"What's a Pokémon?"
That question sent shivers down ingo's spine, even he remembered what a Pokémon was when he first arrived in hisui and he recognized most Pokémon but this boy has no memory of Pokémon at all that's not good.
"Pokemon are amazing creatures with many different powers that exist in many different places in the world." Ingo explained while trying to hide his worry.
"Ok?" Lincoln questioned "what do they look like-"
however he was cut off by lady sneasler coming in to check on them Lincoln let out a small yelp of surprise when she entered. "what the heck is that?"Lincoln asked somewhat afraid of the large cat like pokemon.
"That is lady sneasler, noble pokemon of the highlands." Ingo explained
"Wait she's the one that saved me?" Lincoln asked
"That is correct Lincoln." Ingo answered
"(Look at the big kit with a kit of his own.)" lady sneasler said though only Lincoln could understand it
"Wait they talk?" Lincoln asked very confused at the fact that lady sneasler called him a "kit"
"Yes but humans can't understand them normally." Ingo answered "wait can you understand her?"
"Yea, she said "look at the big kit with a kit of his own." Lincoln answered.
Ingo and lady sneasler were surprised at this revelation.
"(You can understand me grand kit?)" lady sneasler asked.
"Yes I can though why are you calling me grand kit?" Lincoln asked clearly very confused
"I'm sorry lady sneasler you are calling him WHAT?" Ingo asked clearly very surprised and confused.
"(Well I took you in as my kit and now I'm gonna have you take him in as your kit.)" lady sneasler answered proudly
"What do you mean you're gonna make him take me in as his kit?" Lincoln asked worried.
"Lady sneasler are you telling me to adopt this boy who just lost his memory of any and all family he may have?" Ingo asked concerned
"(Yes.)" lady sneasler simply answered while nodding.
"Don't you feel like you should ask Lincoln before trying to get me to adopt him?" Ingo said while face palming.
Lady sneasler pondered this for a moment before turning to look at Lincoln, "(well what do you say potential grand kit?)" lady sneasler asked Lincoln.
Lincoln was conflicted, sure the man helped him but he did look kind of scary with his unchanging frown while he was thinking he looked of to a chair and sitting on it was a partly sewed shirt and that's when Lincoln realized that this man was a good guy.
"I mean you guys did help me out of the goodness of your heart." Lincoln started to answer "and you do know what I'm going through so, yea I'm cool with you being my dad."
"(YES!)" lady sneasler said happily whilst doing a little Dance.
Ingo simply sighed and with a small smile said "well if that is what you wish, then welcome aboard son!."
Meanwhile Unova 400 years in the future
Subway boss emmet was working in the battle subway it had been a year since Ingo had disappeared but after 6 months of therapy (after Elsa dragged him there.) he was recovering, then suddenly he felt something. (Why do I have the sudden urge to spoil someone?) He thought to himself.
Back In hisui
"In a couple days once we get you some proper clothes that can survive the alabaster Icelands and your head heals we go tell lady Irida of this development." Ingo said while giving Lincoln the bowl of mashed berries he was feeding him after Lincoln requested to do it himself.
"Who's lady Irida?" Lincoln asked "is that another noble Pokemon or is it a person?"
"Lady Irida is the leader of the pearl clan." Ingo explained "they believe that almighty sinnoh created everything using the power of space while the other clan of hisui, the diamond clan believes almighty sinnoh created everything with the power of time."
"I see." Lincoln said "are there any pokemon I can see from the cave?"
"Actually unlike other pearl clan members I use pokeballs." Ingo said while pulling out a wooden ball with a metal latch "these catch pokemon and were invented by the galaxy team a group of settlers in hisui, although I use pokeballs with skill unseen in hisui."
"Maybe you used them before?" Lincoln suggested.
"Maybe." Ingo replied "anyway one of my Pokémon is keeping lady sneasler's kits entertained so they don't poison you accidentally."
"Wait they're poisonous?" Lincoln asked clearly concerned
"Yes but they can control their poison once they are older even so the poison would only make you feel nauseous." Ingo explained "but anyway let's get you to sleep."
"Good night dad." Lincoln said while yawning.
"Good night son." Ingo said while going into another part of the den.
A couple hours later
Lincoln woke up to a chill on his spine, as he opened his eyes he saw a creature with yellow eyes with red and white fur "(what a shame.)" the creature said it's voice dripping with malice "(if you hadn't woken up I could've replaced you and killed you while you were sleeping, now we got to do it the hard way.)"
"Replace me with what?" Lincoln gulped in fear
The creature was taken aback by Lincoln's understanding. "(You can understand me without me using illusions?)" the creature asked
"Yea." Lincoln responded nervously "I found out when lady sneasler told my dad to adopt me so I could be her grand kit."
The creatures eyes widen with fear "(lady sneasler is treating you like you are her grand kit?)" The creature said in fear "(you know what just take my pup because I choose to not die again.)" the creature pulls out a decently sized ball of fur out of its mane and puts it on Lincoln's chest, it then unravels into a small dog like creature "(shes an alpha so she is bigger than others.)" the creature explained "(and take good care of her or I will kill you lady sneasler be damed.)" and with that threat the creature left the den.
And Lincoln tried to get back to sleep.
A few more hours later
Lincoln woke up again this time with no giant monster above him
(Whew it was just a bad dream.) Lincoln thought to himself (wait what's on my chest?)
He looked down and saw the pup the creature gave him sleeping peacefully, he slowly got up putting the creature on his lap and waited for his dad to get up.
When Ingo woke up this morning he thought that maybe today would be the start of a new normal.
Nope.
He went to go check on his new son to find him sitting up with an ALPHA Zorua sleeping on his lap.
"Hey dad you wouldn't happen to know what this is would you?" Lincoln asked his new father
"That is a zorua an alpha one specifically." Ingo explained "how did it get there?"
"Well I woke up in the middle of the night to find I creature with red and white fur staring down at me." Lincoln began to explain "it wanted to replace me with I assume this pup but then I said that lady sneasler saw me as a grand pup and that scared it off because it quote: "didn't want to die again." and left the pup as a peace offering I thought it was a bad dream, but I guess not."
After Lincoln finished explaining Ingo felt like he had seven heart attacks at the same time "son I'm gonna grab a pokeball so you can catch it." Ingo said after he calmed down "make sure it doesn't wake up yet."
"Ok dad." Lincoln said as Ingo left the room "ok it can't be too hard right?" Just as he said that the zorua began to stir awake. When she woke up she looked around before locking eyes with Lincoln "(hmm white hair with red in it.)" the zorua thought to herself "(that means I have a big brother!)"
that's when the began to cast an illusion on herself transforming her into a little girl with white hair with wolf ears and tail "big brother!" She said with joy
Lincoln's jaw dropped
(oh well that could've gone worse.)Lincoln thought to himself.
(But why did that make his heart hurt)
Just then Ingo came back with a pokeball "alright son I'm back-" Ingo cut himself off when he saw the little girl illusion
"Big bro why don't you take off the illusion" the illusion girl asked Lincoln
"Because it's not an illusion." Lincoln replied "I'm human."
"Oh." The illusion girl said "but that's fine you're still my big brother." The illusion dropped and the zorua began to cuddle Lincoln.
Lincoln's heart melted (ok that's adorable) Lincoln thought to himself
Ingo slowly walked over and handed Lincoln the pokeball he had.
Lincoln looked between the Pokéball and zorua as he made his choice.
"Hey little sis do you want to be my first pokemon caught ?" Lincoln asked the zorua "(sure I may be your little sister but I'm not a pushover!)" she said as she lightly head butted the poke ball. The pokeball let out some steam before a small fire work came out of the top, Lincoln picked up the ball as he undid the latch and let his new Pokémon/sister out. "(Ok big brother i can't wait to get stronger)" zorua said excitedly "ok but first we need to give you a name and some breakfast, dad any ideas?" Lincoln asked as he turned to his father "how about malachite?" Ingo suggested "(I LOVE IT!)" the newly named malachite said as she jumped around.
"Yup she loves it." Lincoln says while smiling "now let's go get breakfast!"
Yes the little family has gotten a little bit bigger but what challenges lie ahead? find out next time!
And with that the first member of Lincoln's team is here an eventual zoroark
So I'm going with half Hisuian forms and half sinnoh pokemon.

Yes I know that zorua and zoroark don't learn boomburst to my knowledge but hey this is all in good fun I'm gonna have all of Lincoln's pokemon have a move they aren't supposed to have.
As for why I had Ingo adopt Lincoln just like that I'm a sucker for dad Ingo that's why
Also as for why the zoroarks are terrified of lady sneasler one zoroark tormented Ingo one time and that zoroark was never heard from again.
I have chapter 3 pretty much done however I need a move for a togepi for chapter 4 so the funniest move possible would be appreciated
Also Lincoln is not the hero of hisui he was pulled there by giratina
