield and hunkered behind it, wincing at the continuous onslaught. This was what he had been afraid of. This kid was too powerful. He needed to be taken out quickly before he became too much of a problem. Unfortunately, it looked like that was now the case.

Suddenly there was a loud explosion from beneath them. Bakugo's explosions stopped for a second as he turned in surprise. "What the hell is going on?" he asked aloud.

Taskmaster, seeing his opening, threw his shield right at the kid's head. However, Bakugo sensed it and twisted, firing a blast that sent it soaring back into Taskmaster's hands.

"Nice try, but you're gonna have to do better than that!" Bakugo roared at him.

"Ok." Taskmaster hurled it again but this time Bakugo only stepped to the side, the shield passing right by him.

"What was that?" he laughed. "That thing wasn't even gonna hit me!"

"Not yet," Taskmaster replied.

The shield bounced off the walls once, twice, before ricocheting right to the back of Bakugo's head. Taskmaster was already moving as it did, leaping towards the fallen boy. He landed on top of him and pulled out another dart.

"DIE!" Bakugo screamed, blasting with both hands and sending Taskmaster crashing into the ceiling and then the floor. "Ha, that oughta…teach…you…wha…" he fell to the ground, the dart sticking out of his neck.

Taskmaster groaned, getting back to his feet. His armor had protected him for the most part but it still hurt like hell. Unfortunately, they had bigger problems. That explosion had to have been heard. They were going to have company soon.

"Poindexter, you're a go," he said over the comms. "Watch for any incoming teachers or heroes. Take them out with lethal precision."

"Goodie," came the reply.

"Take the big guy with you. You might…"

He stopped when someone rushed into the hallway from the stairs, a boy with boy white and red hair. He took in the situation at a glance before glaring at Taskmaster.

"On second thought, send the big guy to me. I'm gonna need him."

Shota Aizawa awoke suddenly at the sound of the explosion. Instantly alert, he was out of his bed and looking out the window, his eyes widening in horror as he saw the explosions coming from the 1A building. His students were in trouble. He raced for the security room, trying to see what was going on, only to be unable to turn it on. He checked his phone and saw the signal was gone. Just like in the U.S.J. attack.

There was no doubt about it. Once again, villains had invaded U.A.

He was out the door in seconds, his capturing cloth around his neck. He was tempted to rush to get the other teachers first but he had to ensure the wellbeing of his students. If anything had happened to them…he didn't want to think about it.

He was running at full speed towards the doorway when he felt it. A shift in the air. He just barely managed to dodge out of the way before a knife struck where he'd just been. He looked up as a figure dropped to the ground in front of him, blocking his way.

"I'm afraid if you want to get to the kiddies, you're going to have to go through me," the figure said, a wild grin across his face. "And you're not going to do that."

He was dressed in all black with white lines around his suit and a bullseye mark on his head.

"I'd ask who you are but it's not going to matter in a minute,"Aizawa told him.

"No, it won't," the figure agreed. "Cause you'll be dead." He then threw three more knives with deadly accuracy.

Benjamin Poindexter aka Bullseye. Any object in his hands becomes a deadly weapon thanks to his hand-eye coordination and uncanny accuracy. He can even ricochet objects off one another and can always pinpoint his target.

Hello all. Sorry for the huge delay, did not mean for it to take this long. I'll try to be better in the future but until then, hope you enjoyed this. So, a few things to go over.

Can Absorbing Man really absorb One-For-All? Well, like I said, if he can absorb the Odin force, I think he can do the same here. His power is weird and cool.

As for Bakugo's fight, I know some of you might be disappointed by it being so short and him being taken out so quickly. Trust me, I know he's powerful. Which is why Taskmaster did it so quickly. There was also the fact that Bakugo had to fight in close quarters so he wasn't able to use some of his more powerful moves. Still, Taskmaster is someone who can take him on in my opinion, at least for a little while. If you don't agree, well, sorry but this just my opinion.

Anyway, hope you all enjoyed it and I promise to keep working hard.
