Bronze and White 2

"Well they look...happy," Bronzine sighed down to Liv. The pair had spent a few minutes on the edge of the room, mingling with a few other students from beacon before heading back up the main stairwell and around onto the balcony which overlooked the entire ballroom.

"They look like they are going to rip each other's clothes off," Liv sulked. "Honestly I didn't slave over her makeup just for them to spend an hour at the dance and then go back to their room and maul each other."

"Huh," he smirked, leaning onto the railing and looking over to her. "Weird. I thought that was exactly why you did it."

Bronzine was not without his charm, Liv noted, not having had many opportunities to get to know the young man over the last year and a half at the school. She could see what it was that made him and Mydnight such a good match of friends. He was good at making people smile, even if it meant they had to be laughing at him. It didn't seem to bother him either, on the few times that Liv had been present for Bronzine to flaunt his talents in the classroom for getting a teacher off-topic, or to bring an intense debate to a grinding halt by getting the entire class laughing at or with him through a bad joke.

She hadn't often looked too deeply at him either and found that his features were decently pleasing. He was a rugged boy for sure, and he looked ridiculous in a tux, but not unpleasant. His messy brown hair had been slicked back with gel tonight and he had at least made a conscious effort to keep himself from embarrassing Olivier so far. Sure it was a pity date, but that didn't mean he couldn't at least attempt to look presentable for someone of Liv's status. Of course, by now most of the students would know that Team OCHR had been deemed ineligible for the tournament and more than likely didn't expect her to be here at all tonight.

"Well I'm sure that that's what she was hoping would happen to be sure," Liv rolled her eyes and joined him in leaning against the railing. "What about you? What do you want to come out of tonight?"

"Well, I'd really love to mess this dance up buuutttttt," He sighed, "I think those two wouldn't really appreciate it ya know?"

"Yeah?" she asked. "And how would you do it?"

"You wouldn't like it, princess," he stuck his tongue out at her in jest. "To prim and proper for a good old party crashing."

"Try me," she insisted, finding herself to be interested. "Let a girl in on how the class clown gets his best work done," she knocked her hips against his.

"Well," he considered and looked back out over the room. "First of all this music is terrible. Need to get my scroll connected to the sound system without disrupting what is already playing so I can change it at the opportune time."

"Too slow for your taste huh?" She laughed.

"A slow dance here and there is fine but you can't just keep playing waltz all night ya know?"

"I do," she smiled back at him. "And what else?"

"Well getting the sprinklers to go off would be pretty awesome too but I don't know to set them off without a fire UNLESS they are hooked up to the building's security system and can be switched on remotely."

"Jeez, how much have you thought about this?" She laughed, getting him to look back into her eyes with a wicked smile.

"Hah, not at all," he chuckled. "This is what I do. You're all too busy running secret missions to notice and come have some fun."

"Wha," Liv let out a little shocked at his words before calming herself and looking back out over the crowd. "How did you know?"

"Ooohh not gonna deny it? That's no fun," he laughed again. "It's not hard to figure out. Mydnight is off with Qrow like every other weekend. Being off with Qrow is code for I'm doing something I can't tell you about."

"You didn't consider that they may just be hanging out? They ARE family you know."

Bronzine was silent for a few moments and she watched as he tapped his fingers against the metal railing. "Trust me I know the difference. I'm not offended or anything that you'd keep the secret from me or anything. I just wish he had more time..."

Liv fell silent this time, studying his face intently as her mind began to wander and slowly a thought came to her above the rest. "Do you...do you wanna dance?" She asked.

"I don't really waltz," he shrugged before looking to her, surprised to find her waving her scroll in front of him before she winked at him and forced it into his hands. "What...what's this for?"

"For your plan. You sound like you've done it before so why not work your magic and liven this party up, huh?" She asked before twirling once and he watched as her dress spread out.

"You...you're serious," he couldn't help but smile as the thought of Olivier enjoying his idea spread through him.

"Yeah, sounds fun," she smirked. "What do you need me to do chief," she saluted him and stood at attention as he laughed.

"Nothing at all," he smiled as he began to type on her scroll and fly through settings, changing everything he would need to get into the network of the building. "I can hopefully do everything from right here," he said as she walked over to his side and watched his fingers fly across the screen. "Why did you want me to use your scroll though?"

"I'm not supposed to be here," she shrugged. "I can't be disqualified if we get caught right?"

Bronzine looked back into her eyes in disbelief. Was this Liv's way of coping? Seeking out the class clown and using him to act out? Well if it was then that wasn't going to stop him from crashing this dance. If anything it made him want to do it even more. The pair weren't the best of friends but if he could ease Liv's pain for one night by doing something he was good at then what the hell? He'd do it in a heartbeat if it made it possible for someone hurting as bad as Liv must be to look back on this night as a high note for years to come.

"Alright, it worked. I'm in," he said finally as he cued up a loud and poppy night club song and started rifling through the security systems for the building, eventually finding exactly what he was after. "Aaaaand sprinklers are remotely accessible," he said victoriously and looked down at her. "Just say when and it'll happen."

"Come on," she said as she took the scroll from him and slipped it into the pocket of his dress pants. She took him by the hand, leading him toward the stairs.

"Good point, we should be by the door ready to escape," he mused but became confused when she turned down the stairs and led him out to the dance floor. She made sure to stay well away from Ambur and Mydnight, who were far too busy slowly becoming more and more flirtatious, and stopped at a spot on the dance floor which was far too populated for any of the chaperons to notice. "What are we doing out here?" He asked.

Liv spun on her heels and took his other hand in her own before she leaned her head on his chest and began to sway back and forth with the crowd. She was barely on beat with the music and he had a hard time understanding what exactly he was supposed to do, other than slowly rock back and forth in place. "Let them finish this dance," she sighed happily, peeking through the crowd to see the happy looks on their faces. Bronzine's eyes darted over to see where she was looking and she felt him exhale softly. "They look so happy."

"Hah, Mydnight will run with her in tow as soon as the sprinklers go off. He hates getting wet."

"Good," she sighed happily as she took note of the song beginning to come to it's close. "Wouldn't wanna ruin that dress."

"He's gonna ruin it anyway," Bronzine smirked. "Or she will in her haste to get it off."

"You're probably right," she agreed with a snort. She watched on as Mydnight and Ambur's lips drew together and the song came to an end, watching them kiss for a moment before whispering. "Okay now."

She felt him reach down and into his pocket before he lifted the device out just enough to see the screen before activating the sprinklers and changing the song at the same moment. Light drops of water rained down upon them as the crowd's cries of surprise began and the speakers around the room began to boom with the bass of the party beat. As the crowd quickly began to shift the pair would burst out laughing and watch as the prim and proper students of Atlas would begin to run toward the exits or to take cover under tables and the balcony. Just as many students, however, would begin to laugh and jump in time with the music as the dance floor quickly was flooded with the more carefree students. The pair watched as Mydnight and Ambur headed up the stairs and once they had reached the door the partner's looked back down toward the dance floor, laughing along with the crowd. Their eyes swiftly fell on Bronzine and Olivier, Mydnight immediately suspecting his friend of causing the changes.

Bronzine shrugged his shoulders and smiled, running his hand through his now slick wet hair to get it out of his face. The band swiftly abandoned the stage and the chaperones ran all throughout the room to try and find some way to fix the situation but they simply couldn't police all of the students who were worked up into a frenzy. The crowd bobbed in time with the music in their soon to be ruined dresses and suites.

Liv couldn't stop laughing as she jumped in time with her accomplice, her long hair quickly matted down and flung streams water out every time she turned her head. She looked back up to the stairs and saw that Ambur and Mydnight were gone as expected but they hadn't seemed angry. If anything the pair had probably done them a favor by giving them a reason to leave the dance early. "Thank you," she shouted over the crowd, Bronzine barely able to understand her.

"Any time," he laughed back before she suddenly pulled him into a hug, pulling him tight to her body. It was a brief embrace though, and before he was able to react to it he found her step back from him and continue to dance, grabbing his hands and twirling herself around, her soaked dress throwing a ring of water outward. She stopped with her back to him and pulled on his arms, pulling his chest against her back and she began to rock side to side with him. He was a little shocked at first but silently decided he should go with it. He had come this far in his willingness to show Liv a good time so why not let her dictate what happened next? He saw her look back over her shoulder and figured that she had seen the mild astonishment on his face and she couldn't help but laugh.

"I don't waltz either," she smiled.

She wiped a few stray locks of her wet bangs from her forehead before her hand returned to him. Most of the students had stopped just outside the large ballroom to wait for the sprinklers to turn off but they hadn't. The pair had bolted down the winding hallways of Atlas Academy toward the room their team had been assigned hand in hand. Every time they looked over to each other they couldn't help but smile and laugh a little all the way there. When they arrived though Mydnight pressed his ear to their door. Rosa hadn't gone to the dance. He'd noticed her leaving the school earlier though so as long as she wasn't in their room they shouldn't have to worry about it. She would probably be gone all night.

Once he'd confirmed there was no one inside he pulled open their door and motioned for Ambur to go inside first. She gave a sort of mock curtsy and chuckled as she stepped inside. Mydnight spun on his heels and checked down either direction of the long winding corridors and spotted no one. He stepped backward inside the room and shut the door before he felt Ambur's hands on his arm. She pulled him around to face her and she was on him in a moment.

She pressed him into the door and sandwiched him there, chest to chest. Her hands went to his cheeks and her lips to his. She felt his hands go to her nearly bare hips and his fingertips grip into her skin. Her head was swimming. The pair had danced for almost two hours but the event was meant to go for much longer than that. Bronzine and Liv wouldn't be leaving any time soon she was sure. Even soaked to the bone Liv would dance until she dropped. Probably until she was dry.

They'd escaped before getting too soaked but all of their clothing was damp and their hair and skin were too. It wasn't, however, enough to be an annoyance. After all...if Ambur had it her way, their clothes would be off in a few moments anyway. She felt a tingle shoot up her spine as his fingers worked their way under her dress to her backside and re-gripped her. She felt her face grow hot and her legs felt like jelly. He was actually holding her up a little due to where he was holding her. She was relying on him to keep her upright.

Her hands dropped to his chest as she pulled her lips back from his and kept him pinned to the door. "Myd I…" she began softly but felt his fingers leaving her.

"I can stop," he said quickly but she could tell he was straining himself to take his hands away from her. "If we stop now I can handl-" he started to say but she brought her finger up to his lips to shush him.

"It's not that it's...do you want this or...does the wolf want this," she breathed, her eyes only opened enough to see him. She was breathing heavily and she was so nervous that she could barely stand now that he wasn't holding her.

"I'd be lying if I said it wasn't both," he admitted easily. "But I do...if you want this then I do too," he explained and she felt a sigh of relief leave her lungs. "I don't want you to do this because you think I need it…"

"You...don't need it?" She asked, a little surprised.

"Ambur you've done so much for me I...I'm not in the fog anymore. I don't need somebody to take care of me...I don't need it. I just...I want you," he explained and barely got the words out of his mouth before her lips met his again.

That was exactly what she wanted to hear. That he wanted this from her. Not that he needed it from just anybody. Not that he needed to let out his desires just to keep himself sane. That he wanted HER and nobody else. His fingers pressed back into her skin and she felt his teeth nipping at her lower lip. She loosened the muscles in her jaw and let him take her lip between his teeth and felt goosebumps spread over her skin.

She began fumbling with the buttons on his jacket, trying to undo them all without looking. She resorted to popping the last few off with her thumb with her semblance though. He laughed through their kisses as she pulled him from the door and he let the jacket fall from his shoulders onto the floor. He was just able to twist the lock on the doorknob before she pressed him back into it. Her fingers tugged the edges of his undershirt out from where they were tucked into his pants.

Once it was free she felt his stomach jump and twitch as her fingers ran up his abdomen under the cloth. She'd wanted to touch him like this for so long that it felt like a dream. To feel the warmth of his skin on hers and have him touch her in all the ways a young woman could imagine.

She had waited for six years to feel his hands on her. To put her own hands on him. She would have this. Every single bit of it. She didn't care that she didn't know what to do. He could show her. She pressed her hands into his abdomen and traced the lines of his muscles. He wasn't nearly as sculpted as she was but he didn't have to be. She would have liked his body either way. The way his muscles jumped and twitched below her touch made her think she might be tickling him but he didn't seem ready to complain about it.

Their kisses broke off and his hands moved up from her butt to just above her hips as he kissed down her throat. She could feel his k' nines scraping against the flesh of her neck and she nearly fell on him, again thankful that he had a good hold on her.

"Mmmmpphaahh," she let out as he pressed another kiss to the base of her throat and she felt her face grow even warmer as a blush spread across her cheeks. 'What was that?' she asked herself. She'd never moaned like that before. She felt a little embarrassed but it didn't seem to bother Mydnight any. In fact, if she didn't know better she'd say he was nipping at her skin even harder now, as if he were trying to make it happen again.

She was ripped from her thoughts when his hands drew down her abdomen and to the backs of her thighs. He grabbed them tightly and lifted her from the floor. "Hohh my god," she half breathed, half squeaked, as she burried her face into his neck, instinctively trying to hide her embarrassment. He turned around and pressed her back into the door. Her thighs came up and she wrapped her legs around his back. Her golden heels fell from her feet and clattered to the tile floor of the dorm room.

With him clenched so tightly between her arms and legs, she could feel him now. His tight dress pants were definitely too tight now if they hadn't been before. She ran her hands through his hair while he continued to attack her throat. It all felt too good. She felt like she could melt around him and become a puddle on the floor.

There weren't many times in Ambur's life where she felt weak or vulnerable but this was definitely the one at the top of the list. Her mind was blank of all thoughts except for the wolf boy with his arms around her and in the heat of the moment she moaned again, but this time, words came with it. Words she hadn't expected, nor requested, slipped from her lips before she even realized they were there. They came out slow and entangled with another moan but they came out all the same.

"Mmmmmiiii love you."
