Chapter 33 "Dreams" December 20

(Song Suggestion- "Sweet Dreams" by Eurythmics)

Egon:

After convincing Janine not to leave for good, we spent the day and evening together, deepening our connection. We were eager to elevate our relationship, but we desired it to be the special event that it truly was.

Janine slept in my arms for the first time since the gala. I planned our first intimate night, savoring the simple joy of being with her.

Consciously assessing the situation, I realized Janine was off on Saturday and Sunday. I decided on a romantic date at the famous Ghostbusters hotel, including dinner, a concert, and an intimate night.

"I can't wait until Saturday... I am so ready," Janine said after a passionate moment in my office.

"That makes two of us, my dear," I concurred, savoring the warmth of her petite frame. Anticipation filled our minds, especially mine after five years of sexual abstinence.

"I want her to feel as special as she makes me feel," I thought.

As Janine snored in my arms, I cherished the moment, overwhelmed with happiness.

"Go to sleep, my darling, Egon," she sleepily suggested in the early morning, her sparkling blue eyes partially opening.

"I can't; I am so sublimely happy," I revealed, kissing the top of her head.

Janine interrupted, "Just wait until Saturday night, my darling. You are going to be jubilant."

Peter:

"When is the big night, Iggy?" I asked as Egon made dinner reservations at a swanky hotel.

"Saturday," Egon answered, giving me a glare when I teased him about finally getting intimate. Despite his seriousness, I couldn't resist poking a bit more.

"Are you going to romance her, or are you two just going to rip each other's clothes off?" I asked, enjoying Egon's newfound romantic endeavors.

"I have...written some...poetry for her, and we are going to the Opera" Egon shyly revealed. "I want to make it up to her."

"Awesome, that's the right thing to do, Spengs. I'm happy for you two; finally, Janegon is together as a couple," I exclaimed, suggesting a nickname that Egon immediately disliked.

Janine:

Since reuniting with Egon, my euphoria annoyed everyone around me. I couldn't get enough of him, often hugging or kissing him, despite Peter's teasing at work. I was thrilled about our first intimate night, eagerly anticipating our sexual relationship.

"What will sex be like with Egon?" I wondered. Peter's comments snapped me out of my thoughts, and I reluctantly engaged in a conversation about my plans with Egon.

Tomorrow, Egon and I would meet at the hotel for a date I couldn't wait for. "Doctor Spengler is my boyfriend! I can finally say that! And he is in love with me!" I exclaimed, overwhelmed with joy.

Lucy Stantz:

Peter convinced me to be his plus one for a Christmas party. In a tipsy moment, we ended up making out in a taxi. The next morning I woke up with a raging hang over, and pondered my unexpected amor with the City's Romeo, Peter Venkman. Despite myself, he was able to charm me.
