Meanwhile, Rex is is own room, lying down on his bad, still feeling down from what happened to Dave, rushed to the hospital. He sighed, then decided to turn off the lights by the remote, and is under his covers, asleep. He then heard a noise, something like singing. He knew that he heard a blue skinny scrap bot named Wheelie was singing outside.
Wheelie: We're no strangers to love
You know the rules and so do I
A full commitment's what I'm thinkin' of
You wouldn't get this from any other guy
I just want to tell you how I'm feeling
Gotta make you understand
(Outside)
Wheelie is singing and dancing outside.
Wheelie: Never gonna give you up
Never gonna let you down
Never gonna run around and desert you
Never gonna make you cry
Never gonna say goodbye
Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you
He then heard by a bulky scrap bot named Brains, who is walking down the street, and also singing.
Brains: Oh, for you, I would've done whatever
And I just can't believe we ain't together
And I wanna play it cool, but I'm losing you
I'll buy you anything, I'll buy you any ring
And I'm in pieces, baby, fix me
And just shake me till you wake me from this bad dream
I'm goin' down, down, down, down
And I just can't believe my first love won't be around
He then stopped.
"Yo, Brains, what's up?" Wheelie said, as he walked to the scrap bot.
"Hey, Wheelie." Brains said, before the two bots fist bumped.
"I heard your friend is feeling down." Brains said.
"Oh, Dave is rushed into the hospital after an incident, and his cousin is babysitting the Chipmunks." Wheelie explained.
"Ooh…" Brians muttered.
"And Rex is taking this really hard." Wheelie sighed. "He doesn't want to be all alone again."
"It's hard for him to see Dave in the hospital, just like when he lost his real parents when he was a baby." Brains explained. "Well, we ain't gonna let that happen, if it's takes upon our dignities, right Wheels?"
"I promise on my spark that we cannot let that happen again." Wheelie said, placing a hand on his chassis.
" Right, Wheelie." Brains said. "I think we should head inside. Itks getting darker, anyway."
"Right." Wheelie said.
He then tried to jump and reach to the window, but it was no good as he panted.
"I'll go." Brains said.
He then inhales deeply, then he jumped high to reach the window, and climbed onto it, and reach his hand out to Wheelie. He then jumped to grab his hand, and pulled him inside, before Brains closed it. He then jumped to see Rex waking up, before going back to sleep. They grabbed their chests as they sighed in relief.
"That was close." Wheelie said, quietly, before he transformed into his truck form.
Brains then transformed into his laptop form as well, as they went to sleep.
