(A/N:

This is a AU-Canon fanfiction.

I know that it's stated that Tsunade is related to Senju and Uzumaki, but for the sake of the fanfiction, Tsunade is NOT related to anyone in the Uzumaki clan. If you don't like the fact that I'm changing shit, then don't fucking read it. All names of characters are REAL Characters that Kishimoto created. And yes, most of them are in the right village that he had them in as I'm making them fit my fanfiction.)

"Come on Sakura, we have to get going on." Tsunade said as she looked at her daughter. There was just something going on in the town that she needed to leave. They were leaving in the middle of the night so no one would stop them.

Sakura sighed she was looked around the room that she grew up in. She couldn't believe her mother was making her move right before she started 11th grade. She had friends here, she had a life here. She DID have a boyfriend but the last three months of the school year made her see who he really was. Now part of her is happy that she is leaving him behind, but she didn't want to leave anyone else. The room wasn't completely empty since they were just taking the important things with them. They left all the furniture behind. They packed all their personal belongings and clothes. Of course, Sakura and Jiraiya would not leave without their book collection. Tsunade and Jiraiya were able to most of the items in scrolls using the Enclosing Technique.

"Blossom, come on. We'll stop and get some coffee. You know how your mother gets when we have to travel cross country." Jiraiya peered into Sakura's bedroom. "Besides the house we got, you have a bigger room, a balcony, your own bathroom, a walk in closet." He mentioned.

"I know...I'm just going to miss it here." Sakura looked at her father.

Sakura grabbed her bag that she was going to have in the back seat with her, which hosted her laptop, a tablet, her phone, her Airpods and her chargers. She also had her Switch with her, and two books. She didn't know how long this drive was going to be, but she hoped it wasn't too long. The longest drive she's ever been on was the trip to the Yugakure for a family vacation. It was peaceful, and she enjoyed the trip. Now they were moving to Konoha. She didn't know anything about the place, but she knew that her Parents were from there and she was born there, but then they moved to Suna when Sakura was only 3 years old.

Tsunade had a feeling he was back, that was the reason for the move. The Kazekage of Suna wouldn't do anything to protect the family. Yet, he wanted to them to stay as Tsunade was the Chief of Surgery and Jiraiya was Head of the English Department for the local College. If Tsunade didn't feel safe within the walls anymore, it was time for her to move back. Jiraiya wanted her to feel safe even if that meant that they had to move all the time just for her to feel safe.

Sakura had no idea why they were moving and Tsunade wanted it to stay that way. Once they were in the Truck, Sakura smiled as her dad had a pillow and blanket in the back seat for her. She got herself comfy as Jiraiya started up the truck and started to drive. As the family made their way out of the town, Sakura couldn't help but wonder what was going to be happening since she never said good-bye to anyone. It was a last minute discission for them to leave, though her parents already had a discussion that they were going to be leaving - they just never said WHEN.

She took out her phone and looked at the time - 11:40pm She was not happy that they had to leave so god damn early. There was still five weeks before she was going to start her 11th year at high school. All she could think about was two weeks ago where she caught her- her EX-boyfriend kissing Sari. That Sari knew that Kankuro was HER boyfriend and yet, she went ahead and made out with him regardless. It broke Sakura. Maybe it was her fault that he was kissing her. Sakura thought it was too early in their relationship to be kissing and doing anything else. Kankuro was going to be going into his Senior year, and yet here he was making out with Sari.

Now all she could think about was - were there other girls during the school year that he was making out and doing things with? Was Karin another one of the girls that was making out with? Sakura quickly took out her headphones and played Atlantis, it was her comfort movie. She enjoyed it and wondered if it was real. Yes. She did know it was just a Disney movie, but it was based off of a work from Plato. Jiraiya taught her a lot at a young age, and her mother as well. She was smart, but sometimes she wondered if it was turn off from guys to be that smart.

Sakura soon drifted asleep as her movie played. She was exhausted - her head hit that pillow and that was that.

Tsunade turned around and looked at Sakura, "There she goes. Dead asleep." She smiles.

"Huh? Oh, yeah. I hope we'll be safer at Konoha." He brought up the subject now that Sakura was asleep.

"It was just a feeling I had. I don't know if he even knows where we are." Tsunade looked out the window.

"I wouldn't put it past him. He has changed, remember when he stole Sakura from us, and it took a whole day to find her." Jirayia's hands gripped the steering wheel.

"I know, but we don't even know what he did to her." Tsunade said as she rested her hand on his shoulder.

"I worry about her." Jiraiya said.

"She has two of the toughest Ninja's ever. We aren't legendary Sannin for nothing." She rolled her eyes.

"Hey, you did a great job raising her."

"You were there."

"I know, but because of working, and taking the time off - who knows if I'll even really be around now that we are returning back to Konoha."

It was true. Once they left Konoha and went to Suna, Jiraiya told the Fourth Kazekage that he and Tsunade will not be on their active Ninja list. They wanted to be home with Sakura and raise her as she didn't have any other family. Though once they were back to Konoha, Jiraiya wanted to back on the Active list - and take Missions that he was needed on, not because he had to go on them. Tsunade wanted to stay off the Active list for now as she felt that she was needed more for the Hospital than anything else.

Soon enough, once they were out of Suna territory, Jiraiya stopped so that they could get coffee, fill up the gas tank and go to the bathroom. Tsunade turned around and slowly shook Sakura awake.

"Huh?" Sakura looked around.

"Come on Sleeping Beauty. Your dad stopped for coffee and to go to the bathroom." Tsunade said as she got out of the truck.

Sakura rubbed her eyes as she moved her pillow to the other side and got out the truck. She followed Tsunade to the bathroom as Jiraiya locked up the truck and went to the bathroom. Sakura never knew what was on the outside of Suna - as she only knew of the town. Once they were done going to the bathroom, Jiraiya went back outside to fill the truck up with gas while the girls ordered coffee. Sakura looked at all the different choices there were. She ended up with a White Mocha - hot. Tsunade ordered two coffees for her and Jiraiya. Sakura took her cup and went back outside to go sit in the truck. She started to slowly sip on her drink and it felt good in her system.

"Sakura, honey, I know you didn't really want to move, but I promise you. You will make new friends at your new school." Tsunade spoke to Sakura.

"Mom, what if they don't want to be my friend because of me...but because who my parents are?" Sakura asked as she looked at mother. "Almost everyone at Suna knew you two were legendary Sannin and they wanted to be my friend so that they can met you two." She sighed.

"You don't have to worry about that at your new school. Your father and I agreed that your last name won't be Senju but your last name at school will be Haruno, your father's mother's mother's maiden last name. That family is complicated enough and no one knew what her last name was as she kept it hidden from the rest of the world."

"Really? You can just have my last name be different, just like that?"

"Yeah, don't worry. You'll be a normal teenager at your new school."

As soon as the tank was full, Jiraiya got back into the truck and started up. Sakura thought about playing some music or watching a show - she went with a show. She pulled out her tablet and paired up her earbuds with the tablet. She hooked up her tablet to the car's Wi-Fi signal and started to watch Stranger Things - from the beginning since she didn't really pay attention the first time around as Kankuro wanted to just make out. Sakura was sipping her coffee as she watched the show. Of course her parents were having a conversation.

"I think Minato became Hokage a few years ago." Jiraiya hummed.

"Your student?" Tsunade questioned.

"The same one. He married Kushina and they have two sons, Naruto who is the oldest and Menma who is the youngest. The two are identical twins, but apparently Menma begged his parents to allow him to die his hair black."

"Jiraiya, how do you know all of this?" Tsunade questioned - the later part about one of the twins wanting to die their hair black.

"Uh...Minato told me..." Jiraiya admitted. "Two years ago..."

"You know when we moved, it was so that no one knew! You didn't tell him anything did you?"

"Of course not! It's not like I wanted someone to overhear that."

"I'm not mad, I'm just upset that you kept it from me..."

"I'm sorry babe."

"You are banned from pet names until otherwise."

"Wait you can't be serious!"

"Dead Serious."

She remembered Kushina well. She was training her to be a medic nin. Their ages weren't that far apart. Jiraiya learned from Minato how to make a Rasengan - it wasn't that hard for Jiraiya or Kakashi to learn it but Tsunade couldn't help but wonder if Kushina would be up to learn more. Tsunade looked back at Sakura and noticed that she was watching something. It only made her wonder how strong Sakura has gotten with training. Tsunade looked back at Jiraiya.

"How is her training with you going?" Tsunade questioned.

"She's doing okay, I would say that her trying to master similar Justus isn't that good. She's Fire, Earth, Water, Yin and Yang. I tried to teach her Rasengan. I'm trying to teach her other stuff though. How is her medic stuff going?"

"Pretty well. She's got the best Chakra control I've seen - she can even be better than the two of us."

Sakura looked up from her tablet as she looked out the window. There was something about going to a new place - with ne people - new friends. This was going to be a difficult ride. Her mind couldn't help but wonder back to Kankuro - and how she was blind to the fact that he was cheating on her the whole time they were dating.

Sakura could see Kankuro with another girl - it looked like they were kissing, but that couldn't be possible. The two of them were dating, right? Sakura walked over to Kankuro and kept her books close to her chest.

"Kankuro?" She questioned.

"Oh! Hey Babes, what's up?" Kankuro looked at Sakura.

"What are you doing all the way over here? We were supposed to meet up at lunch." Sakura said.

The girl that he happened to be with, was confused why Kankuro was talking to Sakura. The girl he was with - was Karin, she was not pleased that Sakura was RUINING her time with HER Man. Sakura truly believed that Kankuro was just dating her, but somehow, that was not the case. Kankuro leaned away from Karin and wrapped his arm around Sakura's shoulders and led her away from Karin. Kankuro turned around and winked at her. Karin of course winked back.

"I'm so sorry Babes, Karin wanted to talk about the project me and her are working on for class." Kankuro lied through his teeth.

"I see. I was wondering if you could teach me how to do the Chakra Threads? I think it would come in handy if I learned something new." Sakura asked him.

"I think we can manage that." Kankuro kissed the top of her head. "But I don't know how well you can use them since you aren't a puppet master."

"I think it could come in handy for battles, you know pulling someone away from something." Sakura looked at him.

"Alright you put a good counterpoint. Let's get to work in the gym then."

The two of them went to the gym and walked to a small area since they didn't want to disturb the class that was going on. Sakura set her bag and books down and looked at Kankuro. Sakura was interested in learning new techniques that may come useful in battle one day. Kankuro was showing Sakura that in order to create the threads, she would have to focus her chakra to her finger tips. To her it sounds similar to when she has to bring forth her medic chakra - which glows green, this she had to make sure was her original chakra. Sakura tried her best to bring forth the chakra to her fingertips just like how Kankuro did it.

"Now, just picture threads coming out of your fingertips." Kankuro said as he saw her fingertips glow.

Sakura nodded her head as she closed her eyes and pictured the threads - the chakra soon enough shot out from her finger tips and attached themselves to Kankuro and she was pulled closer to him.

"Good job Babes." Kankuro smiled.

Sakura looked up at him and blushed slightly. "T-thanks Kankuro."

Soon enough Sakura looked around and saw that they were pulling into a diner. "How much longer?" Sakura asked.

"Another ten hours to Konoha." Tsunade said.

"Really? It's that far away?" Sakura asked as she sighed.

"It is in the Land of Fire." Jiraiya answered.

"Sakura, what are you watching on your tablet?" Tsunade asked as she was curious since Sakura was watching it for a while.

"Oh! It's Stranger Things. It's pretty good. Weird, but good." Sakura said.

"What is about it?" Jiraiya - who was a writer wanted to know if he could use an idea from this show to create his next big hit. Maybe something that will be towards the younger generation.

"Well, I'm only on Season 1, but so so far it's about these five kids, well there was four in the beginning of first episode, they were Mike, Will, Dustin and Lucas. They were playing DND at Mike's house, but on the way home, Will goes missing. They search for him and come up empty. Then this Girl, Eleven shows up who Mike calls El. And right now, they blame El for Will going missing." Sakura explains.

"Damn, that seems like a really great show!" Jiraiya whistled.

"Come on you two, let's get something to eat." Tsunade shook her head at her two book nerds.

The family exited the truck and walked towards the diner. This was going to be a long trip and Sakura really just wanted to go back to sleep. She couldn't help but think that running away from Suna was such a good idea. She was doing so well in school. She got the Charka Threads down pretty fast and she knew that she could've used them to make Kankuro pay by playing with her heart like. Tsunade looked over at Sakura and wondered what made her daughter go back into the lonely shell she had when she was younger.

"Sakura, dear, are you okay?" Tsunade asked. "Something has been off for a while, and I don't know if you wanted to talk about it or not."

"I-I really don't want to talk about mother." Sakura admitted as she looked at the menu.

"I'm here if you want to talk about it." Tsunade said as she looked from her daughter to the menu that the waitress gave them.

"Something is off. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with Kankuro. Is she sad that we had to leave without her saying goodbye?" Tsunade thought as she needed to figure it out.

After a while looking at the menu the Waitress came back and looked at the family. "Alright, are we ready to order?" Yuki asked as she smiled.

"Sure, I'll take a coffee and how about the farmer's omelet, with hash browns and a side of fruit." Jiraiya said.

"I'll have a coffee, and I'll the same as husband." Tsunade said.

"And what will you have?" Yuki asked Sakura.

"I'll have an apple juice, with the chocolate chip pancakes. Can I get the sausages links instead of the bacon?" Sakura asked.

"Sausage links instead of bacon, you got it. I'll be right back with your drinks." Yuki nodded as she walked away to send their orders off to the kitchen.

Sakura looked at the time - 5:30am. They've been on the road since 11:40pm. There was still 10 more hours to go?! Sakura sighed as she knew that soon enough when time reached 8am, Temari was going to show up at their house as the two was supposed to head to the mall to go shopping. Sakura looked out the window as she wondered if she should text Temari that she wasn't going to make it to the shopping. Sakura didn't want her mother to know that she had plans before they left.

"So, tell me about your home village?" Sakura asked.

"Well, you were born there too, we just had to move abruptly due to your mother accepting a job at the Suna Hospital. They needed her to teach a lot of the doctors and nurses there. It was easier if we just moved together instead of your mother moving." Jiraiya said.

"What's the school like?" Sakura wondered.

"State of the Art. Best of the best School. The Ninja Program is more advanced, and those who Hail from the top Clans, are already destined to have spots." Tsunade said.

"How many spots are there?" Sakura questioned.

"There are twelve elite spots. Some are already taken." Jiraiya hummed.

"What kind of clans are there?" Sakura looked at her parents.

"Let's see if I can remember. There's The Inuzuka Clan, The Uzumaki Clan, The Nara Clan, The Yamanaka Clan, The Akimichi Clan, The Uchiha Clan, The Hyuga Clan and the Aburame Clan. Those are the main ones. Of course there's your mother clan, The Senju Clan." Jiraiya said as he tried to name them all. "There's a lot more, but those the main ones you have to worry about as you would be going to school with them." He added.

"Wow, Konoha has a lot of different clans, huh.." Sakura said as she sipped on her apple juice.

"You will do great." Tsunade smiled.

"Are you sure no one is going to know who I am?" Sakura asked as she looked between her parents.

"I promise. You don't have to worry about anything. Just show them who you are meant to be, not because you are our child." Tsunade nodded.

Soon enough the food arrived. Sakura looked at the food - it was a lot but she was also starving so it was enough food for her. As the family ate, someone walked through the diner doors, and the new person had to double take. He smiled under his mask and walked over.

"Well, Well, if it isn't Jiraiya and Tsunade." The newcomer said.

Jiraiya looked up and saw who it was. "Ah, Kakashi! It's great to see you!" He smiled.

Tsunade looked over and had to do a double take, "Do you always have to have your hair like that?"

"I do. And who is this?" Kakashi asked.

"Your goddaughter. Sakura, meet your godfather Kakashi Hatake. He'll be one of the teachers at the school." Tsunade said.

"It's nice to meet you." Sakura said. "Would you like to join us?"

"That would be nice." Kakashi said as Sakura scooted over and Kakashi sat down next to her. "So, what are you doing all the way over here?" Kakashi asked.

"I had a feeling that it was time for us to go back to Konoha." Tsunade said as she spoke in code.

Kakashi knew the reason why they moved to Suna because he was the one who found Sakura. Orochimaru. He did unspeakable voodoo, he did something to Sakura and no one really knows what it was, but all they knew was that she had his curse mark on her body, that she begged her parents to get a tattoo to cover it up. Tsunade agreed because Jiraiya wouldn't allow it - but once he saw how happy she became with the Tattoo, - he couldn't be mad at her anymore.

"Ah, well, I'm happy you two will be back. Nothing has been the same since you guys left. It's always been a pain that you two were gone." Kakashi sighed. He soon turned to Sakura, "You know, if want to spar before the school year, let me know cause I'm dying to see what these two trained you in so far."

"I also had the Suna Jonin train me as well. I learned a lot form them." Sakura smiled. "But I would like to spar with you!"

"Oh there is one thing that we have to tell you as you will be teaching at the school, Sakura will be under Sakura Haruno." Tsunade said. "She doesn't want the attention of being tied to us right away."

"Ah, I can understand. Don't worry, everything will be okay. I'll watch over her." Kakashi placed a hand on Sakura's head. "Are you going to be teaching too, Jiraiya?"

"Ah yes. I asked for a job as an English teacher, help lighten the load since there's a lot of kids." Jiraiya nodded as he bit into the omelet.

"That's good. Can't wait. You'll have your hands full if you one of the Uzumaki's in your class." Kakashi sighed.

"Why is that?" Jiraiya asked. "Both of them were such sweet kids."

"Well, one still is and the other deiced to think that they should be different." Tsunade answered.

"And how do you know?" Jiraiya asked.

"Kushina called me two years ago." Tsunade answered.

"You just told me off about Minato contacting me two years ago and now you are telling me that Kushina also did the same?" Jiraiya whined.

"Yes. I thought it would be fair to tell you the truth." Tsunade said.

"Well, anyways, it's true. Though, I thought it would be more fun not to tell you which one." Kakashi smirked under his mask.

"Kakashi! Come on." Jiraiya said. "You are totally going to keep it from me?"

"Yep. Anyways." Kakashi said as she flagged down the waitress to get a cup of coffee. "Sakura, I'm guessing that your mother has taught you Medic based ninjutsu?"

"She did but there's still so much for me to learn." Sakura answered. "Maybe after school days I can work at the Hospital and learn more."

"I think that would be good, but I don't want you there every day, you still have school work to do and training to do." Tsunade said.

"I get it. I promise not to be there every day." Sakura nodded her head.

After an hour in the diner, Sakura felt her phone going off. It was a text message from Gaara. She raised her eyebrow, and she unlocked her phone. Then as she read the text - it wasn't Gaara, it was Kankuro who took Gaara's phone.

Text Message between Gaara and Sakura

Gaara (Panda Face)

Gaara:
Sakura, where are you? (This is Kankuro, I tried to text you but you never responded)
Seen: 5:40AM

Sakura:
Why do you care? YOU LIED TO ME AND CHEATED ON ME!
Seen: 5:40AM

Gaara:
Sakura, we both know you don't give a rats ass about that. You are just upset because you didn't know what we had wasn't real
Seen: 5:42AM

Sakura:
It was real to me! You played with my heart and feelings.
Seen: 5:42AM

Gaara:
Sakura, for the love of fucking god, tell me where you are! You aren't home!
Seen: 5:45AM

Sakura:
Not saying. Leave me alone Kankuro!
Seen: 5:45AM

Gaara:
I don't have to leave alone. You will answer me to where you are!
Seen: 5:50AM

"Sakura are you okay?" Kakashi asked as he could see that she was shaking slightly with whoever she was texting.

"Oh, yeah-yeah I'm good." Sakura nodded her head as she put her phone on DND. She couldn't deal with Kankuro.

"Who the hell does he think he is demanding that I will answer him? I don't owe him anything after he broke my heart." Sakura thought as she put her phone away.

"Anyways, is your new place furnished?" Kakashi asked.

"Nope. I wanted Sakura to pick out her new stuff. She has a balcony that will need furniture." Jiraiya said.

"Well, isn't she a spoiled one, getting a room with a balcony." Kakashi laughed.

"We wanted to check out the house first too. We packed all our personal belongings only. Everything else stayed behind. I didn't want to empty out the place. I didn't care about the furniture, it was easier to just pack, clothes, paperwork, books, stuff like that." Tsunade added as she looked at her cup of coffee.

"I see, well, you guys are moving back to the same place or a new house?" Kakashi asked.

"A new house. We were in apartment before, but with Sakura all grown up now, she needs her space, plus the house I went to go look at is perfect. It's got plenty of bedrooms, a full finished basement, a pool and a large backyard." Jiraiya was excited about the new place. "I also can have my work space, and it's big enough to share with Tsunade when she has to bring shit home from work."

"It's not Shit, it's important case work." Tsunade shook her head.

"I can't wait to decorate it make it a new style!" Sakura added to the conversation.

"Well, I can help you whenever you need it." Kakashi smiled.

"Thanks Kakashi," Tsunade said.

Yuki walked over with the checks, "Will you need anything else?" She asked.

"No thank you." Jiraiya said as he took both checks.

"Hey, I can pay for my own coffee." Kakashi said trying to snatch the check from him.

"Kakashi, why don't you take Sakura out to the truck and we can talk about it later." Jiraiya said as he pulled out his wallet.

"Come on Sakura." Kakashi said as he got out of the booth to allow Sakura out.

As the two left the Diner, Sakura looked around and then looked up at Kakashi. "So, how did you get all the way out here?"

"Ah, I was on a mission. Usually we don't use any transportation when we go on Ninja Mission business. Sometimes defeats the purpose of doing certain missions. But I'm actually headed back to Konoha right now." Kakashi nodded his head as he looked at her.

"So you walked?" Sakura asked.

"I did."

"Aren't you tired?"

"A little bit, I took a rest earlier."

"Maybe Dad can give you lift back so you aren't walking back?"

"That's sweet of you to offer that, but I need to make sure I hit all the check points." Kakashi put a hand on her head. "Don't worry, We'll get back about the same time."

"How can you be sure? A car is much faster than walking," She couldn't believe what she was hearing.

"Never underestimate a Jonin's speed."

Jiraiya and Tsunade soon exited the diner and walked over to Sakura and Kakashi. Jiraiya hit the unlock on the key fob so that Sakura could get in the back seat and get comfortable for the next 10 hours on their trip. Tsunade walked over to Kakashi and gave him a hug as she said to him to that they would see him soon. Tsunade got into the passenger seat. Jiraiya looked at him and of course they had a few words before Kakashi disappeared. Sakura watched at how Kakashi just disappeared.

"Woah...How did he do that?" Sakura asked.

"Do what?" Tsunade asked as she didn't know what Sakura was talking about.

"Kakashi...he just disappeared." Sakura told her mother. "How did he do that!"

"You'll learn how to do it when you are older." Jiraiya said as he started to pull away from the diner. "Get some sleep Blossom. We'll wake you up when we get to our next stop."

Sakura didn't want to really go to sleep but she also knew that she shouldn't be fighting off the sleep any longer. She got comfortable in the backseat and she put her headphone on and selected Paramount+ and looked through the movies, and just ended up selecting Titanic. She knew that she would be out about half way through the three hour movie. She yawned a bit as she wanted to watch a little bit of the movie before she passed out.

The movie started off with a sepia video of people waving on the ship, then it transitioned to present day of people in the ocean diving. Sakura was more curious about how the pods stayed in tact at 13 meters. She had to keep remaindering herself it was just a movie based on a real event. Sakura ended up closing her eyes as she started to hear one of the characters talk.

"She's out again." Tsunade said smiling. "She gets that from you - being able to pass out whenever."

"At least she doesn't snore." Jiraiya pointed out.

"She does, only when she's sick." Tsunade mentioned to him as she put on the radio - and the first song to come on was The Other Side by Jason Derulo. "You know, it was nice seeing Kakashi."

"It was. I can't wait until we can see everyone again. I wonder how Minato is doing as Hokage."

"I'm sure he's doing great. I hope Sakura is able to make friends."

"Never underestimate my Blossom."

It wasn't until 8:10AM that Jiraiya pulled into another gas station. Tsunade turned around to wake up Sakura, but saw that she was peacefully sleeping and she didn't want to wake her up. Soon enough in another 4 hours Jiraiya pulled over to get some lunch since they had an early breakfast. Then they would officially be pulling into their driveway of their new house. Tsunade got out of the truck to get more coffee and some water. Sakura was soon bolted awake to her phone going off -

"Hello?" Sakura asked as she didn't bother checking to see who was calling.

"Sakura! Where the hell are you?" Temari's panicked voice said. "We're supposed to meet up with the girls at the mall today, remember?"

"Temari - "

"Are you bailing on me? Is this because of my stupid brother? Look I still want to be friends with you."

"Temari...I..I wont be able to go to the mall with you, my parents took me on a vacation."

Sakura hated lying to Temari since the two of them acted like sisters - and since Sakura knew Temari since she as five, it was only right that she knew the truth, but Sakura also didn't want her parents to know that she told someone where they were going. Sakura didn't want anyone from Suna to contact her because what if they were tracking her without her knowing? She knew that Gaara was talented when it came to electronics because he felt like no one really understood him until Sakura came alone and befriended him.

"Vacation? You never mentioned anything about going on Vacation!" Temari was unsure if she really believed what she was saying.

"It just happened. Spur of the moment type vacation."

"Sakura..."

"Temari, I'm sorry, we'll talk later, I promise! I gotta go now."

Sakura hung up the phone as her mom got back into the car. "What woke you up from your coma like sleep?" Tsunade asked as she looked at Sakura.

"Temari called me...We were supposed to go to the mall today." Sakura muttered.

"I'm sorry honey," Tsunade frowned a bit.

"I hope that one day you will understand why we had to move in the middle of the night." Tsunade thought.

Tsunade reached into the bag of drinks and gave Sakura a water bottle. "Here, have some water."

Sakura accepted the water bottle. "Thanks."

Soon enough Jiraiya got back into the truck and noticed that Sakura was awake. "Ah, there's my Princess. Did you get enough sleep?"

"I suppose. I'll probably get some sleep once we get there." Sakura said as after she took a sip of her water.

"Well, I will say that the house is a lot bigger than what we had in Suna. Konoha has more modernized houses, and I'm sure you will love it. There's a pool too so that you can invite your new friends over." Jiraiya smiled at her from the rearview mirror.

"If I can make any friends." Sakura muttered under her breath.

Of course, both her parents didn't like the fact that they had to do this to her. They made her move and leave everyone behind. Tsunade looked at Jiraiya and singled for him to talk about something else.

"What about if we go to the phone store and I get you a brand new phone?" He brought him.

Tsunade raised her eyebrow. "A new phone? You better be thinking about me too." She was serious but said it in a joking type voice.

"Really a new phone?" Sakura asked - her face lit up at the idea of a new phone. It wasn't that her phone was outdated, it was more of that she wanted to change it so she didn't have Kankuro contacting her. "What about a new number too?"

"Why a new number?" Tsunade asked.

"Um, well, I was just thinking that with a new phone, I should get a new number." Sakura lied.

"I think a new number is reasonable." Jiraiya smiled.

If getting a new number for her made her feel safe, he would do it for her. Though he didn't know the reasoning behind the new number. Tsunade on the other hand thought a new number was a good idea, it was that she didn't know if somehow Orochimaru got their current numbers and was going to be tracking them. Jiraiya and Tsunade left their phones back at the house - Sakura was the only one who brought her phone because thought that it was going to safe. Sakura looked out the window. They didn't have that much time left in their trip - another six and half to seven hours left.

She wondered what the new school was going to be like - would she even make any friends? Would anyone find out who her parents are? Should be okay being known as Sakura Haruno instead of Sakura Senju? She wondered if there was anyone in Konoha that would be friends with her. She went back to watching Stranger Things Season 1 Ep 4.

"How big of house did you get?" Tsunade questioned as she didn't know much about the house, except that Sakura had a balcony, her own bathroom, a walk in closet. There was also a home office, a finished a basement, a pool and large backyard.

"Ah, well, you know I had to get something nice." Jiraiya smiled. "I made sure that there was a master bedroom on the main floor. Just in case we have to go on a mission. I know for sure I don't want to be climbing stairs when I'm that tired. Also in case there's a big emergency from the hospital. I've see you stagger home and crash on the couch."

"That's so sweet you thought about me when you were picking out the house." Tsunade smiled.

"Hey, I always think of you when doing anything~" He teased.

Tsunade shook her head. "I can't wait to see what it looks like. I hope you got a good deal."

"I got a great deal! It's actually on old Senju land." He mentioned. "So if we wanted to get technical - it's on land your family owned."

"Oh goodie, just what I wanted, to live on cursed family land."

"Your family land is not cursed!"

"Have you been on it before?"

"No, cause you refused to have any part of the family land."

"Now we'll have to find a new house!"

"Tsunade, come on, your family land is not cursed."

"What part of the land is the house built on?"

"It's located near the Nara Compound, is that good enough land?"

Tsunade hummed for a minute. Near Nara Land? Then it should be good enough. "Yeah, yeah that's good land. Nara land is good juju."

"Tsunade you weren't this superstitious before, so why are you now?" He asked.

"Because when he took her...He crossed into old Senju land. So I'm worried if we were near the are, it would trigger her memories. I didn't want that for her. But because the house is near the Nara land, she should be okay and it shouldn't trigger anything."

"Oh I'm sorry honey, I never thought about before picking out the house." He frowned as he felt like a bad father.

"It's not your fault. I wished I could've told you where to look."

Tsunade looked at him as he drove. She hoped they got to Konoha soon, so they could go to the store and pick out their furniture - maybe some paint too. Tsunade was never one who liked plain white walls, she enjoyed to have some color in her life. Tsunade did wonder what color Sakura would make her room. Tsunade took a peak at Sakura to see what she was doing. Of course she was still watching Stranger Things on her tablet.

"She seems so into that show..." Tsunade mentioned.

"Well, it probably has an interesting plot that she's enjoying. I know that I'm so curious to know what the show is like."

Tsunade couldn't help but laugh at his comment. She sometimes wonder why she married him - was it for his good looks or his childish behavior that he sometimes had. Sakura's phone pinged as she got a text message from someone. Sakura paused her show to pick up her phone and saw that it was from Koji. He was a Genin that she ran into one day when she was training by herself.

Text message between Koji and Sakura

Koji (Werido from Training Grounds)

Koji:
Hey, where did you go? We were supposed to meet up from a training session about half an hour ago?
Seen: 10:45AM

Sakura:
Sorry! I didn't want to bother you, but my parents took me on a Vacation!
Seen:10:50AM

Koji:
Ah! Okay, well have fun! You better text me when you get back so we can train!
Seen: 10:53AM

Sakura: Sure! Promise!
Seen: 10:55AM

After the text message exchange, Sakura thought it would be better if she just turned off her phone. She couldn't wait until she got a new number. Then no one would from Suna would bother her. Did she want to keep anyone's number? She thought hard about it as she pressed play on her tablet to continue Season 2. She was really invested. Just then her stomach let out a small growl that it had mother look back at her.

"Hon, I think it's time to stop and get some lunch and fill up one more time as we get closer to Konoha." Tsunade mentioned as there was only four more hours until they arrived.

"What do think we should get?" He asked.

"Sakura, honey, what would you like for lunch?" Tsunade asked she turned around to look at her.

"Oh...ummm...is there a good Ramen place?" Sakura asked.

"Ah, I rather only go to one place, and that's in Konoha, I've been spoiled by that place." Jiraiya said as he shook his head.

"Then Chinese?" Sakura questioned.

"Sure, there is one nearby. I stopped there a few times when I was on missions." He answered as he made sure to watch out for the signs.

"You and your food." Tsunade shook her head as she looked at him.

"Tsunade, I just have really good taste in food. I don't know about you, but I think Sakura likes my taste in food."

"She likes it when you take her out to eat cause you really can't cook."

"Excuse me? I can grill!"

"Oh sorry! I'm terribly sorry you can only grill!"

"That's why I married you~ So you can cook and I can grill. We make a good team."

"We do make a good team."

Sakura shook her head at her parents as they held the conversation. It was true that her dad couldn't cook - to a point. He was terrible at it. Her mother couldn't grill, so there was a balance there. Sakura on the other hand loved to bake. They would make a great team if they ever opened a restaurant together. Sakura looked out the window. Soon.

Soon she would be in a new place. A new house. Have new furniture. New Friends. A new life. It would be something that would be a good idea. Maybe one day. Sakura took out her headphones and powered down her tablet as Jiraiya pulled into the parking lot of the Chinese restaurant. As soon as he parked, Sakura out of the truck and stretched.

"How much longer?" Sakura asked.

"Only a couple more hours until we reach Konoha." Tsunade said as she got out of the truck.

The Senju family walked towards the Chinese restaurant - which was more buffet style than anything else. Which is why Jiraiya liked it so much. There was so much food there, but you could also see what the food looked like versus looking at a menu to see what it could potentially look like. AS the family walked into the restaurant, someone walked right over to them.

"Oh - my - god! It is you! Jiraiya long time no see!" The Hostess said.

"Hey, yeah. We were on the road and I remembered about your place, Mia. How is Anato doing?" Jiraiya asked.

"He's doing so good. He's busy doing his research on the side when he's not here helping me." Mia shook her head. She looked over at the family and noticed Sakura. "So is this your daughter?"

"Yeah, this is Sakura. She'll be going to Konoha High this year." Jiraiya smiled.

"Oh that's so good! I hope that her and Mibuna will be great friends. She's going to be a Senior this year." Mia said as she showed the family to a table.

"Well, I think that would be such a good idea." Tsunade smiled. "Mia, how is Lyla? Still living in Redaku?"

"She is Tsunade. We went to go see her last month. We decided to fly there as it was faster than driving. I wanted to spend as much time with my sister and mother as possible." Mia said as she looked at them.

"Ah, Lyla would've made an excellent healer, too bad. I was hoping she would've moved back." Tsunade sighed.

"I know, it's a tragedy. I'm trying to convince her to move back and co own the restaurant with me." Mia said. "Well, I'll let you guys go on and get some food so you can get back on the road."

Mia walked away as she went to go to other tables to see how everything is doing. She made sure that the food was always fresh. Mia made sure that the fountain drink dispenser was full. Sakura looked around at the restaurant as she noticed it was mostly families in here. She did notice a group of kids - they looked about her age. She wondered if she would be going to school with them. Sakura got up from the table and walked over to the buffet to take a look at the food. When she walked away from the table, one of the kids from the table walked over to where Tsunade and Jiraiya were.

"Uncle Jiraiya?" One of the kids asked.

Jiraiya looked up too noticed - "Menma? It's so great to see you! My my have you gotten big!"

"Yeah, what are you guys doing out here?" Menma asked - the last thing he knew about is Godfather was that he was living in Suna.

"Ah, well, we wanted to move back home. Tsunade got offered a better job, and I missed seeing your parents." Jiraiya half lied.

"I wish I could stay and chat, but I need to get back to my friends. I'll see you guys around!" Menma smiled as he walked back to his table.

As Menma was leaving their table, Sakura was walking back with some food to share with her parents. She wanted to question who the kid was but she shook her head as she was just hungry and she would find out eventually - right? Tsunade and grabbed an egg roll and bit into it.

"I loved coming here. I made my team stop in all the time just to get some food." Jiraiya said as he bit into a fresh Cheese Wanton.

"Do you miss being a Jonin, training Genin?" Sakura asked her father.

"Part of me does, but choosing the life I have now, is much better." Jiraiya responded after he swallowed the food that he was chewing.

Tsunade looked at him. "And I'm happy you chose the current path. It means I get to see you more."

"Ew, come on don't start kissing here." Sakura whined.

"She's right. We'll save all the love for when we are in private and breaking in our new bed." Tsunade smirked.

"Oh god...Ew. Come on! I'm trying to eat!" Sakura got up from the table. "I'm going to go and try not to throw up my food."

As she walked towards the bathroom, Menma and his friend group went to the check out to pay and leave since they had to go back to Konoha to do some last minute shopping for School. Menma waved at Jiraiya and Tsunade as he left. As soon as they left, Sakura walked back to the table.

"Have you any idea how you want to decorate your new room?" Tsunade asked.

"I think I would need see the room before deciding." Sakura answered as she thought about what the room would really look like.

"It's a nice size room, there's a door that leads to the room next door, and that's the room that has the balcony. Though if I remembered correctly, your walk in closet is in the bathroom." Jiraiya thought as he had to make sure he remembered correctly.

"A door to another room? It sounds amazing!" Sakura said as she was exciting to know that she had a lot of space to decorate. "I'm looking forward to seeing the new house."

"I knew you would enjoying having a lot of space. We can make a one of the rooms your private library if you want, I know how much you enjoying have your own space." Jiraiya mentioned as he knew how happy Sakura was right now. He wanted to see her smile more often as this move was spur of the moment and it was something that couldn't be helped.

"Oh my god! Really?! My own library!?" Sakura was beyond excited now. She didn't have share space with her dad with all her books now. That was actually looking forward to creating. She was going to have her own personal space, she didn't have to worry much - and Jiraiya also mentioned there was a basement. "Can we get a dog?"

Jiraiya choked on his drink as he looked at her. "A dog?" He questioned.

"Yeah, I want a pet dog. I hear that they are great companies." Sakura noted.

"Sakura, you are going to be way to busy to take care of a dog..." He said - not that he didn't want a dog - he just knew that he would probably have to take it the only pet shop and vet place in all of Konoha, and it was run by the Inuzuka clan.

"Honey, I think a dog is a wonderful idea, and there is only one place that has the pet shop." Tsunade pointed out.

"I know, but I don't want to go there..." He sighed.

"What are you talking about?" Sakura questioned.

"Each clan has their specialty. The Inuzuka Clan is known for using Canines in battle, but they also are the best when it comes getting pet dogs, but also the are the only clan that hails vets. The Yamanaka Clan is best known for their mind Justus. The Akimichi Clan is best known for storing chakra, they can use it to alter their body appearances. The Aburame Clan...well...let's just say that they deal with instincts. The Nara Clan is known for manipulating shadows. The Hyuga Clan has the eye specialty of Byakugan, which can see your chakra, and the vital points. The Uchiha Clan, like the Hyuga Clan, have an eye specialty called the Sharingan. Your mother's clan, Senju have a great chakra reserve, which comes in handy in battle. The Uzumaki clan...well they are really good at sealing Justus, never cross an angry Uzumaki...I still can't undo the damn Jutsu!" Jiraiya spoke as he tried to best to remember everything.

"When did you cross a very angry Uzumaki?" Sakura asked.

"He's talking about Kushina, she's an Uzumaki, and maybe if you weren't so mean to her, she would undo it." Tsunade said.

"Dad, what did you do?" Sakura was very curious to know what he did.

"That's a story for another time." Tsunade got up from her seat. "Let's get going."

The family left after Tsunade and Jiraiya said their goodbye to Mia. Sakura looked up at the sky as it looked like it was going to rain. So she prayed that they would able to make it to their new house and to the store to get everything they need. Sakura got into the back seat. Tsunade couldn't wait to start her new job. She was going to be Head of the Hospital, she would still do surgeries if the cases were deemed necessary, but it was going to be a lot of paperwork and overseeing not just the Surgery department, but all of the other ones. She knew that this was her dream job.

Sakura rested her head against the window as they started to drive towards one more Gas Station before they were going to enter the Town of Konoha. Tsunade couldn't believe that they were almost to safety. This was going to be something that she was happy for - having the safety of a real Kage, to make sure that his Citizens and Ninjas feel safe within the walls. She wondered if they would stop at the house first, check it out then go shopping and then stop at the Hokage Tower.

Jiraiya was happy that this was going to be his last fill up from this long ass trip. He couldn't wait until he got a bed in their room and passed out. He just hoped they were able to get movers in quickly and setting up the bedrooms were going to the first thing the had to do. The rest of the house can wait until tomorrow. After the tank was good, he got back in and drove until he saw the familiar signs. The finally crossed into Konoha Territory and Tsunade had a good deep breath that she felt safer. She knew that the ANBU are going to be on the alert for Orochimaru as soon as they told the Hokage what was going on.

"Let's get to the house so we can see what kind of space we are dealing with." Tsunade said as they were driving down the streets.

"Woah...look at this place!" Sakura said as she was in awe how Konoha looked. There were so many new shops that she had to check out.

"Blossom, there will be plenty of time for shopping." Jiraiya said. "Look over there." He said as he pointed to a the high school, "right over there is where you will be going to school. It's been updated since the last time your mother and I went to school."

"It's bigger than the high school at Suna...I'm going to get lost!" Sakura sighed.

"No you won't, because it may look scary on the outside, but it'll probably be easy to find your classes, and for new students there's a pass for the first week of the school year for you to find where your classes are." Tsunade pointed out.

"That's good. I just hope some of the teachers aren't too bad." Sakura looked out the window as she saw that they were pulling to the driveway of a house.

The outside of the house was not white, but it also wasn't grey. There was also brick on parts of the houses, which really made the house interesting. Sakura got out of the truck and walked over to the front door which was just light grey color. She put her hand on the door and she took a deep breath and opened the door. She was walked forward in the foyer and noticed a stair case, she walked over and saw that it led to the library. This wasn't the room that her dad was talking about it. She shut the door and walked back towards the foyer. She noticed that there was formal dining room - would they even use that? She noticed the kitchen and it was a good size. She couldn't wait until she was in there baking. She noticed there was a small hallway off to the side and started to walk over to it.

"Hold it Blossom, that's mine and your mom's bedroom. Yours is upstairs. Go check it out." Jiraiya said as he shooed her away from the Master bedroom.

Sakura rolled her eyes playfully at her dad and took the main staircase up. She Looked around and noticed there was a lot of doors up here. How many bedrooms were really here? She looked around and opened a door - it was a huge room - bigger than the room back at Suna. She walked in and noticed that her room at a small sitting area that looked out towards the backyard. She then turned around and noticed two doors - one was near the sitting area and the other was towards the door bedroom door. She walked towards the bathroom door. She walked in and was happy to have her own space, she then noticed that there was door near the bathtub and the shower.

Her hand was on the door knob as she turned it and saw her walk in closet. She was going to need to go shopping soon to fill up this closet! She walked out of the bathroom and towards the other door, it was her other room, that was connected. She walked into the room and noticed the balcony. She saw that it was more in the direction towards the neighbors yard. From her Balcony she could see some Deer. She walked back into the room and looked around. This room could be a good place to have another place to hang out when she had friends over. She could place a TV in here, have an entertainment center where she could have her PS4 set up with all her games. Maybe her new friends would like to play games. Of course, she would have another one in her room because she was used to it in her old room.

"Sakura! Come on! We have to go to the phone store and the furniture store! I hope you know what kind of bed you want!" Tsunade yelled.

"I'm coming! and I kind of do know what I want!" Sakura said as she left the room and walked down stairs. "Is it just beds today?" She asked.

"Yea, tomorrow we'll do more shopping. Your father is a bit tired from driving with no sleep." Tsunade said as she walked out of the house waiting for Sakura.

"That's fine! I love my new room, but the balcony to the other room points towards the neighbors, and I saw some deer!" Sakura noted.

"Ah, next door is the main house of the Nar Clan where the Head of the Clan lives with his family." Jiraiya spoke as he locked up.

The Senju family started off towards the Phone Store first where they got all new phones - and numbers. Sakura picked out a Silver IPhone 8. She was happy that she didn't have to deal Kankuro trying to stalk her with her new number. She also knew that she had to get rid of her old phone, but she would leave that for her dad to do. Once they all had phones - and cases on their phone they were ready for them to go ahead to the furniture store to get the beds delivered and set up.

When they arrived Sakura looked for a Queen sized bed, with a Upholster type headboard. She looked around and noticed that one seemed to fit what she was looking for. It wasn't too tall, it wasn't too big or too small and it had the headboard that she wanted. She looked around and noticed her parents were talking to the Salesman. Tsunade noticed that Sakura was looking at them.

"We'll also take that bed over there, where our daughter is. We will be back tomorrow to finish decorating our new house." She said as she knew that Sakura seemed happy with her choice.

"Alright, Tsunade. Shall I just start a Tab for you until your house is full furnished and you pay at the end?" The Salesman - Kasuga asked.

"Oh that will work perfectly! I will make sure that it is paid in full tomorrow." Tsunade nodded.

"Alright, I actually have some workers who can help you with your two beds today." Kasuga said as he signaled for some workers to walk over. "It will be loaded up in the truck and they'll follow you home."

"Alright. Thank you for your help Kasuga." Jiriaya said.

"Anything for you two." Kasuga smiled.

Sakura walked back over to her parents as they walked across the street to the local Walmart to get the new bedding. Sakura grabbed her own cart as she went to the bedding area and put at least four pillows in the cart and she looked at the bedding. Just as she was reaching for one on the top shelf. This was just great, she wasn't going to be able to reach it and she had no idea where her parents went. Just then a Blonde kid - who seemed about her age and was a lot taller than she was walked over.

"Need any help?" He asked her.

"Oh, um, yeah. I'm trying to reach that blue bedding on the top shelf."

The guy nodded and without ease he grabbed it and put it in her cart. "I'll see you around Pinkie." He said as he walked away.

"Say something! Tell him your name is not Pinkie! Hurry up before he is out of ear shot!" She thought.

Too late. He was gone. Who was he? She shook her head and picked out extra sheets and pillow cases. She didn't know who he was - but she hoped that she would find out soon. Maybe that mysterious guy can become her first friend.
