(Author Disclaimer - I've aged up Dipper and Mabel to 18. Gideon is 15, still short though. Almost all the younger characters are aged up to around 16-18 for reasons beyond your uneldtrich minds! Also this takes place after Ford returns from his trip around the Multiverse, but Bill Cipher is not present. Not in the usual way anyway! Enjoy!) [m45e478R9756B 4S53a5I64D45K564e62a34r5C]
It all changed when the Tears appeared. They brought forth monsters that would scare anyone and horrors that turn lesser men into mindless zombies that rather kill themselves than live any longer. There were monsters from all kinds of myths and stories, but sadly no heroes to combat them. They slaughtered millions of people throughout the world, leaving almost no part of the country untouched by their rampant rampage knowing no bounds.
In that time of desperation, They came! I'm talking about Hunters; those who have received a game-like power that altered what it meant to be human. The Tutorial was the birthplace of Hunters, going through trials to become adept in survival. Hunters received various powers that allowed them to protect humanity from the monsters. They pushed back the rampage and we discovered that as long as Hunters went into the dungeon to kill the Bosses, the monsters wouldn't be able to escape because of the Tears over stockpiling of energy overtime if left alone for too long.
"Mabel this sounds cool and all, but you expect me to believe that you came back from this alternate future where "Tears" exist, I mean don't get me wrong we have experienced Gravity Falls weirdness, but that just sounds like a shitty story plot." a young male said to a young lady named 'Mabel.' They were sitting at a diner with other patrons enjoying their food with music playing in the background.
The guy was wearing a basic blue hoodie, orange shirt, straight jeans, white sneakers and his trusty pinetree hat with a plate of steak and fries on his plate. Mabel was wearing something different than her usual bright sweater and skirt! Her clothing today was black form fitting pants, black running shoes, her usual sweater wrapped around her waist, a rainbow shirt, small hoop earrings and a pink headband that had a shooting star with rainbows trailing behind. The plate in front of this young lady was filled with pancakes, sausage and eggs with a cup of "Mabel Juice" she had brought.
"I know it may not sound true, but it is and I need you to follow my directions Dipper," Mabel replied to 'Dipper', "Don't choose a class no matter what happens, this is the most essential requirement for us to survive the Tutorial with the best chances. I'll tell you more information after we get into the Tutorial."
Dipper still had a look of doubt on his face when it came to the story that Mabel was trying to feed him, but decided to relent since the last time Mabel told him something like this he was almost embarrassed because of his love of the facts.
"Okay Mabel I will trust you on this and hope this is not you suped up on Mabel Juice like other times since this sounds too detailed," relenting to his twin, "though you should really stop drinking that stuff. Moving on, when does this Tutorial begin anyhow?"
"Well its 11:59," she drolled out, checking her phone, "so right abooouut, now!"
Oddly, nothing happened like she led him to believe. Leaving an awkward silence in the diner after she had yelled.
"Wha—" Dipper tried to ask, before being interrupted.
[Tutorial Now Commencing]
[Gathering Participants…]
Everyone was slowly digitized in blue light and sent away to who knows where; it was not just the local residents in Gravity Falls however, people from various locations on Earth were sent to a location they did not know. It seems to collect every human that calls Earth home. The world was sent into a ferocious frenzy as each person watched their fellow humans up and disappear one by one, before it was their turn. Finally, after 10 minutes of everyone disappearing, the world was silent for the first time in a millenia!
In a white empty space that seemed to expand forever lay the young man 'Dipper Pines' who was recently knocked out after transportation by unknown means.
"My head," he said groggily, "anyone catch the name of the bus that hit me?"
He slowly sat up noticing that he was not in the normal surrounding of Gravity Falls, instead he saw the endless mind bending space he was currently in. Dipper stood up looking around until a screen popped up in front him.

Suddenly, thousands of icons appeared in front of me with the same symbol; they each depicted a tarot-card-esque design. Then as quickly as they appeared they disappeared into thin air, leaving more space in the void
[00:08]
'Shoot, okay I should probably choose…,' I thought before reaching for one of the cards, but stopped. 'Wait! Mabel said not to choose a class; though what happens if I don't! I don't know what to do!'
[00:05]
'Mabel I'm going with my gut to trust you!' I resolved myself, 'If this ends up horrible, then I will have to make the best of it like I always do!'
I remember facing the Gnomes after they entered their giant form, the Manotaur's who didn't take lightly to him not killing the Multi-bear and even facing the Summerween Monster that tried to kill us. I guess what is one more bad situation to put myself in, right?

"That's not suspicious at all" before noticing I'm being digitized once again, before being sent away from the empty void like space. When I finally can see again I was sent to a dank, dingy, cave of some kind with only torches on the walls to create a semblance of light.
There were old structures built in the wall with signs of scratches along the walls, further down I could hear chittering or maybe it was shuffling feet. Before I start to walk further into the cave, a stick materializes in front of in the air before hitting the ground with a *thud.*
[Mission!]
[Defeat The Rats Before The Time Limit
(0/20)]
"I have to kill how many rats!" I yelled at the screen in front of me, "I only get a stick too, this really is unfortunate, but I've done more with less."
I picked up the wooden stick and gave it a few test swings before restarting my trek down into the cave with more caution knowing that I have 50 rats slinking around with who knows what kind of diseases. The stench of the inner tunnels become worse as I walk down into the belly of the beast.
"Kreeeee~!" a blur past my vision, where I felt a slash across my chest leaving behind two savage slash marks and one smaller one knocking me down on the ground, losing my grip on the stick as it fell to the side of my body, clattering. Panicking, I rushed to grab the stick, ready to attack whatever just attacked; swiftly turning to where I thought the thing went, I tried to see what dealt first blood. Then seeing a dog sized rat in front of me I could tell my heart was pounding from fear of almost dying from this creature.
Taking a closer look at it I saw it was not that different from the average rat you would normally find if not just bigger. There was blood dripping from its fingers and I briefly saw it lick its claw, then its lips, liking what it tasted. Actually it looked quite starved; the body was slightly skinnier than what seemed healthy and I could see what appeared to be bones showing from beneath the skin.
"Kreeeeee~!" it charged again at me, except this time I stood poised with my stick and once it leapt into the air going airborne I smashed him out of the air into the wall. It caused some major damage to its stomach as I heard a few of its bones break, which is more up to its lack of muscle than my strength. I saw it trying to get up, walking closer. I raised the stick with both hands and slammed it onto the rat repeatedly as it 'Kree's.
Blood splatters over the wall and me with every additional hit I give. I stopped when it stopped crying out, giving it a few pocks to make sure it was dead.
[Rats Defeated (1/20)]
"Huh huh huh," catching my breath after the surprising encounter, "I got to kill 19 more of these little shits! How am I going to do this and that one was by itself without any of its buddies for backup? How am I supposed to take on 2 or more at the same time?"
Speaking of that, I look down at the present left by the now dead rat. The slash left some good reminders of what would happen if I let my guard down again, this wasn't Gravity Falls where the creatures could be sometimes reasoned with. The rats didn't want to attack him for the sake of protecting themselves, no, they were attacking him because of how hungry they were. A beast that has a full stomach is easier to talk to than a beast with nothing in it and a talkative prey.
Keeping my back to the wall as I watch for any potential threats to appear. I round the corner to see a few more rats around a fire, talking?
Yep, they were talking in something definitely not Human, or any other human language that I could understand. It was a mix of chitters and krees to each other, sneaking up behind them while they were distracted; as I got closer I saw they were enjoying a meal together.
It would be almost wholesome if not for the fact they were eating another, a rat. When you're that hungry, you'll eat anything, huh? I counted around four of them, using the shadow the fire provided me. I prepared a strong attack on the closest rat's head, unleashing another one of my patented Dipper Pine swings.
"Kreee Kre—" interrupting the poor bastards conversation with a blow that sent him tumbling unconscious, the other rats not processing what happened to their friend quite yet. I ran to my next victim before swiping at another rat this time directly at their face. My swing forced a couple of teeth out and an indent in their skull formed!
The last two rats now understanding a threat was now before them; one proceeds to jump on his back and the other goes low to attack his legs.
'They have some semblance of teamwork I see,' he turns around disregarding the nearly dead rat after the blow to the head, 'this just became even harder! If they were only mindless beasts with some that were starving I could understand what they would do in a fight! Now, I need to make sure they can't corner me or I am definitely going to die here!'
I protect myself from the airborne rat by guarding, but having to take the bite on my leg almost makes me stagger. The bastard didn't even leave my leg alone after, just kept gnawing! The rat that I blocked with my weapon began to climb over my weapon to scratch me before I pushed it off and swung at the one on my leg, hitting its back. The rat on my leg bolted away after my blow with a slight limp and its friend tumbling beside it. While they were recovering I ran to attack them further with fervor.
[Rats Defeated (4/20)]
This is gonna be hell for a while.
"KREEEEEEEEEEE~!" The rat that I hit to the wall let out an ear piercing screech, before I slowly walked to him and gave him the same loving treatment his friends were given.
[Rats Defeated 5/30]
"Now that wasn't so bad, just 20 more rats to go and I'll be able to—"Kreee~!" I turned around quickly seeing over 10 rats watching me with the corpses of other rats around me.
"Hi?" I questioned the many enemies. They stocked closer to me slowly with clear intent to kill and eat me alive or dead, my form slowly trying to retreat. I kept backing up until I bumped into the wall, trapped with closing predators not stopping anytime too soon.
'Guess there is only one chance for me to live through this,'I prepare for a confrontation with the rats. We were at a stand still with their eyes being windows into their thoughts for what they would do if they got to, I raised my trusty weapon ready for action. Next, the fight started
[Rats Defeated (6/20)]
I couldn't tell you how tired I was after the first fight with 4 rats with no rest only to be forced into another.
[Rats Defeated (8/20)]
My body wanted to give out with how much blood there was being splattered around.
[Rats Defeated (12/20)]
I don't even think I felt ashamed to a point anymore. Growing numb with every kill.
[Rats Defeated (15/20)]
[Rats Defeated (18/20)]
I finally saw the last two rats hissing at me, teeth barred with my stick now covered in rat blood and clothes not being any better. It was finally over after all that blood and cries from the ravenous vermin around me.

That's when I felt I heard the footsteps of another monster; in the darkness of the cave appeared a rat with a blue hood over its head and standing on two legs instead of all four like its brethren. He carried a dagger in his right hand with a belt around his waist holding up his knife sheath.
"What have you done to my people you son of a bitch~!" I was surprised to hear one of the monsters talk, though in a scratchy voice. He was shaking with what I can guess is rage, but after seeing his eyes tearing up I could also see sadness. "I'm gonna cut off your legs for a meal, slowly skin your arms, shove that stick up your ass and let you bleed out before I burn your face off!"
"Ah, so talking is off the table?" He moved with haste attempting to swipe at my torso only for me to barely dodge. The Rat Revenger kicked off the ground throwing a rock nailing me in the face knocking me to the ground only for me to not catch my breath with him proceeding to try to stab me in the chest. I used my stick to keep his knife from my chest. Unfortunately, this was a temporary solution with his knife within reach of my chest, the very tip of the blade drawing blood.
I take the chance to elbow the bastard off me and turn the tables with me on top and try to choke him with my stick. Sadly, I failed with him pushing me off and leaving a gash in my cheek.
'That's going to scar later.' I return to a fighting stance, "First I need to deal with you first."
"Kreekreekreee~! The fleshy is weak against me~!" Lapping up the blood from its knife.
'I need to see what I can do to win. Lets see, what do I know about this motherfucker? He's fast, much faster than me. Also has a better weapon. Though definitely didn't feel a lot of meat on those bones so he must not have eaten in a while. I can guess where some of its weak points are based on the weak points of the other rats. That means a clean hit to the head or back to break its spine would work wonders for my situation.' I think while keeping an eye on him, "Since you waited so nicely, let's continue!"
We clashed again only this time it was more of a frontal assault; there was no skill as we dodged each other's attacks or blocked with me trying to block most of the strikes and still getting sliced on my body. I never got into such a fight in Gravity Falls, though I did good enough in the fight to not get killed automatically.
I was losing ground slowly and when I finally was able to form a counterattack.
"Rough Shave!" A red arc of light appeared before my eyes until I saw blood spewing with my stick breaking in my hand as I got sent to the ground on my side. I didn't even see the attack coming, the rat strode to me with a gleeful smile. Kicking me on my back raising the knife to finally end our fight for survival.
"I'm gonna die," I realize out loud.
"KreeeKreeeKreee~! Yes, fleshy! You're gonna die a slow death so don't think this is over yet fleshy!" Raising the knife once again, hitting my leg dead on as the pain shot through my spine and increased with his twisting of the knife. He leaned next to my ear, "Any words before days of blood, gore and not forgets the tears you will likely shed as you ask for me to stop~!"
"Please just kill me," I lay down resigned to die with the Revenger beginning to laugh once again.
"Kreeekreeeekre—"Is that what you thought I would do!" I thrusted the half of my remaining weapon into his throat with both my hands. His blood bursting out covering my face so much I had to close my eyes, "I'm not dying to some rat when I've faced scarier things than your sorry ass!"

I saw the familiar sign of blue particles as they started from my arms and legs to my whole body taking me away to the 'Waiting Room.'
I reappeared in a luxurious room you would see in the suite of hotels that catered to the rich and important. My clothes no longer covered in rat blood and all my previous wounds were no longer an issue too, yet my stick was still broken. The screens I have grown accustomed to after the venture I have been on, this time with hopefully less danger.
