Amok Time

Memories of you intrude; thoughts prey on my mind.

You and me in younger days; in forgotten times.

But something more calls to me now from out of the past;

Opens the door to a plak-tow-won't let me rest.

Vulcan need

Vulcan blood

Vulcan love

Is calling to me.

I can feel it growing stronger every day.

I know I must go to you; I can't stay away.

No distant clime, no waters dark, no space too far

Can keep me from my bondmate's spark, my lover's star.

Vulcan need

Vulcan blood

Vulcan love

Is calling to me.

As it was in the beginning, so shall it be.

Pon-farr brings the final bond: Koon-ut-kal-if-fee.

Now in our tent (I hear the drums) we can be one.

Dark is your scent, your body warm, my heart the sun.

Vulcan need

Vulcan blood

Vulcan love

Is calling to me.
