Ember is not evil and helps Danny from the beginning defending Amity Park against the evil ghosts. How will this change everything, as Ember and Danny's friendship slowly grows into something more? Follows the same episodes of the tv-show, with some episodes being altered and adding a few of my own. Expect some plot twists and alternate pairings as well.

15. Public Enemies

A/N: Okay, since it's known that when Wulf speaks his native language Esperanto it was written grammatically incorrect in the show. So, I'm going to use the correct words when he speaks Esperanto, and also the correct translation to it, trying to avoid confusion.

(July 28th, 2004)

At a nice-looking care home, which lied close to the city's center and housed around 25 elderly who either were too old or too weak to take care of themselves or suffering from Alzheimer, the front door opened. Johnny 13 (in his human disguise) walked out with disappointment while the local female manager escorted him out.

Johnny sighed and told her "Look, Mrs. Britannic, I know I wasn't supposed to say those things to Mrs. Williams, but she-"

"She is suffering from Alzheimer, Mr. McLain!" The 40-year-old manager reminded him with some seriousness as they stepped outside "She doesn't know any better, nor any of the senior citizens that live here that suffer from the same thing." She calmed herself and told him "Look, Johnny, you're a nice guy, but I don't think working with the elderly is really your thing. I gave you a chance to try out today in the hopes I would see something in you, but I really don't see you fit in our care home. I'm sorry. It's best for you try somewhere else." She walked back to the door and said as she closed it, "Good luck with everything."

Johnny cursed himself of being rejected, again. Even though he'd promised Kitty to put more effort in finding a job, luck wasn't on his side. He'd hoped that this would be the job he'd hoped he would have as the manager was willing to give him a shot and try out for a day but having already screwed it over after only a few hours when he couldn't take the constant same racist insults from the 87-year-old woman who thought he was a foreigner and should go back to Canada where his kind belongs.

Johnny sighed with some sadness and turned away, walking back to where he'd parked his motorcycle. But as he stepped on it and ignited the engine, he didn't drove fast, but rather slow and normal.

Along the way he was in deep thought, thinking what he was doing wrong the whole time, and why it was so hard for him to find a job even though he managed to get himself fully prepared for every single interview, having been either rejected because he lacked the experience or the education or someone else was hired that suited the job more.

After 10 minutes of slowly driving his motorcycle around town, he drove by the place where Kitty was working, which was a local grocery store called: CHOP SHOP. He reminded himself to buy some groceries for tonight's diner. Despite he didn't want to bother her at work, he thought she probably wouldn't mind of him shopping at the same grocery shop where she was working.

Johnny parked his motorcycle and walked inside the store.

He took a basket and took the grocery list from his pocket. One by one, Johnny took the stuff that Kitty told him to buy. But the whole time he looked depressed, feeling he was failing in both life and afterlife for his girlfriend.

Kitty (while in her human disguise) was working at one of the cash registers. After scanning a costumer's groceries and placed them in a few bags, she pressed some buttons on the computer and told to him with a smile "That'll be 38 dollars and 20 cents, please."

The man gave her two 20-dollar bills. Kitty took it and opened the register, puts the money in it and took out the change, handing it over to him "And here's your change, and your receipt." She said with a smile.

The man nodded and took his bought groceries in his arms "Thanks."

Kitty sighed as she checked the clock, seeing it was 11:28AM "Aah. Almost break time," she said.

Then, as the last one puts his groceries on the counter, Kitty first smiled "Hi, got everything you…" she paused as she saw it was Johnny, surprising her "…need?"

Johnny gave a simple nod, still looking depressed "Yep…"

Seeing that her boyfriend was feeling like this, made Kitty feel sorry for him, as she could tell by his sadness that he was turned down again. She knew how hard he's been trying these last few weeks to get a job to support as their savings given by Sam was almost gone and they wouldn't be able to survive for long on Kitty's salary.

While Kitty scanned the groceries for Johnny in silent, she knew she had to try to make him feel better.

After Johnny paid for the groceries, Kitty whispered to him while putting the groceries in bags "Meet me at the back of the store, then we can talk, okay?"

Johnny nodded and took the two bags with groceries and left the store.

Johnny waited behind the grocery store while instructing his Shadow to bring the groceries to his and Kitty's apartment. After a few minutes, Kitty appeared out of the backdoor, walking over to her boyfriend with sympathy "Hey, hon."

Johnny sighed while looking down "Hey, kitten…"

"You didn't get the job at the nursery home?" Kitty asked with concern.

Johnny shook his head "No…" he then said, being angry at himself "It was… Ugh! I really, really tried, Kitty, but… that…" then he became sad again "I'm trying so hard, Kitty. I'm really trying. But every time it's like… it's just not working. I'm a failure. I'm failing you in every way."

Kitty embraced him, comforting him "Johnny… you're not a failure. Not to me. I know how hard you're trying to find a job. You already showed me how much you care for me and how much you've changed for the better." she looked into his eyes "It's just a phase we're going through, okay? Don't give up. I'm really sure that you'll a job soon. We'll get through this, as we always have. Okay?"

Johnny sighed before giving a nod "Okay…"

Kitty embraced him again, letting him be in her arms for some minutes.

She slowly broke the hug and told him softly "You just go home and let this sink in, okay? We'll just keep on looking."

Johnny formed a small smile, though he was deep down still a bit sad.

As Johnny was declined over fifteen times for a job already, Kitty even helped him to look for work. Thanks to the relationship therapy that Jazz provided them a few weeks back, which had helped them enormously, Kitty now took a softer approach and was there to comfort Johnny when he feels depressed and frustrated when being declined for a job, emotionally supporting him.

Johnny then told her, "I… I think I'm just gonna hang around town for a little while before going home."

Seeing that Johnny could use some alone time, Kitty nodded "Okay. But you just be careful, okay?"

"Promise, kitten," Johnny said before they shared a kiss and he left on his motorcycle.

Kitty watched him going as she waved goodbye to him.

After driving for a little while around town on his motorcycle, with Shadow having merged back with him before that, Johnny parked at a mostly empty parking lot, sitting on his bike as he began to think while drinking a soda.

'What am I doing wrong?' he mentally thought, trying to remember what mistakes he made during the job interviews he went for. He sighed while starting his bike and drove away "Dammit!" he cursed himself before trying to calm himself while stopping before a traffic light "Take it easy, Johnny 13. Like Kitty said, It's just a phase. I will find work," but then sighed with frustration "But where the hell am I supposed to find a good job without a high school diploma?!" he now truly regretted that he never finished high school and was now facing the reality of being uneducated.

Just as he drove further when the traffic light turned green, he drove by a repair shop named: Otto Repairs, where a few mechanics were moving two partly damaged motorcycles inside.

Johnny, being somehow curious, pulled over with his motorcycle and parked nearby. As he stepped out of his bike, he approached the repair shop. He saw inside 7 mechanics at work on either motorcycles or cars that needed to be repaired or simply doing an oil change.

When Johnny looked at the neon sign that says 'Open', he also saw a paper sign next to it saying: HELP WANTED.

"I wander if…" Johnny asked himself, wandering if they maybe had a job for him "But will they hire me even if I don't have an education?" Johnny asked himself again, doubting if he should go for it and a bit of fear he would be rejected again as always.

But thinking back about his girlfriend and that their savings will be gone soon, Johnny 13 turned around and took a deep breath, gathering some courage "Maybe… I'll just check in for a minute." He then walked over to the entrance.

As he entered the garage, he walked over to the first guy he saw who was checking under a car doing using a under-car roller while doing some repairs.

Johnny got a bit of nervous and asked "Uhmmm… Excuse me?" he asked.

The mechanic didn't respond, seemingly didn't heard him.

Johnny was this close to leave. But not wanting to disappoint Kitty, he raised his voice a bit "Hey!"

The guy heard him. He rolled out of the car and looked at Johnny. The guy was bald and appeared to be in his 30's. On his blue mechanic jumpsuit he had a name tag on the left side of his chest, saying: Earl Benson

Earl formed a small smile as he apologized "Oh. Sorry. Didn't see you there. What can I do for ya?" he asked as he raised himself.

Johnny 13 scratched the back of his head and said "Hi, I… my name is… Johnny and I noticed that sign outside your garage that you guys were looking for an extra hand?"

Earl raised an eyebrow "You looking for work?"

Johnny nodded "Yeah… yeah, I do."

"You've got to check with my boss. Hold on, I'll get him for ya," Earl said before walking to the other side of the garage, where a small office was behind a door.

Johnny became a bit more nervous while he was thinking 'Darn, what the hell am I doing? This was a bad idea! I should just…' he was this close to ditch out and leave, but remained where he was.

A minute later, Earl walked out of the office while the owner followed him over to Johnny.

The man was a middle-aged man with short black hair with some grey hairs and had a mustache. He too was wearing a mechanic jumpsuit, being black. His name tag said: Otto Silver.

The man named Otto, walked over to Johnny with a small smile "Hello there. Earl told me that you're looking for a job?"

"Yeah, that's right, Mr. Silver." Johnny confirmed, even taking out his resume, though feeling a bit nervous "It… it's not much, but I'm a very good mechanic."

Otto took his resume and told him "Well, why don't you come with me to my office, and we'll see what we can do for you."

While Johnny followed Otto back to his office, Johnny noticed a couple of motorcycles and two cars for sale, including an old and bit rusty Harley Davidson Super Glide motorcycle from 1978. Johnny took some interest when spotting the old rusty motorcycle as he remembered having seen one of those when he was still alive 'Wow. A Harley Davidson from my time. I wander why it's badly taken care of?' Johnny wandered mentally.

As they entered Otto's office, Johnny took a seat while Otto took it to take a look at it his resume and took his seat behind his desk. Otto read carefully the 'experience' that Johnny had so far. Though a few fake things were in it, including that Johnny's last name wasn't really McLain and never owned a surfboard shop in LA, some parts were telling the truth (without mentioning he was a ghost), saying that he didn't really get a high school diploma.

Otto strokes his chin, being a bit surprised at what he read "Hmmm. I see you've never finished high school?"

Johnny sighed as he stated "Yeah, I…" he never liked talking about his past, telling the reason he never finished high school "To make a long story short, I… ran away from home when I was only 15 and… having moved around during my youth from town to town."

Hearing that surprised Otto "You've traveled nearly all your teenage years?"

Johnny nodded "Yeah… in order to survive I've been taking small jobs here and there to earn enough cash to survive. But as I got my own motorcycle, I learned a lot of great mechanical skills."

Otto gave a small nod while checking his resume again "And then you've owned a surfboard shop in Los Angeles for 18 years while fixing motorcycles became more or less a hobby for you, and now you're basically unemployed ever since you and your family moved to Amity Park?" He wandered.

Johnny nodded. He was this close to tell the same tale he'd practiced on and used in nearly every interview. But feeling he wanted to give 'some honesty', Johnny stated "Yeah, that's right. I… I don't know but… me and my wife were looking for something different, like… a whole new challenge we wanted to take in life. That drove us to move away from LA and settle down in Amity Park."

"I see," Otto said. After some thinking, Otto stated as he puts Johnny's resume down "I'm gonna be honest with you, Johnny. You seem like a great guy and all, but…" Johnny's heart sank when Otto stated that last word "…I am doubting if we could use someone like you in here. You have no education, you don't have any college degrees in mechanics, you've owned a surfboard shop for nearly two decades and only kept your 'great mechanical skills' simply as a hobby." He then asked Johnny a serious question "Can you tell me, right now, why I should give you the opportunity to work for me?"

Johnny at first wasn't sure what to say. Sweat started to form around his forehead while Otto patiently waited for his answer.

As Johnny was this close to give up and saying he doesn't have the right answer to convince Otto to give him a job, Johnny suddenly remembered that old Harley motorcycle standing in the corner and asked with a bit of confident smile "What about that Harley Davidson Super Glide motorcycle you got there?" he pointed to the back.

Otto raised an eyebrow in surprise "What?"

"I could fix it up for you and show you what I got!" Johnny said confidently.

"You want to fix that old Harley Davidson Super Glide motorcycle from 1978?"

"And I can guarantee you that you'll make a profit out of it." Johnny added.

Otto chuckled "Seriously? You're telling me that you want to convince me with your mechanical skills by fixing that old rusty bike and I can actually sell it?" Otto stated as he shook his head "John, that oldy has been on sale here for more than 20 years. Believe me, we've tried numerous times to get rid of that old timer, even offering costumers the lowest price possible, but nobody is interested in it at all," he sighs "I don't even know why I'm keeping that old bike in the shop still. I should've just got rid of it and thrown it at the local junkyard."

Johnny tried to convince Otto as he offered, "I'll do it for you, free of charge. Just give me a chance to proof myself and show you my skills. I can guarantee you that I can make that old timer shining brand new and that people are more willing to buy it!"

Otto paused for a moment. Slowly, he began to smile and laugh "Hahahahaha. You've got guts, Johnny. I give you that." he sighs as he stood up, forming a grin "Alright. If you can turn that old Harley Davidson Super Glide all brand new as you say you can and make a profit out of it, you got the job."

A few minutes later, Johnny stood before the old rusty motorcycle. Johnny was allowed to use some tools to fix it. He shoved up his sleeves with a determined look on his face "Let's show them what we got." He told himself while cracking his knuckles.

"Hold on," Otto said as he walked over to him with a grey jumpsuit in his hand and gave it to him "Here, you can use this for the day. Just so you won't get your clothes dirty." He gave him a wink.

Johnny appreciated it and took the jumpsuit "Thanks."

Not long after, after Johnny had changed into the grey mechanic jumpsuit, he began to work on the motorcycle.

Some hours later, Johnny was working so well on the motorcycle, replacing its old parts with spare parts that he was able to, being all focused and determined to make the old rusty Harley motorcycle brand new, which earned some attention from the other mechanics.

Another male mechanic named Muhammad told Earl "Would you look at that. I've never seen anyone working on any vehicle like that. It's almost as if… he was born for this kind of work."

Earl nodded "Damn right."

Otto peaked from his office at how Johnny was doing, seeing him so passionate in doing his job, earning him a small smile.

Right at that moment, Johnny was called on his cellphone. Johnny stopped with his work for a moment, putting his welding equipment down and raised his goggles, taking out his cellphone, seeing it was Kitty that called him.

Johnny answered it "Hey, baby. What's up?"

"Hey, Johnny. Where are you? I didn't see you at home." Kitty asked through the phone as she was done with work but didn't find him in their apartment.

"I uhm… am working, baby." Johnny stated.

"You got a job?" Kitty asked surprised.

"No, not yet. But hopefully I will, after I manage to finish on this motorcycle and sold it."

Kitty wanted to ask him "You mean, you're trying to get a job at a repair shop?"

"Yeah, you could say that." Johnny answered with a proudly smile, but then told her "But, I gotta go, kitten. I got to fix this thing asap. I'll talk to you later. Bye!" he then hanged up and puts the phone back in his pocket before returning back to work, putting back on his goggles and resumed in welding a few parts to the motorcycle.

Then, after 6 hours of hard work, Johnny sighed as he wiped away the sweat from his forehead, looking down at the now completely fixed and shiny Harley Davidson Super Glide.

All the other mechanics looked with fascination, not believing that this newly fixed motorcycle was the same old rusty bike that had been in the store for years.

Otto came over to have a look, with his eyes widen and his jaw fell wide open. He checked the whole motorcycle, not knowing what to say "I… I-I don't believe it! Johnny, it… it looks amazing! The old bike, it… it almost looks completely brand new! As if it just came from the assembly line!" he chuckled and patted Johnny's shoulder "I gotta admit, John. You've got talent."

Johnny gave a shrug, feeling modest "Thanks."

That was when an old male biker, being in his 60's, walked into the repair shop. He was looking at the few motorcycles that were for sale, but as his attention caught the bike that Johnny 13 had fixed up, the old man's eyes went wide "NO WAY!" he rushed over to the motorcycle, much to everyone's surprise "It's a… an actual 1978 Harley Davidson Super Glide! It's… it looks just like when I saw it for sale the very first time almost 30 years ago!" he quickly turned over to Otto and asked with a big smile "How much?!"

Otto was too much surprised by the costumer's enthusiasm that he didn't know for how much he wanted to sell it. But then formed a smile as he glanced at Johnny, wanting to see how he could sell it "For that, you'll have to ask him," he patted Johnny's shoulder "He fixed it up all brand new, alright."

Johnny, seeing this was the opportunity for him to show he could make a profit out of the perfectly fixed motorcycle, nodded with a smile as he told him "Oh, believe me, my good sir. This 1978 Harley Davidson Super Glide is worth every penny," he showed him how good the bike was "it truly is going to make you feel young again as if you're the first one driving this edition. For 10 grand it's all yours."

Being convinced already, the old biker nodded with a big smile and wrote a cheque "I'll take it!"

All the mechanics and Otto shared an impressed smile as how good Johnny was.

Not long after, the old biker, now sitting on the totally improved 1978 Harley Davidson Super Glide, raced out of the repair garage, doing a wheelie as he drove on the road "Wooohoooo! I'm feeling all young again!"

Seeing the costumer more than satisfied, Otto asked as he proudly smiled at Johnny "So, can you start tomorrow morning at 9?"

This surprised Johnny "You… you mean…?"

Otto nodded "Yep. You've got the job, Johnny."

Johnny felt overwhelmed. After countless fails, he'd finally got work. He shook hands with Otto and he was welcomed by the other mechanics.

Not long after, back at Johnny 13 and Kitty's apartment...

It was already 6:00 PM. Kitty was in the kitchen, wearing an apron while she was preparing diner. She had already prepared the dining table, having placed 4 plates instead of 2 as Danny and Ember would be joining them for dinner tonight.

While she checked the sauce, which she had specially prepared, Kitty checked the time "Where the hell is he?" she wandered, making herself a bit worried "I just hope that that little work he's doing at that repair shop has paid off."

Right at that moment, Johnny came in from the front door with a bright happy smile "Honey, I'm home!" he immediately went over to Kitty, taking her in his arms and planted a deep kiss on her lips "Guess who's got a new job? Me!" yelled out victorious.

Kitty gasped before she smiled bright "Really?!"

Johnny nodded "I sure did. The guys at the repair shop were so impressed with my mechanical skills that the owner offered me a year contract." He took out his contract from his back pocket, showing that he officially was hired for a job at Otto Repairs.

"Oooh, Johnny!" Kitty was immensely proud at her boyfriend that she embraced him and planted many kisses on his cheek "I'm so proud of you!"

At that moment, Danny and Ember phased into the apartment and landed on the floor before becoming tangible again "Hey, guys." Ember said.

Danny then said while he transformed back into his human form "You're in a good mood than usual, Johnny."

"You bet your ass I am, Danny!" Johnny said proudly "I finally got a job!"

"Wow. Really?" Ember asked, being impressed that Johnny finally got a new job.

"Yep. Starting tomorrow morning as a car/motorcycle mechanic." Johnny stated.

"That's great, Johnny," Danny said "Congrats."

"Thanks, Danny."

Kitty then interrupted as she was putting diner on the table "Okay, let's celebrate while we eat."

Ember and Danny both sat at their designated chairs, with Ember saying how good Kitty's food looked "Looks lovely. What did you made?"

"Greek Kofta meatballs together with rice and tomato sauce," Kitty stated as she puts the pan with the sauce on the table "It's a new recipe I wanted to try out," she then narrowed her eyes "Much better than eating microwave food all the time. Trust me, if I was gonna eat another meal that you warm on a plastic bowl, I was gonna vomit." She stated as she was getting sick of eating microwave food or pizza the first month when she and Johnny 13 came to live in the human world.

"Can't argue with that," Danny said while Johnny too sat down "That stuff tastes more like it came from a factory than it's homemade. Even my parents make better food than that, even when they use their inventions for it."

"Like those hotdogs that came to life?" Johnny asked with a grin, before he gave a shrug "Gotta admit. Despite they unintentionally made them to bite others, they do taste good." He then smiled at Kitty as she sat down at the table too "But not as good as you, kitten."

Kitty giggled "Oh, stop it." she then began serving the others "Well, dig in everyone."

After more than a half hour later, all enjoyed Kitty's newly made diner.

"Man, that was delicious, Kitty," Danny said, "You've really improved your cooking."

"Thanks." Kitty said with happiness that her many tries of cooking a good meal have finally paid off. She then asked, "Want another plate?"

Danny shook his head, politely declining Kitty's offer for another plate of her nice Greek meal "No thanks. I want to save some space in my stomach for all the popcorn at the movies."

Johnny nodded, remembering their plans for the night "Oh, that's right. You and the others were going to see a movie."

Ember then offered while she and Danny took their plates to the kitchen to place them in the dishwasher "Well, if you guys want, you can join us?"

Kitty chuckled as she declined the offer "That's nice of you, girlfriend, but… I think it would look a bit awkward for you when Star and Valerie notice that your parents are coming too." Before she was getting a bit scared when thinking of being near Valerie "And also because we don't want to be around Valerie with all her anti-ghost weapons."

Danny thought of that, seeing her point of view "Good point." He then checked the time, seeing it was 6:35PM "Oh. We better go before the good movies are sold out." He told Ember.

Ember nodded, agreeing with her boyfriend "You're right." Danny transformed into his ghost form "We gotta go." She and Danny flew up "Thanks for dinner, guys!" both became intangible and flew up the ceiling, leaving the apartment and flew towards the movie theater.

After Johnny had helped Kitty cleaning up the table and placed the cutlery, plates and pans in the dishwasher, he asked "So, since it's just you and me tonight," he leaned in close to her with a flirty smile "we could have our own little movie night here in our home?"

Kitty liked the sound of that and said "Hmmm. I like the sound of that." she then took out something from a closet, revealing to be a bottle of wine "Good thing I bought this nice 2001 Spanish red wine we could enjoy."

Johnny thought about it for a moment, being a bit doubtful as he checked the wine bottle "Hmm, I don't know. I'm not such a fan of wine," but then ensured her with a flirty smile "But I surely want to try this one out with you."

Kitty smiled as she took out two wineglasses.

Back with Danny and Ember…

Arriving at the movie theater around the corner, Danny and Ember both transformed into their human forms behind a group of people before walking together hand in hand inside.

Both saw, Sam, Valerie, Tucker and Star at the ticket booth, with Sam paying for Valerie's ticket.

"Hey, Danny! Emily! Glad you guys made it." Star said, "We managed to get some seats for that new movie 'I, Robot' with Will Smith in it."

Sam handed over a ticket for Danny and Ember "Nice. I thought that that movie might've been sold out by now?"

Sam gave a shrug "That's what I was thinking too, but luckily there were enough seats for all of us somewhere in the middle."

"Fair enough." Ember said as they all walked over to get some popcorn and drinks.

While Tucker and Danny were waiting in line to get some snacks for them and their girlfriends, Ember took a look at the many movie posters of the movies that were already showing, like: Spider-Man 2, Anchorman – The legend of Ron Burgundy and The Terminal.

Ember spotted Star looking at the movie poster of romantic movie The Notebook. Star gave a soft sign when thinking back when she saw the movie last Sunday with Tucker.

Ember walked over to Star, with her telling Ember "It was such a touching and romantic movie, Emily." She began imagining it was her and Tucker like the two actors in the movie poster.

Ember gave a simple shrug as she checked the poster for a moment "Yeah, it was nice."

"You and Danny did see it too, right? A few weeks back?" Star asked.

Ember nodded "Yeah, we did."

"Just tell me, which part did you liked the most? Was it the beautiful scene in the rain or the ending?" Star asked.

At that moment, Danny came over with popcorn and drinks for him and Ember. He asked, "What part we what liked the most?" having overheard what Star asked Ember.

"Oh. I was just asking Emily what part of the movie The Notebook she liked the best." she gave a soft moan when dreamily thinking when the scene in the rain was showed and she and Tucker shared a kiss.

Danny thought for a moment but only gave a shrug "Hmmm… I'm not sure." he then asked his girlfriend, "Which part did you liked the best, Em?"

"I… don't know." Ember answered with honesty "It's kinda blurry as I didn't paid much attention to it."

Star raised an eyebrow, being confused "What do you mean you didn't paid much attention to it? Then what did you guys do?"

Danny and Ember shared a glance, before blushing.

Flashback, 2 weeks ago…

(July 12th, 2004)

While the people in the half-full theater, with nearly half of them being teenage or married couples, were all trying to enjoy the movie as Danny and Ember, being at the seats at the back, were sharing a very passionate make out with Ember sitting on his lap and both were stroking their hands across each other's body. Their little make out session was actually heard across the theatre.

"Mmmmm…! Ohh, Danny…!" Ember moaned while their tongues dueled in each other's mouths for dominance.

Suddenly, their little romantic moment was disturbed when somebody was flashing a flashlight right in their faces.

"Hey! Do you mind?!" Danny and Ember both annoyingly called out to the guy that flashed their faces.

The guy however was a one of the ushers of the cinema, telling them with a serious face "I need to ask you two to leave the cinema."

"Why?" Danny asked with a frown.

"You're both disturbing the people here with all that groping and slobbering of yours. Get up, both of you."

Danny and Ember glanced at the other people, seeing most of them were giving a disgusted look at them.

A few minutes later, Danny and Ember were escorted out of the movie theatre and the doors closed behind them.

Danny gave them the finger "Assholes." And left with his girlfriend.

While Danny and Ember both walked away hand in hand, Ember wandered with a grin on her face "Guess they couldn't take it anymore as we were a bit 'too loud' in there, huh?" she chuckled.

Danny nodded "I guess so." He then sighed as they stopped and apologized "I'm sorry that our movie night is ruined now. I just… I couldn't help myself."

Ember puts her arms around his neck, saying with a soft voice "Don't be, babypop… I really enjoyed you kissing me..." she planted a kiss on his lips "and touch me the way you want…"

Danny smiled and both shared another passionate kiss.

Having the same naughty thing in mind to finish their date 'elsewhere', Danny transformed into his ghost form and raised Ember up bridal style, flying away with her in his arms to his place, with Ember giggling and both resumed their kiss while flying through the air.

End of the flashback…

While Ember giggled, Danny told Star "Well… me and Emily were kicked out because we were enjoying each other so much that it made some people in the theatre uncomfortable."

Star was a bit confused "Ooookay…" but then her eyes went wide when realizing what the true reason was when they got kicked out "Ooooh!" she then chuckled "That must've been embarrassing, huh?"

Ember shrugged "Nah, not really," She gave Danny a grin "Besides, we did finish our date wonderfully… as we were having some fun at your place…"

Danny formed a grin back at Ember and both shared a kiss.

Star narrowed her eyes with a bit of annoyance "I'll just pretend I didn't heard that."

That was when Tucker came, holding a big bucket with popcorn and some sodas in his hands "Hey, are you guys coming? We don't want people to steal our seats, right?"

Star walked over to her boyfriend, forming a sweet smile while taking a bit of popcorn "As long as I'm sitting with you, I'm okay."

Sometime later, all sat in theater, watching I, Robot.

A few hours later, somewhere in the Ghost-Zone…

A blond-haired ghost was making a run for it while he was chased by a grey-skinned ghost joined by two police ghosts with one of them holding a strange-looking gun.

The grey skinned ghost was Bullet. Second-in-command of the Ghost-Zone Police Department and Walker's righthand man. Besides from being grey-skinned and muscular, Bullet was shirtless while only wearing a long red cape, grey army pants and black combat boots. Though appearing to be human-looking, Bullet has several animalistic traits as he had a Robin's Egg Blue tail, claws and fins on the back of his head.

"You'll never take me alive, coppers!" the blond-haired ghost yelled, not wanting to be wrongfully imprisoned by Walker's goons again.

Bullet however wasn't gonna let their suspect get away that easily "We'll see about that." he said with a smirk.

The police ghost that held the strange gun, aimed at the suspect, firing at him, capturing the blond-haired ghost in a purple-glowing net.

While the ghost cops took the blond-haired ghost into custody, he struggled to get loose "Let me go! I didn't do anything!"

Bullet grabbed him by the collar, saying in an intimidating way "When you're breaking Walker's rules, you're bound to be locked away in his prison. You still have 149 years to serve your sentence after hosting a public rally in honor of your dear and beloved heroine Ember," Bullet then smirks evilly "Guess because you escaped prison, another 100 years added to your sentence will do."

Afraid, the blond-haired ghost begged while being dragged into a Ghost-Zone Police car "No! NOOOO!"

Bullet contacts his boss using a comm link on his wrist "We got another one, Walker. About 50% of all the escaped prisoners have been rounded up."

"Excellent work, Bullet," Walker said through his phone "Return back to my prison."

Bullet broke contact and left with his goons, heading back to Walker's Prison.

Not long after, after arriving at Walker's Prison, Bullet met with Walker in his office.

Walker was staring down at his desk, looking at the many mugshot pictures of escaped prisoners that were still out there, with 4 of them showing Danny, Ember, Johnny 13 and Kitty. Walker growled when looking at the 4 ghosts that were responsible for the biggest prison outbreak in all of his afterlife, including for humiliating him by beating him up very badly which costed him over a month before all his wounds had healed which he lost precious time to search and round up all his escaped prisoners.

"You wanted to see me, boss?" Bullet asked.

Walker nodded, looking very serious "All this effort and countless hours and still we haven't been able to capture all the escaped prisoners!?" he grabbed the mugshots of Danny and Ember, squeezing them in him in his hand out of anger "All because of Danny Phantom and Ember McLain! My reputation…! My prison…! My face!"

Bullet understood that Walker was still very pissed off of what Danny, Ember and their friends did to him. With a determined look, Bullet suggested "I say we go into the human world and capture the rocker-criminal along with that ghost-boy, full force!"

But Walker declined the idea "No. Launching a direct assault would be too obvious with the only portal into the human world guarded by those idiotic ghost-hunters," Walker said as he took a few photos of Jack and Maddie, which were donated to him by a very valuable source in the human world "They may be not as smart as they look, but according to my source in the mortal world, they're both intelligent enough to create the worst anti-ghost weapons imaginable." He then smirked evilly as he thought of a brilliant idea "What we need… is a surprise attack from a different angle and lure Ember and her halfa-boyfriend into the Ghost-Zone."

"And how are you planning to do that?" Bullet wandered.

"By turning their beloved world against them and into the prison they escaped from." Walker stated "How would they feel when the humans they so desperately try to protect would all make them both into public enemy's number one? They would see no other option but to flee here, safe and sound back to the realm of the ghosts. And once they're here, we'll capture them and lock them in a hole so deep in which they will never escape from again." He then walked out of his office, with Bullet following him.

Bullet thought of his boss' plan "That's genius idea, Walker. But how are we going to attack the human world as there's only one portal we know of that leads us to it?" he asked as though he was eager to cause some chaos in the human world if that means he gets the chance to capture Walker's most wanted, especially Ember, it would be very difficult as only the Fenton-Portal would lead them to the realm of the mortals.

"Simple, Bullet. For a plan such as this, I'm going to take an unorthodox way to capture those who break MY rules," Walker answered as they walked down the stairs, heading to the lowest level deep down in his prison where the most powerful and most dangerous ghosts were locked up "Causing chaos is but one part of the plan. We need to sniff the people Phantom and McLain are closest to and make them turn against them while we launch a surprise attack on their beloved city. For that, I have just the guy who will do all the work for us."

Both stopped in front of a cell that was locked by a steel door where 4 guards stood watch. A nameplate was on the steel door that said: WULF

"Which brings us to you, Wulf." Walker said before he ordered one of the guards "Open it."

Reluctantly, the guard opens the cell. Out of it the werewolf-ghost named Wulf growled before he jumped over everybody and draws out long and razor-sharp green claws from his fingers. He swipes at the air and creates a tear in the dimension, leading to the human world.

"He's tearing a hole out of our dimension!" one of the ghost guards said with fear, knowing how powerful Wulf can be when he's not on a leash "He's gonna escape!"

Walker however smirks "No he's not. That would be against the rules." He presses a button on his wrist, which activates a shock collar on Wulf's neck, causing him to scream in pain and fall back while the portal he created disappears.

Despite Wulf was in pain cause of the shock collar that Walker had put on him ever since he'd captured him, the werewolf-ghost growled and Walker with hatred.

"It's a nifty little power you have, Wulf. The ability to claw into the human world at will," Walker said "Which is one of the reasons you're too valuable to fly around freely whenever you want. It's one of the reasons I need you. You want that collar off, don't you?"

Wulf pulls on his collar desperately, showing he does want that collar off.

"In exchange for your freedom, I'm looking for two escaped prisoners who I have unfinished business with," Walker then smirked evilly "With one of them being someone you're close to, Wulf," he showed the mugshot pictures of Danny and Ember in prison garb "The half kid, half ghost, Danny Phantom, and the flaming rocker, your dear friend, Ember."

Wulf looked in shock at first before he growled at Walker "Neniam! Ember estas mia amiko! (Never! Ember is my friend!)"

"Who's been in my way for too long to keep order in the Ghost-Zone," Walker said "Take my crew, cause as much havoc as you can and sniff the two ghost criminals out for me. A fair deal, right? You help me brining in Ember and her halfa-boyfriend, and you'll be free of me forever."

But again, Wulf refused "Ne! Ember ĉiam estis tie por mi! Mi neniam perfidos ŝin! Neniam! (No! Ember has always been there for me! I'll never betray her! Never!)"

Walker narrowed his eyes, pressing the button on his wrist, activating the shock collar again, causing Wulf to scream in pain. But this time, Walker puts the shock collar on a higher level, hurting Wulf even more.

Wulf kept screaming in pain while rolling on the floor and grabbing the collar out of despair.

After a minute of torturing him, Walker finally turned off the shock collar. Wulf gasped in relief while he panted.

"Let me get this clear to you, Wulf," Walker threatened "You're going to help me, whether you want to or not. But if you still refuse to cooperate, I am going to keep using the shock collar until you're nothing left but ecto-dust and then…" he evilly smirked "…I'm going to kill your dear friend Ember, nice… and slow."

Hearing this, shocked Wulf to the core, believing that Walker will actually kill his friend. Though he never want to betray Ember, the constant torture of the shock collar made him fear of his afterlife as Walker looks now more serious then ever before, showing he wasn't bluffing and would actually kill him before killing Ember.

Wulf sadly sighed before he said "Bone. Mi ĝin faros (Okay. I'll do it)."

Walker formed an evil smirk "A wise decision."

Not long after, back in Amity Park…

"GHOSTS!" a man called out in panic as he ran through the street, as dozens of Walker's men were all over the place, causing chaos, floating all over town and scaring all the citizens.

One ghost policeman floated on top of a police car, going intangible as he phased the whole engine out of the car before throwing it back against the car hard, causing it to crash!

Having heard all the chaos outside just as they were finished watching the movie 'I, Robot', Danny, Ember, Sam, Tucker, Star and Valerie ran outside, seeing to their shock a whole army of Walker's goons attacking Amity Park.

"Oh man! I've never seen this many ghosts attacking at once!" Sam said, being surprised that so many ghosts were attacking the town at once.

Ember glared at the ghosts, recognizing them instantly of being Walker's personal ghost-police force, and mentally spoke to Danny telepathically 'Walker! I'm sure that he's the one who's behind all this!'

Danny gave a nod while looking back at the ghosts causing a lot of chaos 'I think you're right, babe,' but then he wandered in surprise 'But… how the heck did they managed to spread out this fast?'

'I don't know, babypop. But right now, there's no time left to find out.' Ember telepathically told Danny, giving a determined face 'We need to find a safe place quick to go ghost-'

"Danny! Emily!" Valerie then yelled at them "Stop daydreaming and let's move!" she grabbed both Danny and Ember by their arms and dragged them with her while running away together with Tucker, Sam and Star.

Danny and Ember shared a glance, with Ember telepathically telling her boyfriend 'On second thought, maybe we should remain incognito for a while longer?'

'I agree, Em,' Danny telepathically told her before looking at how strong Valerie was dragging him and Ember 'Valerie's quite strong. Must've been because of her 'secret hobby'?'

Ember gave him a nod while they ran away from all the ghosts.

The next day, at Amity Park City Hall…

(July 29th, 2004)

Because there was too much chaos and too many people running amok, especially with Valerie being 'secretly overprotective' for her friends, both Danny and Ember couldn't find a spot or an opportunity to go ghost and capture all these hundreds of Walker's ghost-police force that were attacking.

The mayor of Amity Park, Ernesto Montez, had called many of its citizens in front of the town hall where a big stage was set up and a large tv which Mayor Montez had turned on to show the people what happened last night and what he was about to do.

For some reason, Danny, Ember, Sam, Tucker, Star and Valerie, along with many of Casper High's students, were put up front close to the stage.

The tv showed the newscast about the previous night's chaos "This was the scene in downtown Amity Park last night as ghosts – that's right, ghosts – caused hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage." The screen then showed the female Asian news reporter "I'm Shelli Rakimata and this is 'ghost watch', Day 2."

Mayor Montez turned off the large tv and turned to the stage, using a mike to speak to the crowd, but mostly to the teens "Now, I know you kids are scared because ghosts are scary, scary things," all the teens looked unphased "but I assembled you all here in front of all the town, not because this is a great photo opportunity…" he turns quickly to the photographers as they took a lot of pictures of him before turning back to the kids "but because you children are our future… Voters!" he laughed at his own joke as more photos are taken of him.

Danny and Ember both narrowed their eyes, being unimpressed with the mayor's attempt to 'safe Amity Park's future', seeing it was all nothing but a political stunt of the mayor just to get himself no doubt reelected.

"And now," the mayor said, "I'd like to turn this over to Amity Park's Chief of Police, Gerald Macy, who is here to inform you all of some exciting rules and restrictions."

Danny had a bad feeling about this "I have a strong feeling that this is going to end badly."

Ember nodded "I feel the same thing, dipstick."

A 45-year-old man, wearing a high-ranking police uniform and short brown hair appeared on stage. While the mayor happily introduced him to the crowd, Chief Macy whispered with a serious tone to him "Sir, seriously? Is all this political nonsense necessary while we have a GHOST INVASION on our hands?"

Though trying to keep smiling in front of the cameras, Mayor Montez whispered with a very serious tone to his appointed Chief of Police "Just do as you're told, or you can find yourself another job."

Chief Macy sighed and began telling the crowd with some seriousness "Citizens of Amity Park-"

Mayor Montez cleared his throat, signaling his Macy with his eyes to also mention the teens.

Chief Macy annoyingly rolled his eyes before forming a 'fake smile' as he turned to all the teens up front "And all of you… children and future of our beloved city!" he hated every moment of being used as a political puppet just so the mayor can keep his popularity.

Gerald Macy cleared his throat before telling what he really want to tell ALL of the citizens and show how serious the situation is "Due to the continuing and escalating ghost threat, and to safeguard the lives of every single one of you, the department has put up a set of rules for your safety. 1: All citizens must avoid any contact with these spirits as the danger they possess. 2: Until the situation is resolved, all citizens (and you kids) are advised to only travel when absolutely necessary. And 3: By order of the Mayor's new security advisor, a nine o'clock curfew."

All the teens shared a mixture of surprise, understanding and anger.

"A curfew!?" Sam angrily called.

"Staying at home!?" Dash added, pulling up his sleeves as he moaned while showing his muscles "But what about gym? Just look at this!?" all looked at Dash with a raised eyebrow "C'mon! Just look how flat it is now?!"

All narrowed their eyes as how much of a crybaby Dash is.

Danny mocked him by saying in a sarcastic tone "Oh help. Dash's muscles are getting flat. It's the end of the world." He then smirked "No wonder you're perfect for 'America's most annoying housewives."

All the teens began laughing, while Dash was feeling embarrassed and gave Danny a fierce glare.

After Ember had finished laughing at Danny's joke, she asked "Though your joke is funny, Danny, who's the idiot security advisor that came up with those lame ideas?"

Suddenly, the Fenton Family Ghost Assault Vehicle stopped near the stage, revealing Jack and Maddie, both now heavily armed with lots of anti-ghost weapons. Jack then called on a megaphone "Fear not, citizens of Amity Park. We're here to make sure this town is prepared for any ghost emergency."

Danny and Ember both narrowed their eyes, with Danny asking, "I think that answers your question."

Maddie then said, using her own megaphone "You must be cautious. At any time one of these ectoplasmic malefactors-" she then stops as she sees Danny and Ember "Hi, sweetie! Hi, Emily!" she said with a sweet voice, much to Danny and Ember's embarrassment, before turning back to the crowd "- could appear out of nowhere."

Danny then suggested to the others "Time to sit in the back where nobody can notice us?"

Sam nodded "Time to sit in the back where nobody can notice us." She, along with the rest get up and moved to the back.

Star whispered to Danny "Believe me, Danny, I would've been just as embarrassed as you are if either my mom or stepdad did that."

"Thanks, Star."

Jazz, who'd sat behind them, looked at her brother with understanding.

Suddenly, in another street near the Town Hall, a large tear un the dimensions appeared. Wulf pops his head out and sniffs for Danny and Ember. He pops back in and points at the portal to Walker.

Walker evilly smiled "Alright, Wulf. You know what to do. Sniff out the people they've been in contact with."

Wulf obeyed and jumps through the portal.

Bullet then said "While Wulf sniffs out the people Danny Phantom and Ember McLain are closest with, we'll take over their bodies."

"I don't care if they know Wulf is there, but the rest of you, I want hidden." Walker stated his plan before he, Bullet and some ghost-guards flew through the portal Wulf created before it disappeared.

While Danny, Ember and their friends continued listening to Maddie and Jack's brilliant plans in order to protect the people from Amity Park, Danny's Warning Ghost-Sense went off as a blue mist came from his mouth and Ember felt it too because of their Ecto-bond.

"You've got to be kidding me. Here? Now?" Danny asked worriedly while he looked around.

Just then, Wulf appears onstage while he roared and frightens the Chief of Police and the mayor!

Mayor Montez screamed while grabbing Chief Macy to cover him "AAAAH! Protect your mayor, Macy!"

Ember gasped as he saw her old friend from the Ghost-Zone "Wulf?"

Wulf howled while the people ran away in fear "AAAAH! IT'S A GHOST!"

While Wulf jumps offstage, a ghost-guard appears from behind the chief of police and overshadows him, taking over his body.

Wulf growled at Kwan, Paulina and Dale, scaring them while screaming in fear. Walker, being invisible, takes over Dash's body while 2 other ghost-guards take over Dale and Paulina's body.

Valerie frowned at Wulf that was sniffing in the air to search for those who're closest to Danny and Ember. She grabbed Star's arm and dragged her with her as they ran away from the Town Hall "C'mon!"

Tucker and Sam ran away with them.

But as they were around the corner in another street, hiding from the werewolf-ghost, Valerie noticed that Danny and Ember weren't with them "Wait! Where are Danny and Emily?!" she asked while searching through her backpack for her anti-ghost weapons.

Sam glanced at Tucker, who quietly figured where Danny and Ember were "I think they're trying to go ghost, but there are way too many people around."

While Danny and Ember were hiding behind the stage to wait till the coast was clear enough for them to go ghost, Danny's Warning Ghost-Sense kept constantly going off "There are so many ghosts around here, my Ghost-Sense is going crazy."

Ember nodded before seeing Wulf frightening Mickey. Not knowing why he was doing this, she couldn't allow her old friend to go around and hurt people. She ran over to him "Wulf! Wait, stop!"

"Em!" Danny called in shock and ran after her.

Wulf, thinking he was being attacked, grabs Ember and pins her down the ground, growling at her as he didn't recognize her first because of her human-disguise.

"Wulf, wait!" Ember begged him "It's me."

Wulf smelled a familiar scent, making him look surprised at Ember as he didn't recognized her first with her human disguise "Amiko? (Friend?)"

Suddenly, Wulf was blasted off of Ember by a ray blast fired from Maddie's blaster.

"Get away from my son's girlfriend!" Maddie said fierce.

"Hey, I wanted to do that!" Jack said as he was disappointed not having the chance to shot at the ghost "Where did you learn to shoot that good?" he asked his wife.

"What, you think I sit home and invent new cookies all day?" she answered with a sweet smile.

Thinking about his wife's delicious cookies, Jack eagerly asked "Speaking of which, can I have another one of those butterscotch caramel apple doodles?"

Maddie gives him a cookie.

While Wulf grunted as he tried to get up, he saw Bullet and 2 more ghost-guards behind Jack and Maddie. He then glanced at Ember, looking in shock at her friend. Wulf quickly got up and phased through a wall.

Seeing their prisoner was escaping, Bullet frowned "He's making a break for it! After him!" he ordered as they flew after Wulf while phasing into the building, but Wulf had already gotten away.

Walker, having taken over Dash's body, looked with some interest at the two ghost hunters, Jack and Maddie who ran after the ghosts "Hmmm. I wanna keep an eye on these two. They may be of use to us."

But as they wanted to enter the building through the front door, Jack hits his head on the door.

"It's a pull, Jack." Maddie told her husband as she pulled the door open and runs into it.

Walker narrowed his eyes, seeing that only Maddie is the intelligent one "Well, SHE might."

At the back of the building, Ember and Danny see Wulf phase through the ground, looking scared.

"Wulf, wait-" Ember wanted to run after him while going ghost but bumps into Mr. Lancer.

Lancer called out in his overly dramatic panic voice "'Bridget Jones's Diary', McLain! Stop your screaming and get back inside City Hall where it's safe!" he pushes her and Danny back to the square, entering City Hall where several people were there already sheltering themselves.

Danny and Ember shared a glance, seeing there was no way they could get away from all the people now and go after the Walker's goons and Wulf. They joined with the others, meeting with Jazz.

As Lancer closes the doors, he gave a big sigh of relief, before a ghost-guard appeared behind him and takes over his body!

Later that day, near Fenton Works…

While dozens, if not hundreds of ghost-guards were filling the skies, Danny and Ember were walking with Jazz to their home. Thinking it wouldn't be safe for Emily to go home by herself, Jazz was talking with Kitty on her cellphone.

"Yes, Mrs. McLain, because of these ghosts' attacks, I think for the time being it would be far better for Emily to stay with us till you can pick her up. But if not, it might be better for Emily to stay with us for the night." Jazz said through the phone to Emily's mother.

"Thank you, Jasmine. We'll pick up our daughter as soon as we're able to. Be careful and take good care of my little girl." Kitty said through the phone.

Jazz ensured her "Don't worry, Mrs. McLain, we will." She then hanged up the phone.

While Danny's Warning Ghost-Sense kept going off, Ember told Jazz "Look, I appreciate that I can stay at your place for the time being, but I can perfectly walk home by myself, you know."

"I know you do, Emily," Jazz said in an understanding voice, but wanting to keep her of knowing Ember and her brother's secret and play along with it, she stated in a protective sisterly-way "but with all these ghosts roaming around town it is far too dangerous to go home by yourself," she then told her and Danny both "and with my Mom and Dad being too busy, I'm not going to be able to keep an eye on you two all night. I'm going to have to trust you to stay in Danny's room and be so quiet, it's like you two are not even there."

Then Jazz added as they stopped before the front door of their house, "And by sleeping here with us that means: No sexual shenanigans."

Ember frowned at Jazz as she rolled her eyes of putting those rules, as she and her boyfriend have done it before in his house "Oh, please. Who are you? My Mom?"

Danny nodded as he was about to open the door "Yeah. What are you getting at anyway?"

But as Danny opens the door, he, Ember and Jazz looked in shock as what they saw.

In the living room, they saw Jack and Maddie together with Dash, Paulina and Dale, with Jack saying with pride "the first official meeting of the Amity Park Ghostkateers is now in session."

Danny and Ember both frowned to see 3 of the A-Listers, while Danny's Ghost-Sense sets off as a ghost-guard fly them by.

Dash, still under Walker's possession, knees in front of Jack, who knights him with a piece of paper.

"I dub thee… Ghostkateer number 1."

Walker, using Dash's overtaken body, smiles evilly at Danny and Ember.

Seeing Dash staring at her, made Ember frowned while she suggested to her boyfriend "You know what? While you all are doing this, me and Danny will be in his room."

Danny nodded as he and Ember went upstairs "Yeah, we'll be so quiet, it's like we're not even there."

"Come on, you two," Maddie said, hoping that her son and his girlfriend would come and join their little ghost hunter club "Join us in singing our Ghost-kateer battle song."

Jack cleared his throat as he began to sing "G-H-O…"

"Oh, you've seen a ghost?"

"…S-T-K-A…"

"Eh, you've seen a Canadian ghost?"

Both Maddie and Jack then sang together, followed by Dash, Paulina and Dale "…A-T-double E-R! S!"

Ember frowned "Big pass." And went upstairs with Danny, followed by Jazz.

With Jazz going to her room and locks the door behind her, Emily and Danny went into his room, with Ember locking it.

"This is just great!" Danny said with frustration "With the town on high alert and with my parents not keeping their eyes off of all these ghosts, including us, how the hell are we supposed to protect Amity Park against Walker's goons and that blabbering hairball?!"

Ember however told him "That blabbering hairball, Danny, is my friend from the Ghost-Zone, Wulf."

Danny looked with some surprise as Ember had mentioned that name before "Wait. Wulf? The same Wulf you told me about who was wrongfully imprisoned by Walker?"

Ember nodded, before she began to think "But I don't understand. Why would Wulf suddenly go around and cause chaos? It's not in his character to hurt innocent people or innocent ghosts."

Both she and Danny transformed into their ghost forms and flew up, spotting Wulf phasing out of the mall with Bullet and the two guards still chasing him.

Danny and Ember flew after them and phased out of the mall. But little do they know; Jack was targeting them with an anti-ghost bazooka.

"One blast and you'll find yourselves teleported back to that empty little dimension you call home." Jack said with a smile, eager to shoot Danny and Ember back into the Ghost-Zone.

Tucker, who was there with Star, looked with shock that Jack was about to shoot at Danny and Ember "Oh no." he said to himself before messing up Jack's aim "Uh, oops!" making Jack to miss his mark!

Danny and Ember quickly saw behind them the fired ecto-plasmic laser shot, avoiding it just in time before the shot hit the two guards, causing them to vanish into a green vortex-portal, sending them both back into the Ghost-Zone!

"Whoa! A portable ghost portal?" Danny asked in surprise, before narrowing his eyes "Oh, great."

Bullet uses a laser gun on Wulf's tail, making the werewolf-ghost scream in pain while Bullet also presses the button on his wrist, causing Wulf even more pain!

Ember appeared behind him, tapping his shoulder, making Bullet raise an eyebrow as he looked behind him, only seeing a very furious Ember with her guitar in her hands.

"Hello, Bullet." She said before delivering a fierce blow at Bullet's face with her guitar, causing him to be tangled in the laser.

Danny flew to Wulf, freeing him from the laser with a Ghost-Ray before grabbing it "Go ghost stinger!" he sends green energy onto the laser, causing Bullet to be electrocuted before he disappeared while losing the wrist remote.

Ember, Wulf and Danny landed back on the ground, with Wulf smiling bright when seeing Ember "Amiko! (Friend!)" and jumps on Ember in excitement, pinning her down while licking her face.

Ember laughed while trying to get Wulf of him despite she was happy to see him too "Hahahahaha. Yeah, yeah, it's good to see you again too, buddy."

Jack then appears from behind some bushes "Alright nobody move!" but as he pulls out the Fenton Fisher, the string was tangled up. Frustrated, Jack tried to untangle the string "As soon as I get this thing untangled, the three of you are going down."

Ember ensured him "Don't worry. Wulf here is not much of a threat."

Danny nodded "Yeah. Now if my mom or Valerie were here, then we'd be in trouble." Just then a targeting laser appears, aiming on Wulf's head.

"Vere? (Really?)" Wulf asked, before Danny and Ember looked back, seeing Maddie targeting them.

She blasts at them, but they fly off just in time before the shot exploded!

Danny glared at his parents down below while flying away with Ember and Wulf "Seriously?! Okay, my Mom is SO not getting anything for next year's Mother's Day."

But just then, Valerie appeared on her hoverboard, now fully dressed in her ghost hunter outfit, aiming her laser pistols at them "You're going anywhere, you filthy ghosts!"

Ember narrowed her eyes "Oh yeah, totally forgot about her."

Valerie fired two shots at Danny and Ember, only to avoid them just in time.

Both ghost heroes flew away with Wulf while Valerie chased after them with her hoverboard, firing 2 heat-seeking missiles at them!

Danny, Ember and Wulf barely avoided the explosions!

While Ember and Wulf were hiding somewhere while Valerie was chasing after Danny, Wulf glared at Valerie as he took out his claws.

But Ember held his shoulder as she shook her head "No, Wulf. Ŝi eble ĉasas aliajn fantomojn, sed ŝi ankaŭ estas amiko de mi kaj Danny. (She might be hunting other ghosts, but she's also a friend of me and Danny.)"

Hearing that, surprised Wulf "Kio?! Kiel ŝi povas esti via amiko kaj ĉasi vin ankaŭ? (What?! How can she be your friend and hunting you too?)"

"Yeah, it's… very complicated."

In the distance, another explosion as heard! Ember and Wulf looked, seeing Danny flying fast between several trees, forcing Valerie to fly above them.

Just as Valerie was about to fire another set of heat-seeking missiles, Danny fired a Ghost-Ray at one of the engines of her hoverboard, causing Valerie to lose control and began to fall down "AAAAAAAAAAAH!" Valerie then crashed into the pond!

Valerie's head stuck out while spewing out some water. Danny shrugged as he flew above her "Look at the bright side: At least your suit and equipment are now waterproof, and you won't be electrocuted anymore." He then flew away "See ya!"

Ember and Wulf joined him and flew away from the area.

Valerie yelled out in anger "AAAAAAAARGH!" she punched the water in frustration "I'll get you two next time, filthy ghosts. And that furry hairball friend of yours too!"

Later that night, at Johnny 13 and Kitty's apartment…

Knowing they couldn't hide Wulf at Danny's place because of his ghost hunting parents, and Sam nor Tucker's place was a good idea, they brought Wulf to Johnny 13 and Kitty's apartment.

Wulf was sitting on the couch, with Sam and Tucker sitting on a different chair. They had called Sam and Tucker to come over.

"You sure it's a good idea to have Wulf in our house?" Johnny asked, who was still wearing his grey jumpsuit from his job at the repair garage, Otto Repairs.

"Well, he can't stay at my place," Danny said "Not with my parents around and having turned our home into Ghost-Kateer Central. And me and Ember agreed that neither Sam's nor Tucker's place is a good idea to keep Wulf in any of their places."

"Besides," Ember added "I'm the only one of us who really understands him, and we need to get that collar off."

Sam reached out for Wulf's collar, attempting to touch it, but Wulf roars at her and tries to bite her, causing her to fall backwards into her chair.

"He said not to touch that." Tucker said, being sure that THAT was what Wulf said.

"Really? I must have missed the subtext." Sam said sarcastically.

Ember walked over to Wulf, ensuring him "Ne zorgu. Ĉi tiuj estas ĉiuj miaj amikoj. Vi estas sekura nun. (Don't worry. These are all my friends. You're safe now.)"

Wulf formed a small smile, trusting his friend.

Danny walked up to her "We need to know what Walker's up to."

Ember nodded and asked Wulf in Esperanto, "Wulf, Kion faras Walker? (what's Walker up to?)"

"Li provas meti vin kaj vian koramikon en malliberejo! (He is trying to put you and your boyfriend in prison!)"

Hearing that surprised Ember "En malliberejo?! (In prison?!)"

Wulf nodded "Jes. (Yes.)" he then sadly sighed as he stated "Ne estis mia kulpo. Walker devigis min krei portalojn por ke liaj viroj povu invadi la homan mondon kaj flari la homojn al kiuj vi kaj via koramiko estas plej proksimaj, certigante ke la homoj turniĝos kontraŭ vi ambaŭ. (It wasn't my fault. Walker forced me to create portals so his men could invade the human world and sniff out the people you and your boyfriend are closest to, making sure the humans would turn against you both.)"

Sam and Tucker exchanged a confused glance, with Sam asking "Do you have any idea what he just said?"

Tucker tried to guess as to what Wulf was saying "I'm… not sure, but I think he said something that he was… forced to help Walker?"

Wulf told further "Kaj kiam ajn mi rifuzis helpi al Walker aŭ provis forkuri, li kaj Bullet konstante ŝokus min per ĉi tiu malbenita kolumo! (And anytime when I refused to help Walker or tried to run away, he and Bullet would constantly shock me with this damned collar!)" he angrily said while trying to rip the collar of his neck.

Ember tried to calm him down "Estas bone. Walker ne scias, ke vi estas ĉi tie, do li ne plu povas vundi vin. (It's okay. Walker doesn't know you're here, so he can't hurt you anymore.)"

Wulf calmed himself down.

Kitty then asked "Okay, we know that you can speak Esperanto way better than me and Johnny can, but can you please tell us what Wulf was just saying?"

Ember told them while she frowned "Walker has been trying to turn Amity Park and the rest of the human world against me and Danny. Wulf told me that Walker wants to do this by sniffing out the people we're closest to, meaning he and his goons have been overshadowing several town's people without us even knowing it!"

Hearing that, surprised everyone, with Danny frowning "Ugh! Of course! No wander I couldn't sense who was being overshadowed! Walker has been unleashing his whole Ghost-Police on the town so my Ghost-Sense couldn't feel or noticing anything." Then he thought "But how were they able to invade the human realm in such big numbers? I mean, the Fenton Portal would've at least send an alarm in case of a ghost-invasion."

Ember thought for a moment "Wait a minute… Of course! Wulf's claws!"

"His claws?" Danny asked with a raised eyebrow.

Ember nodded "Wulf is the only ghost in the Ghost-Zone who's able to create a rift between the ghost-world and the human world, so he can walk in and out whenever he wants. That's how Walker was able to launch a surprise attack on Amity Park. He forced Wulf to create several portable ghost-rifts so Walker and his goons could invade the human world." She stated, having figured out Walker's plan as all the pieces have been put together in her mind.

Danny crossed his arms "Ugh! I should've guessed. But now that we know what Walker's up to, we can now figure out how to stop him."

Johnny then asked "But how, dude? If I can remember, you don't have that Ghost-catching thermos with you. And I don't think you can just burst into your parents' house and 'borrow' a new one as the whole town is under lockdown."

Kitty gave a nod as she crossed her arms "Johnny has a point."

Danny ensured as he figured how to get a new thermos "Don't worry. I asked Poindexter to keep an extra thermos inside my locker back at school in case we need one."

Ember agreed to that idea "Then we should go. And with us now able to go ghost without any citizens or cops, or your parents to know."

Danny and Ember flew up as they became intangible "Keep Wulf safe here until we're back." Danny asked before he and Ember phased through the roof and leave, heading to Casper High.

A short moment of silence fell while all exchanged a glance with Wulf.

Kitty then kindly Wulf as she holds out some lasagna from the fridge "You want some lasagna, Wulf? We still have some leftovers from yesterday."

Wulf smiled as he nodded as he didn't had a proper meal in a long time.

Not long after, at Casper High…

Danny and Ember phased inside the school, becoming intangible while flying through the hallways till they made it to Danny's old locker: 724.

Danny unlocked his locker, which had only Sidney Poindexter's old mirror in it "Poindexter, are you in there? It's me, Danny." He called into the mirror.

A few seconds later, the nerd-ghost's face appeared in the mirror's reflection, with Poindexter forming a smile of relief when seeing Danny and Ember "Holy guacamole! Danny, Ember!" he phased out of the mirror, floating in front of them "I was wandering when you guys would pay me a visit," he then looked a bit worried "I heard back in the Ghost-Zone that that nasty bully, Walker had invaded the human world with most of his police force."

Ember narrowed her eyes "Yeah, we've noticed."

Danny then asked Poindexter "Do you still have the Fenton Thermos I gave to you?"

Poindexter nodded "Sure," he halfway phased back in the mirror before coming out with Danny's spare Thermos "Here you go." He then warned them "Careful. The school is not completely abandoned tonight."

"What do you mean?" Ember asked.

That was when Danny's Warning Ghost-Sense went off, sensing ghosts were nearby. He narrowed his eyes "We better go and check it out."

Ember nodded and was about to fly together with Danny to investigate, but Poindexter remained behind. Ember stopped and asked Poindexter "Hey, you're not coming?"

Poindexter shook his head "No. I think you both got it covered," he was about to go back into his mirror into his own realm in the Ghost-Zone before asking Ember "Hey… Ember?"

Ember waited for him to answer.

"Please come visit me more often," Poindexter said with some sadness in his voice "It's kinda lonely in the school with all the students and staff gone for the summer."

Danny, who flew back to her, exchanged a glance with Ember, with both nodding to Poindexter "We'll keep it mind, Sidney."

"Thanks." Poindexter smiled and was about to fly back into his realm "Good luck." And flew straight into his mirror and the locker closed by itself.

Danny and Ember then phased up to the second floor, seeing light coming out of the science classroom. Danny and Ember could feel the ghosts were now very near. Carefully, they peeked into the room.

"Okay, listen up!" An overshadowed Dash said to the other overshadowed people that were present: Lancer, Principal Ishiyama, Paulina, and several other students and teachers. The room was surrounded by torches with blue flames.

"Is everybody clear with the plan?" Overshadowed Dash asked.

The overshowed Paulina nodded "Yes, yes, it should all go down tomorrow after the town meeting."

Danny and Ember exchanged a look of confusion "Town meeting? What do they mean?" Danny asked her quietly.

"I don't know, baby," Ember answered, "But we've got to find out what it is."

Suddenly, Danny's Warning Ghost-Sense went off again, but was too late to react as he and Ember were suddenly tangled by a pink laser, electrocuting them!

"AAAAAAAAAAAH!" Danny and Ember screamed before both fell down motionless while Danny transformed back into his human form.

The one who was hurting them, was no other than Bullet, using his laser gun, smirking at them.

Bullet dragged Danny and Ember inside "Hey, Walker! Look who I just caught?"

Everyone looks, glaring at Danny and Ember while an overshadowed Dale closed the door. All the overshadowed people stood up while their eyes glowed red.

"Finally got you, punks." Walker said with an evil smirk, using Dash before phasing out of him and many ghost-guards phased out of the people they controlled, laughing evilly.

Walker grabs Danny and pins him against the wall while Bullet did the same with Ember.

While Danny and Ember struggled to get loose, Walker asked with an evil grin, "How does it feel? No place to run. No place to hide."

Ember glared at the evil ghost-warden "We know everything, Walker! You attempt to turn the human world against us just so you can throw us back into your prison?" she rolled her eyes "Seriously, couldn't you have come up with a better plan?"

Walker frowned, but then evilly smiled "Oh, I've thought out my genius plan from beginning to end, McLain. By the time I'm done and having turned the whole world against you and your halfa-boyfriend, you are gonna BEG for the safety of my prison. In the Ghost-Zone, where you two belong."

Danny frowned before transforming back into his ghost form "The only thing we're begging for," he blasts Walker back with a Ghost-Ray while Ember kicked Bullet hard in the nuts before blasting him too back with a Ghost-Ray "is for you to try some mouthwash!"

Danny and Ember flew off, phasing out of the school.

Walker angrily ordered his guards and Bullet, who was still holding his crouch cause Ember kicked him hard, "Don't just stand there, you idiots! Get them!"

All the Ghost-Guards overshadowed their victims again while Walker overshadows Dash again.

Danny and Ember stopped midair above the school while they stood battle-ready and Ember draw out her guitar.

Danny's Warning Ghost-Sense went off, warning him that Overshadowed-Dash and Bullet were floating behind them. Danny and Ember tackled them, making them crash down below near the Nasty Burger with Overshadowed-Dash crashing against a parking car and Bullet against the ground!

Both were then suddenly knocked forward by the possessed Lancer and Ishiyama! Danny and Ember quickly got up and he fired a Ghost-Ray at Overshadowed-Lancer and Ember hit the strings on her guitar hard, sending a powerful purple beam against Ishiyama, knocking them both backwards!

More possessed students appeared, with Overshadowed-Dale shooting an electrified grappling gun at Ember, which hits and shocks her! But Ember quickly takes the grapple and used it to toss the possessed Dale into a water tower!

While Danny fought several overshadowed teachers, a possessed Paulina grabs him, flying with him backwards "You can't get away from me!"

Danny formed a small smile "You know, before meeting Ember, I've been waiting all my life for you to say that," then he frowned "and now it's a complete bummer!" he throws her away, only to be hit by Ember using her guitar as a baseball bat, sending Paulina crash against a billboard, breaking it!

Ember growled at the possessed Paulina "You keep your filthy hands off of the love of my afterlife, bitch!"

Danny joined her as they were facing more possessed students, with Danny asking with a smile as he punched an overshadowed Mickey away "Am I really the love of your afterlife?"

Ember hit the strings on her guitar hard, firing a green punch beam at possessed Mrs. Cricket before forming a flirty smile at Danny.

But suddenly, Bullet grabbed Ember's guitar, making them struggle while crashing down on the ground!

"Ember!" Danny yelled as he was about to go and help his girlfriend, only to be body slammed by a possessed Mrs. Tetslaff!

Ember struggled to get him off of her and her guitar "Let go of my guitar, asshole!"

"Not a chance, sweetheart!" Bullet said with a smirk, trying harder to grab the guitar off her hands, only to accidentally pulled the dial on her guitar so far back it made Ember's guitar spark, shocking Ember.

Seeing that Bullet was messing with her favorite instrument/weapon, made Ember furious as her eyes glowed red and her flaming hair flared up high, spinning Bullet before throwing him against some possessed students!

"You're gonna pay for that, motherfucker!" Ember yelled and hit the strings on her guitar hard, not realizing that it made her guitar spark even more, making Ember look down in shock… before suddenly a large blueish sparking beam was fired and made an extremely loud noise, sending Ember far backwards while it hit Bullet and the possessed students! All screamed in agonizing pain while the blueish sparks hurt them, forcing the Ghost-Guards phasing out of their possessed bodies!

While Danny was fighting the two possessed teachers, Tetslaff and Lancer, Danny suddenly saw the very loud beam heading towards them, making overshadowed Tetslaff and Lancer fly away quick before the beam hit Danny!

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Danny screamed in pain before forcibly transforming back into his human form and fell unconscious on the floor.

Ember slowly stood up while rubbing her head and her ears ringed, while her guitar only showed a few more blue sparks "Uugh…! Fuck…! My ears…" but then, to her shock, she saw Danny lying unconscious on the floor while several Ghost-Guards surrounded him, ready to hurt him bad "DANNY!" Ember screamed before she lunged at the guards, knocking them all back while taking Danny in her arms, flying away fast.

While hiding in a nearby street, Ember shook the unconscious Danny in her arms "Danny? Danny! C'mon, baby, wake up!" she said with desperate, fearing that she had caused this, making her eyes tear "Please…! I'm sorry! Please, wake up!"

But as soon as she saw more of the possessed teachers/students coming in, she took Danny back in her arms and flew as fast as she could back to the only place that was safe for them: Fenton Works.

She phased quickly inside, putting Danny on the couch and flew straight down into the lab, looking for the only defense to hold off Walker and his goons "Ghost shield. Ghost Shield." she spots the button to activate the Ant-Ghost dome, pressing it and securing all the house with the protective dome, pushing the pursuers backwards.

Ember looked outside the window while transforming into her human-diguise, looking at the possessed students and teachers, and Walker possessing Dash. She frowned at them while closing the window.

"Should we go after them?" Overshadowed-Ishiyama asked Walker.

Walker shook his head while still overshadowing Dash "No. No. it's that anti-ghost dome. We can't get in, but they can't get out," he evilly smirked "And by tomorrow, this place will be placed under martial law."

That was when Bullet appeared, feeling very drowsy after being hit by this new energy beam that Ember had fired from her guitar "Uuggh…! My head…"

Walker angrily grabbed Bullet "I do not tolerate an whining, Bullet," he then ordered him, "You take command of my men till I've returned, Bullet." He then phased "I need to put the final phase of my ultimate plan, while tying up some loose ends with Wulf."

Bullet nodded and phased into Dash, having enough energy to overshadow him before leaving with the other Ghost-Guards, putting the final phase of Walker's plan into action to finally capture Danny and Ember.

Seeing them all gone, Ember hurried over to Danny laying on the couch "Danny. Danny!" she shook him, hoping to wake up.

Danny only groaned while opening his eyes a bit "…Ember…?"

Ember was relieved that her boyfriend was still okay and hugged him "Oh, Danny! Thank God you're okay! I'm…" she sobbed "I'm so sorry! I didn't meant for you to get hurt too…!"

Danny, still feeling some of the effects from Ember's accidental attack, ensured her "It's okay, babe…"

He softly held her cheeks, and both shared a kiss.

Ember then glanced at her guitar, giving a small spark as she examined it "What the hell did Bullet do to my guitar to fire that… attack?" she wandered, seeing the dial was pulled far backwards on something without a symbol, and figured "Did I just… discovered a new power that I didn't even knew about?"

Danny rubbed his side, giving a shrug "I'm… not sure. Maybe? But what did it do, other than causing a lot of pain on ghosts?"

Ember began to think "It also…" she then thought back when some of the Ghost-Guards were forced out of the bodies of the people they possessed "It also forces them out of their possessed bodies!"

"Whoa…" Danny said, "Sounds like a… exorcism beam, that also weakens ghosts?"

"Maybe." Ember said before putting her guitar down.

Danny tried to get up "We've got to…!" but then his back and other parts of his body began to sting "Uugh! We need to stop Walker and…!"

Ember puts him back to lay on the couch "No. You're too weak to fight right now. Best for you to stay and recover." She then searched her pocket for her phone "Better warn the others-" but then saw that her phone was busted "Are you kidding me?! Those dickheads must've busted my cellphone during the fight."

Danny took out his, seeing his had broken in half "Mine is also dead."

Ember then walked over to the phone on the table, but it didn't worked "Shit." She sighed and sat back with Danny "Guess we're stuck here again, huh?"

Danny, not liking it, nodded "Yeah…"

She then lay down next to Danny, embracing him while resting her head on his chest.

They didn't liked it, but they had to stay in Danny's house for the time being.

Slowly, feeling exhausted, both fell asleep on the couch.

Meanwhile, near Johnny 13 and Kitty's apartment…

Walker was standing outside of the apartment complex, looking at the place where his GPS-device told him Wulf's shock-collar was.

Walker smiled evilly "You've done some good work for me, Wulf. Sniffing out anyone that Danny Phantom and Ember McLain were in contacting with and helping us invading this town. Ah well, I never was about to keep my end of the bargain anyway. You've outlived your usefulness," he then holds out the remote of the shockcollar, but switched it on a skull with the words: KILL "Farewell, Wulf. See you in Hell." And presses the button.

Inside, Wulf was checking a photo album with photos of Danny, Ember, Tucker and Sam, when suddenly his collar activates, causing him immense pain, this time set to kill him!

Johnny 13, Kitty, Sam and Tucker looked in shock.

"That collar! It's hurting him!" Tucker said.

"What'd you think it was, a fashion accessory?" Sam said sarcastically "We have to get it off!"

Tucker takes out his PDA and plugs it quickly into Wulf's collar to override it. But because of the immense electrical shock, causes Tucker to get shocked and sends him back! Luckily, a few seconds later, the PDA overrides it and releases the collar.

Wulf gasped as the pain was gone, feeling the collar was off of him, making him smile with joy and relief "Vi liberigis min! (You freed me!)"

Tucker smiled back at him "Of course you're free. You-" Wulf then runs off and jumps out of the window!

Tucker narrowed his eyes "You're welcome!"

Sam takes out her cellphone "We should call Danny and Ember."

But as she dials in the number, she was unable to reach them while hearing through the horn an automatic message "The number you dialed is unavailable. Please try again later."

Sam tries again many times, but received the same message. Tucker, Johnny and Kitty tried to call them as well, but all got the same message, even not being able to reach the Fenton's phone number.

But then, Sam was called by her mother. She picked it up "Uhh… Hello?"

"Samantha Manson, it's pass curfew time!" an overly worried Pam cried out loud "Where are you?!"

"I'm… at Emily's place, and-" Sam stated but was short cut by her mother.

"You're at McLain's place?! Samantha, there's a ghost infestation going on, and you're there at… their place?!"

Seeing this was getting bad, Kitty took her phone and ensured her "Mrs. Manson? This is Katherine McLain. We understand you're worried sick for your daughter, but I ensure you, she's perfectly safe."

"Well, I want my daughter home this instant!" Pam demanded.

Seeing she was a stubborn one, Kitty told her "Well, it's clearly too dangerous for her to go out now, so… she has to stay here with us for the night."

That was when Sam's father, Jeremy got on the phone, being calmer in this situation "My apologies for my wife's outburst. I think it's indeed better for Samantha to stay with you folks. But please bring our daughter back home as possible."

"Don't worry, Mr. Manson," Kitty ensured "We will." She then hanged up the phone and handed it back over to Sam "There. Problem solved."

Tucker then said "I've just text messaged my parents. They also allowed me to stay."

Johnny 13 then shrugged "Well, that one last thing to worry about." He checked outside the window, spotting some police cars patrolling, including Jack and Maddie, now using a normal car while Jack sticks his head out the window holding a Fenton Bazooka.

Seeing it was too risky to go outside and look for Danny and Ember, Kitty said as she too looked out the window, "I hate to say this, but we have to wait till morning to look for Danny and Ember."

Outside, at the corner of one street, Wulf hides from a passing by police car. Once the police car was gone, Wulf looks at the picture of Danny, Ember, Tucker and Sam on it. Determined to help his old friend and her friends to stop Walker, Wulf puts the hood over his head and leaves the area.

The next morning, at Fenton Works…

(July 31st, 2004 – 10:18 AM)

Danny and Ember, both still laying on the couch, slowly woke up as they opened their eyes.

Both ghost heroes got up quickly startled "We… we fell asleep?" Danny asked as he looked around, luckily not seeing Walker or any other of his ghost minions.

Ember checked outside, seeing the Anti-Ghost Dome still active "Thank God that the shield's still up." She then checked the clock "Whoa. It's already 10:18."

Sam and Tucker appeared "Morning, lovebirds." Sam said.

Confused, Danny walked up to them "Sam? Tucker? How did you guys get in? The shield's still up."

Tucker stated, "Hey, it's a ghost shield, not a human shield."

Hearing that, Danny and Ember exchanged a glance, with Ember asking, "Wait. You're telling me you guys can just phase through the shield?"

Sam shrugged "Yeah, pretty much."

Danny and Ember both felt stupid for not realizing it sooner.

But leaving that out for now, Danny told their best friends, "We crossed paths with Walker and his Ghost-Guards last night at school. He's overshadowing everybody around me and Ember. He's been trying to turn everyone in town against us."

A bit worried, Tucker turns on the TV "Well, that would explain this."

On tv, Mayor Montez was holding a press conference, stating what they knew so far and how to deal with the ghost infestation "We only have 1 piece of business today: Defeating the ghosts that infest our town. And to do that, I'm calling for a vote to declare martial law and seed all ghost policing and security decisions," he holds up a picture of Maddie "to Maddie Fenton." But suddenly he got overshadowed by Walker as his eyes glowed red before turning back normal and corrected himself "I mean… Jack!" he holds then up a picture of Jack "Jack Fenton! The completely competent Jack Fenton."

In the crowd, Jack cheered that he was put in charge of the big ghost hunt "There you go!" while Maddie crossed her arms as she was frustrated.

Then, the mayor let the Chief of Police have the word "And now… Chief Macy will deliver you all some disturbing evidence that will shock you all." Walker, controlling the Mayor evilly smirked as he stepped back.

Chief Gerald Macy took the Mayor's stand as he cleared his throat and stated, "Regarding the lockdown over town we-" then, Bullet overshowed Chief Macy, turning his eyes glowing red before going back to normal and evilly smirked as he was in control over the Chief of Police, telling, "-have gathered hard evidence that the ghosts responsible for all the terror inflicted on our beloved town," the possessed Chief held up a picture of Danny and Ember in their ghost form when fighting the Voodoo-Ghost, Charlotte la Décès "the 2 ghost vigilenties: Inviso Bill and The Blue Straylight."

Everyone in the townhall gasped in shock that the 2 possible ghost heroes are actually the ones responsible for all the chaos.

Danny turns off the tv, with him and Ember both shocked that the whole town now thinks that they're the bad guys.

Tucker said, though a bit impressed that Walker's plan seemed to have perfectly worked "You know, I have to say. As far as evil master plans go, this one's pretty thorough."

Danny glared at him "It's not funny, Tuck! Me and Ember are getting our butts kicked all over the place and now the whole town thinks that we've caused all of this. They'll turn us into ghost enemies number 1!"

Ember, though not happy about this too, tried to calm her boyfriend "Danny, relax."

"Relax? How am I supposed to relax, Em?" Danny said with frustration before he sat down on the couch.

"But we can't just give up. There's got to be a way to show the people that Walker is the one who's behind all of this."

Tucker takes out the Fenton Thermos from Danny's backpack "Here you go. I think you both are gonna need this." he hands over the thermos to Ember.

"Are you nuts?" Danny asked, before turning to his girlfriend "If we leave this house, we're dead."

Ember sat next to Danny "C'mon now, dipstick. We can't just sit here and let Walker win. If we don't do something… who will?"

Danny felt that Ember was right "You're right, Em," and held her hands "We need to try."

Ember smiled at him.

Then, Danny thought for a moment "But how are gonna show the town the truth? If they see us they'll never believe us as we're ghosts."

Ember, Tucker and Sam all began to think, but none of them seemed to have an idea how.

But then, Ember gasped as she remembered when she used her new Exorcism-Beam last night with her guitar, causing some of the Ghost-Guards to leave their overshadowed victims.

Ember took her guitar confidently "I think I got an idea," but then showed a face of uncertainty to Danny "but… I don't think you're gonna like it, babypop."

Later, at Amity Park City Hall…

Inside City Hall, the town's emergency session had been started as all the town's representatives had gathered. The police, under command of the overshadowed Chief Macy and Jack and Maddie, were guarding the place in case of any sudden ghost attacks.

The possessed mayor took the stand and called to all the town's representatives "Order! Order! All in favor of declaring martial law, and allowing the completely competent Jack Fenton to mobilize a massive ghost hunt, please say-"

"Not so fast, you fiend!" Ember called in anger.

The crowed began to panic as they saw Ember and Danny floating above them.

"People of Amity Park, listen!" Ember called "We're not the ones who're casing all of this. We're being framed by the real villain that is possessing many of the town's people."

Danny then added, "You people have to believe us. Me and my girlfriend are the good guys. We're on your side."

While the possessed Mayor took a step back before being 'protected' by some police officers, the possessed Chief Macy called while pointing at Danny and Ember "You're not fooling anyone, ghost scum!" he ordered the other police officers "Men, take them down!" he finished with an evil grin.

Jack then stepped forward "You are not fooling anybody, ghost kids! You are going down!" he pulls out the still tangled Fenton Fisher, which frustrated Jack "As soon as I untangle this thing!"

Ember called out as she took out her guitar while the police took their guns "No, you guys are being lied to this whole time! We can prove it!"

Walker, controlling the mayor, gave a look of shock.

"Cover your ears, babypop." Ember said as she turned the dial on her guitar far back, causing her guitar to spark again like last time. Danny covered his ears tight as Ember raised her hand, ready to fire her Exorcism-Beam.

Worriedly, Ember told herself "This is gonna hurt…" and hit the strings hard, causing the guitar to spark a lot… before a big and loud blue beam was fired and Ember caused it all across City Hall, making all the windows shatter while all the people covered their ears as the beam was very loud, but the possessed people, police officers, Chief Macy and the mayor all were being electrocuted before all the ghosts were pushed hard out of their possessed bodies, hitting the walls!

As everyone, including Jack and Maddie looked, they saw to their shock Walker, Bullet and dozens of Ghost Guards laying on the ground.

Walker rubbed his head, before he shockingly noticed he wasn't using the mayor's body anymore and he and his men were now in the wide open.

All the representatives and citizens present screamed while fleeing in panic.

Jack and Maddie couldn't believe their eyes "Are those… ghosts?!" Maddie asked in shock before glancing at Danny and Ember above.

Danny, uncovering his ears, smiled bright "Ember, it worked!"

Ember, though being half-deaf because of the Exorcism beam, smiled as well.

Maddie quickly attaches a laser to her arm and fires at Walker and his minions, only for them to flee in terror.

Chief Macy, having recovered from being overshadowed, frowned as he grabbed his pistol and called out to all the citizens "Everybody, leave, now!" and began firing on the ghosts, barely missing them.

Mayor Montez, trembling in fear, was hiding behind some police officers.

Bullet and a few ghost-guards tried to overshadow some people again, but being weakened by Ember's attack, they couldn't. Danny and Ember flew down and began fighting the ghosts and captured some in the Fenton Thermos!

Afraid, Bullet attempts to flee "Screw this! I'm out of here!" and quickly phased out of the City Hall.

But as he became tangible again when landing outside, he was shocked to see a very pissed Wulf in front of him, eager to teach Bullet a lesson for all the misery he'd caused on him.

With sweat dropping from his forehead, Bullet said with a nervous smile "Uhh… good wolfie."

Wulf growled while drawing out his claws.

Bullet held his hands up while floating a bit backwards "No, no, no, Wulf. I… never wanted to hurt you, I swear!" He lied while sweating very nervously "It's Walker! He's the real enemy. It was all his idea! I was only following orders! I'm not really evil. You know that, right? Buddy…?"

Wulf saw through Bullet's lies, and roared as he was about to attack him!

Bullet squealed like a little girl!

Meanwhile, with Valerie

After seeing on live-tv that Amity Park City Hall was infested with dozens of ghosts, including that the two ghost heroes were there, Valerie wasted no time and suited up before flying with speed over to Amity Park "You're not escaping me this time, you filthy ghosts." She said while having City Hall in sight.

Back inside City Hall

Maddie, after sending another Ghost-Guard back to the Ghost-Zone with her portable Ghost-Portal-Bazooka, saw the two ghost heroes fighting the evil ghosts and saving some helpless citizens. She now finally saw that they were actually telling the truth and were on their side "They're… actually helping us." She said with astonishment, seeing that her daughter Jazz was right that they are heroes after saving her life a few months back.

Ember, after capturing 3more ghosts, saw 1 of the Ghost-Guards coming up from behind Maddie and quickly hurried and tackled her to the ground "Look out!" she yelled, saving her from the attack and captured the ghost in the Fenton Thermos!"

Maddie was amazed at this as she looked at the ghost girl "You… you saved me."

"Yeah," Ember said with a grin "Now if you wanna thank me, help me and my boyfriend deal with these guys." She said while taking her hand and helping her up before going to help Danny again.

Maddie, smiling, resumed shooting at the ghosts again with her bazooka, hitting a few ghosts and send them back to the Ghost-Zone!

Paulina, who was still feeling dizzy after being overshadowed for so long, tried to walk to the exit but it was blocked by a Ghost-Guard, towering over her.

Paulina screamed.

But just before the ghost could grab Paulina, it was sucked into the Fenton Thermos by Danny.

Paulina was surprised for a moment that the Ghost Kid had saved her "You saved me?" but then began to smile "So… what they said about you was true. That you are a friendly ghost."

Danny gave a nod "Yeah," but then told her "With some friendly advice- Run!" a Ghost-Guard then suddenly flew down and grabbed Danny while Paulina fled out of City Hall.

Ember quickly came to Danny's, knocking the ghost off of him with her guitar!

As he captured the ghost in the Thermos, Danny said as they hide behind a bench, "There's too many of them!"

Suddenly, both were grabbed by an angered Walker from the floor and drags them with him!

Wulf, standing outside while grabbing a beaten-up Bullet, saw it and gasped before he angrily threw away Walker's second in command before he pulled out his claws, determined to save his friends.

After Maddie had hit a Ghost-Guard with her laser wrist, the others strangely vanished. But feeling that they weren't gone for good, Maddie said as he turned to Jack "We've got to go after them." But to her surprise, she saw Jack was going through his ghost weapons.

"Ghost bazooka. Fenton fisher," then he picks up a strange silver green device "and… I have no idea what this is."

Maddie grabbed the device away from him, asking, "Jack, what are you doing?"

"Getting ready to hunt some ghosts," Jack stated as he loaded a laser pistol "Those two ghost teens seemed to be okay, but when I'm getting my hands on those other ghosts that have been terrorizing our town, I'm gonna tear them apart into a million-" he paused when Maddie gave her that look "What?"

Maddie sighed as she told, "Jack, I love you, but we don't have time for this." She then reminded him with a smile "Now, who's the better shot?"

Jack sighed, admitting "You are."

"Who's better with weaponry?"

"You are."

"Who's a ninth degree blackbelt?"

Jack rolled his eyes "You are." But then looked surprised "Wait. You are?"

Seeing how right his wife was, knowing him better than anyone else, Jack nodded and handed her over the bazooka "Here. You go help those ghost teen heroes while I'll get the Ghost-Keteers!"

Maddie smiled at her husband "And that's why we make a great team." He handed over Jack another snack "Here's a cookie."

While Jack ate his cookie quick before running out to find the 'Ghost-Keteer', Maddie held the Fenton Bazooka up determined "Time for momma to go and help those teenage ghosts save the town!" She paused for a moment, surprised of what she was saying "Whoa. Never thought I would ever say that."

Down below City Hall, Danny and Ember were thrown down to the floor by a very angered Walker, surrounded by dozens of his Ghost-Guards.

"Damn you, you little rodents!" Walker yelled.

Ember smirked "Face it, asshole. Your 'masterplan' has fallen apart. You've lost."

Walker growled with anger, but then evilly smirked "You punks may have ruined my plan to turn this world against you both, but that doesn't mean I don't have a plan B. I will now drag you both back to my prison in the Ghost-Zone, by force."

Now it was Danny who smirked as he held up the Fenton Thermos "Not if we send you back there first."

All the other Ghost-Guards flew away in fear, leaving only Walker to face.

But just before Danny was about to use the Thermos on him, Walker slammed the thermos out of his hands before firing a Ghost-Ray at him, knocking Danny far back! Ember growled as her flaming hair flared up and hit Walker hard with her Firing-Whip, knocking Walker far back!

While Danny stood up, he looked around "Where's the thermos?"

Suddenly another pair of Ghost-Guards appeared, with one holding the Thermos "Looking for this?" he asked with an evil grin as he aimed the thermos at Danny, ready to suck him into it.

But just before the guard had the chance to capture Danny, Wulf quickly phased inside and slashed his claws against the guards, knocking hem far back!

Danny, surprised at first, smiled when seeing Wulf coming to their aid "Wulf."

"What do you think you're doing?" one guard angrily demanded while rubbing his injured arm.

"Helpante miajn amikojn. (Helping my friends.)" Wulf said with a determined face, stating he's here to help Ember and his new friend.

With Wulf grabbing the ghosts with his claws, he threw them up so Danny could capture them all in the thermos!

Meanwhile, Ember was fighting a tough battle against Walker, trying to deliver several punches, kicks, ghost-rays or using her guitar, but so far, Walker was able to block or avoid her attacks.

Walker smirked evilly "You may have had your luck last time with your friends and boyfriend to help you, Ember, but this time… you're all alone," A large group of Ghost-Guards appeared behind him, ready to teach Ember a very hard lesson "Do yourself a favor, and surrender."

But Ember, not going in so easily, stood battle ready while her flaming hair flared up and her guitar glowed "If you want me to be thrown back in your prison, you're gonna have to kill again to do that."

Walker frowned "That can be arranged."

But before Walker had the chance to order his men to kill Ember, a blast was fired that formed a small portable ghost-portal, sending some Ghost-Guards back into the Ghost-Zone! Walker and the others looked, Ember too with Danny joining her, seeing Maddie that had fired the shot from the Fenton-Bazooka, saying, "By the authority invested in me by the city of Amity Park, I sentence you all back from whence you came!" and fired another series of laser blasts, creating a few more portals that send more Ghost-Guards back to the Ghost-Zone!

Danny, Ember and Maddie then worked together to capture them in the Fenton Thermos or sending them back to the Ghost-Zone using the Fenton-Bazooka.

In the chaos many Ghost-Guards were trying to flee in panic "Screw this! Let's get out of here!" one guard said, phasing out of the basement and fled away.

Walker, frustrated, ordered those who attempted to flee "Where are you all going?! Come back!" he grabbed one fleeing ghost and threw him back into the fight "Get back out there and fight them, you idiots!" but the guard was soon captured in the Fenton Thermos, making even Walker nervous.

Outside of City Hall, field reporters were talking what had just happened.

"Ghosts are attacking City Hall during a town meeting." one reporter said.

"We now bring you live to the evil ghosts on a rampage while the two ghost-vigilantes, Inviso Bill and Blue Straylight are working alongside Jack and Maddie Fenton to safe our town and our beloved mayor." The other reporter, Caroline Baker said while she smiled, as it was now confirmed that the two ghost-teens are really trying saving people.

Suddenly, many Ghost-Guards flew out of City Hall in panic, while Walker flew up, screaming at them "Come back here, you cowards! That's an order! COME BACK!"

The people outside looked in shock to see Walker floating up in the air.

While Walker was desperately looking for a way out, Valerie appeared before him, holding her double-barreled laser gun at him, charging it.

"Oh, you've got to be kidding me." Walker said with narrowing eyes as he knew had to deal with this ghost hunter.

Valerie shot Walker, hitting him and send him crash down the roof of City Hall, crashing on the floor!

While Walker groaned, trying to get up, he was shocked to see Wulf standing before him.

Wulf grabbed him by the collar, looking fierce while dragging his claws.

Walker glared at him "What are you going to do, Wulf? Kill me? I'm not afraid to die another time, you filthy animal."

Though Wulf was eager to shred Walker into pieces, he knew it wouldn't make him any better than Walker. He held him close to his face while saying as he smirked, "Servis justecus. (Served justice.)" he then threw him against a pile of broken chairs where a wounded Bullet lay too.

Wulf then became intangible and disappeared.

Danny, Ember, Jack and Maddie appeared, standing over Walker and Bullet.

Wulker glared while Bullet was shaking in fear, proving he's but a coward deep down.

"It's over, Walker. You've lost." Danny said.

Walker growled, though weakened because of Valerie's attack, said, "Fine, you brat. You've won this time. But I swear on my afterlife; you two haven't seen the last of me and someday I'll put you behind bars forward. You may have won this battle, but you will never win the war!"

Danny then held up the Fenton Thermos, aiming at Walker and Bullet "Until then, Walker. But for now; eat thermos, snow white."

Both Walker and Bullet were then sucked into the thermos, with Danny sealing the cover.

Danny and Ember glanced at Maddie and Jack, sharing a glance, waiting what they were about to say.

Maddie was the first to say, "I never thought I would ever say this, but…" she smiled at them "thank you for helping us saving the town. Our daughter was right. You two are truly heroes."

Danny and Ember both smiled.

Jack chuckled while holding up his bazooka "Who would've known? Two ghost-teens, using their powers for good." He shrugged "Guess Jack Fenton still has a lot to learn about ghosts," he glanced at his wife "we both do."

Danny then asked them, "So… does that mean you won't try to hunt us or rip us apart molecule by molecule?"

Maddie ensured them "No. I think you both have truly proven to everyone that you're on our side."

Jack nodded, but added with a small serious face, "Yes, but just because me and my wife will stop hunting you, for now, doesn't mean we'll keep an eye on you two. One misstep and it's a one-way ticket to the Ghost-Zone for the both of you."

Ember ensured them, "We understand. But you don't have to worry about that. Despite that we're ghosts from another dimension, it doesn't mean every ghost is evil. Some ghosts just want to be left alone, and others…" she and Danny shared a glance "…others just want to use their powers to help other people."

Maddie gave a nod "Yes, you've proven a great favor for our town," she then turned to Ember "and you saved me, Ms. Blue Straylight."

Ember groaned while rolling her eyes "Ugh! Okay, first off, my name isn't Blue Straylight. It's Ember."

Danny then added "And mine is Phantom. Danny Phantom."

Danny and Ember flew up, flying out of City Hall through the roof.

Jack called out to them "See you ghost-teens around sometime!"

"Duh." Danny said with a cheeky grin as he and Ember flew away hand in hand "We'll see you at home."

"Fucking' A, babypop." Ember said as she and Danny flew away, while down below people were cheering for them.

However, without the two ghost heroes' knowledge, Valerie was aiming her laser-sniper at Danny and Ember "I've got you now, ghost freaks." But before she was about to take the shot, she heard screaming a few blocks away from here, seeing there were a few more Ghost-Guards scattered around town.

Despite Valerie had the chance rid the world of the two ghosts that she believed had ruined her life, she couldn't leave those innocent people being harassed by other ghosts.

She lowered her riffle and flew with her hoverboard to help those people "Maybe next time, ghosts."

A few days later, in the ballroom of Hotel Avenue…

(August 2nd, 2004)

With the town being saved from Walker's ghost-invasion and his plan to turn the world against Danny and Ember had fired back miserably thanks to them exposing Walker for what he'd done.

Now, Danny and Ember, with everyone now knowing that their names weren't Inviso Bill and Blue Straylight, but Danny Phantom and Ember, the two ghost-teens were now truly recognized by most of the people as heroes who're protecting the town from evil ghosts.

And with the city now longer in lockdown, people could finally reenjoy their daily lives and enjoying the summer, with a birthday party right now being held in one of Amity Park's expensive hotels, as she now too had turned 15.

The ballroom had been decorated everything into a goth-birthday mood, with black decorations, purple lights, black balloons and black streamers. All of Sam's friends were there.

After Sam had blown out the 15 candles of a big skull-birthday cake that was prepared, everyone began to give Sam their presents, with Danny and Ember each giving her a CD with great goth music, Tucker a cooking-book special for Ultra-Recyclo vegetarians and Valerie a simple necklace with a pentagram pendant on it.

Sam then unpacked Star's present for her, being surprised it was a book from Edgar Allan Poe "Oh, wow, Star! Edgar Allan Poe," she then read inside, "and it's even the very first edition!"

Star shrugged "Yeah, I figured it might be something you'd like."

Sam smiled and shared a hug with her "Thank you, Star."

While everyone went to enjoy the party, Valerie asked Sam while taking a piece of the skull-cake "Hey, Sam. It's a great party you organized, but… why would you do it in here? I mean, your house is pretty big too."

Sam stated with narrowing eyes "Two word, Val: My. Parents. They never accepted me for who I am and would do anything to turn my whole world into their own liking."

Valerie felt bad for her "Geez. Are your folks that bad?"

"Trust me, Val. You don't know half of it," she then formed a grin "Which is why I never celebrate my birthday parties at my place."

Tucker and Star meanwhile were dancing to a goth-rock song, with Star saying, "It's so good that we're finally free to do everything we want, Tuck," she then held Tucker close "If they were gonna keep that lockdown in place for another day, I would go crazy."

Tucker chuckled while putting his arms around her waist "Yeah… me too, Starlight. But now that's out of the way, we have all the time in the world." He finished with a flirty grin, which Star returned, and both shared a kiss.

While Ember handed over another present, being from Johnny 13 and Kitty to Sam, someone else appeared "Hey, Sam." he said.

She and the others looked, being surprised to see who it was: Kwan.

All shared a glance, with Sam asking "Kwan? What are you doing here?"

Star marched over to him, joined by Ember and Danny "If you're here to ruin Sam's birthday party with Dash and the others, you've come to the wrong place!" Star warned him.

Kwan held up his hands while he shook his head "No, no, no, not at all! I just…" he held up a big present, handing it over to Sam "I just came by and wanted to give you this. Happy birthday," Kwan said with a small smile.

Sam looked at Kwan first before looking down at the present, taking it "Uhm… Thanks."

"Well… aren't you gonna open it?" he asked with a smile.

While everyone looked, Sam began tear off the paper, showing it was a box where normally expensive clothing would be delivered with. She looked confused, but slowly opened the box, making her gasp as she looked at what it was, showing it was a sleeveless-goth dress that went all to her knees with a corset and many laces.

Danny, Ember, Tucker, Star and Valerie looked amazed at how beautiful the dress is "Oh my God…" was all that Star could say, being astonished.

Sam didn't know what to say as she could just feel that this dress was something that deflected the real her. She then glanced at Kwan, who was seemingly nervously waiting for a response, hoping that she liked it.

Sam formed a small smile "Kwan, it's… Thank you. This is… amazing."

Kwan smiled, seeing that she liked the dress "Glad to hear you liked it. It took me some time to get something for you, to show you… well…"

Sam waited what he wanted to say.

"Let's just say it's a way for me to say… that I'm sorry for how I've treated you and your friends over the years." Kwan said before he turned "Well… I guess I should leave then."

But before he was about to go, Sam called him back "Hey! Don't you…" she asked as Kwan turned himself "don't you want to hang out with us a little bit longer?"

Kwan looked surprised at her first before forming a small smile "You… you mean it?"

"Of course," she said while giving a shrug.

Kwan gave a nod and walked back to her "I'd like that."

Sam looked at her friends, asking, "You guys are okay if Kwan joins us?"

Ember gave a shrug "Hey, it's your birthday party, Sam. If you want Kwan to join us, it's your decision."

Danny nodded and told Kwan "I suppose it's okay. After all, you did save Sam and the others a few weeks back at the waterpark when those voodoo-ghosts attacked."

Kwan appreciated that "Thanks, Danny."

Tucker raised an eyebrow "Wow. Kwan being nice for once? That's new." But then shrugged "but if Sam trusts him, I guess he can join us."

Kwan then looked at the presents on the table that Sam got, taking notice at the book 'The Raven' by Edgar Allan Poe "Oh, wow. An Edgar Allan Poe book."

Sam was surprised to hear that from Kwan and asked, "You know Edgar Poe's work?"

That made Kwan very nervous "Uhh… I…"

Sam raised an eyebrow, waiting for his answer.

Giving a nervous smile, he shook his head "No! I… only saw it in the library ones!" He then saw the skull-cake on the table "Oh, is that cake?!" And rushed over to take a slice.

Sam became a bit suspicious as why Kwan was acting this way. But leaving the subject out for now, she asked him with a small smile "Hey, Kwan?"

"Yeah?" He asked when taking a big bite from the cake.

Sam formed a blush "I… haven't thanked you yet for saving my life a few weeks ago back at the waterpark."

Kwan gave a shrug "You're welcome, Sam," he was a bit nervous at first, but said with honesty "The truth is, after you and Star told me those… things about me, especially you when you told me that I let myself being used by Dash… I felt… I wanted to show you I can make my own decisions. And that decision was to go back and help you. If I hadn't gone back to rescue you… I don't think I would be able to forgive myself."

Seeing that Kwan truly meant it, made Sam chuckle while hiding a blush "Well… I'm glad that you realized that sooner… and didn't leave me to die."

"You're welcome," Kwan said before he turned to Valerie, greeting her "Hey, Val. It's been a while, huh?"

Valerie, giving him a glare as she hadn't forgotten how the A-Listers had treated her after becoming poor. But remembering that Kwan didn't took part when Paulina, Dash and the other A-Listers heartlessly moved her out of the group, and showing he was actually trying to make up for it and show he is a kind person, Valerie formed a small smile "Yeah, it's been a while, indeed. How have you been?"

Kwan shrugged "You know, the usual. And you? How are you doing so far after you and your dad… you know?"

Valerie gave a small sad sigh but stated, "It's tough, but me and my dad are able to manage so far. It's not much, but we're making it so far," she then smiled when glancing to her friends "And besides, I got amazing friends in return."

Kwan nodded "That's good to hear."

The rest of the party went great. Everyone, now joined by Kwan, were having enjoying a great birthday party by either dancing, exchanging laughs and doing great games together.

As it was 6:45 PM, Danny and Ember decided to share the new song that Danny had been working on, which Ember had been helping with and was finally finished.

Danny took his guitar and Ember too as they began to play.

Everyone clapped and cheered.

Kwan, being impressed, said, "Wow. Did you make that song yourself?"

Danny shrugged while putting his guitar away "Most of it," he then formed a smile when glancing at Ember "but, Emily helped me through and… with her… it sounds even better."

Ember formed a sweet smile and planted a soft kiss on his lips.

After a half hour, the party was finished. Kwan said his goodbyes while the others began to leave and a team of hired servants by Sam arrived to clear the ballroom of all the decorations and bring all of her presents back home.

Star shared a passionate kiss with Tucker before he asked her, "You wanna go and get a little snack at the Nasty Burger?"

Star liked the idea "Sure, I'd love that. Honestly, I feel we really need to make up for lost time cause of that stupid lockdown."

"I agree," he looked at Danny, Ember and Sam, saying goodbyes to Valerie as she was picked up by her father. Tucker then told Star "Let's meet at the Nasty Burger in like an hour? I need to take care of some things before coming."

"Oh. Okay!" she finished with a smile and planted a kiss on his cheek "See you later, Tuckerino… Hihihihi." She then left before waving to her friends "Bye everyone! And enjoy the rest of your birthday, Sam!"

Sam called back "I sure will!"

Now with only Danny, Ember, Sam and Tucker left, they walked together back to Sam's place, with Danny saying with a smile "Man. It's still hard to imagine that after everything that has happened recent months, the town finally sees me and Ember as real heroes."

Ember nodded as they walked hand in hand "Yeah. But I got to admit, if it wasn't for that new power I manage to use, Walker would've probably turned Amity Park against us, and we would be public enemy's number 1." Ember then used her teleportation power to make her guitar appear in her hands "Speaking of which. I managed to modify my guitar so I can now easily use my new Exorcism-Beam. Check this out." She showed the new symbol around her dial, being in the shape of a ghost being crossed by two blue lightnings.

"Cool." Tucker said before Ember made her guitar vanish.

Suddenly, Danny's Warning Ghost-Sense triggered, making him look around where he sensed the ghost "Oh, c'mon! Really?!" but to his and Ember's relief, it was Wulf that phased out of the ground before becoming tangible again.

"Wulf!" Ember smiled and hugged her friend "Kie vi estis, kamarado? (Where have you been, buddy?)" she asked in Esperanto when breaking the hug.

With a small smile, Wulf answered, trying English this time "Hanging around. Enjoy freedom."

Tucker looked surprised "Hey, so you can speak English!"

Wulf, seemingly understanding Tucker, answered, "Trying."

Danny then asked him "So, what are you going to do now?" Danny then tried speaking Esperanto, having learned a bit from Ember "Kien vi… iras? (Where you go?)"

"See… world." Wulf tried to say in English.

Seeing now that Wulf wants to enjoy his freedom and explore the human world, Danny and Ember shared a hug with him "Ni sopiros vin. (We're going to miss you.)"

Wulf returned the hug "Me… too." He broke the hug and said as he floats up in the air "Goodbye, friends. We meet… again." He then flew away, heading into the night.

Ember sighed, seeing Wulf go, now finally a free ghost "Goodbye, Wulf."

Danny ensured his girlfriend "You know, something tells me we're gonna see him again someday."

"Yeah. But honestly, I think it's good of Wulf to leave now. With Valerie around, I don't think she would be so kind to him despite the whole town now knows we're the good guys." Ember stated.

Sam then added and asked Danny as they walked further, "So, I guess this means that the authorities and your parents aren't gonna give you a hard time anymore, huh?"

Danny shrugged with a smile "Yeah, thank God for that. I mean, somebody's gotta protect this town from evil ghosts. Hey, if not me and Ember, who will?"

Ember nodded and held his arm "You damn right, dipstick. But just because your parents aren't gonna try to capture us or anything, doesn't mean we can ignore any scream for help."

"HELP!" Lancer called out, running away, being chased by Jack and Maddie with Anti-ghost weapons, still thinking that Lancer is overshadowed by a ghost.

"GHOST!" Jack and Maddie yelled.

Lancer begged, running away from them as fast as he can "The Adventures of Huck Finn! How many times do I have to tell you people, I am not a ghost!"

Ember smiled "Except, that one."

All four laughed as they head their way.

But then, Tucker wandered and asked "Actually, Em, I do have a question for you. When you showed you could speak fluently Esperanto, I did catch something you said there that it wasn't the only language you know?"

Ember chuckled as she explained, "What? Did you think that the only thing I did in the Ghost-Zone for the past 20 years was playing music and fight bad ghosts? Sometimes I had a lot of spare time, which I used to just… learn a new language. It's a small hobby."

Tucker then wandered, "How many more languages do you know?"

Ember shrugged "9 so far."

That surprised everyone "Whoa! You can speak 9 languages, Ember? Impressive." Sam asked with a look of impression.

"Hey, why else do you think I got an A for French on my report card?"

"Then, what languages do you know, babe?" Danny asked.

"Well… apart from Esperanto and French, I can also speak Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Greek, Hebrew and Polish." Ember stated which languages she'd learned so far "I'm working a bit on Arabic and Russian." She shrugged "It's fun to learn if you got the time and heart for it."

Tucker narrowed his eyes "No offense, Ember, but I don't think most of us have the heart or energy to learn and remember that may languages."

Ember then narrowed her eyes at Tucker, saying in Polish "Lepsze to niż siedzenie cały dzień za PDA lub granie w gry wideo, kujon. (Better than sitting behind a PDA all day or play video games, nerd.)"

Tucker laughed out loud.

Sam narrowed her eyes at Tucker "You have no idea what she just said, right?"

Tucker stopped laughing and shrugged "Nope. Still not a clue."

A/N: Whoa! Chapter 15. Who would've known?

Now, as for my thoughts of the chapter I made and my upcoming plans, the part where Johnny 13 is finding a job as a mechanic at a repair shop, showing he has great talents for it was fun to write about, especially since I could clearly imagine him being a car/motorcycle mechanic as he's been working on his bike for decades in the Ghost-Zone.

As for the other new OC character, Police Chief Gerald Macy, I got my inspiration for the idea of the name as it's actually known that Dash's character is actually based on the character from Spider-Man, the bully Flash Thompson. So, I figured that I wanted to make an OC based on the other Spider-Man character, Police Captain George Stacy, which explains the name Gerald Macy.

I really hoped you guys enjoyed this chapter, especially since it has a far different ending that the original episode, with Walker's plan backfiring thanks to Ember's newly found Exorcism power, that Danny and Ember are seen as heroes much sooner and Wulf is a free ghost instead of being sucked back into the Ghost-Zone, which was a sad part as we didn't see more of Wulf in the show, except for just 2 episodes!

So, now that this chapter is done, I want to announce the new story I'm gonna be working on next, which is going to be a… 'Pirates of the Caribbean' fanfic!

After that, I'm gonna be working on my other stories, and some stories I haven't been working on for a long time.

But no worries, I'm certainly going to return writing this story as it's my best and most popular story, with the next chapter being 'Maternal Instincts'.
