Prologue: A New Age of Avengers Part 1
I was originally just going to create a fanfic where the Avengers are Teenagers but then I thought about making it that the MHA teens and maybe a certain vigilante the reincarnations of the Avengers. Instead of them being separate universes here the MHA is the Marvel world set in an alternate timeline future. Also I'm not using any specific version of Marvel mainly to use any reference I want and allows me to do want I want and ignore anything from Marvel's history I don't like
In the first and second generation is considered the golden age of heroes. Near the beginning of this era there came a day unlike any other when earth's mightiest heroes found themselves united against a common treat. On that day the Avengers were born.
They included the invincible armored Iron Man, the Hulk strongest hero there is, Thor the god of Thunder, Captain America the first Avenger, Hawkeye the archer who never misses, Ant-Man and the Wasp a duo of insect themed size changers and Black Panther the king of Wakanda.
There were many more Avengers but these were the most famous members. (Also the ones I listed are my favorite Avengers). They fought many battles against countless villains, gods, a mad titan, time traveling warlords, alien shapeshifters, a purple planet eater, threats from other universes and defeated them all.
Despite this, when one day there began a spike in the number of quirks or what they were known as back then: mutants which caused most people to forget aliens and gods exist to the point where everyone believes the only powers are mutants or Inhumans, but now their powers are known as quirks.
The Avengers however while not much is known outside of being some of the greatest heroes who ever lived are still considered the greatest heroes who ever lived. Now the Avengers have been reborn as teenagers as this is their story.
Ant-Man who has been reborn as Hanta Sero has spent a year searching for his friends, but Japan is a big country for a teenager with limited resources. So far, he's had to chemicals his school lab had to remake his Pym Particles and thanks to the internet he has managed to find some of his friends, at the very least who they have reincarnated into.
So far in the year and a half he has found Hawkeye who is now Hitoshi Shinso and Wasp who is know Yui Kodai. They are now in an abandoned warehouse as their headquarters as they've been vigilantes for over a year.
"Okay I've managed to find Cap, Iron Man, Thor and Hulk." Said Sero.
"Good, then let's get them." Said Yui.
"We should spilt up, I was the closest to Hulk, and I might be able to track down Thor and you two can get Cap and whoever Stark is." Said Shinso.
They all agree to this and spilt up in their costumes to go find the other Avengers.
Shinso is wearing the Hawkeye costume from Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes he is on a rooftop observing who Thor is: Denki Kaminari, who needs to use a cane to walk around.
Kaminari has just finished school for the day and is walking home when Hawkeye observes him until he has him alone with no cameras to take him out with a traq arrow. Hulk was easier as he found him to be know known as Rikido Sato, in order to carry around someone so big he used his quirk to make Sato help him carry Kaminari while crawling through the sewers back to the warehouse.
"So glad I made the big guy help me carry Thor."
Ant-Man (also EMH design) and wasp in her 2000s costume with Yui wearing a short brown hair wig, shrunk down looking out a window at Aldera Junior High where they see Captain America and Iron Man who are now known as Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo.
The teacher throws papers out saying that all of the students want to be heroes which got everyone excited and they all started using their quirks until the teacher told them to stop.
"While these kids really want to be heroes, too bad they don't know the job is more than just punching bad guys and smiling for a camera." Said Wasp.
"Something these society refuses to let people believe is that their heroes aren't invincible, I doubt they want to do it for anything besides the fame and fortune." While Ant-Man and the other Avengers have met some honest heroes, they still know that there are some that more than likely only care about becoming rich.
"Hey teach don't lump me in with the rest of these rejects. I'm the real deal, the rest of them are just fodder." Said Bakugo.
'yep he's Stark.' Thought Ant-Man and the Wasp.
This pisses off his classmates even more when the teacher says he wants to go to U.A.
"He's actually trying out for the national school with only the smallest chances of getting in." said a student.
"That's why it's the only place worthy of me! I've aced all the mock exams and I'm the only one at this crappy middle school worthy of getting in." said Bakugo now standing proud.
"Hey, Midoriya, don't you want to get into U.A. as well?" want the teacher says unfortunately causes Izuku to be the center of attention causing everyone to burst into laughter.
"Midoriya no way."
"There's no way you can get in without a quirk."
"Imagine if they knew that in the first generation there were a lot of heroes without powers whether quirk or otherwise." Said Wasp thinking about Iron Man, Hawkeye Black Widow, themselves in their past lives, most of the Guardians of the Galaxy and while no one in their right mind would consider him a hero the Punisher has taken on many people with powers and won.
"They actually got rid of that rule so I could be the first one." Countered Izuku but Bakugo slammed his hand on the desk and used his quirk to create an explosion which frightened Izuku causing him to crawl to the back of the room.
"What Deku, your even worse than the rest of these rejects you quirkless wannabe. You really think they'd let you in when they can have me!" yelled out Bakugo.
The size changers are both shocked about how much of a psycho Stark is now.
"Unfortunately for them their precious hero society doesn't care if a person is a psycho as long as they have heroes." Said Wasp.
After school finally ended Wasp got feed up when Bakugo said that Izuku should kill himself and stung the two and knocked them unconscious. Ant-Man then shrunk them down dragging them to their warehouse.
Bakugo and the others wake up chained up so he can't hurt himself or anyone else.
"Let me out so I can kick your ass! I'm the next number one you hear me I'll kill you!" yelled out Bakugo.
"Clearly no one told you heroes don't kill people." Said Denki who is honestly terrified thinking he has been captured by villains.
"Relax I'm sure the pros will save us." Said Sato.
Izuku is speechless fearing that Bakugo is right that he'll die a worthless quirkless nobody.
"Wow we're not going to kill you." Said Sero as he and the other Avengers are out of their costumes so they don't risk scaring them. "Hello my name is Hanata Sero and these are my friends Hitoshi Shinso and Yui Kodai."
"Then why do you have us captured you cowardly bastards, are you too scared to fight us?" asked/yelled Bakugo.
"Okay we just didn't want to do this one at a time because the device we have only has enough charge for one big shot." Explained Sero who pulls out a device that looks like a fusion between a gun and a neutralizer from Men in Black.
Izuku remembers getting bullied during World War II and eventually after multiple declines joining the military and offered the super soldier serum becoming Captain America and Erskine's words to remember to be a good man that Cap vows to live by those words.
Katsuki remembers being a selfish drunk playboy who designed weapons for the U.S. military. He got captured by terrorist who ironically captured him with his own weapons causing him to watch people to die because of the weapons he made. He gets captured and thanks to a man named Ho Yinsen helping him build an Arc reactor and his first Iron Man suit in order to escape but Yinsen died in the process. He then decided to stop making weapons and became Iron Man.
Rikido remembers living with an abusive father and holding in anger all of his life. He became a brilliant scientist studying gamma radiation and eventually joined a project meant to create another Captain America. When working on the experiment something went wrong causing the reactor to go critical and he ran in to save his friend Rick Jones. They both survived but the radiation caused him to release his anger wondering if he was still a man or if he became a monster or if he was both. He was known the incredible Hulk.
Denki remembers growing up with his brother Loki and desiring nothing than to become the next king of Asgard. He was arrogant and loved fighting but his recklessness caused him to get banished by his father and his memories wiped leaving him to live his life as a doctor named Donald Blake. Yes a mighty god was turned into a man who needed a cane to walk around. He found his hammer again and transformed into the god of thunder: the Mighty Thor.
The four heroes wake up from their daze.
"Those things I saw those were my memories weren't they?" asked Sato who already knows the answer.
"Yeah we all were a little confused at first when this happened to us. But a nice side affect is that we are able to recognize us. I think that means you remember your old pal pig guy." Said Hitoshi.
Sato looks at him and realizes "Barton!"
"And I'm Janet and he's Hank." Said Yui. Everyone else realizes who they are and they all turn to Hanata.
"So Pym or Sero care to explain what's going on and why we're here?" asked Denki.
"Fair enough I guess I'd have to go back to when I got back my memories 2 years ago…"
I'm going to leave on that cliffhanger sorry wait till next chapter to find out what happens next. My reasons for Izuku as Cap is pretty obvious since they have similar origins. Katsuki as Iron Man since they both start out arrogant but learn to become better people, also they enjiy giving people nicknames. Sato since his quirk is similar to the Hulk's powers. Denki since they both have electric powers. Shinso since he and Hawkeye both wear a lot of purple, and since Shinso's quirk is brainwashing he has to rely mostly on combat in a fight and in the first Avengers movie Hawkeye himself got brainwashed. Sero, well I saw another fanfic on Wattpad with this concept and had him as Ant-Man, probably since they both have goofy helmets, if your mad I didn't make him Spider-Man I have a different character in mind for the wallcrawler. Yui is just because her quirk is shrinking things.
