Hero Academia: Tarzan X ~ Kendo Route

My apologies for the late post, as things got frantic here at my place and it somewhat delayed my course of working on my fanfictions, which are:

1) I was struck down with a viral infection which affected my throat and had to make more than a few weeks to get a lot of bed rest, hence I had to pull back on working on the chapters of my fanfics

2) Last October 15, I noticed that I haven't received any notifications from fanfiction . net, ranging from reviews to story favorites and following to receiving PMs from other fanfiction . net users, and I accidentally discovered that I received some reviews for some of my fics yet it didn't register on my Yahoo mail, so I sent a message to bot at fanfiction . com but discovered that there IS AN ISSUE on my email address and tried various ways, which went unresolved, and I resorted to use an alternate email address, but so far there is little change.

So for those who would like to inquire something or have something in mind regarding the fics I've written, I'll provide you with an alternative way in case the email alert list and PM on fanfiction . net hasn't been resolved.

Now that I've said my piece, onto other business at hand…

Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here you will see what Midoriya would become as he is set to become a teenager while still a jungle boy in this story.

And here he would be set to meet the female main character in this story, who is none other than Itsuka Kendo, as she will appear here as a teenager and that's where the FATEFUL ENCOUNTER between the two would set in.

Ch. 5: Unmeinodeai e no jokyoku

Not far, some of the wild dogs who hired Sabor to act as their enforcer, were watching from behind the trees, and they were in disbelief that a mere human child was able to stand up against an apex predator like Sabor, as they are sure that Sabor would make minced meat out of Izuku, as it showed that the wild dogs have underestimated the little boy, unaware that Izuku possessing a strong Quirk.

"Looks like that guy is a match for Sabor…"

"Yeah…"

"So we better root for Sabor. You with me, guys?"

"Yeah…"

The scene shifts back to the scene of the battle where Sabor tried to catch Izuku off-guard by doing a feint, which somewhat worked as she is able to pin Izuku down while impaling her fangs on his left arm, which shocked Kala while Kerchak solemnly said that Izuku is done for, which Kala is shocked by her mate's defeatist attitude.

However, Izuku was able to assess and did a counterattack by delivering a straight punch to Sabor's jaw that was powered by his Quirk.

"Congo Crush!"

The blow sent Sabor flying before colliding against a thick tree, and there Izuku gets up and grabbed the leopard by the throat and told him that she will definitely regret coming here and cause trouble before landing a decisive blow to the now-defeated leopard.

"Nigerian Knuckle!"

Another strong punch powered by his Quirk sent the leopard to the skies, where she is now out of sight, and Izuku won, where he approached Kala and an equally-injured Kerchak, which the latter just looked at the ground, reluctant to admit that Izuku saved the day, and the trio decided to head home to have their injuries treated.

The wild dogs who are spying, were in a state of disbelief upon seeing that Sabor was defeated and now they have no idea how to tell the rest of the pack about what they saw a while ago.

"Am I dreaming…?"

"Yeah…"

"Is this a nightmare…?"

"Yeah…"

As the wild dogs are contemplating on finding and hiring a strong animal that would match against Izuku, they were taken by surprise as Izuku showed up as he noticed them after defeating Sabor, and there he found out that the trio wild dogs are the reason why Sabor came here and caused trouble, and there he crackled his knuckles as he told the three wild dogs that they are going to regret ever causing trouble here.

"So…you're the reason why Kerchak got hurt…and causing trouble for my fellow kins…"

"Uh…er…ah…"

"Well…you see…"

"Ehe-heh-heh…"

"Looks like I'll have to give you a STERN MESSAGE…!"

"!"

As Izuku prepared himself to deliver a very bad beating, the wild dogs became terrified and began to plead to Izuku for mercy as they already saw what happened to Sabor earlier and the wild dogs revealed themselves as cowards as they tried to back away as Izuku went towards the terrified wild dogs as they begged for mercy.

"I AM SORRY!"

"FORGIVE US!"

"WE DIDN'T MEAN TO!"

"SPARE US!"

"FORGIVE US!"

"THE WILD DOGS MADE ME DO IT!"

"PLEASE FORGIVE US!"

"WE'LL DO ANYTHING!"

At the den, the rest of the wild dog pack are awaiting news about how their three fellow wild dogs are observing the events after sending Sabor to the forest to take down the apes that are protecting the other animals, and the pack are eager to hear the good news, as they expect that Sabor would win and take down Kerchak and Izuku, unaware that it was the opposite.

"I am sure…Sabor would surely defeat this Izuku…and we can have a very good feast. Do you guys agree with me?"

"Yeah!"

Suddenly, the roof bore a hole as something crashed, and there the pack stared wide-eyed as they saw Sabor sprawled onto the floor, beaten up and sported a lot of bruises and even a BLACK EYE, and there the leopard, in her disoriented state, raised and waved a WHITE FLAG, signifying that she conceded defeat and the pack of wild dogs were bewildered at what they are seeing.

"Uh…do you guys think something went wrong…?"

"Yeah!"

Then the three wild dogs who were sent to observe earlier came crashing down, and the leader of the pack demanded an explanation on what just happened, as he is in a state of disbelief at what he just saw, and there he couldn't believe what he is hearing, that a mere human child defeated one of the APEX PREDATOR in all of Madagascar.

"What? You three and Sabor got beaten by a man-ape?"

"Yeah!"

"And that he's freakishly strong?"

"Yeah!"

As the leader of the pack is bewildered at what he was told, the rest of the pack told him that they are hungry and wanted to go out and hunt, but the leader told them that they have a situation at hand as Izuku would surely get in the way and thus they won't the able to hunt for food, which made the pack get frustrated and threatened to start a revolt.

The leader of the pack is starting to panic as he couldn't afford to let chaos envelope the pack, until he glanced at his three fellow wild dogs who remained in a disoriented state, and then at Sabor, who is also disoriented, and there an idea popped into his mind and seeing that his fellow pack members are hungry, he thought of sacrificing the three fellow wild dogs and Sabor just to feed everyone within the pack.

He then asked his fellow wild dogs if they are willing to settle for Sabor and the three wild dogs, saying that their failures are what causing them to face a crisis and said that they can make ideal food to nourish them, which the rest of the wild dogs glanced at each other before willingly agreeing.

"So…are you willing to settle for this? At least we can all eat."

"Yeah!"

Sabor and the three wild dogs stared wide-eyed as the rest of the wild dogs started to advance and before the leopard and the three wild dogs could react the pack were all over them and started to devour them as they are definitely hungry and are willing to settle for this.

Eleven years later...

As time have passed, life in the jungle, which is still situated in Madagascar, remained business as usual, where animals thrived as they do their usual thing, like drinking, eating, and hunting for food, and you can see various jungle animals roaming around, and there you can see the various animals being spotted, which includes:

- lions

- cheetahs

- gazelles

- giraffes

- elephants

- hyenas

- hippopotamuses

- wildebeests

As the jungle is breaming with life, the scene shows that Izuku is adjusting life at the jungle as well, where he is now an adolescent boy, as he is physically 15 years old, though he is about 5'5 in height, where he is somewhat short for his age, and there you can see more of his physical appearance.

Izuku's feature shows that he has a round face, which is framed by a short mop of fluffy dark-green hair which curls up at odd angles around his head, casting noticeably dark shadows onto itself. His eyes are large and somewhat circular and his irises are the same shade of green as his hair, which at times are very watery, and are usually stretched quite wide, giving him an innocent, energized appearance.

He has a set of four symmetrical freckles in diamond formations, one on each cheek. Izuku has often been described as "plain-looking" or "not standing out" by others.

Much like before, Izuku is living like any of the wild animals, and despite being human, he somewhat played a good role in maintaining the balance in the animal kingdom, and a brief flashback shows that Izuku accidentally came across a group of poachers who are attempting to massacre a group of rhinoceroses and elephants, intending to harvest their horns and tusks and sell them to the black market to make a profit, which Izuku overheard what the poachers are planning to do.

There Izuku confronted the poachers and told them that he will not let them have their way with his BRETHREN, which made the poachers feel dumbfounded and wondered if Izuku is bluffing or not as Izuku gave them the impression that he is a WILD MAN.

"That kid's got high…he thinks he a Tarzan-wannabe…guys…let's beat him up so we can get to work. Kill him if you have to!"

"Yeah!"

There he uses his Quirk to repulse and chase away the poachers, destroyed their equipment, and the plan to massacre the elephants and rhinoceroses was thwarted, causing the poachers to scream and scramble away in fear, bewildered at the fact that they got attacked by what they believe to be w WILD MAN in the jungles of Madagascar.

"That's no ordinary kid! He's hellishly strong! We can't take him head on! Retreat! We got to get help!"

"Yeah!"

As the poachers fled Madagascar, the action was soon spread within the jungles, and this in turn resulted in a positive word-of-mouth, which earned the admiration from the animal kingdom, seeing that despite being human, Izuku was well-loved and felt that he is an honorary member of the animal kingdom.

As poachers became terrified at what befell them, this also resulted in indirectly instilling fear on the predators, such as hyenas and wild dogs as they witnessed what Izuku did to the poachers, and now they are contemplating on what to do and how to deal with Izuku, seeing him as an obstacle that prevented them from hunting their prey.

"Damn…that man-ape is becoming a problem. This can't go on…we got to think of a plan on how to get rid of him. Guys…I'll be needing your help. Think you can offer ideas on how to get the man-ape out of the way so we can hunt?"

"Yeah!"

The scene shifts at the entrance of the jungles, where a convoy arrived, where a group of tourists disembarked from several SUV, consisting of Europeans, Americans and three Japanese. The latter three are revealed to be the Kendo family, and there a teenage girl appeared to be looking forward to having an encounter with some animal life in the jungle.

This girl is aged 15 years old, and is described as a girl of medium height and has a slim build. She has teal eyes and long orange hair that she typically wears tied into a high ponytail on the left side of her head. Her bangs are split into three clumps around her eyes, and some of her hair sticks up in large tufts at the top of her head.

She is revealed to be Itsuka Kendo, and with her is her dad and cousin, and there her dad told her that he is going to fulfill his promise, and now that they are here, Itsuka will enjoy experiencing wildlife as she gets to see what nature offers, which Itsuka nodded excitedly.

"Here we are, Itsuka…the jungles of Madagascar."

"Whoa…"

"Its just like I promised. You'll get to see and experience wild life to the fullest."

"Yes, dad."

"So you're ready?"

"Yeah, I'm good."

"But you need to be careful."

"I understand."

Hope you liked this chapter, and though not much is shown in the first half other than the aftermath involving Sabor's fate, the rest of the chapter served as an opener as Izuku became the teenage JUNGLE BOY of this fic…

While Izuku's reputation spread within the jungles, Kendo makes her TEENAGE appearance…and it would be a matter of time before she and Izuku encounter and that is where…you'll soon get there…

The next chapter feature Izuku facing some animal AND human predators, so expect a rather violent battle…and Kendo is about to get into a situation where her first encounter with Izuku become imminent…
