This story answers some questions left unanswered by CIC, and plays around with the characters from 24. You might also notice I use elements from my previous 24 stories. It also goes into certain recent events, like the evacuation from Afghanistan and the war between Russia and Ukraine.

119. Chapter 119

Eve and Georgia continue driving towards CTU. Soon it will be over. Eve hears on the radio a report about the terrorist Adam being in Custody at CTU Washington. This confirms what Eve already believes, that God wants them to do this.

President Keaton listens to this operation from the bunker. All CTU field agents are ready, when the bombers come they'll be ready. Inside everyone anxiously holds their breath, hoping and praying that the bombers can be stopped in time.

As Eve and Georgia approach CTU Georgia notices a fair amount of people around. There are a few unhoused people, a hotdog vendor, and a fairly young couple holding hands on a bench. There shouldn't be this many people near CTU, especially today. Georgia realizes, it's a trap.

Georgia: It's a trap.

Eve: You're being paranoid.

Georgia: We have to detonate now.

Eve: We have to get closer, make certain that my father dies too.

.

The two women began fighting, CTU saw them and recognized them. They began firing at them, killing both bombers instantly. The scene wassecured and the bombs did not go off.
