Good and evil. God and the Devil. Two sides of the same coin. The devil was known for its trickery and lies. Imprison in the deepest pit of hell, legends speak that the devil will break free and cast the world into chaos. However, God was fully aware of its first son breaking free before Judgment Day. Wishes to never let its creation suffer under the devil's rules, it sends a champion to kill the devil before it can break free.
After 7 days and nights, the champion killed the devil. However, the Devil had one last trick up its sleeve.
"My father may have sent you to kill me, champion, but this is not the end. One day, I will be reborn. And my terror will rise again. I can never die!"
It's been 20 years since that day and there was no sign of the devil returning. Little did anyone know, the devil was reborn in a mortal body. But not any mortal, the one that could become the reborn born devil. This is the story of the reborn devil mortal, Lucy Devilman.
'Why did my parent force me to take this trip?' An 18-year-old girl named Lucy thought, groaning.
She was a pretty girl, her body forming very nicely. Her curves hit the right place, giving her an hour-shape glass. Her chest forms nicely as well. Her breasts were close to a size D, but not heavy enough to throw off her back. Her white hair shone in the light, showing how clear and nice it was. The one thing that stood out was her eyes. No one knew why she was born with red eyes. However, didn't cause others to treat her any differently. Though, she was glad to get away from her parents. There was only so much Sunday Church she could handle.
"Lucy?"
She looks up, seeing her one friend who didn't like her just because of her looks. Mike Carten, someone she met during Sunday Church, and actually listens to her. She could also tell that Mike had a huge crush on her, but her feelings towards him were more of a friendly kind. However, that didn't mean she found him cute.
"Sorry, Mike. Just having a hard time accepting why my parents think this will turn me into a priestess of the church." Lucy said.
"I'm sure you make a fine Priestess, but I can tell you want to do more with your life," Mike said, making her giggle.
Unlike most people at the church, Mike fully accepted that Lucy wanted to be more in her life. While lots of the at the church told her that god chose her to be his head priestess, Mike believed that God would accept whatever she chose. Lucy was still deciding on her future, but she was in no rush.
Finally, their stop came. Both Lucy and Mike got off the bus and noticed the shine at the top. Lucy signs, knowing she has to get this over with. They climbed the steps, Mike trying very hard not to grab her hand. Just being close to her made it hard for him not to seek out the feelings he had for her. He needs to treat Lucy like a woman, not a plaything.
As Lucy climbed the steps, she felt the air get heavier and heavier. For some reason, she could feel something in her start pulsing. As if, something dangerous was waiting for her.
"I see the top," Mike said, breaking her from her thoughts.
"Good. Let's see the priest and head back to let my parents know this was a waste of time." Lucy said.
However, the heaviest air didn't let up. Lucy could feel that something was trying to reach out and grab her. Almost like it wanted her soul. She started to grow scared and her legs started to shake. She reached the top and fell to her hands and knees.
"Lucy?" Mike asked, running up to her.
'What's wrong with me? Why do I feel so scared?' Lucy asked, still not able to move.
Suddenly, a symbol appeared on the ground. A symbol that Lucy knew abound seeing it. It was the mark of the devil! She could feel herself sinking into the ground, shocking her more.
"LUCY!" Mike shouted, reaching down to grab her.
However, Lucy was pulled under the ground with Mike. Both of them disappeared as the area covered itself in fog.
Lucy found herself falling, hearing screams of pain and cries of agony as she did so. Her head and backside started to hurt before two horns and an arrow-shaped tail ripped out, making her scream in pain. Finally, they landed on the ground, causing a huge dust cloud to appear.
Lucy groans before she rolls around, pushing herself to her feet. She panted as the blood from her head dipped on the ground. She looks up, half dazed. She climbs out of the pit before falling back down. She tried to push herself back up, feeling very weak for some reason. She notices a pair of feet in front of her before looking up. She was surprised to see another person, but this one had horns and a tail. Strangely, she was dressed in some kind of suit with a pair of sunglasses, over her face.
"You're a new face." She said, leading down.
"Who..." Lucy started, only to faint.
The woman looks at her before hearing another groan. She walked forward and saw a boy lying on the ground. Unlike the girl, he didn't look to change when he fell. She then notices that he's holding a bible. An item that was blessed by God himself. She sighs, knowing she couldn't touch it. However, these two were in trouble the longer they remained in the open. She pulled out a phone before calling someone to come help her
"Yo, Judge. We got more of them." She said, looking at Lucy.
"And there's something different about the girl that came this time. She was able to climb out of her hole before she fainted." She added.
"Better hurry. We don't know how long it will be before something else comes to get them." She said, after a while.
She hung up and walked over to Lucy. She picked up the girl before using her tail to pull the boy out of the hole. It was odd that two people came to this place and that this girl had horns and and tail like herself.
"Who are you?" She asked.
Okay, I'm trying a stand-alone story of Helltaker. However, I decided to base the plot off of Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow. So if you all can guess, Lucy is supposed to be Lucifer reborn as a girl. Mike was going to be Saint Michael, who knew Lucy's true nature, but I decided to change my mind about that. Mike is just a normal boy who got dragged along for the ride. And if you played or heard of Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, then there will be another person that thinks they are the reborn Devil. that's still in the works since this just started. However, I'm going to give this story up to five chapters to see how well it gets. If I only get reviews from Sargent Epsilon and RonaldM40196867 throughout the five chapters, I'm canceling the story. Look, I'm okay with people not reviewing. I really am. But want to see more than two people review my non-Danny Phantom stuff.
Also, Nate. I understand that you might find this weird, but can you at least wait until the second chapter before you decide to not read anymore? All I'm asking is for you to give it a chance, please?
